Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: I didn't know Tanya before this conversation. Someone reached out
- 0:05Speaker 1: to me and asked if I'd consider having her on
- 0:07Speaker 1: the podcast, and after spending time on her website, I
- 0:10Speaker 1: was intrigued. What I found during our conversation was someone
- 0:14Speaker 1: who cares very deeply about helping people trust themselves and
- 0:17Speaker 1: integrate spirituality into their everyday life. I really enjoyed getting
- 0:22Speaker 1: to know her, and I thought you might enjoy meeting
- 0:24Speaker 1: her as well. So here's my conversation with Tanya Hoe.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Welcome to Mediumship Sparks, where we connect more deeply with
- 0:42Speaker 1: spirit and source and follow the sparks of insight and
- 0:45Speaker 1: inspiration that bring us greater awareness, healing, and just more
- 0:49Speaker 1: flow into our lives. I'm Noel dean intuitive medium, licensed therapist.
- 0:53Speaker 2: And your host.
- 0:54Speaker 1: A quick note before we begin. This podcast is for
- 0:57Speaker 1: educational purposes only and provides general information in It is
- 1:00Speaker 1: not medical or psychological advice, and is not a substitute
- 1:03Speaker 1: for care from a licensed health professional. I'm so grateful
- 1:06Speaker 1: we get to step into this together. Let's dig in.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Mediumship Sparks.
- 1:11Speaker 3: We have a special guest today.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Her name is Tanya Ho and she is with us
- 1:16Speaker 1: from Thailand. Tanya, it would be an honor to hear
- 1:19Speaker 1: you explain some of your background in some of the
- 1:22Speaker 1: work that you do.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Noel for having me today. My
- 1:28Speaker 2: name is Tanya Ho.
- 1:29Speaker 4: I'm urgently from Hong Kong, but now I've been living
- 1:32Speaker 4: here in Thailand for the last thirteen years. I am
- 1:36Speaker 4: an intuitive soul guide, meaning I help people to reconnect.
- 1:40Speaker 2: With their heart and soul.
- 1:42Speaker 4: And another role that I do is I run the
- 1:44Speaker 4: retreat center here. I run the retreat center called Museplower
- 1:47Speaker 4: Retreat and SPA. We are based in the north end
- 1:50Speaker 4: of Thailand called ching rab And. Our retreat offers yoga retreat, meditation, SPA,
- 1:56Speaker 4: holidays and soulful retreats, allowing people to come mere, to recharge,
- 2:01Speaker 4: to reconnect with nature and through that to reconnect with themselves.
- 2:05Speaker 1: I noticed on your website there are some services that
- 2:08Speaker 1: you offer online that sound like something people would do
- 2:11Speaker 1: in person.
- 2:15Speaker 4: We do so for the fire really ceremony. We do
- 2:18Speaker 4: that here in person every full moon because expullment's a
- 2:22Speaker 4: really good time to do any release work.
- 2:24Speaker 2: And so what we normally.
- 2:25Speaker 4: Do is we write down the things we want to release,
- 2:28Speaker 4: so it could be any old stories, limiting beliefs, any
- 2:31Speaker 4: heavy emotions, and.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Sometimes it could be memories.
- 2:34Speaker 4: People don't know why, but it just is a memory.
- 2:37Speaker 4: It's something that happened, and it can write it down
- 2:40Speaker 4: and then we're going to release and burn it to
- 2:42Speaker 4: the fire.
- 2:44Speaker 2: I have also done that online.
- 2:46Speaker 4: So it is easy to be able to do that
- 2:48Speaker 4: at home as well. What I love to do is
- 2:51Speaker 4: all the tools we offer and teach at the retreat center,
- 2:55Speaker 4: we're able to bring it back home to use it
- 2:58Speaker 4: in our daily life. So it's not like a one
- 3:00Speaker 4: time thing you do there, but you have to learn
- 3:02Speaker 4: all these tools, adding to your own toolblox, and then
- 3:05Speaker 4: you bring it back home and you're like, okay, oh yeah,
- 3:07Speaker 4: I remember I've done this, and so I can redo
- 3:10Speaker 4: this at a smaller scale or at home.
- 3:12Speaker 2: And so the online fire really sermone is.
- 3:15Speaker 4: That bringing that we don't have the big fire, but
- 3:17Speaker 4: you can small fire with a candle, and you can
- 3:20Speaker 4: do that at home.
- 3:22Speaker 3: I love that.
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's one thing to go somewhere and have a special treatment,
- 3:26Speaker 1: but it's not sustainable if you don't learn how to
- 3:28Speaker 1: do it or feel empowered to do it for yourself
- 3:30Speaker 1: and with all of these kinds of tools. We really
- 3:33Speaker 1: want people to have that sense of autonomy to support
- 3:38Speaker 1: themselves in that way, to reach out and to learn things,
- 3:41Speaker 1: but to really be able to comb through some of
- 3:43Speaker 1: the stuff that we end up coping with and empowering
- 3:47Speaker 1: and really unique ways to improve our environment.
- 3:50Speaker 3: So I love that you have quite a lot of services.
- 3:53Speaker 3: You have a podcast.
- 3:54Speaker 1: I was listening to the episode about the best protection
- 3:58Speaker 1: to protect your vibration. You're so thorough in how you
- 4:01Speaker 1: explain things. I talk about that type of thing at
- 4:04Speaker 1: times on my podcast, but I'm not nearly as organized
- 4:07Speaker 1: as you were and thoughtful.
- 4:08Speaker 3: About your list. One of the cool things.
- 4:10Speaker 1: I think you talked about was about raising your own
- 4:12Speaker 1: vibration and coming from a place of love even with
- 4:15Speaker 1: the concept of protection, because if you from fear, that's
- 4:19Speaker 1: already a lower vibration.
- 4:21Speaker 4: That's right, Yes, that's right. Because it's very hard for
- 4:26Speaker 4: me to think at a spot. So I have the
- 4:28Speaker 4: whole script that I read it out from, but I
- 4:31Speaker 4: do want to share exactly what you said. I think
- 4:35Speaker 4: sometimes when we think about protecting energy, we're thinking, oh,
- 4:37Speaker 4: because the outside world is very dangerous, and I need
- 4:40Speaker 4: to protect myself and it's.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Not what that is about.
- 4:43Speaker 4: It's stressing the point that when we're protecting energy, so
- 4:45Speaker 4: we're not ticking on other people's things, so we can
- 4:49Speaker 4: really focus on ourselves, we're really focusing on being a
- 4:52Speaker 4: true self and not being affected by people around us
- 4:56Speaker 4: or what's happening in our world.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Absolutely, it even brings up the idea of guarding our
- 5:03Speaker 1: mental health or our mental state. It's the same thing.
- 5:05Speaker 1: You touch on a lot of things in those episodes.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I just want to say, it doesn't sound like you're
- 5:09Speaker 1: reading it.
- 5:10Speaker 3: I admire that is important because you use a lot
- 5:15Speaker 3: of great.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Analogies about using lotion on your skin and protecting your skin,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and even washing your hands and food prep about the
- 5:22Speaker 1: idea of delving into different energies and then releasing that
- 5:26Speaker 1: being thoughtful ahead of time, and even wearing black clothing.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I know about black rocks and black stones, but I
- 5:32Speaker 1: don't know that I thought about black clothing.
- 5:35Speaker 3: That was a very practical tip.
- 5:37Speaker 4: Oh yes, yes, I learned that in a shamanic practice course.
- 5:42Speaker 4: In certain shamanic ceremonies, they would wear black clothes as
- 5:48Speaker 4: a form of protection the protective practitioner. There are other
- 5:51Speaker 4: practices that you've seen people will wear white clothes more
- 5:53Speaker 4: and more, but they're receiving the light.
- 5:56Speaker 2: So I think that's interesting to have both.
- 5:58Speaker 4: And I think the culture like you go to funeral also,
- 6:01Speaker 4: for example, I think in the Western culture it's very
- 6:03Speaker 4: similar to Asian Chinese cultures wearing black clothes or in
- 6:08Speaker 4: Asia as you can also wear white.
- 6:10Speaker 2: So it's white or black actually to attend the funeral.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Yeah, people wud probably look at you funny if you
- 6:17Speaker 1: wore white here, although there are times when we have
- 6:19Speaker 1: more celebrations of life than additional funerals, and sometimes people
- 6:24Speaker 1: are encouraged to wear color as a reflection of the
- 6:26Speaker 1: person's personality who recently departed. Yeah, but you.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Have a lot of different trainings. Maybe you could talk a.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Little bit more about some of the cool stuff that
- 6:36Speaker 1: you've done, because it's such a personal choice to find
- 6:39Speaker 1: practitioner or a teacher that we want to work with,
- 6:42Speaker 1: and having somebody knowing somebody's background about what interests them
- 6:47Speaker 1: can actually help us really make that choice.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Because we resonate with this part.
- 6:50Speaker 1: In this part, so you are trained in shamanic practices,
- 6:54Speaker 1: give us a little bit about.
- 6:55Speaker 3: What that means.
- 6:57Speaker 4: I'll come back to the first part of the question.
- 6:59Speaker 4: When you set first, I think when I set up
- 7:01Speaker 4: an into soul guide, guiding people back through their heart
- 7:04Speaker 4: and to their soul. And the big theme.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Topic that I do it through, it's through intuition.
- 7:10Speaker 4: It was learning how to trust your intuition. Is this
- 7:13Speaker 4: my intuition or just my mind trusting intuition?
- 7:17Speaker 2: There's different layers.
- 7:18Speaker 4: I know this my intuition, but do I act on it?
- 7:20Speaker 4: Do I take that leave of faith? Do I act
- 7:22Speaker 4: on it? And it's also this constant journey because sometimes
- 7:25Speaker 4: when we did act on the intuition, the outcome was
- 7:27Speaker 4: not as we expect it, and then we lose a
- 7:29Speaker 4: little faith in ourselves. Well lease some confidence. But sharing
- 7:33Speaker 4: my own experience on teaching people how we can live
- 7:36Speaker 4: with clarity, we have more clarity with learning to trust
- 7:39Speaker 4: our intuition, but also building confidence encourage to act on
- 7:44Speaker 4: the intuition because that was my own journey as well.
- 7:47Speaker 4: And another part of my work is helping more sensitive people.
- 7:52Speaker 2: I do believe everyone.
- 7:54Speaker 4: Of course they're all sensitive, but some people are more sensitive.
- 7:57Speaker 4: The highly sensitive people are the mpath and only a
- 8:01Speaker 4: few years ago I embraced myself to see as an EmPATH.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Even within an EmPATH, there's a whole spectrum. And I
- 8:07Speaker 4: read that from Anita with Johnny's book called Sensitive is
- 8:10Speaker 4: New Strong. This is a really good book. She has
- 8:12Speaker 4: this quizzle, so you can find out what type of
- 8:14Speaker 4: EmPATH you are. When I embrace that from myself, that's
- 8:17Speaker 4: why it inspired my podcast Embracing our sacred nature, then
- 8:21Speaker 4: a lot of things fall into places.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Oh that is actually how I am built energetically.
- 8:25Speaker 4: That's just same as our hair color, same as our
- 8:28Speaker 4: bone structure. There's nothing wrong with me. It's just this
- 8:32Speaker 4: is how I'm built. So once I embrace that and
- 8:35Speaker 4: learned that, okay, how I can work with it now,
- 8:39Speaker 4: not work against it. So learning how to masterize sensitivities
- 8:44Speaker 4: because they can be double edged swords. Right.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Sometimes when we're so sensitive energy, and when we don't.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Learn how to protect energy, then we pick up a
- 8:50Speaker 4: lot of other people's energies and we get burdened by that.
- 8:53Speaker 4: It is a gift, but we also have to learn
- 8:55Speaker 4: how to master and protect our energy so we are
- 8:57Speaker 4: not constantly influenced and affected by other people, especially for
- 9:02Speaker 4: the more sensitive souls. Another big part is linked together
- 9:07Speaker 4: of course, that I like to help sensitive soul to
- 9:11Speaker 4: really waken to their true powers, the true power recognize
- 9:14Speaker 4: sensitivity is their gift, your superpower, trusting themselves, trusting the intuition.
- 9:20Speaker 4: I'm going to act on the intuition now. See, this
- 9:22Speaker 4: is my gift, and how I can use this gift
- 9:25Speaker 4: to carry out my sole purpose or sole mission here on.
- 9:29Speaker 4: These gifts are here to help you learn and grow
- 9:32Speaker 4: as a soul, but also to help other people. Usually
- 9:34Speaker 4: I find for a lot of sensitive people they want
- 9:37Speaker 4: to help. They want to help the people around them,
- 9:40Speaker 4: especially am paths. Right, they feel good when people around
- 9:42Speaker 4: them feel good, so they want to help people around them.
- 9:46Speaker 4: So these are the things that I'm really passionate about,
- 9:49Speaker 4: and if theial amount of practice come into it. What
- 9:52Speaker 4: I love about it is because it is a path
- 9:54Speaker 4: of direct revelation, the same as the other things we
- 9:58Speaker 4: talk about, meaning there's no person in between to.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Tell you what to do.
- 10:03Speaker 4: Right, to have a direct revelation means you go direct
- 10:06Speaker 4: to the source, to your spirit animal, to your spirit guide.
- 10:09Speaker 4: They're your spiritual support team and you get your guidance
- 10:13Speaker 4: from them directly, and so you're not depending on somebody
- 10:17Speaker 4: in the middle. Of course, sometimes it's helpful to have
- 10:20Speaker 4: someone a practitioner, teacher to help because there's so many
- 10:23Speaker 4: blind spots sometime we don't see. So of course sometimes
- 10:26Speaker 4: we know you need somebody, but it's really going directly
- 10:30Speaker 4: to the divine wisdom, divine power, divine love that's within you,
- 10:34Speaker 4: that it's all around you that's helping you. So the
- 10:36Speaker 4: shamanic practices go into there, and so Samia practice. It's
- 10:40Speaker 4: really a way of life to see that everything in
- 10:43Speaker 4: the planet has a consciousness, like plant stones, they all
- 10:47Speaker 4: have a consciousness and working with them, animals, and there's
- 10:50Speaker 4: this whole realms of beings that we can't see with
- 10:54Speaker 4: our physical eyes that they're here to support us. They're
- 10:57Speaker 4: here to help us. We can connect with these beings
- 11:01Speaker 4: from different realms to help them support us our journey
- 11:04Speaker 4: here on Earth. And also everything is conscious, so the
- 11:07Speaker 4: land also has consciousness.
- 11:09Speaker 2: And I believe that.
- 11:10Speaker 4: There are helping spirits everywhere, So helping spirits on the land,
- 11:14Speaker 4: for example, our ancestors also are hero always cheering at
- 11:17Speaker 4: us on even though there's it's just a trauma, but
- 11:20Speaker 4: also there's gifts and wisdom and blessing from ancestors. We
- 11:23Speaker 4: can connect to different dimensions being to help them support us.
- 11:29Speaker 4: That is one way that a mind of persons help
- 11:31Speaker 4: us to connect with our expired guise and our spirit animals.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Love that.
- 11:37Speaker 1: I've never heard the term path of direct revelation, and
- 11:40Speaker 1: I am in love with it now because that's such
- 11:43Speaker 1: a cool way to talk about an intuitive soul guide
- 11:45Speaker 1: bringing people back to themselves, teaching them how to listen,
- 11:49Speaker 1: because we're goot really not to listen or not listen
- 11:51Speaker 1: very deeply, especially if it seems like an unpopular path
- 11:55Speaker 1: that we're feeling led to go towards. Giving people that
- 11:58Speaker 1: sense of agency over themselves something that's sustainable. I'm also
- 12:01Speaker 1: a believer to help somebody be more connected to themselves.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I rather devote my life to supporting people to feel
- 12:09Speaker 1: empowered with their own abilities and to see everybody as
- 12:13Speaker 1: capable of doing that to whatever degree they're actually interested
- 12:16Speaker 1: in pursuing it.
- 12:19Speaker 4: Yes, but the term is actually not from me. The
- 12:21Speaker 4: Path of direct revelation is from Sandra Ingerman. She's a
- 12:25Speaker 4: very famous stamonic practice teacher here in the States. I've
- 12:28Speaker 4: attended a few of her online courses and I have
- 12:30Speaker 4: read her books. She always emphasized the path of direct revelation.
- 12:34Speaker 1: So thank you for bringing her up, because I haven't
- 12:36Speaker 1: taken any of her courses or read her books yet.
- 12:38Speaker 1: You're the only person that I've ever seen that on
- 12:41Speaker 1: your website.
- 12:42Speaker 3: You have a page of people who inspire me.
- 12:46Speaker 1: And I thought you might have a couple of mentors
- 12:49Speaker 1: or maybe a few books, and the list kept going,
- 12:51Speaker 1: and I was just so impressed. That felt like such
- 12:53Speaker 1: an act of generosity for you to acknowledge these other
- 12:56Speaker 1: people that have impacted you. I've just never seen that before.
- 12:59Speaker 3: It was very touching to.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Credit people and also share about them with others.
- 13:05Speaker 4: Thank you. Do have to update that page, but yes,
- 13:08Speaker 4: she's still going to be on there. There are so
- 13:10Speaker 4: many great teachers out there doing great work and inspiring people,
- 13:14Speaker 4: and so there have been a lot of people on
- 13:18Speaker 4: my journey and even same as like the retreats that
- 13:20Speaker 4: and when people are like, yeah, you open the retreats, Yes,
- 13:22Speaker 4: that's not myself.
- 13:23Speaker 2: I didn't build it myself.
- 13:24Speaker 4: I have all these people helping me, and the same
- 13:27Speaker 4: as in my own healing journey, I have all these
- 13:28Speaker 4: people inspiring in different stages.
- 13:31Speaker 2: Of my life. Thank you so much for menstaring that.
- 13:34Speaker 4: I think you're the first person I heard because gave
- 13:36Speaker 4: feedback on oh yeah, I saw this on your website
- 13:38Speaker 4: and it's very inspiring, So thank you. I thank you
- 13:40Speaker 4: for Oh.
- 13:41Speaker 3: It's so cool. I might have to copy that.
- 13:43Speaker 1: If you're okay, then bad, just because it is nice
- 13:47Speaker 1: to give people credit for how they impact us. That
- 13:50Speaker 1: also teaches people about you and the books you've read,
- 13:53Speaker 1: the kind of classes that you've taken, and who has
- 13:55Speaker 1: influenced you, because they may resonate with the same person
- 13:58Speaker 1: like Sandra Ingerman.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Yeah, thank you, Thank you so much to your retreat center.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Are you the sole practitioner or do you have others
- 14:06Speaker 1: that work with you?
- 14:08Speaker 4: I do have another teacher, so we have two of us,
- 14:11Speaker 4: and occasionally I have a visiting as mainly me and
- 14:16Speaker 4: another person that because we have a yoga meditation. I
- 14:18Speaker 4: don't teach yo, so she's the one who teaches the yoga,
- 14:21Speaker 4: the physical exercise she going. She's the reiki master, so
- 14:24Speaker 4: she also teaches reiki. She does sounding like I've have
- 14:26Speaker 4: about twenty staff. Everybody can multi task a little bit,
- 14:30Speaker 4: wear kind of different hands, and do more things, so
- 14:33Speaker 4: she does that. They teach you talk about different kind
- 14:36Speaker 4: of meditations, the fire, really ceremony, the shamanic practices. Another
- 14:40Speaker 4: thing that I work with is cacaal medicine that I
- 14:42Speaker 4: really love and love sharing that to the guest intuition development,
- 14:47Speaker 4: the protection energy protection tools. So have a workshop all
- 14:50Speaker 4: about that, and then we do also sometimes have specific
- 14:53Speaker 4: theme retreats. In a few days we are doing a
- 14:56Speaker 4: family Wellness retreat. It's the very first one for families
- 15:00Speaker 4: with their children. There's sessions for adults, sessions for kids only.
- 15:04Speaker 4: In December, we're going to do another one called Sacred
- 15:07Speaker 4: Rest with nature with my friend from Singapore and Cold
- 15:11Speaker 4: fagilitating this retreat for people to experience the seven types
- 15:14Speaker 4: of rest.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Have you heard about the seven types of rest?
- 15:16Speaker 4: It's inspired by a book called Sacred Rest by Sandra
- 15:19Speaker 4: Dalton Smith. She explains there are seven types of rest,
- 15:23Speaker 4: so besides physical rest, because usually we think of rest
- 15:26Speaker 4: as just sleeping lying down, and in fact, when she
- 15:28Speaker 4: explains physical rest, it is not just sleeping, it is
- 15:32Speaker 4: actually your body needs some kind of movement to relieve tension.
- 15:36Speaker 4: So physical rest can look at actually stretching like massage,
- 15:40Speaker 4: not only just sleeping, and then there's emotional rest, mental rest,
- 15:45Speaker 4: spiritual rest, creative rest, sensory rest, and social rest.
- 15:52Speaker 2: And so she talk about all.
- 15:53Speaker 4: These different rest in different areas because sometimes you feel like,
- 15:56Speaker 4: oh I just sleep, I have my eight hours, but
- 15:58Speaker 4: why I still feel so tired. We want to wake
- 16:00Speaker 4: up so drained because it could be emotional rest, mental rest,
- 16:04Speaker 4: social rest. So there's different areas. So we were inspired
- 16:07Speaker 4: by the concept of her book and we create this
- 16:09Speaker 4: retreat where people can come and rest in these seven
- 16:13Speaker 4: different type of rest. There's different invitations to rest on
- 16:17Speaker 4: my friend she vicitates for spathing and yoga nida and
- 16:20Speaker 4: we do also the shamanic journey for example, to connect
- 16:24Speaker 4: with their spirit animal spirad guide. That's part of a
- 16:27Speaker 4: spiritual rest that we do Cakau for example, It's part
- 16:30Speaker 4: of the emotional resk because we'll drink accow medicine what
- 16:33Speaker 4: helps to us to bring back into our heart, bring
- 16:36Speaker 4: back to the present moment, and will practice forgiveness if
- 16:39Speaker 4: do we do a forgiveness practice that's linked to emotional rest.
- 16:42Speaker 4: The rest invitations linked throughout the retreat that's going to
- 16:45Speaker 4: be in December, end of the year before Christmas hits
- 16:49Speaker 4: after this whole year is good to have this time
- 16:51Speaker 4: to wrap up the past year and then to rest
- 16:54Speaker 4: and they have this renewed sense of energy.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Before you enter the new year.
- 16:58Speaker 4: That's another thing that retreats that we do here a
- 17:02Speaker 4: muse Flower. Besides the in person sessions when people come here,
- 17:06Speaker 4: besides the classes I teach, I do a private session
- 17:09Speaker 4: with oracle card reading. It's for helping people to find
- 17:12Speaker 4: clarity in their next step. Maybe they are going through
- 17:15Speaker 4: some kind of transition, they're going through some challenges and
- 17:18Speaker 4: so then can have a little bit more clarity. But
- 17:20Speaker 4: what I do reading is always a two way conversation.
- 17:23Speaker 4: So I will ask them to actually look at the cards,
- 17:26Speaker 4: so it's for them to tap into their intuition, right,
- 17:29Speaker 4: what do you see in the car?
- 17:29Speaker 2: How do you feel?
- 17:31Speaker 4: And for them to tell me, And then I would
- 17:33Speaker 4: tell them this is actually what's happening inside you, that's
- 17:35Speaker 4: what's happening in your inner world. When then the conversation
- 17:39Speaker 4: goes and we'll always let them finish a session with
- 17:41Speaker 4: some kind of key takeaway, some kind of take away
- 17:43Speaker 4: action that they can actually use and do when they
- 17:46Speaker 4: go back home. Just one thing just one thing that
- 17:49Speaker 4: you can do when you go back, and then I
- 17:51Speaker 4: will follow up with them a week later and I'm like,
- 17:53Speaker 4: how are you optional? You don't have to do it,
- 17:55Speaker 4: there's no pressure, but just how are you? Did you
- 17:58Speaker 4: get to do what we talk about.
- 18:01Speaker 1: That's great because it gives a real flavor for what
- 18:04Speaker 1: you do.
- 18:04Speaker 3: And it sounds like this.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I'd never heard of the seven types of rest, and
- 18:07Speaker 1: I love that because I'm sure everybody listening can relate
- 18:11Speaker 1: to that.
- 18:12Speaker 3: But you can get.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Physical rest, but if socially you're exhausted or energetically you're exhausted,
- 18:17Speaker 1: it doesn't matter how much sleep you get, you still
- 18:20Speaker 1: feel pretty crappy. The workshop that you described, it just
- 18:23Speaker 1: sounds so thoughtful in all these different layers of how
- 18:26Speaker 1: you're intertwining these different types of rest to help people learn.
- 18:30Speaker 1: I'm hearing from everything you're describing this practicality of teaching
- 18:35Speaker 1: things that they can take home with them, even following up.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I can be super lazy about that unless somebody had
- 18:40Speaker 1: a really tough session, but it is nice to support
- 18:44Speaker 1: people when something big has moved or they're going to
- 18:48Speaker 1: move it soon. Even just hearing your voice, I'm sure
- 18:51Speaker 1: seeing your face. If you do it over zoom is
- 18:53Speaker 1: going to bring them right back to that session where
- 18:55Speaker 1: they felt empowered and seen and given support and suggestions
- 19:00Speaker 1: from spirit through you.
- 19:02Speaker 3: And that you involve them is even cooler.
- 19:04Speaker 1: But it's easy to just show up to receive a
- 19:07Speaker 1: reading and to be pretty passive about that. I have
- 19:10Speaker 1: people that we practice together, and that's been a part
- 19:12Speaker 1: of my life for years now, and I love that.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I love the objectivity. Somebody can bring up their whole
- 19:17Speaker 1: perspective of how they pick up information on mine, and
- 19:20Speaker 1: then I get to be educated in all these ways.
- 19:23Speaker 1: It's just so nice to participate that you invite people
- 19:27Speaker 1: to do that.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Yes, I also learned it from my friend, one of
- 19:30Speaker 4: the people I put on the Inspired list in the
- 19:33Speaker 4: early stages when I started. She also does terror Cart reading.
- 19:36Speaker 4: She taught me people honestly only believe in what they say,
- 19:41Speaker 4: so you can tell them anything you want and on
- 19:44Speaker 4: their receiving, of course, they will pick up key things
- 19:47Speaker 4: because in the podcast they listen to this podcast, they
- 19:49Speaker 4: will pick up the key things. But then when they
- 19:51Speaker 4: say it themselves, it's much more powerful because they believe
- 19:54Speaker 4: in themselves. It's much more powerful. When it's coming out
- 19:57Speaker 4: from their own mouth. When they actually say it and
- 19:59Speaker 4: they knowledge it, it.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Just goes the layer deeper.
- 20:03Speaker 4: It inspires them more to take action. Psychologically, we know
- 20:06Speaker 4: we have to exercise more, or logically we know we
- 20:08Speaker 4: have to do these things, but sometimes we're like, ah,
- 20:11Speaker 4: we don't feel so motivated, we don't get to do it.
- 20:13Speaker 4: But when we say it ourselves, it changesself.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Absolutely, and it also shows you've taken in the information
- 20:20Speaker 1: incorporated it within yourself. Yes, Sometimes in readings people get
- 20:25Speaker 1: a lot of information, so hearing them feedback to you
- 20:29Speaker 1: they're one big takeaway or something like that, you can
- 20:32Speaker 1: see that they were able to grasp the information. Sometimes
- 20:36Speaker 1: the information that comes through in readings can be metaphorical
- 20:40Speaker 1: or symbolic. It might make sense to us because it's
- 20:43Speaker 1: not our life. But once people have a hard time
- 20:45Speaker 1: taking information in, if they're a bit more of a
- 20:48Speaker 1: concrete thinker, they may have a different process and there's
- 20:51Speaker 1: a lot of things that could get lost in translation.
- 20:54Speaker 1: What do you love most about being an intuitive soul guide?
- 20:58Speaker 2: Thank you for that.
- 20:59Speaker 4: I so a part of me is like that with
- 21:03Speaker 4: the EmPATH I think there's this I feel good when
- 21:07Speaker 4: people feel good around me, and so it's really I
- 21:10Speaker 4: wanted to help people to feel good.
- 21:12Speaker 2: And I think it's just in my own journey.
- 21:15Speaker 4: And I think often when we teach things that have
- 21:18Speaker 4: inspired and healed us.
- 21:20Speaker 2: And so in my case is.
- 21:22Speaker 4: I've always put like trust outside of me. Oh I
- 21:28Speaker 4: see this teacher and I've used to put them on
- 21:31Speaker 4: a pedestal and oh my god, they know everything and
- 21:33Speaker 4: I'm just gonna blindly follow this person. I learned my
- 21:36Speaker 4: lesson even in the last ten years during this work
- 21:39Speaker 4: teaching and sharing. It's always coming back to intuition when
- 21:42Speaker 4: they feel stuck. A lot of times feel step is
- 21:44Speaker 4: because the heart says one thing, the intuition says one thing,
- 21:47Speaker 4: but the mind kicks in, we can't do that to
- 21:49Speaker 4: keep us safe right the fear and help the overthinking,
- 21:52Speaker 4: and then we don't get to do what our heart
- 21:54Speaker 4: calls us to do, our soul causes to do. And
- 21:56Speaker 4: then that it feels stuck and then they're like, why
- 21:59Speaker 4: I'm I feel so stuck. I can't I want to
- 22:01Speaker 4: do this, but I can't. Oftentimes the mind only sees
- 22:05Speaker 4: is this or that option AARB and there's always a
- 22:08Speaker 4: reminder like there's an option C and a D. There's
- 22:11Speaker 4: infinite possibilities for the universe. And then they're like, oh, yes,
- 22:14Speaker 4: I see that a lot in people that when they
- 22:17Speaker 4: feel stuck on an emotional level, mental level, or on
- 22:21Speaker 4: an energetic level as well. I feel like it's really
- 22:24Speaker 4: always going.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Back to learning to trust your intuition.
- 22:27Speaker 4: Like having this this deeper trust to me, it's the
- 22:29Speaker 4: reflection when you trust your intuition, you're trusting the universe
- 22:32Speaker 4: or you're trusting this bigger presence around you to support you,
- 22:35Speaker 4: so you're not just relying on yourself. One more reason
- 22:39Speaker 4: was that my dad passed away when I was twenty five.
- 22:42Speaker 2: My dad had depression. That was also what inspired.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Me when I come into the retreat center and when
- 22:47Speaker 4: I explain I want a displace for people to reconnect.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Themselves, it was that I've seen have suffered a lot.
- 22:52Speaker 4: It's all this emotional and mental thing that he suffered
- 22:55Speaker 4: a lot.
- 22:56Speaker 2: He couldn't do this like you used to.
- 22:58Speaker 4: It was almost twenty years ago, and there's a big
- 23:00Speaker 4: stigma and mental health. He had a lot of resistance
- 23:03Speaker 4: in taking the antidepressant because it would mean something he
- 23:07Speaker 4: was not proud of. There was all these things that
- 23:10Speaker 4: I feel like, oh when we travel somewhere, and I
- 23:12Speaker 4: love spas and that's my background. Also to go for
- 23:14Speaker 4: a massage, yes, to feel great, but where's the deeper
- 23:18Speaker 4: work that can help.
- 23:19Speaker 2: With the emotional part or the mental part. When I
- 23:22Speaker 2: learned reiki twenty one really changed my world.
- 23:25Speaker 4: Oh my god, why didn't we actually learn because we
- 23:28Speaker 4: never learned that at school? Everything is just frequency right,
- 23:31Speaker 4: we could see that. I think that would help a
- 23:34Speaker 4: lot of people feeling stuffed, feeling depressed, just to be
- 23:36Speaker 4: able to see and to learn that all these things
- 23:40Speaker 4: and unseen world right, like the things that we cannot
- 23:42Speaker 4: see with physical eyes, that they're there.
- 23:46Speaker 3: And to dig deeper, to go into intuition. There's so many.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Layers and what you just said, there's a lot of
- 23:51Speaker 1: layers of what you shared, And thank you for sharing
- 23:53Speaker 1: those things. When you said about following teachers blindly, I
- 23:57Speaker 1: had that experience myself with a psychic and who had
- 24:00Speaker 1: bad intentions. So I learned in the hard way and
- 24:03Speaker 1: I'm still trying to figure out how to feel about
- 24:08Speaker 1: myself as a facilitator to never put people in a
- 24:12Speaker 1: position to follow me blindly or anything that I say,
- 24:15Speaker 1: or to put myself as some kind of authority, I
- 24:18Speaker 1: mean doing a podcast, teaching a class, talking to people.
- 24:22Speaker 1: We don't really know how they're going to think of us,
- 24:26Speaker 1: so really being mindful of managing that so carefully and
- 24:30Speaker 1: not letting ego get involved with it could create some
- 24:33Speaker 1: weirdness for people, and teaching people to use their own discernment.
- 24:37Speaker 1: You're right if you feel like you're unsafe in an
- 24:40Speaker 1: unsafe world, it's hard to listen to your intuition. If
- 24:43Speaker 1: you can help people feel safe enough within themselves to
- 24:48Speaker 1: start listening and then test it, even if you do
- 24:50Speaker 1: get the results you weren't expecting, but the bigger picture
- 24:54Speaker 1: of it, and then you learn to trust even more,
- 24:57Speaker 1: and then it's trusting yourself than trusting the universe, and
- 24:59Speaker 1: bring back and forth until you start to feel safer.
- 25:03Speaker 1: And that's similar to my journey, also really wanting to
- 25:06Speaker 1: help people. It does feel good to be around people
- 25:09Speaker 1: who feel good, but it is also really nice to
- 25:12Speaker 1: feel like legacy that we leave is the trail of
- 25:17Speaker 1: I was this way and then I moved myself and
- 25:20Speaker 1: I learned these things, and I dropped these little tools
- 25:23Speaker 1: and hints and pieces of information for other people to
- 25:26Speaker 1: find also, just like I did, so that we can
- 25:29Speaker 1: all pick ourselves up a bit more feel a sense
- 25:31Speaker 1: of community, certainly a sense of community with our spirit team.
- 25:35Speaker 1: I don't know much about shamanic practices, but I feel
- 25:38Speaker 1: like I have a very shamanic mindset of the meanings
- 25:41Speaker 1: to everything. Pretty much everything has consciousness. I do talk
- 25:44Speaker 1: to my crystals.
- 25:45Speaker 3: We have a fish tank. I check in with the
- 25:47Speaker 3: fish if they need more food.
- 25:49Speaker 1: I was recently thinking about connecting with tree energy when
- 25:52Speaker 1: I was feeling desperate to fall asleep. That just seemed
- 25:54Speaker 1: like the right thing to do, so I did that.
- 25:56Speaker 1: It's so cool to feel a part of this active,
- 25:58Speaker 1: dynamic world and you start really tuning in.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Yes, I'm really sorry to hear about.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Your dad and depression. That would have been a very
- 26:06Speaker 1: hard thing to witness. His daughter helping people feel more
- 26:10Speaker 1: empowered and connected and have more compassion for themselves, I'm
- 26:14Speaker 1: sure is something that would get you out of.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Bed every day.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Thank you, Thank you for saying that.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 26:20Speaker 4: With the question when you're starting like why you wanted
- 26:22Speaker 4: to do that, it's like, yeah, it started with someone
- 26:25Speaker 4: feels good want to help people. But it's really Yes,
- 26:28Speaker 4: the part of seeing how difficult it was for him,
- 26:31Speaker 4: and that was more than fifteen years ago, but I
- 26:33Speaker 4: still see depression or mental health issues is still. It's
- 26:37Speaker 4: more there's more awareness now, which it's great, and more
- 26:39Speaker 4: people acknowledging that they have it and not to say lightly,
- 26:44Speaker 4: oh you should just do this and then it's going
- 26:45Speaker 4: to go away. There's so many layers to it, but
- 26:47Speaker 4: definitely having more practices and tools to help with the
- 26:51Speaker 4: emotional health and mental health. And to me, it's always
- 26:55Speaker 4: going back also that spiritual connection. To me, that's like
- 26:58Speaker 4: the biggest support we can rely on in life is
- 27:02Speaker 4: and the biggest love that we can receive, that's from
- 27:05Speaker 4: that spiritual connection. However, you're connected just to this bigger presence.
- 27:09Speaker 2: But I know that when people.
- 27:11Speaker 4: Especially when you're working you're in a city, we're just
- 27:14Speaker 4: so used to like, oh, yeah, we're working constantly, we're
- 27:18Speaker 4: building our own personal brand, my business where I don't
- 27:20Speaker 4: bring people.
- 27:20Speaker 2: In and stuff.
- 27:21Speaker 4: Sometimes we can forget about that spiritual connection. We can
- 27:25Speaker 4: forget that there's still actually a lot of that unseen
- 27:28Speaker 4: world that to forget to tap into that interwovenness that
- 27:34Speaker 4: we actually have with nature with everything, and to be
- 27:37Speaker 4: able also to receive answers, clarity, and guidance from nature.
- 27:41Speaker 4: I love nature as we live in nature, our retreats,
- 27:44Speaker 4: that is in the forest, lots of trees and flowers
- 27:48Speaker 4: and birds around. Even just being by nature we don't
- 27:51Speaker 4: do anything. It can be also very healing too.
- 27:55Speaker 1: I was wondering if this was going to feel right
- 27:57Speaker 1: to come up. So I was driving today and I
- 27:59Speaker 1: had the windows down my car, and this hasn't happened
- 28:01Speaker 1: to me before, but a dragonfly came into my car.
- 28:05Speaker 1: It was kind of small, and I had this moment
- 28:07Speaker 1: of oh, crap, did they sting. I got a little
- 28:10Speaker 1: worried at first because I didn't know and I didn't
- 28:13Speaker 1: do anything. It just came over near the steering wheel
- 28:15Speaker 1: and sat there for a moment and then went about
- 28:17Speaker 1: his business. I live in a small, somewhat suburban area
- 28:21Speaker 1: of San Diego County in California. There is nature around,
- 28:25Speaker 1: but I'm not in it as much as I would
- 28:27Speaker 1: like to be. I feel a connection to birds or
- 28:29Speaker 1: we have squirrels. I looked up the spiritual meaning of dragonfly,
- 28:32Speaker 1: which was very validating, and I'm so glad. But it
- 28:35Speaker 1: was just so nice to have this unique run in
- 28:36Speaker 1: with nature in this way. I didn't expect and get
- 28:40Speaker 1: a little message, but that was really cool to be
- 28:42Speaker 1: so close to this beautiful and delicate looking creature.
- 28:46Speaker 2: I love dragonflies.
- 28:48Speaker 4: We have a lot here, especially when it rains. Sometimes
- 28:51Speaker 4: not very anaale encounter would be a fine but sometimes
- 28:54Speaker 4: you can feel it and there's the sense of knowing
- 28:56Speaker 4: the You could feel that it is something.
- 28:58Speaker 2: More special, right.
- 29:00Speaker 4: And I also had a dragonfly encounter last year. I
- 29:06Speaker 4: was thinking if I should go to this event in
- 29:09Speaker 4: Bangkok and Thailand, and it's called Dragonfly, so the event
- 29:13Speaker 4: was called Dragonfly. I was thinking I should go, and
- 29:15Speaker 4: in the morning when I woke up and it came
- 29:17Speaker 4: to my meditation altar, that was a dead one but
- 29:21Speaker 4: it was a dragonfly on the altar, and I was like, okay,
- 29:24Speaker 4: I take that as a sign that I should totally
- 29:27Speaker 4: go to this event called Dragonfly. Because there was a
- 29:29Speaker 4: dead dragonfly showing up for me and my altar.
- 29:33Speaker 2: I love that.
- 29:33Speaker 4: That's communication nature. Nature itself has this big consciousness. One
- 29:38Speaker 4: of the practices we do here is called the Medicine Walk.
- 29:40Speaker 4: It's just you going in nature, but you carry this
- 29:43Speaker 4: question in your mind, and you're paying attention with your
- 29:47Speaker 4: intuition to see how nature is answering your question with
- 29:52Speaker 4: the things that you get to notice. What's drawing your eyes,
- 29:55Speaker 4: what's drawing your attention. It could be a sound if
- 29:57Speaker 4: you saw something, and what kind of metaph it might
- 30:01Speaker 4: mean to you or what kind of insight might come
- 30:03Speaker 4: through as you walk through nature.
- 30:05Speaker 2: But with the intention to have.
- 30:06Speaker 4: This question, I'm looking for this answer. I'm open to
- 30:09Speaker 4: the answer for the guidance from nature.
- 30:12Speaker 1: That feels like another practical example of giving somebody an
- 30:17Speaker 1: experience of something that they could do anywhere. They could
- 30:19Speaker 1: do that on the beach if they're not out where
- 30:21Speaker 1: there are a lot of trees. I did see on
- 30:23Speaker 1: your website the picture of the property where you have
- 30:26Speaker 1: the retreat, and it looks gorgeous.
- 30:27Speaker 3: It just looks lush and green and very rich.
- 30:32Speaker 4: So this is like the northern part of Thailand, and
- 30:35Speaker 4: hopefully you'll have one day to come and visit Thailand.
- 30:37Speaker 4: So northern Parching ride chang Mai is actually more like
- 30:40Speaker 4: the mountains and the lakes, the rivers, and then the
- 30:44Speaker 4: south of Thailand's usually with the beaches, the islands and
- 30:48Speaker 4: the ocean.
- 30:49Speaker 2: So it's nice.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Actually in tailand to have both just the north and
- 30:52Speaker 4: the south.
- 30:53Speaker 3: In California, we have a nice mixture of things.
- 30:56Speaker 1: There's many hours of driving in between, but you can
- 30:59Speaker 1: end up in snow mountains or be down in Baja
- 31:02Speaker 1: California the beaches where it's warm. Not as much a mercy,
- 31:05Speaker 1: I think, is what you have, but it's really beautiful
- 31:07Speaker 1: here too. What else do you think would be something
- 31:10Speaker 1: you would want people to know about you as a practitioner,
- 31:14Speaker 1: as someone who's worked on herself to empower yourself to
- 31:18Speaker 1: be more connected to.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Your own soul.
- 31:21Speaker 1: What would you want people to.
- 31:22Speaker 4: Know about you? To know about me, I'll just talk
- 31:25Speaker 4: of my style, and probably everybody has different style, and
- 31:28Speaker 4: there are so many practitioners out there, and everybody's doing
- 31:31Speaker 4: great work helping different people in different areas.
- 31:34Speaker 2: My vision is to help.
- 31:36Speaker 4: People, but to be able to.
- 31:39Speaker 2: When we say awakening to me is being.
- 31:41Speaker 4: Able to trust themselves and trust the universe or the
- 31:45Speaker 4: divine all around.
- 31:46Speaker 2: I see myself as a guide.
- 31:48Speaker 4: It's like I open the door and I show you, Okay,
- 31:51Speaker 4: this is one way, but it's up to you.
- 31:53Speaker 2: You have to take the step.
- 31:55Speaker 4: Right I can't do the work for you, but I
- 31:57Speaker 4: will show you. And the practices I've shared are practice
- 32:00Speaker 4: that have healed myself. First, I'm someone who need to
- 32:03Speaker 4: try it out with myself, even for reiki. When I
- 32:05Speaker 4: first went reiki, I just want to see if energies
- 32:07Speaker 4: was real. I want to see is this real? And
- 32:09Speaker 4: then it's real? And so all the things I share
- 32:11Speaker 4: with people are things that are basically trying to settle myself,
- 32:14Speaker 4: because atis I wouldn't share it with other people. It's
- 32:17Speaker 4: things that I have integrated into my life that have
- 32:19Speaker 4: healed me, and then I would have the confidence to
- 32:22Speaker 4: share it because I lived it myself. But that's why
- 32:24Speaker 4: the practical part is important. To be able to integrate
- 32:28Speaker 4: spirituality in our daily life. It's not just something that
- 32:31Speaker 4: you do. You sit in medication an hour and what
- 32:33Speaker 4: happens in the next twenty three hours, right, So we
- 32:36Speaker 4: have to bring whatever in that practice you have to
- 32:39Speaker 4: be able to bring in real life.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Most people we still.
- 32:41Speaker 4: Have to pay bills, right say, have to work, you
- 32:43Speaker 4: have children to take care of, we have elderly parents
- 32:46Speaker 4: to take care of. For me, spirituality is yes, it
- 32:48Speaker 4: would be great to come to retreat and I love
- 32:49Speaker 4: and please yes, come for a retreat and because it
- 32:52Speaker 4: is life changing, because you're stepping away from the daily life.
- 32:55Speaker 4: And the more important way is what you can bring
- 32:58Speaker 4: back to your daily life as a change person now, right,
- 33:02Speaker 4: to really help yourself and to be sustainable. That is
- 33:05Speaker 4: something very important always to be able to take whatever
- 33:09Speaker 4: that is, to be integrated into your day life and
- 33:11Speaker 4: to really to live the dream life that you desire,
- 33:14Speaker 4: because that's what we're here for too. We didn't come
- 33:16Speaker 4: here to suffer. We have here.
- 33:19Speaker 2: I believe we all are soul.
- 33:20Speaker 4: We come here to learn and evolve, but also at
- 33:24Speaker 4: the same time we have to carry out still mission, yes,
- 33:26Speaker 4: and feel very fulfilling, but.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Also to have fun too.
- 33:29Speaker 4: It's not like all sticks that don't care. So enjoying
- 33:32Speaker 4: the pleasures in life. You are living as a divine being, right,
- 33:35Speaker 4: having a human sperien. When you're shining your light, when
- 33:38Speaker 4: you're living and joy, when you're living in purpose, you're
- 33:41Speaker 4: rating your light and your life. It's going to inspire
- 33:44Speaker 4: other people helping sense of soul to recognize their gifts
- 33:48Speaker 4: because that is the light. You have a message. Everybody
- 33:50Speaker 4: has a message that you can share. You never know
- 33:53Speaker 4: how that message can help other people, the other people
- 33:57Speaker 4: in your environment.
- 33:57Speaker 2: There could be a stranger.
- 34:00Speaker 4: Before I said, oh, thank you so much for sharing
- 34:02Speaker 4: that about my website. It's just so that you put
- 34:03Speaker 4: things out, you don't know who was going to see it,
- 34:06Speaker 4: I was going to receive it.
- 34:07Speaker 2: We never know.
- 34:08Speaker 4: Sometimes I feel like we put things out then maybe
- 34:10Speaker 4: nobody's respond but we never know where and how that's
- 34:13Speaker 4: going to lead to and how that's going to help
- 34:15Speaker 4: people in different ways.
- 34:18Speaker 2: So I think that's what I want to share.
- 34:20Speaker 1: You're talking about the next step, digging down to get
- 34:25Speaker 1: more in touch with who we are, because we can
- 34:26Speaker 1: help other people better when we're being truer to ourselves.
- 34:30Speaker 1: But there's also that part of uncovering ourselves to ourselves.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I think that's what you're describing your retreats do, your
- 34:37Speaker 1: readings do, is helping people get in touch with.
- 34:39Speaker 3: That true part of themselves.
- 34:41Speaker 1: And that is a delicate trek to take, finding the
- 34:46Speaker 1: right timing, that sense of openness and somebody with integrity.
- 34:50Speaker 1: And what you described is you wouldn't try something on
- 34:54Speaker 1: somebody that you didn't already do on yourself that you've
- 34:57Speaker 1: seen evidence of how effective it can actually be, and
- 35:01Speaker 1: to have the integrity of knowing that and bringing all
- 35:04Speaker 1: of yourself and all of your skills and tools to
- 35:07Speaker 1: the people that you help because they need all those things,
- 35:11Speaker 1: and then that sparks all of those things in them
- 35:14Speaker 1: and then they get to live that way. I couldn't
- 35:16Speaker 1: have imagined even ten years ago living as connected as
- 35:21Speaker 1: I feel now. I don't think it's predictable what we're
- 35:24Speaker 1: actually capable or how it will feel when we reach
- 35:28Speaker 1: that next level in our own evolution and development. There
- 35:32Speaker 1: are parts we do on our own, but when we
- 35:34Speaker 1: find somebody who's a bit of a sherpa or a
- 35:36Speaker 1: guide that says, okay, hold on, let me get the
- 35:39Speaker 1: door for you, but you have to choose the path,
- 35:42Speaker 1: and then you also get to relate to yourself as
- 35:44Speaker 1: the person who chose the right path. And that just
- 35:47Speaker 1: feels so critical in a world where intuition, healing, reiki,
- 35:52Speaker 1: all these things are not taught in school and we're
- 35:55Speaker 1: socialized to not go inward. That we tend to goward
- 35:59Speaker 1: for everything, which is what has us look for teachers
- 36:02Speaker 1: and gurus at times which may not.
- 36:05Speaker 3: Always be healthy for us.
- 36:06Speaker 1: So finding that path within and then finding how we
- 36:11Speaker 1: can navigate as our own guide.
- 36:13Speaker 3: Eventually, once we really.
- 36:14Speaker 1: Learn how to pair down all the extra stuff that
- 36:17Speaker 1: we really don't need.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Your retreats, everything.
- 36:20Speaker 1: That you're talking about, all of your offerings just sound
- 36:22Speaker 1: really thoughtful and intentionally meant to support people to connect
- 36:27Speaker 1: to this deeper version of themselves. It we all benefit
- 36:30Speaker 1: from and we all need, even if we're not aware
- 36:32Speaker 1: of it.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Thank you, Thank you so much you say it's such
- 36:36Speaker 4: an eloquent way and inspiring for me too, because when
- 36:38Speaker 4: you ask me the question was for me too, Yeah,
- 36:41Speaker 4: I like to dig deep for myself. And then when
- 36:43Speaker 4: you reflect back to me what I said, I was like, yeah,
- 36:46Speaker 4: thank you, Noel, thank you for saying that. It's just
- 36:48Speaker 4: like it's like I probably have to re listen to
- 36:50Speaker 4: this for myself. Like because of course we're human. We
- 36:53Speaker 4: still have doubts. Sometimes we still have this overthinking.
- 36:56Speaker 2: So how to do it? Is people going to respond
- 36:58Speaker 2: to it?
- 36:58Speaker 4: Does it really help people? There?
- 37:01Speaker 1: Totally get that, And look, there's a humility in doing
- 37:03Speaker 1: this kind of work that is a double edged sort
- 37:07Speaker 1: because there's.
- 37:08Speaker 3: I feel that very much.
- 37:09Speaker 1: Sometimes there's always this little sheet of self doubt of
- 37:12Speaker 1: like I am really doing the thing I think I'm
- 37:15Speaker 1: doing right. I am really thinking about this program that's
- 37:18Speaker 1: going to help people, and working with my spirit team
- 37:21Speaker 1: to be in sync and in tune as I possibly
- 37:23Speaker 1: can be, because I don't have the faith in me
- 37:25Speaker 1: as just one person to really know what's going to
- 37:28Speaker 1: support other people.
- 37:29Speaker 3: I don't have all the answers, for sure.
- 37:32Speaker 1: I kind of love that about people who look at
- 37:34Speaker 1: themselves that way, because you're not the answer. You don't
- 37:37Speaker 1: know everything, and thank goodness you know that, because then
- 37:40Speaker 1: you get to keep learning and you keep growing. And
- 37:43Speaker 1: that's probably why you're a good teacher and a good
- 37:45Speaker 1: practitioner and you keep getting so excited about helping more
- 37:49Speaker 1: people is because you're.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Like, oh my gosh, look at me now. A year ago,
- 37:53Speaker 3: I wouldn't even have thought that. We get to witness our.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Own revelations and progress, and it's so amazing to me
- 38:00Speaker 1: how it can just keep going.
- 38:01Speaker 4: Actually, I love to share. If there's an insight, I
- 38:05Speaker 4: share it in a newslutter and the surprise that people
- 38:08Speaker 4: right back and say, oh my god, that was what
- 38:10Speaker 4: I was going through. So we all have very similar journeys.
- 38:13Speaker 2: When we share it, we can choose.
- 38:16Speaker 4: Not to share it because if we are doubting ourselves
- 38:19Speaker 4: and we're not sure, and then it takes away this
- 38:21Speaker 4: opportunity for connection.
- 38:23Speaker 2: And then there's a quote I'm a magazine.
- 38:25Speaker 4: I don't know who it's from, and I have it
- 38:27Speaker 4: because I cut it out and I put on a wall,
- 38:28Speaker 4: and it is Nature's medicine.
- 38:30Speaker 2: Food is medicine, and it is connection. It's medicine.
- 38:34Speaker 4: And so to me being able to when you share
- 38:36Speaker 4: something of people too late and see it.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Yeah, we're not alone.
- 38:39Speaker 4: On this journey, both on the physical level or there
- 38:42Speaker 4: are other people the experience them of things, and on
- 38:45Speaker 4: the spiritual and the general level, we are not alone
- 38:47Speaker 4: this journey because we have all these spiritual helpers helping
- 38:51Speaker 4: us do and so it just makes this journey more
- 38:56Speaker 4: fun less challenging.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Because everything we have to do everything by ourselves.
- 38:59Speaker 4: It's very hard that when we know we have our
- 39:02Speaker 4: friends and family supporting us. We have light minded people
- 39:04Speaker 4: that we resonate with what's going on our journeys. We
- 39:08Speaker 4: have friends that are reading to each other. Also have
- 39:10Speaker 4: friends and just support yourself. And then of course this
- 39:12Speaker 4: is Spratio support team. So yeah, and nature also there's
- 39:15Speaker 4: a lot of support from nature, but also just on
- 39:18Speaker 4: an agenter level as well. My son, who's four year old,
- 39:21Speaker 4: we're walking our dogs and then suddenly he said, nature
- 39:25Speaker 4: is so beautiful. I'm like, yeah, thank you. It's like, wow,
- 39:28Speaker 4: thank you. Nature is so beautiful. It's like yeah, and.
- 39:32Speaker 1: He's probably feeling it as well as seeing it, so
- 39:34Speaker 1: it's even more pure and perfect to him.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Probably.
- 39:38Speaker 4: Yeah. And the thing is, we walk our dogs for
- 39:41Speaker 4: a year. It's the same path. We just walk around
- 39:43Speaker 4: and send her like three times, and it was like
- 39:45Speaker 4: it was really just a few days ago he just
- 39:47Speaker 4: said that for the first time. So interesting.
- 39:49Speaker 1: It's nice you're teaching him to pay attention to.
- 39:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:54Speaker 2: I think he just did it by himself.
- 39:55Speaker 4: Really.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I didn't even prompt him for anything. He's just maybe
- 39:59Speaker 2: it did.
- 40:00Speaker 4: I remember though, like things I said throughout sometimes but
- 40:02Speaker 4: it was not the moment, but it was really at
- 40:04Speaker 4: the moment. And sometimes when they say things like that.
- 40:06Speaker 2: That were a reminder from myself.
- 40:09Speaker 4: Children's are great teachers. Sometimes they remind us of the
- 40:13Speaker 4: beauty and alle things that we're so used to already.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Tania, it was the pleasure spending this time with you,
- 40:20Speaker 1: hearing about the cool stuff that you're doing, or the
- 40:23Speaker 1: nice adventures that you've got lined up for people who
- 40:25Speaker 1: want to come to Thailand, and the things that you're
- 40:27Speaker 1: offering online. So can you share how people can reach you?
- 40:31Speaker 2: Thank you so much for having me on here.
- 40:33Speaker 4: I have my website which is tanyoho dot me and
