SPEAKER_00: Making your life look like the sign and the wonder that God called it to be requires something very simple called meditation that we're going to look at today.

SPEAKER_00: This is going to radically change your life because today I am going to show you nine scriptures to meditate on for all nine areas of your life that will push you forward every single day.

SPEAKER_00: We're talking about becoming more and more of a sign and a wonder in every area of your life, every single day from today.

SPEAKER_00: Now, let's set the stage a little bit because you may be saying, you may be thinking, success in all nine areas of my life is not possible.

SPEAKER_00: We're going to look at all this stuff.

SPEAKER_00: In Genesis chapter 24, verse 1, and today I'm going to discipline myself and actually read most of these scriptures instead of quoting them.

SPEAKER_00: Pay attention to this.

SPEAKER_00: It says, now Abraham was very was old, well advanced in age, and the Lord had blessed him in all things.

SPEAKER_00: And when we think about it, we identify as the children of Abraham, right?

SPEAKER_00: Like the Abraham's blessings are mine.

SPEAKER_00: And the blessing on Abraham's life made it such that, made it such that he was able to succeed in all areas of his life.

SPEAKER_00: He had been blessed in all things.

SPEAKER_00: Now, what we're going to do on this call, we're going to change our minds so many times.

SPEAKER_00: And so as we see things in the Word of God that we have access to, we are going to identify with them.

SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've thought I can be blessed in all night areas of my life.

SPEAKER_00: Romans 12, 2, be transformed.

SPEAKER_00: So I just want you to hold this thought in your mind.

SPEAKER_00: And as you think about it, travel in my walk with God, in my family life, in ministry, in health, in my finances, in my business, as a student, as all of these things, I can be blessed.

SPEAKER_00: And your mind offer you like, oh my goodness, look at your life.

SPEAKER_00: We believe the word of God, not our undisciplined minds.

SPEAKER_00: A disciplined mind is a mind that sides with the word of God.

SPEAKER_00: An undisciplined mind is a mind that believes things not in line with the word of God.

SPEAKER_00: And we didn't even start yet, but I want to show you something, right?

SPEAKER_00: I read the scripture a lot since we started doing these deep dives on meditation.

SPEAKER_00: And he had an assignment from God, and God gave him a strategy.

SPEAKER_00: You have an assignment from God, right?

SPEAKER_00: And part of your assignment from God is to be a billboard of his glory, like to be a mannequin for God.

SPEAKER_00: Like people look at you and they're like, Oh my goodness, I want to follow God, right?

SPEAKER_00: And you have an assignment.

SPEAKER_00: You have an assignment.

SPEAKER_00: And God said to this guy, He said to Joshua, he said, Here's a strategy for you, Joshua.

SPEAKER_00: So he said, This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night that you may observe to do according to all that is written in there.

SPEAKER_00: So we say the word, we visualize the word, then we act according to the word.

SPEAKER_00: What is the result?

SPEAKER_00: For then you will make your way prosperous and then you have good success.

SPEAKER_00: So some people ask me, sometimes people will say, Are you one of those prosperity preachers?

SPEAKER_00: I'm like, What do you mean?

SPEAKER_00: When like, what do you mean?

SPEAKER_00: Am I a prosperity preacher?

SPEAKER_00: How do you preach the word and not preach prosperity?

SPEAKER_00: This is one verse.

SPEAKER_00: In this one verse, there's prosperous and success.

SPEAKER_00: In one verse, God said, then you will make your way prosperous, and then you have good success.

SPEAKER_00: God is a success God, God is a prosperity God.

SPEAKER_00: So when you ask me, am I a prosperity preacher?

SPEAKER_00: When you know I preach the word of God, what kind of question is that?

SPEAKER_00: What kind of question is that?

SPEAKER_00: So what we're about to look at, these are now the things we speak.

SPEAKER_00: We don't speak things that don't line up with the word of God.

SPEAKER_00: We don't visualize things that don't line up with the word of God.

SPEAKER_00: We side with the word of God.

SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we over the last few weeks, we would pick a verse and we would spend the whole hour meditating on the verse.

SPEAKER_00: But God taught me this thing called a meditation marathon, where he was like, I want you to sit and I want you to think about all nine areas of your life.

SPEAKER_00: And as you think about them, I want you to pull a scripture of what I said in each of these areas and I want you to meditate on them.

SPEAKER_00: I want you to spend time speaking them out of your mouth and visualizing them as your reality.

SPEAKER_00: The first time I did this, it took me about an hour to go through everything.

SPEAKER_00: And by the time I was done with it, my faith was at an all-time high.

SPEAKER_00: What I could believe for was at an all-time high.

SPEAKER_00: What I thought about my life was like, oh my goodness, this is amazing.

SPEAKER_00: What I thought about my future, I was like, my goodness, I need sunglasses.

SPEAKER_00: This is so good.

SPEAKER_00: And then that day, I showed up like that person who lives that kind of life, who pulls off those kind of things.

SPEAKER_00: It's called a meditation marathon.

SPEAKER_00: So after I discovered that, we had a prayer-thon coming up, which was, you know, which we do this on the Rise and Shine for three hours from 6 a.m.

SPEAKER_00: to 9 a.m.

SPEAKER_00: Once a month, we have a prayer-thon, okay?

SPEAKER_00: Once a month.

SPEAKER_00: And in that prayer-thon, I started getting this nudge like, do the marathon for the, I was like, Lord, I mean, like, have people meditate for three hours.

SPEAKER_00: I don't know if I can hold them for that long.

SPEAKER_00: But you know, when God gives you an instruction, He also, His instructions come with an empowerment for it to succeed, right?

SPEAKER_00: And so even though I was like, oh, I don't know.

SPEAKER_00: I was like, but we'll do it, right?

SPEAKER_00: And so we had these blocks.

SPEAKER_00: There were 15 to 20 minute blocks where we take one of these scriptures we're gonna look at today, and then we'll pray in the spirit, ask God to open our understanding, we're saying it out of our mouth, we're declaring it, all of this stuff.

SPEAKER_00: We did it for three hours.

SPEAKER_00: It like it was it was it was so mind-boggling.

SPEAKER_00: It was so mind-boggling for me.

SPEAKER_00: And I was like, this is unbelievable.

SPEAKER_00: And guys, let me tell you something.

SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter what your life is like now.

SPEAKER_00: If you will become the person who would do this, you can change every day.

SPEAKER_00: Your expectation will change every day.

SPEAKER_00: The way you show up will change every day.

SPEAKER_00: And the more you meditate, the more you pull out of the scripture, the more you pull out of the scripture, the more revelation you have of the scripture, the more you act in line with it, the more you expect more.

SPEAKER_00: Like I'm making progress every single day.

SPEAKER_00: And it's like a snowball.

SPEAKER_00: What happens with the snowball?

SPEAKER_00: It starts and it's a little itty bitty snowball, but the more it goes, the bigger the snowball gets, and the faster the snowball rolls.

SPEAKER_00: So what we're doing has a compounding effect, right?

SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna we're gonna do this stuff, we're gonna do it together.

SPEAKER_00: Some of you, you are on the prayer throne, so you've done some of this before, but we it's gonna go deeper.

SPEAKER_00: It's gonna go deeper.

SPEAKER_00: This is gonna blow your mind.

SPEAKER_00: And if you're if let me just say this right here: if you're here and you love success by the book, but you have not experienced our experience the rise and shine.

SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, you need to come on a rise and shine.

SPEAKER_00: So a rise and shine is a prayer meeting every morning, 6 a.m.

SPEAKER_00: Eastern, we get together, we pray, we pray in the spirits, we meditate, we have gratitude.

SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, we we we read our Bibles, we do all kinds of fun stuff.

SPEAKER_00: It's like it's a it's it's called a prayer meeting, but what it is, it's a mentorship meeting.

SPEAKER_00: And let me tell you something the impact you can get from it showing up every day, if it was a program you paid$30,000 for, you would be so happy you pay$30,000 every year because of the level of transformation.

SPEAKER_00: Okay, so why do we talk about the nine areas of life?

SPEAKER_00: Let me give you guys some context here.

SPEAKER_00: We talk about the nine areas of life because sometimes when people talk about success, they have problems with success because they think if I'm successful, whatever they define it as, then that means, oh, then I will lose my spirituality or I won't be as faithful to God or I'll lose my family or whatever.

SPEAKER_00: God is not a I will bless you halfway kind of God.

SPEAKER_00: God is a I want you blessed in all things.

SPEAKER_00: And when you pursue the blessing and you pursue success in this way, what ends up happening is you go deeper with God, you would aggressively advance his kingdom, you complete destiny, you have a family that's thriving, you don't sacrifice your health, your health is thriving, like you're thriving everywhere.

SPEAKER_00: So in this container, you can be very rich and very deep with God.

SPEAKER_00: You can have a great family, but you're still fulfilling ministry.

SPEAKER_00: You can fulfill ministry, but you also are very powerful in the marketplace.

SPEAKER_00: You see what I mean?

SPEAKER_00: Like that's the idea.

SPEAKER_00: So when I think about success, I don't apologize for it because it doesn't cost me my walk with God.

SPEAKER_00: It does not cost me fulfilling ministry, does not cost me my family, does not cost me my health.

SPEAKER_00: It is an all-round success.

SPEAKER_00: So when we talk about the nine areas of life, we're talking about like your walk with God, which is the center of it, which is the most important piece of it, right?

SPEAKER_00: It's my walk with God, not ministry, my walk with God, the depth of my fellowship with God.

SPEAKER_00: So I pray to him, I study his word, I know him, he reveals himself to me.

SPEAKER_00: I walk with him, I host his presence, I obey him because God's love language is obedience, right?

SPEAKER_00: So I'm successful there in my spiritual life.

SPEAKER_00: So one is spiritual life, the next is family, and the first three are in order.

SPEAKER_00: First is spiritual life, the next one is family, right?

SPEAKER_00: So I have this family, I have this godly marriage, I'm raising these godly kids.

SPEAKER_00: And then together, right, we are people who walk with God and we're pushing his kingdom forward and we honor our relationships and we're manifesting the blessing in all areas of our lives.

SPEAKER_00: This is a successful family.

SPEAKER_00: We have fun together, all of that, right?

SPEAKER_00: Okay, and and family dynamics, depending on your stage, it looks different, right?

SPEAKER_00: You may be, you know, younger and it's you and your parents and stuff like that, but family, okay?

SPEAKER_00: And then there's ministry, okay.

SPEAKER_00: When I talk about this in um non-faith circles, I would call this legacy, but it's ministry.

SPEAKER_00: How am I positioning myself as an instrument that God can use for the aggressive advancement of his kingdom, right?

SPEAKER_00: And so that is, you know, winning people to Christ, getting people filled with the Holy Spirit, discipling people, leading in a small group, serving in in um in in church, being a witness in the marketplace where you are and stuff like that, right?

SPEAKER_00: So we have that.

SPEAKER_00: So we have ministry, right?

SPEAKER_00: What you do to, well, funding the ministry we kind of put under giving, but what you do to forcefully advance the kingdom and growing in that, right?

SPEAKER_00: Now, um, so that's so that's ministry.

SPEAKER_00: So these three are in order.

SPEAKER_00: Then after that, you have health.

SPEAKER_00: God wants you to have a peak performance body so you can stay on this earth long enough to complete the assignment that he gave you, right?

SPEAKER_00: So my level, I have a high level of faith.

SPEAKER_00: I have a high level of impact on all these things.

SPEAKER_00: I'm 47.

SPEAKER_00: But guess what?

SPEAKER_00: I could be at 67, even more impactful with 20 years more experience.

SPEAKER_00: Guess what could happen when I'm 77?

SPEAKER_00: I could be more impactful with 30 years more experience.

SPEAKER_00: And also the longer I stay, it's like fine wine, the more I can do.

SPEAKER_00: So I need to be nice to this body so I stay long enough to do the assignment.

SPEAKER_00: So you can own this whole idea of being successful in all nine areas of your life and go after it.

SPEAKER_00: How much we make, how much we invest, how much we give, right?

SPEAKER_00: Like, and and we want to grow in our walk with God, and we also want to grow in our capacity to make and to invest and to give, right?

SPEAKER_00: Like we have goals for how much we want to make.

SPEAKER_00: Do you have goals for how much you want to give?

SPEAKER_00: And if your goals for making are growing, your goals for giving should be growing as well.

SPEAKER_00: Like, you want to be successful there too.

SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's finances.

SPEAKER_00: And then we have business or career or academics, whatever com whether ever one or combination, right?

SPEAKER_00: And so does God want your business to move forward?

SPEAKER_00: Does he want you to be a straight A student?

SPEAKER_00: Does he want to be you should be the top of your class in school?

SPEAKER_00: Because you're a sign and a wonder.

SPEAKER_00: You're a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden.

SPEAKER_00: You want to grow as a person in skill, in wisdom, in the competencies that you have.

SPEAKER_00: Who wants to be the same every 90 days?

SPEAKER_00: Used to do things at this level, and two years later at this at the same level, God forbid.

SPEAKER_00: No, God is about moving forward.

SPEAKER_00: The path of the just shines brighter and brighter.

SPEAKER_00: We just came back from an event that we hosted.

SPEAKER_00: Um, for I run a program for doctors.

SPEAKER_00: It's called On TraMD.

SPEAKER_00: We help them build um profitable six, seven, and eight-figure businesses.

SPEAKER_00: And for my clients, I would do two in-person events a year.

SPEAKER_00: We had a vision retreat because we start our year in October, right?

SPEAKER_00: So we had a vision retreat.

SPEAKER_00: And in that retreat, um, you know, we this was our sixth one.

SPEAKER_00: We had our first one in 2021.

SPEAKER_00: And they know, and I tell them, I'm like, every event we do will be our best event.

SPEAKER_00: So I showed up at this one.

SPEAKER_00: I said, guys, when it's time to register, register because this, if you're not getting married, make sure that you're here because this will be our best one yet by far.

SPEAKER_00: Part of what that would require for me is intellectual development.

SPEAKER_00: I need to get better at hosting an event, better at giving people transformation, better at communicating, better at persuading, better at selling people on who they can become, better.

SPEAKER_00: I need to get better, right?

SPEAKER_00: Now, so that event happened last week.

SPEAKER_00: I cannot tell you the number of people who walk up to me and they're like, Dr.

SPEAKER_00: Nuna, you have outdone yourself.

SPEAKER_00: This was your best, this was the best one yet.

SPEAKER_00: And it's not just bells and whistles, the amount of transformation they experienced in real time.

SPEAKER_00: Intellectual development, so you can be successful in that.

SPEAKER_00: So Jesus, right about Jesus, the Bible said, and Jesus grew.

SPEAKER_00: That should humble all of us.

SPEAKER_00: If Jesus, the sinless son of God, came to earth and he needed to grow to fulfill his destiny.

SPEAKER_00: Guess what we need to do?

SPEAKER_00: We need to grow.

SPEAKER_00: And if we do not grow, we will not fulfill destiny, the end.

SPEAKER_00: Because if Jesus couldn't anything you read in the Bible and you found that Jesus could not escape it, just know that you can't escape it either.

SPEAKER_00: Okay, so so Jesus needed to grow.

SPEAKER_00: How do I know where I need to grow?

SPEAKER_00: Find the areas where you are having a lot of challenges.

SPEAKER_00: It is almost always an indication that there is ignorance there.

SPEAKER_00: So you ask yourself, if I could master one skill that will make these challenges disappear, what is that skill?

SPEAKER_00: Then you go for it.

SPEAKER_00: You guys see that?

SPEAKER_00: Other than the curriculum of Jesus, because Jesus' curriculum, he grew in wisdom, stature, favorite God, favorite people.

SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's intellectual, social capital, the quality of relationships I have in my life that can pull me from where I am to where I need to be.

SPEAKER_00: You need to be clear on the people God has put in your life to take you forward.

SPEAKER_00: If you are here, for instance, and you come on success by the book, I am one of those people.

SPEAKER_00: And I am going to show up and I'm going to continue to show up at higher and higher levels to help you at the highest level.

SPEAKER_00: Your job is in your social capital is to know this person is one of my people.

SPEAKER_00: You're here and you're a physician, and in your career, you want to move forward.

SPEAKER_00: But you ask God, like I for divine helpers.

SPEAKER_00: Do you ask Him for divine helpers?

SPEAKER_00: You grow, like your inner circle should be growing in number and quality.

SPEAKER_00: So you're successful there in your social capital, where there could be a ginormous challenge that shows up in your life, and one text message will go it, make it go away because of the quality of relationships you have.

SPEAKER_00: God is just about us leaving holy and then going to heaven.

SPEAKER_00: Do you know that God could have made the entire ground brown and the entire sky white?

SPEAKER_00: There could have been no stars, no mountains, no none of these wonderful things we see in nature.

SPEAKER_00: He like literally, one day we were driving along the Blue Ridge Mountains in the fall.

SPEAKER_00: And we came up on, you know, like we're driving, and there's this mountain, like all the way in the distance in front of us.

SPEAKER_00: It wasn't a mountain, it's like a hill with all these trees.

SPEAKER_00: And it is the fall.

SPEAKER_00: So somewhere green, somewhere yellow, somewhere orange, somewhere red.

SPEAKER_00: It was the most beautiful scene.

SPEAKER_00: I'm just looking at it, and something dawned on me.

SPEAKER_00: I want you to hear this.

SPEAKER_00: These are leaves that are dying.

SPEAKER_00: Like, what is happening to these leaves?

SPEAKER_00: And God made the process of their death so colorful, so beautiful, so we can enjoy it.

SPEAKER_00: So if you think God does not want you to enjoy life, that is a thought straight from the pit of hell.

SPEAKER_00: He put this, it is so beautiful that there are fall festivals everywhere that take advantage of the hills with the trees falling and the different colors and all of those things.

SPEAKER_00: Don't believe the lie that he's like, he's not about that.

SPEAKER_00: Oh, I just need to be righteous and holy and move his kingdom forward and all this stuff.

SPEAKER_00: And the OBGYN is an OBGYN that has a practice big enough to make this pediatrician's practice burst at the seams and she made one statement she's like that doctor can go home now I got her one one moment of favor one moment of favor that's all it takes so now this OBGYN who has access to all the patients this pediatrician will ever need just said I got you okay so Daniel chapter one verse nine this is what it said now God had brought Daniel into favor into the favor and goodwill of the chief of the eunuchs so this was a decision maker a gatekeeper an influential person a king but what did God do God brought Daniel into favor before this person and I okay so I want you to think about it I want you to think about like just take this with you and God brings me into into the favor and goodwill of the kings and decision makers and gatekeepers who can turn my life around in a moment oh my goodness do you guys see this like just think about it for a second like say it out of your mouth but see it and God brings me into favor and goodwill brings me into the favor and goodwill of the kings and influencers and decision makers and gatekeepers who can turn my life around in a moment can you imagine meditating on that thought day and night for a week a month 90 days golly okay okay all right now I am going to do we have done the one for business we've done exodus chapter 31 verse two to three we did a whole hour on that one so I'm not I'm just gonna quote it I'm we're not gonna spend too much time on it.

SPEAKER_00: I come from money I come from a wealthy family in my finances I'm a sign and a wonder and God has given me power to get wealth he gives me revelation of this power and I use it to take full advantage of everything God has given me access to I am blessed and today is my best day yet can you imagine doing that every morning what can you imagine resetting your mind and when your mind starts going crazy and all you're like oh I know how to tame you and you bring because how long did that take probably two or three minutes it wasn't three it was two two minutes and as you say it you're imagining as you say you're imagining and so that's the two minute version and then when you have 30 minutes you just put some nice like instrumentals in the background and you just go for it and go for it and you're just traveling through and you're rewiring your expectation rewiring your belief rewiring the way you show up rewiring everything because when the Bible says guard your heart with all diligence and guarding means keeping bad things out but it also means bringing good things in guard your heart with all diligence for out for it determines the course of your life it determines your course of your life so because you that's what used to overwhelm your mind in the morning as you go about your day you start you start acting that way and expecting that way and acting that way what happens to your life if you do this for 90 days okay this is how you do a meditation marathon and it can be a two minute marathon a 30 minute marathon a one hour marathon or a three hour marathon either way your mind gets blown your mind gets expanded your mind lines up with the word of God and you my friend become a sign and wonder in every area of your life so that when it's your time it's time for you to go out it'll be written of you and you were old and well advanced in age and God had blessed you in all things.
