- 2:05Speaker 2: Uh, yes.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Okay, so here's what we got going on this morning.
- 2:08Speaker 1: We have breaking news. that a Tennessee woman who was
- 2:12Speaker 1: convicted of a murder that she committed in 1995 just
- 2:19Speaker 1: survived multiple lethal injection attempts overnight in Tennessee.
- 2:27Speaker 3: What?
- 2:27Speaker 1: She survived it? Yeah, the name of the woman here
- 2:31Speaker 1: is Krista Pike. Now, Krista Pike, it was back in 1995,
- 2:37Speaker 1: authorities say that she lured a woman into the woods,
- 2:41Speaker 1: tortured her, killed her, took a piece of her skull
- 2:47Speaker 1: in the process. And now, after all this time, they're
- 2:51Speaker 1: finally putting her to death, or they were supposed to.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Last night, the media has been going crazy over all
- 2:56Speaker 1: of this. We've seen headlines for days on the subject. Oh,
- 3:00Speaker 1: she couldn't decide on a last meal. She doesn't want
- 3:03Speaker 1: a last meal. It's like, okay, whatever. And then she'll
- 3:06Speaker 1: be the first woman Tennessee puts to death in 200 years.
- 3:09Speaker 1: It turns out they couldn't even do that. What the
- 3:12Speaker 1: hell happened? Last night, here's the update. This is a
- 3:16Speaker 1: reporter who is in the room watching this, I guess
- 3:20Speaker 1: through glass. They kept drawing the curtains and stuff. Here's
- 3:24Speaker 1: a reporter explaining how all of this went down last night.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Listen to this. Got this audio today.
- 3:32Speaker 4: I will say I've witnessed, I believe, five executions in Tennessee.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Nothing about today was normal, typical at all. At one
- 3:41Speaker 4: point at 734, she said, my arm feels like it's
- 3:43Speaker 4: about to burst open. Then she smiles really big. Then
- 3:48Speaker 4: she starts talking about that one spot on her arm.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Does this happen like that?
- 3:52Speaker 4: The one spot? I didn't hear the rest. And then
- 3:55Speaker 4: her advisor says, relax. And she says, I'm trying. Yeah,
- 4:01Speaker 4: she's talking throughout this, then starts breathing, moaning, snoring. The
- 4:08Speaker 4: curtains close at first at 746. And she was clearly
- 4:13Speaker 4: still alive. She was clearly still breathing and snoring. We
- 4:17Speaker 4: could audibly hear that. The curtains open again. Three minutes later,
- 4:21Speaker 4: she was snoring very loudly at that point. a mouth
- 4:24Speaker 4: open snoring, and then the curtains closed again at 8.05,
- 4:33Speaker 4: and that's when they remained closed. Media witnesses repeatedly asked,
- 4:37Speaker 4: can we open the curtains, because we could still audibly
- 4:40Speaker 4: hear her snoring, and we were kind of looked at like,
- 4:44Speaker 4: we don't know. But yeah, and then at one point,
- 4:49Speaker 4: her snores started to get squeaky. We didn't know if
- 4:51Speaker 4: it was her making that noise or a material.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Okay.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So you know where she is now. They got an
- 4:58Speaker 1: ambulance to her. They brought her to a hospital. They're
- 5:00Speaker 1: rendering her medical care as of this morning. The point
- 5:05Speaker 1: was to execute her. To execute her. What the hell
- 5:10Speaker 1: just happened? So let's look at some of the details.
- 5:14Speaker 1: One detail, which is kind of wild. Andy was telling,
- 5:16Speaker 1: our producer Andy was telling me this morning. Apparently, Her
- 5:20Speaker 1: team had requested, her lawyers had requested an all-female execution team.
- 5:27Speaker 1: A bunch of, is this story designed to drive you
- 5:33Speaker 1: absolutely crazy? Gosh, it feels like it. The New York
- 5:37Speaker 1: Post with this report, they say Pike has asked for
- 5:41Speaker 1: an all-female lethal injection team to carry out her execution,
- 5:45Speaker 1: claiming she might be traumatized if men are involved. Tennessee
- 5:49Speaker 1: corrections officials have said they may grant her request. Now,
- 5:57Speaker 1: I don't know. As I understand it, there was apparently
- 6:01Speaker 1: a male doctor who was involved as well, a guy
- 6:06Speaker 1: by the name of Dr. Mark Walton. Mike Davis had
- 6:10Speaker 1: a tweet about this.
- 6:11Speaker 5: Dr.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Mark Walton Fowler is his name. Dr. Mark Walton Fowler
- 6:16Speaker 1: told NBC News that he intended to participate In Pike's execution,
- 6:21Speaker 1: Fowler declined to comment after Pike's failed execution Wednesday night. Now,
- 6:25Speaker 1: this apparently is the same male physician who was involved
- 6:30Speaker 1: in another botched execution in Tennessee earlier this year. This
- 6:37Speaker 1: is let me show you the Washington Post coverage of
- 6:39Speaker 1: this because they've got the details on that. In May,
- 6:43Speaker 1: they say in May of this year, this very year.
- 6:49Speaker 1: In May, Tennessee botched the planned lethal injection of convicted
- 6:52Speaker 1: murderer Tony Carruthers at the same Nashville prison. In a
- 6:55Speaker 1: statement at the time, the Department of Corrections said medical
- 6:58Speaker 1: personnel had quickly established a primary IV line for Carruthers,
- 7:03Speaker 1: but were not able to establish a backup line as
- 7:05Speaker 1: required by the state's execution protocol. A subsequent effort to
- 7:08Speaker 1: insert a central line also failed, and officials eventually called
- 7:12Speaker 1: off the execution. Maria Deliberato, an attorney for the death
- 7:16Speaker 1: row inmate, later described to media how Carruthers had bled
- 7:19Speaker 1: and groaned in pain, calling it horrible to watch. Now,
- 7:23Speaker 1: the Tennessee governor granted Carruthers a one-year reprieve as a
- 7:26Speaker 1: result of all of this. Two months after the incident,
- 7:29Speaker 1: more than 40 doctors and nurses sent a letter to
- 7:32Speaker 1: the governor imploring him to halt executions in the state
- 7:36Speaker 1: and devise a protocol that wouldn't require medical professionals to
- 7:39Speaker 1: participate in the killing. Quote, if Tennessee is going to
- 7:42Speaker 1: continue executing prisoners, it must find a way to do
- 7:45Speaker 1: so that doesn't inflict severe pain and suffering on the
- 7:47Speaker 1: person being executed. It doesn't require the involvement of medical
- 7:51Speaker 1: professionals contrary to their ethical obligations. Now, check this detail out.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Pike's attorneys. Pike's attorneys. said that her veins are too small.
- 8:05Speaker 1: They created a heightened risk of complications during lethal injection.
- 8:08Speaker 1: This is the woman who's still alive today. That's who
- 8:10Speaker 1: I'm talking about right now. They said that she may
- 8:13Speaker 1: have run into the possibility of extreme pain and bleeding.
- 8:16Speaker 1: They requested that the state instead either shoot her or
- 8:21Speaker 1: hang her. They requested firing squad or hanging, which is,
- 8:27Speaker 1: I don't know about you, but when I heard this
- 8:28Speaker 1: story this morning, and maybe this is the first time
- 8:30Speaker 1: you're hearing it, when I hear it, I was like, well,
- 8:32Speaker 1: wait a second. She's surviving lethal injection. Shoot her. The
- 8:38Speaker 1: job is to kill. The job is to kill with
- 8:42Speaker 1: some speed, by the way. Just shoot her. What is
- 8:45Speaker 1: going on? In Tennessee, I checked this morning, apparently on
- 8:51Speaker 1: the table is electrocution as well. But they go with
- 8:59Speaker 1: this method that we just saw was botched by apparently
- 9:02Speaker 1: the same doctor earlier this year. What the hell's going
- 9:05Speaker 1: on in Tennessee? Can we spring Lindsey Clancy free for
- 9:09Speaker 1: like 10 minutes just to go take care of this lady?
- 9:12Speaker 6: Like, what?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Is it really that difficult? The guy earlier this year,
- 9:17Speaker 1: the guy who survived... An execution attempt? You gave him
- 9:20Speaker 1: another year reprieve so you can give it another swing
- 9:23Speaker 1: a year later?
- 9:24Speaker 2: What?
- 9:25Speaker 1: It's execution. These death row cases for these convicted criminals,
- 9:32Speaker 1: they stretch on into eternity already. And now after an
- 9:35Speaker 1: execution attempt, they're going to stretch on even further? This
- 9:38Speaker 1: woman's being rendered medical care this morning. It's all too crazy.
- 9:43Speaker 1: But that is the breaking news this morning. I it's
- 9:47Speaker 1: it's nuts what what we're seeing. And it just keeps
- 9:51Speaker 1: happening in Tennessee. This is like this. It's just too much.
- 9:55Speaker 1: It's absolutely too much. If this ends with her family
- 9:57Speaker 1: somehow getting money for cruel and unusual politics. or something,
- 10:02Speaker 1: this will be even more insane on top of the
- 10:05Speaker 1: insane story that we just witnessed. So, again, breaking news,
- 10:08Speaker 1: processing it this morning. I was literally sitting down for
- 10:11Speaker 1: the show and talking to Josh as we do each morning.
- 10:14Speaker 1: And I go, Josh, did you see she's still she's
- 10:17Speaker 1: still alive. She's still alive. Holy cow. All right, let's
- 10:23Speaker 1: get into some other things that are happening overnight. In California,
- 10:27Speaker 1: a big gubernatorial debate last night, this between Steve Hilton
- 10:33Speaker 1: and Javier Becerra. Steve Hilton is, just to be clear,
- 10:36Speaker 1: the good guy in this story. Javier Becerra is the
- 10:38Speaker 1: child trafficking bad guy in this story. Javier Becerra, who
- 10:43Speaker 1: should in no way be running for elective office, is
- 10:47Speaker 1: now the nominee for the Democrats in California. And he
- 10:52Speaker 1: got destroyed last night. I saw the LA Times had
- 10:55Speaker 1: a piece after the debate last night, pretending like that
- 10:58Speaker 1: Steve Hilton lost the debate. I'm telling you, there is
- 11:01Speaker 1: no way you can watch the clips I'm about to
- 11:04Speaker 1: share with you and think to yourself, oh yeah, Javier
- 11:06Speaker 1: Becerra looks great. Yeah, Steve Hilton. Steve Hilton got totally embarrassed.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Steve Hilton went right for the throat. Steve Helton did
- 11:15Speaker 1: a great job last night. Here's Steve Helton calling out
- 11:17Speaker 1: Javier Becerra for trafficking children and then subsequently losing them
- 11:23Speaker 1: inside of our borders. Watch this.
- 11:26Speaker 5: I say that as the son of immigrants, that what
- 11:28Speaker 5: we should do is have an immigration reform that will
- 11:32Speaker 5: allow us to decide who stays and who goes. But
- 11:35Speaker 5: Steve thinks it's perfect to let ICE mercenaries come on
- 11:38Speaker 5: into California, and he welcomes them, even though our state
- 11:41Speaker 5: laws require that ICE follow federal rules.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Immigration law.
- 11:45Speaker 4: Mr.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Hilton?
- 11:47Speaker 7: I cannot believe that you're standing there trying to make
- 11:51Speaker 7: these arguments when you were HHS secretary, you were responsible
- 11:56Speaker 7: for 479,000 unaccompanied migrant children and for their welfare in
- 12:03Speaker 7: camps that you ran. You sent them because you dismantled
- 12:07Speaker 7: the vetting that should have made sure that they were
- 12:11Speaker 7: with a safe, protective family or sponsor. You sent thousands
- 12:16Speaker 7: of young children directly into the clutches of child sex
- 12:21Speaker 7: and labor traffickers. Hundreds of thousands of children that you
- 12:26Speaker 7: were responsible for are still missing today. A hundred thousand
- 12:31Speaker 7: of them are under 10 years old. So I cannot
- 12:35Speaker 7: believe that you haven't apologized, that you have any kind
- 12:40Speaker 7: of sense of shame, or responsibility for what you did
- 12:44Speaker 7: to those children, and you stand here lecturing people about
- 12:47Speaker 7: immigration when you treated these most vulnerable children, unaccompanied children,
- 12:52Speaker 7: in this way?
- 12:55Speaker 5: Those retread Trump talking points.
- 12:58Speaker 7: It was the New York Times, and they won a
- 13:00Speaker 7: Pulitzer Prize for it.
- 13:03Speaker 1: I love it. I love it. I love that Steve
- 13:08Speaker 1: Helton just delivered all of those truth daggers on that stage.
- 13:13Speaker 1: I love that. Becerra spent the whole debate trying to
- 13:16Speaker 1: make this into, oh, you're a Trump guy, Trump, Trump, Trump.
- 13:19Speaker 1: He's mentioning Trump the entire time, trying to basically appeal
- 13:24Speaker 1: to the revulsion of California Democrats who don't like Donald Trump,
- 13:27Speaker 1: therefore they should support Javier Becerra. But Steve Hilton cut
- 13:31Speaker 1: through all of that. He goes, no, it was the
- 13:32Speaker 1: New York Times. They want a Pulitzer for their coverage.
- 13:35Speaker 1: You trafficked children into our country. Hundreds of thousands missing.
- 13:43Speaker 1: You did that. That's not a story that is being
- 13:47Speaker 1: expressed in the local media in California with any frequency.
- 13:50Speaker 1: It's not. Steve Elton had to deliver that last night.
- 13:54Speaker 1: He had to do the job the media refused to.
- 13:56Speaker 1: And he did. He did it very effectively. Look, part
- 14:01Speaker 1: of Steve Elton's job is not merely to attract people
- 14:03Speaker 1: to his side. It's to convince voters in California that
- 14:07Speaker 1: you definitely don't want to vote for Javier Becerra. Maybe
- 14:11Speaker 1: he doesn't get every person who reflexively has voted Democrat
- 14:14Speaker 1: for years. But maybe he does get them to stay
- 14:16Speaker 1: home and say, well, to hell with it. I'm not
- 14:18Speaker 1: voting for the human trafficker. We'll see. A good showing
- 14:22Speaker 1: by Steve Hilton last night. He also cited some of
- 14:27Speaker 1: the Obama officials, Biden officials, who worked alongside Javier Becerra,
- 14:32Speaker 1: who called him, you ready for it? An idiot and
- 14:35Speaker 1: a bitch ass. Yeah, he really did do that. Watch this.
- 14:39Speaker 7: What I've never done. is what you've done in your
- 14:42Speaker 7: 36 years as a career politician, where you've never created
- 14:46Speaker 7: a job. You've never actually had to make any money
- 14:49Speaker 7: of your own. All you've ever done is spent other
- 14:50Speaker 7: people's money in every government job you've had. According to
- 14:55Speaker 7: your Democrat colleagues, the ones who worked with you, like
- 14:59Speaker 7: Susan Rice, who worked with you side by side when
- 15:02Speaker 7: you were in the Biden cabinet, She described you as
- 15:05Speaker 7: an idiot. She called you bitch ass. Why did Susan Rice,
- 15:10Speaker 7: a respected political leader, call you an idiot?
- 15:14Speaker 1: By the way, Javier never answers the question, so I'm
- 15:16Speaker 1: not going to bother showing you his response. He has
- 15:19Speaker 1: nothing to say to that. He called you, she called
- 15:21Speaker 1: you a bitch ass. What do you have to say
- 15:23Speaker 1: about that? He's got nothing. He's got absolutely nothing. It's
- 15:27Speaker 1: pretty good, man. I love it. Steve Hilton goes on
- 15:30Speaker 1: and he talks about how the reality is like, that
- 15:35Speaker 1: this guy has absolutely driven the education system directly into
- 15:42Speaker 1: the ground in California, meaning Democrats have, rather. He said
- 15:45Speaker 1: Democrats have. So we're gonna keep doing this? We're gonna
- 15:48Speaker 1: keep having Democrats run California? Beautiful state, beautiful state. How
- 15:52Speaker 1: far it's fallen because of the destruction of Democrats. Do
- 15:56Speaker 1: you really wanna keep doing this, California? Here's Steve Hilton
- 15:59Speaker 1: posing the question last night.
- 16:00Speaker 3: None of that is true.
- 16:02Speaker 7: What is true, is that, yet again, he's talking as
- 16:06Speaker 7: if someone else, other than the Democrats, his party and
- 16:09Speaker 7: his friends and his legislature in Sacramento that he did
- 16:12Speaker 7: nothing to push back against when he was attorney general,
- 16:16Speaker 7: haven't actually been in charge of California's education system that
- 16:21Speaker 7: spends nearly the highest amount in the entire country for
- 16:24Speaker 7: some of the worst results. We need reform and change.
- 16:27Speaker 7: We need to make sure that every student reads by
- 16:30Speaker 7: third grade. We need to use phonics. in our school
- 16:33Speaker 7: system to teach kids to read. We need accountability for
- 16:36Speaker 7: teachers and for individual schools. None of that will happen
- 16:39Speaker 7: because he is sponsored by the teacher unions that have
- 16:43Speaker 7: been such a big part of the problem in California.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Secretary Becerra?
- 16:46Speaker 5: Well, he attacks teachers. He's made that very clear.
- 16:48Speaker 1: He doesn't like teachers.
- 16:50Speaker 5: I believe that the people who are supposed to train
- 16:52Speaker 5: our kids should be treated like professionals. They are underpaid
- 16:56Speaker 5: compared to professionals with similar education levels.
- 16:59Speaker 3: He attacks them.
- 17:00Speaker 5: He says they're doing the wrong thing for our kids.
- 17:02Speaker 5: These are the people we put our children's futures in.
- 17:05Speaker 5: We should treat them like real professionals and reward them
- 17:08Speaker 5: like real professionals. That's what I'll do.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Mr.
- 17:10Speaker 5: Hilton?
- 17:11Speaker 7: We have some of the worst results in the country
- 17:16Speaker 7: after 16 years of Javier and his policies being implemented
- 17:21Speaker 7: in California. As you said, Jake, less than half the
- 17:25Speaker 7: students read a grade level with math.
- 17:27Speaker 2: It's 37%.
- 17:27Speaker 7: It's a catastrophe. for our young people. We cannot go
- 17:33Speaker 7: on like this, just as we can't go on with
- 17:35Speaker 7: the highest cost of living, with the highest unemployment rate,
- 17:39Speaker 7: with the worst homelessness. All of these things are the
- 17:42Speaker 7: result of the policies that he wants to see more of.
- 17:46Speaker 7: It can't happen in California. We've got to try something different.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Man, Steve Hilton is just absolutely telling the truth with
- 17:56Speaker 1: every single syllable. You know, the reality is it's not
- 18:00Speaker 1: just in California. California is the worst of it. But
- 18:02Speaker 1: all across the country, it has been absolutely catastrophic what
- 18:06Speaker 1: has happened inside of our school systems. We have kids
- 18:09Speaker 1: who can't read. Have you seen the nation's report card?
- 18:13Speaker 1: This came out during the Biden administration. Third and eighth
- 18:16Speaker 1: graders who are functionally illiterate, they might be able to
- 18:21Speaker 1: sound out the words. They have no idea what they're
- 18:23Speaker 1: reading off the page. It's a total disaster. What was
- 18:26Speaker 1: the number you just heard Steve Hilton cite? 37% are
- 18:30Speaker 1: literate of the students? 37%. You can't even learn if
- 18:37Speaker 1: you can't read. And so when Steve Hilton is attacking
- 18:42Speaker 1: the institutions who made this happen, he's right. the Democrat Party,
- 18:46Speaker 1: it's the teachers' unions, because those unions, they call them
- 18:50Speaker 1: teachers' unions, but in a way, they're not really teachers.
- 18:53Speaker 1: These are the leechers' unions. The people were just sucking
- 18:56Speaker 1: money out of the system. They're consuming all this power
- 19:00Speaker 1: under themselves, and they're not actually producing a deliverable. That's
- 19:04Speaker 1: the point of all this. It's a political power operation.
- 19:07Speaker 1: It's not about helping the children. The children are the
- 19:09Speaker 1: last thing they're thinking about. Remember, the so-called teachers unions
- 19:14Speaker 1: were screwing over the kids throughout COVID. Kids who were
- 19:19Speaker 1: not susceptible to COVID, were not susceptible in any way
- 19:22Speaker 1: to the worst outcomes from it, were destroyed by the
- 19:27Speaker 1: behaviors of Democrats in the teachers unions. That's what really happened.
- 19:32Speaker 1: So when Becerra is like, oh, you're just attacking teachers,
- 19:35Speaker 1: he's not. Steve Hilton wants actual teachers in the classroom.
- 19:39Speaker 1: He wants people who are actually educating children. The question
- 19:44Speaker 1: comes down to, do you want teachers or do you
- 19:46Speaker 1: want leechers? Which one do you want? I know what
- 19:49Speaker 1: I want. I want teachers in there. I want children
- 19:52Speaker 1: to be educated. I want them to be able to read.
- 19:56Speaker 1: I want them to be able to read. I don't
- 19:57Speaker 1: want their minds filled with propaganda. I'm not looking for
- 20:00Speaker 1: extra vacation days for the educators, nothing like that. I'm
- 20:04Speaker 1: looking for these kids to get a world-class education all
- 20:07Speaker 1: across our country. And in California, man, that problem is
- 20:11Speaker 1: at absolute crisis levels. So if you like to change
- 20:16Speaker 1: the trajectory of that once great state, vote for Steve Hilton.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Steve Hilton won that debate by 6,000 miles yesterday. And
- 20:29Speaker 1: he should win this election. He should win this election.
- 20:32Speaker 1: I'm glad he's staying in this fight. If you're in California,
- 20:35Speaker 1: bust your tail for this guy, would you? Please harvest
- 20:38Speaker 1: every ballot you can possibly get for Steve Hilton. Yes,
- 20:43Speaker 1: you heard me correctly. Vince, isn't that illegal? No, not
- 20:45Speaker 1: in California. It's legal.
- 20:47Speaker 8: Legal.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Ballot harvesting is legal. That's how Democrats maintain power. Use it.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Steve Hilton's already said, use it. They're using it. Republicans should.
- 20:56Speaker 1: All right, more in a moment on election shenanigans. I'm
- 20:58Speaker 1: going to tell you about election fraud that's been going
- 21:00Speaker 1: on in the country. You and I have been asking
- 21:03Speaker 1: for a long time, hey, can you arrest these people?
- 21:05Speaker 1: Can you bust them? Can we get some justice here?
- 21:08Speaker 1: And the Justice Department, well, they delivered yet again yesterday
- 21:11Speaker 1: on that. I've got some details on that and so
- 21:12Speaker 1: much more all ahead on this edition of Vince. I
- 21:15Speaker 1: want to thank one of the mighty fine sponsors who
- 21:17Speaker 1: make our show possible today. That is Native. path. I've
- 21:20Speaker 1: already had my native path collagen this morning, and I
- 21:23Speaker 1: love it. It helps me a lot. When I get older,
- 21:26Speaker 1: which I do, I don't know about you, but every
- 21:28Speaker 1: day I get one day older. When I get older,
- 21:31Speaker 1: I like getting older. I think it's great, but I
- 21:33Speaker 1: don't like feeling older. It's the little things. You wake
- 21:36Speaker 1: up stiff or your skin's not bouncing back the same way.
- 21:38Speaker 1: You're like, how did that get hurt? How did that happen?
- 21:42Speaker 1: There's a reason for all of that. It turns out
- 21:45Speaker 1: collagen is one of the most important, rather, ingredients. Did
- 21:49Speaker 1: I say important? Important ingredients to healthy living. And native
- 21:53Speaker 1: path collagen is gonna help you a lot. It really will.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Everything from joints and bones to skin and hair. You see,
- 21:59Speaker 1: after the age 30, your body often makes less collagen
- 22:02Speaker 1: every single year. By age 60, so many people have
- 22:04Speaker 1: lost about half of it. But native path collagen helps
- 22:07Speaker 1: you replenish that protein and helps you support the parts
- 22:10Speaker 1: of your body that help you stay active, vital, and
- 22:12Speaker 1: make you more like yourself. And another thing I love
- 22:14Speaker 1: about NativePath, if you don't actually feel a real difference
- 22:17Speaker 1: in your health, and I think you will because, man,
- 22:19Speaker 1: I have, if you don't feel the difference, you get
- 22:22Speaker 1: your money back. No questions asked. So give it a try. Plus,
- 22:24Speaker 1: I'll get you over 50% off and free shipping. Go
- 22:27Speaker 1: to GetNativePath.com slash Vince. That's GetNativePath.com slash Vince. GetNativePath.com slash Vince.

- 22:44Speaker 1: Thank you, Native Path. Total stars. Appreciate them. All right.
- 22:49Speaker 1: For those of you in California, please stay in the fight. Please. Yeah,
- 22:53Speaker 1: I don't know. I thought that was, I was just
- 22:54Speaker 1: watching Leachers Union says, is it Bastrix? Bastrix says this.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Like that one. Yeah, I like it too. I was
- 23:03Speaker 1: just thinking this morning as I'm watching, well, you're either
- 23:05Speaker 1: teachers or you're leachers. Which one are you going to be?
- 23:08Speaker 1: There's plenty of good educators across the country.
- 23:10Speaker 8: Plenty.
- 23:10Speaker 1: You probably know them. But how many times have you
- 23:13Speaker 1: seen the Democrats use the quote-unquote teachers' unions as a
- 23:19Speaker 1: vehicle not to improve the outcomes for children, not to
- 23:23Speaker 1: better educate the kids, but instead to consume more power
- 23:26Speaker 1: and money for the Democrat Party? All the time. All
- 23:30Speaker 1: the time. Let's get to what's happening with election integrity now.
- 23:36Speaker 1: The United States Department of Justice has just busted more
- 23:40Speaker 1: foreign nationals voting in American elections. That thing that never happens,
- 23:47Speaker 1: it just happened again. Here is Todd Blanch, cut one,
- 23:51Speaker 1: announcing the news yesterday.
- 23:54Speaker 9: We are announcing that a federal grand jury returned indictments
- 23:58Speaker 9: against 10 foreign nationals alleged to have committed unlawful voting
- 24:03Speaker 9: and registration offenses in the state of Minnesota. In total,
- 24:08Speaker 9: the grand jury's indictments include nine counts of illegal voting
- 24:12Speaker 9: by an alien and nine counts of making a false
- 24:15Speaker 9: claim of citizenship in order to register to vote. Charges
- 24:19Speaker 9: include illegally voting in the general elections of 2022, 2024,
- 24:24Speaker 9: and the midterm, the primary elections of August of this year,
- 24:28Speaker 9: of August 2026. The defendants that have been charged include
- 24:32Speaker 9: foreign nationals from Brazil, Ghana, and Liberia. So we have
- 24:38Speaker 9: talked repeatedly about the importance of election integrity, and we're
- 24:43Speaker 9: certainly not going to stop talking about that now. Voter
- 24:46Speaker 9: fraud erodes the public's trust in our electoral system, and
- 24:50Speaker 9: it's vital to our democratic process that we do everything
- 24:53Speaker 9: that we can to restore that trust. The most basic
- 24:56Speaker 9: way the Department of Justice can accomplish this restoration of
- 25:00Speaker 9: trust is by working to make sure the only people
- 25:03Speaker 9: voting in an election in the United States are or
- 25:06Speaker 9: American citizens who are eligible to vote. I keep on
- 25:10Speaker 9: talking about this basically every time I speak publicly about
- 25:14Speaker 9: the great work of the department and the work that
- 25:16Speaker 9: our prosecutors are doing. And I'm confident that at some
- 25:19Speaker 9: point the media will actually start reporting it.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the only part that I wouldn't count on.
- 25:27Speaker 1: The media will eventually start reporting this. No, they won't.
- 25:30Speaker 6: No, they won't.
- 25:31Speaker 1: They're going to continue to suppress this news. They're not
- 25:34Speaker 1: interested at all in telling that story. Instead, they say
- 25:37Speaker 1: things like, without evidence, Donald Trump says there's voter fraud, comma,
- 25:41Speaker 1: without evidence. When, of course, what is that? What would
- 25:45Speaker 1: you call that? You might call it evidence. You might.
- 25:49Speaker 1: You just might use that word to describe what you
- 25:52Speaker 1: just heard. The DHS secretary was also on hand to
- 25:56Speaker 1: comment on all of this. I'll get to him in
- 25:58Speaker 1: just a moment. But I want to share with you
- 25:59Speaker 1: just some of the people. You ready for some of
- 26:02Speaker 1: the foreign nationals? who've been interfering in your elections. Here's
- 26:06Speaker 1: Bill Melusion, as always, he's got great reporting on this.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Here's some of them. Liberian national, Batur Kona Bryant, 61
- 26:15Speaker 1: years old, a lawful permanent resident. Lawful permanent resident, meaning
- 26:20Speaker 1: they're here legally. Legally, a legal immigrant. That's another way
- 26:27Speaker 1: of also saying a foreign national, who it's illegal for
- 26:30Speaker 1: them to participate. She is alleged to have falsely claimed U.S. citizenship,
- 26:35Speaker 1: registered to vote October 18th, 2024. Remember that election? Remember
- 26:41Speaker 1: the election that you and I made too big to rig? Well,
- 26:45Speaker 1: here's who was interfering in it. Lithuanian national Edvile Vajdato Edmonds,
- 26:49Speaker 1: 59 years old, lawful permanent resident, alleged to have voted illegally.
- 26:58Speaker 1: November 2022 in Minnesota. There it is. Minnesota. Must have
- 27:04Speaker 1: been one of those quality leering centers. Ghanaian National Joshua
- 27:09Speaker 1: Frederick Kofiedze, 63 years old. Another lawful permanent resident charged
- 27:14Speaker 1: two counts of making a false claim of citizenship in
- 27:16Speaker 1: order to vote. Voted illegally. August 2026. That would have
- 27:22Speaker 1: been now just about two months ago. Mm-hmm, and also
- 27:29Speaker 1: falsely claimed U.S. citizenship to vote. October 23rd, 2024, too
- 27:34Speaker 1: big to rig. A Liberian national doing the same thing.
- 27:38Speaker 1: November 2024, that happened. There's a German national who did this,
- 27:43Speaker 1: 78 years old, November 2024. A Bosnian national, 58 years old,
- 27:46Speaker 1: November 2024. Brazilian national, 62 years old. Voted November, 2024.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Liberian national, November, 2024. Canadian national, November, 2024. South African national, November, 2024.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Two big, two freaking rig. That's what happened. There's no evidence, Vince.
- 28:16Speaker 1: There's no evidence. Oh, there's lots of evidence. There's actually
- 28:21Speaker 1: far too much evidence. Mark Wayne Mullen lays out some
- 28:26Speaker 1: of it yesterday. Here's the DHS secretary cut to.
- 28:30Speaker 10: We have over 1,600 voter fraud cases that we are
- 28:35Speaker 10: currently investigating, and we have 300,000 more that we're getting to.
- 28:41Speaker 10: HSI is leading these investigations. These investigations are going back
- 28:45Speaker 10: five years. The president has said it for a long time,
- 28:49Speaker 10: and the Democrats were sitting there denying it and saying,
- 28:51Speaker 10: there's no fraud. That wasn't taking place.
- 28:53Speaker 1: There's no fraud. There's nothing here. Don't look over here.
- 28:57Speaker 10: As we're getting the voter logs from 47 states and
- 29:03Speaker 10: a few territories, we're realizing there's actually a lot.
- 29:07Speaker 2: A lot.
- 29:07Speaker 10: And we believe that some of these states probably even
- 29:10Speaker 10: knew about it, chose not to look into it.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Well, we are.
- 29:15Speaker 10: And just a clear message. If you voted in our
- 29:17Speaker 10: elections and you weren't legally able to vote, we're going
- 29:22Speaker 10: to find you Might not find you today, might not
- 29:26Speaker 10: find you tomorrow, but we will find you. We're going
- 29:28Speaker 10: through every single one of these names.
- 29:33Speaker 1: We will find you. We're gonna hold you to that
- 29:38Speaker 1: mark wayne mullen find them find them bust these people
- 29:43Speaker 1: yet another predicate for the most obvious thing we could
- 29:47Speaker 1: possibly get the save america act we could use that
- 29:50Speaker 1: couldn't we we could absolutely use that By the way, J.D. Vance,
- 29:56Speaker 1: earlier this week in our conversation, for those, if you've
- 29:58Speaker 1: missed it by any chance, please go check it out, rumble.com
- 30:01Speaker 1: slash Vance. You can see the full interview, about 25 minutes,
- 30:04Speaker 1: with the Vice President of the United States. But at
- 30:06Speaker 1: the end of the interview, we talked about the Safe
- 30:08Speaker 1: America Act, and that's when J.D. Vance laid out that
- 30:12Speaker 1: he and President Trump have been wargaming, taking over the
- 30:16Speaker 1: entire floor of the United States Senate. Remember, the Vice
- 30:19Speaker 1: President is the President of the Senate. And I was
- 30:22Speaker 1: posting about this on social media saying, hey, they've been
- 30:26Speaker 1: wargaming about doing this. And then J.D. Vance names the
- 30:29Speaker 1: reason why they can't, because they've got four, at least
- 30:32Speaker 1: four Republican senators, he said, who would team up with
- 30:35Speaker 1: Democrats in order to overturn any of the floor actions
- 30:38Speaker 1: that the vice president takes. And so I share this
- 30:42Speaker 1: on social media. And I was just telling Josh before
- 30:44Speaker 1: our show today. It's really funny because I think what happens,
- 30:46Speaker 1: like you become so accustomed to quickly consuming things on
- 30:49Speaker 1: social media. Sometimes you don't consume all of them. And
- 30:51Speaker 1: there's a couple of people in my comments who were like, well,
- 30:53Speaker 1: then why doesn't he do it already? All this talk,
- 30:56Speaker 1: not enough action. I'm like, well, watch the clip. I
- 30:58Speaker 1: had one woman in my comments were like, I'm not
- 31:00Speaker 1: even going to watch this clip. They're just talking all
- 31:02Speaker 1: the time. They never do anything. Lady, watch the clip.
- 31:07Speaker 1: He lays it out. He names names. He says Murkowski, McConnell.
- 31:11Speaker 1: He says, Cornyn, he says, tell us. He talks straight
- 31:15Speaker 1: through the strategy. I'm just telling you, look, I'm with you.
- 31:18Speaker 1: I'm done with all the gum flapping. I need more action.
- 31:21Speaker 1: That's what I want. But when the vice president of
- 31:23Speaker 1: the United States is giving you the clearest possible answer
- 31:26Speaker 1: ever that he's trying to get to action and you
- 31:30Speaker 1: won't even watch the clip, I can't help you. Lady,
- 31:33Speaker 1: watch the clip. Just watch it. Now, fortunately, most people
- 31:37Speaker 1: did watch the clip and I saw a lot of
- 31:38Speaker 1: people reacting like, okay, good to get this update.
- 31:41Speaker 5: Good.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Yeah, it's great to get this update. I mean, the
- 31:43Speaker 1: reality is that these guys, Trump, Vance, Rubio, this team
- 31:49Speaker 1: is so transparent, it's actually a total breath of fresh air.
- 31:54Speaker 1: But that's the update. That's the update. And I've got
- 31:57Speaker 1: more updates for you. I've got one more thing on
- 32:00Speaker 1: election integrity and dealing with these insane federal judges. And
- 32:04Speaker 1: then we'll get to J.D.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Vance.
- 32:05Speaker 1: He was just campaigning in the great state of Texas.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I've got an update on that and so much more, man.
- 32:10Speaker 1: And Have you guys seen Pete Hegseth's big speech to
- 32:14Speaker 1: the military this week? It is amazing. And actually, at moments,
- 32:19Speaker 1: it's laugh out loud wonderful. I was watching it last
- 32:22Speaker 1: night in the living room, and my wife, Allison, we
- 32:26Speaker 1: were listening to it together, and we were cheering. We
- 32:28Speaker 1: were cheering listening to this speech. I've got more ahead
- 32:32Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. I want to thank our
- 32:33Speaker 1: fine sponsors to make this show possible. Today, we've got
- 32:35Speaker 1: two for you. I've got Chapter. Chapter's great. Whenever I
- 32:40Speaker 1: read a news story, I'm always looking at kind of
- 32:42Speaker 1: who benefits. Qui bono. Qui bono. Follow the incentive structure,
- 32:47Speaker 1: and then the coverage will explain itself. Well, if you
- 32:49Speaker 1: apply that same logic to Medicare for a second, you'll
- 32:52Speaker 1: know this. Most Medicare agents make more money steering you
- 32:55Speaker 1: into certain plans. Not a conspiracy. That's just the incentive structure.
- 33:00Speaker 1: You are the one who ends up living with the result.
- 33:03Speaker 1: This is why you should trust Chapter. They're the only
- 33:05Speaker 1: Medicare advisors that actually compare every plan nationwide. Chapter's independent
- 33:09Speaker 1: advisors are honest, not paid to steer you. They advocate
- 33:12Speaker 1: for you, not big insurance. We'll look at your doctors,
- 33:15Speaker 1: your prescriptions, your zip code, every plan that's available to you.
- 33:18Speaker 1: And if you're already on the right plan, they're going
- 33:21Speaker 1: to tell you that. So just call them. Chapter 316-835-9955.
- 33:24Speaker 3: It's free.
- 33:24Speaker 1: It's under 20 minutes. There's no sales pitch. 316-835-9955. You
- 33:33Speaker 1: question everything else, question this too. Call chapter 316-835-9955. Also
- 33:38Speaker 1: want to thank Blackout Coffee. Well, actually, that's not my
- 33:45Speaker 1: sponsor right now, but I do want to thank Blackout.
- 33:48Speaker 1: There's a free one for you, Blackout, because you're just
- 33:49Speaker 1: powering me up today. Hold up. That's perfect. Love my Blackout.
- 33:54Speaker 1: I want to thank Brickhouse Nutrition, though. They're great, too.
- 33:58Speaker 1: I love Brickhouse. Look, whether you've got 50 pounds to
- 34:01Speaker 1: lose or those last five stubborn pounds, losing weight can
- 34:04Speaker 1: be very frustrating. So what are your options? Go on

- 34:10Speaker 1: swear off sugar. Again, losing weight should not be complicated
- 34:13Speaker 1: or painful. This is exactly why doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition
- 34:16Speaker 1: created an amazing alternative. It's called LEAN. And the results

- 34:57Speaker 1: or prevent any disease or condition. Thank you to BrickHouse Nutrition.
- 35:03Speaker 1: All right. Ladies and gentlemen, we have such great sponsors.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Please support them. They support us. They make this show
- 35:08Speaker 1: possible each day. All right. I've got one more thing
- 35:12Speaker 1: for you out of the Justice Department yesterday. Man, I'm
- 35:14Speaker 1: telling you, this last 24 hours was so news dense.
- 35:18Speaker 1: It was wild. Todd Blanch announced yesterday that they're taking
- 35:21Speaker 1: an extraordinary step. The Justice Department is now filing judicial
- 35:26Speaker 1: misconduct complaints against the entire Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals
- 35:30Speaker 1: in Minnesota. Yeah, Minnesota, man, talk about the chaos that
- 35:34Speaker 1: comes out of that state. Minnesota, here's Todd Blanch with
- 35:37Speaker 1: the news yesterday, and methinks that maybe the Justice Department
- 35:42Speaker 1: should be doing this a lot more. Watch this, cut three.
- 35:46Speaker 9: We're also announcing that just a few minutes ago, the
- 35:49Speaker 9: Department of Justice filed a judicial misconduct complaint with the
- 35:53Speaker 9: Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals against all but one district
- 35:57Speaker 9: court judge in the District of Minnesota for violating various
- 36:02Speaker 9: judicial canons. These judges talked to the media, or at
- 36:07Speaker 9: least to the New York Times, about cases, some of
- 36:10Speaker 9: which are ongoing, in a matter that the department views
- 36:14Speaker 9: as a clear violation of their ethical duties. Specifically, the
- 36:19Speaker 9: former chief judge spoke on the record to the New
- 36:23Speaker 9: York Times about the immigration surge late last year and
- 36:26Speaker 9: early this year in Minneapolis. His comments, along with the
- 36:31Speaker 9: picture he appeared to pose for, were included in a
- 36:34Speaker 9: September 17th, 2026 article in the New York Times. And
- 36:39Speaker 9: according to that article, the judge sat for a 90-minute
- 36:42Speaker 9: interview with the New York Times.
- 36:45Speaker 1: According to the article, six.
- 36:47Speaker 9: Other members of Minnesota's federal bench also agreed to speak
- 36:50Speaker 9: to New York Times about last winter's efforts in Minneapolis. It, again,
- 36:57Speaker 9: according to the article, included six of the seven judges
- 37:01Speaker 9: who held active status in Minnesota, at least as of
- 37:05Speaker 9: last winter. During this 90-minute interview, the judge apparently told
- 37:11Speaker 9: the reporter that the Trump administration has a, quote, disregard
- 37:16Speaker 9: for court orders, end quote. and continued to give his
- 37:20Speaker 9: view that this disregard clogged his courthouse to a near standstill,
- 37:24Speaker 9: contributing to rising tensions in the protest-filled city of Minneapolis.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Okay, enough. This judge also told the New York Times...
- 37:31Speaker 1: This is great. You can go check out the full
- 37:33Speaker 1: press conference if you want to see the rest of it.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Todd Blanch basically saying these judges are completely out of line.
- 37:38Speaker 1: This is judicial misconduct. They're spending all their time running
- 37:40Speaker 1: their socks, complaining about the Trump administration, turning this into
- 37:43Speaker 1: a big political food fight. They're actually... engendering the hatred
- 37:49Speaker 1: towards ICE that is leading to all of these attacks
- 37:51Speaker 1: on our ICE officers, these people are completely out of line.
- 37:55Speaker 1: And so here you have the Justice Department saying, this
- 37:58Speaker 1: is an extraordinary step, but we are filing judicial misconduct
- 38:00Speaker 1: complaints against these federal judges.
- 38:03Speaker 2: Good.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Please, more of those. More of those. Got to get
- 38:07Speaker 1: as aggressive as humanly possible with these guys. Within the
- 38:11Speaker 1: confines of the law and the Constitution, of course, this
- 38:14Speaker 1: is available to the Justice Department. Do it. Please do it.
- 38:17Speaker 1: Todd Blanch doing a good job there as attorney general
- 38:20Speaker 1: of the United States. That's really key.
- 38:23Speaker 7: All right.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Now let me take you to Texas. We flying out
- 38:26Speaker 1: of Texas. We always are zooming around the country where
- 38:29Speaker 1: we've got J.D. Vance campaigning yesterday. And I was put
- 38:35Speaker 1: a smile on my face as I heard him calling out.
- 38:37Speaker 1: James Talafrico yesterday. A great event. J.D. Vance was there
- 38:41Speaker 1: with Brandon Gill, too, which was really cool. Brandon Gill,
- 38:44Speaker 1: who J.D. had a lot of praise for. I like
- 38:47Speaker 1: these guys. These guys. Imagine just how much better our
- 38:51Speaker 1: country would be if we had a ton of Brandon
- 38:53Speaker 1: Gills in the House of Representatives. Here's J.D. Vance yesterday.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Cut for it.
- 38:57Speaker 11: Watch.
- 38:59Speaker 8: But it occurs to me when I see what he's
- 39:01Speaker 8: actually done and what he was saying before he was
- 39:05Speaker 8: running for Senate in Texas... This guy's real religion is
- 39:08Speaker 8: not what we hear in church on Sunday. It's not
- 39:11Speaker 8: about grace or the redemptive power of Christ's sacrifice. It's
- 39:16Speaker 8: about crazy left-wing politics. His real religion is not about Jesus.
- 39:21Speaker 8: His real religion is about the radical left in this country.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Think about this.
- 39:27Speaker 8: If your six-year-old son comes home one day and says
- 39:31Speaker 8: he's a girl, Talafrico says, and I quote, it is abusive, abusive,
- 39:37Speaker 8: if you don't let school officials put him on hormones
- 39:40Speaker 8: and change his pronouns.
- 39:45Speaker 3: Nothing in the Bible supports any of this, of course.
- 39:49Speaker 8: Now, in my church, and I imagine like a lot
- 39:52Speaker 8: of yours, we are taught, for example, that Mary was
- 39:55Speaker 8: selected by God to be the sacred vessel because she was,
- 39:59Speaker 8: in the words of the archangel, full of grace and
- 40:03Speaker 8: blessed among women. But in the gospel of James Talafrico,
- 40:13Speaker 8: Mary was not a woman because there is no such thing.
- 40:15Speaker 8: She was a pregnant person. And her son was little
- 40:18Speaker 8: more than a decent philosopher. Now, of course, Tallarico doesn't
- 40:23Speaker 8: want to talk about this. And to be clear, as
- 40:27Speaker 8: we all know, there are so many important issues beyond
- 40:31Speaker 8: who plays in your daughter's sports league. That's important, but
- 40:33Speaker 8: there's a lot of important issues beyond it. But you've
- 40:36Speaker 8: got to wonder, what really motivates a man who spends
- 40:39Speaker 8: so much time talking about 11-year-old drag queens?
- 40:44Speaker 3: A man who.
- 40:45Speaker 8: Wears your religion as a cover will never fight for
- 40:48Speaker 8: your values, and he won't fight for you because he thinks,
- 40:52Speaker 8: like so many generations of politicians, Tallarico thinks that we
- 40:56Speaker 8: are backwards and simple. He's a man so focused on
- 41:00Speaker 8: children and drag, he's never going to care about our jobs.
- 41:04Speaker 8: He's a man who empathizes more with criminals than with
- 41:08Speaker 8: the victims. And when you empathize with the criminals more
- 41:12Speaker 8: than with the victims, that man is never going to
- 41:14Speaker 8: protect your streets. Now, Tallarico sells himself as a new
- 41:18Speaker 8: kind of Democrat, but ladies and gentlemen, he is the
- 41:21Speaker 8: same old thing. He is disdainful, disdainful of us, disdainful
- 41:27Speaker 8: of our beliefs, disdainful of the things that give us
- 41:31Speaker 8: purpose and meaning. He is just like a generation of
- 41:34Speaker 8: failed politicians who promised one thing in their TV advertisements,
- 41:39Speaker 8: but has failed to deliver again and again.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Dude. We are so fortunate to have that man as
- 41:49Speaker 1: Vice President of the United States. That guy is a killer.
- 41:52Speaker 1: That was one of the most effective recitations of the
- 41:57Speaker 1: known details about this Democrat, what that party believes in,
- 42:01Speaker 1: that we've heard yet. He is an asset on the
- 42:03Speaker 1: campaign trail. Holy cow. Holy cow. This is a very
- 42:11Speaker 1: real race in Texas. Ken Paxton has an immense opportunity
- 42:15Speaker 1: here to win. James Talifrico should go down in flames.
- 42:19Speaker 1: And J.D. Vance just did a lot of legwork to
- 42:21Speaker 1: help make that happen yesterday. That's a very big deal.
- 42:24Speaker 1: And I saw there's a new clip this morning that's
- 42:28Speaker 1: just out. I see the Republican National Committee captured this.
- 42:31Speaker 1: You know that character, Hassan Piker, who said that America
- 42:34Speaker 1: deserved 9-11, the one that Abdel El-Sayed spending all of
- 42:37Speaker 1: his time running away from? He just said on a
- 42:41Speaker 1: rally stage, like at some kind of event, he said,
- 42:45Speaker 1: that he claimed ownership of James Tallarico. He said, if
- 42:51Speaker 1: Tallarico wins, then he needs to be reminded that I
- 42:56Speaker 1: put him there, that he's only there because of people
- 42:59Speaker 1: like me, the kinds of people who say that America
- 43:02Speaker 1: deserved 9-11. Yeah, that just happened. Look at this. Now
- 43:06Speaker 1: Tallarico's got a Hasan Piker problem, too.
- 43:09Speaker 11: Hopefully, inshallah, after James Tallarico wins, okay?
- 43:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 43:13Speaker 11: Yeah. I feel like I shouldn't even say that. I
- 43:17Speaker 11: feel like in the state of Texas, there's no Sharia state.
- 43:20Speaker 11: They're going to throw me in prison. But yeah, hopefully
- 43:25Speaker 11: after James Teller wins, we've got to hold him to account.
- 43:28Speaker 11: We've got to make sure that he doesn't become another
- 43:32Speaker 11: do-nothing Democrat, business as usual, and we've got to keep
- 43:36Speaker 11: up that pressure. And we have to remind him that
- 43:40Speaker 11: we are the force that backed him both early on
- 43:44Speaker 11: And we are the force that allowed him to win
- 43:47Speaker 11: this seat of power. And if he wants to maintain it,
- 43:49Speaker 11: he's got.
- 43:50Speaker 3: To play ball.
- 43:53Speaker 1: He works for Hassan Piker. He works for the America
- 43:55Speaker 1: Deserved 9-11 guy. That's the position on the left. And
- 44:00Speaker 1: that's James Talafrico. Texas voters, pretty clear what you need
- 44:04Speaker 1: to do. A lot of great Christians in Texas. A
- 44:07Speaker 1: lot of great Hispanic Christians in Texas, by the way.
- 44:11Speaker 1: I mention that because, did you know we're in the
- 44:13Speaker 1: midst of Hispanic Heritage Month? Apparently it falls squarely between
- 44:16Speaker 1: the middle of September to the middle of October. I
- 44:19Speaker 1: think it's September 15th, October 15th for some reason.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 44:23Speaker 1: But that's what it is on the map. Yesterday, President
- 44:25Speaker 1: Trump held a big Hispanic Heritage Month event at the
- 44:28Speaker 1: White House. And here's what that sounded like. Cut five.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Watch the president.
- 44:33Speaker 2: So I love you too. You know, the truth is,
- 44:36Speaker 2: you're— you probably can't— you're not supposed to generalize, but
- 44:39Speaker 2: I do. You're hardworking people. You're smart as hell.
- 44:44Speaker 1: You're energetic. Sometimes too energetic.
- 44:46Speaker 2: I might add. A little bit too— right? Sean knows that.
- 44:50Speaker 2: A little bit too energetic.
- 44:53Speaker 1: But you're incredible people. And I've loved you right from
- 44:56Speaker 1: the beginning.
- 44:57Speaker 2: I loved you for many years before I ever decided
- 44:59Speaker 2: to do this political thing. And you've liked me from
- 45:02Speaker 2: the beginning because the numbers are incredible, and I appreciate it.
- 45:05Speaker 2: And you also know, when I build a wall, I'm
- 45:08Speaker 2: building a wall to keep bad people out. And you
- 45:11Speaker 2: want those bad people kept out more than anybody. So,
- 45:17Speaker 2: with the help of many friends in this room, two
- 45:20Speaker 2: years ago, we won more votes from the Hispanic Americans
- 45:23Speaker 2: than any Republican President in history, and we won more
- 45:26Speaker 2: than almost anybody that's ever run for office. And it
- 45:30Speaker 2: was a great I mean, it was a great thing.
- 45:33Speaker 2: The polls had it totally wrong. They said he'll do
- 45:36Speaker 2: fairly well, but probably not too well with his pass because,
- 45:40Speaker 2: you know, and we did well. We had supporters like
- 45:43Speaker 2: my friend Bob over here.
- 45:44Speaker 1: It was.
- 45:47Speaker 2: It was great.
- 45:48Speaker 1: I think that guy is from Goya Foods. Great supporter
- 45:50Speaker 1: of President Trump. That's cool. That's cool. I see some
- 45:54Speaker 1: people in the chat asking for other heritage days. That'd
- 45:56Speaker 1: be fun. I'm looking forward to Italian People's Day.
- 45:59Speaker 2: Right.
- 46:00Speaker 1: Columbus Day. Maybe maybe the White House will hold an
- 46:02Speaker 1: Italian People's Day event. That'd be fun. Yesterday, though, Secretary
- 46:06Speaker 1: Marco Rubio was there of Cuban descent. And he said, look,
- 46:11Speaker 1: it's pretty, pretty simple. We love this country. We love
- 46:15Speaker 1: it here. Cut sex.
- 46:16Speaker 2: Watch.
- 46:16Speaker 3: We love this country.
- 46:17Speaker 6: We W.W.
- 46:19Speaker 12: And we love it because so many of us either
- 46:21Speaker 12: know firsthand or through our parents or grandparents what life
- 46:23Speaker 12: is like in other countries. And so we know how
- 46:26Speaker 12: special this country is. It's the place that gave us freedom.
- 46:28Speaker 12: It's the place that gave us opportunity. It's the place
- 46:31Speaker 12: that's given our parents, our grandparents, and many of you
- 46:33Speaker 12: the chance not just to do well in life, but
- 46:35Speaker 12: to do the most important thing any of us ever want,
- 46:38Speaker 12: and that is to leave our children better off than ourselves.
- 46:41Speaker 12: That is what makes America special. That's why we love it.
- 46:43Speaker 12: That's why we're passionate about it. That is our heritage
- 46:45Speaker 12: in this country. We are proud to be Americans, and
- 46:47Speaker 12: I'm proud to be here and to serve under you, Mr.
- 46:49Speaker 3: President.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Very cool. By the way, that's the very Secretary of
- 46:53Speaker 1: State who this week, the news came out that, you remember,
- 46:56Speaker 1: there used to be 200 flags inside of the entrance
- 47:00Speaker 1: hall of the State Department for every country on planet Earth.
- 47:03Speaker 1: There was like 200 different countries represented. We're diplomats. Marco
- 47:08Speaker 1: Rubio changed them all. They're now all American flags.
- 47:11Speaker 3: All of them.
- 47:12Speaker 1: A reminder to every State Department employee that they work
- 47:15Speaker 1: for this country, not every country on Earth, this one.
- 47:20Speaker 1: the United States of America. And if you're watching on Rumble,
- 47:23Speaker 1: I ask for American flags in the chat right now
- 47:25Speaker 1: to celebrate Secretary of State Marco Rubio's excellent decision-making on
- 47:29Speaker 1: that subject. I love that. A constant reminder, you walk
- 47:32Speaker 1: into the building, you work for us. You work for
- 47:34Speaker 1: the United States of America. Very cool. Meanwhile, over at
- 47:38Speaker 1: the War Department, we've got, thank you, all the American
- 47:41Speaker 1: flags are in the chat. We're being overwhelmed with American flags.
- 47:44Speaker 1: It's actually hard to be overwhelmed with American flags. I just,
- 47:48Speaker 1: I'll take them. I'll take them. Man, we've got a
- 47:49Speaker 1: lot of them today. I didn't even know we had
- 47:52Speaker 1: that many American flags in storage, ladies and gentlemen. That's
- 47:54Speaker 1: a lot. Thank you for that. Very cool. We've got
- 47:59Speaker 1: over at the War Department, the great Secretary of War,
- 48:02Speaker 1: Pete Hegseth, who's been doing an awesome job. He just
- 48:05Speaker 1: gave a kind of like a State of the Department
- 48:09Speaker 1: address yesterday, which is great, the State of the Service address.
- 48:14Speaker 1: And here he is. laying out what he did immediately.
- 48:20Speaker 1: And all I ask is that you try and keep
- 48:23Speaker 1: your cheering to a minimum so that the whole audience
- 48:25Speaker 1: can hear what he has to say. Here's Pete Hegseth, Cut7.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 48:28Speaker 6: One year ago today, I stood right here on this
- 48:32Speaker 6: very stage and addressed generals and admirals and sergeants major. Now,
- 48:39Speaker 6: the hyperventilating media thought it might be an impromptu PT test.
- 48:44Speaker 3: Maybe it should have been.
- 48:46Speaker 6: Instead, the speech was a declaration of independence for the
- 48:50Speaker 6: War Department, marking a clean break from the Defense Department
- 48:56Speaker 6: of old. The speech reestablished a singular mission for this department, warfighting,
- 49:05Speaker 6: preparing to fight and preparing to win, unrelenting, unapologetic, and
- 49:10Speaker 6: uncompromising in that single pursuit.
- 49:14Speaker 3: Now, I think the generals heard the message.
- 49:18Speaker 6: Those who responded positively which is most of them, are
- 49:22Speaker 6: leading newly focused and newly empowered and disciplined formations. Those
- 49:28Speaker 6: generals who did not, who clung to the woke department
- 49:32Speaker 6: or seem to think civilian control of the military is
- 49:36Speaker 6: simply a suggestion, well, they no longer work here. You see,
- 49:41Speaker 6: the number crunchers say we've fired 10% of the generals
- 49:45Speaker 6: and admirals across the force.
- 49:47Speaker 3: And that number sounds about right.
- 49:50Speaker 6: And I know because I directed it that we've also
- 49:52Speaker 6: reduced the overall number of general officer slots by an
- 49:56Speaker 6: additional 10%. So yes, 20% reduction across the board. Now,
- 50:03Speaker 6: the media calls that a purge. I call it accountability.
- 50:09Speaker 6: and long overdue, and frankly, the bare minimum.
- 50:14Speaker 3: As usual, what the media levels as an accusation, I
- 50:19Speaker 3: wear as an accomplishment.
- 50:21Speaker 6: You see, you can't change a culture with the same
- 50:23Speaker 6: people who enabled it.
- 50:25Speaker 3: Personnel is policy at every single level.
- 50:30Speaker 1: Amazing. 20% of the flag officers are gone.
- 50:33Speaker 11: 20%.
- 50:34Speaker 1: It's a huge deal. You know, at that level, a
- 50:37Speaker 1: lot of it is, it truly is politics. These are
- 50:40Speaker 1: people who came up in a world where you had
- 50:43Speaker 1: people like Lloyd Austin calling the shots, the Biden administration,
- 50:48Speaker 1: trying to create a situation where the upper ranks of
- 50:51Speaker 1: the American military were dominated by left-wing activists and people
- 50:55Speaker 1: who had subscribed to DEI, which is, by the way,
- 50:58Speaker 1: racial prejudice, sexual prejudice. And all of this like poisonous
- 51:02Speaker 1: garbage is nothing to do with mission readiness, nothing to
- 51:04Speaker 1: do with morale, nothing to do with unity of purpose,
- 51:07Speaker 1: nothing to do with lethality. And so as a result,
- 51:09Speaker 1: you should have nothing to do with the military, which
- 51:11Speaker 1: is why Pete Hague says she's got rid of 20%
- 51:14Speaker 1: of the flag officers. Want to talk about a culture change?
- 51:18Speaker 1: That's definitely one way to do it. That's definitely one way.
- 51:22Speaker 2: To do it.
- 51:23Speaker 1: And he keeps going. He says, look, we got rid
- 51:25Speaker 1: of all the left-wing garbage. We got rid of it.
- 51:28Speaker 1: No more social engineering. No more drag queen shows. Cut eight.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Here's the Secretary of War. Watch.
- 51:36Speaker 6: The power is back in the hands of commanders and NCOs,
- 51:40Speaker 6: not lawyers and HR reps.
- 51:43Speaker 3: Telling someone to.
- 51:44Speaker 6: Get in shape or shave or fix their uniform or
- 51:48Speaker 6: start busting their ass, that's not discrimination.
- 51:52Speaker 3: That's leadership.
- 51:53Speaker 6: We've ended the poisonous culture of risk aversion and empowered
- 51:57Speaker 6: leaders at every single level to simply enforce standards. The
- 52:02Speaker 6: only focus, as you know, in your formations should be training, readiness, accountability, discipline,
- 52:08Speaker 6: and lethality. And when you pursue those things, you don't
- 52:12Speaker 6: have to walk on eggshells. No more social engineering, no
- 52:15Speaker 6: more weaponized IG policies. The complainers, the ideologues, and the
- 52:19Speaker 6: poor performers are no longer in the driver's seat. No
- 52:23Speaker 6: more silly PowerPoint trainings or drag queen shows. No more
- 52:28Speaker 6: diversity quotas. No more gender pronouns. No more identity months.
- 52:34Speaker 3: Only the warrior ethos.
- 52:37Speaker 6: And I know you feel it because I've been to
- 52:40Speaker 6: your units and met with your troops. It has transformed
- 52:45Speaker 6: entire formations as it was intended to do.
- 52:50Speaker 1: For our military veterans, what do you think? Thumbs up?
- 52:55Speaker 1: Thumbs down? How do you feel? For our military veterans
- 52:59Speaker 1: in the chat, we'd love to hear from you. I
- 53:00Speaker 1: know we have so many. God bless you. Appreciate that
- 53:04Speaker 1: you have served our country so honorably. What do you think?
- 53:07Speaker 1: Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, saying no more social engineering,
- 53:12Speaker 1: no more drag queen shows, no more pronouns in your emails.
- 53:15Speaker 1: We're just focused on the mission. We're focused on the mission.
- 53:19Speaker 1: In fact, he goes on, he says, we're getting rid
- 53:21Speaker 1: of the fatties and the trannies. Cut nine in a
- 53:24Speaker 1: great moment. Watch this.
- 53:26Speaker 6: But it's worth saying again, so that the fake news
- 53:30Speaker 6: understands it. We are no longer the woke department or
- 53:34Speaker 6: the weak department. Simple translation of that, No fatties, no trannies,
- 53:41Speaker 6: no beardos, no weirdos, no wimps, no radicals.
- 53:46Speaker 8: Just warriors.
- 53:47Speaker 6: Just tough, ready, committed troops. The War Department, as you know,
- 53:53Speaker 6: is colorblind, gender neutral, and merit-based. Or, as the president
- 53:59Speaker 6: likes to say to me, heat central casting.
- 54:04Speaker 1: A little Trump impression to close out a great clip.
- 54:07Speaker 1: It's pretty funny. It's pretty funny. And he actually also
- 54:10Speaker 1: touched on this claim. And by the way, the veterans
- 54:13Speaker 1: in our chat are all thumbs up, as far as
- 54:15Speaker 1: I can tell. I'm just taking a quick straw poll here.
- 54:18Speaker 1: All the veterans are all in. I saw somebody say,
- 54:21Speaker 1: we need soldiers, not sissies, which is great. Great line.
- 54:26Speaker 1: No whiners. Love that. Focus on the mission, Pete. And
- 54:31Speaker 1: that's great. Somebody says, the Marine motto, everyone is equally worthless.
- 54:36Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 54:37Speaker 1: Is that... I thought it was Semper Fidelis, but.
- 54:40Speaker 5: Whatever.
- 54:44Speaker 1: But this was a great speech. He also taps into
- 54:46Speaker 1: something that the left has said for years. They just
- 54:48Speaker 1: kind of mindlessly repeat, slap it on bumper stickers in
- 54:50Speaker 1: the back of their cars. Diversity is our strength, they say.
- 54:54Speaker 8: Really?
- 54:55Speaker 1: Diversity? Like our differences make us stronger? Like identifying, dwelling on, emphasizing,
- 55:02Speaker 1: sowing division. That actually makes us stronger? How does that
- 55:05Speaker 1: work exactly? That sounds like a George Orwell novel if
- 55:08Speaker 1: I've ever heard one. Here is cut 10. Pete Hegseth
- 55:12Speaker 1: on that claim.
- 55:14Speaker 3: The ideological clowns are out.
- 55:18Speaker 6: The patriotic cowboys are in with testosterone testing on top.
- 55:26Speaker 6: Diversity is not our strength. Unity is our strength. Because
- 55:32Speaker 6: that's all that really matters when the missiles are flying.
- 55:36Speaker 6: You see, the delusional media will downplay all of the
- 55:39Speaker 6: progress of the past year.
- 55:40Speaker 3: But this group right here.
- 55:44Speaker 6: And I look forward to hearing from you all tomorrow
- 55:45Speaker 6: morning as well, knows how real and how important cultural change.
- 55:51Speaker 3: Is and has been.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Diversity is not our strength. Unity is. Unity is. Stop
- 56:01Speaker 1: lying to us.
- 56:04Speaker 2: It's great.
- 56:05Speaker 1: Now, what has this led to? What kind of results
- 56:08Speaker 1: do we have to show for this? Well, did you
- 56:10Speaker 1: know that the United States military is now setting recruiting
- 56:13Speaker 1: records in every single service? Every one of them. All
- 56:20Speaker 1: of our services now have more interest than ever before.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Americans are signing up to join the United States military
- 56:28Speaker 1: under the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Hegseth. Look
- 56:32Speaker 1: at this, cut 11. Here's the status report update on this.
- 56:36Speaker 3: And recruiting for every branch has been record-setting.
- 56:40Speaker 6: Ever since President Trump won in November of 2024. Army, Navy,
- 56:46Speaker 6: Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves, pilots,
- 56:51Speaker 6: special forces, all setting decades-long recruiting records. You see, Americans
- 56:57Speaker 6: want to serve when they are led by strong patriots,
- 57:01Speaker 6: not by weak weirdos.
- 57:06Speaker 2: Makes sense.
- 57:07Speaker 3: And all this matters because you know why it matters.
- 57:11Speaker 6: Because it translates to the battlefield. Our enemies know we
- 57:14Speaker 6: will act decisively. Our allies know that it's time for
- 57:17Speaker 6: them to step up.
- 57:19Speaker 3: Drug cartels, the terrorist.
- 57:22Speaker 6: Organizations of our hemisphere, who previously run our hemisphere, are
- 57:26Speaker 6: now on the run in our hemisphere, courtesy of our
- 57:30Speaker 6: new counter cartel coalition, the ACCC.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Strong patriots, not weak weirdos. It's really, it's really great.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Brings a song to my heart and a tear to
