Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with me.
- 0:07Speaker 2: I love it.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Learn it. Learning to push the right buttons on a
- 0:11Speaker 1: different laptop, so nice, push all the right buttons.
- 0:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 0:19Speaker 3: We were talking about color therapy in our lost video,
- 0:22Speaker 3: and I just I love the colors on your shirt.
- 0:24Speaker 3: It's like there's blues and oranges almost into it, reds,
- 0:29Speaker 3: it's yeah, a lot of pretty colors on there.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I love it.
- 0:36Speaker 1: And you're very colorful as well there in the background.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm trying to master your shirt.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Yeah, well, this is what we do.
- 0:48Speaker 3: It's so cool we did. What do you think about
- 0:52Speaker 3: color therapy? That is color therapy. The grabbing the clothes
- 0:55Speaker 3: that you're gonna wear for the day is color therapy.
- 0:58Speaker 3: So we were talking a little bit fast time about
- 1:00Speaker 3: a disease, and we were talking about throat chakra area.
- 1:03Speaker 3: So you'd want to go find the color that resonate
- 1:05Speaker 3: with that chakra that you're were part of the body.
- 1:08Speaker 3: You're having a problem with that, so I mean, if
- 1:10Speaker 3: you're if you couldn't stay grounded all the time, it's.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Finding red clothes to wear.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Maybe you don't like to wear red silver, red undergarments,
- 1:16Speaker 3: you know, red socks, a red ponytail. Like it's there's
- 1:20Speaker 3: so many different ways to incorporate colors and to notice them.
- 1:23Speaker 2: I always have different colors in my hair.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Right now, I've got blue and green up here, and
- 1:27Speaker 3: I don't know what I've gotten the top one, blues, probably,
- 1:30Speaker 3: but it's like I'm always mixing colors. I may not have,
- 1:33Speaker 3: like I've got a lot of gray and silver and
- 1:35Speaker 3: black on right now, but it's like underneath my clothes,
- 1:38Speaker 3: it's a different story. And then I grow on some
- 1:40Speaker 3: peak socks right because that's like the hard choker area.
- 1:43Speaker 3: And I've been wearing jewelry because I feel more feminine
- 1:45Speaker 3: these days, so I gravitate towards my jewelry and I
- 1:49Speaker 3: want to look more feminine. It's just it's an interesting
- 1:53Speaker 3: time when you think about I hear people talking about
- 1:56Speaker 3: how the feminine energy is getting the divine femine and
- 2:00Speaker 3: energy is getting stronger, And I say divine feminecause I
- 2:03Speaker 3: don't want to get stuck in the idea of feminism
- 2:06Speaker 3: or anything. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with any
- 2:08Speaker 3: of that stuff.
- 2:08Speaker 2: It's I'm not going to judge it.
- 2:09Speaker 3: It's not my stuff, but the divine feminine, because we
- 2:13Speaker 3: all have the divine feminine and the divine masculine and within.
- 2:15Speaker 3: But I feel like the divine feminine, which is our intuition,
- 2:18Speaker 3: everything has really come into the surface even more. I
- 2:21Speaker 3: feel like we've been watching this as a progression, we've
- 2:23Speaker 3: been living it. We've been going along with this experience,
- 2:26Speaker 3: and I've noticed more and more that, like I said,
- 2:28Speaker 3: I'm wearing my jewelry, which I wasn't wearing three years.
- 2:32Speaker 3: I like to wear my bracelets and I try to
- 2:34Speaker 3: pick out any bracelets with you know, crystals on it,
- 2:36Speaker 3: just because I just like to wear crystals. Before I
- 2:39Speaker 3: used to gravitate towards that stuff because I was looking, Oh,
- 2:42Speaker 3: it's like, oh that one will do this, that one
- 2:43Speaker 3: will do that, and that one will do this. It's
- 2:45Speaker 3: supposed to beneficial to make me more confident. I'll be
- 2:47Speaker 3: able to go, you know, all these things. I can
- 2:49Speaker 3: get more money, like all this stuff. It's like all
- 2:51Speaker 3: these things this that we think about with the crystals
- 2:56Speaker 3: and stuff like that. But when we think about there
- 2:58Speaker 3: is a higher frequency to the crystals. So this is
- 3:01Speaker 3: gonna dress our Maybe maybe I'm a little bit depleted
- 3:04Speaker 3: that day or maybe I'm vibing and matching those crystals,
- 3:06Speaker 3: who knows.
- 3:07Speaker 2: So it's like it's.
- 3:08Speaker 3: I'm always constantly adding colors and all shapes and sizes
- 3:13Speaker 3: any way. I can't whether it's through jewelry, it doesn't matter.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Can you make up hair clips? Like everything? Everything?
- 3:21Speaker 2: Anyway I can find a pay to put a color on,
- 3:23Speaker 2: I do it.
- 3:25Speaker 1: I hear you. I do that too. I'm pretty intentional
- 3:29Speaker 1: with my like my undergarments, you know, pair underwear. It's
- 3:36Speaker 1: like I'll just be pulled to a color. My gip,
- 3:40Speaker 1: we're in that color today. So when I teach a class,
- 3:45Speaker 1: I'm mindful of what I'm wearing. It's even on the outside,
- 3:51Speaker 1: but all the way, under garments, stones in my pocket, socks,
- 3:57Speaker 1: whatever it might be. I'm I'm pretty into inntional about
- 4:01Speaker 1: getting dressed most days.
- 4:04Speaker 3: I love it well, which is so great because that
- 4:07Speaker 3: almost sets you into the place of being in awareness
- 4:10Speaker 3: and intention all day long.
- 4:12Speaker 2: I mean, it starts you off that that way. So
- 4:14Speaker 2: that's awesome.
- 4:15Speaker 3: So if anyone's wondering how to do it, it's like
- 4:17Speaker 3: that that's one of the ways to do it.
- 4:19Speaker 2: That's a that's changing things right there already.
- 4:22Speaker 3: And you can even set it up the night before,
- 4:23Speaker 3: like get into the intention of what you want your
- 4:25Speaker 3: day to look like.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Not that we I mean, maybe you do that.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I don't know, but I'm just saying for anybody else
- 4:29Speaker 3: that's like watching there's there's ways to set ourselves up
- 4:34Speaker 3: to succeed.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Yeah, And interesting enough, there have been countless times I think, Okay,
- 4:41Speaker 1: I'm going to pick out my outfit for tomorrow, so
- 4:43Speaker 1: then I don't think about it and I'll be ready
- 4:45Speaker 1: la lah lah right, less time and energy. And the
- 4:49Speaker 1: next morning I'll go in to get ready and I'll
- 4:52Speaker 1: have the clothes hanging there that I picked the night before,
- 4:54Speaker 1: and I'm not attracted to it.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Isn't that funny?
- 4:58Speaker 3: I bet it's because you're vibrating frequency is different that
- 5:01Speaker 3: night when you picked it out versus that morning that's fresh.
- 5:05Speaker 2: So there is that. Yep, makes a lot of sense
- 5:09Speaker 2: to me.
- 5:09Speaker 1: And it'll be a completely different color palette. I'm just like, so,
- 5:15Speaker 1: I kind of unless it's something specific. Let's say I'm
- 5:19Speaker 1: doing a wedding or something where I know I have
- 5:25Speaker 1: to wear something fairly specific for the for the event
- 5:29Speaker 1: or whatever I'll be doing, then I can do that
- 5:33Speaker 1: but just on a general daily basis. Yeah, I did it.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I did it. So today's Wednesday for us. On Monday
- 5:42Speaker 1: Sunday night, Sunday night, I pulled out an outfit. I
- 5:45Speaker 1: was like, Okay, I'll wear this tomorrow. The next morning,
- 5:47Speaker 1: I'm like, Nope, not wearing it.
- 5:51Speaker 3: That's funny. I've never put my clothes out the night before.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Usually for me, it's like going and grab whatever I
- 5:58Speaker 3: get attracted to and as soon as I walk into
- 6:00Speaker 3: the closet, so as far as that goes, but I
- 6:03Speaker 3: thought it might be beneficial, like just to help people set
- 6:05Speaker 3: intentions better or to well maybe instead of picking out
- 6:09Speaker 3: the clothes the night before, maybe it's like, I'm gonna
- 6:12Speaker 3: wake up tomorrow morning. It's going to be the greatest
- 6:14Speaker 3: date ever, because every day is the greatest date ever.
- 6:16Speaker 3: And it's like I'm going to no matter what you do,
- 6:19Speaker 3: it's just your your dress for success, your dress for joy,
- 6:23Speaker 3: for peace, for happiness, that whole day.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Right. Yeah. And then this is something I was going
- 6:29Speaker 1: to say a while ago, is because we were talking
- 6:31Speaker 1: about how colorful you are, and then I wear a
- 6:33Speaker 1: colorful shirt and probably at least four out of the
- 6:39Speaker 1: five days here at work, there's five of us and
- 6:45Speaker 1: we will all either be wearing the same color or
- 6:48Speaker 1: same color palette four out of the five days. That's nice.
- 6:56Speaker 1: So I just those are things I pay attention to
- 6:59Speaker 1: when I glasses, I notice what color I'm wearing, and
- 7:03Speaker 1: they're noticing what color the people the students are what
- 7:08Speaker 1: they have on and really interesting and you could take it.
- 7:12Speaker 1: So I've had it where let's say there's a I'll
- 7:18Speaker 1: just use colors. So let's say there's like a coral
- 7:22Speaker 1: and then like a group of people wearing a coral orange,
- 7:25Speaker 1: just type of colors, and then there's people are wearing
- 7:28Speaker 1: maybe the darker blues and stuff. And then I would
- 7:31Speaker 1: show up with something like this to blend the two.
- 7:37Speaker 1: So frequently that happens in my classes. Nice, and I'll
- 7:43Speaker 1: point it out. How let the students see that. I'm like, okay,
- 7:47Speaker 1: I need you guys stand over here, and you guys
- 7:49Speaker 1: stand up here, and then the ones that are blending
- 7:51Speaker 1: the two stand in the middle, and there are they're
- 7:55Speaker 1: just as fascinated by it as I am. It's so cool.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Yeah, And I would tell you that I've noticed that,
- 8:03Speaker 3: like when I want to go to the gym. I
- 8:04Speaker 3: would always notice what color I had on and what
- 8:06Speaker 3: color everybody else had on, and I would be surprised
- 8:09Speaker 3: how many of us would have same you know, the
- 8:11Speaker 3: same side of the color palette or the same same color,
- 8:14Speaker 3: but numerous different versions of that color or even the
- 8:17Speaker 3: same exact men and women Like I could have a
- 8:19Speaker 3: deep plump shirt on and a guy could walk.
- 8:21Speaker 2: In with a plump shirt on.
- 8:22Speaker 3: It was interesting it it would happen a lot, but
- 8:24Speaker 3: I did pack notice to that, really, Yeah.
- 8:28Speaker 1: And then my boss and then the other thing is like,
- 8:32Speaker 1: like for us here at work is who decided on
- 8:36Speaker 1: their outfit first? Right? Did you pick out your outfit
- 8:41Speaker 1: the night before? What time about? What time did you
- 8:45Speaker 1: get I know about what time I get dressed every day,
- 8:47Speaker 1: So I'm like it, I'm probably picking up on my
- 8:51Speaker 1: boss more than she's picking up on me. She gets
- 8:54Speaker 1: dressed earlier than I do. So it's just it's always
- 8:58Speaker 1: so fascinated that can that we form with the people
- 9:02Speaker 1: we are around the most. Yeah, because you have here,
- 9:06Speaker 1: I spend probably forty plus plus hours a week with
- 9:11Speaker 1: these people at work, and how how in tune we
- 9:18Speaker 1: are or blended energies we are with each other. Yeah,
- 9:25Speaker 1: but we do that with our spouses or our kids.
- 9:28Speaker 1: If you gave birth to a child, like my son
- 9:30Speaker 1: doesn't live here in the same town I live in.
- 9:33Speaker 1: He lives on the other side of the country, and
- 9:39Speaker 1: you still pick up on their energy because they're still
- 9:41Speaker 1: a part of the mother energy, the mother's child bond,
- 9:46Speaker 1: So you can still pick up on that energies. You're bestie.
- 9:52Speaker 1: You guys don't may not live together, but because you
- 9:54Speaker 1: spend so much time together, you'll pick up on each other.
- 9:58Speaker 1: So that's it's always very fascinating to me.
- 10:03Speaker 2: That's cool, but it's true. I've noticed it too. I don't.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I may have. I may have shared this story before,
- 10:10Speaker 1: but my it's kind of lengthy, but I'll keep it
- 10:14Speaker 1: real short. Thinking about the mother child energy. My grandparents
- 10:18Speaker 1: used to go on motorcycle trips a lot. They loved it.
- 10:24Speaker 1: And this one time they went on a trip and
- 10:26Speaker 1: my and they were in California, and my grandmother looked
- 10:32Speaker 1: at my grandfather and said, this is before cell phones
- 10:35Speaker 1: and all the things right, and she said, we need
- 10:38Speaker 1: to go home right now. Something's not right, and like
- 10:42Speaker 1: they had just got there, and so they packed everything
- 10:47Speaker 1: up and as they're heading back, it well, when she
- 10:54Speaker 1: picked up on that, my uncle had an incident that
- 10:58Speaker 1: was physically imaging and my mom had to take him
- 11:02Speaker 1: and his friend to the hospital, call the ambulance for
- 11:06Speaker 1: them to go to the hospital because it was that bad.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And my grandmother knew like she was super in tune
- 11:14Speaker 1: with her kids, and it was amazing my mom. When
- 11:20Speaker 1: I was really young. My grandparents live where they live,
- 11:24Speaker 1: they lived there like for I don't know, over thirty years,
- 11:31Speaker 1: and my mom was in a different state. And my
- 11:36Speaker 1: mom says, she was stand there washing the dishes and
- 11:39Speaker 1: she heard her name clearly from her mother, and she
- 11:45Speaker 1: looked around to see if she was there, like surprise
- 11:48Speaker 1: visit or something. Nothing's there, So she calls her mom
- 11:51Speaker 1: and mom and my grandma says, I was just thinking
- 11:54Speaker 1: about you.
- 11:56Speaker 2: You're giving me goosebumps.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Yeah. It happens so much in our family with the women.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Yeah, and you know kind of so I kind of
- 12:04Speaker 3: told you off camera last time we had gotten together
- 12:08Speaker 3: about how I've been working with my grandkids with telepathy,
- 12:12Speaker 3: and it's all the same thing. It's the same exact
- 12:14Speaker 3: thing because because I can't because I can't be with
- 12:19Speaker 3: them every moment of the day. They they I mean,
- 12:21Speaker 3: I can't. They got to go to school. They they're
- 12:24Speaker 3: they're with their families and stuff because they're learning. They're
- 12:27Speaker 3: they signed up to learn. But they also signed up
- 12:29Speaker 3: beause they knew that I was going to be in place.
- 12:33Speaker 3: And so so what when my grandson is unhappy about
- 12:37Speaker 3: anything or whatever, he wants to.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Dis automatically bounce my house because that's his escape, right.
- 12:42Speaker 3: He wants to get out of wherever he's at to
- 12:45Speaker 3: to go to the different energy for whatever, for whatever reason.
- 12:48Speaker 3: So whenever I feel his energy, so I said, well,
- 12:52Speaker 3: I told him, we'd let's practice this when you start
- 12:55Speaker 3: feeling stressed or you're or even if I said, you
- 12:57Speaker 3: don't have to be stressed out, you could be happy
- 12:59Speaker 3: and just put your hand on your own heart and
- 13:00Speaker 3: just like just think about me. Imagine that you see
- 13:03Speaker 3: in my face. Well, his space has come right up
- 13:05Speaker 3: in my mind's eye, so that I knew he was
- 13:07Speaker 3: thinking of me.
- 13:08Speaker 2: And then I just tuned.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Into what the energy was that he was filling with
- 13:13Speaker 3: it while he's in my space right now, and it
- 13:15Speaker 3: was it was uncomfortable, Like I knew that he was
- 13:18Speaker 3: unhappy about stuff, and so all I did was put
- 13:21Speaker 3: my hand on my heart but putting energy back. And
- 13:23Speaker 3: it's like I let him know the next day, like, hey,
- 13:25Speaker 3: I got your message. I told his mom. I said,
- 13:27Speaker 3: tell him tell Colton I got his message. And then
- 13:31Speaker 3: and then he says, well, did she send me a
- 13:32Speaker 3: message back? So it was just funny because it's because
- 13:36Speaker 3: he's I don't know how much he's recognizing, but I
- 13:39Speaker 3: feel it. And it's like I'm working with my granddaughter
- 13:41Speaker 3: to do the same thing. When you start feeling stressed,
- 13:43Speaker 3: we don't have to be in that space of stress. Really,
- 13:46Speaker 3: what I'm not trying to get them to be more
- 13:48Speaker 3: dependent upon me.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I'm trying to get them more dependent upon their intuition.
- 13:53Speaker 3: So I'm trying to get them in that space because
- 13:54Speaker 3: I'm not always going to be here, you know, I'm not.
- 13:57Speaker 3: And so and when they start crying, it's like there
- 13:59Speaker 3: the other day, I asked Cold. Yesterday, asked Cold, and
- 14:01Speaker 3: I said, why do you guys always cry when when
- 14:03Speaker 3: you're not when I drop you off your parents' house,
- 14:06Speaker 3: it's you're gonna see me again?
- 14:09Speaker 1: Do you know what I mean?
- 14:09Speaker 2: So it's like it's it's it's.
- 14:11Speaker 3: Just recognizing but also recognizing kids live in the now,
- 14:15Speaker 3: and so when they're having those emotions, they're expressing them
- 14:17Speaker 3: right now. They're not going to put it inside typically
- 14:20Speaker 3: until they learn how to do.
- 14:21Speaker 2: This, which is not a good thing. People.
- 14:24Speaker 3: I'm just telling you to be able to cram all
- 14:26Speaker 3: of it inside and let it go years later, or
- 14:29Speaker 3: you know, maybe at home in the shower or when
- 14:31Speaker 3: you're in your room and you can cry into your
- 14:33Speaker 3: pillow or whatever.
- 14:34Speaker 2: It's not it's not necessary.
- 14:35Speaker 3: But so I see why they have these feelings and
- 14:38Speaker 3: stuff like that, and I mean, it's it gets pretty dramatic,
- 14:42Speaker 3: and it was making me feel bad. But it was
- 14:44Speaker 3: making me feel bad because it was triggering me for
- 14:46Speaker 3: something that I had with inside of me. So it
- 14:49Speaker 3: was for me to sit in with all that stuff
- 14:51Speaker 3: and kind of process that. And so now when I'm
- 14:53Speaker 3: dropping them off and they start having they're crying and stuff,
- 14:56Speaker 3: I just tell it, give them a hug and tell
- 14:57Speaker 3: them I love them, and I'll put my hand on
- 15:00Speaker 3: my heart and you know, it's like I'll be talking
- 15:01Speaker 3: to you in a little while. So it's like I
- 15:03Speaker 3: want them to know. And it's a lot of us
- 15:05Speaker 3: came from those Sara's books from uh you know what's once.
- 15:09Speaker 3: I'm talking about Esther and Jerry Hicks. They're on the
- 15:12Speaker 3: both on the title for that. And they're good books
- 15:14Speaker 3: because it does give you that example. It gives you
- 15:16Speaker 3: the idea of asshle traveling with your kids or with friends.
- 15:21Speaker 3: And to me from for me, I believe anything is possible.
- 15:25Speaker 3: And it's like if I can go, if my body
- 15:27Speaker 3: can rest in its bed and me go out partying
- 15:30Speaker 3: with my grandkids, like where we could go to Disneyland,
- 15:32Speaker 3: or we could go to Europe, or we could go
- 15:34Speaker 3: to wherever, we could go to another planet. I mean,
- 15:38Speaker 3: really just grab it's just whatever we think, whatever our intentions.
- 15:42Speaker 3: It goes back to the beginning of isays whatever we intend,
- 15:45Speaker 3: it's not whatever we think, because sometimes we think we're
- 15:47Speaker 3: thinking out of our old template and you know, the old.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Subconscious things that we do.
- 15:57Speaker 1: And it Yeah, I wanted to go back to me.
- 15:58Speaker 1: You said, I'm not trying to make them dependent on me.
- 16:04Speaker 1: What I got was, you're somebody who's safe to practice with,
- 16:09Speaker 1: because even even like you and I, we had to
- 16:14Speaker 1: find somebody to practice with. We have we had to
- 16:17Speaker 1: find somebody's comfortable with and you're providing that safe space
- 16:20Speaker 1: for them to learn about it and practice it. Yeah,
- 16:25Speaker 1: Like I had to attend classes, I had to like
- 16:29Speaker 1: travel a lot because those types of things weren't available
- 16:32Speaker 1: where we live. They are more so now, but back
- 16:36Speaker 1: in the day they weren't, so I had to find
- 16:39Speaker 1: people who taught things like that and go visit you know,
- 16:41Speaker 1: before Zoom and all the things. So so you're just
- 16:46Speaker 1: you're you're providing that safe zone of learning and practicing.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm kind of just going with it because
- 16:56Speaker 2: I did. It wasn't something that I planned on.
- 16:57Speaker 3: But besides those books, those books really planted a seed
- 17:01Speaker 3: within me.
- 17:01Speaker 2: And that was a couple of years ago.
- 17:03Speaker 3: But my grandkids are getting to an age now where
- 17:05Speaker 3: they're they're understanding a lot of this stuff, and it's
- 17:07Speaker 3: like I love to listen to them. I don't know
- 17:11Speaker 3: if I said it in the last review or not,
- 17:13Speaker 3: but it's like I love to be present with them
- 17:15Speaker 3: because I never really I can tell you, when my
- 17:18Speaker 3: kids were little, I never really heard them because when
- 17:20Speaker 3: you're a parent. When I was a parent, then it
- 17:23Speaker 3: was always we've got to get this done. Going on
- 17:24Speaker 3: the next thing, to get your homework done. Okay, you
- 17:26Speaker 3: get to get a shower done. It was never a
- 17:28Speaker 3: stopping how is your day? Yes, there was, how is
- 17:31Speaker 3: your day? But how much information are you going to
- 17:33Speaker 3: give it? Because how much information are they going to
- 17:35Speaker 3: give to the energy? Where was I at?
- 17:37Speaker 2: Okay? Well how was your day? Okay? Great? Well that
- 17:39Speaker 2: was great. Let's go on, you know, not sitting with
- 17:42Speaker 2: that space.
- 17:42Speaker 3: And now when they stay the night with me, I
- 17:44Speaker 3: get the opportunity to have conversations with them that are.
- 17:47Speaker 2: That or just to listen to them.
- 17:50Speaker 3: If they're just going to ramble on, that's fine too,
- 17:52Speaker 3: because it's not rambling on the they're saying so much
- 17:55Speaker 3: in those moments. And then the more and more I
- 17:58Speaker 3: listened to them, the more and more I notice how
- 17:59Speaker 3: they're really stepping into their own power and their confidence.
- 18:03Speaker 3: They needed to be seen and heard, and so now
- 18:05Speaker 3: I'm having an understanding of what is being seen and
- 18:08Speaker 3: heard looked like from a child perspective. So now that
- 18:11Speaker 3: I have an opportunity to look at it, how do
- 18:13Speaker 3: I do that with myself? These kids are freaking phenomenal.
- 18:16Speaker 3: They're really helping me a lot. They really are. They're
- 18:21Speaker 3: helping me, like exactly, because but it's that whole It's
- 18:24Speaker 3: back to the infinity, right, It's that ebb and flow.
- 18:26Speaker 3: It's always there's always a give and take. There always is.
- 18:30Speaker 3: It's it's that's how you keep the balance. And so
- 18:32Speaker 3: it's it's where do I want to spend my time at.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Do I want to spend my time in the give
- 18:36Speaker 3: and take with not feeling happy or do I want
- 18:38Speaker 3: to be happy and feeling that ebb and flow.
- 18:41Speaker 2: I like that better. It just it just feels better.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Yeah, And life experiences will happen and kind of offset
- 18:50Speaker 1: to you for a minute where it'll take you a
- 18:53Speaker 1: little bit to get back on track and regroup your
- 18:58Speaker 1: attention on what you're focused on. And and that's the
- 19:02Speaker 1: practice as well, that we are going along and things
- 19:07Speaker 1: are good for a while, and then it's like, okay,
- 19:10Speaker 1: the universe says this is the way I think about
- 19:12Speaker 1: it anyway, in the universe says okay, it's time for
- 19:15Speaker 1: some more growth. So it just kind of knocks you
- 19:17Speaker 1: off a little bit, and you're like, well, wait a minute, right,
- 19:20Speaker 1: I was doing so good and now I've now I've
- 19:24Speaker 1: feel out of control or i feel angry or feel
- 19:26Speaker 1: guilty or feel a shape like something comes up, and
- 19:30Speaker 1: then it's a practice to kind of wiggle your way
- 19:34Speaker 1: back into focus and alignment. And it's a con like
- 19:38Speaker 1: you said earlier, it's a constant. It's going to be
- 19:40Speaker 1: a practice for probably as long as you are breathing,
- 19:49Speaker 1: as long as you want to participate in the in
- 19:53Speaker 1: the growth and expansion. And we don't have to we
- 19:56Speaker 1: can just say, you know it, screwed out, want to
- 19:58Speaker 1: do this anymore, and just completely re back to your
- 20:00Speaker 1: old way as a being. I know for me that
- 20:04Speaker 1: didn't feel good and so to to have. And it
- 20:09Speaker 1: takes in most cases when you're learning something new, it
- 20:12Speaker 1: takes a lot of energy, a lot of energy to
- 20:15Speaker 1: stay focused on what you want, what you would like
- 20:19Speaker 1: things to be like, and hold that vision and hold
- 20:23Speaker 1: your your vibrational frequency to attract that those things. And
- 20:28Speaker 1: and yeah, it can feel trying, and at the same
- 20:31Speaker 1: time it's very rewarding and you can move keep moving
- 20:35Speaker 1: toward it.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's awesome.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Yeah, so agree, all right, Well that was pretty good.
- 20:48Speaker 1: I love stories. I'm a storyteller. I teach my story, so.
- 20:53Speaker 2: I love it.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Finally recognize that about myself. I'll own it.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I've gained a lot of growth from those stories. So
- 21:02Speaker 2: it's all.
- 21:02Speaker 3: Good, awesome, good helping somebody that's right beside every day.
- 21:11Speaker 1: All right, friends, So tell your stories, help somebody through
- 21:16Speaker 1: your experiences, turn your mess into your message, and if
- 21:20Speaker 1: you're not comfortable doing that, then be resourceful. I'll share
- 21:24Speaker 1: the content, the teacher, the book, the podcasts, share that
- 21:28Speaker 1: information with people or desiring these conversations or have the conversations.
- 21:33Speaker 1: And you can find us on many platforms. We're on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram,
- 21:38Speaker 1: Google Podcasts, podcast Attic, iHeartRadio, Spotify, Spreaker, and there's probably
- 21:43Speaker 1: a couple more in there that I forget to mention.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I don't know. I need to get a list and
- 21:46Speaker 1: put in front of me. But I don't AnyWho any
- 21:50Speaker 1: final words.
- 21:52Speaker 3: I just want to let everybody know that they matter.
- 21:54Speaker 3: Everybody matters. We're all here for a reason. I know
- 21:57Speaker 3: I probably have said that before. I see a lot
- 21:59Speaker 3: of things before, but we hear it differently, and sometimes
- 22:02Speaker 3: I'm in a different space to be able to give
- 22:03Speaker 3: you that message.
- 22:04Speaker 2: But you all matter.
- 22:06Speaker 3: That's why we're showing up. That's why I show up
- 22:08Speaker 3: for my grandkids, That's why I show up for myself,
- 22:11Speaker 3: and that's why I show up for everybody here too,
- 22:13Speaker 3: because we all matter.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yep, we do. And that's if you know who Brendan
- 22:20Speaker 1: Burchard is. He's an influent business influencer and he teaches
- 22:24Speaker 1: a lot about teaches coaches how to get their businesses going,
- 22:28Speaker 1: and but he does a lot more than that. But
- 22:34Speaker 1: his his tagline is did I love? Or did I live?
- 22:40Speaker 1: Did I love? Did I matter? And he'll ask himself
- 22:43Speaker 1: that every single day. So your line of you matter,
- 22:51Speaker 1: you do you do?
- 22:54Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 22:56Speaker 1: All right, my friends, thanks for hanging out with us
