- 9:52[SPEAKER_13]: You gotta have, there's two things you need to work.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_13]: One is, you gotta show up and you gotta pay attention.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_13]: If you do those two things in life, you'll probably always be employed, but a lot of people can't.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_13]: Now, I was also at occasion to talk to a couple of teachers, yes, right?
- 10:10[SPEAKER_13]: I know you think I hate teachers, I really don't.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_13]: But I was asking them how that cell phone band is going.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_13]: They said it's going pretty well.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_13]: youngsters are accepting it.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_13]: It's working out well.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_13]: I think that's a great thing that New York did.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, that's superintendents.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_13]: They wouldn't do anything unless all of it told them because they need a mandate.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_13]: They got to have everything mandated 200,000 a year and they can't get off the pot and I'll say have a mandate.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_13]: But I'm glad they're doing it.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_13]: I'm glad it's working out well.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_13]: And those are good lessons for later in life.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know, somebody just sent me a text and I don't know what he was talking about.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_13]: Um.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, it's not something I'm Saturday and I live the other night.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_13]: This is coughing season, they call it.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_13]: I never heard of that expression before.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_13]: I know I'm a little naive.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_13]: I don't get out much.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_13]: So I looked it up.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_13]: I'm that they are internet.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_13]: They got that internet, you know?
- 11:11[SPEAKER_13]: You can look at it.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_13]: It's a, it's when single people sort of look for very
- 11:22[SPEAKER_13]: for the winter season for the cold weather months.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_13]: I think that's a good idea, cuffing season.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_13]: And also, so you can have a plus one at the holiday parties.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_13]: You know, you get invited those holiday parties and you go there single, oh, I'm sorry.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_13]: What's wrong with you?
- 11:35[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, yeah, you don't need that guilt trip.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_13]: uh... somebody taxed it in uh... that the jumping go down coffee streets always busy i don't know it's popular place good for them kudos to them for doing it uh... they took a and kind of a place that was a little more abundant for years and that turned into a hot spot so we appreciate anyone who's good at business you know i will be endorsing for judge here on the hotline
- 12:14[SPEAKER_13]: There's eight of them running for four seats.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_13]: We got, you know, we know Judge McClusky, so Willandore's him and Pussy's got spots on the air.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_13]: So that's a good thing.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_13]: Good for him.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_13]: Appreciate it very much.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_13]: But he's local, local yoke leads over at the garage.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_13]: I've seen him over there on Washington Street.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_13]: So Willandore's him and Willandore's at nice Candace Randall, even though I don't agree with all your views, who actually took the time to come in and see us last week.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_13]: She's the other candidate.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_13]: She's from Lewis County, town of Pinkney, wherever the outlet is.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_13]: say barns corners this we name it barns corners uh... but anyway uh... i don't i don't know the other candidates we met that lady from uh... roll from you to come and look for mine her i mean i'm sure she's nice but and the ones from uh... roll morsaric is a careless either there's another one from carthage never met the woman so you know it's hard for me to endorse her on the year so will endorse uh... judge macloskey and judge randle uh... here on the hotline all right there you go
- 13:13[SPEAKER_13]: That's just my, you know, personal preference.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_13]: Do what you want, just make sure you go vote.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_13]: But don't just sit there and vote for four of them on the party line like Duff Will or Danny Will.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_13]: You know, look around Adam, check them out.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_13]: Check them out.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_13]: We have a complicated formula, which melals together familiarity, competence, and whether they're fetching or not.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, 755, 1240, the phone number, if it'd like to give us a call, to be on the show of show we're today.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_13]: And, uh, boy, they're really, they're really raising the tissue.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_13]: James, I know a lot of you were fans of Tisch, but she's such a hypocrite on this mortgage fraud thing because she was, that's what she went after Trump.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, no one can get away with bank robbing mortgages.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_13]: No, we won't allow that.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_13]: And then she did it.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, she did it.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_13]: So, there you go.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_13]: Anyway, whatever else you want to talk about, we are more than happy to talk about it
- 14:13[SPEAKER_13]: And we'll put you on the air for your charge.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_13]: It's, you know, it's a special, it's a Columbus Day special here at the Community Broadgast, who's, that's right.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_13]: That's right.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_13]: What else we got going on?
- 14:25[SPEAKER_13]: I was watching something last night.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_13]: Some people are concerned that Taylor Swift is becoming a trad wife or traditional wife.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_13]: I think she's still a pretty successful independent business woman and she's doing well, but
- 14:40[SPEAKER_13]: It's that guy with the chiefs as you, I don't think he's going to be able to control her.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_13]: She'll dump him eventually, you know, I, I, I don't see that going forever, but I don't even actually see them getting married.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_13]: I think that's just marketing, it's like cuffing season, it's just something to do for the time being until it gets the weather gets warm again and you try for more fertile ground.
- 15:08[UNKNOWN]: Yep.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_13]: 755-1240 are phone number if you'd like to be on the air today on Columbus day a lot of you have it off so you can call in we know you're not doing anything special and uh... talk about just we've tried to raise some topics here and uh... there's another coffee shop going up on arsenal street i forget the name of it the chain you know one of the things that's tough in this town is
- 15:36[SPEAKER_13]: And the limit sees developments is that you can't get a sewer permit because there's not enough capacity because it's this and that, so the sewers are overcharged.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_13]: You know, I don't care about businesses in the town of water.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_13]: I don't really care if property there is developed to tell you the truth.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_13]: But things in the city, even on our eastern street, great limitations and so on.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_13]: Why don't we get that fixed?
- 15:59[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_13]: Before we build a new $4 million pool, I didn't we fix that.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_13]: Priorities.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_13]: Four million dollars could go.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_13]: And I won't mention the other big purchase because some people got all upset about what are you still mentioning that for.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_13]: Cliff, all these going to solve the hydro problem tomorrow night at the council meeting, the weekly meeting, a regular business session.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_13]: No, no, it's a work session.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_13]: Mr. Olden, he's got some buddy coming in to talk about his plan for energy services company and what.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_13]: Now listen, I don't understand it.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_13]: Now, exactly what he's talking about.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_13]: I was sort of vaguely understand the concept.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_13]: But, at least he's proposing something.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_13]: It's the only proposal for dealing with the end of the hydroelectric contract in 2030, which is only roughly four or four and a half years away.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_13]: I need to say, what's the end of the contract?
- 16:53[SPEAKER_13]: The media didn't tell me, I didn't, you know.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_13]: Listen, here's the deal.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_13]: Some things don't cover the media because it too complicated.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_13]: I remember when the hydro or the public power debate was going on in 1989 and 1990, some of the media wouldn't cover it because it's like, ah, that's a newspaper story.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_13]: Well, there's no newspaper stories anymore because it's barely a newspaper.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_13]: So the whole hydro thing is important because when that money's gone, taxes are going to go way up, you know, now the people who are in there now won't be there, they'll
- 17:33[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_13]: I was speculating the other day when we were talking about Scott Gray running for Congress because I think he is.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, that's my opinion based on looking at the facts.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_13]: Trip to DC, the White House, Trip to the Southern border, big fundraiser, $500 a person over at Garland City, big fundraising letter went out the next day.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_13]: You know, very evasive when you ask them about it.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_13]: So I think he's running so that begs the question who's running for assembly, and I wouldn't be surprised if the city manager ran.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_13]: He's been at various Republican functions this year.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_13]: That's not usually what city managers do.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_13]: And not to say there's anything wrong with it.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_13]: I'm not accusing anybody of anything.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_13]: I'm just making an observation because we don't have a Fred Dicker here in Watertown.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_13]: That's unfortunate.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_13]: There is no, I'm, I have to function as the Fred Dicker of Watertown.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_13]: Mm-hmm, or the David Axel rod, we out whatever you want to call me.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_13]: Um... Because there's just isn't one.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_13]: So I do it.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_13]: But yeah, I do think Mr. Grey is running for Congress as soon as... As soon as Alistar Fonic announces for Governor, right now they all are Republicans except for... Stick with me, we're hiding behind this.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_13]: Well, there's no vacancy in all of it.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_13]: But as soon as there is one.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_13]: they'll be out I don't know if the if the other people have been told not to run uh... we'll see we'll see and if i'm wrong on this i'll be the first one to say i'm sorry well actually i won't i won't um... but i ran it by rust finley who knows a lot about politics and he agreed with me and uh... all of that stuff so
- 19:22[SPEAKER_13]: What did you see that President arriving in Charmel's Sheek Egypt?
- 19:27[SPEAKER_13]: You know, Egypt says a lot of ratty parts of town, but that ain't one of them.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_13]: That looks, I haven't noticed in some of those places over in the, Middle East, the streets are so clean.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_13]: Who do they have clean in the streets?
- 19:41[SPEAKER_13]: Who's like the lower tier of the social echelon over there?

- 32:20[SPEAKER_17]: How could you have the system going out for what, uh, the 607 AD?
- 32:26[SPEAKER_17]: So, as they have it in their blood, they have it in their charter, they have it in everything.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_17]: And it's still just recognized that way.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_13]: Wait, you just got to keep killing them, aren't you?
- 32:36[SPEAKER_13]: You just got to keep killing them.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_13]: That doesn't mean all the civilians or palestinians or anybody else who's collateral in this.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_13]: I mean the people who really buy into that, there's only one solution for him.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_13]: The root causes that you've got to embrace prosperity as a matter of public policy over there and not just subjugating people and and having them live in squalor.

- 33:14[SPEAKER_13]: Mahal, I got it.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_13]: I got it.

- 33:30[SPEAKER_13]: Right, but they get, you know, the sheaks all give them money so they can live in their fancy apartments and could cut or they're you got to stop doing that that you cut off the money you cut off the problem.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_17]: I You I guess that but that's okay.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_17]: It's We got some people.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_13]: But I'm an optimist.

- 33:54[SPEAKER_13]: I don't I don't hope for a return to what was going on.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_13]: Well, what's the root cause?
- 34:04[SPEAKER_17]: The root cause has been going out for 1400 years and they're chartered from August of 1988.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_13]: Come on.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_13]: Well, that's not 1400 years.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_17]: I understand that, but it's like... August of 88, sir.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_17]: That's your charter.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, that's fine.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_13]: But... Right, but we got a city charter too, but nobody reads it, so it doesn't matter.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_13]: OK.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_17]: Bye now.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_13]: Bye.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_13]: I don't need to be argumentative, but you know, the cause of this is very simple money as long as you feed that beast they're going to keep doing it because the people at the top of the pyramid, not that pyramid, but this pyramid are living well over in color they love this stuff.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_13]: And when Netanyahu dropped a couple on him and caught her there, all of a sudden, the message got through and I hit everybody had to say, Oh, that's wrong to do that.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_13]: It's a sovereign country, but nobody, you know, we didn't really believe that.

- 35:20[SPEAKER_13]: And we've done it too.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_13]: We keep giving money to Yasser Arafat types and all of that.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, they're not doing this any favors.

- 36:41[SPEAKER_13]: The Liberals ordered chief Wahoo off the Cleveland India, and they even took the Indian name away from them.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_13]: Remember when they took away the Indian River Warriors?
- 36:50[SPEAKER_13]: Remember when they took the Indian who was just wearing a buckskin outfit, they're off of the Land of Lakes Butter.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_13]: I was only gonna have to have some brand of coffee to talk about on that today's show, and it was a picture of an Indian woman with a feather out of her head.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_13]: That was okay, but you can't have an Indian and a buckskin outfit on your Land of Lakes Butter anymore.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_13]: That's the kind of stuff that really gals me.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_13]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 37:17[UNKNOWN]: Yeah, hello, I mean, Jackson's vocalist and then all, that's not free money.
- 37:23[UNKNOWN]: We're going to pay for it next year in our taxes.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_13]: Exactly.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_06]: Number two, with the federal budget, with Mr. Trump.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_06]: If he doesn't want to give his house care as if he was a bottomed, his house care should be cut off.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_06]: along with all your congresspeople, your senators, your judges, and the military, and they could fix a budget problem right there.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_06]: Thank you.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_13]: And have that you.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_13]: Well, I kind of agree with that in a way, you know, but I don't know if there is a problem.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, yeah, I just don't know.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_13]: You know, how keen Jeffrey says there is in the Democrats and Chuck Schumacher says a lot and the longer this goes on, the better it is for Democrats.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_13]: What's that tell you about Chuck Schumacher?
- 38:13[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, have things going fine.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_13]: Just pass the continuing resolution.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_13]: Leave it at that.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_13]: That's my opinion, but I think this stuff is silly.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_13]: At least today, we're seeing great things the U.S.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_13]: is doing overseas.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_13]: Our government wasn't shut down in Tel Aviv today or at Charmel Sheek, thank God.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_13]: And you don't event, you look at events like that in the world stage and you watch it.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_13]: Whether you like Trump or not, but you just look at the sheer size of it all.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_13]: And scope.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_13]: And then you look at Chuck Schumer, whining.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_13]: Adam Schiff You look at what's going on on charmal chic today, and then you look at Adam's shift.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_13]: You know, I'm probably going to be in America.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_13]: No, I'm ashamed to be in American when I see that guy.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_13]: So I'm glad what's going on over there.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_13]: I hope it's successful.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_13]: And as far as Congress.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_13]: I hate to say it doesn't affect me because it probably does in some way.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_13]: But what are you going to do?
- 39:25[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, the government's not really broke.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_13]: It's not really shut down.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_13]: Or you wouldn't be getting your Social Security check.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_13]: Or you wouldn't be getting your Medicare.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_13]: Or you wouldn't be getting this or that.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_13]: So it's not really shut down.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_13]: It's sort of, it sort of showbizs shut down.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_13]: It's all this is.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_13]: And we've been doing it since then, what, the 1990s.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_13]: Back in the New Gingrich area, and a new did it back then.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_13]: So it goes on on both sides.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_13]: I don't, I don't dispute that.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_13]: But it's just silliness.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_13]: When you get right down to it, it's just silliness.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_13]: Well, it's where you got going out.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_13]: Anything else?
- 40:01[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, let's see.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_13]: All the meme girls, they sent me some pictures.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, let's see.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_13]: Gas prices today.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_13]: Somebody write, stewards in Brownville, 319.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, hon, I didn't Stewart's across on the old jail on Massey, $2.95.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_13]: Well, so go to the one on Massey.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_13]: Um, I don't have any explanation for it, but I don't buy gas anymore, so it doesn't matter.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_13]: Although I did see a picture down around Syracuse area of electric car on fire in a parking lot in clay restaurant park.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_13]: I think it was an eye hop or something like That happened.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_13]: You got better get out of that car in a hurry.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_13]: Alrighty Oh, the foam party somebody said what go for it.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_13]: That's what they meant from but I don't know.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_13]: I
- 41:05[SPEAKER_13]: I was at, I was out there for one of those, and it was real hot in there, hot in human, you know, I don't know, I didn't have any transcendent experience or anything like that, or walking through the foam, it was just, you know, he just said foam all over you, but I guess some people did, I mean, but I was polite, you know.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_13]: I was a public figure, you know, I felt I had to behave a certain way, so I couldn't do it, maybe some of the people did it when in the phone, but I guess what you're supposed to do is like grab people, aren't you?
- 41:39[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, because they can't really see whose hand is on them.
- 41:43[UNKNOWN]: Hmm.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_13]: By the way, speaking of hands, I mean, did you see that Justin Trudeau dumped his wife and the prime minister job?
- 41:51[SPEAKER_13]: Now he's going out with Katy Perry, the astronaut?
- 41:55[SPEAKER_13]: And it would picture something in the daily mail and they're on a boat together and he's shirtless, he's like with his hands cupping her rear end, like, wow, he's come a long way.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know what I give up, you know, a beautiful wife and mother of my children and prime minister of job for Katy Perry, I honestly don't know, I don't know what my priorities would be in that situation.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_13]: What about you?
- 42:20[SPEAKER_13]: Would you give it all up for Katy Perry?
- 42:25[SPEAKER_13]: singer astronaut, all that jazz uh-huh all righty seven high five twelve forty your phone number if you'd like to give us a call on this Columbus day you know I started Johnny earlier about some of the anchors and so on on TV and he was mentioning some of them and I'm with that Dave steel guy on TV it was like the
- 42:56[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't work out too well, something happened there, I can't, it was for all the details but there was something bizarre.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_13]: And, um... Well, I won't.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_13]: No point reminiscing about old stuff, but... Good afternoon, Ronnier.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_19]: Hey, Jeff, can I mention something that really gals me?
- 43:18[SPEAKER_13]: Sure.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_19]: So, I'm an early person, I use them up early before this sunrise is...
- 43:25[SPEAKER_19]: get to see the sun rise and good as a washing the sun rise almost every morning as hard to see airplanes go across the sky leaving these trails across the black and out the sun in an hour and so there's so many con or can trails that are up there the sun gets blocked out really i don't know i get up fairly early too i use it's dark when i get up and i don't i don't notice all of that but then again i'm not that observant
- 43:55[SPEAKER_19]: what I mean I hate to agree with you I'm not not observant part but that's what's really going on most people are not observant see what's going on now this is pretty much happens every single day well how many airplanes can be going over water town at seven in the morning come on well if you look up look up that's on saying is it up to be observant and look up what you see these planes leaving the things there's time lapse I even have a video what the
- 44:25[SPEAKER_19]: sky starts out like beautiful, and then these planes come by, leaves and all of these trails that linger and then they disperse into like a great day.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_19]: Wow, it's blocking out the sun.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_13]: Well, the sun rises at 717 right now.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_19]: Right.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_13]: So, there you go.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_19]: Well, at this end, that's what really makes me mad.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_19]: And it's been going on and on and on and on.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_19]: Have you even heard about the chemtrails that they're spraying us with?
- 44:59[SPEAKER_13]: Well, I'm aware of the exhaust from airplanes.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_13]: I'm sure there's a lot of things in it that aren't too good, but people want to get from here to there, what do you want to do?
- 45:08[SPEAKER_19]: John, it's not those planes.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_19]: These are not commercial airlines.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_13]: Hmm?
- 45:14[SPEAKER_19]: Okay, this is, you know, this is not what I'm talking about.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, you mean they're spraying us like with insecticide or something?
- 45:23[SPEAKER_13]: national oceanic and uh... something administration that was very uh... they talk about what they spread in the sky uh... particals a moment on barium uh... and uh... there's some other ones i mean they talk about it on the website you go to the no-o website well yeah i know there's a lot of things we got to be careful of uh... to look at the microplastics in your uh... diacokers up my minutes just
- 45:54[SPEAKER_19]: Yeah, but this needs to stop.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_19]: I have the right to a beautiful sunny day and so do you.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_19]: But meanwhile, every game all day long, these planes are up there, crazy crossing our skies, blocking out the sun.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_13]: Sometimes in the morning, depending on what direction you're going, I like if I'm going from, say, Tim Hortens over to the bar, say, 750 or something, that sun is so bright, you can't see anything.
- 46:20[SPEAKER_13]: So don't tell me it's blocked out.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_19]: You threw out the day on tensions are out today of what you see these planes doing now if you want to take a look You know, I have that YouTube channel called flat or water town.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_19]: You know, I just recently uploaded Some videos of planes doing this in the sky Okay, I mean so it's happening.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_19]: It's documented and Noah says that it's doing it and they tell you what they're doing Okay
- 46:52[SPEAKER_13]: All right.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_13]: Well, thank you.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_13]: Yep.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_13]: By now.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_13]: All right.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_13]: Well, whatever.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, you know, I'm going to argue about it.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_13]: If you think that's true.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_13]: It's true.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_13]: Well, President Trump has signed the Israel Hamas peace plan.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_13]: I'm sorry that Netanyahu didn't go over to Charmel Sheek there.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_13]: I think it would have been a some missed opportunity, really, but maybe he was afraid to do.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_13]: Remember what happened to Sadad over there though.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_13]: I wasn't too nice.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_13]: Somebody texted in 79 days to a new city council.
- 47:20[SPEAKER_13]: So what's that mean we're going to get what is it to Velasquez says we're the crossroads.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_13]: We need steady leadership and common sense.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_13]: Are you suggesting sir that we don't have steady leadership or common sense at the moment?
- 47:39[SPEAKER_13]: Well, we have, I don't know, bad decisions, I guess.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, who should we be supporting in the council race?
- 47:55[SPEAKER_13]: Nobody really has an opinion on it.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_13]: I ask people, I just had a curiosity, you know, I'm not looking to be prying.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_13]: It's none of my business if they don't want to tell me.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_13]: I get that.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_13]: But you just kind of curious what people are thinking about and I don't hear much response.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_13]: I don't think there'll be too many people voting to tell you the truth.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_13]: I don't really hear a lot.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_13]: Good afternoon, Ron here.
- 48:18[UNKNOWN]: Good afternoon, Jeffrey.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 48:21[UNKNOWN]: I got a question.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_16]: Maybe you or some of your listeners might know.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_16]: The old Masonic mod building on Washington Street.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_13]: Yes.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_13]: Been under construction early.
- 48:32[UNKNOWN]: I'm two years at least.
- 48:33[UNKNOWN]: Maybe more.
- 48:35[UNKNOWN]: Always paying for all of that.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_13]: Well, taxpayer is part of it.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_13]: And some of it's probably private investment.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_13]: I don't really know.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_13]: I think it wasn't some of that money coming from that 10 million dollar grant and under was probably other federal state money involved, but you know there's also private sector investment.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_13]: I really don't know what the end game is with the place, but maybe somebody can tell me.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_16]: No, this has been going on for I'm maybe three years, I'm thinking to at least and one of the ever can get food.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_13]: well it's not an easy job really all those pillars and i'm not really convinced uh... i was not one of those in favor of uh... necessarily quote saving it but if they're doing something within it works out or i if you've ever been inside it's kind of an interesting building
- 49:30[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, there was those ramps in the back for all the people to go up the, you know, different levels and then that big meeting hall or whatever the Masons held their secret sessions.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_13]: That's quite an impressive thing.
- 49:42[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, yeah.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_13]: But beyond that, I don't know.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_13]: I was just wondering, all right, John.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_13]: Thank you.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_13]: I am a font of information, but not knowledgeable of all topics.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_13]: I'm not omniscient.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.

- 50:27[SPEAKER_03]: I'm Doug Osborne, candidate for Watertown City Council.

- 56:41[SPEAKER_13]: Right, he's not going to be running against it.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_20]: But she doesn't do that.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, he's not going to be running against her.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_13]: I got another call, I got a run, but thank you.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_13]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_13]: Turn your radio down.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, well, all right, now I just want to say something and you as you're getting ready for the big debate on October 21st because we're kind of running out of time here.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_13]: You're going to hear people talk about taxes and the fiscal, we've got a budget like at your home budget and all of that.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_13]: Here's the bottom line.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_13]: In 2030,
- 57:25[SPEAKER_13]: in order to bring equilibrium to the current spending patterns, you would have to increase the property taxes 40 to 50%.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_13]: From what they are now, that doesn't include whatever you want to factor in for annual cost-deliving stuff and other issues.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_13]: That's what's going to happen.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_13]: Now, maybe they won't tell you, I will.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_13]: So, against that backdrop, formulate your questions
- 57:55[SPEAKER_13]: because it involves cutting something, something.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_13]: Whether you have, I don't know, I wasn't part of that fight over the fire department, but there's got to, you know, that's going to be an issue again.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_13]: Obviously the police, the number of six figure salaries, just a lot of other things.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_13]: You're going to have to cut things.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_13]: It's not doing it to be mean.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_13]: It's not doing it because Jeff's full of nonsense is because I know what the numbers are and that's what you're gonna have to do.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_13]: There is no secret solution to the Hydro issue.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_13]: There are things you can do to mitigate it for a couple of years, you can sell the plant and get some quick money and all of that.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_13]: You could probably push the fiscal cliff off to 234.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_13]: Let's just comment one way the other.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_13]: And the only way you're gonna get that under control
- 58:51[SPEAKER_13]: in conformity what you're going to afford now i know school districts don't have to do that i know other governments don't have to do that but the city's gonna have to unless you want to pay significantly more in tax that's up to you that that's what's going to happen in two thousand thirty okay right bearer good news that i am all right hey listen uh... what do we have we had uh... it's a blank hurry coming in on this
- 59:19[SPEAKER_13]: Is he working Columbus, Dad?
- 59:21[SPEAKER_13]: I assume he is, yeah.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_13]: He's an American, he believes in Columbus, and knowing Indigenous people's day on the live at five showed trust me, you won't hear any of that nonsense there.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_13]: He's in favor of Chief Wahoo, and the Indian on the Land of Lakes Butterbox, just like I am.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, so two days to go ahead and at five o'clock today for the live at five shows.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_13]: And of course, we'll be back tomorrow on the Tuesday edition.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_13]: Don't forget Joe Rich is here on Wednesday.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_13]: That's going to be a special day right here on the hotline.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_13]: And of course, the hotline comes to you as it does every Monday through Friday at this time on a community broadcast to a station.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_13]: We are AM 1240 WAT and water town.
