Nvidia Nemotron 3.5 Super VL: Open Weights, Hardware Lock-In
Nvidia is releasing a 120-billion-parameter agentic model with open weights, optimized for every tier of its own infrastructure. It comes as the proprietary labs, all Nvidia customers, are also looking at Trainium, Cerebras and their own chips. For enterprises, lock-in may shift from the model lab to the GPU vendor, so the clause to negotiate is whether post-training carries over to other chips.
