- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice. It's time.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Hell, welcome to the Norderhow I'm your host, rab Shooter.
- 0:18Speaker 2: It is Wednesday, which means our dear friend Donny Meetium
- 0:21Speaker 2: joins us. Hey, Donnie, are you there?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Hello? It is Wednesday. Ah, I'm so excited, so much
- 0:28Speaker 1: going on here in l lay Rob My goodness.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Yea, we guess we'll get to that at the top
- 0:33Speaker 2: of the show. What time is it, my friends? It
- 0:35Speaker 2: is tea time. So law enforcements has raided did his
- 0:40Speaker 2: home in LA and also in Miami. So Homeland Security investigations.
- 0:46Speaker 2: That's serious. They conducted a raid as part of the
- 0:50Speaker 2: ongoing investigation with assistants from local enforcement partners. Now the
- 0:57Speaker 2: nature of the investigation is undisclosed. We don't know, but
- 1:00Speaker 2: sources suggest that this is linked to the alleged sex
- 1:05Speaker 2: trafficking leveled against the Diddy in recent months. Are various accusations.
- 1:13Speaker 2: We spotted some video Donnie taken by Fox eleven, a
- 1:16Speaker 2: local channel by you and it seemed to show individuals
- 1:20Speaker 2: in handcuffs. Some are saying that those two people are
- 1:23Speaker 2: Diddy's sons, Justin and Sean Combe. So representative for Homeland
- 1:28Speaker 2: Security has confirmed that law enforcements actions did take place.
- 1:33Speaker 2: They're not giving us many, many more details, but insiders
- 1:37Speaker 2: are saying this absolutely is looking for evidence, looking for
- 1:42Speaker 2: evidence on sex trafficking, drugging, or holding women against their will.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Wow, I mean, I mean homemo insecurity doesn't raide your
- 1:56Speaker 1: home for it. Fine, they don't raide your home off of,
- 1:59Speaker 1: you know, a tip because somebody called the tip line
- 2:02Speaker 1: and said this, there has to be hardcore evidence some
- 2:06Speaker 1: sort of thing. But you work in PR used to
- 2:08Speaker 1: work in PR, rab what did he know about this beforehand?
- 2:13Speaker 2: It's interesting because I don't think they do have to
- 2:16Speaker 2: give you the heads up. Now we know when the
- 2:19Speaker 2: FBI raided Mara Laga, they did give Donald Trump's lawyers
- 2:23Speaker 2: the heads up, so they might have given them Diddy.
- 2:26Speaker 2: I don't think they did here because multiple properties were
- 2:29Speaker 2: being raided at the same time, and so if you
- 2:32Speaker 2: give them the heads up, they can call all the
- 2:34Speaker 2: other properties and get rid of any evidence. The reason
- 2:37Speaker 2: they go in, the reason the FBI raid go in
- 2:40Speaker 2: investigate is they're frightened that there's evidence in these properties
- 2:45Speaker 2: that you might get rid of. So that's why they
- 2:48Speaker 2: don't give you the heads up. Now, he was not
- 2:51Speaker 2: at home at the time. He was spotted at the
- 2:54Speaker 2: Miami Airport. TMZ followed his private jet, which it looks
- 2:58Speaker 2: as if it went to an island in the Caribbean,
- 3:01Speaker 2: but he doesn't look like did he was on the
- 3:03Speaker 2: jets At the moment, we don't actually know where he is.
- 3:06Speaker 2: He was spotted yesterday in Miami at a private airport.
- 3:09Speaker 2: The plane did leave, but apparently he was not on it.
- 3:13Speaker 2: I'm not sure if he was allowed on it because
- 3:15Speaker 2: he was spotted after the raid, so maybe there was
- 3:18Speaker 2: an injunction. Maybe he couldn't get on that plane. Serious, serious,
- 3:23Speaker 2: serious accusations, and it's all started. All this started was
- 3:29Speaker 2: when Cassie accused him. To remember when she accused him
- 3:33Speaker 2: of sex trafficking and called his conduct depraved. That lawsuit,
- 3:38Speaker 2: that civil lawsuit that she filed, Donnie, it was settled
- 3:42Speaker 2: within twenty four hours. So did he must have paid
- 3:46Speaker 2: Cassie off? Well, now other people have come forward with accusations.
- 3:51Speaker 2: They must have raised to the level where the FBI
- 3:55Speaker 2: felt as if they had to investigate this. I think
- 3:57Speaker 2: the point you're making, Donnie, that's really important. This isn't
- 4:00Speaker 2: just a random tip. They don't raige your home. Despite
- 4:05Speaker 2: what President Trump might want us all to think, you
- 4:09Speaker 2: really have to get a raised bar in order for
- 4:13Speaker 2: this legally to happen. You can't just show up. There's
- 4:16Speaker 2: got to be a really, really solid evidence here that
- 4:22Speaker 2: a crime may have been committed. Now we know, we
- 4:26Speaker 2: know that the Southern District of New York, they're the
- 4:29Speaker 2: people who are investigating all this. They're the people that
- 4:32Speaker 2: Cassie originally file to complaint with. We know that they're
- 4:37Speaker 2: a really amazing law enforcement organization and if there's evidence
- 4:42Speaker 2: to be found, they will find it. I'm sure today
- 4:46Speaker 2: Diddy is sweating, don't it. Yeah.
- 4:48Speaker 1: No, look we will preface this again. It's innocent until
- 4:51Speaker 1: proven guilty. Yes, But here's it. I just I am
- 4:55Speaker 1: just still shocked that people in power. I mean, this
- 5:00Speaker 1: is not you know, a random Joe Schmo who just
- 5:03Speaker 1: happens to live in LA and Miami. It's somebody who's
- 5:06Speaker 1: a household name. How did these people, if these actions
- 5:10Speaker 1: are true, think they could ever get away with this?
- 5:14Speaker 1: It just it baffles my mind. We live in a
- 5:17Speaker 1: different world now. Everything is photographed, everything is video evidence,
- 5:22Speaker 1: everything is trackable. Like it's just I'm I'm not a
- 5:28Speaker 1: loss for words, because I don't want to believe that
- 5:31Speaker 1: he did these things. And I know because you've always
- 5:33Speaker 1: said nice things about them.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I worked with him for many, many years, and yeah,
- 5:38Speaker 2: it's very complicated feelings I'm having about this. I do
- 5:41Speaker 2: think they're a sense of entitlement often runs deep with
- 5:45Speaker 2: the celebrities, and they think that the rules don't apply
- 5:48Speaker 2: to them, that things that you and I would go
- 5:50Speaker 2: to jail for, they think they should be let off.
- 5:53Speaker 2: And so we have to have one law that applies
- 5:56Speaker 2: to everybody, in particularly laws about sex trafficking, sexual assault.
- 6:00Speaker 2: This is really serious stuff. Now we can argue that
- 6:04Speaker 2: a lot of these allegations might have happened years ago,
- 6:08Speaker 2: years ago when the climate was different. Maybe true, but
- 6:11Speaker 2: it's still wrong. We could say that Harvey Weinstein did
- 6:14Speaker 2: things years ago when the climate was different, he did
- 6:18Speaker 2: still wrong. Mattlawa the same. I don't buy into this
- 6:22Speaker 2: argument that we've changed as a society here and now
- 6:24Speaker 2: we are going after people who did things in the past.
- 6:28Speaker 2: If you did something terrible in the past, there should
- 6:31Speaker 2: be no time limit to a victim, to somebody coming
- 6:35Speaker 2: forward with their accusations. Did he must be sweating this,
- 6:40Speaker 2: which brings us to our whole question of the day.
- 6:45Speaker 2: The Feds were looking for evidence at did his homes,
- 6:50Speaker 2: looking for evidence of drugging, holding women against their wills,
- 6:54Speaker 2: and sex trafficking. Our question is do you think they'll
- 6:58Speaker 2: find anything? Do you think there is evidence in those homes?
- 7:04Speaker 2: Go vote on at Twitter page at Naughty Nights Rob
- 7:07Speaker 2: at Facebook page is Naughty sid and be sure to
- 7:09Speaker 2: check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Tommy Love,
- 7:13Speaker 2: what are you working on?
- 7:15Speaker 1: America's Sweetheart might be receiving a little bit of backlash now,
- 7:21Speaker 1: So Taylor Swift Travis Kelsey, they sparked some controversy after
- 7:25Speaker 1: a private gym session leaves members waiting for hours. So
- 7:30Speaker 1: they shut down a very private gym and it's the
- 7:35Speaker 1: West Holly location of the popular gym Dog Pound after
- 7:39Speaker 1: their sushi date, and people are upset because other gym
- 7:42Speaker 1: members were left waiting outside for as long as two
- 7:45Speaker 1: hours until Taylor and Travis were left leaving their training session. Now, look,
- 7:53Speaker 1: I get it. You're Taylor and Travis Kelcey. You don't
- 7:55Speaker 1: want to be working out next to a million people
- 7:58Speaker 1: because everyone's going to be staring at you. But if
- 8:01Speaker 1: I'm paying a gym membership here, you best believe I
- 8:05Speaker 1: have the same rights as you do who was also
- 8:09Speaker 1: paying a gym membership. So I will give them this,
- 8:11Speaker 1: and Taylor and Travis, I will say this you, as
- 8:14Speaker 1: of right now, you're America's sweethearts. People don't have anything
- 8:17Speaker 1: bad to say about you. If you keep this kind
- 8:20Speaker 1: of behavior up, this is when the pendulum will swing.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Good advice, Donnie. I don't like this at all. Dog
- 8:27Speaker 2: Pound's a really exclusive chim. People that go to this gym,
- 8:31Speaker 2: they're fine working out next to Madonna, next to Cameron DearS.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I'm sure they're okay with Taylor Swift too. This is
- 8:37Speaker 2: not my gym on the corner of twenty third Street, Donnie.
- 8:40Speaker 2: This is not where you and I go to work out.
- 8:42Speaker 2: It's really fancy gym. It's really really fancy. And even
- 8:46Speaker 2: if it was a regular gym, I paid my membership.
- 8:49Speaker 2: I pay to be able to go to the gym.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And if I turned up at the gym, Goodness knows,
- 8:53Speaker 2: it takes me long enough to get there because I
- 8:55Speaker 2: never want to go. But if I did muster up
- 8:58Speaker 2: the energy to go to the gym, the willpower and
- 9:00Speaker 2: it was closed because Taylor Swift was in there, I
- 9:02Speaker 2: would be furious. I'd want my money back. In fact,
- 9:04Speaker 2: if I was a member of this gym, i'd quit,
- 9:06Speaker 2: I'd leave, I'd go somewhere else. Get a crunch. I'm
- 9:09Speaker 2: not doing this. I'm not paying all this money. It
- 9:11Speaker 2: doesn't make the gym any more desirable. I don't want
- 9:13Speaker 2: to tell my friends who I work out at the
- 9:15Speaker 2: same gym as Taylor Swift. No, I want to tell
- 9:18Speaker 2: my friends I'm a week away from having a six
- 9:20Speaker 2: pack app And the only reason I'm going to be
- 9:22Speaker 2: able to say that is if I do it, And
- 9:24Speaker 2: if I turn up and you're not there. It's not fair.
- 9:27Speaker 2: I think sometimes too, they can get a little bit
- 9:30Speaker 2: crazy with their privacy. Why in Heaven's name could I
- 9:35Speaker 2: not see Travis rolling around on a ball? Why could
- 9:39Speaker 2: I not see Taylor running on a treadmill. I'm not
- 9:42Speaker 2: going to call TMC. The world's not going to explode.
- 9:45Speaker 2: So what if there's a photograph of her lifting a dumbbell.
- 9:49Speaker 2: It's not cocaine, it's not illegal. I don't get it, doney,
- 9:53Speaker 2: Why do they need privacy and a gym so they
- 9:56Speaker 2: look a little sweaty. Yeah.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Well, here's the thing. It's like, I get it. People
- 10:00Speaker 1: love celebrities, but there are often times that the celebrity
- 10:04Speaker 1: in their head, they think that we care more than
- 10:09Speaker 1: especially in LA in New York, we see celebrities all
- 10:13Speaker 1: the time. It's literally people just walking down the street.
- 10:16Speaker 1: You're like, Oh, there's Oprah just walking down the street
- 10:19Speaker 1: in Times Square. It's not that big of a deal
- 10:21Speaker 1: for us. So here, I'm a little shocked they did this.
- 10:25Speaker 1: But it just goes to what he said. It's a
- 10:27Speaker 1: little bit of a like superiority complex where they think
- 10:31Speaker 1: people care more than we do.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, And Taylor, if you're listening Gallolo Aloe, you've
- 10:35Speaker 2: got to put a stop to this. They work for you.
- 10:37Speaker 2: So when I was working with Jessica Simpsons, she had
- 10:39Speaker 2: an over aggressive bodyguard and he used to throw people
- 10:42Speaker 2: out of restaurants or if we were in a restaurant
- 10:44Speaker 2: on Jessica and they to go to the bathroom, hit
- 10:46Speaker 2: go in and clear the bathroom, and Jessica was like,
- 10:48Speaker 2: you can't do that. We don't own this restaurant. People
- 10:51Speaker 2: are allowed to go and pee. It's not just me
- 10:53Speaker 2: that's allowed in the bathroom. And so she told him
- 10:56Speaker 2: calm it down. So here, I'm gonna give Taylor the
- 10:58Speaker 2: benefit of the diet and say it's not Taylor's fault.
- 11:00Speaker 2: It's a security people that shut this down. Although if
- 11:03Speaker 2: I was working out in a gym and I looked
- 11:05Speaker 2: around and there was nobody there but the and Travis,
- 11:07Speaker 2: I'd be like, did you close this gym down for
- 11:10Speaker 2: us too? And if you did, please open it. I
- 11:11Speaker 2: don't want to do that. People can get really crazy
- 11:14Speaker 2: about this. Let's pretend here, let's hope it's her people
- 11:16Speaker 2: that are doing this, because You're right, Donnie. If they
- 11:18Speaker 2: keep this up, things are not going to end. Well. Okay,
- 11:22Speaker 2: we have some nice news. Finally, the Palace has confirmed
- 11:26Speaker 2: that King Charles will attend the Easter services this week end.
- 11:30Speaker 2: He is going to the chapel Saint George's Chapel. It's
- 11:34Speaker 2: at winter Castle and he will be there with the family,
- 11:38Speaker 2: accompanied by Queen Camilla and other members of the family. However,
- 11:42Speaker 2: Kate and William will not be joining the family for this.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Kate is recovering. I'm told she's quite sick, and so
- 11:49Speaker 2: Kate is doing chemotherapy at the moment, she's at her
- 11:53Speaker 2: country estate with her three children, her husband, and so
- 11:57Speaker 2: I think it's a good idea for that family to
- 12:00Speaker 2: have a little bit of downtime. But it is really
- 12:02Speaker 2: encouraging that the king, who's battling with cancer too, he
- 12:06Speaker 2: will be there. He will be there on Easter Easter
- 12:09Speaker 2: Sunday Easter service. I think this is a good look.
- 12:12Speaker 1: What do you think, Yeah, it's definitely a good look.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I think it's also a good look that Kate and
- 12:17Speaker 1: William not be there, because it would overshadow I think
- 12:20Speaker 1: what it's meant to be. It's meant to be Easter
- 12:22Speaker 1: service for those you know who partake in the religion
- 12:26Speaker 1: and stuff and you know, getting out there and doing
- 12:28Speaker 1: all this stuff. But also it's a moment for the
- 12:31Speaker 1: kids because I know, I'm sure they will have some
- 12:33Speaker 1: Easter egg hunting whatever there's going to be for kids
- 12:36Speaker 1: out there. But no, it's a good look because.
- 12:38Speaker 2: It's a good king.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I mean, also, if he misses out, there's going to
- 12:41Speaker 1: be all the newspapers tomorrow what's wrong with the King?
- 12:44Speaker 1: What's right? And is he dying?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Yeah? I always told that there were was some talk
- 12:50Speaker 2: about Kate and William attending, but they just decided no,
- 12:54Speaker 2: not not yet, and we are sending you our best
- 12:59Speaker 2: okay quickly before we get a break down A what's
- 13:01Speaker 2: Kim Kardashian doing? This surprised me? This totally surprised me.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Well, Kim Kardashian, she might you know, she might be reading,
- 13:08Speaker 1: you know, naughty gossip. She might be reading the blogs
- 13:11Speaker 1: and seeing that Byonu Sinzori, which is Kanye West's wife,
- 13:14Speaker 1: getting a lot of attention because you know, she goes
- 13:17Speaker 1: out wearing well, she goes out wearing nothing basically see
- 13:21Speaker 1: through clothing, you see all her naughty bits. Well, Kim Kardashian,
- 13:25Speaker 1: she appears to have drawn fashion from Miss Bianca. She
- 13:29Speaker 1: shared a snapshot showcasing her figure draped in an oversized
- 13:33Speaker 1: brown fur cop paired with black tights and pointed high heels.
- 13:38Speaker 1: You know, this is interesting because here lately, I would say,
- 13:42Speaker 1: in the past what five, maybe even ten years, Kim
- 13:45Speaker 1: has kind of gotten away from the sex symbol. Yes,
- 13:50Speaker 1: if you've seen the Skims commercials, they're sexy, but that's
- 13:53Speaker 1: what Skims is, so it's like it's part of the stick.
- 13:56Speaker 1: But she's gotten away from dressing provocative and cheer so
- 14:00Speaker 1: it's very interesting that now that Kanye's wife getting along
- 14:05Speaker 1: doing this, She's like, but wait, I'm the original.
- 14:08Speaker 2: I think you're right here, Donnie, that this is not
- 14:10Speaker 2: a coincidence. I'm surprised because Kim really got away from this. Look.
- 14:15Speaker 2: The look. You'll be able to see it online. It's
- 14:18Speaker 2: really similar. It absolutely looks like something Kanye's new wife
- 14:23Speaker 2: would be wearing. Do you think Kim got a little jealous?
- 14:26Speaker 2: Is Kim upset about all this attention? For a long time,
- 14:29Speaker 2: Kim was the body everybody talked about, Kim's body, about
- 14:32Speaker 2: her pictures, and now we're not really talking about Kim,
- 14:35Speaker 2: so boom, what does she do? Trakes her clothes off? Donnie.
- 14:39Speaker 2: I don't think it's a good look, Kim. I think
- 14:41Speaker 2: that you pass this. I think now with the kids
- 14:43Speaker 2: and she's trying to become a lawyer and all the
- 14:46Speaker 2: stuff she did on Criminal Justice, I think Kim, you
- 14:49Speaker 2: turned a corner. And I'm not saying your past was bad.
- 14:52Speaker 2: We loved you for all that, Kim, but it feels
- 14:54Speaker 2: like you're trying to reach back to an old bag
- 14:57Speaker 2: of tricks to get the attention that s you well
- 15:00Speaker 2: all those years ago, and it never works. It never works.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Going back, Kim, if you're listening, you look great. Where
- 15:06Speaker 2: what you want. Don't think you have to compete with
- 15:09Speaker 2: anyone you are Kim Kardashian. Okay, we're going to take
- 15:13Speaker 2: a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
- 15:17Speaker 2: back to the naughty Bernaishaw and your host Jong Shoulda
- 15:19Speaker 2: with our dear friend Donny meets them. Hey, Donnie, let's
- 15:21Speaker 2: get to the polls. D D. Yesterday we told you
- 15:24Speaker 2: about rebel Wilson has finally named the name of the
- 15:27Speaker 2: quote a hole, the massive a hole that she worked with.
- 15:31Speaker 2: She claims that it is Sasha Baron Cohen. Our question
- 15:36Speaker 2: is do you believe her? Do you believe that Sasha
- 15:40Speaker 2: is a quote massive a hole? Let's have a look.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Seventy seven percent said yes, you do believe it? Or Donnie, Now,
- 15:49Speaker 2: I've never heard any drama about him before. This is
- 15:51Speaker 2: the first time I'm hearing his name brought up in
- 15:55Speaker 2: this light. Have you ever heard any whispers before?
- 15:57Speaker 1: Donia, No, it's surprising because you know his wife, Isla
- 16:01Speaker 1: Fisher is also known to be a very nice individual.
- 16:05Speaker 1: It's just interesting. I would go back to argue this
- 16:08Speaker 1: was during the Borat fame when he was huge, he
- 16:12Speaker 1: was a lister, he was everywhere. So I think his
- 16:16Speaker 1: you know, his Borat character might have gotten misaligned with
- 16:19Speaker 1: who Sasha bark Cohen is, and so I would be
- 16:23Speaker 1: interested to see if he's in a hole now or
- 16:26Speaker 1: if that's just who he was then, because he was
- 16:29Speaker 1: at the height of his vame feeling.
- 16:31Speaker 2: I see he got carried away. If this if his
- 16:33Speaker 2: own legacy for a while, it makes me sad. I
- 16:36Speaker 2: hate to hear people that you like are not that nice.
- 16:40Speaker 2: But Rebels book is coming out next week. I can't
- 16:42Speaker 2: wait to read it. Don't forget to vote on today's pole.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Get a Twitter page at naughty nice rub a Facebook
- 16:50Speaker 2: page is naughty on sand but I'm sure it's check
- 16:53Speaker 2: back tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time
- 16:58Speaker 2: for the Nicest of the dayiant.
- 17:02Speaker 1: The nicest of the day is Kelly Clarkson, and she
- 17:05Speaker 1: has no regrets about her difficult divorce from Brandon Blackstock.
- 17:09Speaker 1: So they've been, you know, broke up nearly four years now,
- 17:13Speaker 1: and it's been a bitter legal battle after bitter legal battle.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Kelly has sued him multiple times because she says he
- 17:24Speaker 1: got a lot of money off of her, and he
- 17:26Speaker 1: shouldn't have because he acted has her agent and as
- 17:28Speaker 1: her manager, and he shouldn't have been able to do that.
- 17:31Speaker 1: But now she's coming out. You know, she's happy. She's transitioned. Well,
- 17:35Speaker 1: she's now living in New York because they moved the
- 17:38Speaker 1: Kelly Clarkson Show from LA to New York. She wanted
- 17:41Speaker 1: a fresh start. She's doing it. She's the queen of
- 17:44Speaker 1: NBC right now. Anything NBC does, if they do an
- 17:47Speaker 1: NBC opening of the envelope, Kelly's hosting it. So she's good.
- 17:51Speaker 2: She's good, she's good, and I'm glad she's talking about this.
- 17:54Speaker 2: No regrets. It was difficult. Often we regret difficult things,
- 17:57Speaker 2: but no, difficult things can lead to really amazing things.
- 18:01Speaker 2: To Kelly clarks And, you are our nicest the other
- 18:03Speaker 2: day and now I noticed the Dayatyen. Naughty Naughty Prince
- 18:05Speaker 2: Harry has been named in a thirty million dollar sex
- 18:08Speaker 2: trafficking lawsuit brought against Diddy. So Court documents filed by
- 18:13Speaker 2: music producer Rodney Jones in a thirty million dollar lawsuit
- 18:18Speaker 2: against Diddy include allegations that guests will lure it to
- 18:23Speaker 2: alleged sex trafficking parties hosted by Puffy, and one of
- 18:28Speaker 2: the names associated with this is Prince Harry. This feels
- 18:33Speaker 2: to me like a little bit of a desperate attempt
- 18:36Speaker 2: to get more publicity, to get more attention here. I
- 18:41Speaker 2: think for the time being, until we have any more evidence,
- 18:44Speaker 2: we should probably keep Harry's name out of it. Okay,
- 18:48Speaker 2: let's end with a moment around You're get a robb,
- 18:50Speaker 2: get the decisions. You may create an upward spiral or
- 18:56Speaker 2: a downward spiral. When you make a decision, think what
- 18:59Speaker 2: is this going to do. Is this going to help
- 19:01Speaker 2: me or is this going to hurt me? An upward
- 19:04Speaker 2: spiral or a downward spiral. If I go out drinking
- 19:08Speaker 2: tonight with my friends, I'm gonna have a great night.
- 19:10Speaker 2: But tomorrow I'm gonna have a downward spiral. I'm gonna
- 19:12Speaker 2: have a hangover, I'm gonna be anxious. I'm not gonna
- 19:14Speaker 2: have a good day. Now. If tonight I decide to
- 19:17Speaker 2: have one drink with my friends, come home, drink a
- 19:19Speaker 2: ton of water, go to bed. Tomorrow I'm gonna have
- 19:21Speaker 2: an upward spiral. I'll get lots of things done. I'll
- 19:23Speaker 2: do all the work I wanted to do. Maybe I'll
- 19:25Speaker 2: go to the gym, I'll cook dinner. So think about
- 19:28Speaker 2: the consequences of your action, and remember making hard decisions
- 19:35Speaker 2: in the moment right now make your life easier in
- 19:39Speaker 2: the long run. Hard decisions now easier tomorrow. Hey, that
- 19:44Speaker 2: is it for today. Thank you so much for listening
