- 0:01We have massive, big news today in the silver and gold market,
- 0:05but we also have a big, big warning, which my fellow
- 0:09basement dwellers could result in even more support for the
- 0:14silver and gold price. We're going to dig into it.
- 0:16All. Right now, but the big.
- 0:18News of the. Day is the employment numbers
- 0:21and the big news of the day. Is the fact that silver.
- 0:25And gold are up, up and away. Are you ready?
- 0:29Are we? Having right?
- 0:31We talked about this A. Lot that the summer.
- 0:34Could be a real struggle. Bus for the silver and gold
- 0:38price, but Are you ready for a possible early summer rally?
- 0:44We've been talking about late August, September could be when
- 0:48the silver price and gold price really took off.
- 0:51But guys. I hate to admit it.
- 0:55I could have been wrong on that. We could be.
- 0:58Priming right now, today's numbers today, what's happening
- 1:02in the gold and silver market could be the beginning of an
- 1:06early summer rally. And I want you to think about
- 1:08something. I want you to think about
- 1:10something very, very critical when it comes to silver and
- 1:14gold. But overall, big picture.
- 1:16Let's put on our big picture hats, if you will, right now.
- 1:21They have screwed the. System up so much things are so
- 1:26perverted and contorted right it's been a long time since we
- 1:31talked about but you know the whole monetary.
- 1:34Fiscal system. In the West, in particular in
- 1:38the United States, it's like being held together with bubble
- 1:41gum and duct tape. We know Andy Scheckman likes to
- 1:44liken it to that game. Jenga.
- 1:46I got Jenga. Hold on a second.
- 1:48I got Jenga around here somewhere.
- 1:49I have a. I have a.
- 1:51Visual I hate corny props, but this is a.
- 1:53Good one, right? This game right here.
- 1:58You know, everything's fine. You keep pulling out the pieces,
- 2:02pulling out the pieces until, like Andy Scheckman says,
- 2:06eventually all of a sudden things come crashing down and
- 2:09I've got a big warning. We got some big warnings that
- 2:13we're going to talk about later when it comes to that.
- 2:15But let's dig into what's going on right now in the silver and
- 2:18gold market. And what do you guys say?
- 2:20Take our maybe we should take our blood pressure medicine
- 2:23because we're going to go out and get a live update right now
- 2:28on the gold and silver price. Let's go out to Pendeks.
- 2:33This is not up-to-the-minute. Let's just hope that we're still
- 2:36up. Wow, guys, up.
- 2:39Silver up $0.77, Gold up $27.67. That puts the gold price at
- 2:462300, $84. That's getting awful.
- 2:52Close to 24. 100 and silver $31.18 Hey.
- 2:57You know what? Let's celebrate because guys, us
- 3:00basement dwellers, we talked about.
- 3:02This on Tuesday and Wednesday. Of this week that today could
- 3:06be. A major major upward movement in
- 3:10the silver and gold price I you know now and now we're going to
- 3:14dig in to why here in a second but let's.
- 3:16Take a second and. Be very.
- 3:18Happy where we are. Right now on the silver and gold
- 3:21price and let's. Take a second and be very happy
- 3:24that we get. To come together in the basement
- 3:26and it wouldn't be. Possible without the support.

- 4:34We're having some technical difficulties here in the
- 4:37basement. I don't know what I did, and OK,
- 4:41I know what I did now. All right?
- 4:43Oh, man, hold on a second. I don't quite know how to fix
- 4:49this one. This is going to be an
- 4:50interesting live stream, but hey, they're all interesting and
- 4:57let's close that. Hold on one second here, guys,
- 5:05Hold on. Just just hang with me here.
- 5:11Wow, I really messed this one up.
- 5:13We are not going anywhere. Stay with me basement dwellers,
- 5:16we are going to talk. About why?
- 5:18Silver and gold are up. We're going to talk about that
- 5:20big warning, but in the interim, I need to run out so you get.
- 5:24To watch me struggle, right? We all have.
- 5:27We all have our struggles in life, struggle with trying to
- 5:32figure out how to fix this. Hold on here one second hold on.
- 5:41Hopefully I'm going to be right back with you.
- 5:44Hopefully you can still see me and hear me right now.
- 5:47Wow. You know how life goes right?
- 5:49Sometimes things get a little screwed up, so let's here we go
- 5:58live here we go. Hopefully you guys can still see
- 6:04me and hear me and. OK, Hello, hello and hold on a.
- 6:15Second here Remember remove the heck do I get rid of this stop
- 6:23edit Can you guys see me and hear me?
- 6:26Hello. OK, cool.
- 6:32All right, guys. I.
- 6:33Apologize, I won't even tell you what happened there.
- 6:36It was interesting. But let's go out and take a look
- 6:38at what happened today with the. With the employment numbers, we
- 6:44talked about how the employment. Numbers could have a major,
- 6:49major. Impact on what is.
- 6:51Going on. Right now.
- 6:52OK, so let's go. We'll go to here.
- 6:56This one first. I just found this the Kebisi
- 6:58letter breaking. Both May and April jobs report
- 7:01numbers were revised lower by a combined 111,000 jobs.
- 7:07More on that later. The economy is grinding to a
- 7:10halt. OK.
- 7:12The May jobs report was revised downward from 272 to 218, while
- 7:17the April jobs report was revised down from 165,000 to one
- 7:21O 8. Let's go out to 0.
- 7:23Hedge 'cause I think they really summed it up well here.
- 7:27Let me make sure I've got you guys.
- 7:29On the right screen, OK, there we are, right on OK.
- 7:34Zero head payrolls rise, right? OK, so the number is a beat.
- 7:38We talked. About this we want.
- 7:40But but there's two critical things, two and from a silver
- 7:45and gold perspective, unbelievably important things
- 7:48that we need to talk about with this jobs number.
- 7:51Are we in a new? Early summer rally.
- 7:56I can't believe we're. Saying that.
- 7:58For the silver and gold price, man, things are are are.
- 8:01Are looking good guys so. Payrolls rise 206. 1000 hold on
- 8:07here. Hello Jesus.
- 8:14After huge downward revisions on unemployment rate jumps to
- 8:18three-year high. Hold on a second.
- 8:21I can't believe this is happening.
- 8:23Basement dwellers, hold on a minute here.
- 8:26Ah, I bet that'll help. Hold on.
- 8:28Hold on. I'm back.
- 8:31Stay with me. OK.
- 8:34Let me know you guys can hear me.
- 8:35Please. One more time and then I will
- 8:37stop doing this. If somebody could let me know
- 8:40that you can hear. Hey, Driggert.
- 8:42Hello, Derek Minds. Hello, Alvin.
- 8:48OK, let's go back to Zero Hedge. And man, coin shop Chris OK Coin
- 8:56shop Chris just texted me and said the shop is busy.
- 9:01All right, now payroll rise. 206,000 We talked about that,
- 9:06right. If we had just been told that
- 9:08number in advance, we would think that the gold and silver
- 9:11price. Should have cratered today
- 9:12because. It's Bidenomics, right?
- 9:14It's it's everything's great. And the economy, rah, rah, rah.
- 9:18Sure, OK, but there's two. Big.
- 9:21Butts, and I know you're like me, you like big butts and these
- 9:25are. Big, big butts.
- 9:27OK. So moments ago the.
- 9:30Bureau of. Labor and statistics reported
- 9:33that the June In June, the United States added 206,000 jobs
- 9:38above the 190,000 expected, so we.
- 9:42We created all these new. Jobs but.
- 9:45Right, let's go down. Here, because here's the But not
- 9:48bad, especially since Goldman Sachs had said 100.
- 9:51And 40,000 of. Course, a quick glance of where
- 9:54the beat came from. Both previous months were
- 9:58revised sharply lower, and here's the data we just looked
- 10:01at May. OK, remember.
- 10:02Last month we had this unbelievable beat.
- 10:05In the jobs #2. 172,000. Jobs in May, right?
- 10:09One month ago today, early June, when we got the May number.
- 10:13It was revised down from 272,000 all the way down to 218.
- 10:19Sorry guys, how do you make that big of a mistake?
- 10:22The April jobs number was revised.
- 10:24Down from 100 and. 65. 1000 down to 100.
- 10:28And 8000. So basically, look, here's the
- 10:32here's the big message we're getting today from Silver.
- 10:35And gold, silver and gold. Know that this is all a bunch of
- 10:39BS. All they're doing every month is
- 10:42reporting this unbelievably great number economics, jobs
- 10:47everywhere, right? And then quietly in the
- 10:50background trying to fool. Everyone and and it's not it's.
- 10:53Fooling fewer and fewer people 'cause we see what's happening
- 10:57in the markets today with silver and gold by fooling everybody by
- 11:02saying, oh, but we're gonna. Those numbers we gave you last
- 11:04month, they were, they were wrong.
- 11:06They were a little high. They're not ever revising the
- 11:08numbers up. I mean very very few times do
- 11:12they revise them as with this. With these revisions,
- 11:15employment. In April and May combined is
- 11:17111,000 lower than previously reported.
- 11:21So yes, it's I love this. It's easy to beat when you have
- 11:25a pool of 111,000 jobs that never existed that you can push
- 11:31into the current month. It's like what they do every
- 11:33month. They report these great numbers
- 11:36and it's like they're they're they're they're, they're taking
- 11:38jobs from the previous months that probably didn't exist in
- 11:41the 1st place. It's absolutely crazy.
- 11:44But where they're having a little harder.
- 11:46Time OK where they're. Having I think I'm back,
- 11:50hopefully you can see me where they're having a much.
- 11:53Harder time lying is on the unemployment rate.
- 11:57The unemployment rate. It's not so easy.
- 12:00For them. Hold on a second here.
- 12:02Stop Edit. I wanna delete this.
- 12:06God darn it, there's something weird going on today.
- 12:10I. Apologize guys.
- 12:13Maybe the powers that be don't want us to get the real news out
- 12:16there. I don't.
- 12:17Know, but none the less. Every month they're revised or
- 12:21not, it's harder for them to lie about unemployment rate, right?
- 12:27The. Actual unemployment rate and
- 12:29let's go take a quick look. At what that's telling us, here
- 12:36we go. OK, right.
- 12:40Because the actual unemployment rate that shows all the
- 12:43revisions. See the red?
- 12:45It's it's just crazy. OK, and and you can dig.
- 12:49Into all this stuff to me. It's all a bunch of noise, the
- 12:53unemployment. Rate went up, OK.
- 12:57I added last month came from the government.
- 12:59Yeah, OK, right. The rest of the jobs not doing
- 13:02so well. It's the other thing.
- 13:04Most of the jobs that are being created are government jobs.
- 13:08They don't really, they don't really contribute anything to
- 13:11the economy. Ask yourself that question, do
- 13:14government jobs contribute anything to the economy?
- 13:17The unemployment rates of this is there's too much for me to
- 13:20remember to talk about all this stuff.
- 13:23Gold and silver are calling. BS on what's?
- 13:27Going on right now. OK, this is double good.
- 13:30And shocking, right? Because again guys, again,
- 13:35absolutely, absolutely with a good employment number.
- 13:39The silver and gold price. Should have been down and.
- 13:42Last we checked, let's go out. We'll go where we do this.
- 13:46For those of you who are new to the basement, we will continue
- 13:49to to run out to. Index site here.
- 13:55Let's do another. Update We were up $0.77.
- 13:57Come on, Silver. Come on, 82 cents.
- 14:00OK, So we will come back. We will come back again and
- 14:06check it out again. The silver price continues to
- 14:09March higher. All right.
- 14:12I don't know, it's just. Absolutely crazy.
- 14:14It's like double. Unbelievable good news.
- 14:17Today for the silver price and the gold.
- 14:20Price as well. Double shocking.
- 14:22Good, But what about big? Warning.
- 14:23OK, because here's a big warning.
- 14:26Guys, we, we are. I was watching this documentary.
- 14:31Last night about Adolf Hitler. And what happened?
- 14:33Like the rise of Hitler and part of that.
- 14:35This has everything to do. With what's going on right now.
- 14:39In this country, OK, part of what helped.
- 14:42Hitler come to power. Was the collapse of the
- 14:46currency. In Germany at the time, the
- 14:48Weimar Weimar. Whatever they were called
- 14:51Republic, right? And.
- 14:52Man, as I was watching. This it was just like a 32nd
- 14:55snippet. On this like docu thing.
- 14:57Documentary series Thing on Netflix.
- 15:00They said right that after between World War.
- 15:03One and World War 2. That's when Hitler came to
- 15:07power, right? And and that their currency
- 15:09became almost worthless and what they described.
- 15:14I'm telling you they. Described the United.
- 15:15States right now, they were like the government was printing too
- 15:19much money. They had too many obligations.
- 15:21They had all these obligations to help pay back.
- 15:24From World War One, they. Had all these obligations to.
- 15:28Veterans from World War One. And all the government could do
- 15:31was. Print money and the money.
- 15:33They had. Pictures, you've seen them right
- 15:35Of the. People with the wheelbarrows
- 15:37full of cash. People in at that time in
- 15:40Germany would get their paycheck at like 4:00 on a Friday
- 15:45afternoon and they said by the time they got to the grocery
- 15:48store, their. Their money was almost
- 15:50worthless. Because inflation was going up
- 15:52so fast, they had pictures. It's not just the wheelbar.
- 15:55They had pictures of little kids using stacks of.
- 15:58Cash I I was. A Deutsche artist back then.
- 16:01I don't know. Any whatever it was called.
- 16:03Stacks of the bounce. It's like building blocks.
- 16:06It's toys. I mean, it's happening there.
- 16:08Here's a big warning. And who's warning us who?
- 16:12Right, because, because. We're in the same situation.
- 16:16You don't, you know, everybody's got their head in the stand
- 16:18doesn't want to realize it, but you, you know, you realize and
- 16:22our currency, right? Sure feels.
- 16:25Like we're in a very similar situation, but who is warning
- 16:28the most unlikely? Person.
- 16:30That you would. Think would be warned.
- 16:32About what's going on, let's listen.
- 16:34This comes from Forbes magazine. A couple of quick quotes Quote.
- 16:39The level of debt that we have is completely sustainable, but
- 16:43the. Path.
- 16:44We are on is unsustainable. OK, the path we are on.
- 16:52Is. Unsustainable.
- 16:53That was Jerome. Powell just said that.
- 16:55Earlier this week during the European.
- 16:57Central bank's Portugal conference, it was reported by
- 17:00the Financial Times, adding. That the Biden administration
- 17:06was. Taking excessive risks.
- 17:09This is coming from hold on here.
- 17:11This is coming from this. Guy.
- 17:16Where'd he go? Here he is.
- 17:18Hold on. I'll be right back.
- 17:20This. Guy, you ready him OK.
- 17:29That's coming from him, the head of our Federal Reserve.
- 17:40Adding the Biden administration was.
- 17:42Taking excessive risks by quote. Running a very large.
- 17:47Deficit at a time when. We were at full employment.
- 17:49And said, quote, you can't run these levels and good economic
- 17:53times for very long. OK, so think about this guys.
- 17:58Think about this. Supposedly, the US economy is
- 18:02doing great. OK, why are we running deficits
- 18:07#1 why is our governments we Because it's out of.
- 18:10Control. Why are we running deficits and
- 18:13why do we have debt? Levels at all time highs in this
- 18:16country when? Everything is great.
- 18:19And that's what Powell is. Saying this is so critical.
- 18:21This is a big warning. It really it is a it is an
- 18:25absolute major warning, this theft.
- 18:28From most Americans, it won't. Be theft from you because I bet
- 18:31you have a lot of silver and a lot of.
- 18:33Gold, right? I don't have a crystal.
- 18:35Ball, maybe I'm wrong about this.
- 18:37I probably would have said. The same sort of kind of
- 18:40version, but it has been ratcheted.
- 18:42Up things are. Crazy.
- 18:44Right Now we've got the head of the federal.
- 18:46Reserve saying this. OK, you wonder.
- 18:50You ever wonder what Jerome? Powell thinks about in the wee.
- 18:52Hours of the night. Well, I got it for you, says
- 18:55quote. Getting the balance on monetary
- 18:57policy right. During this critical period,
- 19:00highlighted in yellow there, that's what what that's.
- 19:03Really what I think about. In the wee.
- 19:07Hours of the night. Powell said in response to a
- 19:10question about his top. Worries OK in May Treasury.
- 19:14Secretary. Let's just throw her in Janet
- 19:17Yellen, but I got. More I got.
- 19:18Even a big name, even. A more respectable name.
- 19:21That is. Sounding the red alert guys.
- 19:25What is going on right? Now in this country.
- 19:27But Janet Yellen issued a serious warning in May over the
- 19:32spiraling. 34 trillion. U.S.
- 19:35Debt pile 34. Trillion here.
- 19:37Let's go out here and take a look.
- 19:39Let's just make sure. Let's look at the debt clock
- 19:43and. Take a quick look just to see
- 19:45where we are. We are currently hey, we're.
- 19:49Approaching 34 trillion, 900 billion.
- 19:54Oh my God, remember. Each trillion.
- 19:57IS 1,000,000 * 1,000,000. Let's go over here since we're
- 20:02here. And take a look, oh look, the
- 20:04dollar to silver ratio sitting at 239.
- 20:07Dollars per oz just so you. Guys, remember that means that
- 20:11for each. One ounce of silver.
- 20:14It's created this year. That's.
- 20:16Mined for each one ounce, there are 200 and. $40 that are being.
- 20:22Printed. What the heck?
- 20:24Since we're here, basement dwellers, let's go down.
- 20:28Oh, it's gone up A. Little bit the paper to silver
- 20:31ratio that's. The number of paper electronic.
- 20:34Unicorn partners silver contracts that are created and
- 20:38traded each year. Yes, per.
- 20:42Each one ounce. Of silver, so that's.
- 20:45The number of. Paper contracts that'll be
- 20:47traded this year for each. One ounce of silver, only 400 to
- 20:51one. But I digress.
- 20:53Let's get back here. Let's say we got 600 people.
- 20:56All right, this is awesome. Thank you for sticking with me.
- 21:00This is a technology nightmare today on this live stream,
- 21:04hopefully. You guys can all see.
- 21:06And hear me, OK, But now I want you to think about this.
- 21:09Think about this for a second. This is a three-step process.
- 21:13You own silver. And gold to protect yourself.
- 21:17Right. Thousands of years, you know
- 21:18that whole. Story OK, we know.
- 21:22That our government officials are.
- 21:24Warning us. The Federal Reserve, the United
- 21:27States Treasury Department, Janet Yellen.
- 21:30This is not this is real. This is this cannot be over
- 21:34exaggerated. What about?
- 21:36This you you may not know this. Some of you do, some of you
- 21:40don't, right? Everybody follows.
- 21:43The stock market. Right.
- 21:44Oh, the stock market. What's the S&P 500?
- 21:47What's the Dow? What's the NASDAQ?
- 21:49NVIDIA blah blah blah blah blah. The average person.
- 21:53This is kind of like the average, you know, like most
- 21:56people don't. Know about?
- 21:57Silver and gold the average. Person also doesn't know this.
- 22:00The bond market is the king of the markets.
- 22:04The bond market. Is multiple.
- 22:06Times bigger than the. Stock market, OK, but nobody
- 22:10really. You know, it's not as exciting.
- 22:12And, you know, it's everybody. Focuses on the bond, so.
- 22:15Who's the bond king? Who's considered to be the king
- 22:18of Bonds? Jeffrey Gunlock.
- 22:21OK, there's a whole. List of other people giving red
- 22:24alerts, right Ray, Dalio, all, all of the smartest.
- 22:27The smartest people. In the room, right, Right.
- 22:31But what's the king of the bonds?
- 22:33Wouldn't we want to listen if the if the bond market is the
- 22:36probably. The biggest market in the.
- 22:38World way bigger than the stock. Market if the bond market.
- 22:43Wouldn't we want to listen to what the?
- 22:44King of the bond market. Says.
- 22:47And even the big mainstream. Media called Jeffrey Gunlock the
- 22:50king. Of the bond market, let's.
- 22:52Run out quickly, right? And this is a little dated.
- 22:56Just tiny dated hold on here. Here we go.
- 23:02OK. On business bond king.
- 23:05Jeffrey Gunlock warns of exploding U.S. debt, expense and
- 23:09a recession coming within the next year.
- 23:11Here's his six best quotes. I'm going to fly through these,
- 23:14but these are critical for us to.
- 23:16Remember from a from a recent interview?
- 23:19OK, uh oh, maybe I'm not going to.
- 23:22Did they shut me down? No, they didn't shut me down.
- 23:28U.S. debt interest expense, he says.
- 23:30The reason I'm worried about higher for longer interest rates
- 23:32is something. That is already in evidence.
- 23:35But it isn't giving up attention and that is our fiscal
- 23:37situation, the interest, interest.
- 23:39Expense on the debt is. Exploding in vertical fashion.
- 23:43Right we. Can't afford to pay the.
- 23:45Interest on the debt, not to mention the fact.
- 23:49That we're adding to the debt. Small business.
- 23:52Paying we have a massive problem.
- 23:53We're start. We're staring down.
- 23:55Because of the. Low interest rates being placed
- 23:57for so many years, almost a decade.
- 23:59And now the Fed is higher for longer.
- 24:01Small businesses are getting killed.
- 24:04Guys like 50% of them can't pay for rent.
- 24:07I mean, it's, it's real. It's.
- 24:09Happening. A recession is coming.
- 24:12Is this my belief is that? We're going to be in a
- 24:14recession. If we're not already in
- 24:16recession. OK, we'll probably be in
- 24:19recession. By the 2nd 1:45. 1024 deficits
- 24:25to worsen in a recession that's. What we talked, this is real,
- 24:30this is red alert level. We are already hold on.
- 24:33I need to look you in the eye. Think about this guy.
- 24:36Think about. This.
- 24:38We are already right now in this country, spending money, way
- 24:43more money than we have. It's the government.
- 24:46It's individuals, it's business, it's.
- 24:48Everything. But especially our government.
- 24:49We're spending money like we're in a great.
- 24:52Depression. Right.
- 24:54Everybody says, well, we had just as much debt at the end of
- 24:57the Great Depression or at the end of World War Two, right?
- 25:01We just came out of the world's worst.
- 25:03Recession. Ever in history at that.
- 25:06Point and finished fighting. The world's biggest war, right?
- 25:09And but that's where now we are again.
- 25:12Did we just finish fighting the world's biggest war?
- 25:15Did we just come out of a recession?
- 25:16Depression? No, no.
- 25:19That's what I'm saying. That's what Jeffrey Gunlock is
- 25:22saying. What happens, right?
- 25:24What happens if if if we do hit a recession?
- 25:28OK. Then they're it's going to like
- 25:31we are in the spiral zone. What happens if we do have
- 25:34another major World War? We hope we don't right?
- 25:38For the safe sake and safety of everybody.
- 25:40This is serious, that path, your breaking point.
- 25:44He just basically says here if you put a.
- 25:47Calculator to this stuff common arithmetic will tell you.
- 25:51That we're in a debt spiral, OK, get out of the.
- 25:54Magnificent 7 He talks about how there's the stock market bubble
- 25:57and I agree. With that, wholeheartedly, I
- 26:01know we had a big neighborhood party yesterday for the 4th of
- 26:04July, a parade. I walked around, it's like a
- 26:07mile. Parade.
- 26:08Route all the whole neighbor. It's a big deal.
- 26:09OK, but I walked around with one of my.
- 26:11Neighbors Who's? A in the financial planning.
- 26:14Business, right? Nice guy, smart guy, OK.
- 26:18And we were talking about the markets.
- 26:20And even he. Has you know he?
- 26:24Well, I want to be careful. What I say, but I'll leave it at
- 26:28this. We're in a.
- 26:30We're in a. Bubble, bubble, bubble.
- 26:32Unbelievable like nothing before.
- 26:35In the stock markets, I'm telling you when that.
- 26:38Money starts to flee from the stock.
- 26:40Market. Where's it gonna go?
- 26:42It's gonna go to real assets, just like happened in.
- 26:45China. Right, just like what happened
- 26:47in China. Why do you think people are so
- 26:49crazy about gold? And silver in China right now.
- 26:53Right, because their real estate market crashed and because
- 26:57their. Stock.
- 26:57Market went through a very difficult time.
- 27:00People are like, where are we? Going to put our money.
- 27:02Oh, it'll. Happen here in the United States
- 27:05as well right absolutely will happen here as well.
- 27:11Let me give you an example if you if you don't believe me that
- 27:14right now the stock market is unbelievably.
- 27:17Overvalued OK in 2000. Two, remember the tech bubble
- 27:22most. Of you are old enough to
- 27:24remember that the tech. Bubble.
- 27:25Remember the tech bubble? Burst one of the darling.
- 27:29Companies. Right, you may not remember this
- 27:31Sun Microsystems. Scott Mcneely was the.
- 27:35CEO of Sun Microsystems after the bubble burst and you can
- 27:39Google this and it's out there. He was asked.
- 27:43What did you think about these and think of?
- 27:45NVIDIA now think of the NASDAQ now.
- 27:47OK, they asked Scott Mcneely. What did you?
- 27:50Think. Of these valuations, he said it
- 27:53was absurd. That in 1999.
- 27:56My company, I think this is crazy guys.
- 27:59My company, Sun Microsystems was selling at a price to sales
- 28:04ratio of 10 to. One right then into the market
- 28:08cap. Or the price of the.
- 28:09Stock was equal to 10 times. The.
- 28:13Attributable annual sales amount.
- 28:15Now this is where it's. Nuts.
- 28:18Nothing against Microsoft. I have a very close relative who
- 28:21I love who's got a great career at Microsoft.
- 28:25That's a great. Company right now.
- 28:27And it's right now. OK, and I can prove it to.
- 28:30You here let's go I'm. Going to go for a little ride.
- 28:33If you guys haven't used this yet, you got to use ChatGPT.
- 28:37OK, hold on here. This is from ChatGPT.
- 28:43I asked them if you look up here, OK, it's.
- 28:46Just like Google on steroids. Make sure I got the right screen
- 28:50up. I do, I asked Chad.
- 28:53There's Chad GB, TI said. It's just like Google.
- 28:56You type the question what is? Microsoft's price to sales.
- 28:59Ratio As of July 3rd, Microsoft's price to sales ratio
- 29:04is approximately 14.5. This is the rate this ratio.
- 29:10Derived from the. Company's market capitalization
- 29:13is the value of all their stock. OK.
- 29:15And that's divided by their total revenue.
- 29:18What that means, just so you know this, this is what Scott
- 29:21Mcnealy said. What that means is that.
- 29:24Microsoft, if you own a share of Microsoft stock, it would take
- 29:2915 years of them returning to you your share of their revenue,
- 29:35right just for you to get. Your money back.
- 29:38OK, that does and that's make bully bland because because.
- 29:41Companies have these things called expenses, right?
- 29:45And granted Microsoft. Makes this a good healthy profit
- 29:48margin, but they have these things called expenses.
- 29:50And they also. Have to pay taxes, and that's
- 29:52what Scott Mcnealy said. But then when he used his.
- 29:54Example from. 1999, he said. It would have taken us 10 years
- 29:58of giving all of our sales back to our shareholders just for
- 30:01them to break. Break even and that's make
- 30:04believe land. So guys, it is.
- 30:07Real. It is absolutely frightening out
- 30:10there right now what is happening in this market.
- 30:14OK, it's a Ponzi. Think about this.
- 30:17Think about this and this has everything to do and I'm.
- 30:21And we're gonna talk. About how this absolutely
- 30:23relates to the silver. And gold price I.
- 30:25Can't believe we have 800 of you basement dwellers.
- 30:28I haven't. Oh my gosh, let's I said thank
- 30:31you to sponsor. Pembax.
- 30:33Please. Thank you.
- 30:35To sponsor First Mining Gold and Fortuna Mining.
- 30:39Looks like the lighting's a little off.
- 30:40On that side. Hold on a second, I'll be right
- 30:42back basement dwellers, see if I can fix this.
- 30:50Yeah, yeah. That's not.
- 30:53Good, there we go. Now you can.
- 30:57See it? Fortuna Mining you can.
- 31:02Learn both. Learn a lot about full post
- 31:04companies at their respective websites.
- 31:05Now red alert, OK, the market. Right, red alert.
- 31:11From Jerome Powell, Red alert. From Janet Yellen, red alert
- 31:14from Jeffrey Gunlock. Think about it.
- 31:17OK, red red alert from yourself. Do you see it?
- 31:20Can you work a calculator? Can you figure right?
- 31:23Like think about yourself if you were had. $1,000,000 in debt.
- 31:29Right that you're paying 2. Percent interest on and next.
- 31:32Year that $1,000,000 debt interest rate's gonna be at 10%.
- 31:35You'd be up a Creek without a paddle.
- 31:37Make common sense. Red alert.
- 31:40This. Stock market and I was.
- 31:42Talking to my neighbor, the. Financial.
- 31:44Nice guy, great guy, wonderful young.
- 31:46Smart, you know, was talking with him because we're walking
- 31:48we're walking around the 4th of July parade and I'm talking
- 31:51about the the. Demise of the dollar.
- 31:53And the bubble in the stock market?
- 31:56That's how I roll, OK. Think about this you just talked
- 32:01about. And I told him this.
- 32:03And I think it shocked him. But I said, you know.
- 32:06That. Most of the stock.
- 32:07Market right now is really. Nothing more than a.
- 32:10Big Ponzi scheme? Right, it relies on.
- 32:14If you don't know this like the. Stock market like when you.
- 32:17Hear OH. Hold on a second when you hear
- 32:24oh. You know, and then.
- 32:26Stock closed at 100. And $30 a.
- 32:29Share blah blah blah. All that means is that's.
- 32:32The last. Time that a buyer and seller.
- 32:35Agreed to trade shares at that price when you own these stocks,
- 32:39right and and, and you, you, you don't have your money till you
- 32:42sell them. OK.
- 32:44Sorry, that's the reality of the situation and what you're
- 32:49relying. On is what they.
- 32:50Refer to as the greater. Fool.
- 32:52Mentality that at some point right?
- 32:54Well, I bought, I bought NVIDIA at 100 bucks a share and that at
- 32:59some point somebody's gonna come along and be willing to give you
- 33:02120 or 130 or 200. Per share, it's a.
- 33:07It. But underlying these stocks are
- 33:10very little assets. I'll argue at this point,
- 33:14especially with the advent of. You know the the index investing
- 33:19like the. S&P 500 people don't even know
- 33:20what they. Own people don't even know.
- 33:23Look, I'm not dragging. But I have a financial.
- 33:25Background, I can read balance sheets, I can read income
- 33:29statements, cash flow statements, right?
- 33:31I understand how the markets. Work enough to know.
- 33:35That a lot of these big stocks are ponzies, right?
- 33:40I understand. I don't expect everybody else to
- 33:42trust. Me.
- 33:43It's people are just relying on somebody else wanting to pay
- 33:47more for it in the future, right?
- 33:49It's like a game of musical tears.
- 33:51Hold on a second, I'm getting some voice.
- 33:52Problems. Give me one second.
- 33:59It's a game. Of musical chairs, right?
- 34:02It's a Ponzi. In the assets like.
- 34:05Let's say you buy I. Did this comparison a while back
- 34:08with Apple computer. I looked at Apple computer.
- 34:10It's like in like for each $100 that a.
- 34:13Person might have invested in Apple computer.
- 34:16It was only like maybe two, I'll be, I'll be generous.
- 34:20It was like maybe two or three, two or three percent so.
- 34:23Two or $3 worth. Of real hard assets.
- 34:27You can check me on that. At most it's $5.
- 34:31Right when I say real hard, I. Mean for each $100 you have in
- 34:34in ample stock, maybe you've got like $5 worth of cash, Real
- 34:41estate, anything real. Everything else is just hope,
- 34:44right? Hope that that Apple will
- 34:47continue to, you know, dominate. The cell phone world.
- 34:51Talk to people that own Xerox stock, talk to people that own
- 34:55IBM stock, talk to people that own Cisco, Drain the tech
- 35:01bubble. Talk to people who own Sun
- 35:03Microsystem, these tech companies, so.
- 35:06Number one. A lot of this market is based.
- 35:09On just this Ponzi base and then the the.
- 35:12The the advent of these ETFs that just track the indexes has
- 35:16made the situation even worse. But then think about this.
- 35:19Silver and gold investors. This is where it gets
- 35:22interesting. Not only are the stocks
- 35:24themselves. Kind of a.
- 35:26Ponzi open, you know, hold and hold type mentality.
- 35:30But on top of that. On top of that, think about
- 35:34this. This was the IT came.
- 35:36To me in the shower like a. Lot of my great thoughts.
- 35:38I'm sure you're the. Same way.
- 35:41Think about the fact that on top of that.
- 35:43Hold on a minute here. Not only is it a Ponzi, but the
- 35:50unit of measure used to value it, the US dollar, it's a Ponzi
- 35:56too. I mean, it's like a double.
- 35:58It's like a double Unicorn artist world that we're living
- 36:02in. You get these stock valuations
- 36:04which are make believe land, but they're being valued.
- 36:08If I make believe land. I'm telling you, think about
- 36:10your silver and your gold. Now think about your silver and
- 36:14your gold, 'cause we are. Living in.
- 36:16Fantasy World. Fantasy Island.
- 36:19Right Jerome pals and and. Or or Joe Biden's the guy,
- 36:23whatever his name is, in Jerome. Pals like Tattoo.
- 36:25Remember Fantasy Island. You're probably old enough to
- 36:28remember that. Those of you that aren't.
- 36:30It was a show about an island where everybody's fantasies came
- 36:33true. OK.
- 36:35I mean, it's absolutely crazy town.
- 36:38Gold and silver are like are like the the opposite of that.
- 36:43And I'll tell you this as well, the precious metal mining stocks
- 36:46that nobody pays to nobody. They're the same way.
- 36:50Remember that? I remember that example I gave
- 36:52you about Apple, like $800.00 of of.
- 36:55Money that people have invested. In an Apple computer, they maybe
- 36:58have two or three or $4.00 worth of real.
- 37:00Assets per that $100? Well guys, is precious metal
- 37:05mining. Stocks, they're the opposite.
- 37:07A lot of them now, some of their prices.
- 37:09Have gone up but a lot of them for each 100.
- 37:12Dollars that that are invested into the company's stock,
- 37:16they'll have at least $50 or 60 or 70 at some point was even.
- 37:20More than $100. Of real assets and what makes it
- 37:26easier is they're making. A ton of money.
- 37:28So. Anyway, thanks for speaking.
- 37:33With me today through the. Technical difficulties.
- 37:35I hope you guys have a great day.
- 37:37Thank you so much for being here.
- 37:38Thank you to the moderators and I will see.
- 37:41You. Next time have a great.
- 37:43Day bye, bye.
