- 0:14Y y yeah, yeah, hello everyone? What hello there, I'm coming
- 1:15through some headphone that is not what is that? Check your settings? It's
- 1:30coming through your head your stereo. How's that? No, it's not your
- 1:38microphone. It's your speakers. Uhh, we have ghosts. Hold on,
- 1:56weird? Is that any better? What is happening? Why are there so
- 2:19many? Oh? I know why. I'm a knucklehead. I know exactly
- 2:23why. You guys. I'm so out of practice. Do you hear the
- 2:29reverb two on your side? Do you know why? It's because YouTube was
- 2:37not muted? Mute your YouTube? Oh, y'all, it's it's been a
- 2:44long week, it's been a long month. I haven't we haven't seen you
- 2:46since last year. Wolf. Now it's better, now, it's better.
- 2:53Oh, y'all. We didn't start drinking early enough that I mean, Oh,
- 3:07it's a lama. It's a wild lama. Oh. I almost my
- 3:12lama's shirt tonight. Huh. Thank you guys. And I am still suffering
- 3:23from the flu and jet lag. But I'm here because I missed everybody.
- 3:30So I was like, I am going to do this no matter what.
- 3:38So here I am. I'm glad you're back. I mean, I I've
- 3:45looked at some of the photos you sent me and I'm jealous. That's not
- 3:47why I'm glad you're back. But I missed you. I missed you.
- 3:51And the last time we did what I guess, I did that one one,
- 3:57the one man Show. So I mean, I will just say twenty
- 4:01twenty four is not starting out quite the way I planned. I mean,
- 4:06I literally had a medical procedure for kidney stones two days before I got on
- 4:12a flight to go to Finland. But we did that because the thought of
- 4:17having the stone try to pass while in the air just didn't sit well with
- 4:24me. No, nope, nope. I heard a story. I heard
- 4:29a story. I was listening to the audiobook of Dave Girls, like I
- 4:32guess auto ethnography, not audiobiography, and he was talking about how he had
- 4:39to switch some things around, but he made it so that he could still
- 4:41go to the Daddy Daughter Dance with his kids because he's a class act.
- 4:45And so he left Australia. He flew back to California, he did the
- 4:49dance stuff. He was sitting there because the kids were dancing with their friends,
- 4:54and he said, you know, the plane's going to have more of
- 4:56the food that I'm looking for, but there's a theser, so he had
- 5:00Caesar salad. He got back on the plane and realized food poisoning, and
- 5:04so he was stuck on the plane with food poisoning all the way back to
- 5:10Australia, which is like twelve hours or something. And he is one of
- 5:13those guys who, according to him and I believe him, he can't really
- 5:17vomit. So he just felt horrible the whole time. So, yes,
- 5:29I there's a lama behind you. I did, and I painted that myself,
- 5:35took monkey, but we give her experiences for her birthday, and it
- 5:40was a painting with the twist. She had kids wine and I painted that
- 5:45myself. Oh my gosh, it looks so cool. Yes, Steve is
- 5:50amazing. He was born where I was born, and he grew up an
- 5:54hour and a half north of me. Right now, it's kind of cool.
- 5:58Yeah, I mean I spent we have such a delay. Go ahead,
- 6:06I was gonna say, I thankfully wasn't throwing up. Just my head
- 6:10weighed two thousand pounds, My ears were clogged, my throat was sore,
- 6:15and they served chicken curry was the meal. Oh and I was like,
- 6:24Okay, I'm gonna be on this plane for eleven at wurs, I need
- 6:29no chicken curry, and so I drank their flu. That's what a great
- 6:36replacement. It's just a meal replacement thera flu, that's what that is.
- 6:41It's a new diet, it's a new flat fat. Oh my god.
- 6:46So I don't know how was Finland speaking of witch other than you know,
- 6:57it was amazing. And I have to say, I mean, I love
- 7:01the people I work with, but I think I could live in Finland.
- 7:05The people are nice, they're amazing. It's beautiful. Now. I will
- 7:13say my hotel room being seventy five degrees and that was as cool as I
- 7:17could get it. I mean, I opened the window. You know,
- 7:19it cracks as far because they don't want you to jump. But I was
- 7:24able to cool it off a little bit. But I could do a little
- 7:30bit cooler temperatures to sleep. I feel like I feel like Finland's the last
- 7:39place where I'd want to just I feel like I'd enjoy it too much.
- 7:46I mean, everybody is so nice. And one day I had twenty one
- 7:56thousand, four hundred steps that I don't support, that I don't I don't
- 8:05support that at all. They walk guys. They gave me a hard time
- 8:11because of course I wore my ugs most of the time. But one day
- 8:13it wasn't snowing that day and it was a warmer day, so I wanted
- 8:16to look cute because we were having a company dinner at the office. So
- 8:22I wore what I consider my Texas winter shoes, little peeptoe wedges, and
- 8:28of course I walked to the office. So it's several blocks and there was
- 8:31snow and stuff, but it was fine. Beauty is pain. And I
- 8:39get to the office and they're all like, oh, those are so cute
- 8:41because they thought I carried them and changed and I said, no, I
- 8:46wore them. And my boss and Mirrva looked at me and she goes,
- 8:50you walked in those I'm like, I did what. She goes, You
- 8:58realize it is below freezing outside. I'm like, I know, but they
- 9:03look cute, right, And I didn't suping fall. Once you made the
- 9:13lama laugh, watch out, she might spit. Now those shoes are having
- 9:18to go to the shoe hospital because I guess walking in snow in them it
- 9:24made the seal come off the bottom. So now they got to be fixed.
- 9:28So a cute little Michael Core's wedges broke the seal. Oh no,
- 9:39I looked adorable, and that's what matters, right, I mean, yes,
- 9:46that is what matters. That is absolutely what matters. Do you want
- 9:50to do you want to take people on a little trip via photos? We
- 9:54should because I got a little disappointed that my late bootom trip didn't go quite
- 10:05the way I planned. But snow up to my waist isn't my idea of
- 10:13fun. Yeah, but I am going, Yes you can. I normally
- 10:20would wear the appropriate attire, but I thought I looked cute, and I
- 10:24was only walking from my hotel to the office and back. Well, so
- 10:31it's not like I was going out in the snow. We could take you
- 10:37to the andies. It just means that you're the first one that we're gonna
- 10:39eat. Okay, sure I don't. I mean I got plenty of fat
- 10:45and marbling, so i'd be really dash to eat. But I will say
- 10:52it is beautiful there, and I'm going back in late September October before it
- 10:56snows. So my plan is to fly in a couple of days early to
- 11:01go back so we can see it. So I didn't get all the way
- 11:05into lake boot them. But I did take some pictures where I was able
- 11:09to get up, so we can share those. All right. Let me
- 11:13come over here and you can just tell us what it is. It's a
- 11:18tree, it's it's a tree, it's a forest. And this is the
- 11:22area. I tried to walk out to to try to go get to the
- 11:26lake, and when the snow was to my knees, I said, yeah,
- 11:31I can't do this now. I did not have on the cute little
- 11:33Texas shoes. I had on boots that were appropriate for where I was water
- 11:39proof. They call them wellies, but I call them hiking boots. But
- 11:46so, yeah, and we went. You'll see the sun going down behind
- 11:52us. So we went because my thought was to go, and I wanted
- 11:54to be there when it was dark so it'd be a little more like when
- 11:58stuff happened. But the sky was so pretty. Sky was so pretty.
- 12:07So if you look see like people tried to walk out there, the part
- 12:13in the farthest piece that is a lake. That's the lake and so it's
- 12:18frozen. Yeah, that's lake. So my boss was with me, and
- 12:22I was like, well, can I try to walk out there? And
- 12:24she was like, and that's when it came up to my knees and I
- 12:28was like, well, I wanted to go walk on the ice and see
- 12:31if i'd fall through. I feel like John Madden because when I went there
- 12:39last year, I went snowshoeing on a lake. I didn't know not all
- 12:43of the lakes are frozen enough to walk on, and didn't know what this
- 12:48was to walk on. Like driving from Helsinki out toes Bo, going out
- 12:54that way, when you go over the bridge, you can see part of
- 12:58it's frozen, but there's a little piece that's not. But yeah, we
- 13:05decided I shouldn't walk out there. But yeah, so this is just more
- 13:09pictures and you can see that's the lake as well. I got up as
- 13:13close as I could and tried to zoom in. You know what I find
- 13:20cool because of they got a lot of rain and a lot of the snow
- 13:26melted and it turned to like, like that looks like it's tree. What's
- 13:33the stuff called mult It's not. It's actually like three inches of ice on
- 13:37top of it. It's just not white wild because it was rain and that's
- 13:43what you step on and you slip and you bust your bomb ah. I
- 13:50see, so we call it black ice. That's right. Well, I
- 14:00to my boss, I said, I still want to camp out there.
- 14:05Oh, go back, you passed. The sunset was so pretty. That
- 14:09was That was the next photo. I went too far. That's like,
- 14:11I don't know if what you call a little part that comes off from the
- 14:16lake, like a little shootout. Yeah, but that was all frozen.
- 14:24I did touch it with my boot and it was frozen. I'd end up
- 14:30touching it with my booty, I'd fall on my face. I'm sure I
- 14:33was determined. We did have a fellow coworker who slipped and fell, but
- 14:39I thought that was just amazing. That's called team building. The sunset and
- 14:45guess what time it was with the sunset four ten pm. I don't like
- 14:54that. So even walking to the office at eight o'clock in the morning,
- 15:01it was still dark outside like what we have now. Nope, So in
- 15:09December and January, they only get like four hours of daylight, but their
- 15:15nighttime is more like what we call dusk. It's not like wildish black.
- 15:22Yeah, like twilight. There's a little bit of light. But yeah,
- 15:24this was all between four and four thirty pm. That's so wild, that's
- 15:33cool, it's beautiful. I was sad that I didn't see any animals I
- 15:39wanted to see, like an elk, a moose, a rabbit. The
- 15:46only animals I got to see were lots of dogs. I told my dogs.
- 15:50I cheated on them every chance I got. I petted all of the
- 15:54amazing dogs in Helsinki because everybody has dogs and they go to rush rants good
- 16:02and I petted them and loved on them. And the other great thing.
- 16:06People in Finland learn English in school. They don't graduate high school until they're
- 16:14fluent in reading and writing English, English, Finnish and Swedish. I can
- 16:22talk good. I think they might do better than us might. Our Educationism
- 16:33is not the beast in the world. I don't care what anybody. Well.
- 16:38Funny that we're talking political crimes today, because, believe it or not,
- 16:44I got asked the question when went to dinner with some of my coworkers,
- 16:48people from India, London, France, Finland and then US, and
- 16:56got the question, so what do you think about your current presidential election?
- 17:04And I just looked around. I said, you know, I don't normally
- 17:07talk politics or religion, and they said, oh, well, what's your
- 17:11thought, I said, I'm going to just say it's a circus currently,
- 17:18and then the conversation went on and I had to admit, we're the only
- 17:22country that lets a convicted sexual assault person run for president. Yep, we
- 17:33are the foundation of morality here in this country. Then we talked about the
- 17:41differences, and I mentioned it. I did a quick TikTok on it while
- 17:47I was walking to the office, the difference in the justice systems. Finland
- 17:52does not have life without pearol. In other words, they don't have life,
- 18:03no, you get they no, they rehabilitate you. Well, see
- 18:11that's see, that's where that's where we say we do that, but it
- 18:14costs money, so we don't really do it. I'm guessing they also don't
- 18:19subsidize their prisons for how many beds they fill either, which is our oly
- 18:25issue. So right, and they don't have murders and stuff like we do.
- 18:29So I mean, so it depends. So and I will tell you
- 18:37guys, it's one of the things that I am going to dig into because
- 18:40talking to a coworker from London then comparing Finland and then the US, it
- 18:48was just shocking the difference between the three, and then also what the difference
- 18:52is for murder and what constitutes murder. I don't remember if it was London
- 18:59or Finland, but there is no self defense, so if you kill somebody,
- 19:04it's manslaughter, whether they were coming at you or not. So I'm
- 19:10going to dig into that, and then I'm going to probably say I'll do
- 19:15a special Live to go over it, and then I'm going to try to
- 19:18talk a couple of my coworkers to come on and talk about it, because
- 19:22we had a very long, i'm going to say in an hour conversation about
- 19:26it and several cocktails, and I saw pros and cons to all of it.
- 19:32I do say in the US we are much stricter, or at least
- 19:37from where I live, much stricter, but we also are a little more
- 19:42understanding and forgiving, Like we do believe in protecting yourself. Someone breaks into
- 19:51my house and tries to kill me, I have the right to kill them.
- 19:53Over there, you don't. You are still held account. So I'm
- 20:02going to dig into that and we're going to do a special on that.
- 20:06I was just looking at country rate rankings regarding murder rates, and the US
- 20:10is sitting at six point four to two per one hundred thousand, which doesn't
- 20:14sound like a lot, but Finland only has one point sixty five, So
- 20:18yeah, I mean people don't, so I'm going to admit this. We
- 20:26went to the grocery store to get some stuff for the office because we bought
- 20:32Valentine's gifts for everyone that was there and we wanted to hand them out.
- 20:37I set my little wrist wallet down in the basket and forgot it, and
- 20:44then we had to go and ask everybody. Somebody turned it in, turned
- 20:52in my wallet. Guys. Luckily my passport wasn't in there, but my
- 20:56credit cards were. I would have had no credit cards for the rest of
- 20:59the trip the travel home, plus my driver's license and my key to the
- 21:03office. And someone turned it in with no questions, just said, hey,
- 21:10I found this, and guys, it was a brand new Michael Core's
- 21:12gristlet. They just I don't know what I mean of that means they are
- 21:19just they don't They're not thieves. Like I hate to say it, I
- 21:29didn't have I will say this. At a I was, I bought I
- 21:33bought something and uh, I was at a Walmart and I got home and
- 21:37realized I left my wallet somewhere in a Walmart on like one of the checkout
- 21:45self checkouts, right, and I was like, well, I'm never getting
- 21:51that again. I better start canceling my credit cards and shit. And I
- 21:55went back and I went to customer service and somebody turned it in and I
- 21:57was like, I like fell the one person. Yeah, I like found
- 22:03the one person, sassy, what do you I'm not sassy? No,
- 22:08oh yes I am. Oh. Angie left her passport when we were in
- 22:15London and someone turned it in. Oh geez, so busy. Okay,
- 22:22but I mean a passport, yes, But like I said, I mean
- 22:27I I was shocked because in the US, we all know somebody would have
- 22:36used those credit cards and taken them. Maybe I shouldn't be that way,
- 22:41but but it was just nice. And the other weird thing is you don't
- 22:47tip there. But yet all the service people are so nice, except for
- 22:56the nighttime person at my hotel. She wasn't so friendly. She was holding
- 23:00cranky. But out of my three or four times I think I've been three
- 23:04times down to Finland, first time I've met somebody that was old and cranky.
- 23:07And she just happened to work at my hotel and it could have been
- 23:11that we wailed and obnoxious. She said, I've seen some shit. I'm
- 23:17not good. I'm past nice, from the past nice, and she priedn't
- 23:22like that. The night I checked in, I came down and I said,
- 23:23can you turn the heat off in my room? Do you happen to
- 23:27have a fan, a big fan that I can put in my room?
- 23:33Do you have extra bottles of wine? Yes? Yes, true. Imagine
- 23:37that it's true. They elbow elbow like that name gentleman knows the Lama.
- 23:48I love that they take care of their people, and I think that's why
- 23:53they're one of the happiest countries, is because they treat everybody the same.
- 24:02The only people that you don't talk to are the random gypsies that you've seen.
- 24:08You don't see a lot of them. There are people from Romania that
- 24:12are asking for money, but they give their money to It's like a syndicate
- 24:18kind of thing. Oh Jesus and what but you? I like saw two
- 24:25my whole time there, and I didn't see any of my last trip.
- 24:29But they ask for money. They don't really ask. They put a sign
- 24:33out and they just sit in the corner like a homeless person, but the
- 24:40money is not for them, they have to give it to their handler.
- 24:47Jeez, that's yep m hm. So I think we probably should move into
- 24:55our cases. However, before we do that, there's two videos that we
- 24:57want to play. The first one is the thousand sub video. So if
- 25:04you know anybody who's looking for, you know, a good time, call
- 25:07me up, no, have him subscribe to our channel, and that video
- 25:11will tell you what we're gonna do when we hit a thousand subscribers. And
- 25:15then right following that one is gonna be your preview of the intro video to
- 25:21the Hey Ho Show. Because it's happening. It is happening. I'm so
- 25:23excited, and he's talking about me. No. No, In fact,
- 25:30today today my dad goes, so do I get some royalties or whatever?
- 25:33And I was like, what do you mean royalties? We're not Number one,
- 25:36no money is exchanging hands here? And number two what No, He's
- 25:40like, I'm responsible for the hoe And I was like, okay, listen,
- 25:42Dad, I am I right, I'm hot senior, All right,
- 25:53let me play. I'm gonna play these two videos back to back and uh,
- 25:57we'll see you go Mary call it did see even the first PROD weekend
- 26:07is girl Back Thurstday Crazy, getting the busts come, getting out of the
- 26:15ground, cannot busted him to sell it, sail stuff you can tell about
- 26:26looking about this John already gold. I love the beheadings can so I don't
- 26:34know standing body a shoveling you because I wanted to know when that s to
- 26:48show all night between when we get about it, don fa hey, how
- 27:52oh hey you have like here, We're gonna explain this on the first episode.
- 28:00But this is kind of how Ryan and I met, uh was It
- 28:03was at a birthday party and then I said, hey, you want to
- 28:07do a radio show with me? I've got one and I need ned a
- 28:10co host and he was like okay, uh And that was the first time
- 28:12we ever met, and so we decided, hey, ho show, that's
- 28:15what we're gonna do. And the whole call was hey ho ho Hey.
- 28:18That's how that worked. And at that point on the radio, like on
- 28:22internet radio, we weren't caring too much about copyright really because like it was
- 28:26internet radio in college. But our intro is blitz creed bop, which is
- 28:30where the hey ho, let's you know, that's where that came from and
- 28:33so we obviously can't do that here. I can't afford it Zork can I
- 28:37afford the lawyers. But I'll find some way around it, you know.
- 28:42So that's kind of where we're at. And uh, I've got to get
- 28:47Brian. I collect apparently audio stuff. I'm like an audio hoarder after somewhere
- 28:53years of doing this, and yeah, I'm like, yeah, I'm a
- 28:56holder hood or hood or I'm an hod or. If you're a nerd,
- 29:02you'll get that. And so I gotta I basically have everything he needs.
- 29:07So I just got to get that to him. And then we're going to
- 29:10find a decent time it Maybe it's either Tuesday or a Friday. I'm not
- 29:15sure just yet, but uh, it's gonna gonna be it's gonna be kind
- 29:21of a variety show of sorts, and it's gonna be like Night Court minus
- 29:26a lot of the crime. We're gonna have a good time. It's gonna
- 29:29be like the chill out time for everybody just to decompress, Like if you've
- 29:33been watching trials all day long, like it's time to chill because a lot
- 29:37of that is just exhausting. So it's gonna be it's you know, we're
- 29:42obviously gonna talk about Yeah, yes, yes, it is hard. It's
- 29:48gonna be the play hard, right we are we are the play hard.
- 29:52Yeah, we're the play Hards. That's my uh that's punk pop band name.
- 29:57The play hardsh better than play flaccids. It just doesn't work, just
- 30:07being honest. Oh my, oh hi, oh it's soft work. You
- 30:19go, no work play, all play, all work and no play makes
- 30:26What's what's that line? All work and no play makes all work, no
- 30:34play, plain boy boy cap nose. I'm sure captain knows, or elbow
- 30:40feet nose or makes you boring divorced, that's it. All work no play
- 30:45makes jack a doll boy, that's it. I think it makes it makes
- 30:52you sorry, just makes Jackson. You need to submit that peer review and
- 31:03feedback to Stephen King. You send that, see what he says if he'll
- 31:11respond to me, right, yeah, we'll see what happens. You know.
- 31:18Oh man, well, we are covering. If I single you mean
- 31:25frozen in a me, I'd say that's pretty damn single. Six say that's
- 31:30pretty damn thing in my book, unless you like that kind of thing,
- 31:33in which case I mean I'm not judging. Hey, fine, no judgment.
- 31:38It's your kink. As long as you're consenting, go for it.
- 31:44Just keep them in the free keep them in the freezer. Yeah, the
- 31:49acts did not help. Okay this, okay, hold on. I have
- 31:55to tell y'all. Do anybody there's a podcast called case Files now wishing I
- 32:00remembered what the case was, but I was listening to it while delirious in
- 32:07bed about a guy that went on the Internet and looked for a person who
- 32:15wanted to be cannibalized while alive. Oh yes, I heard of this case.
- 32:22I had never heard of the case, and I will tell you I
- 32:27fell asleep to it, so then I dreamed about it, which doesn't normally
- 32:31listened to Keith Morrison, but I'm trying something different. Yeah, no,
- 32:38no, and the Acts and the frozen He had sixty five pounds of meat
- 32:45of this guy in his freezer. But it was he consented correctly. The
- 32:52guy consented to being killed and having his junk cut off and eaten. Well,
- 32:59he was a lot. I mean, it's a choice, you know
- 33:02what you do. You just need to tell me what books you want read,
- 33:07and I'm going to start reading them. And then I'll send you the
- 33:08chapters because it I'll upload them here. It just not a lot disturbs me
- 33:21in the true crime world. That one disturbed me. Dude, there's too
- 33:30Yes, I think it was in Michigan. Surely, surely hello, yes,
- 33:38yeah, but guys, there is not I mean, if somebody can
- 33:44sense it's not murder. Wait wait, are you serious? Was his name?
- 33:58No, that's not this case. But yes, I know the Kevin
- 34:00Bacon case, but it's a different case. A guy named Kevin Bacon volunteered
- 34:07to be cannibalized. No, he was the cannibal so he knows exactly what
- 34:14his brand is. Yeah, we covered that back like my first year on
- 34:22the podcast and tried to look but no, this was overseas. Yeah,
- 34:32but yeah, but this case was in the UK, and I'm just going
- 34:39to tell you it was disturbing. And what was more disturbing they arrested over
- 34:45a hundred other people who were interested in cannibalization and had gone through with cannibalizing
- 34:54people. So anyway, let's move on, because that's just speaking of cannibalize
- 35:00people. Let's talk about politics. Yeah, perfect, how we always devolved
- 35:06to cannibalism. It's just who we are, Buffy, It's just who we
- 35:09are. It's just who we are. So uh, politicians are cannibals fashion
- 35:22they eat there. It's not a QAnon. I'm just it's a it's a
- 35:25joke, so don't take it. So you're not gonna I mean, I
- 35:29don't think we're gonna get like political political. These are just crimes happen in
- 35:31politics. Now, the question is do you want to go first or do
- 35:36you want me to go first? How about I go first while I'm still
- 35:40feeling the best and then you can go. Okay that sounds good. Oh
- 35:51yeah, it does for sure. Okay, that's fun. Great, Okay,
- 35:57all right, Mark Mark Tusky more nightmares? Oh my god? Do
- 36:04you want do you want to talk about your do we want to talk about
- 36:07wines first before we? Oh? We go, because by the time I
- 36:09get to mind, I'm gonna forget to do it. So do you want
- 36:12to do yours? And then I'll do mine and then we'll hop into the
- 36:14story. So I am drinking, I don't have to put on my glasses.
- 36:19It's called Prophecy and it's a rose out of California, and I did
- 36:25it because it's a Goddess of Fortune. So and I liked the label.
- 36:34Never heard of it before, but I thought it was so cute. It
- 36:38is layered with notes of fresh red fruit. But it's pretty good good.
- 36:46Probably shouldn't be drinking with taking. They're a flu and all the meds,
- 36:52so I might get cerpsy real fast, but we'll see. Just if you
- 36:57have to mute my mic, go ahead and shut me up. I am
- 37:02so. I picked this because I feel like I know my audience and I
- 37:06feel like they would really like this. It's a red blend. It's all
- 37:08right, It's it's very what's the it's it's there's there's a sediment taste to
- 37:15it. Do you know what I'm talking about? There's like a are you
- 37:19talking about the tannins the first Yeah, it's rough, is it? So?
- 37:23It's very furry? Yeah, it's furry, but uh, it's called
- 37:30it's called sheep Thrills. It's adorable. And I picked it purely, obviously,
- 37:38not for the taste, but for the label and for the name sheep
- 37:42Thrills. And honestly, in my case today he was going to sheep thrills.
- 37:46Yeah. And I'm gonna agree with Paula when you say sediment, you're
- 37:51not talking there's actually stuff floating in the wine. You're just saying the taste.
- 37:55It just feels like it leaves something on your tongue. That's it's the
- 38:00tannins that makes your tongue these buds flare up. So I call it fre
- 38:05tongue. I am for sure going to have a headache later if it's that
- 38:08much. Sorry, y'all worth it. Well, I'm going to tell you
- 38:17my case is a recent case, oh boy, And I am going to
- 38:28apologize now. I'm not gonna get overly political, but I am going to
- 38:32tell you there's something about women, marrig who do the shit that one of
- 38:38these politicians did that. I'm going to apologize now and say she bad,
- 38:47she bad. Bring it so. Aaron von Ingler was born May nineteen eighty
- 39:01two in a Dahoe and he was not Dahoe. Somebody else was the hoe.
- 39:07But Daho means I'm thirty five cents. I'm cheap. That's my price.
- 39:16Doesn't go up with inflation, Oh it doesn't, okay, but no.
- 39:22He served in the US Army and he graduated from the University of Alabama
- 39:25with a double major in political science and history, nor dumpkidd, Hey,
- 39:35I mean he's edumicated, right, and he was in the army. Now,
- 39:40he was appointed by the Governor of Idaho to phill of vacancy in the
- 39:45House of Representatives in June of twenty twenty. But before we get into his
- 39:52political career, at first, I have to tell you that he could probably
- 39:57run for president one day. But anyway, he had a criminal record before
- 40:01he was ever appointed to the House of Representatives. All right, buy wouldn't
- 40:13get one for you, Buffy. So Beta guys, you heard me.
- 40:20He had a criminal record when the governor appointed him to the House. So
- 40:28it's not like he went in squeaky clean. Okay. He was charged with
- 40:35fifteen different offenses between ninety six and twenty thirteen. So it's trend. Really,
- 40:42it makes sense. It makes sense he was brought in with fifteen and
- 40:45now we've got somebody trying to get in with ninety one. It just tracks.
- 40:49It works. He was charged and convicted. Now, his first encounter
- 40:57with the law was when he was just fourteen years old. Okay. He
- 41:01was arrested for driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle. Now that's
- 41:07not outrageously horrible and totally forgivable. In my book, he was fourteen,
- 41:14took his friend's parents car and went for a joy ride. Right, I'm
- 41:17okay with that. I mean, I'm serious. I can forgive that.
- 41:22You're fourteen, you're young, you're dumb. You know, nobody was hurt.
- 41:30Yeah, we're not going to finish that statement. I thought of that
- 41:32when I said it. But like I said, that wasn't his only interaction
- 41:40with the law. But before, you know, then graduated high school and
- 41:45he went into the army in two thousand and when he was eighteen. Now,
- 41:50he said he needed to deal with some things. So my take,
- 41:53he thought going into the military would help him grow up, giving him some
- 42:00ructured in his life. Right. So he was honorably discharged, So he
- 42:05got out. He didn't do anything too bad. But he did later say
- 42:10about his time in the military that it was thankless and he called the conflict
- 42:15in Afghanistan the ultimate betrayal. And he made those statements after he was in
- 42:25the house hold on Okay, But okay, so he waited till he was
- 42:31done with the military, right, Yeah, he waited till he was out.
- 42:37Okay, No, Well, and that makes sense. The whole house
- 42:38thing. Well, I mean, if you're trying to get hits on some
- 42:42website, that's the way to do it now. But here's the thing.
- 42:45After leaving the army, he was arrested and charged over a five year period.
- 42:51Okay, included drunk driving, dispensing alcohol to miners, drug possession,
- 43:00and consoled weapon while under the influence. Okay, now a better drunk driving.
- 43:07Oh but this is even better. His drunk driving charge he said,
- 43:10it was just me being careless driving on wet tires. No, you were
- 43:17the wet one, not the tires, like, and then he said some
- 43:24of the other you know, charges were He was arrested at the hands of
- 43:30an ex girlfriend's new boyfriend. He was arrested at the hands of an ex
- 43:37In other words, the ex girlfriend's new boyfriend caused him to be arrested.
- 43:44It didn't go into details, but that was his excuse, and that was
- 43:46his story and he stuck to it. Sure, sure, and yeah,
- 43:52that's funny. He didn't go on and kill anybody, but still he gave
- 43:58alcohol to minors, drug possession, a concealed weapon. I mean, it
- 44:04was twelve different offenses during that five year period. I mean your pastor your
- 44:15limit. I mean, guys, I am a firm believer and second chances,
- 44:21and I mean, people make mistakes and you grow from them and you
- 44:24learn. But please, I don't understand how on the hell and why a
- 44:30governor would appoint a person with that lengthy So the drug was marijuana and something
- 44:45else I would say, like sax or something, but he lied and said
- 44:49he had a med card and he didn't. But also sanax or valume something
- 44:55like that. That may have been a prescription. Like I said, I'm
- 45:00okay with people making mistakes, but could the governor have not found somebody different
- 45:06to a point, because it wasn't an election. He was appoint You got
- 45:10somebody in your pocket. You've got somebody in your pocket, and this guy
- 45:15was in his pocket. So that's who went. So it's probably why I'm
- 45:21not a governor. I mean, like I said, if it was just
- 45:28a DDBI, if it was you know, I don't know, he shouldn't
- 45:37have been appointed. But anyway, he should have been sleeping, he should
- 45:42have been something. Yeah, I mean, he should have been But so
- 45:46he was appointed after the death of the previous house. Now here's where it
- 45:52gets crazy. It came out later. During the first few months of his
- 46:00term, two other females reported that he made them feel uncomfortable with his advances.
- 46:09He emailed one and had asked her out she didn't wear a wedding ring,
- 46:15and she finally said, I wouldn't be comfortable I'm married, So he
- 46:20backed off. But there was one he followed her around an event and she
- 46:25kept trying to get away and he kept following her. Nope. So after
- 46:35those complaints were made, lawmakers, two different lawmakers talked to him and said,
- 46:42hey, you need to be careful about being flirty or overly nice with
- 46:46coworkers or while you're at work in a professional setting. And he was told
- 46:52it's not a great idea to date anyone that you work with or in the
- 46:59house. And he got very defensive, and he said that he was tall,
- 47:04good looking, and that there was not a law from preventing him.
- 47:08Here's here's what they should have done. They should have turned him around ten
- 47:13times, aimed him towards Marjorie Taylor Green and let him go and see what
- 47:15happens. That's what the that's what they should have done. I would have
- 47:22that's listen, make it work to your advantage. I need like I need
- 47:29that. I need that to happen. I mean, I appreciate that someone
- 47:36took him aside and said, hey, you're new to the house. You
- 47:39don't know how it works here. Let me give you some ideas. You
- 47:44probably shouldn't do this. Right. Well, guess what, guys, He
- 47:49didn't listen, and in March of twenty twenty one, a nineteen year old
- 47:55intern reported that she had been sexually assaulted von b von Ingler while out on
- 48:02a consensual date. He's he sounds his name, I don't name, sounds
- 48:10like a like a doctor from a country during a different time period. We'll
- 48:15just leave it at that. That's all I'll say. That's all I'll say.
- 48:20Yeah. Now, the committee they did pull up in, they gathered
- 48:23in the Legislative Ethics hearing was scheduled. Now. During this hearing, he
- 48:30refused to answer questions and invoked his Fifth Amendment. Right. All he would
- 48:37say was that the sexual encounter was consensual. This this guy sounds like like
- 48:43any George Santos was straight, Like seriously, he does. Like it's just
- 48:54lie after lie after lie, after avoiding after avoiding. It sounds like George
- 48:59Santos if you straight, yes, right, And now, the victim,
- 49:05identified as Jane Doe, testified that she told von Ellinger no in several ways,
- 49:12and she even tried to do it in that cute, little non confrontational
- 49:16way. Hey I'm not on birth control. Hey I'm not groomed down there,
- 49:23you know. She when note didn't work, she tried to put it
- 49:28off and like, maybe next time, you know, just kick him in
- 49:31the balls. I mean, she was nineteen, so she was young.
- 49:36And she went on to testify he pinned her down, forced her to perform
- 49:40oral sex and then she moved her head away. She was like, that's
- 49:45nasty. So then he masturbated on her. Now this is like the beginning
- 49:52of a psychopath. Well, I'm gonna warn you all now I'm about to
- 49:59get a little bunny boiler. They're warning us now two minutes ago. Now
- 50:07you think what he did was bad, it gets worse, It gets worse.
- 50:15And that's where I'm going to get bunny boiler. Because now we all
- 50:22know. Sexual assault victims are not identified. Right, press does not give
- 50:28out their names, their photos, do not give that to the public.
- 50:32Right. And when she testified in front of the Ethics Committee. She was
- 50:37even behind a curtain to protect her. Even though they probably all knew her
- 50:39because she was an intern, right, they still protected her identity well,
- 50:45Lo and behold. Another House representative, Priscilla Gettings, shared her name,
- 50:55her photo, and personal information with the media. All of her constituents.
- 51:06What uh huh. A woman who's married, says she's a Christian, has
- 51:14kids, gave out this teenager guy she was nineteen, told them all of
- 51:21her information. When she walked out from testifying, people tracked her down and
- 51:30were videoing her screaming things at her because they knew who she was. Because
- 51:36this other representative and his attorney provided the victim's information. Here's something that I've
- 51:50learned. If somebody has to tell you that they're Christian, they're not,
- 51:57now, guys. She even sent out newsletters with the girl's information, and
- 52:06then a newspaper an online news source printed a story. This representative put it
- 52:15on her personal Facebook page. Okay, guys, she I mean, okay,
- 52:27let me I'll come back to this woman because I just literally so let
- 52:31me go back. So chaindo testified, so von Engler, he sought her
- 52:37out. He repeatedly talked to her came by her office and asked to take
- 52:45her out to dinner, and she thought she's an intern. I would network.
- 52:51I'm making eight dollars an hour. He's gonna take me to a nice
- 52:53restaurant. Right, we're going to talk about stuff. Okay, there is
- 53:00nothing wrong with that while this miss pos Priscilla Gettings testified that she was accosted
- 53:08by Jane Doe after she sent out newsletters to her constituents making horrible remarks about
- 53:16Jane Doe and even referred to her as a honey trap, and she wanted
- 53:27security to protect her because Jane Doe yelled at her and said, you call
- 53:36yourself a woman of integrity, that you're a Christian woman, yet you are
- 53:39destroying my life. I am a teenager. Why are you doing this?
- 53:45Getting said It was all very loud, and she asked for security to protect
- 53:50her. Have you have you seen one of the things that this woman has
- 53:58voted for though or introduced me? Oh oh uh, Yeah. She's against
- 54:02vaccines. She doesn't want to yeah, I talk about that. She doesn't
- 54:07want to give school teachers raises. She wants she wants, she wants meningitis
- 54:15to come back. That's what she wants. She wants the block requirements that
- 54:19incoming twelth grade students get meningitis booster vaccination. Yeah. She also wants to
- 54:25remove a wilderness study area of status from hundreds of thousands of acres for industrial
- 54:30use. Wait, she voted against. She voted against a one point one
- 54:37billion dollar bill to increase salaries for Idaho public school teachers and didn't want to
- 54:43take money from the federal government for early childhood education because she thought they would
- 54:47want to put input. This woman is the ultimate Karen. She's the ultimate
- 54:55Karen. Truly insincerely. Did you see one of the commit she sits on
- 55:00was the Human Resource Amber Alert Guys, she sat on the Human Resource Committee.
- 55:08Yes, no she didn't, Yes she did. She sounds lovely,
- 55:16guys. She on her Facebook page, she put a link to the article
- 55:22a photo and personal information of a victim who had been sexually assaulted her.
- 55:35Guys, if it would have been me, I wouldn't have just yelled at
- 55:38you. I would have thrown a drink in your face. I mean,
- 55:47please, somebody explain to me how you are an elected member of the House
- 55:53and you're on the Human Resource Committee and you release a victim's information. Oh,
- 56:08other people got the UMBER alert too. I didn't look at it.
- 56:12Since we're live, anybody want to share where it is. But so I
- 56:20just now, here's the other thing dearing the ethics thing, other Republican females.
- 56:27And they didn't give the information about who it was, but they said
- 56:31that Jane Doe was flirting because they saw her flip her hair. So I
- 56:44am going to just go on the record right now and say I don't give
- 56:47a shit if somebody is flirting. I am the biggest flirt. I flirt
- 56:52with males, females, dogs, cats. I just flirt. And I
- 56:58don't care if you can sensually kiss somebody. I don't care if you are
- 57:02consensually down to do the dirty. The minute you say no, I don't
- 57:08want to, you better damn well stop because no means no. And for
- 57:17another woman to sit there and say, oh, but I saw her flip
- 57:23her hair, she was flirting. Yes, I'm an equal opportunity. S
- 57:30flirt in different species. But guys, it just bothers me. This woman
- 57:37has two kids. She spouts that she's a Christian, But yet you think
- 57:45it's okay for a woman to be sexually assaulted a nineteen year old girl.
- 57:51She's an intern. He is twice her age in a place of power.
- 58:00I didn't think that they made panties that tight. Because she she, She
- 58:08is the proof that nobody should have to tell you over and over and spout
- 58:13over and over. I'm a Christian. I'm a good person. I'm a
- 58:15good person. I'm a good person. I hate teachers, and I hate
- 58:17minute, I hate vaccines, and I want people to die. But I'm
- 58:21a Christian. I'm a Christian. Here's some information, but I'm a Christian.
- 58:27It doesn't work. Yeah, So sorry to get a little bunny boiler.
- 58:31That just women. We need to do a better job of supporting other
- 58:36women. I don't care what your position is. There is no reason to
- 58:40not help other women. Now. If the woman's a bunny boiler and has
- 58:46killed somebody, of course you don't need to help her up. Okay,
- 58:51use your an got kill somebody to be a bunny boiler. That's true,
- 58:54that is true. But you do not call a sexual assault victim a honeypop,
- 59:00you know. Now. He was suspended by the Ethics Committee for the
- 59:10rest of the session without pay, with a recommendation of expulsion, and they
- 59:17said that it was not due to the fact he had done something criminally wrong,
- 59:25but they suspended him because it was conduct to unbecoming, which I get.
- 59:31They are not the people who can send him to jail. He resigned.
- 59:37Well, police did a full investigation and on September ninth, twenty twenty
- 59:43one, a warrant was issued for Aaron von Ellinger's arrest. Now he called
- 59:50an attorney, a new attorney a couple of days after the warrant was issued,
- 59:54told the attorney he was out of the country on vacation. His attorney
- 1:00:00was probably guys. His attorney said, oh, it took him six months.
- 1:00:09This is a warrant that you can get out, you know, no
- 1:00:12bail. Oh a couple of weeks. You're coming back in a couple of
- 1:00:15weeks. No problem, right, Well, apparently it was a problem because
- 1:00:22on his flight back, his flight got detoured and he had a layover in
- 1:00:27Atlanta, Georgia. He was arrested for being a fugitive trying to run.
- 1:00:35I was like, yeah, that attorney was wrong and probably should not be
- 1:00:40given advice. I'm just gonna say. Now he stood trial and he was
- 1:00:51convicted of raping the nineteen year old Jane Doe and was sentenced to twenty years
- 1:00:54in prison. Who I have to serve at least eight years before he up
- 1:00:59before being eligible for parole, and then he must register as a sex offender.
- 1:01:06Okay, now I'm going to just say it would surprise me. He's
- 1:01:12filed appeals on some pretty thin things. I don't see those appeals happening.
- 1:01:19So he's going to spend at least eight years and hopefully he doesn't drop the
- 1:01:27soap. Okay, uh here, sorry, real quick. You had mentioned
- 1:01:37the Amber alert and Polly had sent this to me. Oh here you go,
- 1:01:42yes please, Oh it's oh yeah, it's in Texas. Hello,
- 1:01:46that's where you lived. His name is no uh oh, he's a year
- 1:01:52old. Is it a family abduction? It looks like it. Let's the
- 1:02:00vehicle's two thousand and seven white GMC yukon plate STM seventy ninety seven. Texas
- 1:02:05Center for the Missing is updated the Houston Regional Ambreller. Uh he comes with
- 1:02:09one year old. He was last known to be with his thirty eight year
- 1:02:14old mother on Tuesday, February sixth, at approximately twelve thirty pm. Eleven
- 1:02:20four hundred block of Space Center Boulevard in Houston, Texas. I'd imagine that's
- 1:02:23near Uh he was NASA. Yeah, he was last seen wearing a navy
- 1:02:29shirt and flower print pants. So just uh here, here he is and
- 1:02:39he is adorable. Come on now, is he's got a little he's got
- 1:02:47a little hair tie on the top of his head. He does. He
- 1:02:51is cute. I mean, he's been missing since he's been missing since today,
- 1:02:55but they said the last time he was seen was on the sixth.
- 1:03:00I'm not quite Maybe I don't know. They're supposed to be returned mom.
- 1:03:05Maybe he was supposed to return him today or something and she didn't picked him
- 1:03:08up two days ago. Because there's mom, she's thirty eight. Mama,
- 1:03:19Well, mama's not aging. Well no, no, no, no,
- 1:03:24Tyler Pera can give up his day job. Well that was probably inappropriate.
- 1:03:30I shouldn't have said that, but here we are. Oops. No,
- 1:03:35thanks anyways for sharing. And I will put an alert and keep an eye
- 1:03:42on that, and I will probably do some deep digging. I will say
- 1:03:46this, the area of Houston he went missing in is closer to Galveston and
- 1:03:53stuff like that, so they will probably pull in La Poor Galveston in Houston
- 1:04:01because of where he's at, which is really good law enforcement. It's not
- 1:04:06going to be just Harris County. So no offense Harris County. But we
- 1:04:12know how you've done, not shit for Chase Lackey. But that's okay.
- 1:04:18Boulevards is like a sonic. Yeah, well, I do have some good
- 1:04:28news in this case. That's good. I like that to me, it's
- 1:04:34good news. So Jane Doe has sued miss pos Priscilla Gettings along with Aaron
- 1:04:44von Ellinger for outing and harassing her after coming forward and the following it was
- 1:04:50released about the online publication sharing all that, also saying getting used her a
- 1:04:59fish legislation email to send out weekly updates that included derogatory and insulting comments about
- 1:05:11Jane Doe and she called the whole ethics process and me to witch hunt and
- 1:05:17Jane and Doe is seeking an undisclosed amount of money, and guys, I
- 1:05:24personally hope she gets a buttload of money and she uses it to deal with
- 1:05:29her trauma, live her best life. And I hope she bankrupts Gettings.
- 1:05:41I hope too, she gets a lot of money and goes on and have
- 1:05:48a good life. But I will tell you, guys, this case reminded
- 1:05:51me of why I despise ninety five percent of politicians. Yep, they're not
- 1:06:00great. They're not. I think you get into politics. I think a
- 1:06:06lot of people get into it with good intentions and then they drink the kool
- 1:06:13aid. Yes, ideally, ideally, I think there are plenty that get
- 1:06:20in with bad intentions. I think you have to be a certain kind of
- 1:06:24person. Yeah, people who have Yes, people who want power should not
- 1:06:30have it right now. I when I was eating dinner tonight, the news
- 1:06:35was on and they were talking about some stuff, and I told double H,
- 1:06:39I said, I think you would be a great president. Here's why.
- 1:06:44I said. You're smart, you're rational. I said, but you'd
- 1:06:47have to learn not to tell them to fuck off every day. I don't
- 1:06:53know. We're for the laugh guy and he's said, he goes, there's
- 1:06:58a lot of people that would be great presidents. He goes, it's all
- 1:07:02the other bs you have to put up with and what your family has to
- 1:07:06go through. I mean, just look at presidents when they come in and
- 1:07:12when they go out. You see how much they have. I mean,
- 1:07:15they look terrible. It's like a listen, if you run marathons, that's
- 1:07:17fine. If you're a professional marathon runner, though, have you ever seen
- 1:07:21a professional marathon runner? They look like some of the most unhealthy, Like
- 1:07:26they age so fast it's incredible. It's almost like you're not supposed to do
- 1:07:32that. But but that being said, I mean, yeah, they just
- 1:07:38look horrible coming out. So much has changed in just the four years now.
- 1:07:45Maybe it's the age that they go in, but the reality is,
- 1:07:46I think it's so much stress. It is, and you think about it.
- 1:07:49Every decision you make, you know you're gonna piss off a lot of
- 1:07:54people, and you have a lot of different people's lives in your hands,
- 1:07:59and you also know that you really don't have that much power because it's got
- 1:08:04to go to another group to do it. Yeah, I mean, right
- 1:08:10now, the way we're at, no matter what decisions made, fifty percent
- 1:08:14is gonna be pissed. Yep. So well that's my case. I I
- 1:08:26don't know if I'm more pissed off at what he did or what his female
- 1:08:31constituents did, especially Priscilla who outed the girl and put her name out there.
- 1:08:39Because to me, that's almost worse. Yeah, because yeah, do
- 1:08:48you know how many sexual assault victims don't come forward because worried about that kind
- 1:08:56of stuff. And now that this woman and a lot did person Now she
- 1:09:00did run for lieutenant governor and did not get it last year or in twenty
- 1:09:06twenty two. Good good, But it bothers me that she did that to
- 1:09:14be in an elected official, because that set sexual assault victims back so far,
- 1:09:21because now the next time someone's assaulted by a representative, a person of
- 1:09:30power, they're gonna be scared to come forward. That these folks have been
- 1:09:38so emboldened by the like brazen behavior of late that they feel like they can
- 1:09:45just do whatever the hell they want to and be fine. And it's kind
- 1:09:48of up to us to prove that wrong. So, you know, but
- 1:09:59that just it just sickens me that it don't take offense of this males,
- 1:10:05especially I would expect a male to do something like that, not a female,
- 1:10:11not a mother, that's I think. I mean, yeah, so
- 1:10:19I have a problem with that. I'm microphone, I spent enough money on
- 1:10:29you. Please No maybe okay, Uh, I'm taking us back to the
- 1:10:40late sixties with my case, and uh, I am covering chap Equittic.
- 1:10:49And if you've never heard what you might not get to hear it. But
- 1:10:58have you never heard of it? I know if you never heard of it,
- 1:11:02well get ready. So the Chapiquittic Incident was a tragic and controversial event
- 1:11:08that took place on July eighteenth, nineteen sixty nine, involving Senator Edward M.
- 1:11:14Ted Kennedy, the youngest brother of President John F. Kennedy, and
- 1:11:16a young campaign worker, Oh Kopecney. It occurred against the backdrop of a
- 1:11:24tumultuous political and social landscape of the late nineteen sixties, and at the time
- 1:11:29Ted Kennedy was a prominent figure in American politics and was the last surviving son
- 1:11:32of Joseph and Rose. So the incident occurred on Chapiquittic Island that's part of
- 1:11:40Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts. The details of the event in its aftermath have been
- 1:11:44the subject of scrutiny debate, and they've consistently been the subject of scrutiny and
- 1:11:49debate. The Kennedys are silencing me, Yes they are. They are trying
- 1:11:59again. It's Jen, Hi, Jen, It's so good to see you
- 1:12:05and your poppers on your profile picture. Okay, so let's just talk a
- 1:12:11little bit about chap Equidic. It's a peninsula and it's an occasional island off
- 1:12:15the Eastern Vineyard. It's a peninsula but also an occasional island. Okay,
- 1:12:23that's not what I heard. But okay, what did you know what?
- 1:12:28I'm not gonna ask. I'm not gonna asks. So breaches occur due to
- 1:12:33hurricanes and strong storms that separates the island for periods at a time. In
- 1:12:38nineteen sixty nine when this happened, it was a peninsula for seven years until
- 1:12:42nineteen seventy six. Visitors show up for the beaches, cycling, hiking,
- 1:12:45nature tours, birding, whatever the budge that is, I guess looking at
- 1:12:54put a bird on it. The My Toy Gardens, Sure, that's that's
- 1:13:00why I go anywhere. Gray tits. They're fantastic, They're wonderful birds.
- 1:13:06So My Toy Gardens is a small Japanese garden attraction that's there as well.
- 1:13:14The island was once mainly the home territory of the chap Equitic Band of Wapanog
- 1:13:17Native Americans or indigenous people, and remained theirs into the nineteenth century. Colonists
- 1:13:25settled in nineteen or in sixteen forty two, and they quickly peed on the
- 1:13:29island and said that's ours, because that's what we do. We pee on
- 1:13:35the island and we say it's ours, that's mine. So on the island
- 1:13:40there are fifteen thousand year round inhabitants as of two thousand and three. Now
- 1:13:45when summer comes though, it surges to one hundred and five thousand people in
- 1:13:53it, which is wild, just insane, and there continues to be growth
- 1:13:57over the decades now. Ted kenn He was born Edward Moore Kennedy on February
- 1:14:03twenty second, nineteen thirty two, in Boston, Massachusetts, and he was
- 1:14:08the youngest of nine children born to Joseph P. Kennedy, Senior and Rose
- 1:14:13Fitzgerald Kennedy. His family was one of America's more prominent political ones. His
- 1:14:18family was a success or. His father was a successful businessman, and his
- 1:14:21brothers, John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy both served as US senators and
- 1:14:26Attorney General, with John becoming the thirty fifth President of the United States.
- 1:14:30Ted Kennedy attended Harvard University, where he excelled both academically and socially, but
- 1:14:36his academic pursuits were interrupted when he was expelled from Harvard in nineteen fifty one
- 1:14:41dude to cheating on a Spanish exam. Ah, he didn't cheat very well.
- 1:14:46He got got for real, like if you if you're gonna cheat,
- 1:14:53do it spectacularly. Shit, yes, for he just feels really comfortable with
- 1:15:03you, Okay. So he ended up going into the US Army and he
- 1:15:08was there for two years. He was readmitted to Harvard and he ultimately graduated
- 1:15:11with a degree in government in nineteen fifty six. In nineteen sixty two,
- 1:15:15he entered politics by successfully running for US Senate Zeat formerly helped by his brother
- 1:15:19John, who had become president. Throughout his early political career, Kennedy he
- 1:15:26worked to establish his own identity and legislative agenda. In November of sixty three,
- 1:15:30his brother jfk as we know, died after being assassinated. As he
- 1:15:34wrote in a moto kid through Daley Plaza in downtown Dallas, Texas. On
- 1:15:39June fifth, nineteen sixty eight, Robert F. Kennedy that's five years later,
- 1:15:44was shot by sir Han Sirhan in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles,
- 1:15:47California, and was pronounced dead the next day. Ted eventually became a champion
- 1:15:54of progressive causes such as healthcare reform, civil rights, immigration reform, and
- 1:15:58he also became known as the l of the Senate for his passionate advocacy and
- 1:16:01legislative achievements during his nearly five decades in office. But not yet, Let's
- 1:16:08go back on the night of July eighteenth, nineteen sixty nine, just over
- 1:16:15a year after the murder of his brother, Ted Kennedy. Sorry, hi,
- 1:16:20I put a comment on the wrong spot. Columba's matter. They do,
- 1:16:29all comments matter, so okay. Just a year over a year after
- 1:16:32the murder of his brother, Ted Kennedy hosted a party. It was a
- 1:16:35reunion for several individuals who worked on his brother Robert's nineteen sixty eight presidential campaign.
- 1:16:44It was an informal gathering with a relaxed atmosphere that the attendees included six
- 1:16:48young women who worked in what was known as the boiler Room. I thought
- 1:16:53you might like this part, which was a campaign office that handled logistical details
- 1:16:58for Robert Kennedy's campaign. Because of this, they were known as the boiler
- 1:17:01Room. Girls. No, it was the precursor to the Buddy boiler.
- 1:17:10M. I'm going to refrain from saying what I'm thinking. I don't know
- 1:17:16what you're thinking, but here we are one of your Ah yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:25that Kennedys did, Yes, they sure did. One of these women
- 1:17:28was Mary Joe Kopeckney, who was a campaign worker for Robert Now. Mary
- 1:17:32Joe was born July twenty sixth, nineteen forty, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
- 1:17:36She grew up in a close knit family with her parents, Joseph and
- 1:17:40Gwen Capecney, and four siblings. She graduated from Caldwell College for Women in
- 1:17:45New Jersey in nineteen sixty two and began working in political circles, eventually joining
- 1:17:49Robert Kennedy's nineteen sixty eight presidential campaign as a secretary because sixties. Apparently,
- 1:18:00the night of the party ted and Mary Joe left in his Oldsmobile Delmont eighty
- 1:18:04eight. According to Kennedy's account, he took a wrong turn onto an unpaved
- 1:18:09road leading to a secluded beach. I just took a wrong turn to a
- 1:18:14secluded beach with one woman after a party. It was end. It wasn't
- 1:18:21actuality. It was an accident. He so he attempted to navigate the narrow
- 1:18:28Dyke bridge. He lost control of the car, causing it to overturn and
- 1:18:31land upside down and pouch a pond. That sounds terrifying, absolutely terrifying.
- 1:18:41But but Kennedy managed to escape the submerged card swim to the surface. Of
- 1:18:45course he did. Copecney remained trapped inside. Uh and and and and the
- 1:18:51initial statement was despite his efforts to rescue her, including diving back into the
- 1:18:57water multiple times, he was unsuccessful. But that didn't didn't happen right away.
- 1:19:00The diving didn't happen right away. Why did the diving not happen right
- 1:19:05away? Because when Kennedy escaped the car, he didn't dive back down.
- 1:19:10He returned on foot to the cottage where the party was, where he gathered
- 1:19:15two friends, Joseph Gargan and Paul Markham to attempt to rescue and then they
- 1:19:18went back married. Joe's body wasn't recovered until the following morning from the submerged
- 1:19:24vehicle. You can only imagine the questions that were raised due to the delay
- 1:19:28in reporting. Yeah, thanks, yep. Uh So the Chapiquittic incident had
- 1:19:38Sorry, I just have to say, how does a person have to have
- 1:19:44been raised that their first thought when they go into the water with someone else
- 1:19:51to run and take care of yourself first. Let's just say the Kennedys weren't
- 1:20:01as squeaky clean as a lot of people think. I don't care what your
- 1:20:09last name is. That's just screwed up. Bells is with me, Bells
- 1:20:16is with me being Kennedy. That's how you do it. That's how you
- 1:20:20know. I'll take some all of it. Please, Kennedy's be Kennedy and
- 1:20:33is so sad. Growing up, I thought the Kennedy's were amazing until I
- 1:20:42got old enough to do a little more research than what I was told by
- 1:20:47people, like some of the stuff that they pushed for. I mean the
- 1:20:54Space race, I mean they However, you can't just be yo oh ho
- 1:21:03boy oh boy. Yes, but you know Ted wasn't invincible. It had
- 1:21:12significant legal, political, and personal consequences for him. Now that being said,
- 1:21:17you're gonna get angry with this love lovely paragraph here. Legally, he
- 1:21:21was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing injury, which could have
- 1:21:27resulted in a substantial prison sentence. However, in a polea bargain that just
- 1:21:30happened to be passed around and arranged by his legal team, he pleaded guilty
- 1:21:34to a lesser charge of leaving the scene of an accident, and he received
- 1:21:38a suspended sentence of two months in jail. In the suspended sentence spent,
- 1:21:42he served no time in bar behind bars at all? Whatsoever? Okay,
- 1:21:47wait a minute, how is it an injury If a person died, they
- 1:21:57probably didn't have Well, I don't know. I don't know when vehicular manslaughter
- 1:22:00came into play, and was it vehicular manslaughter if they're with I guess,
- 1:22:03so I don't know. I really don't know. But it says causing injury
- 1:22:08is not entering. Causing death is different than injury. In my opinion,
- 1:22:14it's probably because they didn't have enough to charge him with something, knowing they
- 1:22:17probably didn't have enough to know that he ran off the road belligerently or was
- 1:22:24drunk, and so they had to charge him with something though because people were
- 1:22:28calling for it. So they suspended his sentence and basically nothing happened for somebody
- 1:22:31he killed exactly. Okay, now, just making trum up to speed.
- 1:22:39I mean almost worse though. And if you think about the Kennedy's right,
- 1:22:42they all wanted to be president, every single one of them. Politically,
- 1:22:45it did become a barrier to his presidential ambitions. And I know that sounds
- 1:22:49like, oh, how sad, but like you've literally killed like that that
- 1:22:54dream, like you will never live up to your brother. Now that word
- 1:22:59is that does make up for what he did? No, not not at
- 1:23:01all. But I mean this was a this was a punch to the balls
- 1:23:05as he opted, he opted not to run in. It's not like somebody
- 1:23:12did it to him. It's not enough of a consequence that he didn't get
- 1:23:18to run for presidency because he killed somebody. That's fair. That's fair.
- 1:23:24That's fair. So, as you can imagine, the media coverage of this
- 1:23:30was insane. Newspapers and television stations were providing detailed accounts of the incident and
- 1:23:33its aftermath, both of which weren't really known. The public's perception of Kennedy
- 1:23:40was influenced by the ambiguity of it all, as well as his delayed reporting.
- 1:23:43It raised questions about privilege accountability, the extent to which public figures are
- 1:23:46held responsible for their actions, which it is kind of still a conversation we're
- 1:23:51having today because apparently we don't learn. But let's avoid the speculation now and
- 1:24:00let's talk about the investigation. The official investigation into the incident was led by
- 1:24:03Edgar Town Police Department and other law enforcement agencies. The primary findings included the
- 1:24:10following. The police report detailed the accident's reconstruction based on available evidence. According
- 1:24:14to the reconstruction, Kennedy's car veered off the narrow Dyke Bridge into Poocha Pond.
- 1:24:18The visa landed upside down in the water. Brilliant, great job,
- 1:24:23you've literally told me nothing. Kennedy did not report the so these are just
- 1:24:29the things that they wrote down. Didn't report the accident to authorities until the
- 1:24:32following morning. This delay raised questions about whether a more prompt response could have
- 1:24:38potentially saved Pacman's life. The police report documented the timeline, but they didn't
- 1:24:44report it till police till the next morning. Are we talking like twelve oh
- 1:24:48one? Are we talking like eight am? Then? But like literally the
- 1:24:54next morning. Yeah, I don't have the time, but he walked.
- 1:25:01It was bad enough that he walked back to his swanky cabin, right,
- 1:25:10but he didn't use the phone when he was there, yep, yep,
- 1:25:16yep. Uh so I never knew that. Uh yeah. So. The
- 1:25:26police report documented the timeline of events, including Kennedy's interactions with others after the
- 1:25:30accident. The report also included statements and testimonies from individuals who attended the party.
- 1:25:38These individuals, including Kennedy's friends Joseph Gargan and Paul Markham, provided information
- 1:25:43about the events leading up to the accident in Kennedy's behavior afterwards. The medical
- 1:25:47examiner's report determined that Mary Jo Kopecney died from drowning. The autopsy did not
- 1:25:51find evidence of other traumatic injuries that would suggest an alternative cause of death.
- 1:25:57The police report played a significant role in the legal proceedings against Kennedy. He
- 1:26:00was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing injury, like I said,
- 1:26:04and the report provided the foundation for the prosecution's case. And we know
- 1:26:08how that ended up. But here's the thing. The police report was kind
- 1:26:12of lacking, and it didn't really fully dispel all the uncertainties surrounding the event,
- 1:26:15although it was quote detailed. The other thing is I can say that
- 1:26:19the police report said all of this. But if you're a Kennedy, you've
- 1:26:28got a little push. In Massachusetts, you got a little push. And
- 1:26:32these the reports were. I mean, if what i've is that a plane,
- 1:26:41it sounds like somebody's mowing the lawn. It's a plane. I heard
- 1:26:46it through my headphones. Though, like if if, even if it said
- 1:26:54all that it's said, the thing is like, it's not enough. It's
- 1:26:59just not enough. It's not a report, it's like a summary kind it's
- 1:27:02like an abstract that has no conclusion. So so what were some of the
- 1:27:10uncertainties cause of the accident. It's generally accepted the incident was an accident,
- 1:27:14but the specific factors that caused the car to leave the road never been definitely
- 1:27:17established. The actions after the accident, critics and skeptics have raised concerns about
- 1:27:24why he did not immediately report the incident or seek help, especially considering he
- 1:27:27wasn't far from the party where he could have obtained assistance from there. Now,
- 1:27:30I think Captain's right. I think he was sobering up timeline of v
- 1:27:34Did they question people and ask how many drinks he had? Was he stackering?
- 1:27:42Was he acting intoxicated. Did they do any of that? But that's
- 1:27:46the thing, right, So the report says that they I didn't see the
- 1:27:50full report. I don't if it's available. Somebody sent it to me.
- 1:27:55But like, either they will cover for him or the police won't report everything
- 1:28:00that they heard. He's a Kennedy, so right, right, So there
- 1:28:08are some accounts that suggest variations in the sequence of actions taken by Kennedy,
- 1:28:12leading to continued debate. The other thing is potential intoxication. There's always been
- 1:28:16questions about whether Kennedy was under the influence of alcohol or other substances at the
- 1:28:19time of the accident. While Kennedy acknowledged consuming alcohol at the party, there
- 1:28:27are uncertainties about the extent to which it may have impaired his judgment. I'm
- 1:28:31sure there was more than just alcohol there. In terms of political motivations.
- 1:28:39Here's kind of where we get into some of the conspiracy theories, right,
- 1:28:43the various alternative narratives and theories they've emerged over the years. They each proposed
- 1:28:47different scenarios for the events leading up to and following the accident. Some conspiracy
- 1:28:53theories suggest that there was a political motive behind the incident. The narrative proposes
- 1:28:57that Kennedy was set up or targeted, So it's not Kennedy who did the
- 1:29:00thing. He was set up or targeted by political adversaries who sought to tarnish
- 1:29:04to Kennedy family's reputation and hindered Ted's political career. There is no credible evidence
- 1:29:12to support these claims. He was striving, yeah right. One of the
- 1:29:23most persistent conspiracy theories is that Kennedy and his associates intentionally delayed reporting the accident
- 1:29:28and engaged in cover up to minimize the political fallout. Critics argue that the
- 1:29:32delay in reporting allowed time allowed time to strategize a response and manage the narrative.
- 1:29:39However, the official investigations did not find evidence of a deliberate cover up.
- 1:29:43Just the fact that he didn't go back down to try and get hurt,
- 1:29:45just the fact that he walked towards the cabin, just the fact that
- 1:29:48he didn't call anybody in the cabin like that screams cover up to me,
- 1:29:55absolutely, because what else would you do. I mean, it would be
- 1:30:02different if you come running in going I need help, I need help,
- 1:30:08you know. But he didn't probably sat down and had a cocktail. Yeah,
- 1:30:15there are also some theories. What is in I'll let you finish telling
- 1:30:20theories before I asked my question. Okay, this is I was just wondering
- 1:30:25if there was a reason to get rid of her? Was there a reason
- 1:30:29somebody wanted her? Maybe? No, Yeah, I don't. I don't
- 1:30:35have an answer to that, and I don't. There's so many documentaries about
- 1:30:41this, and even the movie Chap Equittic, right, but there's really no
- 1:30:46solution because not all the information is known, either because it was covered up
- 1:30:51or it wasn't reported selectively or to that degree. It's just it's frustrating,
- 1:31:03and like, I'm almost done with this case. I know that they're so
- 1:31:10much. They're oh that I didn't know Bells with what with Roberts. No,
- 1:31:20that's not possible. This was a year later with Dead's. That's a
- 1:31:30good question. I have to look that up exactly. I'm gonna have to
- 1:31:43look into the into that Bells. That detail escaped me. I think now,
- 1:31:49Okay, I mean overall, I think that all in all, there
- 1:32:00can't you say there can't be, but I'm sure there's plenty. Oh yeah,
- 1:32:09I'm one of them. No, I'm not so. Chap Equittic still
- 1:32:13is going to be a controversial chapter in American political history because we'll never hear
- 1:32:15the truth. It's the subject of books, documentaries, films. If you
- 1:32:18haven't seen the movie from twenty eighteen called chap Equittic, it's actually pretty decent.
- 1:32:25The incident contributed to varying perceptions of Ted Kennedy's character. But but,
- 1:32:31and we lose sight of this. The bottom line is that it's a tragic
- 1:32:34event for Mary Jo Kopegny, and it had far reaching consequences for everyone involved,
- 1:32:41specifically her family, And it continues to be remembered as a moment that
- 1:32:45deeply impacted American politics and public perception. I just wish we would have Flippin
- 1:32:53learned from it. Those who don't understand history are doomed to repeat it.
- 1:33:01Yep, she was pregnant. She was pregnant with his child. In fact,
- 1:33:15I've been pregnant when the senator drove his mother's osmobile off the Dyke Bridge.
- 1:33:23So oh, it wasn't even his car, it was his mother's car.
- 1:33:27It was this what uh? What I got? Words? I got
- 1:33:31words or words for him? He's dead. I can't do anything about it,
- 1:33:36and what I have to say is sad is there's probably so much more
- 1:33:41to the story, and we will never ever know the honest, to god
- 1:33:48truth what happened, not at all. You know, there are very there
- 1:33:54are very few times where I advocate for a Herbert Hoover style investigation, But
- 1:34:01in this case, I advocate for a Hubert her Hubert Hoover how Hubert herv
- 1:34:16Herbert Hoover style? I did my mouth said, what the hell are you
- 1:34:26saying? Just then? So don't want to know how much her family received
- 1:34:34in compensation ten thousand dollars one hundred and forty one thousand dollars from his insurance
- 1:34:46company nineteen sixty nine. And the water was only six and a half feet
- 1:34:54deep. Oh that's even that's terrible. What is it today? It's one
- 1:35:02point one seven eight million today? Not enough? No, it's never been
- 1:35:10has never been enough. No, I haven't, but if you want to
- 1:35:15send some you're more than welcome to. Uh. It is the fuzzy talk,
- 1:35:19that's what it is. Now. Did he have any injuries from going
- 1:35:27into the water? Did he have like seatbelt bruises? Did his head hit
- 1:35:32the steer? I mean, or you may not remember, but Susan Smith
- 1:35:40who drove her kids off the water, but she wasn't in the car.
- 1:35:45Did he buy any chance? Did he actually go into the water. I
- 1:35:49see that his doctors informed him that he had suffered cerebral concussion and shock.
- 1:35:57Okay, yeah, yeah, that's that's what I was just wondering if he
- 1:36:04faked the whole thing. But again, you know what, his doctors can
- 1:36:09say that he has had that, But how far, how far, how
- 1:36:13far fetched is it for him to say, hey, write this down?
- 1:36:15Do you know what I mean? Like anything any We've all seen how housive
- 1:36:20cards, anything can be done with enough power and money. I forgot about
- 1:36:27a House of cards and Kevin Spacey. Kevin Spacey is a whole nother ball
- 1:36:32game. I'm just I don't remember what the president's name was in the show.
- 1:36:39I just remember Loser space Oh, the like Kevin Spacey's character. I
- 1:36:47forget. Yeah, it's it's it's it's it's Francis Underwood, Francis Underwe Yeah,
- 1:37:01yes, so Polly, you missed it. Yes, I painted that.
- 1:37:08I'm not going to say I painted it well, but I painted the
- 1:37:12lama with my granddaughter. I'm just saying you need to make another one,
- 1:37:15sign it and send it to Lama. Oh I should I need to do
- 1:37:24that, and then maybe the next one will be better because this one,
- 1:37:30we'll just say, its mouth looks like male testicles if you look up close.
- 1:37:36See, this is why I have see these these This is why I
- 1:37:40have my Google, my Google. The discord is my Google. Angie is
- 1:37:44a great Google. The judge refuses subpoena anyone who is at the party or
- 1:37:47share k key investigative documents, stymying the grand jury's efforts to determine whether Kennedy
- 1:37:54had been drinking. Of course not, of course really see I And then
- 1:38:03people are surprised at how many years later we had the Alex murdof stuff happened
- 1:38:09in his kids boat wreck. I mean, it just keeps happen it it
- 1:38:15it, yeah, and it will keep going because apparently power and money pay,
- 1:38:21and it does. There's nothing we can do about it as normies.
- 1:38:30Yeah. Look, see I'm funny. I'm so funny when you drink jen,
- 1:38:36I'm hysterical. I'm a funny bee. Yeah. I require substances to
- 1:38:46be hysterical. I mean you require substances. We require But the thing that
- 1:38:56gets me this that happening back in the you know, sixties, seventies.
- 1:39:00I get, how the hell does a shit still happen in twenty twenty two,
- 1:39:05twenty twenty three, twenty you know, he oh, Shanka, you
- 1:39:20totally should have done it, should have done it. But I just although
- 1:39:24you might have ended up back where yeah, you probably don't, you might
- 1:39:28not want to do that, yeah, But I just I don't understand how
- 1:39:36it can happen in today's modern time that money and power can still by the
- 1:39:45law. It's I mean, basically that's weak. Is you know, it's
- 1:39:50amazing how much our culture values the elite when the majority of people that I've
- 1:39:56ever known, who surround myself with do not in any way, shape or
- 1:40:00form, and and and it's it's just it speaks to the power that they
- 1:40:04have that no matter how many people say, this is ridiculous, you don't
- 1:40:10need a billion dollars Except for Taylor Swift, she earned it. It's just
- 1:40:15like I'm just being honest. Uh, she gives a lot of it away.
- 1:40:18She does, she does, and she literally worked for it. She
- 1:40:21didn't inherit it right. Uh, But like it's just one of those things
- 1:40:29where there are so many people that are just like you don't need that,
- 1:40:39right, there's not like Elon Musk could spend as like, I can't remember
- 1:40:43what the what the math is on that? Let me let me look it
- 1:40:45up. You had something to say, so you do that. Elon Musk
- 1:40:50is a pos who yep. Now that he half a mile outside of my
- 1:41:01neighborhood has built SpaceX and the boring company and now he's buying up old homes
- 1:41:09in our downtown area. I need Elon Musk to go away. And now
- 1:41:16he's smiling against baby Mama Grimes or something in Texas to try to take away
- 1:41:25her rights because she wants the kids to go to public school. So here's
- 1:41:35your stat Columbus landed in the Caribbean. Caribbean. However you say it,
- 1:41:42Well, this was two years ago. Okay, just supposed to two years
- 1:41:44ago, one hundred ninety two hundred and fifty five days ago. To be
- 1:41:46as wealthy as Elon Musk two years ago, you would have had to earn
- 1:41:51one point three eight one million dollars every day since then to have as much
- 1:41:59money as him. So if you're lucky enough to earn one hundred thousand dollars
- 1:42:02a year and work from the age of twenty till sixty eight, which is
- 1:42:08the most common retirement age. You'll have made four point eight million dollars,
- 1:42:12which is point zero zero one seven percent of the wealth that he has gained.
- 1:42:20I mean, I've always said he's intelligent to some degree. He does
- 1:42:26have a little bit of smarts. But he's off his rock. But it's
- 1:42:30not But it's not like he earned nothing. He got it all from his
- 1:42:36daddy, who was a racist, and then so it was inherited. It's
- 1:42:44all inherited, and he piggybacked off of other people's ideas. Tesla was not
- 1:42:47his idea, like none. His first thing was PayPal. He sold PayPal
- 1:42:54and made a ton of money, but that wasn't his idea either. So
- 1:42:58he has done nothing but destroy things. Like he is a horrible person.
- 1:43:05It's just horrible. So I'll leave it it. I'll leave it at that.
- 1:43:11You've seen. I mean, he's going to destroy Austin. He's going
- 1:43:15to destroy Austin, Texas. Yes, because he doesn't care. He has
- 1:43:19no he doesn't care. He cares about nobody. So it's just likes not
- 1:43:27right, right, So I just I have no love loss like because if
- 1:43:32you look if you look at and it was toxic to begin with, what
- 1:43:35it's terrible now. But if you look at Twitter, right, that is
- 1:43:39literally a perfect analogy for what he does and what he touches turns to shite.
- 1:43:45So and this brings us back to eating the rich, it sure does.
- 1:43:48I'm hungry, anybody else hungry? I mean I as a person who've
- 1:43:56owned a business, did you know very well? I do believe people should
- 1:44:00get paid a fair value for the hard work they do. But I can
- 1:44:06even tell you if my business would have been as successful as Tesla, I
- 1:44:14never as an owner, would have paid myself that kind of money. Ever,
- 1:44:20I would have raised my employees pay and then I would have said,
- 1:44:25Okay, this percentage goes back to make the company better. This amount goes
- 1:44:30to make our community better. And that's the problem I have with these people,
- 1:44:36even Zuckerberg. Yes, I know they give a lot of money away,
- 1:44:41but you still don't need to live in a twenty three million dollar freaking
- 1:44:45house. You can live in a five million dollar house. And that's the
- 1:44:51thing. I'll say this is the last right, and I'll say this as
- 1:44:56the last thing. The EEOC right, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as
- 1:45:00of September twenty eighth of twenty twenty three, is suing Tesla for racial harassment
- 1:45:04and retaliation. Now, you could say this is the employees, but if
- 1:45:10it gets to this point that I'm about to say, it's obviously being ignored,
- 1:45:14even though it's being reported. Since at least twenty fifteen to the present,
- 1:45:16black employees at Tesla's Fremont, California manufacturing facilities just one of these facilities
- 1:45:21have routinely endured racial abuse, pervasive stereotyping, and hostility, as well as
- 1:45:27epithets such as variations of the N word monkey boy. Slurs were used casually
- 1:45:34and openly in high traffic areas and at worker hubs. Black employees regularly encountered
- 1:45:39graffiti, including variations of the N words, swastika's, threats, and nooses,
- 1:45:44on desks and other equipment, in bathroom stalls, within elevators, and
- 1:45:46even on new vehicles rolling off the production line. There's even been if and
- 1:45:50if I'm wrong, correct me, but I'm pretty sure there's even been a
- 1:45:55section of the factory that is designated for black people. He is not a
- 1:46:04good man, because I don't care what you say. He might be he
- 1:46:10might be separated from all of this stuff, he might not be over this.
- 1:46:14But a company rots from the top down, and those values are instilled
- 1:46:24from the top down. And if you are not willing to take it seriously,
- 1:46:29I'm not saying go sell your tesla like, that's not what I'm saying.
- 1:46:31What I'm saying is he deserves anything that's coming to him, and I
- 1:46:36wish it would, but it won't because just like Ted Kennedy, we've learned
- 1:46:41nothing at all. Yeah. Well, there is a lawsuit going on right
- 1:46:45now for SpaceX for he fire employees who said things against him. So now
- 1:46:53he's trying to sue the US Labor Board, but they're being investigated by the
- 1:46:59Civil Wars Board right now. So it's not I mean, it's all of
- 1:47:04his companies, which tells you it's him. He is the common denominator,
- 1:47:12right And I strongly suggest, I strongly suggest listening to one second. I
- 1:47:21will find it part one. So listen to the podcast if you haven't really
- 1:47:30ever listened to Behind the Bastards, it's a phenomenal podcast. They literally do
- 1:47:33deep downs on the bastards of history. There is there is an episode that
- 1:47:39was released. Is it really not gonna tell me when it was released?
- 1:47:44That sucks? Hold on, hold on, wait a second, Oh god,
- 1:47:51when was that? Jesus, I don't remember what it was. The
- 1:47:55if you look up Behind the Bastards and Elon Musk, you're gonna find it.
- 1:47:59But the first episode called Part one. I do not like you Elon
- 1:48:01Musk very much. It is so I urge you to listen to that series
- 1:48:08of Behind the Bastards on Elon Musk because Robert Evans does his research and he
- 1:48:15reports on what he finds. Then he does phenomenal research and he's funny too.
- 1:48:19So if you like the comedy but also historical in reality like that's,
- 1:48:25please listen to that just so you get a good feel for just how crappy
- 1:48:30he is. He's also screwed California with all of his like building stuff.
- 1:48:34He doesn't think rules apply to him at all, down to his apartment complexes
- 1:48:40and shit, oh, he is not paid back. So I live outside
- 1:48:45of Austin and Ale area called Bashdrop. He did not even get the correct
- 1:48:49permits for the roads for SpaceX and Boring, and he got all of this,
- 1:48:57you know, money embatements, all that crap, and he didn't follow
- 1:49:00the rules and he still hasn't paid the county. He still hasn't paid the
- 1:49:06county. And the reason why is because he knows he's got more money than
- 1:49:12the county does to fighting. Oh yeah, oh for sure, and he
- 1:49:16will hold that over their heads forever. The thought that you invite somebody in
- 1:49:20thinking they're going to create jobs and bring an economy is is not It's not
- 1:49:26viable with Elon Musket does. It's not worth it. We shall now reach
- 1:49:30him out of anywhere. Absolutely, he's trying to build a neighborhood to have
- 1:49:34his employees live there so that he can get past the laws about overtime in
- 1:49:42Texas because he mandates that you work fifty five or sixty hours a week,
- 1:49:47but he pays you for forty. And you can get around that if you
- 1:49:50provide them housing that is working camps is what that is. Well, and
- 1:49:59that's what his dad did, So it's not surprising. The apple does not
- 1:50:02far fall far from the tree made out of shit. So I mean,
- 1:50:08that's just it's where we're at. But then he's not running for president.
- 1:50:13Good thing, he's not running for president. Don't put that into could you
- 1:50:16imagine? Could you imagine the circus? Running for president's all about money,
- 1:50:24and he sure as hell has enough to saturate the entirety of media with Elon
- 1:50:28Musk faces. And I don't need to see giving time, give him time.
- 1:50:34He's still young. I'll put it this way. On for breue Crime,
- 1:50:40right, we have that side show that we do that we're soon calling
- 1:50:45the Brew Crime Report, which is our Brue crime news rather and we have
- 1:50:49an entire sound clip in section devoted to Elon Musk's stupidest shit news because he
- 1:50:58literally deserves it. He does. Yeah uh, and I feel bad for
- 1:51:03anybody who crosses his path. Oh yeah, oh yeah, Jan, It's
- 1:51:13totally totally free. You want true crime and wine time, breue Crime,
- 1:51:20and then active shooter. There you go, there's your three. It's all
- 1:51:24you'll ever need. That's all you'll ever need. There's some others that are
- 1:51:28good. There are some other ones that are great. And now totally off
- 1:51:33topic, I am trying to put together a Chase Lackey update just let you
- 1:51:41guys know we've had a lot going on. But I will have to say
- 1:51:46I now think I know a little bit about what law enforcement might feel when
- 1:51:50you have a lot of information and you just can't share it because you don't
- 1:51:58want those individuals to know that you have the information. Yeah, it's one
- 1:52:03of those. It's one of those don't talk about it, or yeah,
- 1:52:09it's one of those. I will just say a lot of good things are
- 1:52:15happening, and I've got some little excursions I will be going on soon that
- 1:52:25I will record and share them later when I can. I will say,
- 1:52:30we are making people nervous because we are getting some nasty comments and things coming
- 1:52:41in, so we're definitely on the right track. We're making people nervous.
- 1:52:45But I know a little bit about law enforcement feels because I want a tail
- 1:52:51and it's all in this little envelope, this folder, And I can't tell
- 1:52:59y'all when I won't say, I don't think we've talked about like who you
- 1:53:03met with and things like that, and I'm not going to talk about it.
- 1:53:05But when you met with this one person, you had a binder with
- 1:53:10how many pages? Again, we are now up to three binders that have
- 1:53:20that many pages. This is binder three. Terry don't play, Terry don't
- 1:53:29play, and I'm so glad. I'm so glad you're that person because I
- 1:53:35am not. But Terry is being safe law enforcement. Of course we know
- 1:53:43they're not doing crap, but that doesn't mean I don't have friends, males
- 1:53:48who are willing to go with me and be my sidekick as I go and
- 1:53:56knock on doors. O. Yes, I forget how many reams of paper
- 1:54:05were through, but this is the third binder. I have a full I'll
- 1:54:11take a picture, but we have a full evidence board. We have our
- 1:54:15own little I forget what the police call it. A war room. Chunkin
- 1:54:21knows you well, Oh girl, I'm strapped, and you know it's pink.
- 1:54:29Oh hell, yes it's well, my gun's not pink, but everything
- 1:54:32else is pink. The gun's black. But I'm excited and I will and
- 1:54:38JT knows how hard it is for me to not share, because it's a
- 1:54:45lot of good stuff. A lot of work has gone on, and we've
- 1:54:47had some great people who's jumped in and started helping us. I just want
- 1:54:53to carry, not the binder. So there amazon you get them in a
- 1:55:01pack of six. But I just thought it was time. I mean,
- 1:55:09there's a lot of good stuff, but it's hard to keep it in.
- 1:55:13One little thing I can share is I won't say the name of the show.
- 1:55:18That's a TV show that I reached out to JT don't tell either,
- 1:55:26and they put me in touch with a producer of theirs who has been very
- 1:55:35helpful and we've had some great conversations. So I can't say it. Number
- 1:55:42one because I can't say it, but also because I really don't remember already.
- 1:55:48I'm the best person to tell secrets to. I won't remember the next
- 1:55:53day. And if anybody wants to also, we have been sent messages to
- 1:56:01Dateline and to Missing in America asking them to cover chase this case. If
- 1:56:09anybody wants to go out to their site and submit also might help us as
- 1:56:15well. It's a five inch binder, and that's a real five inches,
- 1:56:26not a man's five inches. Thanks. I'm just gonna eat this microphone.
- 1:56:35I was in the pool, okay. So if if y'all are interested in
- 1:56:43joining us, Terry me and plenty of others in the chat, head over
- 1:56:47to the courtyard. I just dropped the discord link in the chat. We
- 1:56:54do a lot of cool stuff there. We're doing a lot of daily stuff
- 1:56:56now I'm streaming trials during the day and it's little really just trials and chat
- 1:57:00and it's so much fun because there's there's not very many of us, so
- 1:57:03we just we talk. It's great. And then on top of that,
- 1:57:09we we also do like Bob's Burgers in the morning to thanks Lama, and
- 1:57:14I mean, there's a lot of stuff that we do at night. Right
- 1:57:15before this show, they actually do Jeopardy and then they come to this show
- 1:57:20afterwards, so it's a lot of fun. They play the Jeopardy game and
- 1:57:24then they come here. So there's a lot of cool stuff that we're doing.
- 1:57:29But but yeah, so click on that link. Yes, what how
- 1:57:35do you find what am I missing? At the very no, I mean
- 1:57:43at the very top, there's there's something that says fifteen events and then you
- 1:57:46can just scroll down like here, I'll go through a couple. On Sunday
- 1:57:49at Sunday at moons, they're watching Lost. Every Sunday at twelve pm is
- 1:57:56Lost. Sunday February Sunday at eight is The Fall episodes three and four.
- 1:58:03Tuesday the thirteenth is The Princess and the Frog. Every Wednesday and Thursday at
- 1:58:10nine point thirty is coffee and cartoons with Bob's Burgers. We've got Jeopardy Game
- 1:58:15Night on Thursday, February twenty second at seven pm, and then every single
- 1:58:21episode that's coming up of True Crime and Wine Time has been scheduled as well,
- 1:58:27and so you will always get notifications of when those things start, and
- 1:58:30things are being added every day, so there's plenty of stuff to do.
- 1:58:34Definitely, definitely, definitely. I'm so glad I felt it, and I'm
- 1:58:40glad there's something going on during the Super Bowl. Does that mean we don't
- 1:58:44have to watch the super Bowl the super Bowl? Yeah, well, Swifty's
- 1:58:51going to be there. I'm watching it for Taylor. That's about it.
- 1:58:57So I'm not watching. I don't know what I'm I don't know if I'm
- 1:59:00watch it. No, thank you. I found it because I just now
- 1:59:09found out how to get Discord back on my phone. So oh yeah,
- 1:59:15that's right. Angie's right. Angie said, hold on, uh oh no,
- 1:59:19that's not it. Uh we do yeah, so Jeopardy, uh Murder
- 1:59:25Mystery party. So we did a murder mystery. I think Lama's doing another
- 1:59:28one soon, so that's gonna be fun. We get some folks on the
- 1:59:31server that that act, and then the rest of everybody tries to figure out
- 1:59:35who's you know, who done it. We also have games that we play
- 1:59:40Putt Putt, we play cards like who know. There's a lot of stuff
- 1:59:44that's happening there. It's I'm really excited about it. Yes, yes,
- 1:59:47what the Lincoln going to the chat shut the front door. Well, on
- 2:00:00Saturday night, we're having couples game night at our house and we're playing newlywed
- 2:00:09not so newlywed game. Oh that sounds fun. Let me know if that
- 2:00:16that worked. Did you guys get the link that way? It showed up
- 2:00:19this time? User error? Okay, I am the user, and I
- 2:00:25always error. That's my problem. I'm probably almost done with the sheep thrills.
- 2:00:30Did you drink all of that? Probably about seventy almost eighty percent.
- 2:00:40I feel fine, Glass, I feel fine. I've been drinking a lot
- 2:00:47more water. This is not a this is this is not a I wish
- 2:00:50this was a sponsor. It's not a sponsor. But that that circle.
- 2:00:55Have you ever heard of that circle? So I went on their website and
- 2:01:00they had like a good deal, and so I bought. I got the
- 2:01:02thing for free, and like all the flavors and stuff like literally like screw
- 2:01:06into the drink and then you can just turn up the flavor, turn it
- 2:01:12down. Circle C I R k U L very very good. I enjoy
- 2:01:19it down pink paper with my pinker. I've been enjoying it for sure.
- 2:01:27Oh me too. I'm playing it now too. It's a good game.
- 2:01:30We enjoy it. I play it on PS five. It's a lot of
- 2:01:34fun. Like game I play is pokemonco. Junker said, they sell the
- 2:01:43circle things at Walmart. Oh, but I like it because like you're not
- 2:01:50putting anything into the water. The water comes up and through and that's where
- 2:01:54the flavor comes through. So you can literally unscrew this and drink it and
- 2:01:56taste like water, and then you actually you can turn it up and down,
- 2:02:00so it's not just like you know you could. Yeah, so,
- 2:02:08oh you're about to have a Pokemon Goo friend. Yes, I do play
- 2:02:12Pokemon Go. Listen, you guys can chat in Discord. Head over to
- 2:02:17Discord and yell at Terry just say try. Yeah, I'm gonna go crawl
- 2:02:25into the warm bath and drink some Theora flu. Yes, I will put
- 2:02:31my Pokemon Go friend code on Discord woo, she's getting uh, she's getting
- 2:02:41risky. I used to have three Pokemon Go accounts. I've shut it down
- 2:02:45to one because it was taken up too much of my time that I don't
- 2:02:49have. That's insane. Oh man, well this was so fun. And
- 2:03:04we're back in what two weeks? Yes, we're back in two weeks.
- 2:03:09We are back in two weeks. It will be one second. The next
- 2:03:15one we have is prison Escapes Behind Bars. Oh, the episode behind Bars
- 2:03:21tales of prison escapes and crimes unveiled. And we're gonna talk about let's see
- 2:03:27Toby Door, a prison breakout, co Lab and then the Texas Seven.
- 2:03:31So get ready for that. That's gonna be fun, a lot of fun.
- 2:03:39Well, I'll go first and then you close it out. Sounds good?
- 2:03:45All right? Everybody, be kind to yourself, be kind to your
- 2:03:48friends and family, don't let anybody doll your sparkle and shine on you crazy
- 2:03:56diamonds, shine on Terry, stay safe, watch out for crime, and
- 2:04:03always enjoy your wine time Until next time, sheep thrills, Bye bye,
- 2:04:15guys. H
