The Price of Kindness
Aired: Aug 30th, 1952. Marshal Matt Dillon must arrest gentle, simple-minded Jim Stanley for theft and assault after a saloon dispute over a girl named Dixie spirals out of control. With the charges stacked by a crooked gambler's bought witnesses, Dillon wrestles with the difference between the law and justice as he tries to find a way to save a man who may be more victim than criminal.
