- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's another one of these rounds.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Well, well, to be honest with you, this is tough planning for parents when you gotta shoot a kid out the door uh for school because it it is not terribly warm right now.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: It's not I'm not saying it's bad.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: It's just it's 44.
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: They need at least a hoodie.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, you gotta have that.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: Joggers later today, we'll get to like 66.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: Guys, I just want to give you a heads up.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: We're 66, 67, 68, 68.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: We're really not, I mean we might tickle a 70.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: We're not it projected to hit the 70s technically for well at all, for what I can see.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: I didn't see any rain though, either.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: No, me neither.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: That's out.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: So, whatever you have planned, whether it's soccer practices, soccer games, um should be dry.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, the fall sunburn at a soccer game.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, that's agony.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, that's funny you say that because Zach came home and and he was showing me pictures, of course.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: Uh he was at a festival, and every single one of them had a sunburn, but it was only 66 while he was there.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: This is the worst time of the year for it because we all get in this mental mindset of like, I don't need the sunscreen anymore.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: It's only gonna be 65 degrees.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: You sit out like I vividly remember this.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: This is the only fall that we haven't done soccer in like three years.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: And I mean, it would be like October 1st, and I'd be like, why am I cracking like the surface of the sun right now?
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And yeah, so fall sun can still get you.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Oh, it totally can.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: So you were talking about shooting the kids out the door, and we had started to talk about when you were growing up, you had your go-to sandwich.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: You know, it was the sandwich that you would usually pack for lunch.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: What was your go-to sandwich growing up?
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: And do you still eat it?
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Some of these sound so yummy, others sound awful.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna start off with this one that I think sounds amazing, thanks to Jared.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Peanut butter and uh peanut butter and butter sandwiches.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: Just ate one Sunday and I'm 29.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: My dad used to do that.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: And do you know that sandwich dates back to the Depression?
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, because there wasn't really yeah, they didn't have a lot of money.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: So right.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: You were may not have gotten meat and stuff like that.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So you would put butter.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: The Canadians still do this.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: They put butter on bologna sandwiches and anything else.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: It's like, really?
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: That's so weird.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: That's so greasy.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: It's uh it's a lot.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: You would put some more grease on a greasy meat.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: It's a lot of calories.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: My dad used to eat those sandwiches.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh yeah.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait, another peanut butter one, and I'm a big PB fan, is peanut butter and fluff.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: I could still eat that to this day.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: It's so good.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: But here's where it gets gross.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, here we go.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: We just turn a weird corner.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah from 5610.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: My grandma would make us eat bologna, miracle whip, and ketchup.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Oh god, bologna miracle whip, gross.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: And ketchup.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: They said, can't even smell it now.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: No, no.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Um, this one says, I wasn't sure if I sent this earlier from 0808 cold fried egg on toasted white bread.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Doesn't sound terrible.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: No, it's kind of like a breakfast sandwich.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Right, but the cold fried egg.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, why why not have it warm?
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: That's why I would.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: Could you find one piece of cheese to put on that?
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: Then suddenly you're you're you're bringing it up.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: Right, we're getting we're getting places.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: We're yes, we're on our way.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: From 4103, banana sandwiches with miracle whib, it's still my favorite.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Woof.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: I have to go puke.
