- 2:46Speaker 1: are going to talk about a case that has left
- 2:49Speaker 1: an entire community heartbroken and searching for answers. And I
- 2:54Speaker 1: have to tell you every case is heartbreaking, but this
- 2:58Speaker 1: one is a special. So this is the story of
- 3:02Speaker 1: Ashley Loring heavy Runner. She is a twenty year old
- 3:06Speaker 1: Indigenous woman from the black Feet Nation who went missing
- 3:11Speaker 1: in June of twenty seventeen. And Ashley's disappearance is another
- 3:17Speaker 1: heartbreaking example of missing and murdered Indigenous women across North America.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Her case has become emblematic of the crisis facing Native
- 3:28Speaker 1: American communities, where disappearances often go unreported and the guest
- 3:34Speaker 1: investigations are too slow to start. But before we dive
- 3:40Speaker 1: into the investigation and the troubling lack of answers, I
- 3:44Speaker 1: want to tell you a little bit more about Ashley. So,
- 3:48Speaker 1: Ashley grew up on black Feet Reservation in Montana, surrounded
- 3:52Speaker 1: by the culture and traditions of her people. She was
- 3:56Speaker 1: a vibrant, kind, and adventurous young woman, known for her
- 4:01Speaker 1: love of the outdoors and her fierce loyalty to her family.
- 4:06Speaker 1: At just twenty years old, Ashley had big dreams and
- 4:10Speaker 1: plans for her future, including returning to college. She was
- 4:14Speaker 1: the kind of person who made others feel seen and loved,
- 4:19Speaker 1: and she was an irreplaceable part of the community. Guys,
- 4:25Speaker 1: I have to tell you that is a gift. If
- 4:28Speaker 1: you're a person who can make others feel seen and loved,
- 4:32Speaker 1: that is truly a gift. I don't think you can
- 4:36Speaker 1: be taught that. I in my opinion, it's just something
- 4:39Speaker 1: that you're born with, or maybe if you're raised in
- 4:43Speaker 1: a different environment. But in June twenty seventeen, Ashley vanished
- 4:48Speaker 1: without a trace. That left behind more questions than it answers.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Ashley was last seen in Browning, Montana, the week of
- 4:59Speaker 1: June life eleventh, twenty seventeen. Now, on June sixth, Ashley
- 5:03Speaker 1: had reached out to her sister Kimberly and asked if
- 5:06Speaker 1: she could send her money. Kimberly, unfortunately wasn't able to
- 5:11Speaker 1: help that day because she was in Morocco, and I
- 5:14Speaker 1: read articles that says Kimberly says that moment still haunts
- 5:18Speaker 1: her to this day. Kimberly, if you ever see this,
- 5:23Speaker 1: or you're watching or listening, I hope you do not
- 5:26Speaker 1: hold any guilt. Okay, because you are off living your life.
- 5:31Speaker 1: You did not make a decision to ignore your sister.
- 5:35Speaker 1: You couldn't cure out of the country. So I'm sitting
- 5:39Speaker 1: you lots of pink sparkles and hugs, but please do
- 5:43Speaker 1: not harbor any guilt. So in the days following Ashley's disappearance,
- 5:48Speaker 1: her family received tips that she had been seen running
- 5:51Speaker 1: from a vehicle near US Highway eighty nine on the reservation.
- 5:57Speaker 1: There were reports of her being at a party, possible
- 6:00Speaker 1: being involved in a fight, but nothing definitive. Several weeks later,
- 6:05Speaker 1: a piece of her clothing was found in a remote
- 6:08Speaker 1: area on the reservation, raising concerns that Ashley had met
- 6:13Speaker 1: with foul play. Now, the investigation into Ashley's disappearance has
- 6:19Speaker 1: been frustratingly slow. Her family took matters into their own hands,
- 6:25Speaker 1: conducting searches and gathering tips from their community. Guys, sorry,
- 6:30Speaker 1: my face is like all itchy today. I read Kimberly
- 6:35Speaker 1: has been a force to contend with, Okay, and despite
- 6:40Speaker 1: their efforts, law enforcement didn't begin actively searching until days,
- 6:46Speaker 1: even weeks after she went missing. Guys, this is critical
- 6:51Speaker 1: time that was lost and the family should not be
- 6:55Speaker 1: the ones who were having to force law enforcement to
- 6:59Speaker 1: get involved. I mean, they have to, but they shouldn't
- 7:03Speaker 1: have to. So the FBI has since gotten involved, but
- 7:08Speaker 1: leeds have been sparse. Rumors of drug activity, trafficking, and
- 7:13Speaker 1: violence swirl around the case, but no concrete answers has surfaced. Now,
- 7:19Speaker 1: Ashley had gone through a few things right before her disappearance.
- 7:23Speaker 1: She broke up with her first love and her grand
- 7:26Speaker 1: grandfather passed away, and this sadness did lead Ashley to
- 7:31Speaker 1: try drugs and to start hanging out with some older individuals.
- 7:35Speaker 1: And there is some speculation that one of those older
- 7:39Speaker 1: individuals could have had something to do with her disappearance. Guys,
- 7:44Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you right now, if anyone has
- 7:47Speaker 1: the thought of shaming Ashley forgiven drugs to try and
- 7:52Speaker 1: maybe hanging out with different people, I'm going to tell
- 7:55Speaker 1: you to shut the f up. Okay, So she is
- 7:58Speaker 1: twenty in just now dealing with that first breakup of
- 8:01Speaker 1: her love and her grandfather passed away. That is a
- 8:06Speaker 1: lot for a young person to deal with. So if
- 8:10Speaker 1: you want to shame her, I'm going to tell you
- 8:12Speaker 1: to shut up, okay, And if you want, just give
- 8:15Speaker 1: me a call, send me a message, and I'll tell
- 8:17Speaker 1: you why you're an idiot, because no shaming. And as
- 8:22Speaker 1: of today, police have not publicly named a person of
- 8:25Speaker 1: interest or suspect. Like I said, Ashley's family, particularly her
- 8:30Speaker 1: sister Kimberly, have been relentless in their pursuit of justice.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Kimberly is working tiresly to keep Ashley's name in the
- 8:40Speaker 1: public eye, advocating not just for her sister, but for
- 8:45Speaker 1: all missing Indigenous women. The lack of media coverage in
- 8:50Speaker 1: the delays in the investigation highlight a troubling pattern of
- 8:55Speaker 1: neglect when it comes to missing Indigenous persons. Kimberly has
- 9:01Speaker 1: quit her job and moved back home so that she
- 9:04Speaker 1: could search for her sister full time. With very little
- 9:09Speaker 1: support from law enforcement, she has conducted over one hundred
- 9:14Speaker 1: and twenty searches. Kimberly, you deserve a freaking huge medal
- 9:21Speaker 1: and I am so happy that you are getting support.
- 9:26Speaker 1: The hashtag MMIW movement or Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women
- 9:33Speaker 1: movement has gained momentum in recent years, and Ashley's case
- 9:38Speaker 1: is a crucial part of the narrative. I wanted to
- 9:41Speaker 1: share with you directly from the MMIW website. It's the
- 9:47Speaker 1: MMIW red hands. A red hand over the mouth has
- 9:52Speaker 1: become the symbol of a growing movement, the MMIW movement.
- 9:58Speaker 1: It stands for all the Missis sisters whose voices are
- 10:02Speaker 1: not heard. It stands for the silence of the media
- 10:06Speaker 1: and law enforcement in the middle of this crisis. It
- 10:10Speaker 1: stands for the oppression and subjugation of Native women who
- 10:15Speaker 1: are now rising up to say hashtag no more Stolen Sisters. Guys,
- 10:22Speaker 1: if you have never heard of this movement, I am
- 10:25Speaker 1: going to tell you go read their website. It will
- 10:29Speaker 1: make your heart hurt. But despite the efforts of her
- 10:35Speaker 1: family and advocates, Ashley is still missing and her family
- 10:40Speaker 1: is left waiting hoping for answers that have yet to come.
- 10:46Speaker 1: And as I said, Ashley's family is still searching for answers.
- 10:51Speaker 1: If you have any information on Ashley Loring, Heavy Runners whereabouts,
- 10:56Speaker 1: please contact the Blackfeet Law Enforcement at four zero six
- 11:01Speaker 1: three three eight four thousand, or the FBI Salt Lake
- 11:06Speaker 1: City Division at eight three three five six zero two
- 11:10Speaker 1: zero six'. Five, guys this is more than just a
- 11:14Speaker 1: missing person. Case it is a community's plea for, justice
- 11:19Speaker 1: And ashley's story deserves to be. Heard so please share this,
- 11:24Speaker 1: episode share the missing person flyers that we will post
- 11:28Speaker 1: on our social. Media let's help them get the answers
- 11:32Speaker 1: they to serve. Now Kristen Sue richardson is a young
- 11:41Speaker 1: woman who vanished under troubling circumstances circumstances From, Muscogee, oklahoma
- 11:48Speaker 1: in twenty. EIGHTEEN i HOPE us set that, right BUT
- 11:52Speaker 1: i just keep telling myself an ok From, muscogee so
- 11:56Speaker 1: that's my reference for how to pronounce. IT i want
- 12:00Speaker 1: to share with you the details Surrounding kristen's disappearance and
- 12:04Speaker 1: the lingering questions that still haunt her family and the
- 12:08Speaker 1: investigators searching for. Justice Kristen Sue richardson was last seen
- 12:15Speaker 1: at her home in the thirteen hundred block Of Houston
- 12:18Speaker 1: street In muskogie On may twenty, fifth twenty. Eighteen she
- 12:23Speaker 1: was packing supplies and preparing to head To Rock, klahoma
- 12:29Speaker 1: a popular music festival held In, Prior. Oklahoma kristen was
- 12:34Speaker 1: excited to see her favorite, Band, hailstorm. Perform, GUYS i
- 12:39Speaker 1: have never heard Of. Hellstorm if you, HAVE i want
- 12:43Speaker 1: you to drop in my comments on. This what is
- 12:46Speaker 1: your favorite song By? Hellstorm Because i'm going to go
- 12:49Speaker 1: and give it a. LISTEN i need to add some
- 12:51Speaker 1: expand my music. Taste but LIKE i, Said kristin tragically
- 12:59Speaker 1: never made it to the festival and this was the
- 13:02Speaker 1: last time she was ever seen. Alive. Guys On july,
- 13:07Speaker 1: sixth over a month After kristen was last, seen her
- 13:11Speaker 1: sister officially reported her. Missing the delay in reporting is
- 13:16Speaker 1: an aspect of this case that has raised eyebrows and
- 13:19Speaker 1: investigators were left with a challenging timeline to work with.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Now kristen shared a home with two, roommates Call bryce
- 13:28Speaker 1: And Cody Ray. Campbell when questioned by, police Call bryce
- 13:32Speaker 1: claimed that he And kristin went To prior for Ro
- 13:35Speaker 1: Oklahoma Rock oklahoma as, planned but that at some Point
- 13:40Speaker 1: kristen supposedly left with an unidentified. Female, however police discovered
- 13:47Speaker 1: a major. Contradiction kristin's cellular phone record showed that her
- 13:53Speaker 1: phone never Left muskogie that, night casting serious doubt On
- 13:58Speaker 1: bryce's versions of. Events, GUYS i am going to go
- 14:02Speaker 1: out on a limb and in my, opinion that is Sus,
- 14:07Speaker 1: okay he says they went To oklahoma that yet her
- 14:11Speaker 1: cell phone never. Left So i'm going to just say
- 14:14Speaker 1: bs so. Feather complicating the, case investigators discovered That bryce
- 14:21Speaker 1: had Used Kristen's oklahoma access card after her. Disappearance, additionally
- 14:28Speaker 1: Both bryce And campbell had either sold or given away
- 14:33Speaker 1: some Of kristen's belongings in the weeks leading up to
- 14:37Speaker 1: when she was reported. Missing what the? Hell, okay your,
- 14:46Speaker 1: friend your, roommate goes. Missing you don't know where she.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Is she went off in one of your thoughts with
- 14:54Speaker 1: an unidentified, person and you start selling or giving away
- 14:58Speaker 1: her shit and you start using her access. Card. Bullshit
- 15:03Speaker 1: just gonna say. Bullshit if you want to make yourself look,
- 15:07Speaker 1: guilty this is how you do. It, okay just gonna,
- 15:11Speaker 1: say this is how you do. It Uh oh looks
- 15:15Speaker 1: Like Sammy, sunshine says dear. DAUGHTER i get. Off i'm
- 15:20Speaker 1: not an, Angel. OKAY i will give that a listen
- 15:25Speaker 1: today AND i will come back in the comments and
- 15:27Speaker 1: let you know WHAT i. Think, now the details On
- 15:31Speaker 1: kristen's disappearance were becoming more, disturbing and it wasn't long
- 15:36Speaker 1: before the police detained the two roommates as material. Witnesses
- 15:42Speaker 1: during their, investigation authorities also found a stolen vehicle at the,
- 15:47Speaker 1: residence resulting In bryce And campbell facing separate charges for
- 15:52Speaker 1: possession of a stolen. Property NOW i have to, say
- 15:58Speaker 1: how are they able to take them into custody as material?
- 16:02Speaker 1: Witnesses but yet other states and other missing persons they
- 16:07Speaker 1: don't do. THAT i if anyone knows, WHY i want to.
- 16:13Speaker 1: KNOW i, MEAN i know you wasn't able to force
- 16:15Speaker 1: them to, talk but if you take them into you,
- 16:19Speaker 1: know you detain. Them why can't other law enforcement agencies do? That,
- 16:25Speaker 1: OKAY i would love to know, So but, guys things
- 16:30Speaker 1: would take an even darker tone When Cody campbell made
- 16:33Speaker 1: a chilling statement to. Authorities campbell alleged That bryce had
- 16:39Speaker 1: Stabbed kristen to. Death this accusation led investigators to search
- 16:44Speaker 1: the home Where kristin had lived with the two. Men
- 16:47Speaker 1: In july of twenty. Eighteen authorities combed to the property
- 16:51Speaker 1: and noted an ominous pile of dirt in the northwest
- 16:55Speaker 1: corner of the. Backyard they also reported detecting the odor
- 16:59Speaker 1: of composition in that. Area, however despite, this the search
- 17:06Speaker 1: didn't yeld to break. Through no remains were found on the,
- 17:09Speaker 1: property and the search For kristin continues to this. Day,
- 17:14Speaker 1: however on the same day of the, search first degree
- 17:17Speaker 1: murder charges were filed against A John doe suspect In kristen's.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Case to, date no arrests have been made and the
- 17:26Speaker 1: identity of The John no suspect has never been. Revealed
- 17:31Speaker 1: NOW i want to know why they filed a case
- 17:37Speaker 1: or filed Against John, doe because there's no statue of
- 17:41Speaker 1: limitations for, murder and if they don't HAVE, DNA i
- 17:48Speaker 1: don't know why they did. That so if anybody, KNOWS
- 17:52Speaker 1: i really would love to know. Why it's the first
- 17:54Speaker 1: Time i've heard of it being done in a murder
- 17:57Speaker 1: case when they didn't have the body IN. Dna so
- 18:01Speaker 1: and remember she's still listed as. Missing so since, Then
- 18:05Speaker 1: campbell has been sentenced to five years in prison on
- 18:08Speaker 1: the stolen vehicle. Charge as For, kawlbryce his case remains,
- 18:13Speaker 1: pending but neither have been charged With christie's. Martyr authorities
- 18:20Speaker 1: do suspect foul play In kristen's disappearance due to the
- 18:23Speaker 1: concerning circumstances surrounding her, case but without new, evidence they
- 18:29Speaker 1: face an uphill battle to find out exactly what happened
- 18:33Speaker 1: and the ability to hold those. Responsible kristen's family is
- 18:38Speaker 1: still waiting for, answers and they're desperately hoping for. JUSTICE
- 18:43Speaker 1: a young woman's life was cut short and a sister
- 18:46Speaker 1: is left searching for a truth that remains shrouded in.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Uncertainty if, you or anyone you know has any information
- 18:55Speaker 1: regarding the disappearance Of Kristen Sue, richardson you're urged to
- 19:00Speaker 1: contact The Muskogee Police department at nine one eight six'
- 19:05Speaker 1: eight three eight thousand Or The Oklahoma state Bureau. OF
- 19:09Speaker 1: investigation i do not have. Their number even the smallest
- 19:14Speaker 1: league could help bring some peace to her. Loved ones
- 19:18Speaker 1: the family has Started a Facebook Page Finding. Kristen, Richardson
- 19:23Speaker 1: okay so if you want more information on this case
- 19:26Speaker 1: or you want to stay up, TO date i would
- 19:28Speaker 1: recommend you follow. That, page now that is the end
- 19:35Speaker 1: of our, cases TODAY and i don't have a little
- 19:37Speaker 1: happy story or. Any, TIPS instead i wanted to talk
- 19:43Speaker 1: to you about a STORY that i. Saw today i'm
- 19:47Speaker 1: gonna pull it up real QUICK because i did not
- 19:51Speaker 1: add it to, the LIST but i found it. Very
- 19:56Speaker 1: interesting the man who went missing this year and they
- 20:02Speaker 1: now are saying he faked. His DEATH so i thought
- 20:09Speaker 1: it would be easy for me to find. That article
- 20:12Speaker 1: let me SEE if i can. Do This see i'm.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Not jt i'm not as good at this. Missing man
- 20:22Speaker 1: but it was a, kayaking INCIDENT so i. Found it
- 20:26Speaker 1: so it was Originally missing kayaktor was presumed dead after
- 20:31Speaker 1: he went Missing in august of. This year well, guess.
- 20:35Speaker 1: What guys they found out he had reported that his passport,
- 20:42Speaker 1: was lost so he got a. Replacement passport they also
- 20:47Speaker 1: have him tagged Going, into canada so they are now
- 20:52Speaker 1: saying he is not presumed to be. Missing anymore he
- 20:59Speaker 1: faked his. Own. Death guys he left behind a wife.
- 21:04Speaker 1: In children he also had taken his laptop on the
- 21:10Speaker 1: day he. Went missing he liked it clean and then
- 21:15Speaker 1: replaced the. Hard, drive, okay guys SO that, i mean
- 21:22Speaker 1: we don't know was he having a, mental crisis what
- 21:24Speaker 1: he was. Going through they did find that he had
- 21:27Speaker 1: been talking to a woman in another country AND what
- 21:31Speaker 1: i want to see to that gentleman, next time get.
- 21:36Speaker 1: A divorce if you want to leave your wife, and
- 21:38Speaker 1: kids get a flip. And divorce do not let your
- 21:42Speaker 1: kids think that, you're missing, because guys that. Is trauma
- 21:46Speaker 1: they don't need they don't need to go to bed
- 21:48Speaker 1: every night wondering if that really drowned in. His, kayak okay,
- 21:53Speaker 1: so dude do the. Right Thing and i'm not even
- 21:56Speaker 1: going to say your NAME because i don't want you
