Fire Breaks Out, Family Escapes Safely | Duluth News
A fire erupted at a manufactured home near Kimball Street in Ashland around 2:30 AM, with flames rapidly spreading across two sides. Thankfully, all seven residents and two dogs escaped safely, and firefighters contained the blaze within 15 minutes.
