- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:13Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high art chine pedal
- 0:16Speaker 2: to the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle
- 0:20Speaker 2: up and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible
- 0:23Speaker 2: for injuries. This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered
- 0:26Speaker 2: with America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment
- 0:30Speaker 2: capital of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time war war.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:58Speaker 1: All right, wait now a ready to read three? Three,
- 1:00Speaker 1: He's on fire.
- 1:02Speaker 3: One crazy thing before I get to my commentary one
- 1:06Speaker 3: and one wonderful thing. The wonderful thing is that President
- 1:08Speaker 3: Trump yesterday signed it to law with a bunch of
- 1:10Speaker 3: little girls surrounding him, a new law that says that
- 1:15Speaker 3: transgender men can't play in little girls sporting events or
- 1:19Speaker 3: in women's sporting events. You know, it doesn't matter of
- 1:21Speaker 3: your little girl or a thirty year old girl, thirty
- 1:24Speaker 3: year old woman. You can't have transgender athletes playing in
- 1:28Speaker 3: women's events, taking away their scholarships and being much stronger
- 1:31Speaker 3: than them, winning the events, hurting them. There's a woman
- 1:34Speaker 3: that got paralyzed in a volleyball event. The transgender man
- 1:38Speaker 3: who thinks a woman struck the ball and hit her
- 1:41Speaker 3: in the eye, hit her in the head, and she's paralyzed.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Half her body is paralyzed.
- 1:47Speaker 3: So Trump did that, and then today the NCAA immediately
- 1:50Speaker 3: came out. They didn't fight it. They said, it's Trump's
- 1:53Speaker 3: executive order. We're gonna we're gonna live by it. No
- 1:55Speaker 3: more transgender men in our sporting events. And just like that,
- 1:58Speaker 3: all these male swimmers that acted like they were women
- 2:01Speaker 3: are not going to be allowed to swim in women's
- 2:03Speaker 3: events anymore, or running track events anymore.
- 2:06Speaker 1: God bless America. Great stuff.
- 2:08Speaker 3: And then Representative Nancy Mayce reveals millions of taxpayer dollars
- 2:12Speaker 3: spent on shocking experiments to create transgender monkeys and rats.
- 2:18Speaker 3: You know, it's bad enough that there are men and
- 2:20Speaker 3: women in this country who don't know if they have
- 2:21Speaker 3: a penis or a vagina, very confused people. But to
- 2:25Speaker 3: think that they want to create monkeys and rats who
- 2:28Speaker 3: don't know if they have a penis or a vagina,
- 2:30Speaker 3: that's really scary, that's really silly. That's an incredible waste
- 2:34Speaker 3: of money. That's fraud, and I'm just sick of this
- 2:37Speaker 3: and it's so great that we're cleaning this stuff out,
- 2:41Speaker 3: cleaning it out.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Here's my commentary. This is the title is.
- 2:45Speaker 3: This has been the best two weeks of presidential history.
- 2:49Speaker 3: But even Trump is imperfect. I finally found one mistake.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Trump is too nice. And I figured that would be
- 2:57Speaker 3: a very controversial title, Trump is too nice. I wake
- 3:00Speaker 3: up every morning excited to see what great things President
- 3:03Speaker 3: Trump will do next. Every day is like Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter,
- 3:07Speaker 3: July fourth, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and President's Day all.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Wrapped into one. Today also happens to be my anniversary.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Today, I celebrate nine years with my own TV and
- 3:20Speaker 3: radio shows. It all started on February six, twenty sixteen,
- 3:23Speaker 3: alongside Donald J. Trump running in the twenty sixteen JP
- 3:27Speaker 3: presidential primary. From the first moment I began in local
- 3:31Speaker 3: Vegas radio, Trump was in the very early primaries of
- 3:35Speaker 3: twenty sixteen. No one thought he had a chance, and
- 3:38Speaker 3: I was predicting he would win. And I wrote a
- 3:40Speaker 3: column in Fox News in July twenty fifteen saying, you're
- 3:44Speaker 3: looking at the next president the United States, and everyone
- 3:46Speaker 3: thought I was crazy, and I was right again. That
- 3:49Speaker 3: means that I've spent nine years, in almost ten thousand
- 3:52Speaker 3: hours on TV and radio, supporting, defending, and celebrating President
- 3:57Speaker 3: Donald J.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Trump.
- 3:58Speaker 3: And in that time I've interviewed thousands of guests. I
- 4:03Speaker 3: figure about seven thousand guests, including sixteen interviews with President
- 4:07Speaker 3: Trump as my guest. It's been an exciting journey. But
- 4:13Speaker 3: the past two weeks have been the highlight of my
- 4:15Speaker 3: life in politics. The last two weeks have been better
- 4:19Speaker 3: than eight years of my hero Ronald Reagan. Trump is
- 4:22Speaker 3: that good. He gets more done in two weeks than
- 4:24Speaker 3: eight years of the great Ronald Reagan. But even President
- 4:28Speaker 3: Trump isn't perfect. I've finally found one mistake. Trump is
- 4:33Speaker 3: too nice. Here are two glaring examples.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Exhibit A.
- 4:39Speaker 3: The Trump administration has officially sued the state of Illinois,
- 4:44Speaker 3: Cook County, where Chicago is, and the City of Chicago
- 4:47Speaker 3: over their sanctuary laws. Trump DOJ officials point out that
- 4:51Speaker 3: these laws coddling illegals hamper ICE's ability to arrest and
- 4:56Speaker 3: deport these migrants. So I say, bravo, Gloria, I'll loujah bold,
- 5:02Speaker 3: but not bold enough. Trump didn't go far enough. I
- 5:07Speaker 3: may not be a lawyer, I only play one on
- 5:09Speaker 3: television and radio. But it's clear to me. I love
- 5:13Speaker 3: that line, but it's clear to me that this is
- 5:16Speaker 3: a criminal matter, not a civil matter. And Trump and
- 5:19Speaker 3: his DOJ need to treat these politicians as criminals involved
- 5:25Speaker 3: in a criminal conspiracy. The Trump DOJ needs to indict, arrest,
- 5:29Speaker 3: and purp walk the Chicago mayor and the Chicago City
- 5:33Speaker 3: Council and Governor Pritzker Illinois Governor Pritzker.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Make examples of them.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Set the stage for every Democrat or Rhino public official
- 5:43Speaker 3: in America who ignores federal laws and executive orders and
- 5:46Speaker 3: the US Constitution.
- 5:49Speaker 1: How dare they?
- 5:50Speaker 3: It's time for mass arrests of politicians and government officials
- 5:54Speaker 3: by US marshalls and FBI swat teams.
- 5:57Speaker 1: The crime, you say, what crime you charge him with? Wayne, Well,
- 6:02Speaker 1: here's a whole variety.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Aiding and a betting, a criminal enterprise, criminal conspiracy to
- 6:08Speaker 3: evade federal law, aiding and a betting, rape, robbery and murder,
- 6:14Speaker 3: neglect of duty as a public servant, mal feesans, and
- 6:20Speaker 3: rico crimes for partnering with organized crime i e. The
- 6:26Speaker 3: Mexican drug cartels and I know just the precedents in
- 6:31Speaker 3: case law. Remember Whitey Bulger, he was the leader of
- 6:38Speaker 3: organized crime in Boston, and John Connolly was a top
- 6:42Speaker 3: ranking FBI agent in the Boston FBI Field Office who
- 6:47Speaker 3: helped his federal informant Bulger avoid prosecution. And while mob
- 6:53Speaker 3: boss Whitey Bulger was out avoiding indictments and arrest out
- 6:57Speaker 3: in the real world free, he went on a killing spree,
- 7:00Speaker 3: murdered many rivals, all while Connolly and the FBI fought
- 7:05Speaker 3: to keep him out of prison. So what happened as
- 7:08Speaker 3: a result, Connelly was in the FBI agent was indicted, arrested,
- 7:13Speaker 3: purp walked, charged with murder, and convicted of murder, even
- 7:18Speaker 3: though he never murdered anyone himself, but by aiding in
- 7:22Speaker 3: a betting bulger, he was party to the murderers. Get it,
- 7:27Speaker 3: That's exactly what Democrats who run deep state democrat actually
- 7:32Speaker 3: be deep blue Democrats cities and states have done.
- 7:35Speaker 1: That's what they're doing right now. They're aiding in a
- 7:38Speaker 1: betting murder and rape.
- 7:41Speaker 3: They have aided and a betted a criminal enterprise, the
- 7:44Speaker 3: Mexican drug cartels. They've allowed human trafficking, drug trafficking, fentanyl trafficking,
- 7:49Speaker 3: sex trafficking, and of course pedophilia. They have aided in
- 7:53Speaker 3: a betted murder, rape, robbery, carjackings, drug dealing, fentanyl deaths.
- 7:58Speaker 3: There's almost one hundred thousand fentnal deaths a year. If
- 8:01Speaker 3: you let illegals in and you let them stay, and
- 8:04Speaker 3: you fight ice to not support them, and they killed
- 8:08Speaker 3: someone by dealing fentanyl, you should be charged with aiding
- 8:11Speaker 3: and a betting murder. Let's not forget the organized retail
- 8:17Speaker 3: theft rings and the gang violence by MS thirteen and
- 8:21Speaker 3: Trende Aragua. These politicians and government officials have blood on
- 8:25Speaker 3: their hands, just like the Boston FBI agent John Connolly.
- 8:31Speaker 3: They've all helped criminals avoid arrest and deportation any crimes
- 8:36Speaker 3: committed while they ate and abetted. These illegal fart invaders
- 8:40Speaker 3: can be tied to these Democrat politicians and government officials. Remember,
- 8:46Speaker 3: during Trump's first term, Mayor Pete but edg jed jed
- 8:49Speaker 3: jed jed jed Jedge I call Mayor Pete butdhead of
- 8:52Speaker 3: South Bend who later became the Transportation Secretary of the
- 8:56Speaker 3: United States. But during Trump's first term, he was a
- 8:58Speaker 3: mayor and he actually developed a phone warning system to
- 9:05Speaker 3: robo call every illegal alien household in his city to
- 9:09Speaker 3: warn them if ice was in his city. Mayor Pete
- 9:13Speaker 3: literally aided and abetted murderers, robbers, rapist, drug dealers, and
- 9:17Speaker 3: assorted violent thugs. And don't forget Trump's new policy. Is
- 9:21Speaker 3: my lifetime belief.
- 9:23Speaker 1: You don't have to.
- 9:24Speaker 3: Commit murder or some other felony to be considered a felon.
- 9:28Speaker 3: If you are a criminal who's here illegally in the
- 9:30Speaker 3: first place. The moment you broke into our country, you
- 9:33Speaker 3: became a criminal and a felon. So all illegal aliens
- 9:37Speaker 3: ergo are criminals and felons. Mayor Pete aided and abetted criminals.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Was he on the payroll of the Mexican drug cartel?
- 9:45Speaker 3: I don't know, but I'm guessing absolutely. I think all
- 9:49Speaker 3: the Democrats are on the payroll of the Mexican drug cartel.
- 9:52Speaker 3: But either way, he's guilty of aiding and abetting criminals.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Indict Mayor Pete, along with every major me, every MA,
- 10:00Speaker 3: and governor in America who is aiding and abetting these
- 10:03Speaker 3: criminals and organized crime. Let them prove in a court
- 10:07Speaker 3: of law in front of a jury of their peers
- 10:09Speaker 3: that they don't deserve life in prison for treason. Exhibit
- 10:14Speaker 3: B for President Trump and the Trump DOJ. Stop being
- 10:18Speaker 3: so nice, President Trump. Democrat judge Colleen Kollar Katilli today
- 10:23Speaker 3: blocked Elon Musk from opening the government agency books to
- 10:26Speaker 3: investigate corruption, bribery, and the looting of taxpayer money.
- 10:30Speaker 1: She said, you have no right to look at the books.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Trump's new ag PAMBONDI can and should order the indictment
- 10:37Speaker 3: and arrest of this judge on suspicion of covering up
- 10:40Speaker 3: corruption by government employees. That judge is aiding an a
- 10:44Speaker 3: betting crime. That judge is no authority to overwrite presidential authority.
- 10:48Speaker 3: In our lifetimes, no US citizen has seen a US
- 10:51Speaker 3: president order US marshals to arrest corrupt federal officials, including judges.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Judges who protect illegal aliens or who protect corrupt government
- 11:01Speaker 3: officials are violating their.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Oath of office and the US Constitution.
- 11:06Speaker 3: President Trump needs to remind the citizens that a president
- 11:09Speaker 3: has the power to arrest a corrupt judge straight from
- 11:12Speaker 3: our courtroom. President Trump is a different kind of president, bold, independent, aggressive,
- 11:17Speaker 3: action oriented, He doesn't care what critics think, and he
- 11:20Speaker 3: loves controversy, President Trump, no more.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Mister nights guy. It's time to act.
- 11:25Speaker 3: These are not political issues or civil issues, they are
- 11:27Speaker 3: criminal acts. It's time to set the example with indictments, arrests,
- 11:32Speaker 3: and purp walks.
- 11:33Speaker 1: It's time to restore law and order.
- 11:35Speaker 3: And the rule of law to the United States of America,
- 11:38Speaker 3: and President Trump is just the man to do it.

- 13:52Speaker 3: Let me tell you something I've learned from decades of
- 13:54Speaker 3: studying American politics. The first one hundred days of any
- 13:57Speaker 3: administration are rough orders. Every single time history proves it,
- 14:02Speaker 3: markets get jittery, investments fluctuate, and every day Americans feel
- 14:05Speaker 3: the squeeze. That's why I trust Advantage Gold to protect
- 14:09Speaker 3: my financial future. Through every empire, every crisis, and every
- 14:12Speaker 3: transition of power, gold has held its value. Advantage Gold

- 14:45Speaker 3: call Advantage Gold at eight hundred and four or five
- 14:47Speaker 3: oh twenty five sixty six. Well, if you didn't think
- 15:02Speaker 3: we were at war, you better listen to what Democrats say.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Because Democrats say we're at war. I mean, that's exactly
- 15:07Speaker 3: what they say, word for word. Congressman Lamonica mc iver, Democrat,
- 15:12Speaker 3: New Jersey said during an anti dooje protest, he said, god,
- 15:19Speaker 3: you know what it right. I'm not gonna say that
- 15:21Speaker 3: word on the air because that's a curse word, but
- 15:23Speaker 3: he said, God darn it. Shut down the Senate. We
- 15:27Speaker 3: are at war. Shut down the Senate.
- 15:29Speaker 1: We're at war.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Senator Elizabeth Warren told the crowd, we're here to fight back.
- 15:35Speaker 3: We're gonna be in your face, we're gonna be on
- 15:37Speaker 3: your asses, and we're gonna make sure you understand what
- 15:40Speaker 3: democracy looks like. And this ain't it, said Congressman Jasmine Crockett, Democrat, Texas,
- 15:47Speaker 3: and remember House Minority leader Hakim Jeffries told Americans to
- 15:52Speaker 3: fight Trump's agenda in the streets last week.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Wow, they think we're at war, we better wake up
- 16:00Speaker 1: know where it wore. Well Trump does.
- 16:01Speaker 3: Thank god, Thank god Trump's our president, not Nikki Haley.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Nicki Haley would think she can be nice to people.
- 16:10Speaker 3: I'm complaining that Trump's too nice. I want Trump to
- 16:13Speaker 3: arrest these scumbags, every one of them. There's grounds to
- 16:17Speaker 3: arrest them. Trust me. They're all traders the United States.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Their goal in life is to help illegal aliens stay
- 16:23Speaker 3: in the United States. That's treason, that is malfeasance, that's
- 16:28Speaker 3: dereliction of duty. The only job a politician has, the
- 16:33Speaker 3: only job government has, is to protect us from foreign invaders.
- 16:40Speaker 3: That's kind of the only thing government is even supposed
- 16:43Speaker 3: to do. And they don't even do that. They actually
- 16:46Speaker 3: invite the foreign invaders in. They invite the barbarians in.
- 16:51Speaker 3: They open the gate and say, come on in. Kill Americans,
- 16:54Speaker 3: rape Americans, rob Americans, and most importantly, loot Americans take
- 16:59Speaker 3: all their money. Just incredible, and they want to fight,
- 17:04Speaker 3: and they think we're at war. Okay, we'll see what
- 17:06Speaker 3: Trump thinks. Trump's Trump, I'm telling you don't push Trump
- 17:10Speaker 3: because he'll play this game. You want to see who
- 17:13Speaker 3: can be at war worst or most. Trump will play
- 17:16Speaker 3: that game. He's already started. Because of course, they've just
- 17:21Speaker 3: cut off all funding to sanctuary cities, and so Pennsylvania
- 17:27Speaker 3: House GOP leader Jesse Topper says, I would expect there.
- 17:31Speaker 1: To be consequences, and I support that.
- 17:35Speaker 3: So she is saying we're cutting off all funding to
- 17:40Speaker 3: sanctuary cities, and that's good. In Pennsylvania, at least two
- 17:45Speaker 3: major cities have enacted sanctuary policies. I assume that's Philadelphia
- 17:50Speaker 3: at Pittsburgh right. As a matter of fact, Philadelphia notably
- 17:55Speaker 3: announced its new paradigm when then Mayor Jim Kenney videotaped
- 18:00Speaker 3: himselves dancing in the office and singing, we are a
- 18:03Speaker 3: sanctuary city after a judge ruled in a city's favor
- 18:07Speaker 3: on enacting such policies. And by the way, I know
- 18:12Speaker 3: that in Los Angeles the minute Trump got elected, the
- 18:18Speaker 3: city council voted unanimously to make LA a sanctuary city.
- 18:22Speaker 3: I think it was like thirteen nothing. I think they
- 18:24Speaker 3: are thirteen councilmen. They voted thirteen nothing. Well, Pittsburgh is
- 18:29Speaker 3: not formally a sanctuary city. Democrat Mayor Ed Gainey recently
- 18:33Speaker 3: announced I'm not going to be working with Ice Lancaster,
- 18:38Speaker 3: a blue dot in Amish Country Sea of Red also
- 18:42Speaker 3: approved sanctuary city status, while Republicans at the county level
- 18:45Speaker 3: passed an ordinance ensuring cooperation with the FEDS. So Houseman
- 18:50Speaker 3: Already Leader Jesse Topper, Republican in Pennsylvania, said in a
- 18:55Speaker 3: Thursday interview, it is the position of the GOP CAUK
- 18:58Speaker 3: is to support the law. The use municipalities are not
- 19:01Speaker 3: upholding the law, then I would expect there to be consequences,
- 19:04Speaker 3: and I support that. It's so simple. How could you
- 19:08Speaker 3: It's like, here's what it's like. I just realize what
- 19:11Speaker 3: it's like. It's like my dad says, I'm giving you
- 19:14Speaker 3: an allowance, and I say, screw you.
- 19:16Speaker 1: I'm not gonna listen to one.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Word you say, go screw yourself and I hit them. Well,
- 19:22Speaker 3: should I get the money? Should he give me the allowance?
- 19:25Speaker 3: I just hit my father and I called him names,
- 19:27Speaker 3: and I said, I'm not doing one thing you want
- 19:28Speaker 3: me to do. Screw you. Should I get the allowance? No,
- 19:32Speaker 3: you just lost your allowance. No one's gonna give you
- 19:34Speaker 3: allowance when you beat them, hit them, intimidate them, curse
- 19:38Speaker 3: them out. Why would we give money funding, federal funding
- 19:43Speaker 3: to a city that doesn't obey federal law.

- 23:52Speaker 3: So it is our interview segment. We've got a congressman
- 23:55Speaker 3: standing by Congressman Doug LaMalfa, a Republican representing calf California's
- 24:00Speaker 3: first district, Congressman LaMalfa Wayne Larute, how are.
- 24:04Speaker 4: You hey, good evening, Thanks for having me.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Yeah, So let's talk a little bit about the problems
- 24:11Speaker 3: in LA and also California in general.
- 24:14Speaker 1: First of all, where's California's first district? Where are you?
- 24:17Speaker 1: What do you cover? What area?
- 24:21Speaker 4: It's at the top of the state, from basically just
- 24:24Speaker 4: north of Sacramento all the way to the Oregon border.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Got it all right, So you're way north.
- 24:29Speaker 3: I lived thirteen years in Los Angeles, and I lived
- 24:33Speaker 3: in Malibu, to be exact, for eleven of those thirteen years.
- 24:37Speaker 3: I mean, I'm very familiar with all the fire problems
- 24:40Speaker 3: and all the water problems, and all the lack of
- 24:44Speaker 3: cleaning of the brush.
- 24:45Speaker 1: And all the environmental nonsense.
- 24:47Speaker 3: So two point two billion gallons have been released from
- 24:50Speaker 3: reservoirs in California since President Trump ordered it.
- 24:55Speaker 1: So this is a real thing. It really has happened.
- 24:57Speaker 3: When Trump says that, I know the media claims he's
- 24:59Speaker 3: a lot exaggerates. I love the guy, but I just
- 25:02Speaker 3: want to make sure this really happened. Trump said it,
- 25:05Speaker 3: and they really did it. They released two point two
- 25:08Speaker 3: billion gallons. I assumed to La and San Diego and
- 25:11Speaker 3: Orange County and San Francisco, went to all the places
- 25:14Speaker 3: that need the water.
- 25:15Speaker 1: Is that right?
- 25:17Speaker 4: Well, I don't know that it really did what that
- 25:22Speaker 4: was supposed to do. I think what really needs to
- 25:24Speaker 4: be done is the capturing of the water, and that's
- 25:28Speaker 4: what we talked about in Southern California when we were together.
- 25:31Speaker 4: So what I need the President to understand on this
- 25:35Speaker 4: is that we need to capture the water with the
- 25:37Speaker 4: reservoirs we have and put it in places where we
- 25:41Speaker 4: can store it for when it needs to be drawn upon.
- 25:45Speaker 4: That release there didn't really go to other reservoirs that
- 25:50Speaker 4: I know of. I don't have that one quite figured
- 25:52Speaker 4: out yet.
- 25:53Speaker 1: So well, but my big problem I've just said for years.
- 25:59Speaker 3: I've said for years is that they just need to
- 26:01Speaker 3: build new reservoirs and they just won't do it. There
- 26:03Speaker 3: has been a new one built in what fifty years?
- 26:05Speaker 3: Sixty years?
- 26:08Speaker 4: Yeah, other than a couple, I think. I think the
- 26:12Speaker 4: last one was nineteen seventy nine. So so we have
- 26:17Speaker 4: the opportunity to build at least actually two of them
- 26:19Speaker 4: in this district I represent up here, one in Chasta County.
- 26:22Speaker 4: We can enhance one by another six hundred thousand acre feet,
- 26:26Speaker 4: and to put acre food into terms, about a half
- 26:30Speaker 4: an acre food is what takes care of a household
- 26:32Speaker 4: per year, so quite a bit of water. And then
- 26:36Speaker 4: there's another reservoir that can go in in a place
- 26:38Speaker 4: called Calusa County again that's northwest of Sacramento, that would
- 26:42Speaker 4: hold one and a half a million acre feet. The
- 26:44Speaker 4: people passed a bond in California to get more water
- 26:47Speaker 4: supplied done, and some of that bond money actually made
- 26:51Speaker 4: it to this awarded to this project. You know a
- 26:54Speaker 4: lot of times with bond dollars and things that the
- 26:58Speaker 4: environmental has diverted and the Democrats and Sacramento don't really
- 27:02Speaker 4: want to build this stuff. But we're getting close to
- 27:04Speaker 4: finalizing things on this one called Sites Reservoir in Caloosa
- 27:11Speaker 4: County and we're making some headway and getting Shasta edamory.
- 27:14Speaker 4: So that'd be two point one million more acre feet
- 27:16Speaker 4: of storage. And I wish we had them right now
- 27:19Speaker 4: because there's so much excess water going down the river.
- 27:21Speaker 4: We could be chugging these things full now. Something that
- 27:24Speaker 4: could be done immediately is we have these two sets
- 27:27Speaker 4: of pumps down at the south end of the Bay Delta.
- 27:30Speaker 4: That can lift water out of the delta into storage
- 27:33Speaker 4: where we need it. And that's where President Trump has
- 27:36Speaker 4: the federal owned pumps. They're running at nearly full capacity,
- 27:40Speaker 4: but the State of California pumps are running at somewhere
- 27:42Speaker 4: like twenty percent of capacity. So we're missing out on
- 27:45Speaker 4: opportunity to have all the water that's going uncontrolled down
- 27:49Speaker 4: the river and out to the ocean is not being
- 27:52Speaker 4: picked up in storage so we can have it. So
- 27:54Speaker 4: you know, San Jos Reservoir serves central and southern California,
- 27:58Speaker 4: and I would be in our interest for everybody to
- 28:01Speaker 4: see you have a much water storage so you can
- 28:03Speaker 4: get through a year or get through two or three
- 28:05Speaker 4: years with that. And that's so we need the state
- 28:07Speaker 4: to turn on its pumps that it controls, and that's
- 28:09Speaker 4: something I actually spoke to Governor Knuws about yesterday personally.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Well, and so the state doesn't hurt on their pump side, assume,
- 28:17Speaker 3: because you know, they're they're basically dominated by radical environmentalists
- 28:21Speaker 3: who think it's bad for the environment. Or some desert
- 28:23Speaker 3: mouse or some salmon somewhere.
- 28:25Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a fish deal.
- 28:26Speaker 1: It's a fish deal. Yeah, fish steal it.
- 28:28Speaker 4: They have what's called a it's under it's called an
- 28:31Speaker 4: operating permit of how the delta's run and how the
- 28:34Speaker 4: water can be extracted on that. But the problem is,
- 28:37Speaker 4: or the issue is, it's not actually a good problem.
- 28:39Speaker 4: We have so much water coming down that if we
- 28:42Speaker 4: pump this bit out for like say, a thirty day period,
- 28:45Speaker 4: you would never miss it. The fish wouldn't miss it.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Nobody would.
- 28:48Speaker 4: It would be just otherwise wasted water going to the ocean.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Right.
- 28:51Speaker 4: So that's why I was trying to emphasize with the governor, like, hey,
- 28:55Speaker 4: let's let's take advantage of this. Let's do this, because
- 28:58Speaker 4: this water is just going to get away from this.
- 29:01Speaker 1: So so what does governor do? Some say, Well, it's.
- 29:06Speaker 4: You know, something he's going to think about, and hopefully
- 29:09Speaker 4: I've made an impression on it, because I basically asked him, hey,
- 29:14Speaker 4: let's let's do a thirty day set aside of this
- 29:18Speaker 4: operating permit, because operating permit certainly is not anticipating the
- 29:22Speaker 4: massive amount of water going to there, and the damn
- 29:24Speaker 4: fish aren't going to miss it, so let's just do it, okay,
- 29:28Speaker 4: And so I hope I hope he takes out of
- 29:31Speaker 4: consideration because he seems to be trying to do things lately.
- 29:34Speaker 4: At least he's talking about trying to save more water
- 29:37Speaker 4: and have more get available to farms and things. So
- 29:39Speaker 4: he must he must have heard some polling or something
- 29:42Speaker 4: that has uh lit a little bit of a fire
- 29:45Speaker 4: under him, and that says, you know, let's get this done.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Hey, hey, you're you're giving me a lot of puns here.
- 29:49Speaker 3: We lit a fire under him. Considering what's been happening
- 29:53Speaker 3: in California, that's an interesting punn. Could the La fires
- 29:57Speaker 3: have been prevented? In your opinion, by the way.
- 30:01Speaker 4: Well, I'll be straightforward on this here, is that you know,
- 30:04Speaker 4: every year you get those Santa Ana winds or strong winds.
- 30:07Speaker 4: This year seem maybe stronger than they have been quite
- 30:09Speaker 4: a while, sixty eighty miles an hour. But what you
- 30:12Speaker 4: can do to at least give yourself a fighting chance
- 30:15Speaker 4: is to remove the fuel that would carry flames like
- 30:19Speaker 4: it did towards these towns. And so they actually did
- 30:23Speaker 4: have a brush removal program removing that brush and chaparral
- 30:26Speaker 4: on the side of the hills hills hillsides of east
- 30:29Speaker 4: of those towns, and they suspended it, you know, I mean,
- 30:33Speaker 4: it's all about creating a buffer from where fire might
- 30:37Speaker 4: come from before it hits the edge of the community. Right.
- 30:41Speaker 4: So if you had let's say, let's just say a
- 30:44Speaker 4: half a mile gap, right, so fire comes tearing through there, rip,
- 30:48Speaker 4: roaring through this dry material, just like it does in
- 30:51Speaker 4: the forested areas. We're dealing with it all the time
- 30:53Speaker 4: up north, where they're more heavily forceded. You know, down there,
- 30:56Speaker 4: it's dryer brush. Still, it's fuel that helps carry a
- 31:00Speaker 4: fire right at your city. And so let's say they
- 31:03Speaker 4: had cleared out a complete, clean half mile zone buffer,
- 31:08Speaker 4: let's say a brush, you know, then when the fire
- 31:12Speaker 4: came roaring in there from the east or northeast, it
- 31:16Speaker 4: would have hit this dead zone. Grazing also works in
- 31:19Speaker 4: the areas where grades, you know, where you can graze
- 31:21Speaker 4: off grass and graze amongst the thinner you know, thinner
- 31:25Speaker 4: stands a forest. It's known to be effective. So you
- 31:28Speaker 4: remove the material, there's nothing for it to burn. So
- 31:30Speaker 4: the fire, the fire, the fire burns up to that edge,
- 31:34Speaker 4: and then it's gonna it's gonna drop off, It's gonna
- 31:36Speaker 4: basically die down and so then all you have to
- 31:39Speaker 4: be you don't have to worry about the brush burning.
- 31:42Speaker 4: You just need need to do your line of defense
- 31:46Speaker 4: along the edge of town, making sure you have the
- 31:48Speaker 4: things around the household or the rooftops or the foliage
- 31:52Speaker 4: or whatever managed in a way so you have a
- 31:54Speaker 4: defensible space, they call it. And so you know it's
- 31:57Speaker 4: going to be perfect every time, but it gives you
- 31:59Speaker 4: a chance, It gives you a great fighting chance that
- 32:01Speaker 4: puts the odds in your favor that he couldn't right
- 32:04Speaker 4: keep the fire from doing that.
- 32:06Speaker 3: I lived in California from eighty nine to nineteen eighty
- 32:09Speaker 3: nine to two thousand and two, and eleven of those
- 32:12Speaker 3: years I lived in Malibu, and I lived through six fires,
- 32:14Speaker 3: I believe, and one of them really came close to
- 32:19Speaker 3: burning my house on Pch to the ground. Another one
- 32:21Speaker 3: came really close to burning my house in the hills
- 32:24Speaker 3: to the ground overlooking the ocean on the other side.
- 32:27Speaker 4: And so because I didn't have nearly as intense as
- 32:30Speaker 4: the women, probably wasn't nearly as intense as this go around,
- 32:33Speaker 4: I suppose.
- 32:33Speaker 3: Oh no, no, no, it was very any congressman, it was.
- 32:36Speaker 3: It was intense. It was just in those days, they
- 32:39Speaker 3: didn't run the fire departments based on DEI. And in
- 32:41Speaker 3: those days, I suppose they divided. They didn't have hydrants
- 32:44Speaker 3: that ran out, you know. I mean, there were a
- 32:46Speaker 3: lot of things that were that happened that didn't used
- 32:49Speaker 3: to happen.
- 32:49Speaker 1: I'm telling you.
- 32:50Speaker 3: They used to preposition fire engines when the winds were
- 32:53Speaker 3: high and they were ready to doubt a fire out
- 32:56Speaker 3: before it got big. And this time he had a
- 32:58Speaker 3: DEI lesbian uh fire chief, and she didn't do that,
- 33:02Speaker 3: and a lot of.
- 33:02Speaker 1: People think she blew it.
- 33:04Speaker 3: So there's a lot of problems that could you know,
- 33:06Speaker 3: I think it could have been prevented from being that bad.
- 33:09Speaker 1: It never had to be that bad.
- 33:10Speaker 3: I've never seen, you know, a whole town burn to
- 33:13Speaker 3: the ground before. All the years I was in, nothing
- 33:15Speaker 3: like that ever happened. Terrible, just terrible.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Right. I hope Trump has a good impact. I hope
- 33:22Speaker 1: Trump could change things. In California. We're on the run.
- 33:24Speaker 3: They're giving me a five count Congressman Doug LaMalfa represented
- 33:28Speaker 3: California CD one.

- 36:44Speaker 1: All right, wait now, root the root, the root, the
- 36:46Speaker 1: root is on fire.
- 36:47Speaker 3: So look, this is the last segment for today, and
- 36:51Speaker 3: I got to say the biggest news story in America.
- 36:53Speaker 3: I wrote this commentary about you know, this has been
- 36:57Speaker 3: the best two weeks in presidential history, but even Trump
- 36:59Speaker 3: is in perfect I finally found one mistake.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Trump is too nice, and.
- 37:02Speaker 3: It was about the fact that Trump has got to
- 37:04Speaker 3: go after all these these deep blue city county and
- 37:10Speaker 3: state mayors and county legislators and city councilmen and county
- 37:15Speaker 3: supervisors and governors who shield illegals, and he's got to
- 37:20Speaker 3: arrest them. He's got to prosecute them. What they're doing
- 37:23Speaker 3: is a crime, not just cut off their funding. You
- 37:26Speaker 3: got to arrest them. They'll get the message if you
- 37:29Speaker 3: put them in prison. But just because I wrote that
- 37:32Speaker 3: doesn't mean that's what I believe is the biggest story
- 37:34Speaker 3: in America. I just didn't have time to write the
- 37:37Speaker 3: really long story and they really in depth story, and
- 37:39Speaker 3: that story is that in my and I'm going to
- 37:42Speaker 3: try and write it tomorrow morning.
- 37:43Speaker 1: We'll see if I have time, and if not, I'll
- 37:44Speaker 1: write it over the weekend.
- 37:45Speaker 3: But it's the fact that Elon Musk has stumbled onto
- 37:49Speaker 3: what I think is one of the biggest scandals in
- 37:51Speaker 3: the history of the United States of America. I mean,
- 37:53Speaker 3: the biggest scandal is the stolen election of twenty twenty.
- 37:56Speaker 3: That's always going to be to me, the biggest scandal
- 37:58Speaker 3: ever in the history the United States. They stole an election,
- 38:02Speaker 3: which means they stole the country. And kind of to
- 38:05Speaker 3: that one one a is, you know, how did they
- 38:08Speaker 3: steal the country? COVID China sent COVID to kill Americans
- 38:14Speaker 3: and to kill the economy and to kill Trump becoming,
- 38:19Speaker 3: you know, re elected as president.
- 38:21Speaker 1: And it worked.
- 38:22Speaker 3: They did kill millions of Americans. They did kill the
- 38:25Speaker 3: economy and stop the economy and shut down the economy.
- 38:28Speaker 1: They did kill millions of jobs.
- 38:30Speaker 3: And they did kill Trump's reelection in twenty twenty. So
- 38:34Speaker 3: it's all tied together. All of that's tied together is
- 38:37Speaker 3: number one, the worst scam ever. Stole an election, and
- 38:40Speaker 3: the COVID germ and the COVID deadly COVID vaccine and
- 38:44Speaker 3: the masks and the lockdowns that all allowed and enabled
- 38:48Speaker 3: and empowered the Democrats to steal the elections. So that's
- 38:51Speaker 3: the number one biggest scam of all time. You know
- 38:53Speaker 3: what number two is, It's what Elon Musk has stumbled onto.
- 38:57Speaker 1: It's the number two scam of all time. That'll be
- 39:00Speaker 1: the title of.
- 39:01Speaker 3: What I write you let Muscus stumble down to the
- 39:02Speaker 3: second biggest scandal in history, which is you know, this
- 39:06Speaker 3: USAID agency has been used as the CIA.
- 39:12Speaker 1: You know, it's their honeypot.
- 39:15Speaker 3: It's it's where they steal all the money and use it.
- 39:20Speaker 3: It's the swamps, you know, swamp lake, you know with
- 39:24Speaker 3: all the fill it with water.
- 39:26Speaker 1: They fill it with money.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Their lake is filled with money, and they use it
- 39:31Speaker 3: to steal taxpayer money and rig elections. So it's ties
- 39:34Speaker 3: in with number one. And they use it to steal
- 39:37Speaker 3: the money for themselves. They use it to give to
- 39:39Speaker 3: their biggest donors. They use it. You know what it's like.
- 39:42Speaker 3: You know what it reminds me of. I was watching
- 39:44Speaker 3: a movie the other day about Las Vegas with the
- 39:47Speaker 3: in the nineteen fifties and sixties. How the mob they
- 39:51Speaker 3: literally stole the money, right, the mob siphon the money
- 39:57Speaker 3: off the take right. In other words, if the mob
- 40:00Speaker 3: made I don't know, let's say he made a million
- 40:02Speaker 3: dollars today, they would grab they would skim one hundred
- 40:06Speaker 3: million off the billion this year, so they might pay
- 40:10Speaker 3: taxes on the nine hundred million that's left over, but
- 40:12Speaker 3: they'd have one hundred million in cash that they never
- 40:15Speaker 3: pay any tax on. It's called the skim. This is
- 40:18Speaker 3: the government skim's that's what this is. This USAID agency
- 40:24Speaker 3: was the government skim. The CIA used it to pay
- 40:29Speaker 3: off everybody that they needed to put out propaganda, to
- 40:34Speaker 3: censor conservatives like Wayne Rout. They paid Stamford to make
- 40:37Speaker 3: sure Wayne Root was censored. And by the way, I'll
- 40:39Speaker 3: be announcing my lawsuit against Stanford. I'm gonna sue these
- 40:43Speaker 3: mother truckers for one hundred million dollars. He's found the
- 40:46Speaker 3: best lawyer in the world. He's a Stanford lawyer, and
- 40:49Speaker 3: he's agreed to take my case. I'm signing the papers
- 40:51Speaker 3: tomorrow and we are announcing a lawsuit against Stamford. I'm
- 40:55Speaker 3: taking them on because they tried to damage my career
- 40:58Speaker 3: and destroy my career. They tried to kill of the
- 41:01Speaker 3: ability of me to put my words out there, my
- 41:05Speaker 3: tweets out there, my posts out there, my messages, to
- 41:08Speaker 3: build a fan base.
- 41:10Speaker 1: They made sure no one could hear Wayne Allen Root.
- 41:13Speaker 3: And who paid Stafford to do that, The government from
- 41:15Speaker 3: this US AID agency. So you know, that's why they're panicking.
- 41:24Speaker 3: That's why all the politicians are losing their minds. Elon
- 41:29Speaker 3: Musk is basically remember when Ron Paulson audit to fed
- 41:32Speaker 3: Elon Musk is auditing government agencies and he's finding out.
- 41:36Speaker 3: He's stumbled onto the fact that they're stealing all the
- 41:39Speaker 3: money and they're propping up the liberal media.
- 41:41Speaker 1: No one's ever propped me up.
- 41:43Speaker 3: I got to go out there and hustle twenty four
- 41:45Speaker 3: hours a day to find advertisers. The liberal media doesn't
- 41:48Speaker 3: have to, you know why, because the government just gives
- 41:49Speaker 3: them twenty million.
- 41:50Speaker 1: The government gives them thirty million.
- 41:52Speaker 3: The government gives them, I think one hundred million in
- 41:53Speaker 3: the case of Politico.
- 41:56Speaker 1: New York Times. How about NBR and PBS.
- 41:59Speaker 3: The government pays their bills. None of us get that
- 42:03Speaker 3: to Walk Media network. Government doesn't give you any money.
- 42:06Speaker 3: Real America's Voice, covement doesn't give you any money. Lind
- 42:09Speaker 3: Del TV covement doesn't give you any money. We're on
- 42:12Speaker 3: our own, hustling all day finding source some money. And
- 42:17Speaker 3: this is why they're panicking, because the liberal media is
- 42:20Speaker 3: gonna go out of business if Elon Musk gets his way.
- 42:23Speaker 3: Number one, we're shutting it all down. And number two,
- 42:25Speaker 3: the liberal media will not exist anymore. Politico is going
- 42:29Speaker 3: out of business. The New York Times will go out
- 42:31Speaker 3: of business. PBS will go to business without government funding,
- 42:34Speaker 3: NPR will go to business without public funding, ABC, NBCCBS.
- 42:39Speaker 3: They all stole the money, they were bribed to censor
- 42:43Speaker 3: Wayne Root and all the Wayne Roots out there who
- 42:46Speaker 3: were saying the vaccine is deadly, who are saying the
- 42:48Speaker 3: election was stolen. Censorship, stolen money, bribery, weaponization of government.
- 42:54Speaker 3: It's all tied together. Elon is stumbled into the biggest
- 42:57Speaker 3: scandal and scam I've ever seen. But it's only the
- 43:00Speaker 3: second biggest scandal in history because the stolen election was
- 43:04Speaker 3: number one.
- 43:05Speaker 1: I'm Wayne el Route. Have a great night. We'll see tomorrow.
- 43:07Speaker 1: We'll find out more in the next few days.
