Transcript
- 0:09Speaker 1: Ye, it's time and lo and lo and low and low. Hello.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Welcome to the Naughty but Nice. I'm your host, Rob Shooter.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It's Friday and normally are different. Corey joins us the day.
- 0:22Speaker 1: He's not here today because of a few technical issues.
- 0:24Speaker 1: But don't worry, naughties. We've got a ton of gossip
- 0:28Speaker 1: to get to it. But before we start, I want
- 0:29Speaker 1: to say thank you so much. The amoun of birthday
- 0:34Speaker 1: love I received from this little community is so overwhelming.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I'm the luckiest guy in the world. I don't know
- 0:41Speaker 1: how I got this lookie. I don't know how I
- 0:44Speaker 1: found you, but I sure am glad that I did.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Bruce and I went for dinner. It was a fabulous night.
- 0:52Speaker 1: And then I read all the lovely messages, all the dms,
- 0:55Speaker 1: all the text, all the lovely emails, every single note.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you, and also do thank you.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I said it a little bit as a joke yesterday.
- 1:04Speaker 1: It just fell out of my mouth. At the end
- 1:06Speaker 1: of the show, I said, if you want to get
- 1:08Speaker 1: me a birthday gift, which you don't have to, No, no, no,
- 1:10Speaker 1: you don't have to, but if you do want to
- 1:12Speaker 1: get me one by my book. Well, guess what is
- 1:16Speaker 1: my goodness? You're the best. My book had a huge
- 1:19Speaker 1: day yesterday on Amazon. My publisher texted me last night.
- 1:24Speaker 1: He didn't know it was my birthday and he said,
- 1:26Speaker 1: what's going on today? The book just shut up the
- 1:29Speaker 1: charts and so I know, I know that is you.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Once again, Thank you, thank you, thank you. Okay, let's
- 1:34Speaker 1: jump into the show. What damn is it? My Friends
- 1:37Speaker 1: and Tea time, big scary, very very alarming story. At
- 1:42Speaker 1: the top of the show, a crazed intruder broke into
- 1:45Speaker 1: the Today Show confronted Crave Craig Melvin said he was
- 1:49Speaker 1: looking for al Roca. Eventually security got him out. Let
- 1:52Speaker 1: me explain, this is terrifying. So a frightening security scare
- 1:56Speaker 1: unfolded at the Today Show yesterday when a man's searching
- 2:00Speaker 1: for l Roker he allegedly slipped past security confronted Craig,
- 2:06Speaker 1: who he bumped into inside thirty Rock. Craig quickly alerted
- 2:11Speaker 1: security and the intruder was arrested before he actually reached
- 2:16Speaker 1: the live studio. I've been at this show many times.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I'd probably been a guest over fifty sixty times on
- 2:22Speaker 1: the show. When you get in. There is security everywhere.
- 2:27Speaker 1: You can't get through the doors to get into the
- 2:31Speaker 1: studio without going through a metal detector. Your bags are checked.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Security is there. Your name has to be on a list.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I can't just say to you, I'm on the Today
- 2:39Speaker 1: Show on Monday. Do you want to come with me?
- 2:42Speaker 1: I have to get your name on the security list.
- 2:44Speaker 1: You have to bring ID. That's how you get in.
- 2:47Speaker 1: If you're Julia Roberts, if you're Brad Pitt, you need
- 2:50Speaker 1: to be on a security list. Now, obviously, the elephant
- 2:54Speaker 1: in the room here is Savannah and her mother. Her
- 2:57Speaker 1: mother is still missing. Since the disappearing of her mommy
- 3:01Speaker 1: security at the show has got even tighter, which is
- 3:04Speaker 1: why this break in protocol is so alarming. We know
- 3:10Speaker 1: now that the crazy, crazed intruder was screaming racial slurs
- 3:15Speaker 1: at Craig while trying to find al it happened. My
- 3:19Speaker 1: sources tell me about nine a m. Which means Savannah
- 3:22Speaker 1: was off the show. Savannah's on the air from seven
- 3:25Speaker 1: to about eight fifty six, and then she leaves. She
- 3:28Speaker 1: doesn't do the nine o'clock hour, and she doesn't do
- 3:30Speaker 1: the ten o'clock hour. Sometimes she stays in the building
- 3:34Speaker 1: on the first floor. She has an office, so upstairs
- 3:37Speaker 1: Al Craig, Savannah, and there's another office. I would guess
- 3:41Speaker 1: that belongs to Carson. They're all upstairs. I know when
- 3:45Speaker 1: Matt Laua was fired that Savannah moved into Matt's old office,
- 3:48Speaker 1: so she has an office upstairs. They didn't get anywhere
- 3:51Speaker 1: near her office, so she was still in the office
- 3:54Speaker 1: above the studio that was a little way away from
- 3:56Speaker 1: this intruder, not far enough, but it was further away
- 4:00Speaker 1: to After the show, she jumps in a car by
- 4:02Speaker 1: the stage door and she leaves. So we know now
- 4:06Speaker 1: that this was a breach in security. The security guard
- 4:09Speaker 1: has been filed. But I'm told the show is melting
- 4:14Speaker 1: down behind the scenes. People are really worried it is
- 4:18Speaker 1: not not being the same show for obvious reasons. Since
- 4:22Speaker 1: the really tragic disappearance of Savannah's mommy, everybody has been
- 4:27Speaker 1: on edge, and now this has made it even was
- 4:32Speaker 1: Can you imagine being frightened to go to work. Some
- 4:35Speaker 1: people are even saying it. I know a lot of
- 4:37Speaker 1: people who work at NBC, some of my sources, some
- 4:39Speaker 1: of my friends over there, tell me what would have
- 4:42Speaker 1: happened if he had had a gun. What would have
- 4:44Speaker 1: happened if he had had a knife. What would have
- 4:46Speaker 1: happened if police did not jump into action immediately? This
- 4:51Speaker 1: could have been horrific. And how does this happen at
- 4:55Speaker 1: one of the most scrutinized studios in the world. Once again,
- 5:00Speaker 1: I've been on the show many, many times. The security
- 5:02Speaker 1: there is exceptional. They do have a staircase in the
- 5:05Speaker 1: lobby that takes you down to a green room, addressing
- 5:08Speaker 1: room and makeup room. Security is down there too. Security
- 5:11Speaker 1: is all over. Plus Rockefeller Center has its own security
- 5:15Speaker 1: and so it is a really really safe part of town.
- 5:18Speaker 1: There are always police around, lots of undercover police too.
- 5:22Speaker 1: So ifever you go to the Today Show, if you
- 5:24Speaker 1: want to go and stand outside with the sign, please
- 5:26Speaker 1: do so. It is safe. This is a horrible, horrible incident,
- 5:31Speaker 1: but it does not reflect the security at the plaza,
- 5:34Speaker 1: which is top notch normally. This was one terrible incident,
- 5:38Speaker 1: I'm told now security has been reviewed and it's certainly
- 5:43Speaker 1: going to be looked in to see how this happened.
- 5:45Speaker 1: How did somebody get inside screaming stuff outside the window
- 5:49Speaker 1: that I don't like it? But that I understand. I
- 5:53Speaker 1: understand how that happens getting inside the studio. It is terrifying.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Mind Side is telling me Savannah has been totally triggered
- 6:02Speaker 1: by this makes perfect sense. She wasn't aware of it
- 6:05Speaker 1: at first. Now she is aware at it of it.
- 6:08Speaker 1: She was on the show yesterday, of all days, announcing
- 6:11Speaker 1: that she's gonna take a little time off. She's going
- 6:13Speaker 1: to film word all. Jimmy Fallon has turned that fabulous
- 6:16Speaker 1: New York Times little puzzle into a TV show and
- 6:19Speaker 1: she's gonna host it. A great idea. She's very smart,
- 6:21Speaker 1: she loves word or she loves words, and Savannah's going
- 6:24Speaker 1: to host that. But it means taking time off to
- 6:26Speaker 1: shoot the whole season. They're going to shoot the entire
- 6:28Speaker 1: season in just a few weeks, so she's off doing that.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Maybe it's the right moment, Maybe it's the right time
- 6:33Speaker 1: for Savannah to get away, get away from that show
- 6:36Speaker 1: for a little bit. It's sad, isn't it. It's so awful.
- 6:40Speaker 1: It is having an effect on staff, It is having
- 6:42Speaker 1: an effect on morale, and I think I can report
- 6:45Speaker 1: exclusively it's having an effect on ratings. Last week, GMA
- 6:49Speaker 1: was number one number one. GMA is having a surge
- 6:53Speaker 1: while people watching The Today Show are tuning out. I
- 6:56Speaker 1: tune into the Today Show each morning. I turn into
- 6:58Speaker 1: any show in the morning, including this little silly Bob
- 7:00Speaker 1: that we do. Thank you very much to giggle, to love.
- 7:03Speaker 1: We tried so hard to get the tone right on
- 7:05Speaker 1: this show. We love. We love stories of the day.
- 7:08Speaker 1: We live doing the big stories, but we also like
- 7:09Speaker 1: silly stories, and I think that's what people want. There
- 7:12Speaker 1: is so much going on in the world, there is
- 7:15Speaker 1: so much trauma, there is so much tragedy that to
- 7:19Speaker 1: escape for a little bit every morning, I think that's
- 7:21Speaker 1: what people want. It's impossible for the Today Show to
- 7:25Speaker 1: escape from what happened yesterday. And also to the big
- 7:28Speaker 1: cloud over that show is Savannah's Missing Mommy, which brings
- 7:32Speaker 1: us to our whole question of the day. A crazed
- 7:36Speaker 1: intruder broke into the Today Show was looking for al Roca.
- 7:40Speaker 1: They fired a security guard. Is that right? Did they
- 7:43Speaker 1: need to fire security? Do they need new security at
- 7:47Speaker 1: the Today Show? This is big? Okay, go vote on
- 7:49Speaker 1: our ex page, a Twitter page and naudin nyes rob
- 7:53Speaker 1: our facebook page is Norady Gossip and sure to check
- 7:56Speaker 1: ock on Monday to hear your results. Super inspiring message
- 8:02Speaker 1: from Kim Kardashian, who just lost her beloved grandmother MJ.
- 8:06Speaker 1: They were so close, she said, quote, I lost my
- 8:09Speaker 1: forever twin twin. Kim is grieving the loss of her
- 8:13Speaker 1: beloved grandmother. You know her from the show Mary Joe.
- 8:16Speaker 1: They called her MJ. Campbell's her last name. She was
- 8:19Speaker 1: great on keeping up the Kardashians. Whenever Granny turned up
- 8:23Speaker 1: by laughed out lad. She was so full of joy.
- 8:25Speaker 1: And then Kim shared an emotional tribute online, calling her
- 8:29Speaker 1: my best friend, my gossip buddy. They used to love
- 8:32Speaker 1: to gossip together, and my forever twin. All the reality star.
- 8:39Speaker 1: She thanked MJ for teaching her the importance of family.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Even if you don't like the Kardashians, they are family focused.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I get it. There are so many things to criticize
- 8:48Speaker 1: them for, but one of the things that they do
- 8:50Speaker 1: beautifully is they work as a family. They really do
- 8:53Speaker 1: have each other's backs. And she showed her too what
- 8:56Speaker 1: it meant to be a strong business woman, MJ. Long
- 9:00Speaker 1: before christ Jenna, MJ was the power of this family.
- 9:04Speaker 1: She taught them love and also too, how to be strong,
- 9:08Speaker 1: and those are lessons that will live on forever. Kim
- 9:11Speaker 1: ended her heartbreaking message by asking her grandmother to quote,
- 9:16Speaker 1: give my dad a hug for me, referring to her
- 9:19Speaker 1: late father, Robert Kardashian. MJ was ninety one years old
- 9:25Speaker 1: and a beloved, beloved member of that family and also
- 9:28Speaker 1: of Reality TV. What a great person. I was lucky
- 9:32Speaker 1: enough to have met her a few times. Charming, funny, sassy,
- 9:36Speaker 1: really knew what was going on, enjoyed all this night.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Love that she got to see this incredible success of
- 9:42Speaker 1: her daughter, of her grandchildren. This is extraordinary, this family
- 9:48Speaker 1: a billionaires. Once again, I get it again, all the criticism,
- 9:53Speaker 1: but the success story is so great and I love.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I love that MJ got to know. I just experience it,
- 10:01Speaker 1: but to see it, to live it. And she really
- 10:04Speaker 1: enjoyed it. And once again, as Kim said, she was
- 10:06Speaker 1: everyone's favorite gossip buddy. She loved gossip, She loved what
- 10:11Speaker 1: we do in this business. She loved celebrities. She knew
- 10:15Speaker 1: all the dish and everybody pressed in peace. And I
- 10:19Speaker 1: promise you will continue to gossip about Kim. She'd like
- 10:24Speaker 1: that m Jay would like that. Moving along, Camilla. Queen
- 10:28Speaker 1: Camilla holds the keys to Harry's royal return. There will
- 10:32Speaker 1: be no peace with King Charles unless there's piece with
- 10:35Speaker 1: the Queen. That's the truth. So Queen Camilla is playing
- 10:38Speaker 1: a critical role in Prince Harry's longer waited reunion with
- 10:43Speaker 1: King Charles. So he met the King. Megan was there,
- 10:45Speaker 1: the children were there. It went very very well. But
- 10:48Speaker 1: if he wants this to be meaningful, if he wants
- 10:50Speaker 1: this to be real, you're gott to start being noice
- 10:53Speaker 1: to Camilla. So despite once brandon her a villain, that's
- 10:57Speaker 1: what he said, that's a quote, a villain in spare
- 11:01Speaker 1: and accusing her of leaking stories to boost her image.
- 11:06Speaker 1: He's got some nervesity. Can you imagine saying that about
- 11:10Speaker 1: somebody and then having tea with them. Can you imagine
- 11:14Speaker 1: saying that about a family member then saying you want
- 11:18Speaker 1: a relationship with the family. It is very difficult. Camilla
- 11:22Speaker 1: Parker bowls, Queen Camilla is the love of King Charles's life.
- 11:27Speaker 1: We don't want to hear that. We want to believe
- 11:29Speaker 1: Princess Diana was the love of his life. It is
- 11:32Speaker 1: not true. He should have married Camilla from day one.
- 11:36Speaker 1: He always loved her. It was not fair to Diana,
- 11:39Speaker 1: it was awful what they did to her. But the
- 11:42Speaker 1: love for Camilla was always there, and it was a
- 11:46Speaker 1: terrible mistake, a tragedy that he didn't marry the woman
- 11:50Speaker 1: that he loves right away, and so we would have
- 11:53Speaker 1: had a very different royal family today. However, that didn't happen.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Finally they made their way back to one another, and
- 12:01Speaker 1: they really do love each other. They're kind to each other.
- 12:05Speaker 1: She makes him better, he makes her better. They're funny.
- 12:08Speaker 1: When he gets a little strappy, she can intervene. She's
- 12:12Speaker 1: the only one that he really listens to. And so
- 12:14Speaker 1: to call the woman that your dad loves a villain
- 12:18Speaker 1: to accuse her of leaking stories, that's a really tough
- 12:24Speaker 1: place to come back from. I'm not sure he ever does.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I've got a story today breaking on my substack later
- 12:30Speaker 1: today that really gets into this. I spoke to all
- 12:33Speaker 1: my royal sources, and they said Camilla wants her husband
- 12:35Speaker 1: to be happy. King Charles desperately wants a relationship with Harry.
- 12:39Speaker 1: It's never going to be a great one, but it
- 12:41Speaker 1: will be a relationship, and the Queen is all for that. However,
- 12:45Speaker 1: she can't. She can't can't ever trust him again. She
- 12:50Speaker 1: can't trust Harry after what he did to her, to
- 12:53Speaker 1: his dad, to this family. It's made it made it
- 12:56Speaker 1: very difficult one inside. I said, she can forgive, but
- 12:59Speaker 1: you can't forget. She knows who Harry is. She's seen it,
- 13:03Speaker 1: and it's very, very wary. And her focus is not Harry.
- 13:07Speaker 1: It's the King, and that's how it should be. My
- 13:10Speaker 1: focus is Bruce. If you make Bruce happy, if you
- 13:13Speaker 1: add to his life, then I love you. If you
- 13:16Speaker 1: cause us trouble, if you cause him trouble, then I'm
- 13:19Speaker 1: not so keen. Camilla is a staunch defender of King Charles.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Probably he's greatest defender. And it's so interesting too that
- 13:28Speaker 1: this has brought her closer with William. William and Camilla
- 13:33Speaker 1: both share real skepticism, real doubts about Harry's return. Okay,
- 13:40Speaker 1: talking about return, let's flip it and talk about goodbyes.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Chloe Fineman has exited Saturday Night Live after seven seasons.
- 13:48Speaker 1: I really enjoyed her on the show. Maybe not the
- 13:50Speaker 1: biggest star on the show, you probably would recognize her face.
- 13:53Speaker 1: She announced that she's leaving after seven seasons. This is
- 13:56Speaker 1: what happens when SNL is on downtime. They shake up
- 13:59Speaker 1: the and they decide who's gonna stay, who's gonna go.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I'm told it was a mutual decision. She said. Working
- 14:04Speaker 1: in Studio eight h on the eighth floor and Rockefeller
- 14:07Speaker 1: Center was the greatest privilege of her career. She thanked
- 14:10Speaker 1: Law and Michaels for giving her the opportunity. Her spot
- 14:14Speaker 1: on Celebrity Impressions and Unforgettable Characters were just delightful. I
- 14:18Speaker 1: really did enjoy her. I wish her the best. Gosh,
- 14:21Speaker 1: you worried, don't you? When Pete Davidson. When big stars
- 14:24Speaker 1: leave SNL, they no longer become movie stars. Remember Eddie Murphy.
- 14:29Speaker 1: There is a ten twenty people who left SNL and
- 14:32Speaker 1: the eighties, the Niners that went on to be super stars.
- 14:36Speaker 1: And then there's a lot of cast members too who
- 14:38Speaker 1: really do struggle. I hope Chloe doesn't struggle. I think
- 14:41Speaker 1: she's brilliant. I think she's up there with Kristen Wig
- 14:45Speaker 1: who are absolutely love and Tina Fey so fingers crossed.
- 14:49Speaker 1: It's awful, isn't it When you know it's the right moment?
- 14:52Speaker 1: After seven seasons, but you do know you've got to go,
- 14:56Speaker 1: but you don't quite want to go, and you're frightened
- 14:58Speaker 1: about what the future brings. It takes a lot of
- 15:01Speaker 1: courage and so we are sending you our best. Hey,
- 15:04Speaker 1: We're going to take a quick break, very quick break.
- 15:08Speaker 1: And the reason we do it and the reason we
- 15:09Speaker 1: can bring you this podcast for absolutely no cause, is
- 15:12Speaker 1: our advertisers. So thank you to our advertisers. We will
- 15:15Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the not even Niceville
- 15:20Speaker 1: and the house drumshoot. Hey, welcome bag, It's good to
- 15:23Speaker 1: see you. Let's get to the polls done dunder. Last
- 15:28Speaker 1: show we talked about Mega Mickles Master Chef in Australia.
- 15:32Speaker 1: She got a new gig on Master Chef as a
- 15:34Speaker 1: guest judge. People are saying they're going to boycott it.
- 15:36Speaker 1: It's not even aired yet. Will you give the show
- 15:40Speaker 1: a chance? Let's forty percent said no, sixty percent said yes,
- 15:45Speaker 1: you will give it a chance. I know she's controversial,
- 15:48Speaker 1: I know she stirs up a lot of feelings, but
- 15:51Speaker 1: I find her very interesting too. I find it hard
- 15:54Speaker 1: to look away, so I will watch it. Mark Lupa
- 15:56Speaker 1: yesterday said he would not watch it. So I think
- 15:59Speaker 1: the split it's very very interesting. But you know what,
- 16:01Speaker 1: the nice thing is, loves this show. We don't have
- 16:04Speaker 1: to agree on everything. We can disagree on really everything
- 16:08Speaker 1: and we can still be friends. So I'm gonna watch it.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Mostly you were going to watch it, Mark Lupo and
- 16:14Speaker 1: forty of you are absolutely that's your choice. Be you. Hey,
- 16:19Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on Today's poll. Should the security
- 16:23Speaker 1: at the Today Show be fired? This is a real
- 16:25Speaker 1: bad breach. This is something that is so so scary.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Go vote on our Twitter page at X page and
- 16:31Speaker 1: naughty nice Rob. Do you just not call it twitter?
- 16:34Speaker 1: What do you call it? X? Now? I did both.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I've been calling it Twitter for probably a year or
- 16:38Speaker 1: too long, maybe two years too long, but now I'm
- 16:41Speaker 1: started to say x. But oh, I still like the
- 16:43Speaker 1: word twitter. What do you call it? Again? And also
- 16:45Speaker 1: to our Facebook page not a gossip and be sure
- 16:49Speaker 1: to check back on Monday to hear your results. And
- 16:53Speaker 1: my favorite part on the show, it's time for the
- 16:57Speaker 1: nicest of the Day and we see still the day
- 17:02Speaker 1: is David Beckham's son Cruise, who gave his dad a
- 17:04Speaker 1: hug after England lost the World Cup seventy finals to Argentina.
- 17:10Speaker 1: He was in a box with Victoria. I see your
- 17:12Speaker 1: posh spies. Tell me what you want about you really
- 17:15Speaker 1: really want I love her and his son Cruise was
- 17:18Speaker 1: by his side. Weren't they when they last right towards
- 17:21Speaker 1: the end. I think everybody thought England was going to
- 17:23Speaker 1: win this and then in the last, the last part
- 17:27Speaker 1: of the game, it slipped away, didn't it will David
- 17:29Speaker 1: Beckham He looked absolutely dead, the stated devastated. Cruise embraced
- 17:35Speaker 1: his dad and I love this. He was wearing number
- 17:37Speaker 1: seven England Jersey. That's his dad's iconic number. It was
- 17:41Speaker 1: a beautiful little scene. And all this happens too while
- 17:44Speaker 1: his estranged son Brooklyn, he's not there. So it's lovely
- 17:46Speaker 1: to see just a little bit of harmony in the
- 17:48Speaker 1: Beckham family, which we don't get to see that much.
- 17:51Speaker 1: This was a lovely, lovely, lovely. Oh It's awful, isn't
- 17:55Speaker 1: it when the crushing glass loss happens. I'm not the
- 17:59Speaker 1: biggest sports fan. I'd got into this football, I must
- 18:01Speaker 1: admit I got into the soccer, but I'm not I'm
- 18:04Speaker 1: not crushed about it. I wanted England to win obviously.
- 18:07Speaker 1: I wanted America to win, obviously, but I'm not quite
- 18:12Speaker 1: as invested as I am in other other stuff, Like
- 18:17Speaker 1: I'd rather, you know, see Madonna. Shit, I'm tell anyone
- 18:20Speaker 1: Madonna's before this week at the final show, and I
- 18:24Speaker 1: think I'm more excited about that. Oh, don't tell anybody. Okay,
- 18:27Speaker 1: let's do the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty. Concerns about Britney Spears,
- 18:32Speaker 1: who's dropped a bombshell saying that she wants a baby.
- 18:36Speaker 1: So Brittany has fans concerned or at least talking about
- 18:39Speaker 1: babies because she did a really cryptic Instagram post featuring
- 18:43Speaker 1: a wan see and teasing that she hopes to quote
- 18:46Speaker 1: introduce somebody unbelievably beautiful later this year. Speculation is that
- 18:52Speaker 1: she's having another baby. My sources say they have no
- 18:54Speaker 1: idea what Brittany is talking about. She is not pregnant,
- 18:57Speaker 1: she is not having another baby. She is being Britney.
- 19:02Speaker 1: I think she likes to be controversial. I think she
- 19:04Speaker 1: likes to get attention. This certainly helps. And also, let's
- 19:07Speaker 1: be clear, Britney suffers with extreme mental health problems issues,
- 19:11Speaker 1: and we send out our love to her. We know
- 19:13Speaker 1: she struggles. It's painfully obvious to anybody that follows follows
- 19:17Speaker 1: her on social media, and so we're sending her our best. Hey,
- 19:20Speaker 1: let's end with a moment of rob You get a robbi,
- 19:23Speaker 1: your rub, your rob Don't start with your to do Listen, No,
- 19:26Speaker 1: don't do that. Don't start your day thinking of everything
- 19:29Speaker 1: you have to do. Don't do that. Start your day
- 19:31Speaker 1: thinking of everything you already have. Different, a new morning,
- 19:36Speaker 1: a body that carries you, people that care about you,
- 19:39Speaker 1: lessons learned, opportunities still waiting. Think about that each day.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Think about everything that you have, not everything you need
- 19:46Speaker 1: to do. Gratitude. It's not ignoring your goals or pretending
- 19:50Speaker 1: that life is perfect. No, it's about choosing a stronger
- 19:53Speaker 1: starting point. If you start your day every day thinking
- 19:57Speaker 1: about everything you have, it's a better way to start
- 20:00Speaker 1: the game. When you begin from a place of abundance
- 20:04Speaker 1: instead of a place of lack, your mindset shifts, dress
- 20:08Speaker 1: loosens its grip, and purpose that takes its place. Your
- 20:12Speaker 1: to do list will be there in five minutes. I
- 20:14Speaker 1: promise you begin with your blessings and let that gratitude
- 20:19Speaker 1: shape everything that follows. I am so grateful for you.
- 20:22Speaker 1: When I think about everything I have naughties, you are
- 20:25Speaker 1: right at the top of that list. Hey, thank you
- 20:27Speaker 1: for listening this week to the Not Even Nice with
- 20:29Speaker 1: Rob and your t show. You're the co host today
- 20:32Speaker 1: with a production of Alas Durand and iHeartRadio. Don't forget
- 20:34Speaker 1: to stick out mine. Check out my substack Robshooter substack
- 20:38Speaker 1: dot com, and also to my novel It Started with
- 20:41Speaker 1: a Whisper, is available right now. And remember altogether now

- 20:48Speaker 1: going to be we've got to Rah
