- 2:28Unknown: Well, Alvin, as we say regularly, we would too. We're trying. We do attempt at six days a week to change the world even if it's just a little.
- 2:39A change in the big old world even a little is a pretty damn big feat, I would say. We've made a mark.
- 2:45We'll make another mark. We'll start here today for the next two hours to discuss things hopefully of a freedom oriented.
- 2:53And
- 2:54Roger Sells, your host here, your freedom master, the
- 2:58Pied Piper of Freedom. I just go around playing my pipe and planting the freedom seeds. Radio
- 3:04Ranch is our base, our platform,

- 3:15yep, here we go. Radio Ranch. Paul, if you'd be so kind to identify the people that
- 3:21so generously
- 3:22give us their platforms and extend our reach, we wanna give them not only proper recognition but proper credit. If you would, please,
- 3:29Unknown: sir. I'd be, I'd be happy to.
- 3:34Make
- 3:35sure, yes, I got levels.
- 3:37Okay.
- 3:38I got. We're on radios.
- 3:40Unknown: You got levels.
- 3:42Unknown: I got levels. Levels you could ask for or anything more. We could ask for anything more, right?
- 3:49We're on radiosoapbox.com.
- 3:51Thanks to pastor
- 3:52or not pastor
- 3:54Paul English
- 3:55of Paul English Live. Why do I always screw that up? I think I've got this mental block. I think I need another in
- 4:02my in my repertoire.
- 4:04Unknown: You see how that works? That works really well. Go
- 4:07Unknown: ahead. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. And pastor Eli James brings us eurofolkradio.com.
- 4:13Paul was also instrumental in that too because he kind of hooked it all up.
- 4:18We're on Global Voice Radio Network and
- 4:22that's radio.globalvoiceradio.net
- 4:25and
- 4:26rumble.globalvoiceradio.net
- 4:29and give me one second here.
- 4:33There we go
- 4:35And now Discord is now connected also. I forget about that.
- 4:41But I don't have the feed sent to it yet, so let's do that to channel one, do that to channel three, and do this to there.
- 4:51Okay. Got them all. Got all the buttons fixed.
- 4:54Yep. Our website is the techlive..com.
- 4:59Unknown: Alternate name of our program is Tech Live. Go ahead, Paul. TechLive.
- 5:04Unknown: Yes.
- 5:07We're,
- 5:08our globe our
- 5:11our
- 5:12website
- 5:13is the betterlearnthat.stocks.com
- 5:16and where you could use free conference call. The links are all right there. So, you can join us live on the show.
- 5:24That's
- 5:25everything. I've got Discord is up. It is running. Oh, wait a minute. Oh, I'm still connecting. Still connecting.
- 5:32Unknown: It's connecting.
- 5:33Well, it's like my
- 5:35my magicJack the other day, and I had to once I got it plugged into juice and got a phone plugged into it, and it sat there a minute and did whatever it does.
- 5:46And there was a dial tone, and it was like magic.
- 5:49It was like magic. Cool.
- 5:52Unknown: It was cool. Speaking of that
- 5:54speaking of that, actually,
- 5:57I got a I got a gift. I got a surprise from Mark.
- 6:02Oh, yes. Oh, From Mark and the Straw Man.
- 6:06He sent me a coffee mug.
- 6:10Not just any coffee mug. He sent me a coffee mug that he could have sent to you.
- 6:17Unknown: Yeah.
- 6:18Unknown: It's a tech support coffee mug. It says,
- 6:20before you bother me,
- 6:24is it plugged in?
- 6:28Is it turned on?
- 6:30Are you sure?
- 6:32Got an excuse to fall. I've got an excuse to fall back on. Seriously,
- 6:37go check.
- 6:39Unknown: I've got an excuse to fall back on. Yes. I know. I know. But I'm old. For one thing, I'm old. The other is that I have got a pretty bad vision, and so
- 6:51I can't read things, generally instructions,
- 6:54or anything like that. So Mhmm. Just very challenging. Okay?
- 6:58And so when I set this up with Paul, who was nice enough to help us there six, eight, ten months ago, whatever it was,
- 7:06I had Annie over here, my friend Annie, who's been down here twenty eight, twenty nine years
- 7:12with her good eyes, and we got it set up, but I didn't put it all together and do it. So I didn't have that experience. So
- 7:19and then you and Annie talked and and got it set up. So I do have a excuse to fall back on because I didn't realize that was all done. It had the electrical electrical thing. Thing. Should've,
- 7:30but I just didn't. So, anyway, that's that's the excuse I've got to fall back on. I don't feel too guilty. I'm
- 7:36just tickled to death that that phone's working after
- 7:40well, I've been messing with this for a year. You know, really?
- 7:43Yeah. Last year, Skype screwed everything up.
- 7:47Unknown: And Talk about feeling guilty.
- 7:49Unknown: Yeah. You felt guilty? Yeah.
- 7:52Unknown: Talk about feeling guilty. I mean, I am the the technical engine that keeps this working and you went almost a year without a telephone because it wasn't plugged in. We should have. No. We shouldn't have visited that. I mean, you thought that it was the phone because you dropped it And I thought, well, it's possible,
- 8:12but we still should have double checked.
- 8:15Unknown: We should've. We should've, could've, and then the problem is it because there is no phone, Paul, and I don't have any way to get ahold of each other in all of these
- 8:23modern technological days except through Zoom here. So, anyway, we got it behind us. We're over at these people don't wanna hear about it. I've got a phone. I'm not gonna give the number out publicly,
- 8:35but I can call back in and do things like I experienced one of the one of the real needs I had for it yesterday when it got hooked up as soon as we got off the phone.
- 8:46And I took about 10 deep breaths and went to the bathroom.
- 8:50I I engaged
- 8:52a call. This is kinda interesting. I engaged a call with my bank,
- 8:57the Wells Fargo bunch, the stagecoach
- 9:00bank that robs you is Wells Fargo.
- 9:03And so I went to the, I went to the original number that I've always called for customer service.
- 9:10And, you know, they usually they got an automated duty. Yeah. Welcome to Wells Fargo. None of that. You know, all the crap. Right?
- 9:17Well, a guy from India picks up. There's no introduction, no nothing. The phone picks up, and it's a guy from India, and I can hear the room in back of him, you know, all the all the Indians over there. And I'm going, is this Wells Fargo? Oh, yes, sir. Oh, yes, sir. This is Wells Fargo. I'm gonna bug you into the module.
- 9:36I said, this doesn't sound like Wells Fargo. You've got a on the on the intro and all that. Oh, yes. It is Wells Fargo. I finally said, I'm not talking to you.
- 9:45And hung up on him. And,
- 9:49and I had to go to the website, find some other number, call him, got it through. Well, I only had to spend two and a half hours on the phone with him.
- 9:56That's all.
- 9:58Just the majority of my damn afternoon spent on with Wells Fargo with all their
- 10:03crap. They got Wells Fargo's got big problems, man, and their computer system, I find.
- 10:10So, anyway, I didn't lose my temper. That was good. I didn't lose my temper at the nice ladies and
- 10:17we got most of the stuff fixed.
- 10:19But anyway, I'm back on track with the phone. It feels good. It was
- 10:23it's so good to hear the phone ring when I'm still asleep this morning with some solicitation call. Paul, do they are they giving you solicitation calls on your magic act?
- 10:33Unknown: No.
- 10:34Unknown: You don't get them if you're 65
- 10:36or any of these?
- 10:38Well, I've gotten a couple of those already. I thought they ended at the end of last January, but evidently not. Anyway, the saga of Roger in Ecuador was some of his technological,
- 10:48obstacles and his poor vision.
- 10:51So, that's that's the way life is.
- 10:56So, anyway, well, are we at war yet?
- 11:00Unknown: I'd I I don't have a clue.
- 11:03Unknown: We're vacillating from one minute to the next, but it seems to be
- 11:07that
- 11:08we're at war unless we go and and prostrate ourselves,
- 11:13over there on the sand and beg BB, baby, to please sign the agreement.
- 11:20We can't do an agreement. Everybody says, oh, what's your US runs Netanyahu?
- 11:25Don't you think that for a damn minute?
- 11:28We know exactly why they run us is because we're all their slaves.
- 11:33They've got us in $40,000,000,000,000
- 11:35of hypothecated
- 11:36fraudulent debt that needs to be confronted and can be confronted
- 11:41should we ever get a platform in the numbers we need,
- 11:45and they do not want to have that confrontation.
- 11:49I promise you.
- 11:52Yeah.
- 11:53They don't want this put in front of thirty, fifty million people.
- 11:58So, hopefully, we'll pray. Every day is another day. I feel like what was his name?
- 12:04Mel Fisher? Is that his name, Paul? Today's the day today?
- 12:09Yeah. Today's the day. Today. You know you know what we're talking about. Right? If you don't,
- 12:14you may remember back, I think it was in the July,
- 12:18a guy named Mel Fisher. I'm pretty sure that's his name.
- 12:21A treasure hunter discovered the richest treasure ever found, the Atocha,
- 12:26the Spanish galleon, the Atocha,
- 12:29in very shallow water off of Florida.
- 12:33And and unfortunately,
- 12:35his quest for that treasure lost his son and his daughter-in-law. They were out there on the looking in the the something capsized their boat and they both drowned.
- 12:45He continued on and darn defeated and find the Atocha with
- 12:50with
- 12:52copious amounts of emeralds.
- 12:54You know, emeralds. They got the emeralds from Columbia,
- 12:58Paul. Columbia's got some incredible emerald
- 13:02resources.
- 13:04And, there's a bunch of emeralds on there and gold and everything else, of course.
- 13:09Today's
- 13:10the day. That's what Mel Fisher would say every morning. Today's the day.
- 13:14We'll see. If it's not, tomorrow may be the day. Paul, how are you doing this morning, brother?
- 13:23Unknown: Yeah. I'm I'm doing good.
- 13:25I was
- 13:27I was I was trying to adjust the noise gate on my microphone because I've got a bunch of noise coming in on the program. So Really? Really? It takes me a minute to
- 13:36mute
- 13:38or unmute.
- 13:40Unknown: Had a email from an old friend this morning, Debbie, young Debbie, down in Atlanta going, what she's been telling me for fifteen years I've known her or whatever. I wanna move.
- 13:51I wanna move out of The US. Well, I've been we've had that conversation through Argentina and now through Ecuador, and
- 13:59Debbie says she's listening. Well, maybe it's your day to decide
- 14:02on leaving The US. I'm surprised. I really am quite surprised the way things are forming up that more people aren't
- 14:09talking about that or initiating on that.
- 14:13But and I understand why. And
- 14:16but
- 14:18I'm just surprised because it really looks like The US gonna get hit real hard here, and you're gonna have a synergistic
- 14:27a synergistic reaction
- 14:29to a number of very important vectors.
- 14:32One being water. You you've heard the
- 14:36you've heard the warnings from out in the Southwest already.
- 14:40Colorado.
- 14:41There are there are already rationing water in Colorado, some parts of it. I'm not sure which.
- 14:48The
- 14:50the Hoover Dam is almost below.
- 14:52It's right close to the below
- 14:55where it cannot pump any water at all. I forget what they call it. There's a term for it. Black pooling or something like that.
- 15:03That's going to affect Nevada
- 15:05out there where Brent lives and that whole area including
- 15:08on the way down to Phoenix.
- 15:11Big drought. Of course, we've got all of the, now, we've got the new vector
- 15:16coming in of a lack of fertilizer because of this stupid Iran situation.
- 15:22So you got lack of fertilizer and lack of water, and then you got all the chem trailing and the fact that unless it's
- 15:28on Santo seeds that are
- 15:31formulated to grow in aluminum or something,
- 15:34you're you're not gonna get any if at all crops crops your yields.
- 15:41The electrical situation
- 15:43doesn't look very good with all these data centers going in.
- 15:47They're just that as well as the water that it affects just a lot of really
- 15:53negative stuff. I mean,
- 15:55how many how many reactors are are are these
- 15:59data centers are they planning for The US, Paul? 3,003
- 16:06of them?
- 16:07Unknown: They're gonna use tremendous copious amounts of water, copious amounts of energy.
- 16:13Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 16:14So I'm I'm
- 16:17surprised I'm just not seeing more people talk about leaving and moving other places, really. I kinda expected that one. You know, when I left many years ago,
- 16:26seen a couple of people leave, but not many. Generally, people in retirement age. I did run into a young American
- 16:33couple the other day at the mall when I was buying that phone,
- 16:36and they were sitting at the next table drinking some coffee, talking a little English, and I didn't say anything, of course. And,
- 16:43until they got up, and then I said something, but I couldn't help but hear you speak in English, and they live here. They're probably in their thirties. I didn't ask them any more questions.
- 16:52Probably should've. Kinda like to ask. You know, talk to those folks like Brent talks to people. I like to do that too.
- 16:59So, anyway, but I just commenting and Debbie said, well, how's Ecuador?
- 17:05Oh, I said, what's this? Best place I've ever found to live.
- 17:10Just general off the hand comments. It's about like living in Hawaii
- 17:15at about a tenth of the price.
- 17:18The climate's fantastic.
- 17:20Food's fantastic. It's all
- 17:24gotten within a hundred and hundred and fifty miles a year. Very rich volcanic soil.
- 17:29They don't have the extra funds to buy
- 17:32things like fertilizer and glyphosate.
- 17:34They don't need to generally.
- 17:37People are very nice.
- 17:39It's never above. People find this pretty appealing. Most people down here like the climate. You know, first thing you say, what do you like about Ecuador? They're gonna tell you the climate. Okay.
- 17:49Because you're especially up here in the mountains, we're up at a I'm I'm at 8,000 feet, and Quito's about another 1,500
- 17:56feet higher than that, but so you don't have any humidity.
- 18:01I noticed
- 18:02last week when we're having dinner with Suzanne and Dean, and Suzanne's going, well, I hate glasses, but I can't hardly wear my my contacts here. They're they're sticking. It's dry. No humidity up here. K? Mhmm. And they were up at 9,000 feet, and I met them up in Quito. And
- 18:20so you've got that situation. It's never above 85,
- 18:24and it's never below 55,
- 18:26365
- 18:28a year.
- 18:29That's right square in the temperature range. Okay? And it's
- 18:33it's just nice. It's dry. No humidity. Even though you're on the ocean and the Equator,
- 18:39it's very dry. It's very, very
- 18:42agreeable with people.
- 18:44And just like it. You know, we're on the dollar, of course, and but Ecuador doesn't have the printing press, so they can't inflate it. They've gotta borrow
- 18:53the circulating dollars,
- 18:55and they're not gonna borrow more than they need
- 18:59from these
- 19:01long noses.
- 19:03So they
- 19:05this what that is squeezing the the locals
- 19:09because they've got to try and handle
- 19:11that inflation somehow, and they can't print the dollars or they're not gonna borrow them to overcome it.
- 19:17And so you see package
- 19:19shrinkage.
- 19:21You know what I'm talking about where the toilet paper gets a little
- 19:25little thinner, you know, not thinner like that, but on the on the width of the roll.
- 19:30That kind of stuff.
- 19:31But the people are very nice, and they
- 19:35Ecuador owns its own central bank.
- 19:38K?
- 19:39I don't think we've mentioned CDBDCs
- 19:42have come up before. Well, here,
- 19:44we had a communist president about ten years ago for about ten years and he tried to do a cyber
- 19:51coin for the country
- 19:54because he had a hard on for the IMF. He and that's when their own local currency got inflated.
- 20:01But
- 20:02he tried to force the country on a on a digital currency, and they wouldn't accept it.
- 20:07So I don't have any big fears about CDIC.
- 20:11As long as Ecuador, Argentina,
- 20:13Panama,
- 20:14and one of the Caribbean Dominican that's not Dominican. One of the islands in the Caribbean, they're they're all on the dollar. So as long as we're on the dollar, the the Federal Reserve's gotta print dollars.
- 20:25K? Period.
- 20:28So that that makes it very appealing because you can go to the ATM and get out to your own currency and you don't have to fool around
- 20:36with all these exchange rate problems in other countries.
- 20:40And, I mean, it can be a real hassle. Yeah.
- 20:44So, anyway, it's a good place to be. Best place I've ever found to live, I think, looking back, and
- 20:51I'm damn glad god sent me here. So, if any of you are looking, there's there's a couple of go to countries. Yeah, I heard Nick Fuentes the other night.
- 20:59On a conversation may have been with Alex here last week but at the very end, Rise Ever could get ready to cut off his comment was Central And South America are the go to places in the world.
- 21:11And I thought about that several times. I really agree with Nick.
- 21:16Where else you gonna go?
- 21:19Yeah. Really? In Greenland? Russia? Russia maybe.
- 21:22Climate's
- 21:23not exactly ideal.
- 21:26But the this is nice down here. They're, yeah, there's corruption. You know, it's humanity.
- 21:31But
- 21:32but it's a nice place in the world to be. The people are generally very, very nice. There's not anti
- 21:37American sentiment down here that I've come across anyway. Been directed at me necessarily.
- 21:43Roger. It's a nice place to be. So so, Larry, if you're getting ready to retire from driving that big truck, you wanna get out all these things that are impending
- 21:52up there, you might wanna kick a tire, buddy. How you doing, Larry? Good.
- 21:57Unknown: I think I've renewed my license for the last time. They're good for four years. So I had to go renew it by by June June
- 22:05by by the time my birthday rolls around. And
- 22:09so
- 22:10I'll be 61 when
- 22:12it expires.
- 22:13And I think I'm just gonna do something else
- 22:17not
- 22:18drive anymore. It's just rough on your body. You know? Yeah.
- 22:21I'll probably do something part time, and then I'll start collecting,
- 22:26know, my Social Security and retirement when I'm 62.
- 22:29I'm gonna start collecting Social Security when I'm 62. I'm not gonna wait. I
- 22:35Unknown: would think that's smart. Have they not upped that to 63?
- 22:38Am I wrong?
- 22:41Unknown: No. Well, I don't know. It could be, but I'm mine's at 62 still. That that's the earliest I could collect it.
- 22:48Unknown: Let me tell you a story. When I did that, because I was in the situation. I was in Argentina. I was having to sell gold to live, and I don't like that at all. I turned 62 down there, and that's when my passport got stolen
- 23:00by the Americans
- 23:01that raided my house. And so if you're in a foreign country, you gotta apply for Social Security in the country or an embassy,
- 23:10And
- 23:11and you gotta have a copy of birth certificate because mine was lost or stolen. So you go back to DS 11
- 23:17and you gotta jump through all of those darn hoops
- 23:21and
- 23:22you can't draw Social Security if you don't have an active passport.
- 23:26So that was what threw me through that series of events. Now interestingly enough,
- 23:31when
- 23:32I finally got with somebody
- 23:35to get it, see if I could get the account open.
- 23:40But because you gotta open the account to draw off of it.
- 23:43And
- 23:44it was 62. The gal goes, are you sure you don't want to wait till you're 65? You get more.
- 23:51Right?
- 23:53And astutely enough, I said, how much more?
- 23:59Did a little compensation, $30.
- 24:02I said, I'll take it now. Thank you.
- 24:05K?
- 24:06So be aware of that. You'll get less, but it won't be much, I don't think.
- 24:12Anyway, might as well get it while the dollar's got some purchasing power left.
- 24:18Unknown: Right. So I I watch a I've watched a lot of videos by these Social Security experts that help people, and
- 24:26they
- 24:27they I've I've watched a number of videos
- 24:30they did the math
- 24:32and see the government wants to lure you into waiting as long as possible.
- 24:38Wait till you're 70 because you're gonna get more. So they use the the lure of getting more as a way to who keep you hooked into the system.
- 24:46And the problem with that, Roger, is
- 24:48it it in at the end of the day, it the math all works out the same same. So you just got to enjoy if you retire at 62 or or if if I say
- 25:00should say if you start collecting Social Security when you're at when you reach the age of 62 as
- 25:05opposed to 70,
- 25:08the same set of circumstances
- 25:09in terms of your health deteriorating
- 25:11and
- 25:12how long you're gonna live,
- 25:15you're gonna collect the same amount of money because
- 25:18let's just say I think I I read there's a statistic on the Social Security
- 25:23website
- 25:24that says the average age
- 25:27that someone that a male dies is, like, I think it was 76
- 25:32and 78 for females. Now they may have raised that a little bit.
- 25:37Might be old figures. So
- 25:39if you do the math okay. So you you take your Social Security when you're at 70, and let's just assume you're gonna die when you're 78.
- 25:48So you got eight years you're gonna collect that higher amount. Alright?
- 25:52So you take the guy that got to enjoy
- 25:55eight more years of retirement.
- 25:58So he takes his Social Security at 62,
- 26:01and then he also dies at 78.
- 26:05There's sixteen years.
- 26:07Though he's getting less
- 26:09and even though the other guy's getting more, he he he's getting more over a shorter period of time. When you do the math, they both come out this to the same amount of money. So what's the difference? You might as well just enjoy it earlier.
- 26:21Unknown: Same amount of money or the same purchasing power. I don't know. I'm hitting all around those ages you're throwing out there.
- 26:28I got in and opened mine when I was 62 in Argentina
- 26:33and had been living. I'm 77,
- 26:35about to turn 78 here in few days. That's a couple of months and
- 26:39I've been living off it for so
- 26:42pretty good. Sixteen years now. I'm one of the few people, I think,
- 26:48that probably has gotten out what I put in.
- 26:52Most people die before they get what they put in, you know? So,
- 26:57anyway, I'm fortunate for it. I know I wasn't gonna take it. David, my friend, David Strait,
- 27:03not the one that died recently, the old one, the Patriot good guy, and David and I used to have that conversation. I wasn't gonna even open it. I didn't want the damn money. He says, your money. And so he's the one that finally talked me. He he and circumstances
- 27:18talked me into go ahead and applying for it. I've been tickled to death to have it for all these years, and
- 27:24I it ain't much, but I can live on it down here pretty damn comfortably.
- 27:30That's another part of Ecuador. Just a second. Paul, let me finish.
- 27:33I don't think I could even rent an apartment
- 27:36up there for what I get, and here I can live very, very well.
- 27:40That's the reason a lot of people are down here is because the economics. Yes, Paul.
- 27:44Unknown: That that's the thing I've got going on. I, you know, I
- 27:49I get a monthly check, but it isn't that much.
- 27:52I
- 27:54can do what I want to or need to do.
- 27:58And I usually run out of money by the end of the month, know, have the whole too much month left at the end of the money. But I did a little quick figuring while you and Larry were talking.
- 28:09If you started collecting yours at 62,
- 28:13if you would have waited to 65,
- 28:17the $30
- 28:18a month difference
- 28:20would have only been a total of $10.80
- 28:24dollars
- 28:25more that you would have gotten in that thirty years.
- 28:28Unknown: Yeah. No. Thanks. I'll take it right now.
- 28:31I don't like selling gold.
- 28:34I won't mind selling it when the price goes up here. Hopefully, next month. Not next month. Month after next, July 4.
- 28:42Trump has been floating the idea that they're going to either put out fifty year bonds,
- 28:50treasury bonds that are backed by gold, or that they may manipulate
- 28:54monkey with the price of gold because if he rises, it raises, excuse me, wrong tense.
- 29:00If he raises it, then it will offset some of the
- 29:0440,000,000,000,000 in fraudulent debt we've got to deal with.
- 29:09Yeah.
- 29:10So can you imagine if we get on one of these big shows and expose this right here
- 29:15and people see that this whole thing is the fraud that it is? I I I
- 29:20don't know what would happen, Paul, but I'd sure like to see it happen so we could find out.
- 29:27Unknown: Well
- 29:27Roger. Roger. What I think is crazy Yeah.
- 29:31Hold on, Larry. Go ahead, Paul. What I think is crazy is people actually think that they owe the national debt. No. Mhmm. People don't owe the national debt because the people didn't rack it up. The people used
- 29:43a monetary system that was made available to them by the government. The government was the one that instituted
- 29:51a currency
- 29:53that had
- 29:54a debt attached to it,
- 29:57an interest attached to it. And the government is the ones that have been printing money hand over fist
- 30:05and spending it on all kinds of crap we never authorized them to do. As far as I'm concerned the congregant.
- 30:12Unknown: Well, I don't know. You I can take an opposite way of that, but go ahead.
- 30:16Unknown: As as I'm concerned,
- 30:18the government is who owes the debt
- 30:22Unknown: because they did
- 30:24Unknown: they they didn't manage the finances of the country judiciously.
- 30:30Unknown: Oh, they they did it exactly how they wanted it to end up.
- 30:34Instead of using the term, it's another one of these things on the words
- 30:38and how the concepts are created in our minds by using them.
- 30:43And Paul just said several times in what he just gave us, government, the government this, the government that.
- 30:50Well, John Benson would say they're
- 30:52government. We're the government. We are under a contract. It's called the constitution. We elect representatives
- 30:59to to look after our interests up there.
- 31:02They pass legislation,
- 31:04and then they hire
- 31:06employees to enforce it. They're the agents
- 31:10of government.
- 31:11So instead of saying the government,
- 31:14if you had just said that to the agents of government,
- 31:18then people would have a little bit different conceptual
- 31:21idea in their mind to what you were saying, wouldn't it?
- 31:27Yeah. They would have. So it's not the government because that's a big blob, and you can't do anything. Where do you go? Who do you talk to? When it's the agents of government,
- 31:36then you know who to go to talk to. You know who's responsible,
- 31:40and you know exactly what we're talking about. This is the
- 31:43way that we use words and have been indoctrinated
- 31:47or or conditioned, if you will, to use these words and the effect of this.
- 31:52Words you know, Rush Limbaugh made a whole career off words mean things.
- 31:57Unknown: Yeah.
- 31:58Words mean things.
- 32:00Unknown: I think we could just as easily call them the pirates of government because it could deal with that problem in their pockets. Well well, okay. Well, that'd be alright too. You're at least identifying them and setting them off. Now Larry was trying to say something. Larry, what did you have for us, my friend? Well, yeah, the the original reason why I I interrupted
- 32:20Unknown: you earlier was
- 32:22you were at the beginning of the show, you were touching on
- 32:25data centers,
- 32:27and there's there's two stories
- 32:29two recent stories that are out in the news,
- 32:32but you won't read about them in the mainstream media. But the first one, this was the first week of May,
- 32:39and it says that in Mason County, Kentucky,
- 32:4282 year old farmer Ida Huddleston
- 32:45and her daughter, Delsia Baer, turned down a $26,000,000
- 32:49offer from an unnamed
- 32:52artificial intelligence company for about half of their 1,200 acre farm.
- 32:57That's just amazing that they did well, they needed 600 acres to build this facility.
- 33:02So the reason she turned it down was her late husband built their house
- 33:07by hand,
- 33:08and she vowed to stay on the land she was born on. The family also cited concerns
- 33:14over grid strain,
- 33:15water contamination,
- 33:17and a desire to continue their generations old farming lifestyle.
- 33:21And then the second story is out of Pennsylvania in in April.
- 33:26It says in Silver Spring Township, Pennsylvania, 86 year old dairy farmer,
- 33:31Mervyn
- 33:32Rodebaugh,
- 33:33rejected a 15,000,000
- 33:35offer,
- 33:36which is the equivalent of $60,000
- 33:39per acre from developers to build a data center on his 261
- 33:44acre
- 33:45property.
- 33:47Radhaba,
- 33:47who has farmed land for over sixty years, wanted to preserve the natural beauty of the area and expressed a desire to prevent prevent his farms from being, well, destroyed
- 33:58by industrial
- 33:59development.
- 34:02Good for them. Those are huge data stacks.
- 34:05Unknown: I heard the fur I heard about the first one on Infowars or something. I believe that was covered, but I didn't know about the second one. Hopefully, there's more and more of those types of people all over the country.
- 34:16This, this status the center thing may turn on them. Okay? We'll see.
- 34:22But there's a real heightened awareness of it. There's five states have already put a moratorium on any more construction of them until some
- 34:30studies have been done,
- 34:32and, hopefully, that'll turn around. It's a it's an atrocious thing to me.
- 34:40Sorry. You know?
- 34:43I guess I'm just getting to be more and more of a Luddite, Paul. The the more some of this stuff goes forward, the more Luddite able I get, I think. Yeah. Well,
- 34:53Unknown: I resemble that remark.
- 34:54Unknown: Oh, okay. Okay.
- 34:56So here we are. We're about thirty something minutes into the show. Forty had just turned on, thirty four.
- 35:02And I hadn't even asked or said said there if there are any new people out there. If there are, we might have driven them off already.
- 35:09They came if they came. If they were there, they came to
- 35:14be presented with something about freedom and getting themselves
- 35:18unattached from this beast,
- 35:21and it is a beast, so I accurately
- 35:23label.
- 35:26And,
- 35:27if there's any of those folks, you you found the right place when we don't have
- 35:32new folks. We have to talk about other things or have dead air. We don't wanna have that.
- 35:37So if there's any new folks with questions or comments or anything, we'd love to hear from you. I'll always try and put this. Should've done it thirty minutes ago. But if you're out there this morning, we'd love to hear from you with your questions. If you'd like to you might like to ask about Ecuador or South America or
- 35:53anything else we'd like to meet you meet you. We have a proven track record. It is unblemished.
- 35:59Fifteen years of
- 36:01helping people become
- 36:03instructed on what has been done to them. This simple little word trick, speaking of words,
- 36:08that has wrapped them in voluntary servitude,
- 36:11and they tricked
- 36:13you into agreeing with it if that ain't the damnedest part of it.
- 36:17And, yeah, you did it. You answered the two questions, yes, and signed something. I didn't do it. You did it. You did it every time you ever ask.
- 36:26So now that you come to the realization,
- 36:28it's an illusion.
- 36:29Let's undo that.
- 36:30You can go back and say, I I don't wanna be that. I wanna be this over here, and they can't say anything about it. Not one thing can they say.
- 36:39Oh, they might try and bluff you a little busy.
- 36:42Well, Susie, how much do you really know about this? Are you just filing some paperwork, or do you do you really know?
- 36:50Well, they query Susie, and Susie answers back and says,
- 36:54yeah, man. This is my decision, not yours.
- 36:57Senator Patel's Law of Nations, whatever Susie writes back.
- 37:01And poof.
- 37:03Poof.
- 37:04Just like magic, their documents appear in the mailbox.
- 37:07See, it's amazing. It happens every time.
- 37:10So never had a blemish on this. Never had one case that I know of unless somebody in the audience has got a new one.
- 37:17And if you're new and listen, I I I put this anybody in the audience had any blowback from the federal government on going through this process?
- 37:25Please hit star six and come on and tell the the new initiate,
- 37:29they're the new listener,
- 37:30that, yeah,
- 37:32man. You're right. It's a scam. They came and took this and took that and ran me off and sent me off and
- 37:39well, you're not gonna hear that because none of that's ever happened.
- 37:44There is Or at least at least it hasn't been reported here. And, Paul, I will tell you,
- 37:50when somebody does have some sort of,
- 37:54altercation or action with the federal government,
- 37:58who do you think the first person they call is?
- 38:01Unknown: My guess is you'll hear about it. There is one good thing about the war though, you know, the the military unrest in around the world.
- 38:12Yes. There is one
- 38:14benefit.
- 38:16Somebody
- 38:17that we know
- 38:19just, sent off his passport application
- 38:23Yeah. And
- 38:24basically,
- 38:26got it within two weeks.
- 38:29Yeah. Doesn't have his card yet.
- 38:31But Yep. Got different stories. I mean, it's lickety split. So you think maybe that there aren't a whole lot of people that are that are getting
- 38:40passports so they can be world travelers
- 38:44right now?
- 38:45Unknown: You know, it's funny, Paul. I did hear years ago
- 38:50that
- 38:52The US is the smallest
- 38:54percentage of people in the population that have passports, 25%
- 39:01of any country in the world,
- 39:03actually.
- 39:04So I don't know if that's still saying or not. It's what I heard a while back.
- 39:08I don't know, but
- 39:11I can tell you that's the only place
- 39:14of any paperwork
- 39:16that I know of
- 39:18issued from any of the more than 300
- 39:21government agencies up there
- 39:24where they've got to tell you that you've got a choice.
- 39:30And they've gotta tell you because of the office of management and budget in Watergate.
- 39:35That's how far this goes back, Watergate in the seventies.
- 39:38The legislation that was passed after Watergate
- 39:41on transparency
- 39:42of government,
- 39:44and this was one of the things that any
- 39:47any,
- 39:48agency
- 39:49they have bureaucratic
- 39:50labels for this, Paul, of course,
- 39:54and it's called any agency that issues a information
- 39:58gathering
- 39:59request.
- 40:01That's bureaucratic ease
- 40:03for a paper where we're gonna ask you questions,
- 40:06an information gathering
- 40:08request.
- 40:09And any agency
- 40:11out of the more than 300 that issue a piece of paper that has that intention
- 40:16has to go through the office of management and budget
- 40:20and make sure that all of the questions are constitutional.
- 40:25And if they are, it's a very strict
- 40:28You should see the definition. I wish I could remember it.
- 40:32You should see the definition of a ten forty
- 40:35internally
- 40:37as to what that document is for.
- 40:40It it would it would shock you. I wish I could remember it. I just can't. K?
- 40:46Anyway, each one of those got a ID.
- 40:48They go through the document, and it's gotta have all the information that's constitutional.
- 40:53And that's why that passport
- 40:55has to
- 40:57show you
- 40:59you've got a choice.
- 41:01Now tens of millions of people have looked over it, read it,
- 41:05flew through it,
- 41:07never saw what was there. They didn't they don't know. They had a choice.
- 41:12All they wanted was a passport because they needed to go somewhere.
- 41:18And there it is right in the passport. If you know what you're looking for, it's right there.
- 41:25But if you don't know what you're looking for, it's so well hidden,
- 41:30you'll never find it.
- 41:31You'll never know what they're saying. Attach documentation
- 41:35for what?
- 41:36For what?
- 41:40I'm free. What do you mean, man?
- 41:43Come on.
- 41:47So, anyway, that's the scam, and that's how we found it.
- 41:52Bit of a little voice coming out of nowhere, so you need to get out. Is that coming into y'all?
- 41:57Anybody out there? You didn't you need to get out. Listen. If a voice comes to you and tells you you need to get out,
- 42:05listen to it.
- 42:08If it comes twice
- 42:10oh,
- 42:11if it comes twice,
- 42:13you better do more than listen to it. Paul?
- 42:16Unknown: Yeah. You better act. Okay.
- 42:20The AI overview of a Google search of OMB definition of IRS Form ten forty.
- 42:27IRS Form 10 is officially
- 42:33defined by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act as The
- 42:39US individual income tax return. It is the standard information collection document used by residents
- 42:47to report annual earnings, claim deductions and credits and calculate tax liability or refunds.
- 42:54Because individual taxation
- 42:56involves many variations such as dependents,
- 42:59business income or investments, the OMB assigns
- 43:02an aggregate blanket clearance code to the entire
- 43:06ten forty family.
- 43:09Unknown: That wasn't what I was thinking of. There used to be a definition. I can still see the page in my mind. I just can't recall that definition.
- 43:16That wouldn't it was more than a definition or the description.
- 43:20Something about recapture property.
- 43:23Unknown: K? Well, I I don't see anything
- 43:26Unknown: about that. Yeah. So and like I said, that
- 43:28was you that 30
- 43:30ago, they may have changed it. But that's what it used to say, and pretty funny. I wish I could remember it exactly, and I just can't, but it was about recapturing
- 43:38property of some sort.
- 43:42Okay. So it's
- 43:44but,
- 43:45yeah, that's where we are. So if there's anybody new out there, we'd certainly love to talk to you, show you. Of course, we've got all that documentation
- 43:52on
- 43:53oh, between the matrixdocs.com
- 43:55and Joe Lustica's
- 43:56with all of his things. Joe's teaching a class to people too. He does charge you $50
- 44:02a month, I think.
- 44:04But,
- 44:07there there's some good instruction out there.
- 44:10Unknown: I mean, we just actually less than that.
- 44:13Unknown: I don't think it is 50 a month. It might be 50 a month. Well, that's what I heard thrown around on here the other day, but that's okay, Joe. Got two young children.
- 44:23You know? Hell, I don't grudge begrudge it. Joe has got a special talent for this stuff,
- 44:28for this legal stuff. He just some people have the gift and some people don't, and Joe's got it. Okay? And a nice guy too.
- 44:36Unknown: So Julie Julie is weighing in on what it what it costs.
- 44:41Unknown: Julie. There's a miss Jules. Yes. Good morning, dear.
- 44:44Unknown: Oh, it's Nat. It's actually Nancy.
- 44:47Unknown: Oh, Nancy.
- 44:49You two sound alike. Oh, no. Okay. They do kinda. Well, I was expecting to hear from Nancy, so I'm glad she's weighing in.
- 44:57How are you?
- 44:59Unknown: Well, I'm doing good. I'm two for two in terms of litigation wins on the debt collection stuff that, you know, I've learned from in Joe's Liberty
- 45:11Foundation.
- 45:12So it's
- 45:14there's a lot of stuff in his course work. I mean, it it covers a lot of stuff and I have I have only
- 45:23focused on a couple of things
- 45:26principally the because right now, I've had this
- 45:30some outstanding
- 45:33cases. But I'm two for two wins. Yesterday,
- 45:36the
- 45:37the
- 45:39trial that was scheduled, and I was prepared to
- 45:43be be cross examined and then cross examined. But then I arrived to find out that it the suit had been pulled, so it's a non suit. So they tucked their tail and ran.
- 45:55Unknown: And ran.
- 45:56They'll carry you right up to the finish line, though, won't they?
- 46:01Unknown: Well and so the it's the same I have another trial scheduled for next Monday,
- 46:05but it's the same
- 46:07debt collector, a different law firm, but they have not provide in that suit, they've not,
- 46:13complied and provided the bill of particulars ordered by the court. So they're already in default. And since they pulled
- 46:20this yesterday's case, I'm sure they will do so.
- 46:24They hadn't yet, but, I'm sure that they will. Either that will will be dismissed.
- 46:29Unknown: Gosh. Christian?
- 46:31Christian,
- 46:32you listen?
- 46:34Go ahead, Nance.
- 46:37Unknown: Oh, but so I'm I'm I'm claiming three for three wins. Yes. I'm listening.
- 46:44Unknown: Okay. Good. Go ahead, Nance.
- 46:47Unknown: Yeah. So there
- 46:49is good resources there. There's also a great community.
- 46:53I've
- 46:54had some assistance, some coaching from
- 46:57some some people inside
- 46:59there as well, some other members of the community.
- 47:03So
- 47:03and there's just you know, he he covers the national information. I've not gone through that, what he has there,
- 47:09because I'm already a national. But I will go through that information just to see
- 47:14what, you know, what additional information there may be there. But so it's a great resource.
- 47:21Unknown: Yeah. Joe's a great guy too.
- 47:23It'd
- 47:24fun to work with. Nancy,
- 47:26is your sissy and her hubby, are they down in Cuenca?
- 47:30Have you talked to them?
- 47:33Unknown: Yes. They are in Cuenca. And, actually, yesterday,
- 47:36you may have saw heard about the,
- 47:38plane that had to make an emergency landing.
- 47:42Unknown: Of course not.
- 47:43I don't tap in any local stuff. We're here at Quito or what? Or Cuenca. Well,
- 47:49Unknown: they were on it. So they were on their way back to Cuenca. Oh, god. Oh,
- 47:54Unknown: went to Quito. They were coming back to Quito. So
- 47:58are are they still in Cuenca? So.
- 48:01I'm not sure. You know? Just Yeah. You can't keep can't keep up with them.
- 48:07Unknown: Yeah. I have other priorities, and they're having fun. So
- 48:10Unknown: Are you answering?
- 48:11Unknown: Yeah.
- 48:13Unknown: Yeah.
- 48:15I I didn't wanna interrupt y'all and and if anybody knew wanted to but you know what? You hit on this.
- 48:21You know, I had this
- 48:23what Paul
- 48:26got for me was a rescind of the agreement
- 48:30that took that they took my,
- 48:33changed over all my accounts,
- 48:35yesterday,
- 48:37and I was wondering if there's anything
- 48:39okay. They took my
- 48:41they they for a continuance. I got the continuance on the on the, court case,
- 48:47for negotiations,
- 48:49till July
- 48:5026.
- 48:52So I was wondering if
- 48:53I just sit and wait and see what they say on the rescinding that we you were I think you were aware of what Paul did on the enquorum. I think y'all did the enquorum
- 49:03at the end.
- 49:07Unknown: Is it is your name Christian?
- 49:09Unknown: Yes. Yes.
- 49:12Unknown: Christian, I don't recall the details of your situation,
- 49:17so I I I I can't I don't feel like I can't It was maybe Julie and Larry. Maybe it was Julie and Larry.
- 49:24Well, yeah, I I don't remember the particulars. I'd be glad.
- 49:29I don't know if it's appropriate.
- 49:31Unknown: I have that resending
- 49:33into the to them
- 49:35and
- 49:37of rescinding,
- 49:38and and I'm going to make an agreement to pay them
- 49:42a $100
- 49:44a month
- 49:45until
- 49:46the ten months is up.
- 49:49And then
- 49:50they they're supposed to relinquish all the all everything. But I was I was wanting to say, is there anything I need to do? Just wait but see what they're gonna or do I need to put in something in the court and say I'm in still in negotiations
- 50:06with the other side or what?
- 50:10Unknown: Again,
- 50:11so, Roger, I Christian,
- 50:13I would love to have the conversation
- 50:16after the show about the particulars,
- 50:18or I can give you my contact
- 50:20information
- 50:21so you can reach out to me.
- 50:23I'm certainly not an expert.
- 50:24I can listen to what the details are and then give my feedback and then also direct you to people who are much more experienced in this
- 50:33area than I. But I'm I'm happy to be make myself available to you.
- 50:38Unknown: Okay. Thank you. I will check with you then after after the show.
- 50:43And I wanted to I wanted to I know maybe Larry is listening or or, Paul,
- 50:49I know is there. Maybe he could maybe he could,
- 50:52give me a little something before before I interrupt y'all show.
- 50:56Unknown: Yeah. I can I can email You
- 51:00Unknown: don't have to worry about it? What you've done is you have sent a letter to the collection agency. You have put the ball in their court.
- 51:06They need to decide to poop or get off the pot. Either they're going to accept
- 51:12your offer in compromise or they're gonna proceed with the court action. If they accept your offer in compromise,
- 51:20they agree to drop all
- 51:22court and collection activities immediately.
- 51:26And then after the tenth payment
- 51:28is made,
- 51:31they
- 51:32agree
- 51:33to
- 51:33mark your account paid as agreed.
- 51:37So the ball is in their court.
- 51:39You don't need to do anything with the courts, whatever. You already have the continuance to the end of or to
- 51:47later next So
- 51:48you don't have to worry about it.
- 51:51So Right.
- 51:52Unknown: I would Okay. Yeah. I would say echo reinforce what Paul's saying. You have,
- 51:59made an offer
- 52:00of repayment.
- 52:01The important thing is to
- 52:03have your documentation
- 52:05and staying in honor, and it you can just you know, if you're going it doesn't sound like you're disputing
- 52:12them, but it sounds like you're getting good advice from from Paul.
- 52:16The thing is that they didn't they didn't show up
- 52:20in my case,
- 52:22you know, they pulled their suit, and I was disputing.
- 52:26So
- 52:29but I think you have some good advice.
- 52:32Unknown: The letter he sent them
- 52:34is very simply, dear sir or madam, through my research as Social Security is my sole means of income,
- 52:40I understand that even in the event a judgment is awarded, it is unlikely to be collectible.
- 52:45I hereby rescind any at all agreement to
- 52:49permit automatic
- 52:50deductions or electronic payments
- 52:53from any of my bank accounts.
- 52:54I am expressly notifying you that the previously agreed to payment of $100
- 52:59on or about the 05/29/2026
- 53:02is no longer permitted.
- 53:04Please accept this as lawful notice and offer of settlement on account number blankety blank.
- 53:10I offer the sum of $1,000
- 53:12as full and complete settlement of this account paid in 10 monthly installments of $100
- 53:18Payments will be mailed on or about the fifth of each month until the final payment is made.
- 53:24Pursuant to this agreement,
- 53:26you also agree to immediately cancel any and all court or collection activities
- 53:31and agree to mark my credit record paid as agreed upon receipt of the final payment.
- 53:36I look forward to working with you to equitably settle this account and thank you for your cooperation. In honor and decorum, Christian.
- 53:46He has put the ball in their court.
- 53:49Unknown: Let me stop for a second. May I because anybody that if you
- 53:54are in this situation
- 53:56or in the future if you get in it, and hopefully you won't, but we're going to some pretty tough times it appears.
- 54:03This is right there on the transcript.
- 54:06You just go to this day or not. You can search some of them, I guess, Paul.
- 54:11Fine. And that letter will be perfectly reproduced
- 54:15by AI. Well, thank you, data centers. It's one of the good applications.
- 54:20Just wanna say that.
- 54:23Unknown: Thank you. That's a great that's a great letter
- 54:26that you have documentation.
- 54:28So you're you're protected
- 54:30should they keep on pursuing it to court, which they probably won't. And if my situation
- 54:35is any encouragement,
- 54:37when you stand up to them and they can't defend their position in court, they will pull their suit. Yes.
- 54:44Unknown: Also, we documentation.
- 54:47Did you consult the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act on anything, or does Joe
- 54:52do that and give you any tips from there?
- 54:58Unknown: I did not consult the Fair Debt Collection
- 55:01Act.
- 55:02I heard Samuel mention that, but I basically
- 55:07I took I watched a number of his videos, and he also
- 55:10shared a handwritten letter that he that Joe wrote to
- 55:16debt collector's
- 55:18letter he received.
- 55:20And
- 55:21that worked
- 55:24amazingly well last November, day before trial date when they pulled the suit just a day after
- 55:30I hand delivered that.
- 55:32And the current one
- 55:36that that just got pulled,
- 55:39I've used a version of other communication that Joe has helped someone else write. But,
- 55:46basically, you what I've learned is
- 55:48looking at
- 55:50what they provide in terms of evidence that they have a claim against you really can't stand because they're No. It can. It's flimsy. Is it I believe the term is holder in due course.
- 56:03Unknown: Real party and interest. Might be wrong. Might be wrong. Real party and interest.
- 56:08Okay. A real party and interest. Alright.
- 56:11So, what I wanted to say for the audience, if any of you, do have a debt problem or if you know anybody that does, and they sell this debt like Chase Manhattan did with Christians. They'll sell it to these I don't know how they did through middlemen or whatever. Anyway, these guys, debt collectors, end up with it at pennies on the dollar, and then they wanna come and squeeze you. Anything they get over what they paid, they're they're on the good side.
- 56:36So it got to be so bad with that industry
- 56:40that congress passed the Fair Debt Collection Act. I don't know where it is exactly
- 56:45does
- 56:46statute wise, but it's in there.
- 56:49And if you go read about it, like, the debt collectors operate, you know, they bug you?
- 56:54They'll start calling you and they talk to your neighbors and all that crap.
- 56:59Well, all you have to do is fax
- 57:02them a say, I'm invoking the fair debt collection acts on contact,
- 57:07and they can't contact you or your neighbors or anybody else
- 57:12except by mail to you.
- 57:15So that one thing with the facts can alleviate a lot of the hassles those people are gonna give you. Just go look at it. You can probably find a summary on it. There's some advantageous
- 57:25things to some people in there at the, you can achieve with the facts. Okay?
- 57:34Thank you. That's worth.
- 57:36Unknown: That's worth a whole lot.
- 57:39Unknown: Yeah. Just that one. And there's other things in there too. And now, like, we need to let the lady talk right here. Yes, ma'am.
- 57:47Unknown: Well, just one of the key things
- 57:49that I've learned just dealing with this particular situation
- 57:53is
- 57:54that
- 57:56the original creditor
- 57:59does not appear to certify
- 58:01and authenticate
- 58:03the account
- 58:05when they pass it on.
- 58:07So anyone who buys that
- 58:10debt
- 58:11doesn't have authentication
- 58:13of its validity, even if they have, quote unquote, a bill of sale. And so that's where the whole house of cards is
- 58:21collapses.
- 58:22And they can't produce it. They don't have it because it was never
- 58:26and maybe never existed,
- 58:29or it was never done. So
- 58:31that's pretty powerful.
- 58:33Unknown: That's pretty powerful. But, generally, with credit card debt, we're talking about generally, I think. Right?
- 58:40Unknown: Lot of lot of credit. Yes.
- 58:42Yes. It can be medical
- 58:46too. It can be medical or other things. Yeah. Okay. Gotcha.
- 58:52Unknown: Christian, let me let me throw this in there. Let me throw this in here really quick so we can get it as close in the transcript as
- 58:59as the original letter.
- 59:01The only thing that is not in there that I perhaps should have put in there was a time for them to respond
- 59:09by mail
- 59:10confirming their agreement,
- 59:12their acceptance of the agreement.
- 59:14So if you're in a similar situation,
- 59:18put that in as well.
- 59:20Unknown: Mhmm. If not receive if not if if I haven't received anything from you by the thirtieth of the month, it's gonna consider to be accepted. Something to that effect.
- 59:30Unknown: Okay.
- 59:34Unknown: Alright. But Yep. Yep. I should have put it in there. I'm sorry. I screwed this up. Alright, Paul. Nobody's gonna hold you
- 59:42Unknown: Roger. Responsible.
- 59:44Yes. Did Christian, did you have something to say before we talk to Larry here?
- 59:49Unknown: No. That's good. He probably got something to say about this too. Okay. Well, we'll find out. Larry?
- 59:56Unknown: Yeah. What state do you live in, Christian?
- 59:59Texas.
- 1:00:01So
- 1:00:02the you did receive a summons for a lawsuit. Correct?
- 1:00:07Right.
- 1:00:09Did they include a claim of exemption
- 1:00:12in the,
- 1:00:13in the court documents?
- 1:00:17Unknown: I didn't I didn't see anything like that.
- 1:00:20Unknown: A claim of the same Christian would know a claim of exemption if it came up and bit him on the ankle. Can you give us a little more, Larry?
- 1:00:30Unknown: Yeah. So every state has their version of a claim of exemption form,
- 1:00:36and it usually lists about 12 different areas that you could be exempt.
- 1:00:42And usually, the last line will say other,
- 1:00:46and you could just put in there Social Security income,
- 1:00:49and then you could write a brief explanation that this is your sole
- 1:00:53form of income.
- 1:00:55And so, basically, what you're doing is you're putting up what's known as an affirmative defense.
- 1:01:01And what that means is even if, like, you what you'd be saying to the opposing counsel,
- 1:01:07even if what you are saying is true, I still win the lawsuit because
- 1:01:13and and then you would show them your claim of exemption form because Social Security
- 1:01:18wages
- 1:01:19or income is exempt from garnishment
- 1:01:22or seizure.
- 1:01:23And so
- 1:01:25you might wanna approach it that way. I'm surprised they didn't include
- 1:01:30some type of claim of exemption form because they're supposed to do that
- 1:01:35when they
- 1:01:36when they file a lawsuit against you because you could file that into the court,
- 1:01:41and the judge will take a look at it. And you could even check mark that you don't require a hearing.
- 1:01:47You know?
- 1:01:48And Okay. Usually, that's enough to make them go away.
- 1:01:53Unknown: Okay.
- 1:01:54Unknown: Thank you. So or it's here in Florida.
- 1:01:57Unknown: I I had to fill one out because
- 1:02:00under the Florida statutes,
- 1:02:02if you if you
- 1:02:04are the head of your family's wages, it's called head of family wages,
- 1:02:10then your income is exempt.
- 1:02:13If you're caring for a dependent
- 1:02:16and you provide from you provide more than half
- 1:02:20of of their expenses,
- 1:02:22then then your income is is exempt.
- 1:02:25And another thing in Florida, and this is probably true in most states,
- 1:02:30is
- 1:02:32well, not every state has this exemption,
- 1:02:34but it's called tenancy by the entirety.
- 1:02:37And what that means is if you have property that's jointly owned
- 1:02:42with your spouse,
- 1:02:45the debt collector or the bank cannot seize that property. They cannot garnish anything.
- 1:02:51They well, I shouldn't say garnish. They cannot seize that property. So
- 1:02:56say you have a bank account, and it's and it's in both it's in both names
- 1:03:01of both spouses.
- 1:03:04And even having that word and as a connector
- 1:03:08is is it makes it more
- 1:03:10effective.
- 1:03:11For example, if you have a car title
- 1:03:14and the title is in,
- 1:03:15you know, Christian and
- 1:03:18and then if you're married, your spouse's
- 1:03:20name, then that's tenancy by the entirety. So a debt collector cannot seize that property,
- 1:03:27with the exception if you're not making payments on it, of course. Like, if you
- 1:03:31default and you're making payments on it. I'm talking about if you clearly own it
- 1:03:37Yeah. Outright and let's just say let's
- 1:03:40just say it's worth,
- 1:03:42you know, $10,000
- 1:03:44and a debt collector comes along and and is trying to get
- 1:03:48trying to collect on a debt that's $5,000,
- 1:03:51then they could actually take that car,
- 1:03:54seize it if it's just if it's just in your name,
- 1:03:57and then they could sell it at an option to get their money.
- 1:04:00And I'm not sure how how it works as far as giving you the difference back.
- 1:04:05But in Florida,
- 1:04:07they they I think it was last year they raised the amount that a vehicle value is is
- 1:04:14as far as what a debt collector can take, it went from I think it was, like, $22,500.
- 1:04:22They if the car's market value was $2,500,
- 1:04:25the debt collector could not seize that vehicle.
- 1:04:28So they just recently raised it to $5,000.
- 1:04:32However, like I said, if you have if you have joint ownership in the property
- 1:04:38with two names on the title or on the bank account, they can't take it.
- 1:04:43So the judgment creditor against one spouse
- 1:04:47cannot take the property if it's titled in in in both names.
- 1:04:51Unknown: And so Wouldn't they be called tenants in common?
- 1:04:57Unknown: Well, tenants in common doesn't have the same protections as tenancy by the entirety.
- 1:05:02Okay. They're they're they could take the property if it's tenancy
- 1:05:07in commons,
- 1:05:08but that's that's another that's another issue. The whole point of all this is there is a
- 1:05:14should have a claim of exemption form,
- 1:05:17and all you gotta do you you probably go on on your state's website
- 1:05:23and look for it. Just, you know, do a Google search, Texas claim of exemption form, and then you look for the line on there. You know, the it's usually the last line where you could put in other,
- 1:05:34and then you could put in it might even have a line for Social Security. So you would just check mark that box, and then you have to go get that form notarized.
- 1:05:43And and then you file that into the the court docket, and you could just write up a
- 1:05:48little brief,
- 1:05:50you know, like,
- 1:05:52cover let like a cover sheet,
- 1:05:54like a cover document
- 1:05:57that you're like a notice of filing.
- 1:06:00And you could matter of fact, you can entitle it that, the notice of filing,
- 1:06:05and then you could write on here that you are,
- 1:06:07you know, appearing
- 1:06:09to
- 1:06:11file this claim of exemption form into the court docket
- 1:06:15and and then get that in there, and they'd review that. And it'd probably go away at that point.
- 1:06:21Unknown: Well, he's already past that point is the problem, but that might be information
- 1:06:26good for other people that get in this situation where they get a summons delivered.
- 1:06:31Christian, who delivered the summons? Who who served you? Sheriff's department?
- 1:06:38Unknown: Yeah. It was Scott some some guy from the sheriff's department. Yeah. Because they're in Utah.
- 1:06:45Unknown: That doesn't matter. They paid your local share yes. But they paid your local sheriff's department to serve the summons twenty five, fifty bucks or something.
- 1:06:55You may you could also call
- 1:06:58if you can't remember if you got one of these
- 1:07:01with the summons,
- 1:07:03you could probably call the sheriff's department and ask them if they included one when they served you. Just a suggestion.
- 1:07:10But I think he's already passed that, Lair. We've got an offer in their court waiting to see how they respond.
- 1:07:18So that's the course Christian chose to take.
- 1:07:22But thanks for all that information. You know, I think that really it appears
- 1:07:26the way the economy's going and with this stupid war situation,
- 1:07:30and Trump doesn't seem to give a shit about Americans. Said I don't care about Americans. I care whether we can get the nuclear
- 1:07:38material out of Iran.
- 1:07:40So
- 1:07:41And Regardless And that's we'll see, you know yeah. And they're they're pumping.
- 1:07:45They're
- 1:07:46you're just gonna see inflation. I think you're already seeing it in gas and food. I don't think it's gonna let up. And,
- 1:07:54so other people very well may be, caught in this little debt trap too. Roger. Yes.
- 1:08:01Unknown: So I I got the form pulled up pulled up in text in Texas. It's called the protected property
- 1:08:07claim form,
- 1:08:08and
- 1:08:09I've I left out some information. So you usually get these forms sent to you by the debt collector after the judgment.
- 1:08:17And so
- 1:08:18if you just wanted to just not show up at the court hearing and just let things go right through
- 1:08:25and they get a judgment, then they have to send you this this form. It's usually required by statute in virtually every state of the union.
- 1:08:34And in Florida, it's called a claim of exemption form. In Texas, it's called the protected property claim form.
- 1:08:40And, so, basically, you just fill that out, get it notarized, and then you would file it into the court.
- 1:08:46And, that should pretty much take care of them trying to collect on the judgment.
- 1:08:52Does that make Yes.
- 1:08:54Unknown: It's only,
- 1:08:56yeah, it's a pretty low amount. I don't think they'd even try and collect. That's why they're trying to get him to do it voluntarily here.
- 1:09:03Unknown: So if you wanted to just just totally walk away from this, not even show up in court, you can do that, and they'll get a judgment.
- 1:09:10They might get a judgment if you don't show up, if you don't appear.
- 1:09:15And then they are they are obligated
- 1:09:17by law to send you that form,
- 1:09:20and then you just fill it out. This is Social Security income. It's protected from from
- 1:09:25seizure, and and you get it notarized. You file it into the court, and and there's nothing they could do about it because you're pretty much judgment proof.
- 1:09:33Unknown: Yeah. If they're gonna go along and find the next the next low hanging fruit that they can get, Christian, you know, leave poor old Christian there on the side of the road.
- 1:09:43Yes, Nancy?
- 1:09:45Unknown: Just one other thing for Christian that you can call
- 1:09:48the court's office, the court office, and ask the clerk the morning of your trial
- 1:09:55or day before morning of and see if the the suit has been pulled.
- 1:10:00Unknown: Is still in the docket?
- 1:10:03Unknown: Right. You find out if it's still on the docket.
- 1:10:06Unknown: Yep. Okay.
- 1:10:08Unknown: Yeah. And then how how far how
- 1:10:11far in advance are the court date?
- 1:10:15Unknown: Well, I don't know. You can The day before or the morning of.
- 1:10:20Unknown: Yeah. The day before the morning of.
- 1:10:23Unknown: Okay.
- 1:10:26Unknown: Mean, it could cost
- 1:10:29Unknown: Seems to me like what Paul has has
- 1:10:31gotten used in will probably take care of it. I'll be surprised if it doesn't. Put it that way.
- 1:10:38So
- 1:10:39it gets Yeah. I think I'm gonna Bear me out. You you had never been through this situation before, have you?
- 1:10:47Unknown: No. I've lost I've lost about three houses and yeah.
- 1:10:52But Okay.
- 1:10:53Unknown: So you come on. That's what's got me.
- 1:10:56Unknown: Go ahead. Okay. Well, I don't think they can take your house, but the so you come on here with this problem and get
- 1:11:02a whole bunch of different angles of suggestions that you can follow.
- 1:11:07And it gets to the point where it makes it almost more confusing than it was when you didn't know any of them. You know? So I understand where y'all are and and taking Paul's initiative here. I think that'll take care of it. So we'll see. And and Well, that's like y'all are the power y'all are the power team, and I thank y'all so much. Well, it's a hell of a it's a hell of a brain trust we've, assembled here of people that like Larry.
- 1:11:33You can see he's very,
- 1:11:35adaptive to the law. He likes it. He studies it. He's been dealing with it. And,
- 1:11:40the
- 1:11:41people, if you're new here and you're not at that stage yet, let me tell you what, it really benefits your life to learn about the law. Is it would you agree with that, Larry? It just helps you out in all kinds of other situations
- 1:11:53where you might never think it would. You know? I I tell you where it helped me out was when I got in Argentina in that accident down there.
- 1:12:01Holy smokes. Was it a was it a godsend to know procedure?
- 1:12:05And even though I didn't understand their variety,
- 1:12:08I understood legal procedure. So and they have to adhere to that. And, even my little attorney down there,
- 1:12:16when I finally got got one that I was gonna work with, he spoke English. His daddy just was a sitting judge. He couldn't wait to retire.
- 1:12:24But, anyway, Yvonne and I'd have these long discussions, and Yvonne goes, man, you know a lot about the law. I've had two two attorneys down here tell me that.
- 1:12:33So, it's just knowledge that can benefit you. It doesn't hurt you. K?
- 1:12:40It strengthens you. It helps empower you, you know, all that.
- 1:12:44And
- 1:12:45Unknown: you'll If it don't kill you.
- 1:12:48Unknown: Well, it makes you stronger, and you how many you'll be amazed, you know, the many places you can apply that knowledge and understanding because it's very logical.
- 1:12:56The law is very logical, I find. You know? I used to I did a whole thing called in fact, I call it the science of law.
- 1:13:04And people go, oh, law, it's just a bunch of mumbly, gobbly goopy. No. Yeah. I can understand why you say that.
- 1:13:11Secondly,
- 1:13:11you you got these situations where a whole lot of value or lives or whatever are depending on this discussion that you're having with an adversary,
- 1:13:23and you have to know exactly what every word means.
- 1:13:27Just like in in science, you gotta know about biology and this and what molecules are here. You gotta know that about law too, and that's why the definitions
- 1:13:36are so critically important.
- 1:13:39Just interesting things I've learned along the way.
- 1:13:44So anybody got something to add? Yeah.
- 1:13:46Yes. Larry, go. This is Larry. Hold on. Larry.
- 1:13:51Unknown: And sketch. Yeah. So,
- 1:13:53Unknown: you don't have sketch all this. Do you own your home?
- 1:13:56Do you own your home, Christian?
- 1:13:58Unknown: Yes.
- 1:13:59Unknown: Yeah. So you don't have to worry about that. Credit card debt collector cannot legally
- 1:14:04attach a valid lien to your primary residence because of home state.
- 1:14:10And so Texas
- 1:14:11offers some of the strongest homestead protections in the country under article
- 1:14:1516 section 50 of the Texas constitution,
- 1:14:18if you wanna look that up. And Article
- 1:14:22Article
- 1:14:25Unknown: article
- 1:14:27Unknown: section 50. And then
- 1:14:29there is one loophole
- 1:14:32that says
- 1:14:33your home can only be seized
- 1:14:36or foreclosed on or forced into a sale for
- 1:14:41very specific types of debt. And that is if your home is your if you have a primary mortgage on your home,
- 1:14:48if there's a home equity loan,
- 1:14:50if there's property taxes or IRS tax liens,
- 1:14:54and then there's a mechanics lien, if that that could be
- 1:14:59that could be something to consider.
- 1:15:01But Alright. There's no way that you can take your home.
- 1:15:05Unknown: Yeah. I have property tax. That's all. Everything is,
- 1:15:09everything is clear as I purchase
- 1:15:11this by cash because
- 1:15:14and that's why I'm so,
- 1:15:17strong on this because I've lost so so much in my life. You know? Well, you know, there's no reason to honor for a 2,800
- 1:15:24Unknown: for a $2,800
- 1:15:26credit card debt. That ain't happening. So rest rest your weary Yeah. I know you're,
- 1:15:33Unknown: Christian, I know you're very,
- 1:15:35I know you're following
- 1:15:37it seems like you're following, Paul's suggestion, but if I was in your shoes, I would just walk away from it. I might I might not even show up in court. Let them get the judgment or just write a letter to them that I'm not dealing with this anymore.
- 1:15:52You know, you could go about your business. And and if you get a judgment or whatever,
- 1:15:57that's fine because you're not gonna be able to collect on it. And, they they didn't loan you any money. This is a third party debt collector that bought your debt, so you have no obligation to them.
- 1:16:07Now the only downfall I mean, if you wanna follow Paul's
- 1:16:11suggestion,
- 1:16:13you know, you're gonna have
- 1:16:14potential
- 1:16:15bad credit
- 1:16:17because of this judgment.
- 1:16:19And so if you wanted to I'm about not bad credit at all. Well, I'm just saying if you wanted to go out and get a small loan for something, maybe a car or or something, they were they're gonna look at that on your credit report. I mean, it could potentially show up.
- 1:16:34I think in Florida, they're not allowed to put judgments on your credit reports anymore, but every state is different. So the in Texas, that judgment might show up.
- 1:16:44Might show that, you know, you defaulted on a credit card debt. And so if you're trying to get a $3,000 loan on a used car or whatever,
- 1:16:51they they might come back and say, well, we're not gonna we're not gonna issue you a loan because you don't have good credit. You defaulted on a credit card debt, etcetera.
- 1:17:01So other than that, I mean, I see no reason why you shouldn't walk away from this. And
- 1:17:06Unknown: then a very short time down the road, you'll get an invitation for credit card from the same damn bank in the mail.
- 1:17:13Unknown: Yeah. Larry,
- 1:17:15way the letter was written the way the letter was written was rescinding
- 1:17:20agreement
- 1:17:22to
- 1:17:23payment program on their terms,
- 1:17:26which they're going to want the whole 2,828
- 1:17:33payments of $100 It's
- 1:17:36putting him in control of what the offer in compromise is
- 1:17:41and also telling them in order to agree to that they have to stop
- 1:17:45any and all collection and court activities.
- 1:17:49That makes the judgment goes away,
- 1:17:51and even if they have already put something on his credit report that is negative,
- 1:17:56they have to mark that account paid as agreed.
- 1:18:00Not settlement
- 1:18:02received on account,
- 1:18:04not
- 1:18:05charged off,
- 1:18:06nothing. Paid as agreed.
- 1:18:08So nobody will know that he offered them less.
- 1:18:12That is why it was written that way.
- 1:18:15Anyway, I yield.
- 1:18:17Unknown: You know, y'all mentioned okay. That's good, Paul. I I mean, I'm taking up jealous whole time, But I was saying that that's that's what they did to a friend of mine fighting for a land patent for thirteen years.
- 1:18:28They started going to her her neighbors,
- 1:18:31and they started telling them,
- 1:18:33your your neighbor hasn't paid their taxes.
- 1:18:36And and, of course, she wasn't paying her taxes. She was fighting for her land by a
- 1:18:42common law. And and
- 1:18:44So so
- 1:18:46that's what they did. They went to the neighbor, started defaming
- 1:18:49her.
- 1:18:54Unknown: That's a hard path to go down. Some people really want to go down the title.
- 1:18:59I guess I pronounced it right, Murr. Title
- 1:19:02path.
- 1:19:04I've seen I know people. I've met people that accomplished it, but only a few and most of the people here on the call, like Samuel,
- 1:19:12they've been trying to get it done for over ten years. I don't think it's done yet. So
- 1:19:18I don't know what to tell you about that path. Hell, I don't wanna own any land. So, anyway, it's not personal. It's not a promotion.
- 1:19:26Unknown: But if it's a venture for a Yeah.
- 1:19:30Unknown: Oh, I'm sure it's compromised everything. So,
- 1:19:33anyway, if you do well, here's the other side of that. I understand fighting it and the principle of it, of course.
- 1:19:39But if you do, I don't know how much your
- 1:19:42property tax is. That's a scam they've been pulling last couple of years of jacking it up.
- 1:19:48But even if you get out of it, still, you need to go to places like the fire department
- 1:19:53and stroke them a check.
- 1:19:56Because if your house comes on fire, you want their protection. And if you're off the property rolls, they might not protect you, and we've got an example of that that I know is real, and that happened.
- 1:20:08The the cabin's on fire. The road is adjacent to the cabin right there. The property's off the property rolls. Fire department comes up. They come down the hill, say, we can't come on your property. You're not on the property rolls.
- 1:20:22So the cabin burned down. Okay.
- 1:20:25If you do do this and accomplish it, go to people like the fire department and say, I'm off the property rules. I sure as hell want your support, and I wanna support you. And so I'm gonna stroke you a check every year.
- 1:20:40K? So realize
- 1:20:41this number. Okay. People think property taxes
- 1:20:46are like income tax. They don't know the differences and differentiations
- 1:20:52on all these different types of taxes. That's a local tax, your property tax.
- 1:20:57You voted on it. They run these things on local voting
- 1:21:01referendums.
- 1:21:02This is why I say, you need to vote locally. You don't have to vote for president, vice president, if you don't want to, but those things like that affect you.
- 1:21:11And that's how they pass them in local elections.
- 1:21:14And you vote on it as a referendum. You're gonna have a new bond issue for a new school or whatever, and you vote on it. Well, that's your responsibility
- 1:21:23of going back and paying that.
- 1:21:26But that that's another reason, as I was saying, all politics is local.
- 1:21:31I suggest you vote locally. You call me funny names or whatever, but this is your duty. That's where you live. These are the people you live with, and, you can affect that.
- 1:21:44So that's why I say that. K.
- 1:21:46Property tax is different. It's just different.
- 1:21:53Unknown: Okay. Thank you. Y'all y'all have given me a whole lot of time. I I thank y'all so much to ever everyone.
- 1:22:00Unknown: Okay. Well, let's see who else we can give a lot of time to around here.
- 1:22:04Who else would like to say something, chime in, whatever, please?
- 1:22:09Yes. You were waiting. I'm sorry. How could I No worries.
- 1:22:13Unknown: I understand. No worries. You get sidetracked, ED. No worries.
- 1:22:17So, Christian,
- 1:22:19I think it'd be wise, you know,
- 1:22:21the corruption. You mentioned your
- 1:22:24friend,
- 1:22:24with the,
- 1:22:26land patent.
- 1:22:27You should this is a suggestion. You should record
- 1:22:31all your interactions
- 1:22:32with any public official and get it on tape.
- 1:22:36Because if you call,
- 1:22:38they can lie to you at the courthouse.
- 1:22:41So
- 1:22:42I suggest you record any
- 1:22:45any any interaction you have with the public officials. Okay. That way you have a a record.
- 1:22:53Unknown: Okay. I see the place. This is where affidavits
- 1:22:56come in.
- 1:22:58Record it? Yeah. You could do it. And she does she does affidavits ever since, yeah, thirteen years. Every time every time something happens, this happened on this date, and I contacted so and so, and this is what he told me and
- 1:23:14Go get it notarized.
- 1:23:15Put it in a file. I've I've
- 1:23:17Unknown: found that the little towns in Texas are run like thiefdoms,
- 1:23:22Unknown: so you have to be very careful. I yield. I'm sure. Okay. Well, how else would you expect them to be run? Bunch of damn cow diz is few people, cows, and rattlesnakes,
- 1:23:32and horny frogs and stuff. Horned frogs. You got a horn frogs, Christian, still?
- 1:23:38Got a lot of horny frogs. Yeah. You turn them over and pet their belly, and they just are sweet, sweetest little things.
- 1:23:46Yeah.
- 1:23:48That's about all they got to feed them over out there.
- 1:23:51Who else got something else today on Wednesday?
- 1:23:55Day before Paul's double duty day.
- 1:23:59The world's going nuts, man. I mean,
- 1:24:02I've still been able to get there there's so much going on. We don't know. Evidently, everything with the war in Iran depends on whether Israel's gonna okay it or not. That's the extent of the control they've got over the country. And how'd they do it? Well, they got control of the monetary supply, and then they bankrupted it, and they switched the systems
- 1:24:21where they're in total perpetual control.
- 1:24:24Except
- 1:24:25except
- 1:24:26when somebody figures out how to do it in round around it and files a little paperwork, and then they don't know what to do.
- 1:24:34Do you understand that? They don't know what to do about us.
- 1:24:38They're they they've they've hidden it real well, and they've
- 1:24:43brain brainwashed the rest of the public pretty much, and they know
- 1:24:47we've been around for a while, and they didn't really grow. And although they know they're getting a bunch of those white piece of paper and passport applications.
- 1:24:56So they know it's growing. That is why I believe
- 1:25:00what was it? Two years ago, Paul, when they passport office called Jerry
- 1:25:06for his wife's application,
- 1:25:08and the guy said his name was Hilton. Ago. It just went Hilton. Know what he knew. Is my name? That's exactly right. Okay. Well, what's the next step in my administrative appeal? Well, I'm I'm the appeal officer.
- 1:25:21Well, that's total bullshit.
- 1:25:24They never would send the head of appeals to call some guy and ask him questions.
- 1:25:30That's bullshit.
- 1:25:31They wanted to know how much he knew.
- 1:25:35They have to have a gauge
- 1:25:37on how many of these things they're getting
- 1:25:40are from people that do know what they're doing or people from Anna Von Wright's, by the way, where she been lately,
- 1:25:48and the late David Strait and the other guys that take these other approaches.
- 1:25:53That's what they wanna know. Is this just a paper thing, or is this real people understand?
- 1:26:01That stress
- 1:26:02we stress
- 1:26:04around here.
- 1:26:06If you really wanna be free, you gotta learn the information.
- 1:26:10I'm sorry.
- 1:26:12I I know you want it to be instant and easy.
- 1:26:15Well, it it is instant, but it ain't always easy. K? And the easy part is what you're gonna have to pay for your freedom, and that is learning the information,
- 1:26:25getting your brain to operate with the synapses,
- 1:26:28firing again,
- 1:26:30and bring yourself to a
- 1:26:33living free individual
- 1:26:36that isn't still in an enigma
- 1:26:39of an illusion.
- 1:26:41Yes. Who said Roger right there? Is that you, Samuel?
- 1:26:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:26:46Hi, Roger. I Hey, Samuel. I know you're a fan of Nolo Press, and I
- 1:26:52think because Chris is so far along the process, so
- 1:26:57Paul's
- 1:26:59approach is probably best at this point. But if people wanna stop this stuff
- 1:27:03before court, there's that Nolo Press book I
- 1:27:07I suggested that gives you the letters and the forms and stuff to
- 1:27:13put an end to this because once they sell that debt, you've
- 1:27:17got to sort of agree to it before it becomes a reality.
- 1:27:20They have really no no grounds to stand on, and you could stop that in with these letters.
- 1:27:25Unknown: I think Nolo Press is part of the University of California Berkeley.
- 1:27:31K? I think it is. For the audience
- 1:27:34that that don't know the n o l o, Nolo.
- 1:27:38They've been around for a long time. As long as I've been in this, they were already established, so they've been doing this for decades
- 1:27:44and publishing self help law books.
- 1:27:47Do your own divorce. Do your own bankruptcy.
- 1:27:50We used
- 1:27:51their legal research book
- 1:27:54when I went to paralegal school. That's the book on legal research we used was no low press.
- 1:28:01And it's big eight and a half by 11 book.
- 1:28:04And when you open up the first page of it, the whole first blank page,
- 1:28:09Samuel,
- 1:28:10that was where the when I use a word, Humpty Dumpty said in a rather scornful tone, that dialogue is the entire first page of the Nolo Press' legal research book. So they're oriented in the right way. Their books are inexpensive.
- 1:28:27I've never heard anybody do anything but say nice things about them, and that's a good resource
- 1:28:33for how to do whatever you wanna do. They might not have a look for it, but you ought to go check anyway.
- 1:28:40Good resource.
- 1:28:41Unknown: Yeah. The the the book I recommend was solve your money troubles, and it's written by two women who are attorneys in the bankruptcy and foreclosure
- 1:28:50field.
- 1:28:52And
- 1:28:53it's the in its twentieth edition.
- 1:28:55Get that one because that way it's up to date with the law.
- 1:28:59Yeah. But yeah. The Twentieth edition. They're also big they're
- 1:29:03they're also big advocates of saying that, like, if you've got children
- 1:29:08that you know are being strangled by their
- 1:29:12debts from
- 1:29:13going to school,
- 1:29:15they have a whole system of challenging that in the book as well.
- 1:29:20Just fixing all
- 1:29:23Unknown: yeah. So You know what student loans are, Samuel? Do you know what they are?
- 1:29:30I guess that's an hope too. Got more people in
- 1:29:33Unknown: debt than anybody in this country.
- 1:29:36Unknown: It's the biggest
- 1:29:37asset
- 1:29:38on the federal government's balance sheet,
- 1:29:41student loan debts.
- 1:29:44Yep.
- 1:29:47Asset
- 1:29:49being the keyword.
- 1:29:53Coming So no low praise. Good place to check-in. There's a comment. Somebody coming in. Hello?
- 1:30:01Unknown: Hello, Roger. It's Shane. Yes. It is.
- 1:30:04Unknown: Oh my goodness gracious.
- 1:30:06Yes. They're out there by you,
- 1:30:08isn't it?
- 1:30:10Unknown: Yes. It's right across the bay.
- 1:30:13No Lopez is
- 1:30:15Free. You know? And also it's very
- 1:30:18Unknown: Do they have a Shane, do they have a bookstore out there? Do they have a bookstore you can go into? You just have to order offline.
- 1:30:25Unknown: Do you know? I believe I believe there was one, but I'm not sure if they have one today.
- 1:30:32But, yeah, it's across the bay, so I have not Yeah. Oh, it's okay. You know, over there. Last
- 1:30:39within the last, what, twenty years.
- 1:30:42But, yeah, I went to, to bookstore.
- 1:30:45It was a bookstore within, like, a coffee shop
- 1:30:49Unknown: Yeah. Back then. And yeah. Uh-huh.
- 1:30:51Unknown: Well, now it's online. It's accessible to anybody. I think their books are inexpensive,
- 1:30:56and they're very good and
- 1:30:58a highly recommended source. Thank you, Shane.
- 1:31:03Unknown: Who else is this? By what author?
- 1:31:06By what author? The book? No. The book? No.
- 1:31:09Unknown: No.
- 1:31:10Unknown: No. Hold hold on. Christian
- 1:31:12Christian doesn't understand what he's asking. There's a whole bunch of different books by different authors.
- 1:31:18Oh, it depends on what the subject matter is, Christian.
- 1:31:21K? Oh, okay.
- 1:31:23Okay. How to do your own bankruptcy? The book on How to do your own talking about Roger. It Yes. Christian?
- 1:31:31Unknown: Yes. I have a question.
- 1:31:33Unknown: Okay. Just saying. Okay. Go ahead.
- 1:31:36Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 1:31:37Just as it says, no no
- 1:31:40as
- 1:31:41in no
- 1:31:43and then
- 1:31:45low,
- 1:31:47it has some particular
- 1:31:50documentation
- 1:31:51in regards to that no press. So so there's no press that's being sell
- 1:31:58sold to you as a,
- 1:32:02as a
- 1:32:04a student.
- 1:32:05Unknown: Okay. Okay. Well, you don't even have to be a student. I mean, you just need to be somebody that needs to access that information. I highly recommend the source. Thank you, Shane. Samuel
- 1:32:16Unknown: Student law.
- 1:32:18Unknown: Student law. I don't know how many books they've got to offer. I just know that they got the basic ones covered,
- 1:32:25and they probably got a bunch of other ones over there too. So go browse
- 1:32:30to your little heart's content.
- 1:32:33K?
- 1:32:35Alright. Samuel, you were talking about one of their specific books. Okay. See you later, Shane. Thank you. There's
- 1:32:41Unknown: a specific book for what we're talking about here. It's called solve your money troubles.
- 1:32:47Subtitle is get out of debt and stay that way
- 1:32:51by Amy Lof Gordon
- 1:32:53and Kara
- 1:32:55O'Neil.
- 1:32:57Unknown: Stay out of debt, please. As
- 1:33:00I've told you with the exception when I had these stupid accidents,
- 1:33:04I had to fall back into it. I've been out of debt for twenty five years, and it's a wonderful feeling. K? So trying to achieve that, I know it's well, mortgages,
- 1:33:13etcetera, virtually impossible.
- 1:33:16But,
- 1:33:17keep trying to do the best you can.
- 1:33:21Sir, try and clip off because of
- 1:33:24and clip off your 20%
- 1:33:26APR credit cards. Yeah. Go ahead, Samuel. I'll stop stepping on you.
- 1:33:32Unknown: You you gotta get the twentieth edition. You'll see them. Like, if you go to Amazon and you look under books, you might see one for $6,
- 1:33:40but it's gonna be one of the earlier editions. You wanna get the twentieth
- 1:33:44because it has current law in it, and they're changing it every year. Okay. I'm sure.
- 1:33:49Unknown: As more and more people get into debt up, interest on the credit card interest, I think, for the first time went over trillion dollars a month a while back.
- 1:34:00I think that's right. You know, rotating credit.
- 1:34:03I just know I don't want to be in that debt no more.
- 1:34:07So who else has got something? You got any debt free debt free listeners out there that'd like to echo my my statement?
- 1:34:19I don't know what it we gotta
- 1:34:21seems like,
- 1:34:24the folks are real quiet out there. The jungle is quiet.
- 1:34:30Roger. Excuse me. Yeah. So there's Julie. Hey, Julie.
- 1:34:35Unknown: Hey. Yeah. I'm Samuel.
- 1:34:37I bought the Nolo book, solve your money problem,
- 1:34:40and I didn't I was not impressed with that book at all. I'm thinking about returning it.
- 1:34:46Really? I don't, yeah, I don't see much in the way of letters. I see a couple of letters, and they don't cite any of the laws or anything.
- 1:34:56I don't know. I just thought it was really basic
- 1:35:00Unknown: on Well, I mean, they look. Well, Nolo Nolo Press writes books for basic
- 1:35:06things,
- 1:35:07but most people don't know jack crap about the law. K? Right. Right. But that's just an FYI.
- 1:35:14Okay. Thank you. Well, Julie here is is quite
- 1:35:17skilled in the real estate area and has a bunch of different letters behind her name. And
- 1:35:23so I as someone of her astute level, I could see where some of these things might be a bit sophomoric,
- 1:35:30Jules.
- 1:35:33So where
- 1:35:36else can we go? Somebody got something to talk about. We don't know what else is happening.
- 1:35:42It's hard catching up from these, Monday holidays a bit in the news cycle,
- 1:35:48so we'll find out.
- 1:35:52Please
- 1:35:53get us out of Iran, Trump.
- 1:35:55Unknown: Don't let these guys control Yes.
- 1:35:58Unknown: Yes. Who's there?
- 1:36:01Unknown: It's Manna.
- 1:36:03Unknown: Hey, Manna. How are things in Montana?
- 1:36:06Manna from Montana.
- 1:36:08That's got a darn ring to it, son.
- 1:36:12Unknown: Should have my own show.
- 1:36:15Unknown: Hell, here y'all put that on a card. At least you can hand it out. Man, I'm from Montana. I'll fix your log on.
- 1:36:25Unknown: If I have to, I'll I'll do it.
- 1:36:28I just wanted to echo on that
- 1:36:30debt thing. It is
- 1:36:33that's how I've I've tried really hard to never go there.
- 1:36:38But what I've noticed with working
- 1:36:41on
- 1:36:42and for,
- 1:36:44I guess you'd call them rich people. I mean, I know they're
- 1:36:49probably really middle class really, but they just have million dollar homes and
- 1:36:54boats and
- 1:36:56fancy cars and TVs and all this stuff, but what I noticed is they don't own any of that.
- 1:37:02They're Nope. They might be rich and they might have a lot of but they Wow. It's so crazy how they just all of that is.
- 1:37:13Unknown: It's not richness and wealth accumulation.
- 1:37:15It's cash flow that you're working off of. And so those people, none for whatever reason, variety obviously,
- 1:37:23well, they go out and extend themselves along. I want the boat. I want everything. Everything. I I want want this and that and the other. And what you don't know is what their payments are behind the scenes on all that.
- 1:37:33And this is why I say,
- 1:37:35those appearances, you gotta be very careful,
- 1:37:38because what I found at this stage of my life, same mister, just wait just a second, is that less is more.
- 1:37:45And that, yeah, they might own those things, but in the end analysis, the things own you. They all they all demand upkeep. They all demand maintenance. They all demand insurance.
- 1:37:56They all demand all the over coverage to cover you having access to them. And pretty soon, they own you.
- 1:38:04And it's just much better to have less.
- 1:38:08That's the way I've come to my hand. It brings you less problems in life. And if there's one thing that I appreciate at my age,
- 1:38:16it's less problems.
- 1:38:20So I want the least problems possible
- 1:38:22and just live out the days I got doing what I wanna do, which is try and spread this message and meet and talk to nice folks like Samuel and Manna
- 1:38:32and
- 1:38:34enjoy where I'm living and
- 1:38:36not have to worry about all that crap.
- 1:38:39I'm so glad not to have to have an automobile.
- 1:38:42It's just a blessing. K?
- 1:38:45So did you ever comment on that, man, or I think Samuel wants to say something?
- 1:38:52Unknown: I yield. I just wanted to throw that out there for the day.
- 1:38:56Unknown: Thank you, sir.
- 1:38:58Samuel.
- 1:39:01Unknown: Yeah. I wanted to ask Julie
- 1:39:03question. The book may have them in download forms, but they're supposed to have
- 1:39:09access to a debt validation letters,
- 1:39:13cease and desist letters,
- 1:39:15negotiation
- 1:39:16letters, and dispute letters.
- 1:39:19They're supposed to be part of that book. Well, how much is it? Might be downloadable,
- 1:39:23though, and you've gotta pick on certain things to get specific.
- 1:39:27So they may not have put a whole bunch of letters in the book. But I would look for for a downloadable
- 1:39:34area in there, Julie. See if you find it. If not, let me know.
- 1:39:39Unknown: Okay. There you go.
- 1:39:41I've always yeah. Of course, I've not worked with the
- 1:39:45Unknown: Roger, you can just go to nolo.com,
- 1:39:48and they have documents that you can create online and download
- 1:39:53useful legal forms. And I don't know if they charge for them or not.
- 1:39:57But
- 1:39:58as far as like the book goes,
- 1:40:02it talks about budgeting.
- 1:40:04It just talks about real basic stuff in here
- 1:40:07and
- 1:40:09definitions. And it has a list of where you complain, like at the Consumer Financial
- 1:40:15Protection Bureau and the
- 1:40:17federal lending institution stuff. But as far as mostly
- 1:40:21definitions
- 1:40:22in here,
- 1:40:25and then they do have
- 1:40:28sample letter
- 1:40:29disputing credit card charges,
- 1:40:32but
- 1:40:34it's just so basic.
- 1:40:37Unknown: Julie.
- 1:40:39Yeah. 50%
- 1:40:40of the people in the country can't read above the sixth grade level.
- 1:40:45Unknown: I know. That's why I when I bought the book and I looked and flipped through it, I was like, this is not for me.
- 1:40:52Unknown: No. It's for them.
- 1:40:54Yes.
- 1:40:55Unfortunately,
- 1:40:56I'm sorry to say that's where we are, but this is the the long march, and we wake up. And for decades, they've been doing this, brainwashing people, dumbing them down, feeding them poison.
- 1:41:08And all of a sudden, we wake up and we see the results all around us, and it's facts like that.
- 1:41:13Fifty percent of the people can't read above the sixth grade level. Might have been the third grade levels. One of those two. Even more startling,
- 1:41:21twenty five percent of them were totally illiterate.
- 1:41:27Unknown: Yeah. I,
- 1:41:29I I think I see the problem here, Julie. The downloads are located on Nolo's
- 1:41:34dedicated companion site, not inside the book itself.
- 1:41:38Unknown: So you have to access the downloads.
- 1:41:40Unknown: Find the URL,
- 1:41:41open your copy of solve your money troubles to appendix c
- 1:41:47or sometimes appendix a b
- 1:41:50depending on printing.
- 1:41:52Look for the specific web address listed here typically formatted as blah blah blah.
- 1:41:59So,
- 1:42:01you know, you you have to actually go in through rather
- 1:42:06complicated,
- 1:42:07but How
- 1:42:08Unknown: much is the book?
- 1:42:10Unknown: $20? $26.
- 1:42:13Unknown: Okay.
- 1:42:1426. You get four or five letters for $26?
- 1:42:16Unknown: They do have, like, they do have, like, sample letter writing if your credit card if you, like, buy something with your credit card and then you call the credit card company up and they refuse to credit back because you
- 1:42:30buy a coat and it was defective or whatever, they'll make a claim under 15 U. S. C. Section sixteen sixty one,
- 1:42:38one and twelve
- 1:42:39one or I and then 12 CFR
- 1:42:42section ten twenty six dash one two c. I think that's a spelling error in their book here. And tell them that, you know, remove the money from my credit card bill and stuff like that. But,
- 1:42:53you know, they've got Yesterday.
- 1:42:56Unknown: That was part of my two hour conversation
- 1:42:59with Wells Fargo.
- 1:43:01Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:43:02Unknown: Mean, they do have student loan debt that something like student loan debt is obviously gonna be a rather complicated issue, I would think.
- 1:43:10Unknown: Right. I mean, talk a lot about bankruptcy,
- 1:43:13Chapter seven, Chapter 13, Chapter 11,
- 1:43:17and will bankruptcy solve your debt problems and how to stop judgment collection
- 1:43:22efforts and stuff like that. But
- 1:43:25boy,
- 1:43:26it's
- 1:43:29and then they have a letter to the creditor about debt collectors' improper collection tactics,
- 1:43:36about writing them to quit harassing you.
- 1:43:42Unknown: That's the first one. All you have to do is so you have to fax it. You don't have to write them. You fax them a letter that says whatever fair debt collection act invoking
- 1:43:51section so and so, and they they adhere to it. Okay?
- 1:43:55Unknown: I mean, there's a there is a sample letter in here to the creditor or debt collector to make a lump sum payment
- 1:44:01if negative information is removed from the credit reports. But Paul's letter is better than this. It just basically states I'm in a position to resolve this matter. I can pay a lump sum payment amount of this
- 1:44:13in installments
- 1:44:15of this by this date if you agree to do the following.
- 1:44:19And it basically says that
- 1:44:22to remove the negative
- 1:44:25credit information
- 1:44:28from Experian, Equifax and TransUnion
- 1:44:31and any other credit reporting agency to which the account was reported and to delete all
- 1:44:38accounts trade lines for this debt.
- 1:44:41Unknown: Yeah. I think the first letter you're actually supposed to send them
- 1:44:45is to have them validate it. And they that's the first stumbling block they've got is they they don't have any record of validation.
- 1:44:53Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:44:56Yeah.
- 1:44:57Unknown: Yeah. And it basically says, received a letter from you about a debt for a blank owed to so and so. I dispute the validity
- 1:45:04of this debt. Please provide documentation
- 1:45:07verifying the debt, including the last date you claim I made a payment on this debt. Please also send me the name and address of the original creditor and immediately return this account to the creditor and delete your trade line from my credit files.
- 1:45:20Unknown: Yeah. There you go.
- 1:45:24That's the threshold they they they pretty much can't legally pass. A
- 1:45:29Unknown: tar baby world
- 1:45:31it is.
- 1:45:36Try to stop your involvement with these bandits.
- 1:45:42Unknown: Think because they're All the stopping collectors citizens.
- 1:45:46Unknown: Think because they're attorney collectors, them
- 1:45:50being the first one to throw down the gauntlet and actually file collection
- 1:45:54action with the court,
- 1:45:57that
- 1:45:58was their first hurdle they threw at him.
- 1:46:02Because it's hard for him
- 1:46:04to have them validate the debt when he's already on the hook with a court date.
- 1:46:11Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Like I said, he's so deep that I think your approach is best right now, Paul.
- 1:46:16Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:46:18That's why I picked that one.
- 1:46:21Unknown: Plus, he he does he does feel that he owes some of this. Right? He's trying to just be on hold. He's gonna try and he's gonna not he's not squirreling off on the debt. He's gonna pay offer to pay him half of it.
- 1:46:32Unknown: Right. Well, actually, the original debt was, like, 2,200.
- 1:46:36Okay? Yeah. But the Tractor Supply sold the debt to a third party collector, which we know they did not pay 2,200
- 1:46:45for it. They probably paid $2.50 if if
- 1:46:49anything,
- 1:46:51and his offer is to settle 50%
- 1:46:54with them,
- 1:46:5650% of the original debt without any
- 1:47:00interest,
- 1:47:01without any penalties,
- 1:47:02without any of the $2,500
- 1:47:05markup that
- 1:47:06each collection agency adds to the bill as the as it trades hands.
- 1:47:11He's trying to equitably settle
- 1:47:14something that he agrees he owes,
- 1:47:17but he's not going to give them the whole 2,200
- 1:47:20Unknown: because he knows they didn't pay that. Mhmm. Now in this instance, does the UCC rule apply
- 1:47:27that will if they refuse
- 1:47:29that,
- 1:47:30is that considered paid?
- 1:47:35If they refuse Christian's offer,
- 1:47:38is it considered paid? Because under the UCC, and I don't know the stipulations
- 1:47:43that might be in the fine print, but if you tender payment and it's refused, it's considered paid.
- 1:47:50Unknown: Yeah. Well, all this comes under the debt collection act, Roger. I don't think it's any
- 1:47:55it's the UCC anymore.
- 1:47:57Unknown: Woke?
- 1:47:59Okay. I don't know. I just wanna ask the question. Don't know. Interesting,
- 1:48:03though.
- 1:48:06Unknown: Roger.
- 1:48:07Roger.
- 1:48:08Unknown: Yes. There's someone Michael Michael Michael.
- 1:48:11Unknown: Garcia. He is.
- 1:48:12No. That's that's Jerry. He is. Garcia in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Hey,
- 1:48:17Unknown: mister g. How you doing? I'm great.
- 1:48:21Unknown: I'm doing good. But I just wanted to throw in that I graduated from the third grade,
- 1:48:27and you're right. Third graders can barely read or understand anything
- 1:48:32Unknown: they read. I just want to throw that in. Yep. Oh, and I do have a third grade diploma. Understand
- 1:48:39Unknown: glad you understand about getting free. Go ahead.
- 1:48:44Unknown: Oh, I'm free. I
- 1:48:46Unknown: know. I know.
- 1:48:48Unknown: Thank you.
- 1:48:49Unknown: Hey. Thank you, buddy. Keep doing good down there, Jerry.
- 1:48:54Unknown: And you've got that act titled titled like the Patriot Act. Oh,
- 1:48:59Unknown: somebody's trying to say they want that old time religion, I think. What was that?
- 1:49:08Give me that old time religion. Was that what I heard or who was Maybe I'm free to do what I want any old time. Old time.
- 1:49:17Yes. Good Mick. Good Mick.
- 1:49:20That's good early Mick right there.
- 1:49:23Yes. Who was trying to say something?
- 1:49:26Unknown: Yeah. It's called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
- 1:49:30Unknown: Okay.
- 1:49:32Unknown: Yeah. Sort of like the Patriot Act. Right? Yeah. Everything's unfair about it, but they're gonna call it fair debt collection. Well, they're trying to make it fair.
- 1:49:41Unknown: So I think what they're trying to do is level the playing field a little bit, give you a, a remedy or two or at least a way to stop some or most or possibly all of the, hassling they do to you.
- 1:49:55Little they're like,
- 1:49:58I can't think of the little fish. Some fish that's always, you know, like a tick, a little tick fly or something on a horse keep bothering you.
- 1:50:08Try and stay out of debt. It's a wonderful way to live life if you can. I know everybody can.
- 1:50:13I tell you what, I wonder if they're going to invoke acceleration
- 1:50:19clauses on mortgages
- 1:50:20this time around, Samuel. Julie, you think you think they'll do acceleration
- 1:50:26clauses? I believe they did that on people in the thirties.
- 1:50:32You know anything about that? Barger?
- 1:50:35The what? Applied accelerate applied acceleration clauses.
- 1:50:40Unknown: Oh, yeah. Absolutely.
- 1:50:42I mean, these people are just evil.
- 1:50:45Unknown: Well, the the what folks, if you don't we're talking about in your mortgage, if you got one,
- 1:50:50which means to kill, by the way,
- 1:50:53from the root word Mortmain.
- 1:50:57And in in virtually every mortgage,
- 1:51:01there's what's called an acceleration clause,
- 1:51:04and that means that they can call the loan due and payable at any time.
- 1:51:08I heard they did that back in the thirties. Do you know anything about that, Julie?
- 1:51:18Unknown: I know they I know they used that a lot of times. They just accelerated it. If you transferred the property into, like a trust, they tried to pull those tactics. If you moved it into an LLC or something, they tried to accelerate
- 1:51:31it. But I don't think they're doing that today if you move it into one of those properties.
- 1:51:36Unknown: No. They won't. But I'm just worried about the general economy getting so bad because, folks, what's coming,
- 1:51:42there there's never been anything like it in the history of the planet before.
- 1:51:46So these guys, we know who they are.
- 1:51:50Unknown: I highly recommend everybody go to Rumble and watch the interview between the warrior and
- 1:51:57Josh Reid. I sent you that
- 1:52:00humor,
- 1:52:02Joan and Robbie, the Rumble video and a couple of other of you guys I texted it to you. If you see what Josh Rees knows about what these people did
- 1:52:12from all the way back from
- 1:52:15'16 forward and what all the crimes they committed for all of this election stuff and everything
- 1:52:21and the meeting between
- 1:52:23Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton on the tarmac and all of the
- 1:52:27unlawful things they've done. It is just crazy where the servers are, where all of the chemical
- 1:52:34bombs are in Ukraine for We The People and everything. It is just so unnerving.
- 1:52:40And that guy, Josh Reed, he's got Asperger's
- 1:52:43disease. He's beyond genius. Those people are so smart. And the details behind which he has because he used to work in the intelligence community.
- 1:52:53And so with all of that stuff that they had planned for us and all of these sleeper cells and everything, and then you guys go look at David Nino Rodriguez,
- 1:53:03who lives in El Paso, Texas, he's just down by the river. The river should be over on top of his neck. It's empty due to the new
- 1:53:12AI
- 1:53:13data centers that they just built near him. There's zero water. There's zero water in Colorado.
- 1:53:20There's zero water in the Hoover Dam. They're going to starve us to death and make it so we don't have water.
- 1:53:28Unknown: One more important note on NOLO Press, Roger, is
- 1:53:32the reason that you're in because the older editions of the book had the letters printed in them,
- 1:53:38like back 2015.
- 1:53:40But Nolo Press
- 1:53:42has removed almost all their forms to digital only to ensure they remain up to date with changing laws.
- 1:53:51That's smart. So that's why you're not getting you're getting you're getting
- 1:53:56boilerplate,
- 1:53:57but maybe in the book, but you're not gonna get specifics.
- 1:54:01Unknown: So you've gotta actually download it. Well, I'd say that see, I'd say that speaks very highly of no low press
- 1:54:09and their credibility.
- 1:54:10Actually, it does. So
- 1:54:12Unknown: So you you can buy an old edition of that book and get the updated law just by accessing accessing it it through through through the website.
- 1:54:21Because because the the, the older editions of that book I saw were, like, $7,
- 1:54:26and the new one is, like, 27.
- 1:54:28Unknown: So I wonder if they'd entertain a book how to free yourself from the federal government.
- 1:54:37I don't know if they'd publish that one or not, Samuel.
- 1:54:42Unknown: Well, okay. These these two women are looking at the ugly side of debt collection. That's for sure.
- 1:54:47Unknown: It would not let you give it away, Raj.
- 1:54:50Unknown: It's a ugly activity.
- 1:54:53They wouldn't let you give it away? What's No. They would not let you give your own book away. Well, they probably not. Probably
- 1:55:00not. Yes, Julie. Yes, dear.
- 1:55:03Unknown: So I just googled
- 1:55:08I just group I just googled
- 1:55:10PDF
- 1:55:11Unknown: letter. We're gonna we're gonna find you. We're gonna find you. Sample deck.
- 1:55:17You've been fined $25
- 1:55:18for using the g word. Go ahead.
- 1:55:21Unknown: Okay. Well, anyway, I just I
- 1:55:24just
- 1:55:26I
- 1:55:27just googled
- 1:55:28sample debt validation letter, here's what it is. Ding. Ding. That's 50. Go ahead.
- 1:55:34To whom it may concern. Be advised this is not a refusal to pay but a notice that your claim is disputed and validation is requested.
- 1:55:42Under the Fair Debt
- 1:55:44Collection Practices Act, I have the right to request validation
- 1:55:47of the debt you say I owe you. I am requesting proof that I am indeed the party you are asking to pay this debt and there is some contractual obligation that is binding on me to pay this debt. This is not
- 1:56:00verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for validation
- 1:56:05made pursuant to Title 15 U. S. C. Sixteen ninety two gs Section eight zero nine, small parenthesis B of the FDCPA.
- 1:56:14I respectfully
- 1:56:16request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. At this time, I'll also inform you that if your offices have or continue to report invalidated
- 1:56:26information to any of the three major credit bureaus,
- 1:56:30Equifax,
- 1:56:31Experian, TransUnion, this action might constitute
- 1:56:34fraud under both federal and state laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found or continues to report on any of my credit reports by your company or the company you represent, I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you and your client for the following: violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and defamation of character. I am sure your legal staff will agree that non compliance with this request could put your company in serious legal
- 1:56:59trouble with the FTC and other state or federal agencies.
- 1:57:03If your offices are
- 1:57:04able to provide the proper documentation as requested in the following declaration,
- 1:57:09I will require thirty days to investigate this information and during such time, all collection activity must cease and desist.
- 1:57:17Also during this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered
- 1:57:22detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult legal counsel for suit. This includes any listing of any information to a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated.
- 1:57:33If your offices fail to respond to this validation request within thirty days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file and a copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately.
- 1:57:47And it says please provide the following. Number one, agreement with your client that grants you authority to collect on this alleged debt.
- 1:57:55Number two, agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein heshe agreed to pay the creditor.
- 1:58:01Number three, any insurance claims that have been made by the creditor regarding this account. Number four, any judgments obtained by any creditor regarding this account. Name and address of alleged creditor.
- 1:58:12Name on file of alleged debtor.
- 1:58:15Alleged account number. Address on file for alleged debtor. Amount of alleged debt. Date this alleged debt became payable. Date of original charge off or delinquency.
- 1:58:25Verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector,
- 1:58:29complete accounting of alleged debt, commission for debt collector if collection efforts efforts are successful,
- 1:58:36and it has it goes on and on. It's just this is just from a g word
- 1:58:41website.
- 1:58:45Unknown: Good. You're learning. Just come out of the
- 1:58:48hey. She just come out I was making coffee. She this is Christian.
- 1:58:53Yes. Hi, Christian. You just came out of the shoot
- 1:58:57number five like a bull rider,
- 1:59:00and I I couldn't get my paper and my pen quick enough. What what website is that? If you give me your email, I'll just email it to you.
- 1:59:09Unknown: Email to me too, please, Julie.
- 1:59:11To me too. Me
- 1:59:13Unknown: too. Me too. I'm kinda scared of giving stuff out now. I'm I'm shaking at my knees when you ask me that. To me. I'll forward it to him.
- 1:59:22Unknown: Okay. I'll just email it to Paul right now. Wonderful. Wonderful, Paul. So,
- 1:59:28Unknown: Julie, do you need to listen from link from the book to No Lo Press?
- 1:59:32Unknown: No. No. This is something totally different.
- 1:59:35Unknown: Okay. Alright.
- 1:59:37Unknown: We gotta Alright. We're gonna take it
- 1:59:40Unknown: It's for the audience. Samuel, I'll you out, period, because we're about to end and hope you got something out of that. Go get yourself out of debt. We'll see you tomorrow.
- 1:59:51Unknown: I just texted it to you, Samuel.
- 1:59:56Unknown: Roger, debt collectors ignore ignore those letters that Julie wrote.
- 2:00:01They they just ignore them.
- 2:00:03That's just too much information. It's like it's like the teacher talking
- 2:00:08to the students on Snoopy.
- 2:00:11I mean, they just ignore them. They don't have to provide all that.
- 2:00:14There's only three things that a debt collector has to provide. If you write that you dispute the debt
- 2:00:19under the FDCPA.
- 2:00:21They have to provide written
- 2:00:22verification of the debt, which means they're confirming the amount you owe matches the creditor's records.
- 2:00:29They have to provide a court judgment if it's applicable
- 2:00:34or if it exists, and they have to provide the name and address of the original creditor if it differs from the current creditor. That's it.
- 2:00:42So,
- 2:00:43really, the only way you should the only valid reason you have the disputed debt is if they sent the the correspondence to the wrong party
- 2:00:53that has a different name on it,
- 2:00:56or
- 2:00:57maybe the address is wrong
- 2:00:59because you could have someone else with the same name at a different address.
- 2:01:03Or, you know, there's all kinds like, if there if there's if the address was wrong, like, on the statement on the the bank statement.
- 2:01:11But what a lot of times, probably most every time,
- 2:01:15what what a debt collector considers as validation when you write them back, of course, they gotta stop all collection
- 2:01:22activity for thirty days because that's what the statute calls for.
- 2:01:26And then what they end up providing you with is the last account statement.
- 2:01:32And,
- 2:01:33that's like the final blow because if you never disputed that debt to begin with with the original creditor,
- 2:01:40that's where they got you.
- 2:01:41And they they they have the grounds to file a lawsuit against you
- 2:01:46Because what they're gonna do is they're gonna come in usual using
- 2:01:50these three very common counts in the lawsuit.
- 2:01:54They're gonna use unjust enrichment,
- 2:01:56so you defaulted on your debt, and now you're just trying to take advantage of not being responsible and paying back the debt.
- 2:02:04And then another account is gonna be account stated that you failed to dispute,
- 2:02:09you know, the the the
- 2:02:11the debt itself with the original creditor when they were sending you statements.
- 2:02:17And then and then you have, of course, the original contract,
- 2:02:21which most of the time they don't have. And, usually, if they don't have that and they don't they they can't prevail on it, they will prevail on the account stated
- 2:02:30count.
- 2:02:31And, so, you know, there's a lot of these letters that are circulating. I've seen them two pages long.
- 2:02:38There's no way they're gonna read that. They're gonna get that, and they're gonna throw it in the garbage.
- 2:02:42So if you really wanna hear how this stuff is you know, how it really works and how it's done,
- 2:02:49listen to a guy named John
- 2:02:51Watts
- 2:02:52on YouTube. He's been a consumer protection attorney for
- 2:02:57an injury personal injury attorney
- 2:02:59for, like, twenty five years.
- 2:03:01He's got a slew of videos. His name is John,
- 2:03:04w a t t s,
- 2:03:07and he's gone over this whole dispute letter that's you know, all these various dispute letters that are circulating out there on the Internet. And he says they're just a bunch of nonsense.
- 2:03:17And the debt collector,
- 2:03:19whether it's the bank collecting on its own debt or a third party debt collector or a law firm that the bank hires, they don't have to provide any of that information.
- 2:03:28They just have to provide what I just mentioned under the FDCPA,
- 2:03:31and that's it. And if you're gonna dispute a debt because maybe the name is wrong or the amount is wrong, maybe maybe you would default it on $10,000
- 2:03:40and the the they're they're coming at you saying, oh, you owe you owe the bank $15,000.
- 2:03:47Well, you could dispute that. You could say, I dispute the amount is wrong. Now they have to provide the documentation
- 2:03:53to get those numbers
- 2:03:54straightened out.
- 2:03:55And, but, you know, all they gotta do is provide a very limited amount of information
- 2:04:02to verify the debt under the under the statute.
- 2:04:07Unknown: Okay.
- 2:04:08Unknown: Same amount of debt. Same amount of advice.
- 2:04:11I'll just continue with what Paul's doing because that's right, Larry. I they've already they've
- 2:04:17they've already confirmed that what you're talking about, what did how much how much it was and all that. So Yeah.
- 2:04:25Unknown: Thank you all. Thank you. Yep. Yep. Stay out of debt best you can. You know, sometimes it's impossible.
- 2:04:32Anybody else got anything for you that's not debt related?
- 2:04:36Yes. I
- 2:04:38Unknown: do. I do. I do.
- 2:04:42Just before you
- 2:04:45I'm
- 2:04:46you mentioned about people thinking of moving to South America.
- 2:04:51And I I was wondering where Joan was today,
- 2:04:54but she might be part partying down there with two ex
- 2:04:59congress critters who were loyal to Trump and found it out that it was only one way.
- 2:05:07Thomas Mapsy and
- 2:05:09MTG
- 2:05:11are down in Costa Rica
- 2:05:13Unknown: vacationing together. I just thought you'd find Oh, are they? Funny. Oh, that's cool. I find that good. Maybe Joan's hanging out with them. Who knows?
- 2:05:24So, anyway, okay. Great sketch. So Quite. It's good. Do yes. Bruce.
- 2:05:30Bruce. Hello, Bruce.
- 2:05:34Unknown: Hi.
- 2:05:35Why are you going through all this chaos?
- 2:05:39The bank has already got paid with the whatever you took out.
- 2:05:45Unknown: They they make 20 just gave you a They got a big good debt. They got a big fund to cover unpaid debts, and they're real fat. I wouldn't worry about it.
- 2:05:57K?
- 2:05:58Was there somebody else that had something to say there?
- 2:06:04I Question? See y'all.
- 2:06:06Unknown: Yes, sir. Yeah. This is
- 2:06:10is Rollin,
- 2:06:11second time caller.
- 2:06:13Unknown: Okay. Hi, Rollin, r a w l I n, like Rollin?
- 2:06:18Unknown: R o l l I n.
- 2:06:21Unknown: Rollin. Okay.
- 2:06:23Rollin. That's how I'd say it. Okay. Rollin. Hey, Rollin. Second time caller, I speak with you. Well, how can we how can we do you?
- 2:06:34Unknown: The first time I called in, I had forgot to make copies of my affidavit that I sent to the Shame
- 2:06:40Unknown: on you.
- 2:06:42Unknown: I know.
- 2:06:44So I
- 2:06:45went and did the whole process over again
- 2:06:48or so I thought.
- 2:06:50And I went and I just applied for a passport card,
- 2:06:53and I do believe I have what is called their bluff letter.
- 2:06:57Unknown: Yes, sir. Do you want me to read you the first paragraph?
- 2:07:00It appears by what you submitted that you're a citizen of The United States.
- 2:07:05And then it quotes part of the fourteenth amendment blah blah blah blah. This cannot be waived unilaterally
- 2:07:11blah blah except by operational law. Is that the first paragraph?
- 2:07:18Unknown: Almost.
- 2:07:19It appears from the facts of your birth and documents you submitted that you are a US citizen entitled to a US passport.
- 2:07:26Unknown: Yep.
- 2:07:27Okay.
- 2:07:28Well Yeah. You can address them several ways.
- 2:07:32You can address them in the fact of Vattel's law of nations as and echoed by the UN Charter
- 2:07:38that every man has the right of personal political self determination,
- 2:07:43and you're exercising
- 2:07:44that right.
- 2:07:45You could also take some a sentence out of their own document on the state department's website,
- 2:07:52certificate of noncitizen
- 2:07:53nationality,
- 2:07:55and you could quote several things out of their own policy document,
- 2:07:59like, depending on which version you've got, the start of the second or the third
- 2:08:05paragraph where it says, according to the INA, the Immigration and Naturalization
- 2:08:10Act, it's what that stands for. According to the INA,
- 2:08:15comma, all
- 2:08:17US citizens
- 2:08:18are US nationals.
- 2:08:21And then you could go a little bit further down outside
- 2:08:24of the policy statement there
- 2:08:27where they quote The United States code title eight.
- 2:08:32It's three zero eight, I think. It says,
- 2:08:35a national owes total allegiance
- 2:08:38to a small estate
- 2:08:40and quote them that. There are other things you could throw at them, but if you'll do that, they'll send you your documents.
- 2:08:49Unknown: Yeah. I've got the, bluff letter printed out right in front of me. It's a it's a blank sheet
- 2:08:55of that.
- 2:08:57I was
- 2:08:58wondering
- 2:09:00the
- 2:09:02the bluff letter
- 2:09:04response,
- 2:09:06the very last paragraph.
- 2:09:09Some some of that information,
- 2:09:11I don't have. I got the green card back, both of them actually,
- 2:09:14Unknown: and only the first one has any case on it.
- 2:09:18Unknown: They're just trying to test it. Alright. K?
- 2:09:21And so you could also you
- 2:09:23quoted the fourteenth amendment in the letter in the first paragraph.
- 2:09:27The fourteenth amendment does not say
- 2:09:30all persons born or naturalized in The United States
- 2:09:34are
- 2:09:35subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 2:09:38It says and.
- 2:09:41If there's some that are and subject,
- 2:09:44there are some that have to be and not
- 2:09:47subject.
- 2:09:49There's a number of things you could throw back at them. You'll get your documents.
- 2:09:55Alright.
- 2:09:57Okay.
- 2:09:59Anything else wrong? It's pretty it's pretty easy. It is not complex. One of those things I just
- 2:10:07stated there for Yes.
- 2:10:10This is Dave. Alright.
- 2:10:12Alright. Good morning.
- 2:10:13I didn't hear if was was the letter signed by anyone?
- 2:10:21Was it signed by anyone?
- 2:10:24No. Sincerely,
- 2:10:26that's the reason computer
- 2:10:28generated.
- 2:10:29That's how I can quote you the first paragraph,
- 2:10:32almost verbatim.
- 2:10:36Unknown: Was it was the envelope sealed?
- 2:10:39Sometimes they don't even seal the envelope.
- 2:10:42Unknown: And if it was if it was legit, it would probably be certified or something. You know? Anyway, I gotta take the call. If you if you don't respond to it, they probably will not send you the document is my prediction.
- 2:10:56So respond to it. We've never had anybody that responded that didn't get their documents. It's a test.
- 2:11:05How much do you know? Okay? It's all it is.
- 2:11:10Unknown: So if I just follow that bluff letter response
- 2:11:14and just use a code title eight
- 2:11:17chapter 12.
- 2:11:18Anyway, you know what I'm talking about.
- 2:11:20That should be enough. Yeah. Well, you yeah.
- 2:11:23Unknown: Any of those or all of them will, will negate their falsified
- 2:11:28presumption.
- 2:11:29They know it. They're just testing you.
- 2:11:33Right. This is why I tell you,
- 2:11:36you're never going to be free unless you learn the information.
- 2:11:43If you can't respond to stuff like this,
- 2:11:46you're not free.
- 2:11:52Unknown: I believe
- 2:11:53you.
- 2:11:54I'm learning. Okay.
- 2:11:56Unknown: Alright. Well, it just takes time. I understand. Okay. Thank you, Roland. Good to talk to you again. Come back and visit if you got other. There's
- 2:12:05a questions in Spanish. Yeah. Yes. Anyone else for the ride? Thank
- 2:12:09Unknown: you.
- 2:12:10Unknown: Yes. You're welcome. Thank you. Anybody
- 2:12:13else?
- 2:12:14Going once.
- 2:12:16No.
- 2:12:17Going twice.
- 2:12:19Okay. You little freedom seekers. I'll see you tomorrow. Have a great day.
- 2:13:13Unknown: What happened? Roger duck out?
- 2:13:18Yeah. Apparently, he did.
