  Speaker 2: lot of feedback how it could have been done better,

  Speaker 2: but you know, fans always wish they could have something different,

  Speaker 2: but I've seen a lot of backlash on it.

  Speaker 1: build is just kind of the callback in general of

  Speaker 1: the younger guy and just wanted to soak up game

  Speaker 1: him leaving WW twenty fourteen, talking bad about Vince, talking

  Speaker 1: bad about Triple H, talking bad about the doctors at WWE,

  Speaker 1: talking about how he was stifled and mistreated while he

  Speaker 1: was there. WWE doctors sued him, like with ww's backing.

  Speaker 1: There was a lot of issues they had over the

  Speaker 1: years with CM Punk and WW and the fact that

  Speaker 1: Roman Raids and Seth Rawlins debuted in WWE as the

  Speaker 1: Shield with DNA and Bros. They actually debuted to be
• 4:34
  Speaker 1: basically Seeing Punk's faction, like they were coming in as
• 4:39
  Speaker 1: protections for Cempoint and Seeing Punk kind of always had
• 4:44
  Speaker 1: this thing where he said like he was the one
• 4:46
  Speaker 1: that really pitched for them to come up to the
• 4:48
  Speaker 1: main roster, and like the shield was kind of like

  Speaker 1: a creation that he made, like he likes to take

  Speaker 1: credit for it. And it's just crazy how seth Rawlins

  Speaker 1: just kind of looked at Cempunk like as a big

  Speaker 1: brother in the industry. And then when he left WWE

  Speaker 1: talk bad about WWWE went to the rival company, it

  Speaker 1: was this beef between all three of them.

  Speaker 2: Like Roman Raines being the top.

  Speaker 1: Guy in WWE, obviously he's taken exception of what Seeing
• 5:16
  Speaker 1: Punk is saying about him and the company. Seth Roland

  Speaker 1: the same thing, being one of the top guys taking exception.

  Speaker 1: And also like a lot of people didn't like the
• 5:24
  Speaker 1: fact that when Seeing Punk had his thing with WWE,

  Speaker 1: he pretty much stopped talking to a lot of the wrestlers,

  Speaker 1: a lot of WWE guys, and they took it personally,
• 5:31
  Speaker 1: you know. And those little real details are something that
• 5:36
  Speaker 1: I like about both of these builds, where like when

  Speaker 1: you watching the matches, Like, I wonder how much they're

  Speaker 1: going to actually call back to like a lot of
• 5:44
  Speaker 1: these situations and incorporated into how.

  Speaker 2: These things are because they give a preview of the match,

  Speaker 2: like the history leading up prior to each match. They
• 5:52
  Speaker 2: have a little montage of everything that's happened that led
• 5:54
  Speaker 2: up to it. That could be a place they integrate that,

  Speaker 2: that's for sure. Yeah.

  Speaker 1: And then on one of the things I found interested

  Speaker 1: too is Nick Cohn was on Bill Simmons podcast. Nick

  Speaker 1: con is like one of the executives at WWE. He

  Speaker 1: was very integrowing the Netflix deal. He was very integraling

  Speaker 1: the sale of ww to TKO, you know what I mean,

  Speaker 1: and bringing them punk back. Yeah, man, bringing seeing Punk back.

  Speaker 1: He was talking to Bill Simmons about it, and Bill

  Speaker 1: Simmons was kind of asking him, like, were you apprehensive

  Speaker 1: about dealing with Seeing Punk after the ten years of

  Speaker 1: bad blood he had with WWE. He said something real

  Speaker 1: interesting that I didn't expect. He's like I always heard
• 6:34
  Speaker 1: how hard he was to deal with, but I kind

  Speaker 1: of already knew that he wasn't going to be because

  Speaker 1: my interactions with him were always good and he really

  Speaker 1: felt like the issue was seeing punk in WW was

  Speaker 1: more with middle management, which Bill Simmons referred to it

  Speaker 1: as the blue shirt and khaki pants guys, you know

  Speaker 1: what I mean. He mentioned it as far as his

  Speaker 1: situation with ESPN. He's like, yeah, it was the same

  Speaker 1: thing at ESPN. You have a meeting, the blue shirt

  Speaker 1: and khaki pan's guys come in and they just tell

  Speaker 1: It's very rare that somebody's gonna come out and say, hey,

  Speaker 1: what I mean? All these years later, everybody from WW

  Speaker 1: side to seeing Punk as the bad guy. The fans

  Speaker 1: are looking at seeing Punk as like the good guy

  Speaker 1: slash martyr. He comes back when Vince leaves, which Vince

  Speaker 1: is trapped in a whole bunch of legal things. The

  Speaker 1: Vincent Maan doc comes out and kind of shines the

  Speaker 1: the years, and it kind of validates him. And he

  Speaker 1: finally comes back and gets his WrestleMania main event, which

  Speaker 1: is like Dog, he would have never imagined that would

  Speaker 1: have happened after all the bad love with him.

  Speaker 2: And especially you know, Triple H is leading it. He

  Speaker 2: understands it, and you know, this reminds me. Actually Triple

  Speaker 2: H was on Flagrant too just this past week and

  Speaker 2: he had a he had adult he got mad insights

  Speaker 2: of something that's happened, and one of the ones was

  Speaker 2: that that match in New York at the Garden where
