Russellville, Alabama is set to unveil its 469th Safe Haven Baby Box — the 24th in the state — installed at the fire department and ready by September. This community-driven effort, backed by donors, local leaders, and hospital staff, offers mothers a confidential, judgment-free way to surrender infants when they can’t care for them.
