- 0:53c J. Not t c J. Now I left the d Y out.
- 0:57It's t d c J, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, y'all.
- 1:03So, y'all, come on in, come on in, come on
- 1:04in, come on in. Y'all know, Mondays, it's that time.
- 1:07It's that time. It's that time. I'm gonna share until I can't share
- 1:12no more. Y'all know. I am trying to expose some of the things
- 1:17that are happening inside of TDCJ, some of the corruption that's been taking place
- 1:23for now almost five decades. Y'all, it's time for it to stop.
- 1:27We have individuals that have been incarcerated, that are behind prison rash, wrongfully
- 1:34incarcerated, yet they've been incarcerated for decades, y'all, and it's time for
- 1:38these people to get justice. They should not have to serve forty to fifty
- 1:44years before they get justice. These people that put them behind prison rals corruptly
- 1:49need to be behind prison walls and self y'all. It's time for us to
- 1:53bring them, bring them to a close set. Come on in. I
- 1:59want you to come on in room with me. I'm about to give you
- 2:01the link so you can come on in. Mister Legate. For those that
- 2:06don't know who you are, briefly share with them who you are before we
- 2:12jump into conversation. And you know, if you need if you have to
- 2:15call back, you can call back. This hour is dedicated to well,
- 2:20these two hours is dedicated to bring in awareness to those that are incarcerated within
- 2:30TDC J and I want you to share really quick, who are you and
- 2:38how did you get there? My name is well, my name is James
- 2:43Legates. Then ninety nine I was convicted for a murder I didn't even do
- 2:47for nineteen ninety eight murder of a man by the name of the comments.
- 2:53But they also dunk Bingam because of the political strategy and in the political game.
- 3:00You know, in other words, he had a lot of uh influences
- 3:02with some of these ascongressmens, judge lawyers. You maybe he understanded, but
- 3:08anyway, Uh, I may nine years for that's out there here for more
- 3:13on twenty six years. But it's murder and I'm still fighting. But about
- 3:16from living the the conditions of this this world that that uh that I was
- 3:21forced to live in. But really to me, it's really changed a lot.
- 3:24It's changed draftically from uh. I mean, the plications are really really
- 3:32really poor. You know. We lack of staff is one of the greatest
- 3:36pibles here that keeps us from uh participating in certain activities like in the crafts
- 3:40ofference and something and there's just awousand and one now I can't even get in
- 3:45there because they say it's sort of sad. But he had to still have
- 3:46a few people in there who are privileged to be in there. And uh,
- 3:51you know, that's that's my lively way of being rehabilitating a lot of
- 3:54stuff that people can learn how to do, like we have do jewelry.
- 3:58I've been doing it for years and uh that was that's the trade. But
- 4:00that's what brings me here. And I've been on this unit mcconne unit for
- 4:05more than twelve years, and I've been being one. The major factor in
- 4:10this unit is the water. The water is the water is commendously bad.
- 4:15I mean, I've already had eight Floyd's wife, I've already complained with the
- 4:19Texas Environmental Quality of People and Dave already gave the Marror Fegal water lang,
- 4:27which is the Merror water. They've already given them a face signed because they
- 4:30found nine violations. We're first to drink the water. I mean, it's
- 4:39the necessity of life. So I mean we can't acquire on water because if
- 4:43we did, we're only able to buy twenty four bottles anyway, and to
- 4:45recommend it the least eight bottles a day, so you figure that wor not,
- 4:50this only gonna be good for three days. But anyway, that's that's
- 4:54what I'm here for. And I've seen so much going on, especially with
- 4:57parole systems too. I mean, the recidivism rate is crazy. I've seen
- 5:00people leave them come and leave income and leaving come and the majority of them,
- 5:03well, what can I say? They just can't make it out there?
- 5:05For one are the reasons that they have. But other than dark you
- 5:10know, it's it's crazy. I think Texas needs to really rechange or the
- 5:15CDCJ, I mean the pole system and GDCJ has to actually try to give
- 5:20them more real dirritation program because that's pass a lot in this place that we're
- 5:25out because if you don't want to self rehabilitate yourself, nobody else is going
- 5:29to give it to you. It's a self planned rehabilitation that they're trying to
- 5:32pass upon every inmate here and maybe one day it might succeed, But until
- 5:38right now, all you do is have people is just trying to take programs
- 5:42because they're trying to fulfill an it P, which is the inmate's treatment program
- 5:48implemented for years, but they're just going to finally implement I mean they we're
- 5:53pushing it forward. And other than that, you know, this is why
- 5:56I'm here, Angela, and I thank you. I thank you so much
- 5:59for everything that you do and everything you're trying to put out there, all
- 6:00your awareness you're trying to bring to everybody that out there they don't understand or
- 6:05don't know anything about the prison system, because the way I see it now
- 6:10is everybody only knows what they're told. They don't know from the inside,
- 6:15you know, and then when you're trying to explain to them what's really going
- 6:18on from the insight, it's like they're kind of surprised, you know,
- 6:21Like in other words, we've already talked about this want to where like in
- 6:26the pro system, for instance, they may let go of a knucklehe In
- 6:30other ways, people who constantly get in trouble going back and forth to are
- 6:34higher customer levels. Then the regular GP or offenders that are trying to do
- 6:40their time in a positive way, they rather let them go just so they
- 6:44can show the public that will release you people, but they keep coming back.
- 6:48It's caused the receiversm right where versus if you look at the people who
- 6:53do in their time in a positive way, they're more like, no,
- 6:56you're manipulating the system. But in truth, they just work these people because
- 7:01you're now commodities. They make money for the state of Texas. Well,
- 7:06let's talk about money. Let's let's let's let's break some of these things down
- 7:13and and and go into these things so that people can truly get an understanding
- 7:18and get a grasp of exactly what we're talking about. Because a lot of
- 7:25people will say that they don't know that this is going on, that how
- 7:28this is going on, that this can't be happening because no way the government
- 7:34is doing this, and that that this is a part of the process.
- 7:39You know, for years we have been taught to trust the judicial system,
- 7:45to trust the process, that that that it works, and now we're finding
- 7:51out that it does not. If if you do not have money or you
- 7:58do not have power, it does not work for you. And you can
- 8:03abide by all the laws that they have put in place, but it does
- 8:07not work for you. We're gonna talk about We're gonna we want to talk
- 8:11about the water. We we we we talked about we We've had this conversation.
- 8:18You and I've had this conversation a couple of individuals within TDCJ, not
- 8:24just on your unit. There are a couple of other units that have issues.
- 8:28We talk about the female unit. They're constantly having issues and then on
- 8:33top of them having their their their extra cycles and different things, and it's
- 8:39double what y'all go through. On the women's union. I've heard individuals telling
- 8:46me about a parasite that they have had. You said that you find a
- 8:50complaint. There are fifty nine different violations that were found. They were fine.
- 8:56And you're not the first person that have told me that they see administration
- 9:05and individuals bringing cases and cases of water and they're giving it to the officers.
- 9:11Yet they're not giving you guys no water. And then they even have
- 9:15notices. I've had individuals tell me that there's notices placed around different areas of
- 9:22TDCJ telling those that are visiting, do not drink the water, do not
- 9:28come in contact a lot of water to come in contact with their skin.
- 9:31So if that is the case for people in the public, then what why
- 9:37is that not the case for you guys? Why are they allowing you guys
- 9:41to drink the water? No, that's an issue for me. That that
- 9:45is a true issue for me. And you talk about this parasite or this
- 9:50bacteria, Please explain to me what exactly happened to you in any other cases
- 9:58that you may know about that has has taken place within tdc J. All
- 10:05right, Well, like I said, with the water, I wonder contacting
- 10:09or what they call it, Well, we call it eight calori. I
- 10:11can't really say the actual name, but I know if people type in hate
- 10:16flory, it's gonna come out. It's gonna show that there's some kind of
- 10:20bacterial in the water that can cause a person. Uh well, the symptoms
- 10:26are that you feel very very mignoxious to you, you start getting diarrhea.
- 10:31You you just start getting feeling real bad. And then by the time you
- 10:35go you're gotta take a certain amount of antibiotics and they're giving you that.
- 10:39There's no pills to try to prove the summat because of the way it makes
- 10:43you feel. It's really a real bad but an experience, you know.
- 10:48Uh they said, I've caught it twice. I know people who are starting
- 10:52on there. I know another guys who's got a kidney infection. They said
- 10:56that he's not gonna have you know, give me uh try in plant right
- 11:00and uh he uh he came up from prole. I can't I think it's
- 11:05Robert Dennis. I'm gonna drap him. The string question with Robert anyway,
- 11:09he uh, he wound up coming up for parole and he denied him.
- 11:13But then when he followed the lawsuit on him, you know the I guest
- 11:16they are they made a compromise with him, said, well, you know
- 11:18what, watch out the lawsuit and we'll go ahead and give them because you
- 11:22know he's gone. Uh. I also, I just I just learned today
- 11:26my nephew, you know who, he's also here. Uh has been taking
- 11:31a lot of appills for Kief. He's users. They're trying to trying to
- 11:35say that he might be giving him some bed you means, and he also
- 11:39because of the government, but uh, they don't. He's alway found on
- 11:43it showing up this. You can't even give me the same amount of waters
- 11:48that I need because yeah, I was to brive twenty four motters and the
- 11:52latter himself about one. Thank you for joining me. That is a post
- 12:05here on the case. She's also a host that fights for injustice. She
- 12:11does a lot in the state of Colorado and bringing awareness. So she's joining
- 12:18me today. They because we're trying to really bring some awareness to the different
- 12:26things that's happening across the US. You know, even though we're focused on
- 12:31different areas, we're showing people that it's not just happening in the areas that
- 12:37we're focused on. It's happening in other places, and the same things are
- 12:39happening because the same some of the same things that are happening to you guys
- 12:43in the state of Texas. It's happening in the in Denver, Colorado.
- 12:48You know, they don't even have tablets. They don't even have tablets,
- 12:52and they get they they can't even if these people feel like they are on
- 13:01a three way call, they will restrict their calls, like they can't come
- 13:05on and have a conversation with you, with me like you're doing right now,
- 13:11because it will be an issue. It will be an issue with them.
- 13:15They will tell them that they're in violation. They got no sent out
- 13:20to them, when that is a true violation of their First Amendment, you
- 13:26know, and they are It's like they're hindering them from being able to talk
- 13:31about their case. And then they're hindering them from being able to allow people
- 13:35to know what's going on on the inside, as well as keeping them a
- 13:41breadthath on what's going on on the outside because you being able to communicate with
- 13:46me and have these conversations and us being able to share this and allow people
- 13:52to see, Hey, this is not coming from Angela. This is actually
- 13:56coming from an inmate that's on the inside. And you know, I I'm
- 14:01telling you every week, I really want to start having this conversation with you
- 14:05where we could just break down different things that's happening because I did a lot
- 14:11from you. When I have these conversations, like I can get an idea
- 14:16of what they're feeding y'all because they're telling us on the website that they're they're
- 14:22feeding y'all one thing. But then when I hear from other inmates, like
- 14:26I got an inmate that send me a me and you every single week of
- 14:31what they've had, and it's always a Johnny's a Johnny dead, A Johnny
- 14:35is a Johnny dead. I mean it's it's never hot meals. And then
- 14:39when it is hot meals, it's nothing that go together. Like I'm like,
- 14:43would you serve this to to your family? Would you serve this to
- 14:50your mom? Would you serve this to your kids? This is this is
- 14:54what I'm trying to get people to understand. I'm not asking for for for
- 14:58cavion and and steak and potatoes and and things of that that I'm just asking
- 15:03for nutritious, wholesome meals that that are for grown men to get. They
- 15:11being down like your keys kids, they get your two pancakes stapping some peanut
- 15:16butter and and and some syrup on it, and and and calling it a
- 15:20sandwich. And then they put they putting souper, soup, and and and
- 15:26and and slapping it and and and they calling it whatever they want to call
- 15:28it, and they want to call it a meal, and that's not a
- 15:31meal. Just like I take issue with having to call them and get on
- 15:37them, and then they get mad because I call. I say, you
- 15:41got maggots, and y'all feeding the maggots, and they want to correct me
- 15:46and say it was larva larva. Regardless of what it is, what you
- 15:52want to name it, whatever the species is, it should not be consumed
- 15:56by humans. It should not be in food to be consumed by humans.
- 16:03But y'all to serve that. And then on top of that, a warden
- 16:10it come on the unit, served it to his his his inmates. A
- 16:18warden was serving food. And then this didn't happen that they caught it before
- 16:22it got out. When I got bookoos of phone calls and emails from you
- 16:29guys, not just your unit, not just calmly unit, but it was
- 16:33three or four other units. And then they acting like it didn't happen.
- 16:37It was an issue, and it had to been in whatever they got the
- 16:41wherever they got the beings from, and they were serving this and they're constantly
- 16:47doing this. So could you please tell us on a day to day basis,
- 16:52what what what? On a week the week? What is y'all men?
- 16:56You like? So what last week? What did y'all last week gonna
- 17:03be? It's basically Johnny's. We had Johnny's all weekend except Saturday. We
- 17:07had please tell us that, don't okay, Johnny is the sandwich, and
- 17:21uh, it's one. You're gonna get one peanut butter and jelly sandwich and
- 17:23the other one is basically, uh soybean meat like brown beef. But basically
- 17:29all you get every day, every day every Johnny, you're gonna have basically
- 17:33Hamburg and we Hamberg and we Hamburg and you have if they wanted. It
- 17:37seems like they got a whole barrel that they made for ahead and they just
- 17:42did so much out and and it's parted their important their sandwiches and it comes
- 17:47into like ice coats. Uh, if they wanted to look dressing up a
- 17:49little bit, it seems like they throw a little bit of a tomato sauce
- 17:52on and just mixing it together and then just throw it on on a piece
- 17:56of two bricks and you're a lucky if you even get a full. I
- 18:00mean sometimes it looks like they just get a spoon and just put it on
- 18:03there and that's it and just go go, go go. Uh. And
- 18:07it's really there's really no nutritions in it. There's no value in it.
- 18:11And when we do go to chip, it's basically, do not get in
- 18:15as much vegetable as as you shouldn't be. I pre get some vegetables and
- 18:19the main port because it's more nutritions. Unless the cooks over cooked in these
- 18:25states, they are they cook on the nutrients tonerment. Maybe. So those
- 18:32those trucks of donated food that's coming in from San Antonio food but they had
- 18:40steaks and potatoes and pizza and and and I think it was ice cream and
- 18:49some steave cake and you know, different stuff that y'all normally don't have in
- 18:56the prison system. Well what happened to all of that? Well, what
- 19:00happened to all of that? Because I got a bunch of calls about that.
- 19:03I got a bunch of calls about that, and and and and the
- 19:07letter that I received from the unbusstman does not match the what was told to
- 19:12me by the warehouse manager. Because see, people don't know. You can't
- 19:18just tell Angela anything. Baby, you can't just tell me anything, because
- 19:22Angela gonna go and she gonna check, she gonna she gonna go, and
- 19:26she gonna call for herself, and she gonna find out for herself. And
- 19:30if she got to go over some heads, she gonna go over some head
- 19:33and she she might piss some people off on the journey. But that's that's
- 19:37what happened. So the unbustman got upset. He he sent somebody out,
- 19:45but he said he didn't send nobody out because I got I send out an
- 19:48email. Everybody that know me know now that whenever I send out emails,
- 19:52I send emails out to everybody that's on my mail then list, so everybody
- 19:57that's connected to the mailing list, I send it out. So it may
- 20:03be legislators, it may be the governor, it may be the the executive
- 20:10director of the tdc J, it may be the parole it may be five
- 20:15or six news stations, whoever on that list for that day, they don't
- 20:22get it. And I copied I copied all of my emails, So can't
- 20:27nobody saying, oh, no, I didn't get that, because you know
- 20:30what, I can go to any one of my emails and pull it up
- 20:33and it's gonna show me a list of everybody that I emailed it to,
- 20:36so they can't say they didn't know. So I keep everybody in the loop.
- 20:40All these these suicides that's been happening. People been cutting off their penises,
- 20:45people been burning How how can how can somebody melt a plexiglass plate that's
- 20:52supposed to protect an officer from being peed on a spit on? How How
- 20:56can an inmate burn it up without nobody saying there? Can you please tell
- 21:00me? How can melt that without nobody seeing that? That means somebody ain't
- 21:07patrolling. That means somebody ain't watching this person that's supposed to be on the
- 21:11twenty four hour watch. Yeah, you know, you'll be surprised with the
- 21:17technique makes have. They have a way of making things like little sodder irons
- 21:22or something like this that can actually heat up pretty hard, And if you're
- 21:26not making your rounds, you can have somebody plug it into a coffee park
- 21:30or she's running through a cycle. And if it's a boiler where it's gonna
- 21:33continue to run anyway, and you can just out there and it's gonna make
- 21:37a hope. It's just gonna keep going and keep going and keep going.
- 21:40There's so many ways that you can do things, but unier, it's not
- 21:44gonna happen unless I left the person, like I said, the shorter step,
- 21:48you're not getting the bumper or security rounds like they're supposed to do.
- 21:52Then the person might be able to make a little prior, you know,
- 21:55whish you can make it with grease, You can make it with anything you
- 21:57want and just write it and let it ship there. And of course couldn't
- 22:02eventually learn, but that has to take some time. I mean that just
- 22:07ain't gonna happen, and know thirty minutes, they ain't gonna happen just and
- 22:11ain't know thirty minutes. So that means somebody ain't making rounds of course,
- 22:18how okay, So tell me this too, Tell me this too. How
- 22:25is it that inmates can move bodies and nobody see it on cameras? So
- 22:32if the do do y'all have working cameras or do y'all not have working cameras,
- 22:36because a lot of the stuff that I'll be asking these people about,
- 22:38they can go to the cameras and look at it, but they'll say they
- 22:42don't have sufficient evidence. They'll say not enough evidence, not a sufficient evidence,
- 22:48or whatever whatever whatever. So do y'all not have cameras? Yes?
- 22:52Yes, In fact, they spend millions on the new cameras. They're supposed
- 22:57to see beginning on the floor at a certain angle or a certain certain length.
- 23:04Uh, they're supposed to be certain that they can see everything like in
- 23:10other words, like maybe not that camera could look directly into my book.
- 23:17They can see everything right there. So how is it then, how can
- 23:22I need this answer? How is it that they didn't see that body that
- 23:29was moved, that that guy committed that that that that that guy overdose the
- 23:36people that he was smoking drugs with, moved his body and and moved it
- 23:41out of the room, and nobody seen it. I heard no reports from
- 23:47nobody I asked about it. I heard from I did not hear from the
- 23:52the Unbusstment. I did not hear from the office of in turn of what
- 23:57is it inspect the General. I did not hear from him. I did
- 24:02not hear from the executive director. It's just like nobody, nobody said nothing,
- 24:07but it has to be on camera. Just like, how do a
- 24:12body have to be be dead or be before em T will not remove it?
- 24:19Because I've also had a case where an EMT would not remove the body
- 24:26because it said it had been there too long? So how how long was
- 24:30too long? And who not doing their job? Because somebody not doing their
- 24:37job. I bid complaints all the time that there's one person in the picket,
- 24:44that there's nobody on the floor, there's one person in the picket that
- 24:48there's example, go ahead, call me back, call me back, go
- 24:52ahead, call me back. So thank you for joining to me, Like,
- 25:02people need to hear a lot of this stuff that it's taking place,
- 25:07because people don't they they hear it from us. They act like it's foreign.
- 25:14They act like this is not happening, and they think that these peopleple
- 25:18are making this stuff up or their line and we post about it, we
- 25:23talk about it, and it's like people just brush it under the rug.
- 25:26Well, I constantly talk to people and people are telling me this is what
- 25:33happened to me, this this, this is this is what they're doing.
- 25:37This is what this is what happened? Like we we didn't even get to
- 25:41the parole And and how these people are behind on parole? How are you
- 25:47behind on letting people go? How are you behind letting these folk get out?
- 25:55I don't care if they if man, if you short staff, you
- 26:00short. If you are short staff, that means you should be you should
- 26:04be trying to get people out of there so that they can cut down on
- 26:07the overcrowdedness. So that's in line to get parole. Why are you still
- 26:18holding them? I got people that that got f one in in December and
- 26:25in November. They mean they're supposed to have been released within thirty to forty
- 26:30Why are they still in prison? Why do these people these people being recorded
- 26:41and it's subject in that they missed, but they still be setting these people
- 26:52free? Like really, And you talk about James O. Gate. This
- 26:56man is serving ninety nine years for a crime that he did not commit.
- 27:03You talk about we talk about okay, where is the gun? Where is
- 27:10the gun? Where is this gun that y'all say he used to commit this
- 27:15crime? Right? I would let me. I wanted to give them a
- 27:23little insight. What's going on in in Denver? It was a an inmate.
- 27:33I don't actually know his name, but it was told to me on
- 27:36Sunday that he made roll and he was in a wheelchair. He's in his
- 27:42he was in his sixties, and because his sister didn't have a wheelchair ramp
- 27:51or accessible things for him at her at her house and she wasn't able to
- 27:57get it, they held him there. They wouldn't parole him even though he
- 28:03made parole. So two weeks ago he passed in prison and he was paroled.
- 28:11He just he just hiss, just didn't have the the necessary things she
- 28:18needed at his house. Here also these people last week and then they making
- 28:26them do all this time, and then you're making it hard for him.
- 28:32Like this man been fighting his case since he'd been fighting his case for twenty
- 28:36six years. He's no. They got a documentary out on his case,
- 28:41and if you look at the documentary, you will see that this man did
- 28:45not do it. You'll see that this man is innocent. The Nose Station
- 28:48did a documentary on this case and you'll see. I mean it was so
- 28:53it's so many holes in the case, so many holes in the case,
- 28:59but they were whole people like this in prison and then this man the whole
- 29:03time he's been in prison trying to fight to get himself out and help trying
- 29:07to get other people out. It's crazy. And then they they and then
- 29:14they have to suffer through this. This may have to go through sickness,
- 29:18not even just them having to endure what they're doing behind prison while just imagine
- 29:22what their families are in doing that the the time that they're losing with their
- 29:29family and their loved ones. And they ain't doing it to just a few
- 29:33people. They doing it to thousands and thousands of us of us us US
- 29:41put some color to our skins. If you ain't all the way, if
- 29:48you ain't all the way with that privilege, they don't care if you got
- 29:52an inch. If they think you might have an inch of in them,
- 29:59they won't you too. I'm telling you they ruining people lives in the state
- 30:06of Texas is I'm telling you the worst. They lead the nation in everything.
- 30:11They lead the nation and everything, honey, everything wrong. They lead
- 30:15the nation in everything wrong. They need the lation in. We talk about
- 30:22rob stepping on the indictments we talked about I just seen the Attorney general.
- 30:29They they allowing people to sue his ass now cause somebody getting ready to sue
- 30:36him. He round there suing everybody, mad at everybody because he got caught
- 30:41up in his mess. And they tried to impeach them, but his the
- 30:44powers that be that that control everything, they made sure that he stayed in
- 30:51position. And then now he back out here causing have it I hear cousin
- 30:56have but they somebody from somebody going after him because they got a lawsuit against
- 31:03him right now. But the state of Texas need to be a shame of
- 31:06they said, we talk about Cornell and Cornell has been on the show several
- 31:14times. Cornell is supposed to be up for parole and less than sixteen days
- 31:22when you come up for parole, mister Legate, what is the process when
- 31:29you come up for parole? Are they not supposed to contact you way before
- 31:36it's time for you to come up for parole, so to make sure that
- 31:38you have everything in line and and to make sure that everything is okay.
- 31:47Well, you're thinking that they would, but normally they're just run you in
- 31:51the night before telling you you got a parole in and and nine times under
- 31:55ten you already Norlin're gonna come up with parole say, for instance, I
- 31:59got convicted in ninety nine, but my case started in September the third of
- 32:04nineteen ninety eight, which was the first day I got arrested, So that's
- 32:07actually the day. But I'm supposed to h thirty years later I fill up
- 32:13for parole. So in twenty eight September the third of twenty eight as we
- 32:16throwed me up for parole. But like anybody who has a tenant, so
- 32:23I've been locked up for over twenty years, they don't get to talk to
- 32:27the to the commissioner. And this is when the commissioner, you know,
- 32:30they get a little bit of understanding of who you are and stuff like this,
- 32:32and where there's just other people who's just come up after the like maybe
- 32:36five ten years or whatever, they just go and see the unit parole leption
- 32:40and they'll just take information from them. But normally though they did city laying
- 32:45and that's about it. You know, now incarcerated for thirty three years,
- 32:51he was supposed to he's supposed to come up. He got a year set
- 32:54off and again, and I keep telling them, this is the issue that
- 33:00I have with the parole board, because they blocked they blacking out the numbers,
- 33:05so you don't know, you don't know what the score is, you
- 33:07don't know what the number is, you don't know what nothing is. So
- 33:10how how do people know what they need to work on so that they can
- 33:15be eligible for parole. I feel like if they're given these i EPs and
- 33:21and and they've given out these these these classifications, then they should be they
- 33:27should have everybody should have an assessment, and they should be made to go
- 33:32through that assessment, and they should be checking off those blocks. They should
- 33:37be moving up the level or whatever, and then they should have people and
- 33:43and and everybody that's on the same level. I feel like these are the
- 33:46people that should be in the prison together so that all these people they mindset
- 33:52are on the same because what I'm finding out is you got some people,
- 33:57you got some people in prison, and I don't see how. I don't
- 34:00know why they do this. I don't know why you will put somebody in
- 34:02prison that's a life for that that has that has all these life sentences,
- 34:09and then you put somebody over there that's only got four years over there with
- 34:14them, and then these people are getting in fights, and then now this
- 34:17person not fifty years added on to his four year sentence. I don't understand
- 34:22why the lights of me would you have put that person with that with that
- 34:25person. If you classify, if we're going through classification and classification, they
- 34:31should have classified. If I've I only got four years, I should have
- 34:36been placed with people that have less than five years. We should have been
- 34:40five years to the dove. And those are people that's working on their way
- 34:45out, and that's how they should be separated all the way up. And
- 34:50as you work, if you work down your program, then you work down
- 34:54your level. That's how it should be. You somebody that's getting in trouble,
- 35:00then you need to stay over there with the trouble makers. You need
- 35:04to stay back there where you at. You don't need to you don't need
- 35:07to be able to move. But they should not have these people, these
- 35:10drug users, because what I find down it's a lot of people. They
- 35:15got a lot of folks that's using these drugs. And then you've got people
- 35:19that don't use drugs these and these officers know that they're using it because I'm
- 35:24getting complaints about the smell. People are coughing, people can't breathe, you
- 35:30know. And then some of these people got asthma, and then they doing
- 35:32nothing about it that needs people. They call it tunes. So when they
- 35:37when they go and when they having a tune at they move them out.
- 35:40They go, they put them in in medical, they let them calm down.
- 35:44They come, they bring them back. But what discipline they're actually do
- 35:47they take place nothing? Because I believe that the the the workers are the
- 35:53ones that are bringing these drugs in. Because when they when y'all are right
- 35:58down, they supposedly took all of the paper product and all of them because
- 36:02they said it was coming in through paper products. So now they took all
- 36:07the paper product out. Y'all don't even get payper product. Y'all got the
- 36:13habits all you'll stuff when y'all get when when people do send y'all stuff in
- 36:16the mail, it goes to Huntsville and it get put on the tablet,
- 36:21and then y'all get it on your tablet. Y'all don't get paper no more.
- 36:23The only thing y'all get paper is from publishing companies and in bookstores and
- 36:30and and from your legal that's all y'all get. So now is drugs still
- 36:35coming in? That? That that's the How is the drug still coming in.
- 36:39You hit it under there. I mean, you know it's it's it's
- 36:43it only could come in one way and uh, you know you might have
- 36:46an other avai the same thing or the there's just peoples for a job.
- 37:00There's a lot of females, you know, they go and trying to get
- 37:02housed and try to get the PIC or whatever. They go to the unemployment
- 37:07and say, well, you know what, Uh they tvcj's hiring. Don't
- 37:10be a job of the the well you know, you know how that turns
- 37:14out. Uh, A lot of them can be there. They can be
- 37:15just guys in here who may be part of something out there in the world,
- 37:19and they might be a part of them in here. You never know.
- 37:22There's a lot of a lot of a lot of our assumptions that we
- 37:24can make that how they're bringing it, I mean, I know that they
- 37:28started as soon as the officers come, because the ship's supposed to start,
- 37:30a tick started. That's what kind of ship's supposed to change. What happens
- 37:35now is because they started implementing. UH as soon as an officer drives in.
- 37:38They got the dogs and they smell, but the dogs cannot smell that
- 37:43pay for drive it. They cannot smell it. I don't do. If
- 37:46you have it, they can have it right on. Dogs can come on
- 37:49them. They don't smell it. You know. I've seen them take our
- 37:52urine tests. It doesn't detective, you know what I'm saying. So this
- 37:55is a cameouflage for a really really uh destroying these guys. I say it
- 38:07is because I'm listening that these people call I hear, these people call I
- 38:13hear the complaints. I'm talking about people that don't even use the drugs.
- 38:15They telling me how their fingers are black, how just like all kind of
- 38:21stuff, you know, And for the people that are not using these drugs,
- 38:25you know, the side effects that these are chemicals that these people are
- 38:30taking in chemicals, we don't know what all is in this stuff because they're
- 38:35turning into a liquid form to get it inside, and we don't know what's
- 38:39in it. They smoking all kinds of paper, these people smoking their bibles,
- 38:43they smoking any kind of people that they can get to smoke that stuff
- 38:45off exactly exactly. You know. In fact, you mentioned about the guys
- 38:51the guy who died when he was actually smoking in front of another guy's house.
- 38:54Okay, and he can sell out. And he died and then uh,
- 38:59two other guys got him and moved him to the showers. Well they
- 39:01at first they didn't know what happened, but the cameras did take him.
- 39:06But they didn't do nothing to the guys. They didn't do They didn't get
- 39:08up for temporary with their dead body or nothing like that. They didn't even
- 39:12go and shake the guy down whose house he was smoking man or whatever.
- 39:15There's nothing like that going on. The cameras work to their benefit. If
- 39:21it denic them, they're gonna use it. If it doesn't done it for
- 39:23them, save you've got some kind of complain against an officer because he did
- 39:28this or did that. Oh we can't actually, well how can't you.
- 39:30It's a digital film camera that's on your computer. It gets digitally fed.
- 39:36And to my understanding, according to one of the guys who has actually solved
- 39:38these things, he said, those seeds are continuously going. You cannot stop
- 39:44it or delete it. It's just like body can. You can't delete a
- 39:47body can. That's why they stopped the body cams. That's why they stopped
- 39:52the body can. They stopped that action because they they want people to know,
- 39:59really what was going because they would not be able to get away with
- 40:01a lot of the stuff that they're getting away with. Just like, I
- 40:05don't see how you can tell tell me how do a A was it a
- 40:10G four in a G two? How a G G four stabbed and killed
- 40:15a G two over in the conra unit. Uh. They they're not even
- 40:22supposed to be in the same area. They're not in the same that they
- 40:25and they were in the same housing unit. I asked about that. Nobody
- 40:30never got back to me on that. That's why I keep saying that FB
- 40:34I need to get involved with what's going on in t d c J.
- 40:37They are in violation. They are in violation of of of the Eighth Amendment.
- 40:43They the cruel and unusual punishment because we're not gonna talk about when the
- 40:47women they did not have access of water. They they water was off and
- 40:54they was having them use the the porter parties. And then they wouldn't letting
- 41:00them use the pot They was only letting the officers. The officers was the
- 41:05only ones wanting to use the porter potters. They didn't even want to let
- 41:07the inmates use the the porter pottys. It was it was just crazy it
- 41:15was just crazy. They was. They was writing me telling me that they
- 41:19that the whole place smelled like poop. They said, the whole place they
- 41:23said it was it was just sickening. I mean, she was just telling
- 41:27me. She was like she she just she she she just she said she
- 41:30was sick to her stomach. She just like she she don't know how she's
- 41:34gonna do it. And I took and complaint. I wrote everybody that I
- 41:38could write, and Carlos Sherman, one one of the representatives, he assured
- 41:46me that they had got in contact with that that that that what what is
- 41:54that smart that city over there, I forgot the name of that city,
- 41:59but they had got in come tack with that city, and that they were
- 42:00transporting some some some tanks, some water tanks or something portable water tanks out
- 42:07there to them. Uh. Yeah, it was the horror unit, the
- 42:23hobby unit. It was the hobby unit. I'm sorry, I'm talking about
- 42:28horror that's Murder Beach. It's the hobby unit, the hobby unit. But
- 42:34yeah, I definitely, you know, that's that's it's for those that are
- 42:39listening and those that are tuned in that can see me live on on this
- 42:45broadcast. This this flyer that you see behind me Kings of hope, and
- 42:51these men that you see in this flyer, these men are gonna be sharing
- 42:54words of inspiration, words of encouragement, words of hope, you know,
- 42:59to pouring to those that are incarcerated, those that are in prison, because
- 43:05y'all hear what they go through on a day to day basis, and these
- 43:10individuals can sometimes feel like they have no one. And when when when you
- 43:16don't have anyone on the outside. Everyone everybody that you have is older and
- 43:23not able to do They're not able to keep up with the technology and not
- 43:27able to communicate the way you need or able to do what you need.
- 43:30You know, sometimes you lose hope. So I'm grateful for these amazing kings.
- 43:37It's seven of them that have stepped up and said that they want to
- 43:40share words of encouragement, words of inspiration to pour into these men. I'm
- 43:45gonna be sharing these books inside of TDCJ. We were able to do it
- 43:51for the women during the holiday season and we were able to pour into these
- 43:55women. We have these books inside of the hobby Unit and the Mirror Unit.
- 44:02Hopefully we're gonna get it into some more prison system where there's some women
- 44:07out there that we can provide some hope to and some encouragement too. And
- 44:13if you're out there, men, we still need your voice. We need
- 44:19you to help encourage these men, to let these men know that there is
- 44:23still hope and they need your inspiration, you know, and some of you
- 44:29guys have been in their place, so I definitely want you guys to reach
- 44:35out to me and get involved. It only costs twenty five dollars to be
- 44:37a part of this anthology, and I tell you it is an investment that
- 44:43will keep giving if you work it, it will keep giving because it would
- 44:49be a blessing to many. You don't know what your words, how your
- 44:53words can impact somebody. Just letting somebody know that they mean something to that
- 45:00you mean something to them is it can go a long ways. So,
- 45:04mister Legate, we we've we've talked about a lot, and I know there's
- 45:12so much more that we have to talk about. But as we close,
- 45:19because we probably probably got about we probably got about fifteen more minutes, I
- 45:23think, but before we close, what are the top three things that need
- 45:32to be addressed right now within TDC. J. Well I mean in overall,
- 45:39we're talking about systematic whine. I think the BO system needs to be
- 45:44rebound. That's a that's a number one thing. Secondly is if TDC is
- 45:50serious about trying to stir the GIRG burn, they should start an intitive program
- 45:55that will be beating with base three people that uh tied up to the story.
- 46:01The drugs is taking. It's almost it's almost like cracked and you can't
- 46:06get enough of it. It's there that everybody's gonna buy it. You're gonna
- 46:08send your money. Anything that you people sends you, you're gonna send it
- 46:10all you can go to start spend one hundred dollars. It's gonna come back
- 46:14to the don't do. It's crazy how it works, but it's true.
- 46:16Well, this is another thing that they can do. You can you can
- 46:20implement one whole buildings or sanction. It's just for those people over there.
- 46:24Get to lock them up in there, let them drain out, let them
- 46:27prove down, let them, let them try to work this out of their
- 46:30system. Let them start taking straight, let them start thinking better, clearer,
- 46:34and and become making more decisions that are better. To restabilize them back
- 46:37into society. The third one, I believe it's gonna be like a better
- 46:44progrand education. It can. It also gives his officers. You need to
- 46:50you need to really staff your officers and and and and allow your units to
- 46:54be able to properly function under your operational and security drive line. Because we
- 47:00got that. What you have, you have chaos, You have people doing
- 47:05whatever they want. It's it's never gonna change, never gonna stop. I
- 47:08believe the most the most terrible thing that can happen is when somebody comes to
- 47:14prison and dies in prisons because he has the drug condition. He comes to
- 47:17prison for drugs, but then again this is a closer get it, and
- 47:20then he dies. You know, that's not good for the family, you
- 47:23know. I mean, I think I think those are some issues that really
- 47:27needs to be raised. It really need to be top priorities, secially the
- 47:30drug epandemic that that is, that is, that's that's crazy. I've never
- 47:34I've been in the system for quite a while, and I remember when there
- 47:37was your second but regular people were smoking and stuff like this, or doing
- 47:40a little other stuff. But it wasn't a bad of what it is now.
- 47:45I've seen people year up to the to the top of their lines,
- 47:49like if the devil is chasing them and they don't even know what's going on.
- 47:52They're lost at traffic, and then they get stuck. They can't even
- 47:54move, they can't even target. Like it's like seeing a ball a f
- 48:00you hit it that raid and that's the way you see a person here when
- 48:02they're smoking that stuff. They get stuff like that, and they're just so
- 48:07so I mean, it's it's that's the thing, but it's it's a true
- 48:10reality of fact that's going on in the system. And I think those are
- 48:15the things that needs to be changed because instead of releasing Spectering for us,
- 48:17instead of releasing knuckleheads that really does not qualify for the for the h that
- 48:24honored to be released at that time. And I'm not saying not to release
- 48:29them altogether, but just wait till you have they need the criteria, you
- 48:34know, and then release those who actually do make the criteria, because this
- 48:37way give him a chance to go back into society and be somebody. Especially
- 48:42people are doing like, well, now he's been doing what he's been doing
- 48:45thirty three years, you said, thirty three years, four years, thirty
- 48:52and and they they right now Cornell said to me, he feels like they
- 48:57are because of all the stuff that he has exposed, all the stuff that
- 49:01he has been fighting, Because this man has been fighting for since day one.
- 49:07He has been fighting for his innocing. He's not not on back down.
- 49:14They are afraid of this man being set free. They're afraid of him
- 49:17being on the outside because they know that he's not gonna be quiet. He's
- 49:22not gonna sit down. And a lot of these people that is incarcerated,
- 49:24he's gonna set them free. He's gonna bring them home because of all the
- 49:29stuff that he has exposed and all of the stuff that he has exposed in
- 49:32a lot of these people's cases. Like every every single day, I get
- 49:37phone calls from people that want Cornell to work on their case. That there
- 49:42is one them to check into his case. Check into this, check into
- 49:45that, check into that. You know, Cornell has helped individuals that have
- 49:52had paid twenty and thirty forty thousand dollars to lawyers and the lawyers did not
- 49:58represent them right, and he been able to get their money back. Ain't
- 50:04nothing nobody told me. Dad came on the phone and told me, he
- 50:07said, I appreciate y'all, he said, And what can I do?
- 50:10And he this, His mom called me and she ordered five dollars worth a
- 50:20free Texas campaign teacher. And it's good like that because it's like I said,
- 50:27especially if you're like Savior or time, like San Antonio, Houston or
- 50:30any any other time. If you really look at it, lawyers and prosecutors
- 50:35are all one. Just like with they all go they live probably in the
- 50:38same neighborhood, the kids go to school together, they probably played golf together,
- 50:44and all this. But when it comes to justice too, or if
- 50:46you're supposed to go to court, they make these little deals. There's no
- 50:52justice whatever to the skills of justice. Look at me. I mean here,
- 50:55you're going on twenty six years as well for a crime writing committee.
- 50:59And if you ain't got no money to pay these people off and to pay
- 51:05into these campaign funds, because that's what it's all about. Everybody that is
- 51:08aware of the pay for play scanner that took place in Barretts County, everybody's
- 51:15aware of that that they hushed hushed about that. But then they the prosecutor
- 51:21came up dead, the judge. The judge came up with some stuff.
- 51:27I mean all kinds of stuff. They was getting ready to take Cornell back
- 51:30to the court, and then his prosecutor come up dead. She come up
- 51:34dead. And then they hold this man in prison and then they take an
- 51:38attempt on his life. They fill his body with clear liquid, and they
- 51:44was hoping that he was gonna die, but he survived, and he's not
- 51:49letting it go. They're not fineish, they're not getting away with this,
- 51:52just like one hundred million dollar lawsuit that he got against them right now that
- 51:58they tried to deny this and try to deny that. But then they they
- 52:00in one breath they're saying that if this is true, and this is true,
- 52:06and you know this is true, but if it's true, then why
- 52:09don't you do your job? Why don't you do your jobs as a as
- 52:14a judge. See a lot of stuff these judges allow that they shouldn't even
- 52:17allow in these court rooms. You you you hear this, and and and
- 52:23you allow these these lawyers and these these prosecutors in these das to stand up
- 52:29and say stuff that they're not supposed to say. And then they tack the
- 52:31jewelry that they allow stuff to take place in and around the courtroom that should
- 52:37not be taking place. Well, where it's to justice. How can you
- 52:40give me a black woman or a black man, or all white or all
- 52:45Hispanic jury and say that that that that is for me? And how can
- 52:50you give a Hispanic person or all white jury and say that that that that
- 52:53that represents them. How that's not a representation of me, that's not a
- 52:59representation, that does not represent me. That that that is a violation of
- 53:04my eighth Amendment. That's true, the violation of my eighth Amendment. And
- 53:09that's what's been happening in the state of Texas. Not only that's been happening
- 53:14in the state of Texas, the state of Texas got a book that that
- 53:17that outlines that they don't want no black people on the jury. It states
- 53:22that in the book, the book has been exposed and these people know that
- 53:27this book exists and it was an instruction manual. They will instructing them how
- 53:34to do this and how to do that. That's crazy. Do you know
- 53:39did you know that that most people might not know? But all judges ex
- 53:47prosecutors. You're gonna furtherly see a defense attorney be elected to be a judge
- 53:55nine times from maybe ninety nine percent of the time going to be a next
- 54:00persecutor. The next persecutor is always going to be the judge and the system.
- 54:07That's how they laugh while y'all, that's how they keep people out of
- 54:09the system, because guess what. Most of these people start out as public
- 54:14defenders. They they the the paid lawyers or whatever the however court apponted lawyers
- 54:22that they call them or whatever. We call them public defenders in in in
- 54:25the state that I live in, but they call them different stuff in different
- 54:30states. But they work for that they work for They don't work for me.
- 54:37They work for those in the office over there with them people. So
- 54:40how can you defend me? Yeah, you can't defend me. I don't
- 54:45want your service. I don't want your service. And that's what I tell
- 54:52them, people, you're better if you wanted the defender, you better invest
- 54:58your money in a paid lawyer and not no public defender. Because all these
- 55:01public defenders, nine times out of ten, and when they leave the public
- 55:07defender's office, they normally go on down and they become assistant district attorneys,
- 55:14and then they go on down the line become district attorneys, and then after
- 55:19they get the district attorney position. Then the next thing, you know,
- 55:22they on the Court of Appeal. Then guess what, you black ball the
- 55:25whole time. You ain't never getting out. You're finna serve all your time.
- 55:30They they you're finna go to the dough or not everything. I'm sorry,
- 55:37Uh, I was gonna say believe it or not. I plouned it
- 55:40my file. The prosecutor, the one who railroaded me mans Voskin's gardener Fais
- 55:47gardeners she uh both test let her in my file saying that she recommends that
- 55:53I never before owen. So in other words, you're giving me likely out.
- 55:59You didn't do right, just gotta but either way, Angela, thank
- 56:02you so much. And you public you'll want to know about me, just
- 56:06suger James late and you'll find everything you need to see about my case and
- 56:09everything. And Angela, thank you very much for allowing me on here again.
- 56:14And I'll get a hold of you Saturday. I'll talk to you next
- 56:16week. Okay, I'll see that, all right, all right, right,
- 56:22okay, all right, all right, So so I'm here. Yes,
- 56:34Wow, that's a lot, I know that it is. And then
- 56:43I listened to Denver and what is going on in Denver right now, Like
- 56:52for the lights of me, Like I'm i'm, I'm I'm still thinking about
- 56:58your husband's case and how they stealed his case. Yeah, they're not supposed
- 57:07to do that. Yeah, his case is sealed and they're not they supposed
- 57:13to do They're not supposed to do that because they deny him access to defend
- 57:19himself. They ask, and and why they wait so long to seal his
- 57:25case. I don't know, he's nobody. That's no sense to me.
- 57:32That's exactly what he's trying to find out. Anything he needs out of that
- 57:37case, he has to go through a judge, and nine times out of
- 57:40the nine times out of ten, that judge will deny it saying that he
- 57:46doesn't need it. There's no, no, no reason for that. So,
- 57:52yeah, they did seal his case. And how they denying him that
- 57:58is denying him as sense to legal representation, legal I mean, it's denying
- 58:05him proper access to his legal files. Yeah, yeah, that's what they
- 58:13do. They do so much and then they act like it's okay, and
- 58:20it's not. I just don't get it. I don't get it. You
- 58:23know, these people sit back in behind these closed doors and making all these
- 58:30decisions, and they definitely don't have none of us. They don't have no
- 58:35brown person and in their mind when they're making these decisions, you know,
- 58:42and a lot of us, we we've gotten caught up and and and and
- 58:46thinking that this world cares about us, this world don't care about us.
- 58:52And if we don't begin to care about ourselves and begin to stand up for
- 58:57ourselves, I'm talking about truly stand up for ourselves. Like I see people
- 59:04all the time, a lot of us are doing the same thing, but
- 59:07it's like we we we can't come together and do what we're doing, like
- 59:12everybody at like what they're doing is so much more important. We all doing
- 59:15the same thing. Like that's why it does not bother me. Every every
- 59:21chance I get, I'm trying to share some whatever I got, I'm trying
- 59:23to share whoever, if somebody can come on the show, if I can
- 59:30get if I can get some of them on the But however, you know,
- 59:36we got another hurdle. We got another hurdle to tackle now because Denver,
- 59:42Colorado didn't even have the conversation. We can't even have a conversation with
- 59:52me. No it's crazy, like and I got to find out really the
- 1:00:01I think we're gonna be able to file a lawsuit against them. I gotta
- 1:00:07see, because that's the violation of their First Amendment right freedom of speech.
- 1:00:15And then it's a violation of them have an asset to the public and being
- 1:00:22able to share. You know, how how can you not allow somebody to
- 1:00:27share their story. It's their story, it's their truth. You know,
- 1:00:31if y'all adoring underhanded stuff, then y'all need to be host I mean,
- 1:00:37that's that's that's that's they can only from what the letter that that was given
- 1:00:46to my husband and they stated they wanted him to be personally served that letter,
- 1:00:53give it to him so he would know that. You know, hey,
- 1:00:59you cannot talk about your case, not less you actually talking to uh
- 1:01:07like law enforcement or something. They can't like they said, oh, they
- 1:01:15wouldn't got the look. They wasn't got a some kind of um rule about
- 1:01:23the phones. They they're not allowed say like if somebody walked behind them and
- 1:01:30said, hey tell you tell your wife high or you know something, they
- 1:01:34can't pass that message to me. I can't say, hey tell such and
- 1:01:37such child. They said, that's passing that's passing mute messages. They're not
- 1:01:45allowed to have like recordings you like, like we're doing. They waited up
- 1:01:53until last week until they found that rule to give to them, to say,
- 1:02:00hey, you guys got to stop it. If you're not talking to
- 1:02:02the law enforcement or anybody, you can't do it. You can't do it.
- 1:02:08And you know, and to when they was first coming on here and
- 1:02:14they was talking to me and they was sharing their stories, these men had
- 1:02:19so much hope. They're like, wow, you know, now my message
- 1:02:23is gonna get out. You know, people is gonna hear my case.
- 1:02:28They have nothing to hide, as you guys can see, they landed all
- 1:02:31out. They sending me their case, their cases, and I'm going over
- 1:02:37their cases, and it's unbelievable to see how Denver won't accept their law.
- 1:02:45They put the law out there for to be followed. But when these men
- 1:02:52are behind the wall and they're fighting to come out and they take that same
- 1:02:58law that's in place and give it act to them, they tell your your
- 1:03:05public defender should have took care of that or should address that. You know,
- 1:03:09they they doing a little sneaky stuff. They doing a little sneaky stuff.
- 1:03:14So you know, we just gotta stay. That's what they're doing.
- 1:03:19They keep covering. That's how they're doing. They keep covering for each other,
- 1:03:24they keep but they doing nothing. But they keep putting a band aide
- 1:03:29over a womb that is never gonna heal until they address the issues that that
- 1:03:34you keep brushing it under. The rug. The rug is high. The
- 1:03:37rug, it's the The rug is not a heel. It's not it's it's
- 1:03:45not level no more. It's not flat no more. Because you're donna put
- 1:03:47too much under there. So now it's time to level this this this hill
- 1:03:52that you don't build because y'all keep brushing stuff up under. And guess what
- 1:03:55I'm here to. I'm here to help you take that heel down. But
- 1:04:00because I'm not going nowhere, I'm not going to then get tired of me.
- 1:04:08But I'm not going nowhere. And they're really gonna, I'm telling you,
- 1:04:15they they they gonna, they're gonna. I'm telling you, they're gonna
- 1:04:17get tired. They're gonna get tired of me before they gonna quit. Before
- 1:04:23I quit humh. That's one thing about me. I ain't quit hum But
- 1:04:28you know it's it's not a lot of family members. That's that's standing behind
- 1:04:34these man. It's half of the family members truly believe that they actually guilty
- 1:04:41of what they were of the crime. But once you get their case,
- 1:04:47because this is what people are saying, this freak brainwashed. You know that
- 1:04:57we have been taught that if if somebody say, if the other race say
- 1:05:01we did something, yeah we did it, and they say we did it,
- 1:05:04we did it, we did it, we did it just a lit
- 1:05:08from a pedal hell, and they can send it back because them crackers been
- 1:05:12trying to lock us up. Them crackers been planning the stuff from the get
- 1:05:15go. Yeah, And I call him then because that's what they And you
- 1:05:20know, just like you down if you can and you you don't have respect
- 1:05:26for humans, you are cracker to me. Mm hmm yeah. Just like
- 1:05:31in mister Kemp's case, he was got one hundred and ninety two years plus
- 1:05:36a life sentence added on that. And it wasn't a homicide attached to that.
- 1:05:45It wasn't nothing. He wasn't found you know, it was you know,
- 1:05:51it wasn't even a broken nose or it wasn't about his case. He
- 1:05:56didn't a lot of people didn't want to said a lot of people didn't want
- 1:06:01to say. He didn't want to admit it. But we all know what
- 1:06:06was about. We all know that that was racial. We all know that
- 1:06:10themckers had something to prove. We all know that because why because he was
- 1:06:15black and he had them white babies. He had a white he had a
- 1:06:19white lady, and he had them mixed babies. That's what that was about.
- 1:06:25They weren't like that. And then you talking about just just just they
- 1:06:29don't like it. Now I go in the store, I see them all
- 1:06:34the time. You you, I got a neighbor right now, you got
- 1:06:40you got you got black babies. But you don't even you don't even want
- 1:06:44to speak. I speak to you, and you walk past me like you
- 1:06:45didn't hear me speak. But you you you you They went somebody that looked
- 1:06:51like me every night, and your kids look more like me than you.
- 1:06:59And that's what these people do. Yeah, they try to, they don't
- 1:07:05they they mad mm hmmm. Yeah. See, we we don't. We're
- 1:07:13the only we're the only rights of people that can have we can we can,
- 1:07:16we can, we can have all of them. We we can look
- 1:07:21like all of them. But see. Yeah, they they they can't.
- 1:07:30They can't. They can't. They can't look like us. No, they
- 1:07:33gotta do a lot to do. They gotta, they gotta get do a
- 1:07:36lot to get this color. They they gotta get a lot to to to
- 1:07:42get a lot of these features that we get naturally. Yes, they do
- 1:07:48a lot for they know what they did, and a lot of them and
- 1:07:53a lot of it go back to slavery because a lot of them men women,
- 1:08:00and then women were getting mad. That's why a lot of them.
- 1:08:02That's why a lot of them women don't like us, because they men were
- 1:08:12going to us and they was having them big babies back then. Yeah.
- 1:08:16Yeah, they just found out that Thomas Jefferson had all of them black babies.
- 1:08:23Mm hmmm. A lot of history we didn't know about. He got
- 1:08:27a lot of black babies talking around here, Thomas Jefferson. Good Thomas Jefferson,
- 1:08:33because that's what they were doing. They don't. Yeah, and then
- 1:08:40they don't want a lot of they and then the ones that could not have
- 1:08:44children. Guess who was having their children? Mm hmm. Yeah, a
- 1:08:51lot of them go trace the DNA. I bet you they ain't. They
- 1:08:57they ain't who you think they are mm hmm. But he's been doing they've
- 1:09:01been doing this. They've been doing this to us. But y'all, it
- 1:09:06stopped, and we gotta stop it. We gotta stop allowing these people to
- 1:09:12continue to do this stuff. We gotta get these prisons reformed. These people
- 1:09:18putting all this money in the prison system. Why they can't put it into
- 1:09:21the school system, Why they can't put it into the school system. And
- 1:09:27and and work on developing technology, work work on developing trades for these kids,
- 1:09:32teaching these kids how to farm, teaching these kids how how to how
- 1:09:36to make this world sustainable. But yet we want to keep on destroying it.
- 1:09:45We want to keep on breaking the black family up. You know,
- 1:09:48somebody posted something on on on on on on Facebook the other day about J.
- 1:09:54C. Penning. You know you you you know how they used to
- 1:09:57take those family portraits. Yeah, and and they always one thing they always
- 1:10:02was about family portraits. Okay, you look on their little flyer. You
- 1:10:06look on they little they little flyer in front of the little stove. They
- 1:10:11got a black family up there, then they got a white family. So
- 1:10:15in the black family, it's a mom and two kids, a boy and
- 1:10:18a little here. Yeah, in the white family, you got they got
- 1:10:24the whole family, and then you got the dad. Because that's what they
- 1:10:30have thisys thematically taught us. They they brainwashed it that this is hot,
- 1:10:36supposed to be mm hmmm. And then that's work their agendas. That that's
- 1:10:43that's when they can slip in the homosexuality and and and they can do all
- 1:10:46this other stuff because no, you ain't born any way. That's that's that's
- 1:10:54free that that that's free will. We got a choice, we can choose.
- 1:10:59Yeah, we can choose because guess what that he everything, every one
- 1:11:08of those spirits, they and all of us, all those spirits and all
- 1:11:13of us. But you gotta line how to keep that flesh under containment.
- 1:11:18And that's why you stay in the world. That's why you gotta stayed while.
- 1:11:24You got to stay in alignment. Yes, with all those spirits,
- 1:11:30what you think what they there ain't nothing new under the sun. So everything
- 1:11:41is it's it's out here, and these spirits do nothing but transfer from one
- 1:11:45person to the next, one person to the next, one person to the
- 1:11:47next, one person to the next. It gets tired of being over there,
- 1:11:49go jump on you. And then you want to go down here.
- 1:11:51Why you haven't moved for honey, who you know lay with? Because whoever
- 1:11:58you lay who ain't with? People don't understand spiritual man, spiritual transfer is
- 1:12:05real. Yes it is. You wonder why I'm telling you. I used
- 1:12:10to wonder why I didn't understand until I listened to wandering about them no more
- 1:12:15sheet listening to that lady, and and and talking about how you just just
- 1:12:21man, I'm telling you. One day, I man, it felt like
- 1:12:26it felt like something just got up and just got and walked up out of
- 1:12:30me and look like I've seen something black, just like what the honeah move
- 1:12:41swings all that you want to dang, I feel like that. I want,
- 1:12:49Hannah, your spirit about who you slept with. You don't know who
- 1:12:55they slept, who they slept with, how many people they don't slept with?
- 1:13:00Because think about if you don't slept with five people, how many people
- 1:13:04them five people don't slept with And just take me if they don't slept with
- 1:13:09five people, if all five of those people you don't slept with slept with
- 1:13:14five people, that's twenty five spirits up with you, girl. And people
- 1:13:18don't think that that's real why sometimes you be happy, sometimes you be sad.
- 1:13:24Sometimes you be over there. You don't know what's going on. Yeah,
- 1:13:28you're all over the place. You be all over the place. That's
- 1:13:30why. Huh yeah, tek. The spiritual warfare is reasons. People better
- 1:13:35understand that, better watch it because you don't know, you know, like
- 1:13:43my people say, well, I was straight. Now all of a sudden,
- 1:13:48I'm having thoughts about being with a woman or a man saying he having
- 1:13:55thoughts about being with a beer. You don't know what person slept with,
- 1:14:00a person that had that spirit, and now all of a sudden you haven't
- 1:14:06right. You gotta be careful. You gotta be careful because the spirit spiritual
- 1:14:13spirits is real and they do transfer. They do transfer, and you ain't
- 1:14:19got the all the time. Be intimate with nobody for them spirits to transfer.
- 1:14:24You could just come in contact with somebody and you like them. All
- 1:14:30these people be talking about these they be practicing shikari. They they be they
- 1:14:35be in tuning. They they shire us and and and shakiras or whatever they
- 1:14:41call them, getting in tune with the third They they they all of these
- 1:14:45different kind of things. But you better be prayed up when you tapping into
- 1:14:48all the can you understand a lot of people want to get spiritual and they
- 1:14:55but you better be prayed up and you better know what you're tackling when you
- 1:15:00when you opening it up that stuff, Honey, they close for a reason,
- 1:15:03don't for a reason. For a reason. Don't think if if they
- 1:15:13was meant to be wide open like that, they will be wide open.
- 1:15:16But they close for a reason. And if you not ready to open them
- 1:15:21up like that, I suggest you not be over that plan because I'm telling
- 1:15:26you that's a whole other monster. That's a whole other monster. People don't
- 1:15:31understand if they don't truly don't understand, Like you don't see all this stuff
- 1:15:35going on right here in your face right now. Mm hmm. There's so
- 1:15:41much going on, the powers that be just all over here. And then
- 1:15:44you'll be wondering the internet be over here doing all that stuff. Huh,
- 1:15:48it's more than that be going on. Yeah, you better know it.
- 1:15:57If you don't know, you better open up their word and go over there
- 1:16:00and get in it. Huh. Go see a lot of stuff that you
- 1:16:04ain't seen before. I ain't even gonna get off on the on on on
- 1:16:09the on on this, on this eclipse that everybody thought we had. I
- 1:16:15didn't see it. I ain't I ain't gonna get off on the eclipse that
- 1:16:19everybody thought we had. People taking pictures and doing all kind of stuff.
- 1:16:24And then people start seeing the moon. They say, well, the moon
- 1:16:28over here and it's covering the sun. Her Yeah, so how is the
- 1:16:36moon over here and it's covering the sun. It's supposed to be right here.
- 1:16:45Then I say yeah, And then you got pictures of people so And
- 1:16:50then if you go back and listen to some of the tiktoks, even before
- 1:16:55this, they was warning you that that was gonna happen. And then I'm
- 1:17:00talking about it was a girl on that breaking it down. I'm talking about
- 1:17:02she even talking about Geneva. She even talking about the Sena and and and
- 1:17:08they logos and and and how you can see the six six sixth in there
- 1:17:12and all kinds of stuff. They talking about, how the space the Space
- 1:17:17Shuttle travel is is a it's a flow, it's it's a fake. That
- 1:17:24is that stuff is right down there in Texas. One of them is in
- 1:17:28Texas, and one of them is in Florida. The people be thinking they're
- 1:17:30going up in space and they ain't going nowhere. Man. They exposing a
- 1:17:34lot of stuff. This is the year for exposure. So it's it's it's
- 1:17:40the most stuff in the come out. It's a whole lot going to come
- 1:17:43out. Yes, But I just I wanted to thank you for jumping on
- 1:17:47here and sharing and just and transparent. So let everybody know who you are

- 1:18:56For those that don't know, I do this every Monday from probably about twelve
- 1:19:03to around this time every Monday, those that want to call in from TDCJ
- 1:19:11or any prison that want to talk about things that are going on inside of
- 1:19:15the prison that people are not addressing, that people are not bringing to attention,
- 1:19:19because there's a lot of stuff that's being unaddressed and stuff that's being brushed
- 1:19:24under the rug. And I'm not gonna let it go. You know,
- 1:19:28I don't know why I was given dismantle, but it's in my lap and
- 1:19:34I can't let it go. See when I'm the type person if I see
- 1:19:38something, I have to do something about it. I am the change that
- 1:19:42I desire to see in this group, and change starts and end with me.
- 1:19:46So, y'all, I have to be about it. I can't sit
- 1:19:49still again. If you know somebody that is incarcerated, and in the state
- 1:19:56of Texas that is incarcerated, and Colorado, that Georgia, South Carolina,
- 1:20:03anywhere, we want to bring awareness to their cases, especially if they have
- 1:20:10been wrongfully or overly incarcerated. We know that individuals break the law every day,
- 1:20:16but there should be a time limit on the punishment of what happens to
- 1:20:27if nobody kills anybody, I don't see where they should be given life sentences.
- 1:20:33If a life is not taken, you should not take someone else's life,
- 1:20:38because you're taking that person's life when you put them and you mandate them
- 1:20:44to serve thirty to forty years before they can even come up for parole.
- 1:20:48You're taking their lives. You've just altered their lives and everyone that is connected
- 1:20:55to them, because think about it, if they're twenty years old, they're
- 1:21:00gonna be sixty. They're gonna be fifty or sixty years old before they come
- 1:21:03out, right, They're gonna be fifty or sixty years old before they come
- 1:21:09out. And these these miners that they are locking up and throwing away the
- 1:21:15key, they're giving these babies more time than they're giving the adults that are
- 1:21:19actually committing these crimes. You got individuals that locked up in the state of
- 1:21:26Texas because they were in the car a party to the crime, didn't know
- 1:21:30what these people are going to do. One lady, she she was a
- 1:21:34teenage mom in the car with her husband, didn't know he was going to
- 1:21:39rob nobody, and now her life has been off for the rest of her
- 1:21:47life. Her kids life has been altered. Now she's sent her forties and
- 1:21:54she's fighting to get out of prison. You got an individual that was was
- 1:21:59was a drug addict and was and had drugs for their own personal consumption.
- 1:22:10But because they didn't like them, and because they wanted to make an example
- 1:22:14out of them, they gave them eighty five years. This is what they're
- 1:22:19doing to our people. We're not going to talk about the Caucasian man that
- 1:22:27three four weeks ago shot and killed his wife point blank range, would assault
- 1:22:31our shotgun on ring camp, and they gave him ten years. Oh ten
- 1:22:40years. God don't understand it. That's why I go so hard, and
- 1:22:46that's why this book has to come forth June first, because there's some men
- 1:22:56that are behind these prison walls that need to know that there's people out here
- 1:23:01cheering for them. There's other males out here root for them. They hadn't
- 1:23:06forgot you. Yeah, mistakes, but our mistakes don't define us. If
- 1:23:15I'd allowed my mistakes to keep me down, I wouldn't be doing none of
- 1:23:19the stuff that I'm doing. Mm hmm. I'm not perfect. I made
- 1:23:25plenty of mistakes. But God forgave me. He gave me a second,
- 1:23:30the third, or fourth, or fifth, a sixth time. He don't
- 1:23:35gave me so many chances. I don't stop saying a second chance. He
- 1:23:40don't gave me another chance, and another chance in another chance. And if
- 1:23:47I wake up tomorrow, y'all, he gonna give me another chance. So
- 1:23:54why can't we give these individuals behind prison wall and the chance, give them
- 1:24:00an opportunity to get back out into siety. Give them a chance. You're
- 1:24:05not even giving them a chance. Mm hmm. You gotta have faith in
- 1:24:12them, and then you got to allow them to do the work to activate
- 1:24:16that faith. Huh. It works in every areas of our life. Huh,
- 1:24:28y'all were out of here. Thank you our for tuning in. If
- 1:24:31y'all have been blessed by anything that we have shared on this afternoon, please
- 1:24:36share it out with someone in your circle and I'll see you guys back here
- 1:24:42next Monday, same time, same place. We're doing the same thing,
- 1:24:45y'all, So come on back, come on back, Come on back,
- 1:24:49y'all, have a great afternoon. All things an't what they used to be
- 1:25:04down where did all the blue skies? But boys instow window blows from the
- 1:25:14look of something well pursing mercy beings. All things an't what they used to deno
