- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Why your wife doesn't want the life that everyone else wants?
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Sexless marriage.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: The number one relationship hack.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Answer the question.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: The impact that impacts trust.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Getting your partner on board.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: Why your wife doesn't want the life that everyone else wants?
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Marvel Marriage Podcast, guys.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: I'm bringing this up because my wife, my beautiful, incredible wife, had this meeting with uh somebody who wanted to maybe talk about our program.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: And I mean, the guy was like a 50 millionaire or some stupid shit.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: Like, like I mean, he couldn't understand it.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: And what he specifically said to Catherine was when she asked, like, you know, what got you on the phone?
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: Was, well, you know, I I I saw a piece of content where where I mean I give this woman everything.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Like, there she wants for nothing.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: And he's watched his marriage implode and now it's exploded, as far as I can tell.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: And yeah, he said, I'm successful in every other area, but not with my wife.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: He said your content just resonated so deeply with him.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's actually wild to me.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: So, I mean, you have, of course, um, where the content definitely resonates with people who are the other end of the spectrum, right?
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Most people don't make very decent money, you know.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Um but the thing about it that that people don't understand is that there's like an expression I'll use a lot, and it's your wife will leave for peace.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: You know, I recognize this with Catherine.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Of course she needed peace.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: I was very abusive.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: But that's where the confusion comes in, I think, when you have a man like this who's making mad money, can take her anywhere they want to go in the world.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: I think he sold the company, is what you said, and so he was able to like literally, now it's time, it's go time.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Early retirement.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like you built this all up, we're ready to go do it, and you're so surprised.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: But it it it baffles me because I mean there's so much more to providing than financially.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: We talk about this all the time, but it what baffles me is that men still feel like the rug gets pulled up.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Like it's this big shock.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: You guys we're gonna do an episode on the quiet divorce as well, but like when you start to realize, like there are clear signs.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: If you can just imagine, for example, just for a second, you work really hard, you're like trying to blow it off, like no, it's okay, it's just what I gotta do.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Just but you can see that she's hurting on the other end of that sentence.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: Like, why are you surprised?
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: Like, in what world do you think it's gonna work to last forever just because you make money?
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: Like, and I I mean that's the like there's a lot of things that I'm like, baby, there's a lot of things that I'm like, hey, if we weren't taught, we just weren't taught.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: Like you don't know what you don't know.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: But I think you're a fucking idiot.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: If you make millions of month millions of dollars and think that's going to buy someone.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: I mean, sure, if you want a 20-year-old bimbo.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: It happens.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Well, come on.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: Like, it's not long.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: But it it happens so frequently when I I think that it's not that you're an idiot if you think this.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: I think that you're so your head is in the clouds.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: Because you're thinking so superficially because you're working hard, you're providing, your wife has everything, your kids have everything.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: You just don't realize that the the connection, the foundation has been eroded.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: There's no emotional safety because there's no connection.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: You're working so much to provide for your family that there's no emotional provision, there's no spiritual provision.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: And so your wife probably feels alone.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: And this I'm speaking, if this is resonating with you, then I'm talking to you.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: Your wife feels alone.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: She's doing things by herself, she's parenting by herself, she's doing the schedule by herself.
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: Yes, you provide the money for her to be able to do that, but maybe, just maybe her intention was to do it together.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: Maybe she thought that you would be a family, not a king that provides for the peasants.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: It's probably how it feels for some of these women.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: And then they get lonely, and they probably, their eyes probably wander.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: Let's be real.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: If you're not there, you're working all the time, money does not make love.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: No, this is what I don't understand.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: Like, and and you know, when I say you have to be an idiot to understand, like, not understand this, it's like, man, like, haven't you heard the Can't Buy Me Love was a very big song for a reason.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: It wasn't just a catchy beat, guys.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Like, some of the stuff that we have to really focus on.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: Like, you want to feel love, but you drown yourself in work and say it's okay.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: What makes you think that makes it okay for her?
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Like, I I don't get it.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: I cannot wrap my head around that.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: But we do want to help people that think this way.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Of course.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Now, here's the thing: what you need to understand is you're up against a totally different challenge because you're undoing years of damage.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: Like in some of these cases, actually, this guy had a story, but some of the cases, some of the things that are like, like the the way that she thinks, the the way that she's her perception is is so skewed in a lot of cases.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Like talking like abuse where it wasn't abuse, things like that.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Of course, there's also a lot of perception that's very real with abuse.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's not what I'm saying right now.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about some of the weirdest stories with how somebody will just say anything to push you away because they're so tired of it.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Because along with that money came a lot of manipulation and a lot of control.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: A lot.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: It goes without saying.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: Like, I okay, maybe I maybe this one here would be considered something that you wouldn't know because you weren't taught.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: But people with money treat people differently, whether you know it or not, unless you're hyper-aware and into and understand relationships, communication, like you've paid attention, like I can tell you exactly because I can look back to every rich person, starting from my father, and I can look at the control that came with the price tag.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: And so if you and the guilt and manipulation, all this stuff, okay?
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: So entitlement.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: Entitlement, oh yeah.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: And so there are there's a I get a handful of people that I know that make mad money that don't have that entitlement.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: Because they're in our program.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: Here's the thing: it's because just like we take our partners for granted, like we treat them the worst.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: I know everyone's heard that, right?
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: It's easier to hurt the ones we love, even though we know we shouldn't.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: Which is ridiculous.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: We've all heard that since we were kids.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: Even me, even I heard that.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: And so that one there, there's no excuse for it.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Which means if we know that's what happens, and you're doing it with money for sure.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: Because you are buying love, you are saying get everything.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Oh, stop it.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: I don't want to hear it.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: That's what you would say to her, right?
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: No, I what do you mean you didn't that you this wasn't that that trip?
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: The purses?
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: I literally heard a guy talk about the purses recently.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: I was like, what?
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they want the nice purses.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: I get it.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: It doesn't, it's not a band-aid for the way that you treated her last night.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: Oh sorry for calling you a bitch.
- 6:57SPEAKER_01: Here's a nice purse.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: No, it doesn't work that way.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: She'll say thank you for the gesture and she wants the purse, but what she really wants is for you to treat her with kindness and connection.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: By the way, I think it's so I don't know if I've ever told you this.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: I think it's so cute the way you say for sure.
- 7:09SPEAKER_01: You guys ever notice that?
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: I didn't know for sure.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: Isn't he cute?
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: More more cuteness coming your way.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: Everyday, guys, everyday cuteness.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: Here's the thing.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: If you're broke, it's like you you're even dumber.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Like now you have to be nice.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: You ever hear that expression?
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: Somebody should teach the broke people that lesson because there's so many mean, meaning.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: The brokes are the meanest.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: Everybody should be nice.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Everybody should be nice, but the brokes.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: But nobody's gonna help you make more money or have empathy on you when you need money if you're mean to everybody around you.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like it's it's actually beyond.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Like, you're the person that's so victimized that you're like, I work so hard, I work three jobs.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Move fucking who?
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: Work two jobs, suffer a little longer, balance out how you have to suffer, and then learn some skills with the third job's hours.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: Actually, learn to make money.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: How about that?
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: You can Google and YouTube, that AI can send you in a path.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: But you guys just complain.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: Now, that the problem is on either end of this spectrum, you seem to be the worst.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: 8,000 people.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: If you're super broke or super rich, you're the meanest.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: 8,000 people we worked with is what he's talking about.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Sorry, yes.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: I'm here to translate the cuteness.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: Cuteness.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: So I don't know why it's the worst because it's like super entitled on both ends.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: That's what I see.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: It's it's so true, honey.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: You know, the the people that don't have any money, and this isn't everybody.
- 8:35SPEAKER_01: Like, we have scholarships for our program.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: We do full scholarships, partial scholarships, you have to apply, you have to qualify.
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: There are some broke people that get so offended that they have to pay for our services.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: Has it have you ever gotten a personal trainer, a therapist, a psychiatrist, a car, car rental?
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: Have you ever gotten any of them for free?
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: Do you ever have to like buy a book?
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: You can go to the library, sure, but everything costs money.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: And so when when people find out that all of a sudden our program costs money, they are so offended.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: They can't believe that we're not helping for free.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: This is our career.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: This is our mission in life.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: And so they get so angry because we're charging them money.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden, we're bad people.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's weird.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: Like we promised.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: We do have some really amazing people.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: Just because you don't have money doesn't mean that we're speaking to you.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: We have I have some amazing people that have gotten into my program on scholarships, and they are some of the best clients that I've ever had, and they haven't paid for a thing.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: And they're so amazing.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: There's so they have so much gratitude, they don't have any entitlement.
- 9:31SPEAKER_01: So it doesn't apply to everybody.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: But often they get so angry at us for our job.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: Seriously.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: And and by the way, like if we are the best, then we are the best.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: You pay a lot more for the best car.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: You pay a lot more for the country club than the local place with the golf country.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: Anytime or whatever.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like like it is what it is.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: Like um, yeah, you can get the same work.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: That's such a good comparison.
- 9:53SPEAKER_01: You can get the same workout at 24-hour fitness or anytime fitness, whatever the$9 a month one is, or the hundreds of dollars per month that you pay at a really exclusive club.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: You can do the same workout at both.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: You just choose the location.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: The location to be with different types of people, different hours, different activities at that place.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Same with our program.
- 10:12SPEAKER_01: It's the exact same thing.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: So you can go get the best or use your insurance and go to somebody that provides that sort of service, or you can work with us.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: We're providing an elite, high-quality service with amazing results.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: I love that you said that.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: I just want to touch on this rich guy thing one more time.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: The rich guy is the other end of the spectrum with the entitlement.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Like, I can't tell you the amount of men who you think you know the price tag.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: No, you don't.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: Well, you bought a few expensive things in your life.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Well, dude, you're literally the one who's talking about saving your marriage, and then in the same breath, you'll be the guy that's like, well, I don't really know.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't know if it can be saved.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because you work hard in your business and you know how to do that, but you've been too fucking lazy or not smart enough to balance or didn't learn the skills to make it all happen.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: Built the kingdom.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: And lack of care.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: Lack of care.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: You did you prioritized wrong.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: You built the kingdom, you didn't build the home, and now you're losing the people in the home, and you don't think it's worth it?
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Dude, that's part of your problem.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: Really, the this is this is a special.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: This is what I want to leave you with.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Is that when you understand that, you can really start to wrap your head around when you you understand the elite, they actually have it all health, wealth, and relationship.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: Like we look good, well, this one's fucking hot, but we look good, we feel good, that's our health.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: We have our relationship, that's the foundation.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: We have money.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: Like, you don't get to say, I'm successful, and not have these things in your life.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: By the way, most people don't even have two.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: That should say something really quickly.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: By the way, on that note, by the time this rolls out, we're already into our breakthrough 99, 90 day, 99-day challenge where you get to focus on all this stuff.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: It's on our app.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: Go.moralmarriage.com.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: Is it men only?
- 12:06unknown: No.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: I saw it added today, but it was for men.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's one there's a section for women because I don't want men and women sharing pictures in the same community, but the coaching call will be the same on both spaces.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: So I just saw the men's one come up today for me.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: I got invited to it.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure.
- 12:23SPEAKER_01: I'm allowed to be in the men's space, by the way.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: I own the company.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: Go get your own wife.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: All right, guys.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: See you later.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Bye.
