- 0:33Speaker 1: Yeah today Thursday too. Yeah, yeah, congrats, thank you. I'm
- 0:38Speaker 1: feeling sexy. Oh wow, feeling fly. Wow, sexy and fly
- 0:45Speaker 1: in the sweatsuit. Yeah, with my arthotics in.
- 0:50Speaker 3: In your back pillow. She's feeling sexy and fly.
- 0:55Speaker 4: That's right.
- 0:56Speaker 3: I love to hear it.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Hey doing, I'm great. Tell me more.
- 1:01Speaker 2: We had a very well Haley was on her book
- 1:04Speaker 2: tour all last week.
- 1:05Speaker 3: She was gone. It went amazingly.
- 1:09Speaker 2: She she went to So her week was insane because
- 1:13Speaker 2: we had my birthday and then we had Halloween, and
- 1:16Speaker 2: then we got up like super early, went to Vegas
- 1:19Speaker 2: on Sunday for a job, and then from there she
- 1:21Speaker 2: left to go to New York and that's when the
- 1:22Speaker 2: tour started.
- 1:24Speaker 3: So she had New York.
- 1:26Speaker 2: And then the next day she went to Chicago, and
- 1:27Speaker 2: then the next day she went to Berkeley, and then
- 1:29Speaker 2: she ended it in La which I got to go to.
- 1:32Speaker 2: It was so fun, so many people, like three hundred
- 1:35Speaker 2: people in La.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Wow.
- 1:36Speaker 3: So she I.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Went to dinner with friends while she was signing, like
- 1:42Speaker 2: I said goodbye once it started, and then went to
- 1:45Speaker 2: dinner and we were at dinner for I would say,
- 1:48Speaker 2: a good two hours and I was like, she's gonna
- 1:49Speaker 2: be texting me saying she's done, but we ended up
- 1:51Speaker 2: just walking back over and there was still a line.
- 1:54Speaker 2: So yeah, it was pretty amazing because she's she's you know,
- 1:58Speaker 2: talks and has a moment with everybody. Yeah, she doesn't
- 2:01Speaker 2: just like sign and hand it off right right, So
- 2:03Speaker 2: I'm so proud of her. She exhausted, she we Yeah,
- 2:07Speaker 2: she slept a lot this weekend, but honestly she was
- 2:11Speaker 2: in very high spirits. I think seeing I think having
- 2:14Speaker 2: interactions with fans.
- 2:17Speaker 4: Yeah, it's energizing.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Yeah, it's energizing.
- 2:19Speaker 2: So even though it's it's a lot of it's a
- 2:21Speaker 2: lot in terms of like the social aspect of it,
- 2:23Speaker 2: it also really energizes her. So she was really happy
- 2:26Speaker 2: with it. And then we had a chill day on Saturday,
- 2:31Speaker 2: and then yesterday we went to the beach.
- 2:34Speaker 4: It loved a bazillion degrees yesterday.
- 2:36Speaker 3: A bazillion minimum.
- 2:38Speaker 4: I don't think I left my house yesterday. Whoa, I
- 2:41Speaker 4: know what you do? Gosh, what did I do?
- 2:46Speaker 3: Oh?
- 2:46Speaker 2: Oh?
- 2:46Speaker 5: I know?
- 2:47Speaker 1: Okay, So well, to backtrack a little bit this, we
- 2:52Speaker 1: celebrated our six year dating anniversary.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Yes, so I we have talked, and I thought when
- 2:58Speaker 2: we talked about like anniversary celebrations, you had said you
- 3:03Speaker 2: were just going to celebrate your wedding.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Did that changed?
- 3:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll tell you why.
- 3:11Speaker 4: We didn't like.
- 3:11Speaker 1: We went away. We went out of town for just
- 3:13Speaker 1: like the night. And I feel like this era of
- 3:18Speaker 1: life that I'm in, this journey that I'm on, it's
- 3:21Speaker 1: very high low.
- 3:23Speaker 4: The highs are really high, the lows are really low,
- 3:25Speaker 4: and I.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Feel like I I wanted just like a night to
- 3:29Speaker 1: just celebrate, be together, be.
- 3:34Speaker 4: In that good juju space.
- 3:38Speaker 1: And so you know, I'm not really drinking, right, but
- 3:41Speaker 1: I drank on our on our trip, had a glass
- 3:44Speaker 1: of wine.
- 3:45Speaker 5: We had a discussion off air earlier about drinking versus
- 3:48Speaker 5: drinking that we may want to revisit.
- 3:51Speaker 4: BECA will agree with me.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Based on the title of it, I probably will.
- 3:57Speaker 5: Yeah, she said, just be clear. She said on the
- 3:59Speaker 5: radio last week, she said, I'm not drinking and I
- 4:03Speaker 5: haven't been drinking since.
- 4:04Speaker 4: My honey I haven't really been drinking since.
- 4:07Speaker 5: My The word really was not in there. The word
- 4:09Speaker 5: really was not there. It was I'm not drinking and
- 4:13Speaker 5: I haven't since my.
- 4:14Speaker 2: My favorite part is there both Mark and Antonia are
- 4:16Speaker 2: both facing me. They're not looking at each other, but
- 4:19Speaker 2: they're like bickering towards each other, but not that the
- 4:22Speaker 2: eye contact is all.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Said, I haven't really been drinking since my honeymoon.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Okay, which is fair, But.
- 4:29Speaker 5: You didn't say the word. Really. You did not say
- 4:31Speaker 5: the word really. You said, I'm not drinking right now.
- 4:34Speaker 1: When you're drinking, Like when I'm drinking, I'm drinking, I'm
- 4:38Speaker 1: having Martini's, I'm having Aperol spritzes.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Have I been doing that since my honeymoon?
- 4:44Speaker 3: I don't think so. I don't know what you've been
- 4:47Speaker 3: doing since your honeymoon, but I know you've been aware,
- 4:50Speaker 3: Like you drink on the trip to my Orca.
- 4:54Speaker 4: Yes, like drink. Yes.
- 4:58Speaker 5: The reason this came up is we got to talk
- 5:00Speaker 5: back that we're going to play for Ryan tomorrow. But
- 5:01Speaker 5: the talkback says because which, by the way, on the
- 5:03Speaker 5: iHeart radio app, you can talk back. It's really easy
- 5:05Speaker 5: and fun.
- 5:06Speaker 4: Thank you for that.
- 5:08Speaker 5: It's sad. Yeah, we heard you say you're not drinking.
- 5:11Speaker 5: I see you on Instagram drinking. Are those fake? Are
- 5:14Speaker 5: those old posts? What's the deal? And she clarified by
- 5:17Speaker 5: saying she's drinking, but she's not drinking super.
- 5:20Speaker 6: Clear, But do you get them saying you're saying normal
- 5:26Speaker 6: Tanya drinking, I'm like, yes, having a drink, I'll have,
- 5:29Speaker 6: but i won't even finish a glass of wine.
- 5:31Speaker 4: And I'm not drinking hard liquor at all.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Right, It's just like you're not drinking as much as
- 5:36Speaker 2: you were drinking, correct or as often as you were drinking.
- 5:40Speaker 5: I'm not drinking as much as I was.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Count on one hand, I'm drinking.
- 5:44Speaker 5: I've had since cutting back on my drinking.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Here's what it is, though, It's it's the difference of
- 5:52Speaker 2: someone who drinks socially often. Yes, And what you're saying
- 5:58Speaker 2: is that you've cut back significantly.
- 6:00Speaker 3: So in your mind, you're like, I'm not drinking. I'm
- 6:01Speaker 3: not even getting drunk.
- 6:02Speaker 4: I'm not even socially drinking.
- 6:04Speaker 3: I'm drinking and drink at my birthday or Halloween.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Yeah, because I'm only drinking when I feel I'm having
- 6:10Speaker 1: like a lot of anxiety or I'm having any sort
- 6:13Speaker 1: of stress, like I need to take the edge off.
- 6:15Speaker 1: That's when I'm like, I'll have a glass of wine.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I'm not socially drinking, but I'm saying it's not drinking.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Bark, someone who does not drink at all. A glass
- 6:23Speaker 2: of wine is drinking.
- 6:24Speaker 1: But it's not really, it's just to take the edge
- 6:26Speaker 1: off so that I'm not like tense. You know, stress
- 6:29Speaker 1: is bad, right, So if I can take.
- 6:32Speaker 4: The edge off.
- 6:32Speaker 3: But if you were taking an edible, well I don't
- 6:36Speaker 3: dabble in that.
- 6:37Speaker 5: So I don't justify what you want to justify. I'm
- 6:39Speaker 5: just saying there's drinking or there's no saying.
- 6:41Speaker 3: I wouldn't say you're sober, but you're drinking less that way.
- 6:44Speaker 6: Yeah, I didn't say I'm sober.
- 6:46Speaker 5: Haven't you're not drinking since August.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Because I'm not since August. Yes, I don't.
- 6:52Speaker 3: I haven't seen her drink since August, thank you.
- 6:55Speaker 1: At the Backstreet Boys concert, I had like a sip
- 6:58Speaker 1: of wine at dinner. I remember I had I remember
- 7:01Speaker 1: exactly the times I drank because it was like I
- 7:04Speaker 1: was very stressed.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Very intentional about your what you're consuming. And that's both
- 7:10Speaker 2: of you can be right.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Thank you. I just say you should have been more
- 7:14Speaker 5: specific in your wording about not drinking.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Well, I'm not really drinking right now.
- 7:19Speaker 3: However, however, being very intentional about your drinking.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Yes, and on Friday you were to drink. You know,
- 7:29Speaker 1: she needed a drink. I needed to take the edge
- 7:30Speaker 1: off and just a glass of wine. Okay, that's all
- 7:34Speaker 1: I'm drinking. Okay, no hard liquor or anything else. And
- 7:40Speaker 1: it was really nice.
- 7:42Speaker 4: I feel I felt my shoulders fall down.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I was like flying high, like I was just in
- 7:50Speaker 1: a good place.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Uh huh.
- 7:53Speaker 4: So anyways, that was a little bit about about that.
- 7:55Speaker 3: There's no but there's not a story following that.
- 7:58Speaker 4: I'm not sure where I was going.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Guys really distracted me with the drinking thing. But anyways,
- 8:02Speaker 1: Oh oh, the celebrating our six years.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Right, Oh yeah, so I don't know.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I just felt like I wanted to celebrate it this year.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Who knows it will keep celebrating every year, but it. Yeah,
- 8:12Speaker 1: I got him a cake with his first.
- 8:16Speaker 2: So funny, what do you say, water planty plans for weekend?
- 8:21Speaker 1: I'm like, what a horrible opening line? And you ate
- 8:24Speaker 1: it up and yeah, right, and here we are.
- 8:27Speaker 4: Yeah. So it just goes to show you opening lines
- 8:30Speaker 4: aren't make or break.
- 8:32Speaker 2: We knew that because you were sending Happy Saturday to people.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Correct correct opening lines weren't your end all be all.
- 8:39Speaker 1: But it was really cute because he sent me flowers
- 8:41Speaker 1: and he said he like signed it the date that
- 8:43Speaker 1: changed our lives forever.
- 8:45Speaker 4: I was like, oh, that's a cute way to think
- 8:46Speaker 4: of it. You know, it is cute. Yeah, but he
- 8:50Speaker 4: got it together me too. Yeah.
- 8:56Speaker 1: No. And so then we watched Pluribus this weekend.
- 9:00Speaker 4: No spoilers, no spoiler. I don't even think I could
- 9:03Speaker 4: spoil it if I.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Have no idea? What that is? My Laura bus, Yes,
- 9:08Speaker 3: what is it?
- 9:09Speaker 1: So I'm glad you asked the creator of Breaking Bad
- 9:13Speaker 1: and Better call Saul.
- 9:15Speaker 4: What's his name?
- 9:15Speaker 5: Vince Gilligan.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Vince Gilligan created this new show called Pluribus. The trailer
- 9:21Speaker 1: came out and I was like, what even is this?
- 9:22Speaker 1: It makes no sense. We watched the first two episodes amazing,
- 9:26Speaker 1: Like I'm actually gonna listen to the accompanying podcast because
- 9:29Speaker 1: I'm so I know nerdler.
- 9:33Speaker 3: I love that, that's what makes you a nerd.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Yeah, but like it's so good.
- 9:37Speaker 3: What's it on?
- 9:39Speaker 4: It is on TV Plus.
- 9:41Speaker 3: Oh, good to know. But we were looking for a
- 9:43Speaker 3: new show to start. Is it a weekly release? Yes,
- 9:48Speaker 3: so Friday planting another weekly release.
- 9:52Speaker 1: We've been so upset because we've been wanting to binge
- 9:54Speaker 1: something new and then we found Pluribus. So excited and
- 9:57Speaker 1: there's only two episodes out.
- 9:59Speaker 2: It makes it so much more fun. I'm so I
- 10:03Speaker 2: cannot binge TV shows anymore.
- 10:05Speaker 1: The finale comes out like the day after Hallo, Halloween,
- 10:08Speaker 1: the day after Christmas, oh, every Friday up until Christmas.
- 10:12Speaker 4: I think it's nine episodes.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Wow, I'm gonna introduce. Do you need to watch the
- 10:16Speaker 2: other shows? No that they don't have anything to do with.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Each other with it great totally on its own.
- 10:20Speaker 3: We started Squid Games the Challenge.
- 10:23Speaker 4: It is so good, so good, and.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I'm so bummed because I felt that I actually could
- 10:29Speaker 2: binge that show. I can binge like a competition type
- 10:32Speaker 2: show naturally, But when it ended, it was like new
- 10:36Speaker 2: episodes whenever they come on I was like, what the heck, why.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Don't we start?
- 10:40Speaker 4: There's a new Squad Games.
- 10:42Speaker 3: There's a new season of The Challenge.
- 10:44Speaker 4: Oh real, that's exciting news.
- 10:47Speaker 3: I actually like it better than the scripted show.
- 10:50Speaker 2: I like there's no death, Yeah, no death, just disqualified
- 10:53Speaker 2: just fun, fun games.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Yeah, heink was like.
- 10:56Speaker 3: My sister was like, I feel like you'd crush it
- 10:58Speaker 3: in Squid Games.
- 10:59Speaker 2: You there's something about the amount of people that overwhelms
- 11:03Speaker 2: me so much.
- 11:04Speaker 4: I can see that, but they get rid of.
- 11:06Speaker 2: So many quickly. Yeah, but there are some games that
- 11:09Speaker 2: I want to try just to see. But it's weird
- 11:12Speaker 2: because when there's pressure, it's like people's hands were shaking
- 11:14Speaker 2: trying to do things, and.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Like, come on, get it together. Yeah, great show.
- 11:22Speaker 1: And then I wanted to try All's Fair because I
- 11:24Speaker 1: saw that it got a zero percent on Rotten Tomatoes?
- 11:27Speaker 3: Is that Kim Kardashian, Yes, it got zero.
- 11:30Speaker 1: It got zero on Rotten Tomatoes. For reference, Pluribus got
- 11:33Speaker 1: a hundred.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Do you know what I think about All's Fair?
- 11:37Speaker 4: You watched it.
- 11:38Speaker 2: I haven't watched it, but I've been seeing all these
- 11:40Speaker 2: like horrible articles about it saying how bad it is.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I think it's a pr thing to get people to
- 11:46Speaker 2: watch it and have it be able to be like,
- 11:48Speaker 2: oh my god, that's the worst shop.
- 11:50Speaker 4: I'm going to tell you.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I want to have a talk with the Rotten Tomatoes critics.
- 11:54Speaker 1: They must be all men. There's no way there's any
- 11:57Speaker 1: women on that Cutia.
- 11:59Speaker 5: You do it like.
- 12:01Speaker 4: You're Rotten Tomatoes.
- 12:03Speaker 1: I disagree with you, and I feel like you're a
- 12:04Speaker 1: bunch of dudes just wanting to you. Don't think there's
- 12:08Speaker 1: that has all women. It's all women.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Yeah, and it's Ryan Murphy created the show.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Ryan Murphy created the show.
- 12:15Speaker 5: He's male. I'm just saying, but like all.
- 12:19Speaker 1: The main characters are women, and it's like about powerful
- 12:23Speaker 1: women and this law firm, and it's very campy, right silly,
- 12:30Speaker 1: over the top, but like there's a through line that
- 12:32Speaker 1: has me invested.
- 12:34Speaker 4: Like I'm like, it is not a zero.
- 12:36Speaker 5: Zero's crazy crazy, It is an update, breaking news. It
- 12:41Speaker 5: is no longer a zero oh four.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Four percent, that's right, zero.
- 12:46Speaker 1: It's literally ludicrous, like roten Tomatoes, You're so wrong.
- 12:50Speaker 5: I'm just an aggregator of different reviews which are positive
- 12:53Speaker 5: and which you're negative. That's all Rotten Tomatoes is they're
- 12:55Speaker 5: not giving their opinion.
- 12:56Speaker 4: But it's the critics. It's not that there's two.
- 12:58Speaker 5: Different reviews logged in here. One was positive, twenty two
- 13:02Speaker 5: we're negative. That's where you get.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Your really low amount of people that are even voting
- 13:06Speaker 3: it is.
- 13:07Speaker 5: I'll throw out that there's also the audience score that
- 13:10Speaker 5: viewers can do, and that is currently at sixty seven percent.
- 13:13Speaker 5: That's a great score for it, but higher than you
- 13:15Speaker 5: would give it.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Yes, oh, you're watching it.
- 13:18Speaker 4: I'm watching oh oh, and I like it. Like I'm
- 13:21Speaker 4: not saying.
- 13:22Speaker 1: This is like the greatest TV show of all time,
- 13:24Speaker 1: but it's definitely not a zero and I'm going to
- 13:26Speaker 1: continue to watch it and finish it.
- 13:28Speaker 4: I like it.
- 13:29Speaker 5: How would you rate it on a scale of one
- 13:30Speaker 5: to one hundred?
- 13:32Speaker 4: Forty nine?
- 13:34Speaker 3: Thing didn't even go to didn't even go to half.
- 13:37Speaker 5: Not a good review?
- 13:38Speaker 4: Okay, fine fifty nine.
- 13:40Speaker 5: Oh okay, we're jumping still not into even the D category,
- 13:44Speaker 5: still an F.
- 13:45Speaker 1: But well, because like here's the thing, I know Robbie
- 13:48Speaker 1: would probably not enjoy watching it. Yeah, so I'm like
- 13:52Speaker 1: trying to cater it to like fifty percent, you know
- 13:55Speaker 1: what I mean, might like it, fifty percent, might not
- 13:57Speaker 1: like it.
- 13:58Speaker 4: That's life. Yeah, those are the odds.
- 14:01Speaker 1: But I just want to stand on this hill of
- 14:03Speaker 1: all's fair, like it is not as bad as these
- 14:05Speaker 1: rotten Tomato critics. And I'd like to have a word
- 14:07Speaker 1: of these rotten Tomato critics because I.
- 14:09Speaker 5: Just by comparison pluribus fifty nine reviews in.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Still and what's the audience review on eight?
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, just like anything though, everyone is entitled
- 14:26Speaker 2: to their opinion. But if you if you just watch
- 14:29Speaker 2: it yourself, if you have interested in it, at least
- 14:31Speaker 2: give it an episode and then if you're not into it,
- 14:33Speaker 2: stop watching it.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Yeah, to each their own, to each their but giving
- 14:37Speaker 1: out a zero is just like to me, it's it's
- 14:41Speaker 1: just like wanting to knock Kim Kardashian down.
- 14:42Speaker 4: I'm not about that life, you know.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I did love the video of them interviewing and.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Her and Sarah pals are just giggling.
- 14:50Speaker 3: I maybe you want to watch the show that interview alone.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Well, it's not going to give you that.
- 14:59Speaker 3: Maybe I want to s import them.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Yeah, me too, though, my god, these are my girls.
- 15:05Speaker 1: But anyways, so that was a little bit about my weekend,
- 15:09Speaker 1: and then we decorated for Christmas, and we had a
- 15:11Speaker 1: two hour tutoring session for this card game called Canasta.
- 15:17Speaker 3: How does that come about in the schedule?
- 15:19Speaker 1: So it's one of one of Robbie's best friend's wives. Well,
- 15:24Speaker 1: she's like, friends, she's one of my friends. Now, okay,
- 15:26Speaker 1: one of our friends plays. You have to play with
- 15:29Speaker 1: four people. You have to have four people to play, okay.
- 15:32Speaker 1: And her husband does not want to play with her,
- 15:34Speaker 1: And so she's like, you guys love card games. You
- 15:35Speaker 1: would love this game. Let me gift you for like
- 15:38Speaker 1: your wedding, she said, to learn how to play it.
- 15:41Speaker 1: We're like, oh my god, you need look a tutor,
- 15:42Speaker 1: Like this is so crazy, but thank god because it
- 15:45Speaker 1: is very complicated and it took the full two hours.
- 15:48Speaker 1: But I was at the end of the two hours,
- 15:49Speaker 1: I was like begging her not to sleep. I was like,
- 15:50Speaker 1: one more round, one more round.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Oh wow, yeah, so it's worth it. I'm so into it.
- 15:55Speaker 4: It was like thinking about it last night.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Does the game itself take that long to play?
- 16:00Speaker 4: You could play it all day? Could you have? It's
- 16:02Speaker 4: like the first person to like eighty five hundred points.
- 16:04Speaker 4: I think.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I've checked out this conversation.
- 16:10Speaker 1: She's gone, no, but you get points very easily. Like
- 16:14Speaker 1: you at one round you can have like eleven hundred points.
- 16:17Speaker 6: Oh yeah, okay, yeah that's a lot of points.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Yeah, the scoring seems not kind.
- 16:23Speaker 1: It's not gonna be my friend, but yeah, yeah it
- 16:26Speaker 1: was really fun.
- 16:27Speaker 4: That's a really good click and Hale would like to play.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll I'll turn see where her schedule has a
- 16:34Speaker 3: two hour opening for that. A willingness to learn and
- 16:39Speaker 3: free time, and then I'll have to check on myself.
- 16:43Speaker 1: How fun would that be the four of us, like
- 16:45Speaker 1: sitting down at a little card table and just canastang
- 16:48Speaker 1: all day?
- 16:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I dream.
- 16:50Speaker 3: I know, I don't know if we share the same
- 16:53Speaker 3: dream in that, but you know what I do have
- 16:55Speaker 3: to say, I love the willingness to learn something new
- 16:58Speaker 3: because I've lost and I'm trying to think of something
- 17:01Speaker 3: that I want to be like that i'm not already
- 17:05Speaker 3: that I don't already know and put myself in a
- 17:08Speaker 3: position to learn because it's not my natural instinct my
- 17:11Speaker 3: whole life, if I wasn't immediately good at something, I
- 17:15Speaker 3: was just like not interested, as opposed to being like,
- 17:18Speaker 3: I'm not good at it, But I want to be
- 17:20Speaker 3: challenged to learn.
- 17:21Speaker 4: I was just like, nah, no, forget that.
- 17:24Speaker 2: My focus right now, which I've had in the past
- 17:26Speaker 2: thinking about this, which I may have talked about on.
- 17:28Speaker 4: The podcast, but can you tell us when we come back?
- 17:31Speaker 4: Great job, all right, we're back.
- 17:49Speaker 3: So something I've I've been wanting to learn, and again
- 17:53Speaker 3: I don't know if I've mentioned it on the podcast,
- 17:55Speaker 3: but it's playing the piano.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Because the image of you sitting down with the piano
- 18:01Speaker 1: instructor learning the.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Pianos are made to play the piano, the tle, the ivories.
- 18:09Speaker 2: But anyways, I watch people play on TikTok and I'm like,
- 18:12Speaker 2: it's just it makes everything so beautiful. Imagine if I
- 18:15Speaker 2: could learn a song, like one of my favorite songs,
- 18:18Speaker 2: and then I could just play it.
- 18:20Speaker 4: Imagine a grand piano in your living room.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Sexy of this space for that but maybe Okay, So
- 18:30Speaker 1: where are you gonna find a tutor?
- 18:32Speaker 3: Well, that's what I have to locate. I have to
- 18:33Speaker 3: find someone.
- 18:35Speaker 2: I don't know if I want like a I don't
- 18:38Speaker 2: know if I want someone who just does piano lessons
- 18:42Speaker 2: like I liked, someone who knows how to play piano
- 18:45Speaker 2: and can teach me in an easier way as opposed
- 18:46Speaker 2: to like learning the See this is my problem. I
- 18:50Speaker 2: want to skip steps.
- 18:51Speaker 1: No, you gotta be you gotta start from the beginning,
- 18:54Speaker 1: but I don't.
- 18:55Speaker 4: That's sad. Cute cute said cute sad.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Or maybe sad. You can't need that in a minute?
- 19:02Speaker 4: Why is it not? Sure?
- 19:05Speaker 3: But you wanting to learn canasta for two hours?
- 19:07Speaker 4: Isn't? This is amazing? Yeah, I used to have.
- 19:11Speaker 1: I used to know piano, Like, I had piano lessons
- 19:14Speaker 1: the lady that was like five blocks down, so I'd
- 19:17Speaker 1: like walk to my piano lesson walk home. So cute,
- 19:20Speaker 1: that's really cute. I know didn't retain any of it.
- 19:23Speaker 1: I know, maybe we could do it together. No, I
- 19:29Speaker 1: got too much Canasta.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Alone, too much TV to binge and.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Can Yeah, and my old pursue right now is cooking
- 19:38Speaker 1: because I just feel like Robbie does all of our cooking.
- 19:40Speaker 4: And I'm like, maybe him, let him.
- 19:42Speaker 3: That is such a gift.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Just I think he'd appreciate me. He's like dropped some
- 19:47Speaker 1: hints lately. I just send him now recipes on Instagram
- 19:52Speaker 1: all to sport them to him, and he was like, oh,
- 19:54Speaker 1: are you going to make this one for me? I'm like, oh,
- 19:56Speaker 1: sure I can. Okay, So I was like this on Sunday.
- 20:01Speaker 1: He was making all the meat for the week and
- 20:02Speaker 1: I was like, I'll do the rice. I messed up
- 20:06Speaker 1: the rice. It was like porridge. It was literally like
- 20:09Speaker 1: soggy oatmeal. I'm like, how the hell does one person
- 20:12Speaker 1: mess up rice?
- 20:13Speaker 3: This is what you have to do. There's a way
- 20:15Speaker 3: of getting around this.
- 20:17Speaker 4: Oh, just messing everything up to eat it. And then
- 20:21Speaker 4: he's like no, he goes, you gotta get rid of
- 20:24Speaker 4: this one. Try again. He goes, maybe look it up
- 20:26Speaker 4: on Chatchy, but he goes, I watch YouTube videos.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Sometimes I'm like, okay, dad, I'll try again.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:35Speaker 2: My thing with cooking is like, sure you can learn,
- 20:38Speaker 2: but I think some people just have it.
- 20:40Speaker 4: I agree, and I don't.
- 20:41Speaker 1: He just like makes stuff like in his head. He's like, oh,
- 20:45Speaker 1: to make like these like turkey patty things.
- 20:47Speaker 3: That does this too? Yeah, make some meatballs.
- 20:50Speaker 1: I mean, look it up on CHATCHYPTA and watch a
- 20:52Speaker 1: YouTube video. I'm like, I just don't have that.
- 20:55Speaker 3: This is your piano.
- 20:57Speaker 4: I have to learn. Yeah, we have to. Yeah, I do.
- 21:01Speaker 4: I'm like I would like to contribute somehow, But the.
- 21:03Speaker 3: Thing so I like baking because it's very you just
- 21:07Speaker 3: fought you have to follow the instruction right, and it's
- 21:09Speaker 3: just ingredients.
- 21:10Speaker 2: This is how much you need, right, But cooking is
- 21:13Speaker 2: very like by the heart.
- 21:17Speaker 4: What's a pinch to pitch to you? Pitch to me?
- 21:20Speaker 4: Very different.
- 21:20Speaker 3: It could either be salty or nosis.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like, be generous with the salt. So I'm
- 21:25Speaker 1: pouring into all of those babes.
- 21:26Speaker 4: It's generous. I'm like, how much more generous can I be?
- 21:30Speaker 3: Was that for your poorde? Rice? Well, I'm with you.
- 21:35Speaker 3: That is not something that I have in me. And
- 21:38Speaker 3: I know I just watched this video of this woman.
- 21:41Speaker 2: She's like in her fifties and she's she was saying
- 21:43Speaker 2: she's been married twice and she's like, I would love
- 21:46Speaker 2: to have a partnership and in like a relationship, but
- 21:51Speaker 2: I'm just not doing it anymore. I'm not coming home
- 21:54Speaker 2: from a long day of work and cooking for someone
- 21:57Speaker 2: to just have a meal, warm cooked meal, because I'm
- 22:01Speaker 2: fine eating cereal if I want and interesting. If he's
- 22:05Speaker 2: not able to just be content with what we have
- 22:08Speaker 2: or make his own meal, I'm not doing it again.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Like you can tell, she's just fed up and it's like,
- 22:14Speaker 2: and I'm not revolving my weekends around a sporting event.
- 22:17Speaker 2: If I want to do sports, I'll play a sport.
- 22:20Speaker 2: But why would I watch other people play sports and revolve.
- 22:23Speaker 4: My time around I'm with her.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I'm like Sundays, Robbie's checked out, like he is like
- 22:29Speaker 1: a walking zombie, and I'm like, if he's not watching
- 22:31Speaker 1: the football, he's playing the fantasy with his friends, Like
- 22:34Speaker 1: it's just like all consuming.
- 22:35Speaker 4: So now I'm just like, Okay, I thought you changed
- 22:38Speaker 4: your tune on that.
- 22:39Speaker 1: No baseball I got into and the glee in his
- 22:42Speaker 1: eyes with that was like life changing. It was so cute,
- 22:45Speaker 1: like how happy he was that I was like into it.
- 22:48Speaker 4: The football I just cannot get behind.
- 22:50Speaker 2: The only thing Haley cares about is Formula one and
- 22:53Speaker 2: my cares. I mean, she'll watch recap videos on Instagram
- 22:57Speaker 2: and then she's done.
- 23:00Speaker 3: That's the extent of our sports.
- 23:02Speaker 1: It makes me sad because I'm like, he watches Love
- 23:04Speaker 1: Island with me, and I'm like, I'm so happy.
- 23:09Speaker 3: It's a it is a it's a compromise.
- 23:11Speaker 1: But I also feel like me just like acknowledging that
- 23:14Speaker 1: he's gone on Sundays, like is doing my part, you know.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Like not expecting him to be present with me. Yeah,
- 23:21Speaker 2: that's your that's your support.
- 23:22Speaker 4: I'm not nagging anymore period.
- 23:30Speaker 3: The Grammy nominations are out, Yes, I know, I'll.
- 23:34Speaker 5: Talk to you about this. What did you think about this?
- 23:36Speaker 4: Oh Mark? I thought they were quite a miss What
- 23:38Speaker 4: about you, miss.
- 23:41Speaker 1: D I feel like, uh, Justin Bieber should have gotten
- 23:44Speaker 1: more love.
- 23:46Speaker 5: I mean, you got an Album of the Year that's
- 23:48Speaker 5: pretty great.
- 23:49Speaker 4: Yeah, but like record of the Year.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Did he did he the Winter get nominated for Justice?
- 23:58Speaker 3: Because I love that album Love.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Also, I feel like what's his name? Role model not
- 24:05Speaker 1: getting Best New Artist.
- 24:08Speaker 5: I've cooled off on him, why because I love that
- 24:12Speaker 5: song Sally when the Wine runs out. I think it
- 24:14Speaker 5: was my pick for a Song of Summer.
- 24:16Speaker 3: I think I know that as well, which I don't know.
- 24:19Speaker 5: He was on SNL and he was kind of I
- 24:22Speaker 5: med I did. I thought he was cute. I don't know.
- 24:24Speaker 5: I've cooled off on him. I think he might be
- 24:26Speaker 5: a one hit wonder.
- 24:27Speaker 3: Yeah, he's very cute.
- 24:29Speaker 1: So cute, and I feel like he was like the
- 24:32Speaker 1: moment he had a nice moment.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Yeah, I feel like it was.
- 24:35Speaker 2: It's weird because I feel like Sombers having what I
- 24:38Speaker 2: thought Role Model.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Was going to have, if that makes sense.
- 24:43Speaker 2: I was bummed that gig Perez wasn't on the New Artist.
- 24:46Speaker 2: Her album is so good and she's such a Grammy artist,
- 24:50Speaker 2: you know.
- 24:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm really hoping Olivia Dean wins best new Art.
- 24:56Speaker 3: I love her.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Mess with me the other day, it was like, l
- 24:59Speaker 4: O L, you're such poser.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Using all Olivia Dean's music after you didn't know it,
- 25:04Speaker 1: and Becka.
- 25:04Speaker 4: Told you it was like poser, loser, boom er, call
- 25:07Speaker 4: me whatever.
- 25:07Speaker 3: It's not even anything.
- 25:08Speaker 2: It's like it's someone saying, oh my gosh, this artist
- 25:11Speaker 2: is amazing, and you going, oh my.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Gosh, I haven't heard of her. I love her music.
- 25:16Speaker 4: That's music. I'm obsessed with her now.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:19Speaker 4: The whole thing is.
- 25:20Speaker 2: So I just love I love her and I love
- 25:23Speaker 2: her vibe and I love her music.
- 25:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:25Speaker 2: I watch every interview that I stumble upon and she's
- 25:29Speaker 2: so lovely.
- 25:30Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Define Gravity it is on there, which is about a
- 25:38Speaker 2: year late, but we will accept it.
- 25:40Speaker 5: Well, they have that window. Like Taylor wasn't eligible this year.
- 25:44Speaker 5: Define Gravity is eligible this year. It's like a year Window.
- 25:47Speaker 5: I'm not sure when it begins an end, but I
- 25:49Speaker 5: can find that out.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Well, it must end before October, right, yeah, because that's
- 25:54Speaker 2: when Taylor's album.
- 25:55Speaker 5: It's August to August.
- 25:57Speaker 3: So then if Taylor was to get nominated, be.
- 25:59Speaker 5: For next yeah, she'd be for next year.
- 26:02Speaker 2: So is that why Billy Billie Eilish Wildflower is up?
- 26:06Speaker 5: I guess because yes, single was released.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Augus, rioting for her last year that Birds of a
- 26:12Speaker 2: Feather didn't win more.
- 26:14Speaker 3: And then I saw that Okay.
- 26:16Speaker 4: Okay, so I will die on this hill. But this
- 26:19Speaker 4: Lord album was so good.
- 26:21Speaker 3: People are really upset about the Lord, Lord of it all?
- 26:24Speaker 4: Yeah, Like I just feel like everybody's missing it.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:29Speaker 5: Now my daughters are both very into that album.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Yes, it's so good, and I just I feel like
- 26:34Speaker 1: I didn't get the credit it deserves, not just in
- 26:36Speaker 1: the Grammys, but in like.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I really haven't heard much about it.
- 26:40Speaker 2: And then I saw people being really upset about it
- 26:42Speaker 2: and not getting nominated.
- 26:43Speaker 5: Such a good album, And you could make the same
- 26:46Speaker 5: market about Lord in general has not gotten the credit
- 26:48Speaker 5: she has deserved her whole career.
- 26:50Speaker 3: I agree. What do we think Live Lord? What do
- 26:53Speaker 3: we think about the new Hillary Duff song.
- 26:57Speaker 4: I love it, you hate it?
- 27:00Speaker 5: I think.
- 27:00Speaker 2: I think it's really fun. It reminds me of Carli
- 27:02Speaker 2: ray Jepson, like that.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Za Lena Majemmy younger.
- 27:08Speaker 4: I love it, Yeah, so good.
- 27:10Speaker 3: I just love Hillary da I do too, just rooting
- 27:13Speaker 3: for her all the time.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Do you know who the song is like allegedly about.
- 27:16Speaker 3: I am reading about this, but I'm so confused. Is
- 27:19Speaker 3: that real?
- 27:20Speaker 1: So I don't know because I try to find photos
- 27:22Speaker 1: of them dating, and I was unsuccessful at finding those
- 27:27Speaker 1: paparazzi shots, and I feel like those would be somewhere
- 27:31Speaker 1: right if she dated we're talking about Leonardo DiCaprio.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Yeah, the rumors it's about Leonardo DiCaprio. But yeah, especially
- 27:38Speaker 2: during that time where paparazzi was at an all time high.
- 27:41Speaker 4: Yeah, feels feels suspicious.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Who else did she date?
- 27:47Speaker 1: But no, but the lyrics are very Leo of you
- 27:51Speaker 1: with your scorpio touch Leo. His name is Leo, yes,
- 27:55Speaker 1: and he is a scorpio. He is a scorpio.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Uh huh do you know I was?
- 28:02Speaker 2: I was obsessively Leonardo DiCaprio and my due date of
- 28:06Speaker 2: when I was supposed to be born was November eleventh,
- 28:08Speaker 2: and I really felt connected.
- 28:10Speaker 5: Wow, that's a stretch.
- 28:13Speaker 3: I was really trying to stretch and make us soulmates
- 28:15Speaker 3: at the time.
- 28:16Speaker 4: Leonardo DiCaprio gives me the dick.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Well, yeah, but Titanic Leo.
- 28:20Speaker 4: I can't separate the two, Oh I can.
- 28:22Speaker 3: I watch The Titanic and I'm like, back in it.
- 28:26Speaker 4: I can't.
- 28:27Speaker 2: I can appreciate him and Kate Winslet and I'm like, wow,
- 28:31Speaker 2: I love them and they love each other.
- 28:34Speaker 3: I saw this edit. You know what, Really, when people
- 28:38Speaker 3: can pull clips and put a good emotional song to it,
- 28:42Speaker 3: like ruin the friendship to Leo and Kate, I'm like,
- 28:46Speaker 3: why are they not? They're meant to.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Be because he died.
- 28:52Speaker 5: No, she's not talking about I was like.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Spoiler alert, sorry, yes, yes, the real.
- 29:04Speaker 4: Leo is live.
- 29:04Speaker 3: His character died, but I feel like he loves her.
- 29:08Speaker 1: I'll tell you why they're not together in real life
- 29:10Speaker 1: because he doesn't date women his age, I know.
- 29:13Speaker 2: But that's because he thinks that he needs to be
- 29:16Speaker 2: like Peter Pan or whatever. Peter Pan syndrome is that
- 29:19Speaker 2: what it's called when you feel like you need to
- 29:21Speaker 2: be younger, But I think his true love is.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Kate Win's live.
- 29:25Speaker 4: Is Kate Winslet married?
- 29:26Speaker 3: No?
- 29:27Speaker 4: Wait, she that it's so.
- 29:33Speaker 5: She is married?
- 29:35Speaker 4: Well, the one that got away she is.
- 29:38Speaker 5: I think so I'm double confirming here. I might need
- 29:43Speaker 5: a minute on that star that's putting the pressure on me.
- 29:46Speaker 3: I want to put respect on her marriage.
- 29:48Speaker 2: And I'm happy that she's happy, but I do feel
- 29:51Speaker 2: like he should have ruined the friendship when the opportunity
- 29:57Speaker 2: was there.
- 29:58Speaker 5: She's married to businessman Edward Smith. They've been married since
- 30:01Speaker 5: twenty twelve, and I'm so happy for thirteen years next month.
- 30:05Speaker 3: That's amazing.
- 30:06Speaker 2: And you know what, I didn't know about it because
- 30:08Speaker 2: that's not who she's. She's like, I am an actress
- 30:12Speaker 2: and I'm going to talk about my work, but you
- 30:14Speaker 2: don't need to know much about my personal life with Edward.
- 30:18Speaker 5: That's his name, Edward. Okay, So it looks like that's
- 30:21Speaker 5: not gonna happen.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Okay, Well, good back to that conversation.
- 30:28Speaker 2: Oh, Jennifer Anderson posted with her boyfriend. Yeah, it's been
- 30:32Speaker 2: like rumored for a minute, but she confirmed it on
- 30:35Speaker 2: her Instagram.
- 30:36Speaker 4: Yeah, the little happy birthday. But he talks a lot.
- 30:42Speaker 3: What do you mean?
- 30:43Speaker 1: Like, I feel like she always dates guys that are
- 30:45Speaker 1: like not in the public eye, and I was like,
- 30:47Speaker 1: taking aback at how many videos I've seen of this
- 30:50Speaker 1: guy like just talking like he talks, like does that
- 30:53Speaker 1: not throw you off a little?
- 30:55Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 30:55Speaker 1: Right?
- 30:55Speaker 3: I looked into him and he's like a love guru
- 30:58Speaker 3: or whatever it does. I was like, oh, that's not
- 30:59Speaker 3: her typical.
- 31:00Speaker 4: But a hypnotist or something. He's like a hypnotist, hypnotist.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Hypnoticism if not a sism.
- 31:09Speaker 1: But yeah, it was like really thrown off by how
- 31:13Speaker 1: much he talks, like I don't know.
- 31:15Speaker 4: I'm like, so, I don't know.
- 31:17Speaker 1: But not about her, no no, no, no, no no, but
- 31:20Speaker 1: just in general, like I feel like when Jennifer Anison dates,
- 31:23Speaker 1: it's like low key nobody knows who the guy is
- 31:26Speaker 1: or the guy also doesn't talk like you've.
- 31:29Speaker 3: Publicly been with anyone since she and Justin.
- 31:33Speaker 4: Yeah yeah yeah yeah, But again like Justin Throad doesn't knock.
- 31:37Speaker 3: We never we just would see them here and there.
- 31:39Speaker 4: And write never heard him talk never.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Never, he does not speak. I do have to tell you, though,
- 31:47Speaker 3: something that the people got right. What I'll tell you
- 31:50Speaker 3: when we come back. All right, we're back.
- 32:08Speaker 2: So something that the people, and I do mean people
- 32:11Speaker 2: finally got right.
- 32:13Speaker 5: Oh, I know what you're saying. I get it.
- 32:16Speaker 4: I want to guess.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Okay, oh I know.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Jonathan Bailey as Sexiest Man Alive is.
- 32:23Speaker 3: The first one in a minute that I've been ling.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Absolutely I love.
- 32:30Speaker 4: Him, you don't, No, I do love him.
- 32:34Speaker 2: I just feel like he has the charm, he has
- 32:37Speaker 2: the looks, he has the talent, he has the.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Ja, the respect, he's lovely, he has the accent.
- 32:47Speaker 3: What more could you want?
- 32:48Speaker 1: And he has a family. I feel like the Wicked
- 32:52Speaker 1: cast is like a family.
- 32:55Speaker 4: No, no, no. And when he got the Sexiest.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Man Alive, they all we're excited. They like shot these
- 33:00Speaker 1: videos to congratulate them.
- 33:02Speaker 4: I'm like, I love that me too. It's wicked months.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Like I just feel like they really people did their
- 33:10Speaker 1: uh they did their Easter eggs and they did.
- 33:13Speaker 4: Them right, you know what I mean? How was it
- 33:16Speaker 4: Easter egg I'm not sure.
- 33:18Speaker 1: I wasn't really sure what to put there, but like
- 33:21Speaker 1: they took all the dots and they like really were
- 33:24Speaker 1: like intentional about it.
- 33:27Speaker 5: But isn't it also like look here, sexyest can be
- 33:31Speaker 5: yeahn't knowledge. It's a pr thing. It's just the right
- 33:34Speaker 5: pr people are getting to the right people at people
- 33:35Speaker 5: and making this happen and probably paying people a lot
- 33:38Speaker 5: of money to do that. So it's a big promotion
- 33:40Speaker 5: for Wicked and is fake. I think it's more and
- 33:45Speaker 5: more fake because all of these outlets can't survive anymore.
- 33:48Speaker 5: It's a magazine. How many magazines even still exist? Well,
- 33:51Speaker 5: let me tell you, very creative with their income streams,
- 33:54Speaker 5: that's my thought.
- 33:55Speaker 1: Well, then let's make our own list scrubbing in sexiest
- 34:02Speaker 1: woman Alive. We can come up with a better title.
- 34:06Speaker 1: I'm just chopping up right now.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Well, I'm regardless of the fact that it could very well.
- 34:14Speaker 2: I'm saying, we love, we need cynics.
- 34:20Speaker 4: The Rotten Tomatoes critics. He totally literally is you are.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Like the epitome of the Rotten Tomato Critics crew.
- 34:29Speaker 5: I have a gray anatomy, Gripe.
- 34:30Speaker 3: If you want to hear it, oh my god, I do.
- 34:32Speaker 2: And I didn't watch last week, but I didn't want
- 34:35Speaker 2: to hear Gripe because Mark said, for the for the
- 34:37Speaker 2: first time, he admitted it was horrible.
- 34:39Speaker 5: Look, there's been some rough stretches and I don't think
- 34:42Speaker 5: this season is a rough stretch. I'm actually enjoying the season.
- 34:44Speaker 5: I'm enjoying some of the new interns. I'm enjoying the
- 34:46Speaker 5: season in general. This last week was awful, by the way,
- 34:49Speaker 5: another week no Hunt, no Altman, like another week Rock.
- 34:55Speaker 5: A handful of doctors just don't exist because abcesn't want
- 34:57Speaker 5: to pay them and all see other theme. It's all
- 35:00Speaker 5: big theme that no one's making any money anymore. Anyway,
- 35:03Speaker 5: So a bunch of actors randomly missing, and so Kwan
- 35:07Speaker 5: and Milan go over to a woman's house because she
- 35:10Speaker 5: hasn't been calling about her diabetes medication and she really
- 35:13Speaker 5: it's overdue and we so they just had to go
- 35:15Speaker 5: to her house and check on her, which is wrong
- 35:17Speaker 5: on many many levels, but anyway, they do that long
- 35:20Speaker 5: story short. At the end, of course, they save her
- 35:23Speaker 5: life and she was going to die. In the end,
- 35:25Speaker 5: they're standing in the driveway that's women's house, and Millan
- 35:28Speaker 5: says to Quan, how did you know to come here
- 35:31Speaker 5: and check on her? And Quan says, it's just a
- 35:34Speaker 5: good feeling, I guess, and Milan says, my gut's normally
- 35:39Speaker 5: full of pizza. There's an actual dialogue exchange on Grey's
- 35:46Speaker 5: Anatomy in twenty twenty five. It's like, if that were
- 35:49Speaker 5: on a Nickelodeon show, I'd have rolled my eyes at
- 35:51Speaker 5: what a bad exchange that one.
- 35:53Speaker 3: I would have had like a bad laugh chime exactly exactly.
- 35:56Speaker 5: That's what it was like. I was like, what are
- 35:58Speaker 5: we doing? Like what? These are professional television writers, right,
- 36:02Speaker 5: there's a million of them.
- 36:03Speaker 3: I don't know what's happening.
- 36:04Speaker 5: A lot are probably out of work and need jobs,
- 36:06Speaker 5: and this is what we have on Gray's Anatomy. I
- 36:08Speaker 5: was really frustrated with that because really, anything else she
- 36:11Speaker 5: could have said there, she could have just said I'm
- 36:14Speaker 5: glad you did. She would have died like anything. You
- 36:16Speaker 5: don't need a joke there, there's no reason for a
- 36:18Speaker 5: joke standing in the driveway right there. No, Oh the
- 36:22Speaker 5: show they're making it so hard.
- 36:24Speaker 3: Wasn't that the fall finale?
- 36:26Speaker 1: Oh?
- 36:26Speaker 5: No, I think it was. I will find out because
- 36:30Speaker 5: it's better not be actually.
- 36:31Speaker 4: Makes sense because then it needs a break.
- 36:38Speaker 5: No, it is this Thursday before a new one was
- 36:41Speaker 5: coming up. It's entitled When I Crash.
- 36:43Speaker 3: So no, who's a goner?
- 36:47Speaker 2: My bed is on cass Becman played by Sophia Bush.
- 36:51Speaker 2: But it's gonna be She's not just gonna crash and die.
- 36:55Speaker 2: It's gonna be a thing where Teddy.
- 36:58Speaker 3: Has to operate on.
- 36:59Speaker 4: Her, Teddy loses her.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Like, let me be a writer. I think I could
- 37:05Speaker 3: write a.
- 37:05Speaker 5: Good episode better than what they did last week.
- 37:07Speaker 3: I think I could write a good episode. Give me that.
- 37:11Speaker 3: They should do that. Let let a fan write a show.
- 37:13Speaker 5: You have enough context over there. You can get eyes
- 37:15Speaker 5: on a script if you wrote it. Forget piano script writing.
- 37:21Speaker 3: Oh my god, bros. That hope you wipe that off.
- 37:25Speaker 3: She just slabbered all by laughing at me. Yeah, okay,
- 37:33Speaker 3: just off the cuff.
- 37:34Speaker 2: You hear you hear this song and you're like, I
- 37:36Speaker 2: want this into a movie. What Taylor Swift song would
- 37:40Speaker 2: you want to see turn into a film?
- 37:42Speaker 4: All too well?
- 37:43Speaker 2: That but they already kind of did a short film,
- 37:46Speaker 2: so like that one's off the table.
- 37:48Speaker 4: You can't say, well, you didn't start with that.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Okay, you can't say all too well, Okay.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Invisible stringto Ophelia, that one's a good one.
- 38:02Speaker 4: The Life of a Showgirl.
- 38:04Speaker 3: The Life of a show Girl could be a good,
- 38:06Speaker 3: good film.
- 38:07Speaker 4: I heard it rumor that it's about Britney Spears.
- 38:10Speaker 3: I listened to it through that lens.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Yeah, like Taylor Britney, Like yeah, I would say.
- 38:20Speaker 3: Red Champagne problems.
- 38:24Speaker 4: I love that one.
- 38:24Speaker 3: I will put my answer for everybody.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like so not on my maybe out of
- 38:30Speaker 1: the woods, Yes, I agree, yeah, Mark.
- 38:34Speaker 5: No body, no crime.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Oh good one, great one because I have it makes
- 38:38Speaker 1: movie in my head.
- 38:38Speaker 2: But it makes me think of Earl had to Die
- 38:42Speaker 2: by the Chicks, which I used to watch that video
- 38:45Speaker 2: over and over and over again.
- 38:47Speaker 5: So I don't think you can disqualify mine because you
- 38:49Speaker 5: have a different song.
- 38:53Speaker 2: I see the vision of the storyline because it's been done.
- 38:57Speaker 5: What about the Last Great American Dynasty?
- 39:00Speaker 3: I don't need it, okay, Phil's I don't know.
- 39:05Speaker 5: Yeah, but it could be a story about a family
- 39:07Speaker 5: like the Tutors or something. You know, We're Clean.
- 39:09Speaker 4: Could be a good one.
- 39:11Speaker 3: What would be the storyline there?
- 39:13Speaker 1: She's going through like a horrible breakup and then all
- 39:15Speaker 1: of a sudden she's like living her life and doing
- 39:18Speaker 1: her routine and like running and like working and working
- 39:21Speaker 1: on herself and doing calling in the one and then
- 39:23Speaker 1: finally one day she realizes that she's clean.
- 39:26Speaker 3: That's the movie. Yeah, we're watching her run and do
- 39:29Speaker 3: a journal.
- 39:30Speaker 4: Yes, i'd watch it.
- 39:32Speaker 3: I'd rather watch a movie about your life.
- 39:34Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 39:36Speaker 3: That could be the ending credit song though.
- 39:41Speaker 1: But when champaign problems no tolerated, that would be an
- 39:46Speaker 1: amazing one.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:48Speaker 2: I feel like a lot of her songs could be
- 39:49Speaker 2: made into movies. No wrong answer here.
- 39:53Speaker 5: Get movies. Are you excited about The Housemaid? Not really?
- 39:57Speaker 3: When is that coming out?
- 39:58Speaker 5: I think fairly soon. I watched trailer. Did you watch
- 40:00Speaker 5: the trailer?
- 40:01Speaker 4: No, because the trailer.
- 40:04Speaker 5: It was it feels like it's what the book was
- 40:06Speaker 5: in my head, and that's yeah, that's the goal.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Right.
- 40:08Speaker 5: Yeah, The Housemaid will be released and December nineteenth.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll definitely go see it.
- 40:13Speaker 5: I would see that too.
- 40:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I will definitely go see it. I don't know
- 40:17Speaker 2: if the casting was exactly what I thought in my head,
- 40:19Speaker 2: but I like, like, it's fine.
- 40:22Speaker 5: I agree, But watch the trailer and I think you'll
- 40:24Speaker 5: find it works.
- 40:26Speaker 4: I'll look forward to that mark.
- 40:28Speaker 3: I'll be looking forward to that great. Okay.
- 40:30Speaker 2: On that note, we are ending the podcast for today,
- 40:33Speaker 2: but don't you worry.
- 40:35Speaker 4: We're back on Thursday.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Or a dear Bonya, we haven't done it. One in
- 40:41Speaker 2: a minute, turn into a game show, so.
- 40:43Speaker 4: I love the game show.
- 40:46Speaker 3: But we'll be back, so have a wonderful week. We
- 40:48Speaker 3: love you so much, love you, Bye y
