Andy Burnham in Ukraine to hand over UK blueprints to make long-range missiles
British Prime Minister Andy Burnham has traveled to Kyiv to hand over classified U.K. blueprints that will allow Ukraine to manufacture its own long-range cruise missiles domestically. Marking his first official international trip since taking office, Burnham announced the initiative during a visit timed with Ukraine's Independence Day celebrations.
