- 0:00SPEAKER_00: The anxieties led me to skin picking.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: It led me to biting my nails.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: And both of those things were not anything different than my peers.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: And so I was going to do whatever I needed to do to heal whatever was coming up for me to heal so that I could continue to do my work on the planet.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: So many healthcare professionals are intuitive healers, but we're not taught how to lean into that.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: The more we heal, the deeper we trust.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: My name is Elise Bassine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: Now let's dive in.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to the show.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: Wow, I'm recording this on the Scorpio eclipse, and the energy is wild.
- 1:33SPEAKER_02: So wow, this is a huge time of transformation and um a really, really potent time.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: So this week's guest is probably someone you've heard me talk about before because she is a client, a dear friend, and um actually is teaching in my mastermind, Accelerated Wealth.
- 1:53SPEAKER_02: This week we have Dahlia Brown Shook on the show.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: And she goes really deep here.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: She's incredible.
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: And I know a lot of you know her, but her voice and the way that she tells stories and explains things is just so good.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: So I know you guys are gonna love her.
- 2:11SPEAKER_02: She shares so vulnerably about her past and how she overcame anxiety, depression, skin picking, hair pulling, nail biting, and how she helps people heal from that now.
- 2:25SPEAKER_02: And about our work together and how when we did some deeper trauma work together, her business just skyrocketed.
- 2:33SPEAKER_02: Her psychic gifts just really came online.
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: And it just was so powerful, the shifts that happened for her.
- 2:40SPEAKER_02: And she shares all about that in what it was like uh just being inside basically every container that I have, and we work one-on-one together.
- 2:50SPEAKER_02: So I know you guys are gonna love this.
- 2:52SPEAKER_02: It's such a great conversation.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: Speaking of the eclipse, yesterday I got a crazy download about a new eight-week program that I'm offering that is holy shit, you guys! This is going to be so good.
- 3:08SPEAKER_02: I literally was laying in bed yesterday because I felt like crap.
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: I had no energy.
- 3:14SPEAKER_02: I had to cancel my afternoon.
- 3:16SPEAKER_02: And then I got this crazy download for what my next program was gonna be.
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: And I was not planning on launching a new program right now, but it came through so strong.
- 3:26SPEAKER_02: My whole body was shaking.
- 3:28SPEAKER_02: I had to put it out immediately.
- 3:30SPEAKER_02: And I know a lot of you have already been asking me about it because the energy is so intense.
- 3:35SPEAKER_02: Um, but the program is called Trust, and it's an eight-week journey to create your own energetic trust fund.
- 3:42SPEAKER_02: And I had this crazy download yesterday that, like, this is one of the biggest factors in being successful and creating what you want is leaning into this deep level of trust within yourself and knowing yourself in this very deep and profound way.
- 4:01SPEAKER_02: That is really what creates such profound transformation and success, is being able to lean in and really listen to yourself, not outsourcing your power, trusting your intuition, and really being initiated into this frequency of trust.
- 4:18SPEAKER_02: And that's what I'm gonna be doing with you in this eight-week program.
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: Right now, until the end of the week, when I drop all of the details, you can join for 50% off.
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: So basically, everything I know about it right now is it's gonna be eight weeks, eight calls, group voxer, and as always, breath work and energy work, which we do in all of my programs.
- 4:40SPEAKER_02: Um, this is really gonna be activating you into that energy of being your own energetic trust fund because I feel like that's what I've really leaned into, which is why I've created what I've created.
- 4:52SPEAKER_02: So I'm gonna show you how to do exactly that.
- 4:55SPEAKER_02: So um, if you would like to sign up at 50% off, just reach out to me.
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: You can DM me on Instagram or email me at info at elisebreeds.com and we will get you the link so you can join us.
- 5:09SPEAKER_02: I'm super excited about it.
- 5:11SPEAKER_02: Also, one more thing make sure you check out Dr.
- 5:14SPEAKER_02: Robin McKay and sign up for the Neo assessment with her.
- 5:17SPEAKER_02: It's really essential that all business owners do it.
- 5:20SPEAKER_02: So if you haven't done it yet, um definitely check her out and follow her on Instagram at Dr.
- 5:25SPEAKER_02: Robin McKay and go sign up for the Neo assessment with her.
- 5:29SPEAKER_02: Her and I just did a live on Instagram the other day about that and about my very unique and powerful take on affirmations.
- 5:38SPEAKER_02: Um, so you definitely want to check that out too.
- 5:40SPEAKER_02: It's on my Instagram.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: So without further ado, enjoy the episode.
- 5:49SPEAKER_02: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: So today's guest is so special to my heart.
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: Today we have Dahlia Brown Shook with us, and she is a client of mine and also a dear friend and colleague, and she is just a genius when it comes to brain mastery, trauma, and helping people heal from really difficult things like anxiety, depression, and then helping kids with skin picking, hair pulling, and nail biting, which is completely amazing and also very close to my heart because of the work I used to do with kids.
- 6:27SPEAKER_02: So I will let her tell you more about what she does.
- 6:30SPEAKER_02: But welcome to the show, Dahlia.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: I am so happy to be here.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: I'm just so excited to have this conversation.
- 6:36SPEAKER_02: Yeah, me too.
- 6:37SPEAKER_02: So I'd like you to tell us a little bit about your journey and then also leading up to, you know, when we started working together and kind of what made you say yes to diving in deep to working with me one-on-one, and then what that experience has been like since then.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: Well, so I mean, a little bit about me and you know, how I got to where I am now.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: I mean, you know, through the work that you and I have done together, I've been able to dive so much deeper into traumas and challenges that happened for me as a child.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: But it was just like all of those different things led me to being a starseed in this human body that was experiencing my emotions on completely different levels that modern medicine doesn't really know how to tackle.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: And yes, I had a beautiful upbringing.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: I had great parents, I had a very happy childhood.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: Like there was nothing that really stood out, and except that there was genetic predisposition to things.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: And because of that, when I was 15 years old, I had started changing the way I dressed.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: I went down the depression route, I got diagnosed with major depressive disorder and anxiety and would end up getting put on medicine for the next 20 plus years and some very high medication doses.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And it led me down that path of like always struggling with my emotional health.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: I was always that too sensitive person.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: I was always the felt other people's things too deeply, even though I didn't know that's what it was at the time.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And if I rewind a little bit, at 12 months old, I had a trauma and I learned a self-soothing mechanism, which was hair pulling.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: And then I, in a way, grew out of that, but the anxieties led me to skin picking.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: It led me to biting my nails.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: And both of those things were not anything different than my peers.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: It was just kind of what kids do.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: And parents don't really think anything of it.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: My father is a brilliant retired neurologist.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: And so everything that we've ever done has always been brain related and which always led me down that path of just loving the brain, loving the brain from the inside out, knowing all of the intricate mechanisms that are so hard to teach and so crazy complicated.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: But I love knowing how that works.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, fast forward through a lot of different coping mechanisms to feel better, to numb the emotions, even though my parents did absolutely everything they could.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: But modern medicine, when it comes to treating patients in the mental health realm, in my opinion, does a disservice.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: They treat it like everything else: get a medicine, take a pill, go to therapy once a week, and hope for the best.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: And that's not really the way that it works.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: Like it really does require learning all of the intricate puzzle pieces that make the body thrive and learning about, you know, where your strengths are, where those strengths are that were weaknesses at one point that are now empowered to fuel you to better the planet, which is very abstract and esoteric.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: But because I was so supportive, like I, you know, I did my undergrad degree.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: I became the very feeling flowy feminine artist who was also involved with drug addiction because I was still managing how to cope with my emotional health.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: And then after breaking off an engagement, I ended up pulling out my hair in my 20s.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: And I ended up pulling all of it out in a matter of six months.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: And of course, I did what medicine tells us to do go to the doctor, go to the psychiatrist, you know, and of course I had a whole team.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: And at the time, that team did not know what I was doing.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: So they tried to put me on a bunch of different medications and tried all the different cocktails.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: None of that really worked.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: And then when I even went to a specialist who's well known, she says, I've never seen anybody do so much damage in such a short period of time.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: And I'm like 25 at the time.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: And that was like the worst possible thing I could have ever heard.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: I was like, well, that doesn't really give me any hope.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: And fast forward, I learn about the power of food to heal.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: I become a holistic health coach.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: I go and get my master's degree in occupational therapy, learning all things neuroscience, sensory processing, movement, just all of the different pieces that I now bring to the work that I do with all my clients.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: And became so empowered to help others heal in ways that they think they can't or are not able to heal or that they've gone down that path.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: And so I started my career in healthcare and I absolutely loved that feel.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: I did it for over a decade.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: And then, as I the universe happened as it always does, and my college sweetheart from over 20 years ago reached out to me, and I ended up moving across the country.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: We got married.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: I'm a full-time, brand new full-time stepmom to two young children.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: And at those ripe ages where it's going to be fun and furious all at the same time, uh, 11 and 13, and found myself going through all of the old depression cycles that I used to go through.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: And I do want to mention really quick that with all of my training, way too much training, but one of my trainings is in grain of medicine and mental health.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: And so I had done a gut healing protocol for myself and uh was able to get off of my medicine that I had been on for over 20 years.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And so I have now been medication free for coming up on, I think like seven or eight years now.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: And I really want to make a point of that because that's what most people think they can never do.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying everybody's story.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: However, the deeper we heal, the better it gets.
- 12:03SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: And we have to go in in order to feel it.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: So moving across the country and having all of these wounds, raising two children that weren't mine, that told me I didn't know anything about children, and I was in pediatrics, and it's like I could rattle off every developmental milestone and getting a moving away from my family, my support systems, just like all those old wounds came up.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: And then I met you in one of the programs, one of the business programs that I had um enrolled in because I was transitioning out of the healthcare model into the holistic coaching model so that I could really heal my clients in ways, profound ways.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: And that's where I met you.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: And I learned more about you and experienced more of your genius and your medicine.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: I had hired you about a year and a half ago privately for like a couple of months.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: But what was the big highlight was during these 18 months of me moving across the country, dogs were fighting.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: It was chaos.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: I had to put my dog down.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: It was just like trauma response after trauma response.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: This was also during COVID.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: I was still working and had my coaching clients, and my shit was falling apart.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: And all of my old stuff that led me down to addiction and alcohol and sex, drugs, rock and roll, hair pulling, all the different things came back up to the surface in a way that reminded me of what it felt like when I was 15 and 16 years old.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: And that was when I decided to go all in with you at the beginning of this year.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Because once you are out of that path, once you have experienced joy and freedom and like deep, profound self-love and that old stuff comes up again, it's very much like what you say.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: I had zero tolerance for that being my story again long term.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: And so I was going to do whatever I needed to do to heal whatever was coming up for me to heal so that I could continue to do my work on the planet.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: And that was when I hired you.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: And I've done that over and over and always beneficial.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: And and I just, and I've even told you it's like you and I have worked on components that I saw therapists for for decades.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: And you and I are able to unravel it in a number of sessions.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: And then I start doing showing up differently.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: It's just this is quantum healing.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: And most don't know it's possible unless they're like in your world or even in my world.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: And yeah.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: And it's phenomenal.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: It is magic and it is brilliant and beautiful.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: That's where I'm gonna stop because I could keep going.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 14:38SPEAKER_02: Well, I definitely want you to keep going.
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: But yes, I I love everything that you said, and thank you so much for sharing all of that.
- 14:46SPEAKER_02: And I do remember, you know, back in February when we decided to dive in to one-on-one.
- 14:52SPEAKER_02: I know you were in the quantum accelerator before that, you know, which is one of my group programs.
- 14:58SPEAKER_02: But then it became clear, and and this happens with a lot of people, I feel like, in my world, where it's like, okay, we get to a certain point, and then I can see that there's something very specific that you're coming up against, right?
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: And this is what I saw for you too.
- 15:14SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, there's something very specific here that you're coming up against that you know, you needed a higher level of support to get through.
- 15:21SPEAKER_02: And this is usually like that deeper trauma, right?
- 15:25SPEAKER_02: That deeper wounding that we're not always aware of at first, right?
- 15:29SPEAKER_02: Like sometimes we have to kind of do going through some of the layers, right?
- 15:34SPEAKER_02: And then we finally get to that.
- 15:36SPEAKER_02: And once I can see that you're coming up against it, then it's like, okay, once you come out on the other side of this, then things are really gonna start to change.
- 15:44SPEAKER_02: And then that's exactly what happened.
- 15:46SPEAKER_02: And then it was just like, well, now that we've come out on the other side of that and your business just took off, then it was like, okay, well, let's destroy your business now, you know.
- 15:56SPEAKER_02: So um, can you talk a little bit about that experience of just like being able to move through that core wounding and then how things shifted for you after we did that?
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: This actually gives me chills because it's you don't always get to talk about this, and it's so profound.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: It's so profound, right?
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: And people have no idea, especially, and for me, it's like I love supporting, I mean, just like you, it's like healthcare professionals, caregivers, people who support others, we are meant to do that.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And we're trained to do that from a very masculine perspective of a systems and protocols and throw everything at the patient or the client and hope that something sticks, right?
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: And I'm saying that because it's gonna preface like some of what I'm about to say.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: So at 12 months old, I there was a trauma.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: And when I look back at it now, because of the deeper work I've done, like there was a past witch wound where I was decapitated at the throat.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: And in my old past lives, my father was the shaman and I was like the medicine woman.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: And we have created this continual journey together in different lifetimes, and we created it again in this life.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: And the in the past lives, my voice was always quieted or shunned, or said that um it wasn't worth listening to because I wasn't, for example, the shaman, the father figure.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: And so even in this life at 12 months old, I had a trauma that removed my voice from my body.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: And it took some time to regain that back.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: And because of that, I had an expressive learning disability and I had stopped talking and I had gone backwards and developmental milestones.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: And that set really the next like 20 years up me thinking that I had to prove myself and prove my worth because my voice was never strong enough, that I was never clear enough, that I would always be made fun of because of my word choice or using the wrong words.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's just it's so interesting because I love being on podcasts.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: I love using my voice.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: Like I know that's the storyteller is part of my chart.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: And moving forward into like how that has, you know, affected my business growth and my own personal growth is working with you specifically gave me the space and the freedom to look at those old past life wounds, to allow that to come to the surface here and to see how those are old, you know, intergenerational stories that I was holding on to in this life.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: And with that was this spiritual awakening after spiritual awakening after spiritual awakening of my psychic gifts.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: And which brings me back to, you know, the helpers of the world.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: So many healthcare professionals are intuitive healers, but we're not taught how to lean into that.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: And stepping away from that paradigm from that matrix, which that's a whole different podcast, you know that.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: Um, that's a different episode.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: Um but stepping away from that matrix of me not being good enough, I if I don't continue on that route, and stepping into really listening to my intuitive psychic messages when I am working with clients.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: I can't explain why my clients have such transformations, why they are able to break through in ways, the same, same ways that like your clients are able to break through.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: And when I can lean into that even more and trust that and bring to you the struggles and the challenges of me continuing to help people on a much deeper level on a wider scope of practice in a global way, I again hit my own ceilings.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: That old 12-month-old or past life, you know, decapitation, so to speak, comes back up.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: And each time that comes up, I bring it to you and we talk about it.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: And it's always something that's very profound.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: And as it heals more, like this is where, you know, we know that this is the gold.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: As that gets healed, my ability to hold more space for my clients to heal expands.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: And so my business exploded.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: And I have had multiple 20K months this year.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: I have my my business, holistic medical healing, you know, was developed.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: It started last year, but it was really like took off in January of this year.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: And so I've hit my first 100K year, right?
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: So like six figures in my first year and continuing to grow.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: And it's it's not about the money, it's about the impact, the miracles that come along with being able to share and show people what is possible, right?
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: And there's so many like directions I want to go with this because there's been, there's been so much that I think that we kind of untangled.
- 20:41SPEAKER_02: And I know one of the things that I know is really interesting and a lot of people can relate to, because I know coming from the healthcare field, and I know a lot of people are making this transition.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: And obviously, I made the transition from more like the education system and you made the transition from the healthcare system.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: But there's so many ties that we have to those old models.
- 21:04SPEAKER_02: And then not only that, I know for you it was also wrapped up with the ties to your family, right?
- 21:09SPEAKER_02: Because your dad was a doctor, is a doctor.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: And can you talk about that too, of what that process was like of like getting supported and disentangling from that?
- 21:20SPEAKER_02: Because that has to be done.
- 21:22SPEAKER_02: And I think that's one of the things that people don't realize.
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: Like, even those oaths and vows that we've taken to these systems in this lifetime or other lifetimes without even realizing it, like we have to disentangle from those and continue to disentangle from those in order to further step into our power and have that impact that you're talking about.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: It's funny because there's safety in those systems.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: There's safety in those systems because we know what to expect, we know what to anticipate, we know where to go when we need support.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: However, that system is also there to, in a way, keep us small.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: And and we're still working on it.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: But that is, I think, one of the harder ones to.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Disentangle from because it involves the attachment, the mother and the father and the beliefs of my siblings, which are my three older brothers, and where we have to prove our worth, which is one of the reasons why I have some so many certifications.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: Like now I do it because, like, you know, the trauma training I'm doing now, along with doing it with you, is also doing it from a research foundation that is all neuroscience because I love that and it lights me up.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: But previously, for example, that disentanglement was I would get so many certifications and get so much training to continue to prove that I was worthy enough to do my job.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: And that came from this overcompensating of a dependency on valuing my worth through the eyes of family or even supervisors at jobs, right?
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: We attach what we make to our positions, especially, you know, whatever we were doing.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: But I think it was particularly hard because of my attachment to my father and his belief and his fears.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: And as I have done this work even more, I know that a lot of it's just been passed down.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: Like it was passed down to him from his mother.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: And so it's not necessarily something that, I mean, it was like I was almost born into that.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: And when there is that deep belief pattern, well, this is the way it is, and this is the way I have to be, because this is what I've been taught, and there's no other way, that's constriction in our thinking, anyways.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: I mean, that leads to cognitive distortions, period.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: And the ability to open up and look at things a little bit differently, to question it, to get curious, you know, can it be different?
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: And so what this has done is it's allowed me to really take this almost a bird's eye view to my family dynamics that I come from and seeing and allowing everybody to have their own experience without attaching my own worthiness to it.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: Because if I did, I would not have the kind of business I have, because I would try be trying to push to make it go into a box that somebody else created, not necessarily the, I'm gonna go with spiral, because that makes sense to me, not necessarily the spiral that I am meant to create here on the planet.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: And that is stepping into one of my things was standing on my own two feet.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: That is stepping into, you know, being CEO of my business from my own two feet.
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: You know, and when you look at like all of my different dynamics and everybody has them, when you're coming from this, not just being a healthcare professional, but when you're coming from like being a patient and, you know, in quotations, always needing help or always needing support, you even have to disentangle from me hiring my own support because I'm not doing it from a place of, ooh, I'm not good enough.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: No, I'm actually hiring support because I know my like my purpose on the planet is profound and I need higher support in order to get there.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: So even that is a total mind shift.
- 25:04SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 25:04SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh, there's so much here because I think a lot of what we're doing is disentangling from these family and ancestral patterns, like what you're describing.
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: Because a lot of what we don't realize we're doing is we're looking at ourselves through the eyes of how our parents either looked at themselves and or are looking at us, right?
- 25:26SPEAKER_02: And I think that's a lot of what our work was.
- 25:29SPEAKER_02: And what my work with most people is, is disentangling from those patterns of looking at the world that way.
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: And a lot of what happens when you start your business is you're kind of forced to do that.
- 25:42SPEAKER_02: Like I remember when I first went full-time in my business, I really had to clear a lot around my father's ancestral line and just like feeling like a failure or fear of failure, or all of the stuff that's tangled up in business and money, which a lot of we take on from our fathers, right?
- 26:02SPEAKER_02: And having to disentangle that stuff is so important.
- 26:07SPEAKER_02: And it's like it's a necessary part of the journey if you want to get to these bigger levels of impact, which obviously translates to more money, but you have to do that work.
- 26:20SPEAKER_02: And then also the other piece that you mentioned around um doing things so you felt good enough or so other people would look at you as good enough, that is a whole other program that we're basically indoctrinated into to be like outsourcing our worthiness, which is essentially codependency, right?
- 26:41SPEAKER_02: But that is a huge part of this too.
- 26:43SPEAKER_02: So I'm like, I'm so glad you brought that up because that's a huge part of this work.
- 26:47SPEAKER_02: And then the crazy part is, is the more that you shift that, the more not only are you able to grow your business, but you're able to, your abilities are able to come online in an even bigger way.
- 26:59SPEAKER_02: So that, and I know that was a huge piece of it for you too.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: And I was so resistant.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: I mean, you called me psychic way long before.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: I was like, okay.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: And I would like secretly say it inside and be like, ooh, that feels icky.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: And then, and then honestly, like as I was helping my clients even more, and I started reading the Akashic records and I started channeling light language, I was like, holy shit, I am psychic.
- 27:20SPEAKER_00: And and it's and it has happened in little bitty ways where a client will be voxering me or I'll be on a session with them and I'm thinking the exact words that they are about to say.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, yeah, that's it.
- 27:30SPEAKER_00: Like, and they say it and I'm like, yes, Dahlia, thank you.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: And I was so resistant because that takes it's why I say what I do is a bridge to the science and the magic, the science and the spirituality, is because it takes spirituality to a whole new level when you can use it to heal and to not just heal, because now what I'm playing with, and which you are very amazing at, is using all of those abilities to also attract that manifestation, attract what we want into our business, into helping other people heal in all of these different ways.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: And um, I had a profound messaging this morning uh with my guides about a specific client that, you know, I've spoken with you about, and I was ready to let this teenager, you know, like I don't know if I can help her anymore.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: And I had this huge download into meditation.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: It was like, no, you get to now use your magic on her, energy work, breath work, got like where she doesn't have to do anything except be present.
- 28:30SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: And if I had not been open to hearing these messages and then even deeper trust, which I know is something you and I've worked so much on.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: This trust that I know I can.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: And now I'm actually really excited for her journey.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: I don't know if her mother is, she's just terrified, but I'm very excited for her journey.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: Uh, because I know it's actually going to go somewhere really beautiful, and I just don't know what that looks like.
- 28:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and you don't need to know.
- 28:56SPEAKER_02: So let's talk about the trust piece for a little bit, because I think this is such an important piece of the journey and so much of where I end up guiding people back to.
- 29:07SPEAKER_02: And so, what was that like for you?
- 29:09SPEAKER_02: And then also why is it so important?
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: Oh my God, I don't even know where to begin.
- 29:14SPEAKER_02: Um I know it's like it's a really big question because also it's like, I don't even think people realize the degree to which we don't trust ourselves.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: I don't think people realize how much, exactly what you just said, how much we don't trust ourselves.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: We are easy to trust the systems, we are easy to trust the protocols, we are easy to trust the doctors, even though they may not have proven worthy enough.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: Yet we're not able to trust ourselves.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: And I think that goes back to the untangling of ancestral patterns and familiar patterns that can get in our way.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: But it's not just that, I even think about some of the healthcare professionals I work with that I love, worked with, um, and they are like the best humans on the planet, by the way.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: They also don't trust themselves.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: And we trust our education and our skills.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: And so, yeah, I think honestly, one of my biggest fears about moving across the country, and I didn't know at the time that I was going to be leaving healthcare, I knew something was going to shift, but I was terrified.
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: And now that I'm talking about it, you and I have not spoken about this, but looking back, I had had a couple of specific calls with some very high mentors about how to help me transition.
- 30:27SPEAKER_00: And she is all based in neuroscience.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: And she was really excited because she was like, you're gonna do something really magical on the planet.
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: She was like, You just don't know what that is yet.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: But me deciding not to go back into healthcare, true healthcare, seriously, I mean, it took me probably about a year to decide because I wanted to keep going back to that trusting pattern.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: And then once I finally did, yes, I wavered back and forth a little bit, but it led me into this deeper trust.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: And the more we heal, the deeper we trust.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: And, you know, it's so funny because I also always had this foundational, I think, superficial trust that was deep enough to know that if I can get off medications, if I can get off like, you know, hardcore drugs, like I can do anything I want.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: So when there are challenges in our life and we are successful, we build that trust.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: But to go out on your own and build your own business requires a profound, deep trust that I don't think anybody is actually really prepared for.
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: And now, which you'll love this, the way that I trust myself in my business, which is still growing, has led me down the path of learning how to trust myself in my new family dynamics.
- 31:37SPEAKER_02: Yes, which was gonna be the next thing I was gonna bring up.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: Which is I was like, you'll love this segue.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: Because but it makes total sense.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: Like that's how it's happened.
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: As I have continued to invest in my business, and it has shown up bigger than ever before, and it continues to do so, and my clients continue to have these massive transformations.
- 31:57SPEAKER_00: My husband has gotten on board in a whole new way that I never anticipated.
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: And I have learned through this process that holy cow, like he trusts me and my ability a few months ago, maybe even deeper than I did.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: And I didn't know that until we started really talking.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: And he watched me do this, and he's watching me do it over and over and over, which if I can do it in my business, then I can also do it in my family.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: And I don't know if that's backwards or whatever, but whatever.
- 32:25SPEAKER_02: Well, no, it is.
- 32:26SPEAKER_02: And this is I say this all the time.
- 32:28SPEAKER_02: And one of the things that I always ask people in the very beginning is how authentically are you showing up in your relationships, rate it a one to a 10.
- 32:37SPEAKER_02: Because the degree that you're showing up authentically in your real relationships will be directly related to how you're showing up in your business.
- 32:45SPEAKER_02: And if you're not showing up authentically in your most intimate relationships, you will not be having a high level of success in your business.
- 32:52SPEAKER_02: That's a hundred percent true.
- 32:54SPEAKER_02: And I know that because I was initiated into it.
- 32:57SPEAKER_02: And I will, I still have to do a whole other podcast episode solo about that.
- 33:03SPEAKER_02: But you've all kind of heard me share about it at this point.
- 33:06SPEAKER_02: But, you know, it was like the moment when I said I wanted to hit 50k months, and then I immediately was initiated into like a six or seven month process of completely changing my relationship with my husband because it just has to happen.
- 33:21SPEAKER_02: Because what we're really doing here is changing the relationship with ourselves.
- 33:26SPEAKER_02: So, like when we talk about you leaning into a deeper level of trust, all you're really doing is deepening your relationship with yourself and showing up completely differently in the relationship with yourself.
- 33:39SPEAKER_02: So when you look at your intimate relationship, your most intimate relationship, right?
- 33:44SPEAKER_02: That's always a reflection, a deep reflection of your relationship with yourself.
- 33:48SPEAKER_02: So it's actually a really profound, amazing tool to be able to look at that relationship and see the way you're showing up.
- 33:56SPEAKER_02: And then when you want to grow your business, look at that as an example of how you can change things.
- 34:03SPEAKER_02: So can you talk a little bit about like kind of where you were with this to where you are now with it?
- 34:08SPEAKER_02: Because you've had so much transformation around this, which is directly related to the success of your business.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna start off with saying that I love children.
- 34:19SPEAKER_00: It's almost like the fine print.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: Like, I love kids.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: I really do.
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: Disclaimer.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 34:27SPEAKER_00: And I never imagined myself in a situation where children wouldn't honestly like flock to me.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: And I never imagined myself in a situation where not only would they not flock to me, but they would like set me up for like doom and gloom and then tattle on me and try to catch me in lies and like record it and then share it.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: Like so it threw me through a massive loop.
- 34:52SPEAKER_00: And I never imagined being in a dynamic where the, you know, the birth mom, well, she has so much of her stuff that she hasn't healed.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: It influences her relationship with her daughter, which then influences the relationship with me for the daughter and I.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: And so there's just so many dynamics that are literally outside of my control, but challenged every single piece of my self-worth and made me question everything of who I am at the core, which is coming back to that disclaimer of like, how could I be in a family where children didn't like me when I love children so much?
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: And not only that, like hating the role that I was in, which then just led me to a whole like paradigm breakdown within my nervous system because that's not who I've known for me to be.
- 35:41SPEAKER_00: So that was part of this breakdown that kept happening for me.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: And not only that, you know, to develop a new relationship in a marriage and to want it to just be all like I'd never been married before.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: I was always waiting for the right person.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: This was my college sweetheart from over 20 years ago.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: And so it's a no-brainer that we are together and we are married now and it makes sense.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: But I had to go through the depressions, the anxieties, the fears, the honestly, the arguing, me yelling in a way that I've never yelled at children before.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: I mean, things that I would like, I'm not gonna say that I'm ashamed of.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: I'm more embarrassed that I didn't have better tools to manage, because especially with what I do, right?
- 36:24SPEAKER_00: Which that's why you hire help.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 36:27SPEAKER_00: And it's been able to shift.
- 36:29SPEAKER_00: And it's this has probably taken the longest time, but I don't know if that's really true because it's a layering effect.
- 36:35SPEAKER_00: The only way that I can show up to my family from a place of massive self-worth and trust is because I have done the underwork of massive self-trust for myself.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: And I've literally spent decades of personal development, very possibly because of where I came from.
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: So it's just been layer after layer after layer after layer.
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: And now the layers that are there, I mean, so much stuff happened this past weekend with like birthday parties and sugar crashes and all the food coloring in the world to make people crazy.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: And when I say people, I mean my stepdaughter.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: And which would cause us to just like butt heads.
- 37:12SPEAKER_00: And me, honestly, me four months ago, three months ago, maybe even two months ago, would have been like, I am out of here.
- 37:20SPEAKER_00: I mean, I will be totally honest, for the first year and a half, I had bags packed, and my husband and I talked about divorce over and over and over because I didn't think I was equipped to do this.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: There is a very special place in heaven for stepparents, step parents who care.
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, right?
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: Step parents who show up.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: So I've done the work and I continue to do the work and it continues to be very profound.
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: But what it has allowed is for me to be honest with myself about the dark, deep truths of like those shadow sides, the, you know, the things that I needed to forgive myself for of how I was showing up versus how I wasn't showing up.
- 37:57SPEAKER_00: And when you had asked me that question about authenticity, I realized it's like with my clients, I'm very honest.
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: With my best friends, I am very honest with my family.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: Um, and not honest, that's not the right word, authentic.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: With my, with my family, I realized like I had very low authenticity with this family that I am living with, that I'm a part of, that I like lead.
- 38:17SPEAKER_00: And when I realized that, I'm not really okay with that because that doesn't show anybody else to live their own authenticity.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: And so that was a massive shift that then required a whole sacred rage ritual and me like having a weekend by myself where I was just totally tantruming out, right?
- 38:35SPEAKER_00: I mean, like this is the work, and throwing my own pity party and crying and journaling and breath and meditation and movement and all of the different pieces to then have these massive aha download moments of like, oh my God, okay, I can do this.
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: Not only can I do this, I actually am doing this.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: And it's really not as bad as I thought.
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: But now I get to show up in my full power.
- 38:56SPEAKER_00: And it's something that I continue to work on because I feel like I'm brand new in this place of me stepping into my full power in this family dynamic.
- 39:03SPEAKER_00: But it's allowing children and allowing my husband to have their own experience without me controlling the outcomes, without me needing the perfectionism, which me two years ago, not even like a year ago, less than that, just that's the trust part.
- 39:22SPEAKER_00: When we don't trust, we have the perfectionism, we have the hyper control because we're scared of what the outcome is going to be and that it's not gonna be what we wanted it to be.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: But when we have this deep trust that, like, you know what, everybody's experience is going to be what it is, and it's gonna be in their best service for their highest good.
- 39:40SPEAKER_00: And when we can come up come at it from that place more often than not, that's where everybody gets to grow.
- 39:47SPEAKER_00: And because of that, I mean, best orgasms ever.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: Mic drop right there.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: And the children are happy and they're thriving and they're learning how to be who they are in this very challenging dynamic for them.
- 40:05SPEAKER_02: That I mean, that it's so profound, and there's so much you said there.
- 40:09SPEAKER_02: And, you know, one of the things that we're really disentangling from, you know, and and kind of what I feel like the goal is when it comes to the metamorphosis, for example, is to untle ourselves from these dynamics that we grew up in, where it was just like a bunch of people living in a house not knowing how to manage their own energy.
- 40:33SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 40:34SPEAKER_02: You know, and that's what a family dynamic is.
- 40:38SPEAKER_02: And now when we use those tools and we do that healing, we can show up in our families in a way where we're in allowance of everyone having their own experience without needing to change it based on our own unhealed wounds or our own projections of what's wrong with us, right?
- 41:00SPEAKER_02: Because I think one of the things that we were working on is like, okay, well, what if what your stepdaughter was doing means nothing about you?
- 41:09SPEAKER_00: This was a big moment, right?
- 41:11SPEAKER_02: Like when you right.
- 41:12SPEAKER_02: Or what if you stop needing her and what she does to make you feel good enough, right?
- 41:20SPEAKER_02: And that was a huge moment, too, of like, well, if you take that out of it, then she can just be who she's gonna be, and you can be who you're gonna be, and it all works out.
- 41:32SPEAKER_02: But I think that's where the hard things come, and that's where our wounding is, you know, from when we were kids, is where our parents didn't know how to manage their own traumas and their own wounding, and they needed us to act a certain way or do a certain thing so that they could feel better about themselves, or they projected their unmet needs or their trauma onto us.
- 41:56SPEAKER_02: But if we do our own healing and then don't do that within our families, then that actually stops the ancestral trauma from perpetuating, right?
- 42:07SPEAKER_02: And not only that, but then you also get to show up differently in your business because you're coming from this place of full authenticity and people are naturally attracted to that, and you're just happy, right?
- 42:22SPEAKER_02: And people are attracted to that as well.
- 42:25SPEAKER_02: Because it it all kind of goes together.
- 42:28SPEAKER_02: So it's so important that people understand this and how the family trauma plays a part in every single aspect of your life.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: It's so interesting.
- 42:40SPEAKER_00: You brought something up really quick that it's just like, wow, you know, I'm experiencing all this from the bonus mom perspective.
- 42:47SPEAKER_00: So many of the moms that I work with for the kids in my superpower program for kids, not a whole bunch of them, but some of them are scared for their child because of how it reflects on them.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what you were just speaking to is being attached of what it means for who we are as a woman if a child is experiencing X, Y, or Z or acting out in a certain way.
- 43:07SPEAKER_00: And when we exactly what you just said, I mean, when we can see that someone's own experience is their own wounding, and to help them without being attached to that outcome, just to allow the process.
- 43:22SPEAKER_00: And just because we go fast doesn't mean they're gonna go fast because just of all of their own dynamics.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: But it's really interesting because I'll just, you know, to make this very tangible, we had um, I have an example.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: We had a soccer game, and and I was totally freaking out.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: I mean, I couldn't sleep the night before.
- 43:38SPEAKER_00: I was met like, it was so dumb.
- 43:41SPEAKER_00: Like it was so dumb.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: I was like talking to my husband the night before.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: I'm like, well, what do I wear?
- 43:46SPEAKER_00: Like, I that's not like that's how dumb it was, right?
- 43:50SPEAKER_00: And he was like, it doesn't matter.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I know this doesn't make any cognitive sense.
- 43:54SPEAKER_00: I'm like, but there's there's some there's something coming up in me that is making this like wildly uncomfortable for me.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: And it was because it was her birthday, and like all the extended family, and the mom was going to be there and her family and her new husband and his family, like just everyone was there.
- 44:08SPEAKER_00: And and finally, before going, I ended up doing my own vision statement that was completely different.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: And it was like a bonus mom vision statement and my own energy work, create the shield to clear the energies.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: And I showed up to that soccer game completely owning who I am, not allowing anybody else's emotions.
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: And you know, like I'm very highly empathetic.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: And I mean, even at your retreat, like I could feel everybody's emotions in my organs.
- 44:39SPEAKER_00: And so when we get to that place where showing up from that place of strength and clearing out and being empowered, that's how we also shift how we end up showing up in this role.
- 44:52SPEAKER_00: And so when we talk about like bringing these tools into the day-to-day, that's the tangible of what it means to have that deeper trust.
- 45:01SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 45:02SPEAKER_02: I love, and I feel like you just brought in so many different things, like the stuff from the metamorphosis method, and then like the tools from the metamorphosis, and like all of these things that not only are like we doing together, but then you're just taking them in and making them part of your life.
- 45:22SPEAKER_02: And then you're able to show up completely differently.
- 45:25SPEAKER_02: That is a huge shift to be able to like take all of that and use it because that's essentially what we're doing is like taking our power back and shifting our own energy so that it works for us instead of just feeling like we're getting swept up in this wave of everyone else's energy.
- 45:46SPEAKER_02: So I love that so much.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: That is exactly right.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: Because that's, you know, when you say take your power back, that is like that's the group pro that's the adult group program, the longer one that I have, similar to your metamorphosis of, you know, taking your power back and using all of the different science and energetic tools to really heal from the inside out so that you do get to have the life, the kind of life you want, rather than being at the whim of the emotional challenges that are coming from inside you and other people.
- 46:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 46:14SPEAKER_02: So how would you say, I mean, I know you touched on this a little bit, but maybe just to expand on, how would you say that, you know, since we started working together, your work has deepened and expanded the work that you're doing with other people, with your clients.
- 46:29SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 46:30SPEAKER_00: It's interesting because even when I was in healthcare, I was always the sought-after therapist.
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: Other clinicians always wanted to collaborate, uh, to work with their patients.
- 46:42SPEAKER_00: And I mean, even when I went back to Houston and had lunch with one of my best friends who's a who's a PT, she was like, I have a patient for you.
- 46:50SPEAKER_00: And and she's telling me about it.
- 46:51SPEAKER_00: And actually, this one's going to be moving to um my area.
- 46:55SPEAKER_00: But I always brought that, I think, what people call the dahlia effect.
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: I always brought that something special extra.
- 47:01SPEAKER_00: And I was always interested in the holistic tools, which is why I did so much certifications for integrative medicine, for somatic sensory embodiment, for sensory integration.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: Just like when I can teach people how to target and calm their nervous system so they can get to show up to their life from an empowered, confident place rather than that fear.
- 47:26SPEAKER_00: And I use the nutrition, I use the just all of the diverse tools that are out there, the breath, the movement, all of it.
- 47:36SPEAKER_00: But what it's done since working with you, what this has done for my programs has allowed me to dive even more.
- 47:45SPEAKER_00: It's so funny.
- 47:45SPEAKER_00: I've actually come full circle because way back when, when I was like 15 and 16, feeling like I was floating when I was doing meditation and yoga, thinking it was drug-induced, but I've been able to reproduce that now, um, over and over and over, actually.
- 47:58SPEAKER_00: I've always created guided meditations.
- 48:00SPEAKER_00: I always guided people through breath.
- 48:02SPEAKER_00: Like that's part of the training.
- 48:04SPEAKER_00: I just didn't never saw it as like breath work medicine, or I never saw it as energy medicine, but that's essentially what we're doing is energy medicine medicine using all of the different tools.
- 48:15SPEAKER_00: And so what I've been able to do, and my guides and different shamans and psychics keep telling me over and over and over, they're like, dive more into the magic, dive more into the mystical and the spiritual.
- 48:26SPEAKER_00: And so I just keep going down that route because I mean, I've been studying for over a decade all of the science with the tangible, because you have to have those protocols.
- 48:37SPEAKER_00: That is what is required.
- 48:38SPEAKER_00: That is the science-based practice, right?
- 48:41SPEAKER_00: That is the evidence-based practice.
- 48:43SPEAKER_00: The challenge is talking to certain potential clients who are still stuck in that paradigm.
- 48:51SPEAKER_00: And they want to know what is my percentage rate of success, especially when I'm working with kids or adults with like hair pulling, skate picking, nail biting, right?
- 48:58SPEAKER_00: Like I am not the psychologist.
- 49:00SPEAKER_00: Um, I am very different than the psychologist.
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: And they want to know, you know, what is your success rate?
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: And it's a wild success rate.
- 49:09SPEAKER_00: And I am still part of some of those communities that um, for clinicians, we call ourselves unicorns, um, clinicians who have experienced some of these challenges, but also help other people, they don't have the success rate that I have.
- 49:22SPEAKER_00: And I almost feel bad for their clients now because they go down this path of what I call healthcare trauma, thinking that that's all there is.
- 49:30SPEAKER_00: And it's actually been really fun because I have a variety of different parents, types of parents in my programs.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: And when I bring in this whole energetic piece, it's not what they expect.
- 49:40SPEAKER_00: But when they start doing it, the relief and freedom they feel is that's priceless.
- 49:47SPEAKER_00: And when you as a parent can feel that way, you get to show up for your children differently rather than being in that fight or flight with them.
- 49:55SPEAKER_00: So it's really deepened my programs in a profound way that I know is like this is only the beginning, right?
- 50:04SPEAKER_00: It's so, for example, I'm just now launching a five-week emotional alchemy and I'm totally leaning into it.
- 50:10SPEAKER_00: And it's the energetics of your emotions using like the neuroscience and the sensory system.
- 50:16SPEAKER_00: And I have like a blueprint, but I'm feeling into it.
- 50:20SPEAKER_00: The old me would have had to have everything laid out to answer all the questions.
- 50:26SPEAKER_00: And now it's like, you know what?
- 50:28SPEAKER_00: If this somebody is drawn to this, they are drawn to it and they don't have to know all the why.
- 50:32SPEAKER_00: And that is probably the biggest shift because I'm a big why girl, even way back when you and I started working.
- 50:38SPEAKER_00: I'm like, why is this working so well?
- 50:39SPEAKER_00: And and I've asked you that over and over and over.
- 50:42SPEAKER_00: And I've stopped asking you that question because now I get it.
- 50:45SPEAKER_00: But it was just like people want to know the why.
- 50:47SPEAKER_00: They want to know the how.
- 50:49SPEAKER_00: And sometimes you just have to lean back and trust.
- 50:51SPEAKER_00: And that's so scary and uncertain.
- 50:54SPEAKER_02: But then once you continue to do it and you also disentangle yourself from the trauma that's making it hard for you to trust, right?
- 51:04SPEAKER_02: The fear and all the programming and the patterns and all of it that's making it hard for you to trust.
- 51:12SPEAKER_02: So when you disentangle from all of that and you continue to lean into trust, it's like you kind of have to do it at the same time and take action on and trust the things that are coming through and take action on them and clear the trauma, then it just gradually gets easier and easier, and you start to see like, oh, this works.
- 51:32SPEAKER_02: Like every time I lean in and every time I trust myself, it it works and it happens.
- 51:39SPEAKER_02: And you know, but it's just a process of doing all of those things together.
- 51:44SPEAKER_02: So thank you for sharing that.
- 51:46SPEAKER_02: So I guess just to start to wrap up, because I know we're coming up on time here.
- 51:50SPEAKER_02: Like, I know you're kind of in every single one of my programs, right?
- 51:54SPEAKER_02: So it's probably hard to say, it's hard to say exactly what does what.
- 52:00SPEAKER_02: And I know we kind of already said like the biggest shift has been just your ability to trust yourself.
- 52:06SPEAKER_02: But there's is there anything else you would say to anyone thinking of joining any of my programs or working with me in general about the experience or anything that they should know?
- 52:17SPEAKER_00: Prepare to go deep and uh and to really cut through the noise that is getting in the way of moving forward in whatever, in whatever that looks like.
- 52:29SPEAKER_00: And if it's business related, it always comes back to that the the underlying thought patterns of the trust and the worthiness and really knowing like your purpose on the planet and what that looks like.
- 52:42SPEAKER_00: And I think, you know, what I love is that like having some of those tangible tools to use in the moment and some of these ritualized practices, I think that's you know, where we both really offer so much is because we have a lot of those tangible tools that people can practice.
- 53:04SPEAKER_00: And it's, you know, pointing them in the right direction and then letting them go through it, and then being there for the support on the other end and through it sometimes.
- 53:13SPEAKER_00: Like that's that's the magic.
- 53:15SPEAKER_00: And that's why having support in the types of programs that we have is so crucial because people can do this work on their own, but it'll take way too long and it won't be deep enough.
- 53:25SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you can't do it on your own.
- 53:28SPEAKER_00: You have to have someone outside of yourself show telling you what is coming up that is different than what you think is happening.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 53:35SPEAKER_02: And somebody to shift your perspective for you.
- 53:38SPEAKER_02: Because a lot of what we're doing is just offering you another way of looking at the situation so that you can shift the energy.
- 53:47SPEAKER_02: And that's really all it is.
- 53:48SPEAKER_02: So, I mean, you know, in a nutshell, it's a lot more than that, but so um, can you share with everybody where they can find you?
- 53:58SPEAKER_02: And if there's anything exciting going on that you want to share about right now, oh, your emotional alchemy program or anything else, share with us where can people find you?
- 54:07SPEAKER_00: So on social media on Instagram, it's holistic.medical.healing.
- 54:12SPEAKER_00: My website is holisticmedicalhealing.com.
- 54:14SPEAKER_00: You can always just DM me or contact me for any kinds of questions.
- 54:18SPEAKER_00: I have a program for adults called Emotional Resilience, and that is a six-month deep dive into all of the science, integrative medicine, and energetic tools to help people really heal from the inside out to take their power back.
- 54:32SPEAKER_00: And it's a beautiful, beautiful group program with additional potential like one-to-one support, which of course, like we need.
- 54:38SPEAKER_00: And then I have a three-month program called the Reconnect, which is mind, body, spirit integration, very similar to emotional resilience, but it's just the foundational tools that I think is required for everybody to live a sustainable, healthy, emotionally healthy life from the inside out as well.
- 54:54SPEAKER_00: And also moving through a lot of grief.
- 54:56SPEAKER_00: It's been really interesting in that group.
- 54:58SPEAKER_00: Like a lot of grief work has been happening there.
- 55:01SPEAKER_00: And um, my superpower program for kids is my six-month program, currently waitlisted.
- 55:06SPEAKER_00: But if you are interested in getting on that wait list, a few spots are going to be opening up soon.
- 55:11SPEAKER_00: That would be really important to jump on that wait list now so that we can, you know, get that conversation going.
- 55:16SPEAKER_00: And I'm really excited about emotional alchemy.
- 55:19SPEAKER_00: This is the five weeks of just sensory energetics, neuroscience.
- 55:25SPEAKER_00: Really, like we're ending it with a seance.
- 55:28SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's just, I'm really leaning into like the magical side of this.
- 55:32SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 55:33SPEAKER_00: And while bringing in the tangible tools to really help people shift to transmute their energy through the challenging emotions so that they become empowered from them.
- 55:44SPEAKER_00: Like I am wildly excited about this program because it's just it came through channeled and it's all been really easy.
- 55:51SPEAKER_00: And um, they're about to go on tomorrow for early bird pricing, and we start in November.
- 55:57SPEAKER_00: So I'm really excited about that.
- 56:00unknown: Yeah.
- 56:00SPEAKER_02: Cool.
- 56:01SPEAKER_02: Thank you for sharing all that.
- 56:02SPEAKER_02: And then for our last question for you what is a non-negotiable when it comes to fully reclaiming your consciousness?
- 56:09SPEAKER_00: Movement medicine.
- 56:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, yes, we love movement medicine here.
- 56:14SPEAKER_00: Movement medicine moves the body, moves the energy in the body, and it can move in all different kinds of way.
- 56:20SPEAKER_00: That can look like hydration, it can look like breath, but it's just it's moving energy in whatever way is going to be most therapeutic for your specific body.
- 56:28SPEAKER_00: And it's not a one-size-fits-all.
- 56:30SPEAKER_00: And again, trusting like what you feel, what feels good, and leaning more into that.
- 56:35SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 56:36SPEAKER_02: And of course, we have movement medicine as part of Accelerated Wealth My Mastermind.
- 56:41SPEAKER_02: So that's really exciting.
- 56:43SPEAKER_02: And um, yeah, reach out to Dahlia for more info about that.
- 56:47SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for being here.
- 56:48SPEAKER_02: This was amazing.
- 56:50SPEAKER_02: Everybody's gonna love it.
- 56:51SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 56:52SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 56:53SPEAKER_02: I'm so excited.
- 56:55SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for being here.
