Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #259: Drown Out Their Voices of Limitation
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, Welcome to tea Time with Damien Bev. Hello. Hello, Hello,
- 0:07Speaker 1: I'm still at work.
- 0:09Speaker 2: I'm still.
- 0:12Speaker 3: I'm still I'm still chilly. After it was even what
- 0:14Speaker 3: sunny and pretty warm a.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Few days ago.
- 0:16Speaker 3: I'm running around, you know, watching the grandkids playing ball
- 0:20Speaker 3: and stuff. Someone says, oh, you got some sun. I'm like,
- 0:23Speaker 3: oh yeah, I was out of the game, you know,
- 0:24Speaker 3: watching the kids at the game.
- 0:25Speaker 2: So which is fun. It gets me outside fresh air.
- 0:30Speaker 2: I love it.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure fresh air can do for us.
- 0:36Speaker 2: That's right.
- 0:37Speaker 3: Being out in the outdoors is very beneficial and healthy
- 0:40Speaker 3: for us. Putting your feet the dirt without shoes on.
- 0:46Speaker 2: But it's worm. Yeah.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I've had a couple of conversations this week about people
- 0:51Speaker 1: getting out out in nature more often, and and since
- 0:57Speaker 1: I'm having those conversations, it's probably for me too, because
- 1:00Speaker 1: I've been doing a lot of hours at work and
- 1:03Speaker 1: then leaving work and going home, and so I haven't
- 1:06Speaker 1: been out much. I did when the weather got nice,
- 1:10Speaker 1: I did start. I did go for a walk one
- 1:12Speaker 1: day last week, and then the weather got crappy. My
- 1:21Speaker 1: perspective got a little crappy for it to be for
- 1:24Speaker 1: for walking, so anyway, it's the way it is.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It's just the way it is, is the.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Way it is. So I had a conversation with a
- 1:37Speaker 1: coaching client the other day. It was it was it
- 1:40Speaker 1: was interesting. She was mentioning that she has this pattern
- 1:55Speaker 1: of staying at a job for about two years and
- 2:00Speaker 1: then moving on to the next. And she's in a
- 2:04Speaker 1: position right now where she's with the company where she's
- 2:08Speaker 1: been there almost two years, and a situation at work happened,
- 2:15Speaker 1: some shifting and dynamics changed, and now it's not.
- 2:21Speaker 2: As enjoyable.
- 2:24Speaker 1: She enjoyed her job, but since these things had changed,
- 2:27Speaker 1: it's not as enjoyable and she kind of dreads going
- 2:31Speaker 1: to work now. And this other door opened for her
- 2:35Speaker 1: that is clearly on the other side of the spectrum
- 2:40Speaker 1: of opportunities. It's not even in the same field. It's way, way,
- 2:46Speaker 1: way different. So we were talking about it, and interesting enough,
- 2:53Speaker 1: just prior the previous coaching call, we talked about career
- 2:59Speaker 1: and and what she likes to do, what really lights
- 3:02Speaker 1: her up, and she was telling me about it. That
- 3:07Speaker 1: was the previous coaching call. Then we have this current
- 3:10Speaker 1: coaching call, and a door opened in that field that
- 3:15Speaker 1: we talked about and she started down. So this is
- 3:22Speaker 1: the difference. So I just want people to hear as
- 3:25Speaker 1: I'm telling the story, the difference between victim and student. Right,
- 3:34Speaker 1: So the victim kicked in and said, well, I don't
- 3:39Speaker 1: want to feel like I'm running from this job in
- 3:42Speaker 1: this situation. And I can hear my brother's voice in
- 3:48Speaker 1: my head, who said at one time to me that
- 3:53Speaker 1: you only stay at a job for about two years
- 3:56Speaker 1: and then you ship, then you change. You're not a
- 4:00Speaker 1: very you're not very steady in your employment. So she's
- 4:04Speaker 1: got that little voice in her head. Then she's got
- 4:07Speaker 1: this company she's with where things have gone a little south,
- 4:11Speaker 1: not very enjoyable. They've done a lot for her, and obligation,
- 4:22Speaker 1: so she's feeling obligated to stay. So victim side and
- 4:28Speaker 1: I pointed out to her, I said, okay, let's back
- 4:32Speaker 1: up to the previous conversation. The previous conversation we were
- 4:37Speaker 1: talking about the subject of which this door has opened
- 4:41Speaker 1: for this opportunity for you to walk towards, and let
- 4:46Speaker 1: me tell you this side note. She said, it's more
- 4:48Speaker 1: money as well, just saying which she said, she goes,
- 4:53Speaker 1: I'm very motivated by money, and this is a great opportunity.
- 4:58Speaker 1: And I said, okay, so you have this great opportunity
- 5:02Speaker 1: more money in the field that you enjoy completely different
- 5:09Speaker 1: from what you're at. So it's not like a lateral
- 5:11Speaker 1: move to the same industry. It's way different. But yet
- 5:18Speaker 1: you're hearing your brother's voice in your head and you're
- 5:21Speaker 1: feeling obligated and you don't want to feel like you're
- 5:24Speaker 1: running away from it. Interesting how we perceive things.
- 5:33Speaker 2: It is.
- 5:35Speaker 3: It is because perspectively, I would say, in which I
- 5:38Speaker 3: feel like you were kind of alluding to this door
- 5:42Speaker 3: opened up for a reason. It doesn't matter if she leaves.
- 5:45Speaker 3: From my perspective, it doesn't matter if you leave a
- 5:47Speaker 3: job every two years, if you're leaving a job every
- 5:49Speaker 3: two years, of course, unless it's a pattern, right when
- 5:51Speaker 3: we're talking about a pattern, but maybe spirits like you've
- 5:55Speaker 3: learned enough at this job, it's time for you to
- 5:56Speaker 3: go to the next thing. And so it's like we
- 5:59Speaker 3: can get so caught up and things and try to
- 6:01Speaker 3: hold on to things and not let go of it,
- 6:02Speaker 3: not allow it to.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Kind of.
- 6:06Speaker 3: Allow it to unfold like it was meant to unfold.
- 6:08Speaker 3: But that's like controlling everything. And then like hearing the
- 6:11Speaker 3: voice to me, we have to we really got to
- 6:14Speaker 3: be aware of what are our first feelings when we
- 6:17Speaker 3: feel the when we hear these things, do we get excited?
- 6:20Speaker 3: Like what was the reaction if you heard something like
- 6:22Speaker 3: if for me, I'd be super excited if another door
- 6:25Speaker 3: opened up and it was on the other side of
- 6:26Speaker 3: the spectrum of things and it was like it sounds
- 6:29Speaker 3: like all this exciting stuff. I would probably my first
- 6:33Speaker 3: feelings would be like, this is exciting, let's go do this.
- 6:36Speaker 3: And then by brother's voice, and then the self doubt
- 6:39Speaker 3: and then the self sabotage and all those thoughts come
- 6:41Speaker 3: in because that keeps you right where you're at. And
- 6:44Speaker 3: then it's like then you have to be curious about
- 6:46Speaker 3: why are you punishing yourself keeping yourself in a place
- 6:48Speaker 3: that you don't even want to go to work? So
- 6:52Speaker 3: it's like there's so many different things that and of
- 6:53Speaker 3: course that's just one perspective, right, that's just just just
- 6:57Speaker 3: a perspective of what you're saying right now.
- 6:58Speaker 2: But it's like there's so many things. And then it's
- 7:01Speaker 2: like she could just take it.
- 7:03Speaker 3: I mean, it's giving her the things that she wants,
- 7:06Speaker 3: and to me, there's an incentive there that's like it
- 7:09Speaker 3: reminds me of the thing like you know, God, there,
- 7:11Speaker 3: someone's asking for help.
- 7:12Speaker 2: They're hanging by a rope, right, and.
- 7:14Speaker 3: God's like, well, just let go, and it's like I can't.
- 7:17Speaker 3: And then they look down and they're only like a
- 7:18Speaker 3: foot off the ground, just like they were. Nobody was
- 7:20Speaker 3: ever going to get hurt. You got to have faith
- 7:23Speaker 3: let go. Yeah, And I don't think we're in in
- 7:27Speaker 3: time space reality that staying at a job for fifty
- 7:30Speaker 3: years is a relevant thing. It's not even it's not
- 7:34Speaker 3: even people staying in relationships that long, because there's been
- 7:37Speaker 3: a lot of relationships I've seen that people have stayed
- 7:39Speaker 3: together for years and years and years and they don't
- 7:41Speaker 3: even like each other.
- 7:42Speaker 2: So it's like it's just there's a process here, right, it's.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Just learning how to kind of let go and just
- 7:48Speaker 3: kind of like what we were talking about last time,
- 7:50Speaker 3: it is a surrender. The surrender would be like, Okay,
- 7:53Speaker 3: I'm going to do this because it obviously showed up
- 7:56Speaker 3: in my experience, or else i'd be with my pendul,
- 7:59Speaker 3: I'd be with de pendulum, Like listen, and the thing is,
- 8:02Speaker 3: I know exactly what the answer that I what I
- 8:04Speaker 3: would what I would like. So it's like, we get
- 8:07Speaker 3: so afraid of making a move. It's so easy to
- 8:10Speaker 3: stay stuck.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Yep, it is because you don't have to do anything.
- 8:15Speaker 2: You can just stay there and be stuck.
- 8:17Speaker 1: And the idea that one of the main things that
- 8:19Speaker 1: was keeping her stuck was her brother's voice and I
- 8:23Speaker 1: and I told her similar to what you were pointing
- 8:26Speaker 1: out is I said, Okay, we just had a conversation
- 8:30Speaker 1: about doing something different in a field that you would
- 8:33Speaker 1: thoroughly enjoy. This door of opportunity has happened opened, and
- 8:42Speaker 1: you're allowing a voice of somebody doesn't even live near
- 8:48Speaker 1: you to have more power over your joy, your happiness
- 8:59Speaker 1: of your life. I said, that will make much sense
- 9:04Speaker 1: to me. I'm guilty of doing it. Yeah, but now
- 9:08Speaker 1: I'm on the other side of that and understand it more.
- 9:13Speaker 1: And so you're giving more power to him and letting
- 9:18Speaker 1: that control your life. Then you taken the step to
- 9:21Speaker 1: move towards something that makes you that contributes to your happiness.
- 9:27Speaker 3: And fear right, fear is such a huge contributing factor
- 9:30Speaker 3: for all that. And that's not how we were We
- 9:34Speaker 3: were taught fear. We were taught fear. Be careful, you're
- 9:36Speaker 3: gonna fall down, Be careful, you're gonna.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Trip over that. You better watch what you're doing.
- 9:40Speaker 3: You're gonna break your nose, or you're gonna break your
- 9:42Speaker 3: wrist or you know what I mean.
- 9:43Speaker 2: There's all these things that we've been I've done it
- 9:46Speaker 2: with my.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Kids too, so you know, yeap, because I was so
- 9:50Speaker 3: afraid of something happening to them. You know, something could
- 9:52Speaker 3: happen to him and they could be taken away from me.
- 9:54Speaker 3: But realizing I don't own them and they can't be
- 9:57Speaker 3: taken away from me. I mean, honestly, they're we're connected,
- 10:02Speaker 3: and that's something that I've been practicing.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Well, that's another story.
- 10:05Speaker 3: I was gonna say, I'm about to jump onto something else,
- 10:07Speaker 3: going into telepathy, so we'll just.
- 10:12Speaker 1: We'll take me that I do. But oh yeah, so
- 10:18Speaker 1: what I what I guess my point is is that
- 10:21Speaker 1: we give so much power to other people and their
- 10:24Speaker 1: thoughts and their ideas of what our life should be like.
- 10:27Speaker 1: She said, I said, let me ask you this, is
- 10:32Speaker 1: he jealous or envious of you in any way? And
- 10:38Speaker 1: she goes, oh yeah, I said, he is not speaking
- 10:42Speaker 1: from a space of being concerned for you and your life.
- 10:45Speaker 1: He is speaking from a space of being envious or
- 10:48Speaker 1: jealous of your life because he hasn't chosen to make
- 10:53Speaker 1: the changes that would benefit him to be happy.
- 10:59Speaker 3: Yeah, which isn't always easy for men because they're the
- 11:02Speaker 3: caretaker of the house. You know, there's a there's a
- 11:04Speaker 3: lot of responsibility on their shoulders. But that's something that
- 11:07Speaker 3: we're all learning right now to kind of like what
- 11:10Speaker 3: do I really like?
- 11:11Speaker 2: I'm still trying to figure that stuff out.
- 11:13Speaker 3: So it's like it's the same thing, you know, it
- 11:15Speaker 3: really is, And it's like you just like you said,
- 11:18Speaker 3: you really can't.
- 11:19Speaker 2: I mean she can.
- 11:20Speaker 3: She can take on all that those feelings and listen
- 11:23Speaker 3: to it and take it to heart. So afraid that
- 11:24Speaker 3: she's going to do something wrong because what if he's right?
- 11:27Speaker 3: And the whole thing is what if he is?
- 11:29Speaker 2: Who cares? There's another job, that another door is going
- 11:32Speaker 2: to open up. It's just it's just being free to
- 11:37Speaker 2: make those decisions.
- 11:39Speaker 1: And I totally said.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Go ahead.
- 11:43Speaker 3: And I was gonna say I had been struggling with
- 11:45Speaker 3: this for the private last few years.
- 11:47Speaker 2: But it's like it's I'll get there when I get there.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Yeah, And I said it's not so. I said, all
- 11:54Speaker 1: this stuff is transpired at your current place of employment.
- 11:56Speaker 1: It's not enjoyable anymore. You kind of dread going in there.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And this door opened, and it's like, here's a door
- 12:03Speaker 1: that's opened of opportunity for you to walk through. I said,
- 12:07Speaker 1: we already know not everything is permanent, everything is temporary.
- 12:11Speaker 1: So this door opens. Now, mind you, it's like a
- 12:14Speaker 1: forty five minute drive for her to take this opportunity,
- 12:19Speaker 1: but there's also flexibility in it for her personal life.
- 12:24Speaker 1: And I said, this door is opened for you to
- 12:27Speaker 1: walk through, which would be probably way more enjoyable for you.
- 12:32Speaker 1: And what if we already know it's temporary. What if
- 12:38Speaker 1: it lasts a week and something else opens. What if
- 12:41Speaker 1: it lasts five years and then something else. It doesn't matter.
- 12:45Speaker 1: The idea is you're not enjoying where you're at. We
- 12:51Speaker 1: talked about this topic and you were excited about it.
- 12:56Speaker 1: The door has opened. I said, sometimes we have we
- 13:02Speaker 1: have this create We all have this creativity in us,
- 13:04Speaker 1: and there is something in life that lights us up,
- 13:10Speaker 1: and the universe will guide us to it if we
- 13:14Speaker 1: walk through the doors, if we take the steps, and
- 13:17Speaker 1: that's what the universe is doing. You're not happy where
- 13:20Speaker 1: you are. You talked about this thing. They light you up,
- 13:22Speaker 1: and the universe is choreographing all these things to guide
- 13:26Speaker 1: you through this doorway so that things can blossom for you.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And then I said, I'm going to be very facetious
- 13:36Speaker 1: right now. And then and I wrote a word in
- 13:38Speaker 1: capital letters on an eight and a half by eleven
- 13:41Speaker 1: piece of paper and I showed it to her, and
- 13:44Speaker 1: it's very I told her, this is very judgmental, and
- 13:46Speaker 1: I'm being facetious. And I was laughing, and we were
- 13:49Speaker 1: we were enjoying our conversation, and I just wrote dumbass
- 13:52Speaker 1: on there and showed it to her and she cracked up.
- 13:56Speaker 1: And she's like, I hear you. It's just letting your excitement,
- 14:08Speaker 1: your passion, your fun, your enjoyment be the power over
- 14:14Speaker 1: what everybody else is thinking or saying that your life
- 14:17Speaker 1: should be like.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Because we're letting someone else determine what's going to make
- 14:24Speaker 3: us happy and what's not going to make us happy.
- 14:25Speaker 2: That doesn't make any sense.
- 14:27Speaker 3: Yeah, that's being a child again. And then, and children
- 14:30Speaker 3: don't like to be told what to do either. I've
- 14:31Speaker 3: watched it and my grandson and nobody don't you don't
- 14:33Speaker 3: take anything away from you. You'll be willingly hand me something,
- 14:36Speaker 3: but don't take it away from it, you know what
- 14:38Speaker 3: I mean, Just like we wouldn't like it either.
- 14:39Speaker 2: So it's like, there's just it's pretty obvious stuff. Yeah,
- 14:45Speaker 2: it is.
- 14:45Speaker 3: It is when we start paying attention to it, when
- 14:47Speaker 3: we start honoring ourselves and allowing ourselves to make those
- 14:51Speaker 3: those moves and changes, because those moves and changes are
- 14:53Speaker 3: what changes our whole freaking life. We keep asking for change,
- 14:57Speaker 3: and I've been that person. Keep asking for change. But
- 15:00Speaker 3: if you're not willing to make the change, or you're
- 15:02Speaker 3: not willing to put your left shoe on first before
- 15:05Speaker 3: your right shoe, or you know, whatever it is, make
- 15:07Speaker 3: a left turn instead of a right turn because maybe
- 15:09Speaker 3: there was something pulling you past that way to go
- 15:11Speaker 3: look at another property.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Or you'll see you'll see someone that needs.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Help and you help them and they tell you, hey,
- 15:17Speaker 3: I really could use this, And I mean, it's just
- 15:19Speaker 3: like this the whole process, right it's being excited about
- 15:22Speaker 3: the adventure. It's being excited for the journey that we're
- 15:25Speaker 3: taking right now. Oh well, that's interesting, you know spirits
- 15:29Speaker 3: opened up a whole nother door for me again.
- 15:30Speaker 2: I'm going to go.
- 15:31Speaker 3: I'm going to go explore the store because if I
- 15:32Speaker 3: want to, which I really don't want, you, I can
- 15:34Speaker 3: always go back to something like that, but I don't,
- 15:37Speaker 3: but I don't really want to. And that's the things
- 15:39Speaker 3: to pay attention to, right It's like, what are your desires?
- 15:42Speaker 2: Do you want to do something?
- 15:43Speaker 3: Because I find myself talking myself into things a lot
- 15:47Speaker 3: or talking myself out of it's mostly these days it's
- 15:50Speaker 3: talking myself out of doing something. Spirit gives me information
- 15:53Speaker 3: and I'll be like, no, I'm not going to say that.
- 15:55Speaker 3: No I'm not going to do that, you know. Or
- 15:57Speaker 3: I just ignore it and I'll do it in a
- 15:58Speaker 3: few minutes and then I forget. So it's like Spirit
- 16:01Speaker 3: wants us to listen to and respond that way, like
- 16:06Speaker 3: pretty quick. Spirit's like, you know, on the ball. I
- 16:08Speaker 3: remember there's a person I had had a reading a
- 16:10Speaker 3: long time ago, and she's like, oh, you know, basically,
- 16:13Speaker 3: Spirit's telling you got to get out, you gotta go,
- 16:15Speaker 3: you gotta run.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Now's time.
- 16:17Speaker 3: But Spirit also knows that are they have a different
- 16:21Speaker 3: time schedule because they don't have a time schedule.
- 16:23Speaker 2: We have time here. We can't.
- 16:24Speaker 3: We can't literally just make jumps. We can, but we
- 16:28Speaker 3: think we can't because we've got our brother in our ear,
- 16:31Speaker 3: or our dad or our mom or someone else that's
- 16:34Speaker 3: made fun of you. Because it's like, am I gonna
- 16:35Speaker 3: screw this up again? No, you're gonna screw it up
- 16:37Speaker 3: by not doing it. No, you won't screw it up.
- 16:41Speaker 1: And who cares if you do it because there's no.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Such things doesn't matter.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Yeah, there's no such thing. We came here to explore
- 16:48Speaker 3: and try new things. I didn't come here to work
- 16:50Speaker 3: as a cashier my whole life.
- 16:52Speaker 2: I didn't come here to do, you know, working.
- 16:56Speaker 3: I don't know some of the jobs that I've worked
- 16:59Speaker 3: at come to do that my whole life.
- 17:01Speaker 2: That's not what I intended.
- 17:03Speaker 3: We gain whatever information and knowledge we need from that.
- 17:05Speaker 3: And sometimes it's like learning how to communicate better. Sometimes
- 17:09Speaker 3: that's learning how to listen better. Like it's all that,
- 17:13Speaker 3: there's all these factors that come into play from each
- 17:15Speaker 3: position that we take.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Yep. And even if you feel like you messed it up,
- 17:23Speaker 1: you didn't mess it up. It was it was a
- 17:26Speaker 1: learning experience. It was just walking through it a door
- 17:30Speaker 1: of opportunity that's going to lead you to the next
- 17:33Speaker 1: It was an opportunity to learn more about yourself and
- 17:39Speaker 1: your courage to do something different or move in a
- 17:43Speaker 1: different direction. There's so much to be had by And
- 17:47Speaker 1: this was another conversation I had had with her about
- 17:51Speaker 1: another situation that was changing for her in her life,
- 17:54Speaker 1: and she's like, I don't know what to do. What
- 17:56Speaker 1: if this happened, you know, the what if avenue of fear?
- 17:59Speaker 2: Fear fear?
- 18:00Speaker 1: And I just looked at her were we were on zoom,
- 18:04Speaker 1: and I just looked at her and I said, and
- 18:06Speaker 1: what if it's amazing? What if it's beyond your wildest expectations.
- 18:13Speaker 1: What if it's really fun and really good and and
- 18:16Speaker 1: things just turn out incredible? What if that? And I
- 18:22Speaker 1: kind of had the reminder of that same conversation about
- 18:25Speaker 1: this new position, And so, yeah, we just get caught
- 18:30Speaker 1: up in the fear and everybody else's opinions and what
- 18:34Speaker 1: they think is best for us, and we stifle our creativity,
- 18:38Speaker 1: we stifle our abilities to make decisions and learn from
- 18:43Speaker 1: them and standing more in your power and having the courage.
- 18:52Speaker 1: And we've talked about this to trust and faith.
- 18:58Speaker 2: It does take a lot of courage to do some
- 19:00Speaker 2: of these things.
- 19:01Speaker 3: I mean, I'm saying that for myself, for everybody, it
- 19:04Speaker 3: does take a lot of courage. You really have to
- 19:06Speaker 3: kind of step out of the box sometimes because we're
- 19:08Speaker 3: because we've been operating on the things that we know
- 19:10Speaker 3: and we can't operate it that way anymore. So you
- 19:13Speaker 3: have to be open to receive. And this is where
- 19:15Speaker 3: I'm at lately. I've got to be open to I
- 19:17Speaker 3: don't have to be, but in.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Order for me to keep drawing a blink on the words.
- 19:25Speaker 3: In order to elevating banding for expanding yes, in order
- 19:30Speaker 3: for me to do all those things, I've got to
- 19:32Speaker 3: make that I've got to take a step out. I
- 19:33Speaker 3: have conversations and talk to people like you're getting like
- 19:37Speaker 3: this person's talking to you. It's like really being aware
- 19:40Speaker 3: of like all the things we just we restrict ourselves
- 19:43Speaker 3: so much, and we have an expectation for ourselves to
- 19:45Speaker 3: be perfect at something on things we've never even tried before,
- 19:49Speaker 3: and it's like we can't just be perfect on the
- 19:51Speaker 3: first time that we go to do something. Just like
- 19:53Speaker 3: I was starting to say about art, someone didn't just
- 19:55Speaker 3: start out drawing this way. They it was something that
- 19:58Speaker 3: they cultivated. It was something that stuff it out like
- 20:00Speaker 3: with a desire of passion. And you can look at
- 20:02Speaker 3: it and say, I'm not I can't do this, I'm
- 20:04Speaker 3: doing a shitty job, but you still got a.
- 20:05Speaker 2: Little fire inside of you that's still wanting.
- 20:07Speaker 3: To do this, and you just keep doing it because
- 20:08Speaker 3: you because you trust the journey to see how it's
- 20:11Speaker 3: gonna just play out.
- 20:13Speaker 2: How is the image going to turn out?
- 20:14Speaker 3: Soone you know, it started with just that pencil you
- 20:16Speaker 3: were holding your hands, that amazing, wonderful pencil you were
- 20:19Speaker 3: holding the last video just to start that first line exactly,
- 20:24Speaker 3: and it's like, that's that step, right, that's that steff
- 20:26Speaker 3: of being brave or or maybe taking an art class.
- 20:29Speaker 2: To learn more about it, because it is your passion.
- 20:32Speaker 3: I think a lot of the times I have an
- 20:33Speaker 3: expectation for things to come so naturally. I really expect
- 20:36Speaker 3: them to, Like like I'm going to open up a
- 20:38Speaker 3: door and walk through a certain door and all of
- 20:40Speaker 3: a sudden something just turns on with it, flip flip
- 20:42Speaker 3: of a switch inside of me. Now I'm starting to
- 20:44Speaker 3: do that stuff. This is my thoughts who knows.
- 20:47Speaker 2: I don't know, because I.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Don't know if it's been proven to me yet, but
- 20:50Speaker 3: but you know, I've got those I've got those feelings.
- 20:52Speaker 3: And it's like, we got to trust these things that
- 20:54Speaker 3: we were this guidance that we're getting this, these nudges
- 20:58Speaker 3: that we get and the excitement of it, and recognize
- 21:01Speaker 3: as soon as we start getting into that place of ooh,
- 21:03Speaker 3: this doesn't feel good, recognize when you're starting to talk
- 21:06Speaker 3: to yourself. I'm hearing this voice and it's talking to
- 21:09Speaker 3: me and it doesn't feel good, but it's telling me
- 21:10Speaker 3: because it's telling me to go away from my dreams,
- 21:12Speaker 3: my hopes, and my desires.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Yeah, yep. And the more you lean into something that
- 21:20Speaker 1: contributes to your joy, your passions, your desires, your energy shifts,
- 21:26Speaker 1: your external environment shifts, You have amazing conversations, You make
- 21:33Speaker 1: room for new and fresh energy in your environment, in
- 21:38Speaker 1: people that come and connect with you. It's there's a
- 21:43Speaker 1: lot of benefits to following those urges that feel good.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's asking guy, like, get it. I was
- 21:56Speaker 2: just doing it while you were talking.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Not that I wasn't listening to you, but I was like,
- 22:00Speaker 3: thank you, our angels for showing up tonight for me,
- 22:03Speaker 3: because it's like I didn't have anything.
- 22:05Speaker 2: I didn't want to talk. I mean, I didn't have
- 22:06Speaker 2: anything to talk about.
- 22:07Speaker 3: Like I just didn't think until we start talking, until something,
- 22:10Speaker 3: you know, then I recognize something, I'll come out of it.
- 22:12Speaker 3: But it's like I wasn't so I was just sitting
- 22:14Speaker 3: here being in an appreciation. I only told God and
- 22:16Speaker 3: the angel you know, only God, but only you know
- 22:19Speaker 3: God and the angels.
- 22:20Speaker 2: And everybody for help and you showing up and all
- 22:22Speaker 2: that stuff.
- 22:23Speaker 3: And I already started feeling like lighter and fuzzier and
- 22:26Speaker 3: you know, more capable and everything's possible. So it's just
- 22:31Speaker 3: it's just a shift, yep, and listening to ourselves and
- 22:35Speaker 3: not everybody else.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Shift the ship, that's right.
- 22:40Speaker 2: And if you're gonna listen to.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Someone else's advice, you know, kind of see what the
- 22:43Speaker 3: reflection of their life is around them exactly. You can
- 22:47Speaker 3: see what's going on, yeah, in the environment, because and
- 22:51Speaker 3: knowing whatever that looks like is what's going on the inside.
- 22:54Speaker 3: If it's chaotic, then there's chaos on the inside. So
- 22:57Speaker 3: it's like it's just recognizing or are you taking this
- 22:59Speaker 3: information now? Someone that's like a billionaires that's happy all
- 23:02Speaker 3: the time, and there's like the every everything they touch
- 23:04Speaker 3: terms of gold. They're just joyful and happy. You're probably
- 23:07Speaker 3: gonna want to listen, take some notes. That's how you know,
- 23:10Speaker 3: because it feels good.
- 23:12Speaker 1: You want to take advice from somebody who's sad and
- 23:17Speaker 1: depressed about how to be joyful, or take marriage advice
- 23:22Speaker 1: to somebody who's been divorced for three times? Or isn't
- 23:25Speaker 1: it a horrible, horrible marriage? Like pick and choose who
- 23:29Speaker 1: you're getting your advice from. Just saying, I'm just saying.
- 23:33Speaker 3: Yes, you're seeing the child psychologists that never had children.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Yes, okay, yes.
- 23:40Speaker 1: All right, friends, So I'm gonna leave it a shift
- 23:43Speaker 1: the ship that's my ending and I love it. So
- 23:51Speaker 1: she's a ship shifter, ship shifted like say it ten
- 23:55Speaker 1: times fast.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Ready, No, I don't know what it's gonna try the
- 24:00Speaker 2: Tuition show.
