- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice shoe. It's time llo, welcome to the Naughty even nice.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I'm your host, drom Shooter. It's Friday, which means I
- 0:20Speaker 1: dif friend Corey Andrew joins us, Hey, Corey, are you better?
- 0:23Speaker 2: I am here.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Happy Friday everyone, and I'm here. But I'm a little
- 0:27Speaker 3: My voice is a little low, you know, little little.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Voices a little. If you like it, you like it.
- 0:32Speaker 1: I do like it. I think it sounds terrifical. Though.
- 0:34Speaker 1: We should let our norties into a bit of a secret.
- 0:37Speaker 1: We've been talking about this. You have a big show
- 0:39Speaker 1: coming up, and is it eight nine days? You're performing
- 0:42Speaker 1: eight hundred people? Is it allergyes? You have my friend?
- 0:44Speaker 1: What's happening?
- 0:45Speaker 3: I woke up a couple of days ago and I
- 0:47Speaker 3: just had like a lower octave voice to scratchy throat
- 0:50Speaker 3: and I don't know if it's allergies. Joey was like,
- 0:52Speaker 3: take a COVID test.
- 0:54Speaker 2: I don't have COVID. You know, he's a he's a
- 0:56Speaker 2: worried ward.
- 0:56Speaker 3: But but yeah, I was a little nervous, and I
- 0:58Speaker 3: don't know. I have nine days to get together, so
- 1:01Speaker 3: I have my tea.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Have my tea, got your honey, got your tea. You're
- 1:04Speaker 1: doing the show talking for the rest of the day,
- 1:06Speaker 1: so we'relucky to have you for twenty minutes. I saw
- 1:09Speaker 1: Mama Mia last night. I went to see Mom and Mia.
- 1:12Speaker 1: It's returned to Broadway for six months, although I think
- 1:14Speaker 1: it's going to be there for six years. It was phenomenal.
- 1:18Speaker 1: It's the show we need right now, you know, with
- 1:20Speaker 1: all the drama in the world, with all the ugliness,
- 1:22Speaker 1: with all the screaming and the shouting, and the wars,
- 1:25Speaker 1: the inflation, like I can get it's just so lovely
- 1:29Speaker 1: for two hours, two and a half hours to listen
- 1:31Speaker 1: to these songs, abberhas he' have to hit after hit?
- 1:35Speaker 1: How to hit? I can't think of a catalog like this,
- 1:37Speaker 1: Like I love Elton John you know that I love Madonna,
- 1:40Speaker 1: But yeah, they have ten vogues, they have ten candles
- 1:45Speaker 1: in the wind, Like, yeah, every every song is a
- 1:50Speaker 1: monster hit. Any artist would be happy with just one
- 1:53Speaker 1: of those songs.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm such a big fan.
- 1:56Speaker 3: And like before, like even the whole Mama Mia thing,
- 1:58Speaker 3: I was a child and I would just love the
- 2:00Speaker 3: harmonies and so as a kid, I would practice so
- 2:03Speaker 3: many of my vocals to those those women, the women
- 2:06Speaker 3: in Ebba, the best voices of the lawless, yeahless, and.
- 2:11Speaker 1: The detailed, the precision of it. They're like the rockets
- 2:15Speaker 1: of singing. It's just so technically brilliant. It's so technically brilliant.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I think it's easy to dismiss ABBA as like a
- 2:24Speaker 1: silly group because of the costumes. And they never got
- 2:27Speaker 1: really great press. I don't think they've ever won a Grammy.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I don't remember. I have to look into them.
- 2:32Speaker 1: They have, and they're absolutely brilliant. This show is a
- 2:36Speaker 1: delight if you're in New York. I think it's on
- 2:38Speaker 1: the road to go and see Mom and Mayor. It's
- 2:40Speaker 1: put me in such a good mood, which is what
- 2:42Speaker 1: we all needed. Hey, what time is it, my friends?
- 2:45Speaker 1: It is at the top of the top of the show.
- 2:49Speaker 1: So feds have torched did his bid for a new trial,
- 2:53Speaker 1: saying he was the master of his own freak ofughs.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Let me explain. So federal prosecutors not buying did his
- 3:01Speaker 1: desperate attempt to wiggle out of his conviction, and they're
- 3:05Speaker 1: not pulling their punches. So did he got found innocent
- 3:09Speaker 1: on three of the major charges, but guilty on two
- 3:13Speaker 1: lesser charges, still big charges. I think everybody here has
- 3:17Speaker 1: this misconception, including probably did he that he got off.
- 3:20Speaker 1: He did not these two convictions. If it had just
- 3:25Speaker 1: been these two convictions, it would be bad. Any celebrity
- 3:29Speaker 1: being a criminal being charged now having a federal record
- 3:35Speaker 1: would be really, really bad. So yes, the three massive,
- 3:39Speaker 1: huge charges, no, they went away, but these two charges
- 3:43Speaker 1: still matter. He is trying to get a new trial.
- 3:45Speaker 1: He's furious about this, and the federal prosecutors are saying
- 3:50Speaker 1: absolutely not. His argument is baseless and it is offensive.
- 3:54Speaker 1: What he is basically saying is that he was a
- 3:57Speaker 1: pawn producer. That's all he really did. Hear he filmed
- 4:00Speaker 1: an next girlfriend having sex. He was like a voyeur.
- 4:04Speaker 1: That's what people are called who like to watch stuff.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I didn't know this term, but I dug deep, a
- 4:09Speaker 1: little too deep. Oh my goodness, that's quite a community
- 4:12Speaker 1: and they like to watch. Well, the Feds aren't having
- 4:15Speaker 1: it at all. They're saying, no, you were not a
- 4:17Speaker 1: porn producer. You were the mastermind behind the free coughs,
- 4:21Speaker 1: and you organized the sex workers, you directed them, You've
- 4:25Speaker 1: fully participated in them. And to say that you're a
- 4:29Speaker 1: porn producer. It's an excuse, they said, it's a laughable
- 4:32Speaker 1: Often the cameras weren't there. So what happens about the
- 4:35Speaker 1: times you didn't record when you were producer then? And
- 4:38Speaker 1: also too often you recorded did He without letting anybody
- 4:41Speaker 1: know you were recording, And that has a whole new
- 4:45Speaker 1: legal implication too. Did his team are throwing everything at
- 4:48Speaker 1: the wall here? I think you can't blame them. That's
- 4:51Speaker 1: what he's paying them millions and millions of dollars to do.
- 4:55Speaker 1: But I don't think this is going to work, or
- 4:56Speaker 1: I hope it's not gonna work. But with did He,
- 4:58Speaker 1: you never really know.
- 4:59Speaker 2: What are you no?
- 5:00Speaker 3: Well, you know, there's also two conversations happening as well
- 5:03Speaker 3: right now, because you have political situations in which people
- 5:07Speaker 3: have been convicted of things and not having to face consequences,
- 5:13Speaker 3: and so you have people saying, well, wait a minute,
- 5:15Speaker 3: you know you can't.
- 5:17Speaker 2: It's got to be the same law.
- 5:18Speaker 3: For everyone, right, And so in this regard, I think
- 5:21Speaker 3: that he is saying also too, like you know, there's
- 5:24Speaker 3: what measure?
- 5:25Speaker 2: Are we looking at the law here?
- 5:26Speaker 3: Like you know, there's people who are still walking around
- 5:28Speaker 3: who have been accused of stuff that I've done, and
- 5:30Speaker 3: so why not he's trying to exonerate himself, but it's
- 5:33Speaker 3: too much evidence. I just think that's a bad look.
- 5:36Speaker 3: He needed to just be happy. I think with that
- 5:39Speaker 3: he got somewhat of a light sentencing, or you know,
- 5:42Speaker 3: he didn't get the full book thrown at him, and
- 5:45Speaker 3: so he should have just really taken that as a
- 5:47Speaker 3: gift horse, as I say, look a gift horse in
- 5:49Speaker 3: the mouth and be thankful. But now he's trying to
- 5:52Speaker 3: like almost thumb his nose at the courts, and they
- 5:54Speaker 3: don't like that very much.
- 5:56Speaker 1: But I think you are right the current climate that
- 5:58Speaker 1: we live in. We're not a political show, but there
- 6:00Speaker 1: are very questionable things happening in the Justice department and
- 6:03Speaker 1: what's going down. Rich people, famous people seem to be
- 6:06Speaker 1: getting away with stuff.
- 6:08Speaker 2: With joy, and.
- 6:10Speaker 1: We would never get away with Corey. And even if
- 6:12Speaker 1: did he does get charged, well, he has been charged.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Let's cut to the chase. Here has been charged. He's
- 6:17Speaker 1: trying to shake off these charges, these two charges, and
- 6:20Speaker 1: get a new trial. You know what, he might get
- 6:23Speaker 1: a pardon, so he might ultimately win this. But let
- 6:26Speaker 1: that happen, don't let the criminal justice system fail us,
- 6:32Speaker 1: because once we start not believing in that, we're in
- 6:36Speaker 1: a real, real difficult place as a society, which brings
- 6:39Speaker 1: us to our whole question of the day. Federal prosecutors
- 6:42Speaker 1: are not buying Sean did his desperate attempt to wiggle
- 6:45Speaker 1: out of his two convictions. Our question is quite simple,
- 6:49Speaker 1: do you think he will get a new trial?
- 6:50Speaker 3: Is?
- 6:51Speaker 1: Did he going to get what he wants here? Will
- 6:53Speaker 1: he get a new trial? Stranger things have happened. We
- 6:56Speaker 1: live in crazy times. Nought to these stranger things have happened.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Go vote on our Twitter page. I had naughty Nice rob.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip. I'm be sure to
- 7:05Speaker 1: check back on Monday to hear your results. Okay, Corey Love,
- 7:09Speaker 1: what are you working on that?
- 7:11Speaker 3: Yes, well, it seems like the friendship between Gwyneth and Dakota,
- 7:14Speaker 3: you know, that's sort of fizzled. Now that's basically happening
- 7:18Speaker 3: because Gwyneth now thinks I guess that Dakota and Chris Martin,
- 7:22Speaker 3: of course from Cole Play, they've broken up. See, so
- 7:25Speaker 3: they were all at one point just are good friends.
- 7:27Speaker 2: You know.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Gwyneth had publicly gushed calling Dakota adorable and wonderful, and
- 7:31Speaker 3: she insisted that their bond was built on kindness, sort
- 7:34Speaker 3: of like the ex wife, you know, being friends with
- 7:37Speaker 3: the husband's the ex husband's new girlfriend, if you will,
- 7:41Speaker 3: because they had kids together. So when you have kids together,
- 7:44Speaker 3: I think you make that concession and you become friends
- 7:47Speaker 3: with maybe the ex husband's wife or girlfriend because you
- 7:50Speaker 3: want to keep sure make sure the kids are okay
- 7:52Speaker 3: and don't feel in any way isolated. So now Johnson
- 7:56Speaker 3: and Martin have broken up, and so they're saying that
- 8:00Speaker 3: Gwyneth Paltrow and Dakota are no longer really buddy, no buddies. No,
- 8:04Speaker 3: they're no longer chummy, no longer hanging out because there's
- 8:06Speaker 3: no tie anymore between them, so there's no reason to
- 8:09Speaker 3: keep up the same level of friendship. So I think
- 8:12Speaker 3: it's sort of like it makes sense. You know, people
- 8:14Speaker 3: are saying it's not like it's an icy feud between
- 8:16Speaker 3: them at all. It's just faded because the dynamic has faded.
- 8:20Speaker 2: So it made me think.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Though, rob about like, you know, there is that interesting
- 8:24Speaker 3: dynamic about being the friend of your ex, you know,
- 8:29Speaker 3: being friends with your ex and then befriending their new
- 8:31Speaker 3: current partner.
- 8:32Speaker 2: It's very tricky.
- 8:33Speaker 3: It's very tricky, and I think sal Mahayak though sal
- 8:36Speaker 3: Mahayak and Linda Evangelista are incredible with this. If anyone
- 8:40Speaker 3: almost like google that friendship, it's pretty fascinating.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Yes, yes, but not normal. It's not normal.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Yes, it's very very unusual. This is fascinating conversation. I
- 8:49Speaker 1: don't have many exes. I've been with Bruce for so long,
- 8:52Speaker 1: so this doesn't apply to me exactly, but I understand
- 8:56Speaker 1: it because I'm sometimes the glue that holds my friends together.
- 8:59Speaker 1: And if a friend falls out with me, I fall
- 9:02Speaker 1: out with a friend, are they still friends with miss
- 9:04Speaker 1: d or is that not allowed? And the same goes
- 9:07Speaker 1: with you, Like if I met somebody through you Corey
- 9:10Speaker 1: and God forbid, we had a disagreement. Do I still
- 9:13Speaker 1: remain friends with them? I know in Bruce's friendship group
- 9:17Speaker 1: that I'm there as the husband, the.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Only reason that Bruce's friends.
- 9:22Speaker 1: They're nice to me, they're very but they're not my friends.
- 9:25Speaker 1: They're Bruce's friends, right, and they tolerate me.
- 9:28Speaker 2: At worse, they sort of like me at best.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Somewhere between there and I know my place and God
- 9:34Speaker 1: forbid anything happened to me and Bruce, they wouldn't be
- 9:36Speaker 1: calling me. This is why I think Gwyneth overplayed her hand,
- 9:40Speaker 1: because she talked about Dakota as adorable as my best friend,
- 9:44Speaker 1: as my soulmates. No, you're not your only hanging out
- 9:48Speaker 1: with Takota because she married your ex and you have
- 9:51Speaker 1: a very good relationship with yeh X and you have
- 9:53Speaker 1: the children, and so yes, it's all keeping it in
- 9:55Speaker 1: the family. My brother, when he broke up with his wife,
- 9:58Speaker 1: I really liked his wife, but I'm team Douglas. I'm
- 10:00Speaker 1: team of course, but my brother and so I don't
- 10:03Speaker 1: talk to the wife hardly ever. Now occasionally there might
- 10:06Speaker 1: be a text or a Facebook post, but I think
- 10:08Speaker 1: this is quite normal here. The only reason we're talking
- 10:10Speaker 1: about it is that Gwyneth really sold that her and
- 10:14Speaker 1: Dakota were besties, were great friends. Not really true, but
- 10:19Speaker 1: not that unusual. Although in the world of Gwyneth, Goodness,
- 10:22Speaker 1: gracious candle tomorrow moving alone. Tom Brady has not met
- 10:27Speaker 1: Joseelle's new baby boy. So Tom and Joseelle had a
- 10:30Speaker 1: pretty ugly breakup. We pretend that it was nice, but
- 10:33Speaker 1: it really wasn't it was. It was a nasty breakup,
- 10:36Speaker 1: and six months after, Giselle welcomed a new baby boy
- 10:39Speaker 1: with her boyfriend Waqui. So it says tell me that
- 10:42Speaker 1: Tom has still not met the child. He was blindsided
- 10:45Speaker 1: by the pregnancy. He's sensitive about this, but he's focused
- 10:48Speaker 1: on his own kids here, so I think this is okay.
- 10:50Speaker 1: He has Benjamin and Vivian. Benjamin is fifteen, Vivian is eleven.
- 10:55Speaker 1: He also has a son with the Bridget moynahan, who
- 10:58Speaker 1: slightly slightly old, but he hasn't met the new baby.
- 11:02Speaker 1: This doesn't surprise me. Their lives are over and now,
- 11:05Speaker 1: like Gazelle and Tom are not hanging down. He's not
- 11:08Speaker 1: welcome over for Sunday tea. He's not like, he's not
- 11:11Speaker 1: constantly turning up like a bad penny. He's done, she's
- 11:15Speaker 1: moved on. They co parents. They talk, they're not they're
- 11:18Speaker 1: not at odds with each other. They talk to each other,
- 11:21Speaker 1: but it's all every single conversation is about the kids
- 11:24Speaker 1: or who's picking them up, where they're staying, or who
- 11:26Speaker 1: who what parent they're going to spend the summer with.
- 11:29Speaker 1: And so I don't think the new baby really really
- 11:32Speaker 1: really involved in this like Tom's Tom gets the two
- 11:34Speaker 1: older kids, but he's not going to get the baby
- 11:36Speaker 1: too for the weekend.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, And I don't even think I mean,
- 11:39Speaker 3: I don't know why he'd even be concerned with that.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I mean, that's that's not his situation. That's a baby
- 11:45Speaker 3: with another guy.
- 11:46Speaker 2: So I don't even know why.
- 11:48Speaker 3: You know, why he would be extracted to have concern.
- 11:52Speaker 1: He's I think he's controlling here, and you know what,
- 11:57Speaker 1: it's over. Sometimes it's difficult to walk away, but it is.
- 12:00Speaker 1: It is over. Tom Brady, walk away with your head.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Hell tigh, You've still got those two beautiful, wonderful kids. Okay,
- 12:07Speaker 1: moving along. Morgan Wallen, very controversial country artist, is gonna
- 12:13Speaker 1: snub the Grammys. You heard that right. The Grammys are
- 12:15Speaker 1: not snubbing him. He's gonna snub the Grammys. What am
- 12:18Speaker 1: I talking about?
- 12:19Speaker 2: Well, you know, it's funny.
- 12:20Speaker 3: I think of Woody Allen and the Oscars when I
- 12:22Speaker 3: read you know, when I when I read it, when
- 12:23Speaker 3: I read about this, because he did a very similar thing,
- 12:25Speaker 3: you know. So basically, yeah, Morgan Wallan, he's snubbing the Grammys.
- 12:28Speaker 3: You know, he's got four million in sales. But he
- 12:31Speaker 3: Now people don't know that typically the artists or their
- 12:33Speaker 3: team wi will be the ones to submit their music
- 12:36Speaker 3: to the Grammy board for consideration. Like the Grammy itself,
- 12:39Speaker 3: the Grammy organization doesn't go out and do that. So
- 12:43Speaker 3: artists submit themselves and then they of course get they
- 12:46Speaker 3: get reviewed and qualified to become an actual Grammy nominee.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Just a little background how that works.
- 12:52Speaker 2: So he's not ever actually.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Submitted his work to the Grammy organization. And he's a
- 12:59Speaker 3: hugeful artists, and so basically they're saying he's almost like
- 13:02Speaker 3: kind of flipping off the establishment despite having a blockbuster
- 13:06Speaker 3: album and you know, it has got it's so like
- 13:09Speaker 3: nearly four million units. It's not easy to do today
- 13:12Speaker 3: in the digital digital age, so you know, but he's
- 13:15Speaker 3: refusing to submit it for Grammy consideration before the August
- 13:18Speaker 3: thirty first deadline. And that's what the insiders that have
- 13:21Speaker 3: kind of shared that with us have confirmed. Now, the
- 13:24Speaker 3: truth is the Grammys have never really I mean, and
- 13:26Speaker 3: I gotta be careful here because I am a Grammy
- 13:28Speaker 3: voting remember, as you all know, I don't lose my status.
- 13:32Speaker 3: But you know the truth is, the Grammys have never
- 13:34Speaker 3: really necessarily said, hey, won't you come on over and
- 13:38Speaker 3: hang out with us? And he's never really been nominated,
- 13:40Speaker 3: so it's a it's a mutual feeling in that regard.
- 13:43Speaker 3: But he says he also doesn't need their validation because
- 13:46Speaker 3: he's so successful. That's what one insider told hashtag shooter scoop.
- 13:49Speaker 3: You know, he makes millions of dollars without the Grammys,
- 13:53Speaker 3: And at the end of the day, isn't what those
- 13:55Speaker 3: awards kind of create for us our financial opportunities And
- 13:58Speaker 3: if you already gotten that with that the awards, why
- 14:01Speaker 3: do you even need it?
- 14:02Speaker 2: So that's sort of how one.
- 14:04Speaker 1: You know, it feels like he didn't dump me. I
- 14:06Speaker 1: dumped her, she dumped me. I dumped him. It's like
- 14:09Speaker 1: that he knows he's not gonna win. He's not a
- 14:10Speaker 1: favorite with the Grammy community. It's not just because of
- 14:13Speaker 1: the outrageous things he said, including the N word.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Let's be yeah, he did do a racial slur.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Yes, yes, let's be clear who this guy is. He's
- 14:20Speaker 1: not welcome at that party, and so he's saying, you
- 14:23Speaker 1: know what, if I'm not welcome, I don't want you,
- 14:25Speaker 1: I don't need you. I've got four million albums. They're
- 14:27Speaker 1: both right here. They don't want him, he doesn't want them,
- 14:29Speaker 1: so don't go to a party. Just the correction here.
- 14:32Speaker 1: I was right about Abba the Abba. We know all
- 14:34Speaker 1: those great songs were never nominated. But they did have
- 14:37Speaker 1: a comeback album and I think it was twenty twenty
- 14:40Speaker 1: one that was nominated. Oh they did, so they sort of, yeah,
- 14:44Speaker 1: remember that act, So they ignored them at the peak
- 14:46Speaker 1: of their success in the in the seventies, but they
- 14:48Speaker 1: even acknowledged. Oh gosh, that was a little embarrassing. So
- 14:51Speaker 1: when they did have that comeback album that got nominated, Okay,
- 14:54Speaker 1: thank you.
- 14:54Speaker 2: For the clarity.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Yes, we go to break. Billy Porter humiliated with a
- 14:58Speaker 1: big flop on Broadway, so brought her was brought in
- 15:01Speaker 1: to close cabaret. It was only running for about eight, nine,
- 15:04Speaker 1: ten more weeks and the business is a disaster now.
- 15:07Speaker 1: In signers have pointed out that Billy has shredded the script,
- 15:10Speaker 1: he's ignored direction, he's just done himself on stage. When
- 15:13Speaker 1: I went to see him, he was mocking the material.
- 15:16Speaker 1: It was really weird to see it. He was making fun.
- 15:19Speaker 1: He had a joke that was in the script that
- 15:20Speaker 1: you know you say, what do we play? They don't
- 15:22Speaker 1: make up the jokes, they're in the script. And nobody laughed,
- 15:25Speaker 1: and he said, I didn't write the material, which is
- 15:27Speaker 1: so disrespectful to Candor and Ebb and the book writer.
- 15:30Speaker 1: It's cabaret, I know, I know, my gosh, finger there.
- 15:36Speaker 1: He's not singing the melodies, he's singing around the melodies.
- 15:39Speaker 1: And so people are really angry with Billy. It's cabaret.
- 15:43Speaker 1: It's a legendary show. If you sign on to do cabaret,
- 15:46Speaker 1: do cabaret. I know, as the husband of a song writer,
- 15:49Speaker 1: here write the words he wrote. If you know what
- 15:52Speaker 1: is in the melody Barry Road, don't sing Copacabana, sing
- 15:56Speaker 1: something else, Billy. There's there's some think going on here.
- 16:01Speaker 1: You know Billy is tricky, isn't he. I know you've
- 16:03Speaker 1: known him for a really long time, and I don't
- 16:04Speaker 1: want to bash somebody that you really grew up in
- 16:07Speaker 1: the business with. But I think all this fame went
- 16:09Speaker 1: to his head. He was he was almost difficult.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Let's be clear.
- 16:12Speaker 1: He was never an easy person, but his talent was extraordinary.
- 16:16Speaker 1: But then I think he went a little bit j
- 16:18Speaker 1: Lo mad. He's gone like a little dither mad and
- 16:23Speaker 1: not good luck, not a good look. Okay, we're going
- 16:24Speaker 1: to take a quick break, Corey before you, I know
- 16:27Speaker 1: you want to, but I'm going to say, you will
- 16:30Speaker 1: fank me, you will fank me. We're going to go
- 16:32Speaker 1: to break and we'll be right back. Welcome back to
- 16:36Speaker 1: the Naughty but naisham your hairst rob Shooter with our
- 16:39Speaker 1: dear friend Cory Andrew. Hey, Corey, let's get to the polls.
- 16:45Speaker 1: That last show we talked about Netflix. Netflix isn't losing
- 16:52Speaker 1: a wink of sleep over Gillian Michael's legal threats. She's
- 16:55Speaker 1: very angry with Disney documentary on Netflix has threatened to
- 16:59Speaker 1: sue it, saying, bring it on, honey, we got it.
- 17:02Speaker 1: You don't just put a TV show on. It's gone
- 17:04Speaker 1: through lawyers, it's gone through editors, it's gone through producers.
- 17:07Speaker 1: They're very confident. Bring it on. Are you team Jillian
- 17:12Speaker 1: or Team Netflix? Eighty percent of Team Netflix. Jillian is
- 17:15Speaker 1: not popular. That screaming and shouting and bad behavior has
- 17:20Speaker 1: not aged well. It has not aged well. Hey, don't
- 17:24Speaker 1: forget to vote on today's poul Go to Twitter page
- 17:27Speaker 1: I had Naughty Nice Raba facebook page is naughty gossip
- 17:30Speaker 1: and be sure to check back on Mandata here. Your
- 17:33Speaker 1: results are nam.
- 17:41Speaker 3: Yes, well, this is an exclusive situation here where we
- 17:44Speaker 3: know what we've gotten. News that Kim Kardashian has handpicked
- 17:48Speaker 3: post Malone for her steamy News Skims campaign.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Now that seems kind of funny for somebody. I gotta
- 17:54Speaker 2: tell you. I don't normally like a guy with face tattoos,
- 17:56Speaker 2: but post Malone is very sexuy to me. He looks good. Yeah,
- 18:01Speaker 2: he's a sexy one.
- 18:02Speaker 3: So Kim herself she hand picked post Malone to front
- 18:05Speaker 3: her new Skims men's campaign, and she called him sexy
- 18:08Speaker 3: in a rugged and unexpected way. The campaign dropped this
- 18:11Speaker 3: week and instantly broke the internet, and post you know,
- 18:14Speaker 3: he's riding horses, fishing and streams and lounging and cameoprint
- 18:17Speaker 3: underwear on a Utah ranch and it's not you know,
- 18:20Speaker 3: he's not like your typical model, which is great. He's
- 18:22Speaker 3: kind of offbeat, and I think that's actually kind of
- 18:24Speaker 3: smart because it will appeal to a lot of men
- 18:27Speaker 3: who aren't like the perfect kind of chisel jaw model
- 18:29Speaker 3: that we're used to seeing.
- 18:30Speaker 2: So it's smart.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Yeah, he's not Tom Brady six pack. He's like a
- 18:33Speaker 1: really good looking, regular type guy. I think it's really
- 18:36Speaker 1: smart and I'm so impressed here. This is why Kim's
- 18:38Speaker 1: brands are successful. She's hands on. It'd be so easy
- 18:41Speaker 1: for her to just sell her name. Lots of celebrities
- 18:44Speaker 1: do that and don't do the work. Kim is the opposite.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Kim turns up. She is hands on. She's that detailed focused.
- 18:50Speaker 1: She's even picking the models and nicest of the day.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And I noticed the day naughty, naughty. I noticed the
- 18:56Speaker 1: day is a personal one for me. It is cancer.
- 18:58Speaker 1: My dad was rushed to hospit yesterday. He has cancer.
- 19:02Speaker 1: He's in his late eighties. I'm flying to London tonight.
- 19:05Speaker 1: It is not good. It might be goodbye. I've braced
- 19:08Speaker 1: myself for this, Moies. The reason I'm telling you this
- 19:11Speaker 1: is not thank you, Corey. The reason I'm telling everybody
- 19:13Speaker 1: this is not to get sympathy. It really really isn't.
- 19:16Speaker 1: But I just want to explain that for the next week,
- 19:18Speaker 1: maybe two weeks, until my dad passes, I predict I
- 19:21Speaker 1: will be in London, so I will be doing shows.
- 19:24Speaker 1: I love doing this. I'm not being a martyr here.
- 19:26Speaker 1: It gives me so much joy to talk to gossip,
- 19:29Speaker 1: to laugh with you for twenty minutes a day. So
- 19:30Speaker 1: it's part of my therapy that I will be doing
- 19:33Speaker 1: the shows because I will be in Britain. Though we're
- 19:35Speaker 1: not that great at the technical stuff here in America.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Can you imagine me trying to get on a zoom
- 19:40Speaker 1: with Corey in London. We're going to try our best
- 19:43Speaker 1: and make this work, So please hold with me for
- 19:46Speaker 1: the next week or so. We will be doing shows,
- 19:48Speaker 1: but they might not be quite as good sound quality
- 19:51Speaker 1: as we are used to. We pride ourselves here in
- 19:54Speaker 1: doing them really, really, as professionally, as precise as we can,
- 19:58Speaker 1: so it might be a little rough for the next
- 19:59Speaker 1: couple of weeks. And if you want to send my
- 20:01Speaker 1: dad a note, it's the Naughty Gossip at aol dot com.
- 20:05Speaker 1: The Naughty Gossip at aol dot Com. I predict I'm
- 20:07Speaker 1: gonna be sending a lot of time sitting by his
- 20:09Speaker 1: bed in the hospital and so I can read these
- 20:12Speaker 1: to him. So if you want to send one, please do,
- 20:15Speaker 1: and I promise that I will read it to my dad.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I want his last week hours days to be full
- 20:21Speaker 1: of love and goodness. Knows naughties. You have given me
- 20:24Speaker 1: so much of that. Let's end with a moment of
- 20:27Speaker 1: rub you get. I needed to hear this today. I
- 20:32Speaker 1: need to hear this. Positive thinking is just like a muscle.
- 20:36Speaker 1: You don't wake up one day with abs, and you
- 20:39Speaker 1: don't wake up one day just being able to run
- 20:41Speaker 1: a marathon. So that isn't how it works. You build
- 20:44Speaker 1: it repetition by repetition, thought by thought, because every time
- 20:49Speaker 1: you choose to redirect your focus away from your fears
- 20:53Speaker 1: and there's awful possibilities. It's like doing mental pushups and
- 20:58Speaker 1: just like going to a gym, and the more reps
- 21:01Speaker 1: you do, the stronger you get. So don't fall. Don't
- 21:05Speaker 1: fall for that trap of going down in a negative whole.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Be positive, and I promise you if you do it
- 21:11Speaker 1: every single day, it's a muscle we're gonna build together. Hey,
- 21:17Speaker 1: thank you so much for listening this week. We are
- 21:20Speaker 1: Rub Shooter and Corey Andrews. This is the Naughty but
- 21:22Speaker 1: Nice Show. And don't forget to subscribe on the iHeart
- 21:25Speaker 1: App Apple Podcast. Where ever you listen, leave us a
- 21:28Speaker 1: review if you can, and remember altogether. Now let me
- 21:31Speaker 1: hear you singing along If you're going to going to
- 21:34Speaker 1: be naughty, you've.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Got to be got to nice.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you. It's not even nice with Rob
