- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Good morning and Happy Wednesday. It's a little bit past
- 0:05Speaker 2: six o'clock right now. Ricky Sanchez has those three things
- 0:07Speaker 2: you need to know.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Ozzy Osbourne, the Prince of Darkness and the lead singer
- 0:11Speaker 3: of Black Sabbath, has passed away at the age of
- 0:14Speaker 3: seventy six. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease years ago,
- 0:18Speaker 3: and he passed away surrounded by his family.
- 0:21Speaker 4: He actually just recently played.
- 0:22Speaker 3: His very last Black Sabbath show in his hometown, which
- 0:25Speaker 3: was the first time in twenty years of the band
- 0:27Speaker 3: had played together. It was something that Sharon Osbourne, his wife,
- 0:30Speaker 3: had said he really wanted to do as a farewell
- 0:33Speaker 3: and a thank you to his fans. That day also
- 0:36Speaker 3: ended on a very happy note, as it was the
- 0:38Speaker 3: same night that his daughter Kelly was proposed to Ozzy
- 0:42Speaker 3: is known for changing music and forging the way for
- 0:45Speaker 3: metal to grow into what it has become today. So
- 0:48Speaker 3: he is just an absolute legend, always will be. Our
- 0:52Speaker 3: thoughts are with his entire family and all of his friends.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Right now, American Girl has created a limited edition Wednesday
- 0:59Speaker 3: Adam's daw.
- 1:00Speaker 4: It is so cute. It's available today and.
- 1:03Speaker 3: It comes with a tiny plastic hand for thing and
- 1:06Speaker 3: bags of piranhas, which totally just makes sense.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Only six thousand are available, so they're very limited edition.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Part one, season two of the Netflix series Wednesday comes
- 1:16Speaker 3: out August sixth, so this is a great way to
- 1:18Speaker 3: get into the spirit of everything Wednesday. Adams and the
- 1:22Speaker 3: Southern Festival of Books returns to bi centennial.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Part or Mall this fall.

- 1:33Speaker 4: There's gonna be food.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Trucks, live music, and plenty of kid friendly activities. The
- 1:38Speaker 3: whole lineup of authors and any updates that they may
- 1:41Speaker 3: add to it can all be found on their website,
- 1:44Speaker 3: so Festobooks dot org.
- 1:46Speaker 5: That actually sounds so fun, so huge, great for.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Anybody who loves books, anybod who's part of a book club,
- 1:51Speaker 3: Bring the entire book club out. There's gonna be a
- 1:53Speaker 3: lot of really amazing people to be there to kind
- 1:56Speaker 3: of talk about their books and their writing process, which
- 1:58Speaker 3: is really cool.
- 1:59Speaker 2: And in October it won't be extremely disgustingly hot out
- 2:03Speaker 2: thanks for timing.
- 2:04Speaker 5: That's true.
- 2:04Speaker 6: I'm gonna speak it into existence.
- 2:06Speaker 7: How about that.

- 5:21Speaker 5: Ricky not as excited as we are.
- 5:23Speaker 6: I've got a surprise for you, and it's not what
- 5:24Speaker 6: you think it is.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Okay, okay, okay, right think I like it?
- 5:29Speaker 9: Right after Grazy Abrams is my surprise for Ricky on
- 5:33Speaker 9: her birthday.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Our Queen next one O seven five, Ricky, Zach and
- 5:40Speaker 1: Meno in the morning, Happy birthday, Ricky Sanchez Thanky, Happy birthday.
- 5:45Speaker 5: I love a celebration.
- 5:48Speaker 4: Just keeps smiling at me every time he says it.
- 5:50Speaker 5: I love it.
- 5:51Speaker 6: How old are you again? Is it thirty three?
- 5:53Speaker 4: Thirty three?
- 5:54Speaker 6: That's a great number? Sure, yeah, no, two threes.
- 5:59Speaker 4: I'm embraced. I've been embracing it.
- 6:01Speaker 3: I mean, it's just birthdays are always weird to me,
- 6:04Speaker 3: and like I used to love celebrating my birthday.
- 6:08Speaker 4: It used to be so.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Exciting, and then as you get older, they just get
- 6:11Speaker 3: a little more like whatever. But I'm trying to embrace
- 6:14Speaker 3: them again and be happy about my birthdays.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I feel like you have to embrace it because the
- 6:19Speaker 2: world is so scary and like not the best place,
- 6:22Speaker 2: so you gotta find positivity in everything at this point.
- 6:26Speaker 4: I get it.
- 6:26Speaker 3: But like that could also be said about celebrating every day.
- 6:29Speaker 2: I do celebrate every day.
- 6:34Speaker 9: I said I had a special surprise for you, and
- 6:36Speaker 9: I think you probably know what my surprise is gonna
- 6:39Speaker 9: be on a birthday because I do this all the time.
- 6:41Speaker 6: But we're gonna change it up a little bit today.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Oh, we're gonna change it up.
- 6:45Speaker 6: I like to sing.
- 6:46Speaker 10: I mean, I'm kind of known for singing the Olive
- 6:49Speaker 10: Garden Birthday.
- 6:50Speaker 4: So I hate the way you just said that though,
- 6:52Speaker 4: as if it was like a positive. You're like you
- 6:55Speaker 4: kind of like this is what I'm known for.
- 6:56Speaker 5: Like you're a big deal for singing the Olive Garden Birthday.
- 7:00Speaker 6: But today, and I've never even worked at Alive Garden.
- 7:02Speaker 6: I just this is something that we I don't know.
- 7:04Speaker 9: My circle of friends knew this in high school. We
- 7:06Speaker 9: learned the lyrics and we've never stopped.
- 7:09Speaker 10: Okay, but Zach, if you could, if you can turn
- 7:10Speaker 10: the music down, I'm gonna slow this down for rickety today.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Okay, here we go.
- 7:14Speaker 4: He wants to draw it out as long as.
- 7:16Speaker 6: He can bone. Huh, Festa, what a joyous day.
- 7:23Speaker 10: Your life's great fortune sure to come your way. Come on,
- 7:29Speaker 10: sit back and just RelA your plate the Italian way.
- 7:34Speaker 10: We're so glad you came to celebrate with us today.
- 7:39Speaker 3: I was so happy that that's gonna go on our
- 7:41Speaker 3: podcast and live on the internet forever.
- 7:44Speaker 5: The amount of fringe that I felt during that entire thing.
- 7:48Speaker 6: But I closed my eyes so I look at you guys.
- 7:52Speaker 4: We also covered our faces.
- 7:55Speaker 6: Nobody was looking at anybody there.
- 7:57Speaker 2: I will say, Kevin, though, I feel like you definitely
- 8:00Speaker 2: practiced that, because the delivery was a ten out of ten.
- 8:04Speaker 6: About six times in the car.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Well, as much as I hated it, I also loved it,
- 8:11Speaker 3: so thank.
- 8:12Speaker 6: You kept wow very welcome.
- 8:14Speaker 2: I wanted to make it a more sentimental birthday, so
- 8:16Speaker 2: I also have a surprise.
- 8:17Speaker 5: For you, Jesus. Kevin didn't know about this.
- 8:20Speaker 2: I'm ready, honestly, because you have had so much going
- 8:23Speaker 2: on in your life. I was like, what better way
- 8:25Speaker 2: to like relax and unwind than a ninety minute massage?
- 8:35Speaker 6: Everybody.
- 8:36Speaker 2: He just said, Kenny, I feel like there's so much
- 8:40Speaker 2: going on in your life and like you desperately need
- 8:43Speaker 2: like a moment to yourself to just so sweet, relax
- 8:45Speaker 2: and have someone else take care of you for an
- 8:47Speaker 2: hour and a half.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Don't make me cry, just cry. Yesterday, at this time.
- 8:51Speaker 9: He didn't tell you that I'm giving you the massage,
- 8:53Speaker 9: and I'm seeing three things. A few minutes past seven
- 8:59Speaker 9: o'clock on this Wednesday morning, our birthday girl, Ricky Sanchez
- 9:03Speaker 9: has those three things.
- 9:04Speaker 6: What's going on?
- 9:05Speaker 3: This is the cutest story ever. The Jonas brothers dad
- 9:08Speaker 3: purchased the band's partial music catalog, which is just absolutely.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Adorable to me.
- 9:14Speaker 3: He said, I don't know that anybody can love your
- 9:17Speaker 3: music any more than I do, or be any more
- 9:19Speaker 3: proud of you.
- 9:21Speaker 4: Like, how sweet?
- 9:21Speaker 7: Is that?
- 9:22Speaker 6: Very sweet?
- 9:22Speaker 3: In his statement, the boys said that selling their rights
- 9:25Speaker 3: to the company founded by their dad quote feels like
- 9:28Speaker 3: coming full circle. The cost of the assets remain undisclosed,
- 9:33Speaker 3: and the Jonas Brothers still own their first four albums themselves.
- 9:36Speaker 3: This is just partial of it. But I just thought
- 9:38Speaker 3: that was the cutest thing ever. I'm like, how adorable
- 9:40Speaker 3: is this family. Aubrey Mills is extending their hours during
- 9:44Speaker 3: tax Free Weekend, which, by the way, is this weekend.
- 9:47Speaker 4: It's the twenty fifth through the twenty seventh.
- 9:49Speaker 3: School's almost here and we always have tax free weekend
- 9:52Speaker 3: prior to that. If you don't know what it is,
- 9:55Speaker 3: this is a great time to go shopping because clothing
- 9:58Speaker 3: that costs one hundred dollars or less, school or art
- 10:00Speaker 3: supplies that are one hundred dollars or less, and computers
- 10:03Speaker 3: that are less than fifteen hundred dollars are all exempt
- 10:06Speaker 3: from government sales taxes. So take advantage where you can.
- 10:11Speaker 3: And Opry Mills is going to have extended hours. That
- 10:13Speaker 3: means that they'll be open Friday and Saturday nine am
- 10:16Speaker 3: to eight pm, and then eleven am to seven pm
- 10:19Speaker 3: on Sunday. They go shopping this weekend. That keeps nodding
- 10:24Speaker 3: at me every time I say that, because he.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Wants to go shopping, we have to go shopping.
- 10:28Speaker 3: And a new survey finds that more than half of
- 10:31Speaker 3: US workers feel anxious about using all of their paid
- 10:34Speaker 3: time off, and about a third say that they feel pressured.
- 10:37Speaker 4: Not to take it at all.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Many of these people say that while their employer offers
- 10:42Speaker 3: vacation time, their workplace culture often sends different messages which
- 10:46Speaker 3: will discourage them from taking vacation. Also, almost fifty percent
- 10:50Speaker 3: of Americans say that their tremendous workload makes it hard
- 10:53Speaker 3: for them to go out on vacation. So I am
- 10:56Speaker 3: here just to say that I completely fully understand that.
- 10:58Speaker 4: But please go take your page days. You get them
- 11:01Speaker 4: for a reason. Take the days. You're going to be
- 11:03Speaker 4: so happy that you did. Later.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Make it work however you need to, because it's just
- 11:08Speaker 3: worth it to take a break every So that's a
- 11:10Speaker 3: great sa I just I know how hard it.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Is, but just do it, Sanchez. And those are the
- 11:15Speaker 4: three things you need to know.
- 11:17Speaker 6: Thank you so much, Ricky.
- 11:18Speaker 10: We were going to play Alex Warren right here, and
- 11:20Speaker 10: then after ordinary we're learning.
- 11:22Speaker 6: It's time for Zach's Facts. Get ready. We got one
- 11:24Speaker 6: next on.
- 11:25Speaker 1: The lever Rickey Zach and Men in the morning.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Another day and another Zach's Facts some one O seven
- 11:32Speaker 3: five the River.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Did you guys know that Oregon is the only state
- 11:36Speaker 2: in the United States that has a designated state nut, and.
- 11:39Speaker 5: That's the hazel nut.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Oh, I wonder why.
- 11:43Speaker 2: I don't know why, but I feel like we should
- 11:45Speaker 2: change that and make the Tennessee state nut.
- 11:48Speaker 5: Zach would.
- 11:51Speaker 3: We were all thinks state nut and it would be.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Zach would word?
- 11:55Speaker 2: We have to write a letter to someone O'Connell.
- 11:59Speaker 6: Yeah, it's pretty local.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Higher Hi Billy, whoever, it's going to be alright, And
- 12:05Speaker 3: that's your fact of the day.
- 12:06Speaker 5: The Hazel.

- 12:15Speaker 9: want to hear all about it. We were just chatting
- 12:17Speaker 9: in here. It's one of seven five the River School's common.
- 12:20Speaker 9: I mean this is wrapping up here.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Yeah, really soon. We only have a few more weeks
- 12:25Speaker 4: left of summer.
- 12:25Speaker 5: I know Davidson County goes back August fifth, so not god,
- 12:29Speaker 5: not even weeks.
- 12:30Speaker 4: It's so soon.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Yeah, wow, crazy. So tell us the best part of
- 12:34Speaker 3: your summer vacation.
- 12:35Speaker 4: You don't have to be a kid.
- 12:36Speaker 3: You could be a parent, you could be just you know,
- 12:38Speaker 3: somebody who doesn't have any kids or anything.
- 12:40Speaker 4: Just tell us the best part of your summer vacation.
- 12:42Speaker 9: Yeah, maybe it was a vacation, maybe you got a dog,
- 12:45Speaker 9: whatever it might be, we want to hear six one
- 12:47Speaker 9: five is hypothetical six one five, seven, three seven.

- 14:08Speaker 7: the military and he won't come back home until August
- 14:12Speaker 7: twenty eighth and then, so that was really fun to
- 14:15Speaker 7: see him, and then I think my first favorite's going
- 14:17Speaker 7: to be my son's first birthday next week.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Ah, there's so many big moments happening for you this summer.

- 14:38Speaker 7: when we're calling it, we called him JD.
- 14:40Speaker 4: We feel like we can call him JD. I mean
- 14:42Speaker 4: I feel like, oh yeah, everybody does.
- 14:44Speaker 1: O me.
- 14:44Speaker 10: If I was James Dean, I think I'd go by
- 14:47Speaker 10: James Dean.
- 14:47Speaker 6: There's not a cooler name in existence.
- 14:50Speaker 7: Oh yeah, yeah, everybody thinks it's related to that guy,
- 14:53Speaker 7: but I'm like, no, it's just a family name. Oh
- 14:55Speaker 7: my husband for yeah, my husband's on his side of
- 14:59Speaker 7: the family. First born son named James. I then we

- 15:20Speaker 7: You got this, I keep I'm almost there. I can do.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Yes.
- 15:26Speaker 6: Well, thank you, Cayleb. Thank you for calling. We appreciate you.
- 15:28Speaker 7: Thank you. You guys have a nice fun you too,
- 15:30Speaker 7: by love.
- 15:31Speaker 6: Should we just wrap a fire real quick? The three
- 15:33Speaker 6: of us? The favorite part of your summer?
- 15:34Speaker 5: Sure, Kevin, you go.
- 15:35Speaker 9: You go first, Cummings Falls State Park on the fourth
- 15:38Speaker 9: of July. We went there, my wife and I and
- 15:40Speaker 9: our two kids, and I didn't know what to expect,
- 15:42Speaker 9: but it was the coolest.
- 15:43Speaker 5: It's really cool. It's really pretty out there.
- 15:45Speaker 4: I love that. Do you want me to go for
- 15:46Speaker 4: like next?
- 15:47Speaker 6: Yes?
- 15:48Speaker 4: He keeps looking at me. I want to say. River
- 15:50Speaker 4: on the Rooftop.
- 15:52Speaker 5: It was really fun.
- 15:53Speaker 3: We had such a great time with Lewis Capaldi and
- 15:55Speaker 3: Tuesday and Hunter Mets. It was such a great night
- 15:57Speaker 3: to see everybody out. It's always my favorite part of
- 16:00Speaker 3: summer is River on the Rooftop series.
- 16:02Speaker 4: It's so much fun.
- 16:03Speaker 5: It was a blast.
- 16:03Speaker 6: It wasn't very rapid fire, but Zach go okay.
- 16:06Speaker 5: Mine was my birthday party.
- 16:07Speaker 2: I threw my very first frat birthday party and it
- 16:09Speaker 2: was the best time ever.
- 16:10Speaker 5: Was that quick enough?
- 16:11Speaker 6: Yeah, that was a great party.
- 16:13Speaker 2: It was so fun. It was frat themed and it
- 16:15Speaker 2: was my first frat party.
- 16:16Speaker 5: I was thriving.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Ky Zach and men in the morning.
- 16:21Speaker 9: Easton in Nashville. What was your favorite part of summer
- 16:23Speaker 9: this year?
- 16:24Speaker 12: Probably going kayaking and spending time with my brother so sweet.
- 16:29Speaker 5: I've never actually been kayaking before. Was it as hard
- 16:32Speaker 5: as it looks?
- 16:33Speaker 12: It's hard when you're going, like when the current's coming
- 16:36Speaker 12: to you, but when you're going down, it kind of
- 16:39Speaker 12: like you just relax and Okay that.
- 16:42Speaker 3: I'm here for I want to watch Zach try to
- 16:45Speaker 3: even get into a kayak, let alone.
- 16:48Speaker 4: Try to do the movie.
- 16:49Speaker 6: I'd paid money to see that. How old your brother twelve?
- 16:56Speaker 4: Closer age?
- 16:58Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 16:58Speaker 9: Did you always get along or as like as you're
- 17:00Speaker 9: getting a little bit older, you're becoming buddies, we always
- 17:03Speaker 9: get alone.
- 17:05Speaker 2: That's very, very lucky because I know a lot of siblings,
- 17:08Speaker 2: especially that close in age, don't get along until they're
- 17:11Speaker 2: like a little bit older in life.
- 17:13Speaker 7: Well, Hello, oh.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Hi. I love that you guys got to spend so
- 17:20Speaker 3: much time together.
- 17:21Speaker 4: That's really sweet. It like makes my heart so warm
- 17:24Speaker 4: to hear something like that. Okay, thank you, Thank you guys.
- 17:28Speaker 9: Glad you had a great summer. And here's to a
- 17:30Speaker 9: great school year.
- 17:32Speaker 12: Happy birthday, Ricky.
- 17:33Speaker 6: Thank you all right?
- 17:35Speaker 10: Sorry, and yeah, if anybody missed it, today is Ricky's birthday,
- 17:38Speaker 10: thirty three.
- 17:38Speaker 2: It's a big one, thirty three, thirty three and thriving.
- 17:42Speaker 5: I like it a thirty thirty three.
- 17:45Speaker 10: That no.
- 17:48Speaker 6: Disney on Ice pass as you can win him next
- 17:50Speaker 6: with the Game of.
- 17:50Speaker 1: The Day, Ricky, Zach and Men in the Morning.
- 17:55Speaker 4: I hate to.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Say what this is called, because I think it's the
- 17:58Speaker 3: worst name ever, but it's a Disney quisney for Kevin Man,
- 18:03Speaker 3: who's Game of the Day on one oh seven five
- 18:05Speaker 3: the River. The reason being we have tickets to Disney
- 18:08Speaker 3: on Ice presents Frozen and conto. It's gonna be a
- 18:11Speaker 3: Bridgetown arena September twenty fifth through the twenty eighth.
- 18:14Speaker 4: And of course, you know, Kevin is just so clever
- 18:17Speaker 4: with his game names.
- 18:18Speaker 6: Yeah, thank you for that, Ricky. I take that as
- 18:19Speaker 6: a compliment.
- 18:20Speaker 10: I was gonna call it a Quisney on ice, which
- 18:22Speaker 10: you prefer.
- 18:25Speaker 5: I kind of like Quisney on I.
- 18:27Speaker 6: Okay, that's the alternate title. Daniella and Lebanon. How you doing,
- 18:32Speaker 6: I'm doing. I'm great. Welcome to the river.
- 18:35Speaker 9: The way the game works is we're gonna throw some
- 18:37Speaker 9: Disney quotes at you from classic movies.
- 18:39Speaker 6: You have to identify the movie.
- 18:40Speaker 9: If you can get two out of three of them,
- 18:42Speaker 9: the Disney on Ice tickets are yours?
- 18:44Speaker 7: Okay.
- 18:44Speaker 10: On a scale of one to ten. How big of
- 18:46Speaker 10: a Disney fan are you?
- 18:49Speaker 5: Maybe about a seventh?
- 18:51Speaker 7: Okay, all right, likely for my kids.
- 18:53Speaker 9: So yeah, okay, I got it. Well, if your kid
- 18:56Speaker 9: is there with you, they can help you out with this.
- 18:57Speaker 9: They might be better than you. Here we go, your Quisney.
- 19:00Speaker 9: You're Disney Quisney. I forgot the name of my own game.
- 19:03Speaker 9: It starts it right now, all right? Quote number one,
- 19:08Speaker 9: remember who you are? You are my son and the
- 19:11Speaker 9: one true King.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Nice even I knew that one, and that's the first one.
- 19:19Speaker 6: I'm out all week.
- 19:21Speaker 5: Quote too.
- 19:22Speaker 9: You get this, you win, and I'll tell you right now.
- 19:24Speaker 9: This quote is from a song. Okay, okay, when I
- 19:27Speaker 9: was a lad. I ate four dozen eggs every morning
- 19:30Speaker 9: to help me get large, and now that I'm grown,
- 19:32Speaker 9: I ate five dozen eggs, so I'm roughly the size
- 19:35Speaker 9: of a barge.
- 19:41Speaker 6: No, that was Beauty and the Beast. That's Gaston singing.
- 19:44Speaker 12: Ah.
- 19:47Speaker 6: That's a lot of eggs. That's a big guy. All right.
- 19:51Speaker 9: If you get this, you win. If you don't, we
- 19:53Speaker 9: have to move on to somebody else. I'm sorry, Here
- 19:55Speaker 9: we go. It's a dingle hopper. Humans use these little
- 19:59Speaker 9: babies rating their hair out.
- 20:02Speaker 7: A little more raid.
- 20:03Speaker 9: Yeah, congratulations, Thank god. You're going to Disney on Ice
- 20:12Speaker 9: presents Frozen and Encanto at Bridgestone in September.
- 20:14Speaker 6: It's running the twenty fifth through the twenty eighth. You
- 20:16Speaker 6: will be there.
- 20:17Speaker 12: Thank you so much.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 20:21Speaker 9: Just past eight o'clock on this Wednesday morning. Thank you
- 20:23Speaker 9: so much for starting your day with us. Ricky Sanchez
- 20:25Speaker 9: has those three things.
- 20:27Speaker 3: The Voice has been renewed for season twenty nine with
- 20:29Speaker 3: a format revamp, so Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Adam
- 20:33Speaker 3: Levine are all returning to the show for what they're
- 20:36Speaker 3: calling the.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Voice Battle of Champions.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Since all three of those were previous coaches, and they
- 20:41Speaker 3: all previously were champions, So coaches are going to enter
- 20:44Speaker 3: the competition with ten artists per team. The new season
- 20:46Speaker 3: is going to feature four rounds, each featuring a Voice first,
- 20:50Speaker 3: so lots of first happening in season twenty nine. It's
- 20:53Speaker 3: planning to air spring of twenty twenty six. Season twenty
- 20:57Speaker 3: eight hasn't even aired yet. It airs this fall with
- 20:59Speaker 3: Michael blay Snoop Dogg, Nile Warren, and Reba McIntyre. So
- 21:03Speaker 3: first we had to get through season twenty eight to
- 21:05Speaker 3: get to twenty nine.
- 21:06Speaker 9: I read recently that when these Emmy nominations came out,
- 21:09Speaker 9: the Voice didn't get nominated for the first time since
- 21:11Speaker 9: twenty twelve.
- 21:12Speaker 4: Well, it's kind of wild.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Zach and I were talking about the fact that they
- 21:15Speaker 3: just got renewed for season twenty nine.
- 21:17Speaker 6: That's nuts.
- 21:18Speaker 4: It's crazy to think about how long it's been around.
- 21:21Speaker 3: And then we were obviously going through and googling all
- 21:23Speaker 3: the people from the Voice that we remember. It's wild
- 21:26Speaker 3: do that when you get a chance, because there are
- 21:28Speaker 3: some bops and some people who had some great songs
- 21:31Speaker 3: in the past. We have an update on the main
- 21:33Speaker 3: library closure. They're going to remain closed beyond the planned
- 21:37Speaker 3: July twenty eighth reopening date. Officials are waiting for a
- 21:40Speaker 3: third party safety verifications following the parking garage fire that
- 21:45Speaker 3: happened last month. This is a process, so we just
- 21:48Speaker 3: got to bear with them.
- 21:49Speaker 4: Books and materials on hold are all going to be.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Redirected to the Loubi branch, so you can still get
- 21:54Speaker 3: all the books that you need.
- 21:55Speaker 4: You could still support them.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Supporting the library is so important because obviously we need
- 22:00Speaker 3: them to stay open and this is a big blow, big.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Blow to the library.
- 22:04Speaker 3: So we're hoping that they can get everything sorted sooner
- 22:07Speaker 3: rather than later. But in the meantime, Louby branch is
- 22:09Speaker 3: your place and Van Lewin they have an ice cream collab.
- 22:13Speaker 3: Latest one they've done is with Guinness. They're doing a
- 22:16Speaker 3: limited edition pint of ice cream called Lovely Day for
- 22:19Speaker 3: a Guinness which I actually think that's a phenomenal name
- 22:22Speaker 3: for it. It's the beer's flavor along with chocolate chunks
- 22:25Speaker 3: that are all mixed in. So pints of the ice
- 22:27Speaker 3: cream can be purchased out of Van Luin scoop shop
- 22:30Speaker 3: or online at Van Luin ice cream dot com. While
- 22:33Speaker 3: supplies last. Like I said, it's just a limited edition.
- 22:36Speaker 3: So if you love a Guinness, if you've been practicing,
- 22:38Speaker 3: you know, split in your g's, you should practice again
- 22:41Speaker 3: with the pint of ice cream.
- 22:43Speaker 6: I just find about that. I learned about it when
- 22:45Speaker 6: do a lipa did. I didn't even know that was
- 22:46Speaker 6: a thing.
- 22:46Speaker 4: Oh yeah, big thing. You gotta split the G. It's
- 22:49Speaker 4: hard to do. It's harder than you think it.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Is to do too, So the ice cream pint is
- 22:54Speaker 3: gonna be a little easier to split the G with
- 22:56Speaker 3: Amrique Sanchez.
- 22:57Speaker 4: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 22:59Speaker 6: Thank you so much, Ricky, and again, happy birthday.
- 23:02Speaker 4: Thanks keV Dogg.
- 23:03Speaker 6: You're very welcome.
- 23:04Speaker 9: We love birthdays over here at the River and Ricky's
- 23:06Speaker 9: thirty three right after racy.
- 23:08Speaker 3: As we really wanted to throw the thirty three, and.
- 23:12Speaker 6: That's not a bad thing. There's a chance to do it.
- 23:15Speaker 6: One thousand dollars after the song on.
- 23:16Speaker 1: The River, Ricky Zach and men in the morning, the
- 23:21Speaker 1: Ricky Sanchez.
- 23:22Speaker 9: It's one O seven to five the River days, Ricky's
- 23:25Speaker 9: thirty third birthday. I keep saying thirty three, and apparently
- 23:28Speaker 9: that's offensive.
- 23:30Speaker 4: It's not necessarily that it's offensive.
- 23:32Speaker 3: I think it's more offensive because the stat that I
- 23:35Speaker 3: just read, I just read a stat that offended me,
- 23:37Speaker 3: and then you keep bringing up thirty three and it's
- 23:40Speaker 3: just hurting my feelings.
- 23:42Speaker 5: We'll see im.
- 23:42Speaker 9: Wow, I'm forty two, So for me hearing thirty three,
- 23:45Speaker 9: that's like super young. I would not for a second
- 23:47Speaker 9: think that makes somebody feel old.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Okay, well, what do you consider old? Like, at what
- 23:52Speaker 3: age are you considered old?
- 23:54Speaker 9: That's what this this stat that we have here that
- 23:56Speaker 9: Ricky finds offensive, that that's kind of what it is.
- 23:59Speaker 9: So we want to hear from you though, six one, five, seven, three, seven,
- 24:01Speaker 9: nine one oh seven. At what age do you think
- 24:04Speaker 9: a person crosses officially into the old territory?
- 24:08Speaker 3: And you have to tell us how old you are
- 24:10Speaker 3: as well, because we need that for reference.
- 24:12Speaker 10: I mean, I do think there's a sliding scale, like
- 24:15Speaker 10: the older the person, the older that number will be.
- 24:17Speaker 4: We're gonna find out.
- 24:18Speaker 6: I don't even think forty two is old.
- 24:19Speaker 9: Let's let's hear what you think six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 24:22Speaker 9: one oh seven in your opinion, what age is old?
- 24:26Speaker 1: One seven? Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 24:30Speaker 3: I read an offensive statistic today and it's really hurting
- 24:35Speaker 3: my feelings.
- 24:35Speaker 4: It's Ricky zach Amano.
- 24:36Speaker 3: In the morning on one O seven five of the River. Today,
- 24:39Speaker 3: I am thirty three years old. Happy for you guys,
- 24:45Speaker 3: and I'm wondering, you know, at what age do you
- 24:47Speaker 3: consider someone old? Because this stat was offensive? But first
- 24:51Speaker 3: let's hear from Stephanie in Nashville.
- 24:53Speaker 4: What do you think?
- 24:54Speaker 11: So personally, I don't think you are even considering yourself
- 24:58Speaker 11: old until you're at least in your sixty range.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Okay, that's what I would say.
- 25:03Speaker 3: I guess also, like sixty five is when you start
- 25:04Speaker 3: getting like senior discounts, right, is like.
- 25:06Speaker 13: You get all the benefits of it.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Yeah, so I guess that makes sense.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Yeah, even sixty five doesn't feel that old to me
- 25:14Speaker 3: though it really doesn't, because I mean, my mom is
- 25:17Speaker 3: sixty this year and I'm I'm only forty two.
- 25:20Speaker 13: So I tell my kids all the time, back up,
- 25:22Speaker 13: I'm young.
- 25:23Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:24Speaker 9: People look so much younger now as they get older than.
- 25:27Speaker 6: They used to. What do we attribute that to?
- 25:30Speaker 10: Is it the fact that like there's not smoke indoors everywhere?
- 25:33Speaker 10: And why honestly, why does everybody look younger now than
- 25:37Speaker 10: they did thirty years ago.
- 25:39Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 25:40Speaker 3: I just my good jeans.
- 25:42Speaker 4: Yes, girl, that's only what I do too. I'm like, well,
- 25:44Speaker 4: I got good jeans. What do you want for me?
- 25:47Speaker 3: Right?
- 25:47Speaker 6: Thank you for that? Sixty five?
- 25:49Speaker 4: Well right, thank you so much.
- 25:52Speaker 7: You guys have a great day, you too, love.
- 25:54Speaker 9: Fallon in Nashville. What do you think and what age
- 25:56Speaker 9: would you consider yourself to be old?
- 25:58Speaker 14: Well, I'm a physical so I think that's that really relative. Yeah,
- 26:04Speaker 14: I treat a lot of patients and a variety of
- 26:07Speaker 14: age ranges. If you ask me that, I would definitely
- 26:10Speaker 14: say probably seventy.
- 26:11Speaker 12: Okay, but I think I think that's it really.
- 26:14Speaker 14: Just depends on how you treat your body. I see
- 26:16Speaker 14: people in their fifties who act quote unquote old, and
- 26:20Speaker 14: I see people in their sixties who act like super young.
- 26:25Speaker 6: So it's a case by case thing for you.
- 26:27Speaker 14: Absolutely.
- 26:28Speaker 4: I like the idea of seventy, though, I'm like, we're
- 26:30Speaker 4: pushing it even for.
- 26:32Speaker 10: Better.
- 26:32Speaker 6: Yeah, not even halfway there, Ricky.
- 26:34Speaker 4: I know that's what's nice here.
- 26:37Speaker 14: I'm also thirty three, so happy, Okay.
- 26:39Speaker 4: Thank you so much, Fallin. I appreciate it.
- 26:42Speaker 11: Get out there and move your body.
- 26:43Speaker 14: It'll just pay and divided agree acts.
- 26:46Speaker 6: Yes, that's great fallin. Thank you for calling good advice.
- 26:49Speaker 13: All right, thanks buye Ricky.
- 26:51Speaker 10: Do you want to share these statistics now that offended
- 26:53Speaker 10: you so much?
- 26:53Speaker 4: I do.
- 26:55Speaker 3: Gen Z considers individuals to be old at thirty five
- 27:00Speaker 3: years old. Thirty five Z thirty five They said thirty five,
- 27:04Speaker 3: and then the other like large percentage said forty.
- 27:07Speaker 4: How insane is that?
- 27:09Speaker 5: That's just not okay?
- 27:10Speaker 2: I will say, though, it kind of makes sense because
- 27:12Speaker 2: you're talking about gen Z, And in my head I
- 27:14Speaker 2: feel like whenever I think about it, the older that
- 27:17Speaker 2: I get, the further away the word.
- 27:20Speaker 5: Old gets from me.
- 27:21Speaker 2: So like when I was probably sixteen to twenty, I
- 27:23Speaker 2: was like, oh, thirty five and is so old. And
- 27:25Speaker 2: now that I'm thirty three as well, I'm like, oh,
- 27:27Speaker 2: you're not old tail, You're at least dead.
- 27:30Speaker 5: Like you're not old tail, you're.
- 27:31Speaker 6: In the brave.
- 27:32Speaker 9: I mean, I do remember being a child thinking like
- 27:35Speaker 9: a senior in high school was a full grown adult.
- 27:37Speaker 9: You know, you just don't really have a reference point
- 27:41Speaker 9: at that age.
- 27:41Speaker 4: And the nearest senior in high school and you go,
- 27:43Speaker 4: I am absolutely.
- 27:44Speaker 9: Not now that I am an adult and I see
- 27:47Speaker 9: a senior in high school, they are children. So what
- 27:51Speaker 9: do you think when when is a person old? Will
- 27:52Speaker 9: still take calls on the six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine.
- 27:55Speaker 1: One o seven, Rachie, Zach and Menno.
- 27:59Speaker 6: In the morning, I'm in and Shelbyville.
- 28:01Speaker 9: Good morning, Welcome to the River. Welcome to Ricky's birthday party.
- 28:05Speaker 9: We are asking in honor of her thirty third birthday.
- 28:08Speaker 9: When do you think a person is officially old?
- 28:11Speaker 11: Well, it's not so much an age as it is
- 28:13Speaker 11: an attitude. Because I know some eighty year olds that
- 28:17Speaker 11: are really spunky if they have a lot of fast
- 28:19Speaker 11: and I know some fifty year olds that are like
- 28:23Speaker 11: they just kind of sit around, they.
- 28:25Speaker 13: Don't do a lot, they're blumpy.
- 28:27Speaker 11: But I will agree with Kevin and as I get
- 28:30Speaker 11: more wealth seasoned, because I'm not going to stay older,
- 28:34Speaker 11: I just.
- 28:34Speaker 13: I raise the age of what I might consider.
- 28:37Speaker 11: To be old.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Okay, so how old are you, Robin? I'm sixty three,
- 28:41Speaker 2: sixty three and fabulous. Okay, sixty three are sixty three?
- 28:45Speaker 5: What do you think is like the age that you're
- 28:47Speaker 5: going to say is old.
- 28:48Speaker 13: Now, probably eighty.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, I guess that makes sense. But like you said,
- 28:53Speaker 4: there are plenty of eighty year olds.
- 28:54Speaker 3: I mean, I think about my grandpa who is ninety
- 28:56Speaker 3: and he's ready to go.
- 28:58Speaker 4: He got hit on over the weekend. He was very
- 29:00Speaker 4: excited about that.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Yeah, like, yo, man going, have you seen the pickleball
- 29:07Speaker 2: courts and Mount Juliet, Like.
