- 0:27Speaker 3: I am one of your co hosts, Scott and with
- 0:29Speaker 3: me as mostly is uh.
- 0:35Speaker 4: Daniel, and I just realized my fatal mistake. So Dan's
- 0:40Speaker 4: not here with us because I put the wrong dates
- 0:43Speaker 4: in our group chat as to when we'll be doing shows,
- 0:46Speaker 4: and Scott was accurate point that I put days in December.
- 0:52Speaker 4: But what I just realized by googling it is because
- 0:55Speaker 4: I had typed in calendar January calendar, and I used
- 1:00Speaker 4: it from a twenty twenty three calendar. Okay, okay, I
- 1:08Speaker 4: was like, I for sure typed in January. What the hell?
- 1:11Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I think we can forgive you.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Yeah, we're not gonna We're not gonna fire you this week.
- 1:19Speaker 4: So yeah, this week one more time, though, I'm.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Out well, you know, I'm not gonna tell you how
- 1:24Speaker 3: many strikes you have, so.
- 1:25Speaker 4: Oh good lord. Yeah, So Dan's out here because it's
- 1:29Speaker 4: my fault. So I'm sorry, guys.
- 1:31Speaker 3: That's okay, that's okay. I'm I'm sure he's laughing about this.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Oh he'll laugh later.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Or he's sitting inside of his house drinking coffee going
- 1:39Speaker 3: what the hell, guys.
- 1:40Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly, exactly.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Oh but well, Merry Christmas and happy New Year?
- 1:46Speaker 4: Yeah you do you doo? Do you have a good
- 1:49Speaker 4: Christmas New Year?
- 1:51Speaker 3: Loved it? Loved it yep.
- 1:52Speaker 2: A lot of a lot of family time and a
- 1:54Speaker 2: lot of a lot of great football and nice yep.
- 1:58Speaker 2: So Michigan won the I don't know what they call
- 2:00Speaker 2: it now, it used to be the Outback Bowl.
- 2:02Speaker 3: So happy about that.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Did you get a bloomin onion for that?
- 2:05Speaker 3: Or I should have? I should have? Yeah, maybe I
- 2:08Speaker 3: can make one, you can.
- 2:11Speaker 4: There's a lot of make or replicate recipes out there,
- 2:17Speaker 4: so yeah, yeah.
- 2:18Speaker 2: And that reminds me sometime this year we need to
- 2:21Speaker 2: do a Nelix cookbook cooking.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:26Speaker 2: I've been thinking about that ever since, ever since you
- 2:28Speaker 2: mentioned that, I've been excuse me, I've been thinking about
- 2:32Speaker 2: that and I definitely want to make some recipes.
- 2:34Speaker 3: So there's guys, especially now. I just started, and I
- 2:38Speaker 3: don't know why, I just started doing a voyager rewatch.
- 2:42Speaker 4: Oh interesting.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Yeah, So like a week and a half ago I
- 2:45Speaker 2: started doing a Voyager rewatch and I'm already uh in
- 2:47Speaker 2: the season two.
- 2:48Speaker 4: So I have been rewatching an old show, not Star
- 2:52Speaker 4: Trek related, and I am loving it. I limit myself
- 2:56Speaker 4: to one episode tonight or else I'll blow right through it.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Okay.
- 3:00Speaker 4: It's an old some of the early two thousands. It
- 3:03Speaker 4: was only one season. It's called Terriers. It's like a
- 3:07Speaker 4: show about private detectives. Okay, okay, yeah, and uh it's
- 3:13Speaker 4: really good. Oh my god, I forgot how this show is.
- 3:17Speaker 3: What's it called Terriers?
- 3:19Speaker 4: Like the Dog?
- 3:22Speaker 3: Oh and.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Yeah, it's got Oh what's that's the guy's name. He's
- 3:27Speaker 4: one of those guys like you see him and you're like,
- 3:29Speaker 4: oh that guy doll log he was a Harvey Bullock
- 3:34Speaker 4: and coffin. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, he's the guy in it.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Yeah. Okay, so great, cool. Yeah, I I just started.
- 3:45Speaker 3: I've been looking. Okay, So I have a confession to make.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Okay, So I as a lot of you know, I
- 3:51Speaker 2: I drive a semi okay, and I'm on the road
- 3:55Speaker 2: about you know, six hours a day. I'm home every day,
- 4:00Speaker 2: and so I'm always looking for new podcasts to to
- 4:03Speaker 2: listen to. And ever since I've been doing this show.
- 4:06Speaker 2: I've had to kind of eliminate a podcast because I
- 4:09Speaker 2: don't listen to this podcast anymore because I I.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Live it in real life.
- 4:14Speaker 5: Man.
- 4:15Speaker 2: So I actually found another Star Trek podcast and we've
- 4:20Speaker 2: talked about it on this show.
- 4:21Speaker 3: I've been listening to the.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Delta Flyers, oh yeah, with Robert Duncan McNeil and Garrett Wong,
- 4:29Speaker 2: and I mean a little.
- 4:32Speaker 4: Bit, yeah there you are, just a little bit.
- 4:34Speaker 2: But I gotta tell you, I don't think the show
- 4:37Speaker 2: and I'm I'm not saying this because I'm part of
- 4:39Speaker 2: this show. I don't think their show is quite as
- 4:41Speaker 2: good as ours.
- 4:42Speaker 3: It's a little it's it's shorter, it's it's not real podcasty,
- 4:50Speaker 3: it's it's just more like you know, they they're not
- 4:53Speaker 3: as refined. They haven't been doing it that long at least.
- 4:56Speaker 2: I'm watching it concurrently with the episodes that I'm watching, so.
- 5:01Speaker 3: They just started it. But it's it's it's a good podcast.
- 5:05Speaker 4: All right. I will have to check that out sometime.
- 5:08Speaker 4: I've only looked into like one or two episodes, But
- 5:13Speaker 4: see any other highlights during break.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Yeah, just uh, just the normal Christmas and New Year
- 5:20Speaker 2: stuff and a lot of family time and a lot
- 5:23Speaker 2: of time off. That's one of the things about with
- 5:27Speaker 2: my job is I get a couple days off for
- 5:29Speaker 2: New Year's, a couple days off for Christmas, and it's
- 5:31Speaker 2: like this year it's in the middle of the week,
- 5:32Speaker 2: so I'm like, I'm working the weekend. Then I have
- 5:34Speaker 2: to work a day, then two days off for Christmas,
- 5:36Speaker 2: than work days and two days off for the weekend,
- 5:39Speaker 2: then work two days and two days off, the work
- 5:41Speaker 2: a day and it's like, okay, schedule.
- 5:45Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I I went and saw Kevin Smith, uh,
- 5:51Speaker 4: basically do stand up comedy Kevin Smith, yeah, the director.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, okay, yeah. Yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 4: So this is my second New Year's in a row
- 6:00Speaker 4: where I go see comedian or something like that. Like
- 6:04Speaker 4: the year before I went to Vegas and we went
- 6:06Speaker 4: and saw Gabriel Glaciers Fluffy nice. Yeah, And then and
- 6:10Speaker 4: then this time I went to Spokane Comedy Club and
- 6:14Speaker 4: I saw Kevin Smith. So I guess that's becoming my tradition.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Nice.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Yeah. It was a lot of fun. It was a
- 6:20Speaker 4: lot of fun. He had a lot of very humous
- 6:22Speaker 4: stories about, you know, about directing and doing movies. But
- 6:27Speaker 4: one of the things that he pointed out, and this
- 6:29Speaker 4: made a lot of sense if you're a fan of
- 6:31Speaker 4: his movies. Is how big of a fan of George
- 6:34Speaker 4: Carlin he is? Oh yeah, and how Carlin really shaped
- 6:40Speaker 4: him in a lot of ways. Yeah, And once he
- 6:43Speaker 4: said that, like you could hear it in his dialogue,
- 6:46Speaker 4: like it's there, oh right, right, yeah, yeah, So I
- 6:52Speaker 4: thought that was interesting but nice.
- 6:54Speaker 3: That sounds like fun.
- 6:56Speaker 5: Yeah, it sounds like fun.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Well, should we get to the Star Trek News.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Let's do it, okay, Star Trek News.
- 7:06Speaker 4: All right, So we've got a few news stories today.
- 7:10Speaker 4: One I think is more of a warning, so we'll
- 7:12Speaker 4: start with that one. Our first news story comes to
- 7:15Speaker 4: us from trekmovie dot com and one of these Section
- 7:20Speaker 4: thirty one actors, Robert kaz in Sky, he's kind of
- 7:27Speaker 4: worried how fans are gonna make this new movie with Yeah,
- 7:33Speaker 4: which is interesting because the last time we got stuff
- 7:37Speaker 4: like this, I don't know if you remember, but but
- 7:43Speaker 4: Anson mount Pike himself he said about season two of
- 7:48Speaker 4: Strength in the Worlds that they were going for some
- 7:50Speaker 4: really big swings and then on the show we were like,
- 7:54Speaker 4: we like it, but not as much as we like
- 7:56Speaker 4: the first.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Season, right, there a couple episodes that were like amazing
- 8:00Speaker 2: and risky, you know, the musical episode and the uh
- 8:05Speaker 2: a lower episode.
- 8:07Speaker 4: Yeah, but most of that season we were like I
- 8:10Speaker 4: don't know about this man. Yeah, yeah, we're and so
- 8:14Speaker 4: we're like looking back at we're like, oh, they were
- 8:16Speaker 4: trying to warn us. It feels like the section thirty
- 8:20Speaker 4: one is trying to warn us at this point, you.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Know, like they're trying to soften it up a little bit.
- 8:26Speaker 4: It feels that way.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Keep your expectations low, kids, Yeah.
- 8:30Speaker 4: It really feels that way.
- 8:32Speaker 3: We didn't make the trick you wanted.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Well, funny, you put it that way, So he put
- 8:38Speaker 4: it this way. He he says he's a major fan
- 8:39Speaker 4: of Star Trek, has loved it, you know, since he
- 8:41Speaker 4: was a kid. But then he says, exactly what you're saying.
- 8:45Speaker 4: I'm terrified of how it's going to be received because
- 8:48Speaker 4: it's not the trick people want. The trick that people
- 8:51Speaker 4: want is the trick we all want. It's just a
- 8:54Speaker 4: thousand more episodes of TNG, and everyone's always curious that
- 8:58Speaker 4: they're not getting more TG. Well, it's at the same
- 9:01Speaker 4: time when TG came out, everybody hated it.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Right, right, So I would like a thousand more episodes
- 9:10Speaker 3: of TG.
- 9:11Speaker 5: I mean I.
- 9:14Speaker 3: And they're like, here's a thousand more episodes of TG. Yay.
- 9:19Speaker 4: But but what's really funny is like the early seasons
- 9:22Speaker 4: of The Orville, where just more episodes of TG essentially.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Yeah, and that's why everybody loved The Orville.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Right, right, So you literally cannot argue that it wouldn't
- 9:35Speaker 4: work because it did.
- 9:37Speaker 3: The secret sauce is out there. It's not like Coca Cola,
- 9:40Speaker 3: the secret Sauce. It's it's there, it's not copyrighted. It's
- 9:45Speaker 3: on the Internet for anybody to take.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Yeah. So apparently this guy, he will be playing a
- 9:52Speaker 4: character named Zev dubbed the Machine who wears a Mex suit.
- 9:58Speaker 4: All things we've seen in starting before. Oh boy. Yeah,
- 10:04Speaker 4: I have a feeling, like I've said before, this is
- 10:06Speaker 4: going to be their Guardians of the Galaxy, you know,
- 10:11Speaker 4: a band of miscuits that comes together to solve a problem.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Yeah, let's just let's hope. Let's hope that it has
- 10:19Speaker 3: a reception like Guardians of the Galaxy. Like everybody's like.
- 10:23Speaker 6: What is this.
- 10:24Speaker 3: I'm kind of curious, Like this is weird. I don't
- 10:27Speaker 3: know any of these characters because I'm not a huge
- 10:29Speaker 3: you know fan. Oh this is great.
- 10:32Speaker 4: Although, if we're going with the Guardians model and based
- 10:37Speaker 4: off the personality types, that would make Michelle Yo their
- 10:42Speaker 4: rocket Raccoon.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, and maybe the opening like the opening
- 10:49Speaker 3: songs me, Hey.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Hey what yeah?
- 10:54Speaker 3: You know you're gonna have a dance off to save
- 10:56Speaker 3: that'd be great?
- 10:58Speaker 4: You find that? Sure? Why not?
- 11:00Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 11:00Speaker 4: I mean, if we're not gonna be Star Trek, let's
- 11:02Speaker 4: really not be Star Trek.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Right at the end, there's like this Klingon antagonist going,
- 11:07Speaker 3: what are you doing? Dance off, bro, Michelle Yo, dance
- 11:12Speaker 3: off bro?
- 11:14Speaker 4: If yes, I'm thinking out what if the antagonist is
- 11:17Speaker 4: Alexander and he wants to destroy the multiverse so mad
- 11:21Speaker 4: about his dad.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Oh that could have been a Lord Dex episode.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, oh boy.
- 11:31Speaker 3: See, they just need to hire us. We'll hire you
- 11:34Speaker 3: as a writer.
- 11:35Speaker 4: Yeah I would. I wouldn't mind, all right. So then
- 11:40Speaker 4: our next news story is it's not really an official story,
- 11:43Speaker 4: but it's making the rounds on the internet, so I
- 11:46Speaker 4: wanted to talk about it. So this comes to us
- 11:49Speaker 4: from brickfanatics dot com and there are rumors that this year,
- 11:55Speaker 4: in twenty twenty five, we're gonna get Lego Star Trek
- 11:58Speaker 4: finally allegedly official Lego Star Trek. So I have not
- 12:04Speaker 4: seen any debunking of this, and this has been going
- 12:07Speaker 4: around for a while, so that's usually a good sign.
- 12:10Speaker 4: If they weren't, they're pretty quick to debunk. So we
- 12:16Speaker 4: have a list of rumored sets, the top one being
- 12:21Speaker 4: the Enterprise d Yeah, seventy five hundred pieces who costing
- 12:29Speaker 4: about eight hundred dollars, so that would be your really
- 12:32Speaker 4: giant set.
- 12:35Speaker 3: We're also ley I got my next Christmas present.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Yeah, no kidding, no kidding, or the USS Stargazer at
- 12:45Speaker 4: about three thousand and three thirty five hundred pieces. That's
- 12:49Speaker 4: also looking to be about three hundred and fifty dollars
- 12:52Speaker 4: is the estimate. So yeah, there's.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Has Lego ever done I don't know. I can't think
- 13:01Speaker 2: because Lego ever done Star Star Trek.
- 13:04Speaker 4: No, there was another company who did Star Star Trek
- 13:07Speaker 4: Lego type pieces, okay, like sets, I forget the name
- 13:14Speaker 4: of the company, but they they were different.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Like for Blacko's or something, you know.
- 13:22Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, but and like the character designs looked more
- 13:28Speaker 4: like the actual characters than lego characters, you know. Okay,
- 13:34Speaker 4: apparently some of the things going around in that too
- 13:36Speaker 4: is we're gonna get a bearded riker and a beard
- 13:39Speaker 4: lifts riker, so that it Yeah, so you can go
- 13:43Speaker 4: either way on that. There might be some diorama sets,
- 13:48Speaker 4: so like the Bridge of the Enterprise d which would
- 13:53Speaker 4: come with riker, the card riker would have the beard
- 13:56Speaker 4: in this one allegedly Wharf Jordy, Data counselor Troy and
- 14:00Speaker 4: Dartter Pressure. That would be an eight hundred to twelve
- 14:03Speaker 4: hundred piece set running about eighty two, one hundred and
- 14:06Speaker 4: twenty dollars.
- 14:07Speaker 2: So see, that's that's you know, for most that's managable
- 14:11Speaker 2: middle class you know, dudes and dudets. That's you know, yeah,
- 14:16Speaker 2: it's a Christmas present, a legit yeah kind of thing, and.
- 14:19Speaker 4: It's a lot of the figures that you want. So
- 14:21Speaker 4: I imagine that.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Most people eight dollars is you know, anybody in a yeah,
- 14:26Speaker 2: in the middle class range, like all of us eight
- 14:29Speaker 2: hundred bucks is you know, it's a pretty big pill
- 14:32Speaker 2: to swallow.
- 14:33Speaker 4: Yeah, that's kind of a lot. But but yeah, that
- 14:36Speaker 4: that one for one twenty maybe you know top end. Yeah,
- 14:39Speaker 4: that sounds about right. Uh. But this one, this is
- 14:42Speaker 4: my personal favorite because it makes me realize, Yeah, kids
- 14:45Speaker 4: are not going to buy these toys. Allegedly, they're going
- 14:48Speaker 4: to come out with a measure of a man courtroom
- 14:51Speaker 4: set because you know kids love legal drama.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Yeah, they're just going for a hardcore star trek TG fan. Yeah.
- 15:07Speaker 4: And again these are all rumored sets that that may
- 15:09Speaker 4: not actually happen. Oh doesn't love that idea?
- 15:13Speaker 2: Well, I mean, I guess, I guess all lego arms
- 15:15Speaker 2: are removable, But I'm just thinking that you can like, oh,
- 15:18Speaker 2: is it where like Riker's hold Data's arm.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Right, yeah, yeah, so that that one would be about
- 15:27Speaker 4: eight hundred to twelve hundred pieces and also in that
- 15:30Speaker 4: eighty to one to twenty range, because you know, you
- 15:32Speaker 4: want that courtroom to be spectacular for the kids.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, yeah, I might buy it.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Yeah, you might get that courtroom set. Yep, let's see,
- 15:50Speaker 4: it would come with the card Data Bruce Maddox he lowis.
- 16:00Speaker 3: Yeah, she was the best one.
- 16:02Speaker 4: Yeah, and Riker bearded so.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Wait it was Jordi even in that in those scenes.
- 16:10Speaker 4: I don't remember, I don't they I don't.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Remember Jordi being in the courtroom scenes.
- 16:15Speaker 4: It's been a while since I've seen that episode. Yeah,
- 16:18Speaker 4: all right, chat with Jordy in that scene in the courtroom.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't yeah, I don't know.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Well, I I don't think he was at that it's
- 16:31Speaker 2: season one. He was a he kind of was a
- 16:33Speaker 2: junior officer.
- 16:34Speaker 3: And yeah, kind of were he wore the red right, Yeah,
- 16:38Speaker 3: he were red, and he was a helmsman, so there'd
- 16:40Speaker 3: be no reason for the helmsman. They weren't even friends yet.
- 16:43Speaker 4: So yeah, all right, Well thanks.
- 16:47Speaker 3: For including him, you know, yeah, I'll just I'll display
- 16:49Speaker 3: him proudly like outside the courtroom scene.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Yeah, not that you couldn't take Jordie's head and put
- 16:55Speaker 4: it on a red body and make your own Season
- 16:58Speaker 4: one Jordi, but you know that's true. Yeah, all right.
- 17:02Speaker 4: And then our last news story, Uh, this one comes
- 17:05Speaker 4: to us from comic book dot Com and pre orders
- 17:08Speaker 4: are up for those of you who want this the
- 17:11Speaker 4: Lower Decks full series steel Book. So if you want,
- 17:17Speaker 4: if you're a completionist, then you want all five seasons
- 17:21Speaker 4: of Lower Decks. The Steel Book will be coming out.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Steel books are pretty cool. If you don't know about
- 17:26Speaker 4: those they're like the big well they're literally in a
- 17:30Speaker 4: book that looks that's made out of steel, and and
- 17:35Speaker 4: they're they're pretty high end DVD products usually comes with
- 17:38Speaker 4: like background, uh documentaries and stuff like that.
- 17:43Speaker 3: So there's a full Blue Race at then yeah.
- 17:46Speaker 4: It's a full blue ray set of all five seasons
- 17:48Speaker 4: all put together. I did not see how much it's
- 17:52Speaker 4: going to cost. You can get season five by itself
- 17:58Speaker 4: that's running up. Oh okay, there it is, the fuller
- 18:01Speaker 4: Blu ray or sit the steel books is going to
- 18:03Speaker 4: be fifty eight ninety nine, so sixty bucks.
- 18:07Speaker 3: That doesn't sound bad.
- 18:09Speaker 4: No, not not really for.
- 18:10Speaker 3: The entire seriason.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Yeah, to have the whole series for sixty bucks, that's
- 18:15Speaker 4: pretty good. And then the final season just by itself
- 18:19Speaker 4: is fifty nine or twenty five ninety nine, so okay.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Because you know, there's two reasons to buy this physical media.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And we've talked all the time about physical media and
- 18:30Speaker 2: streaming services. Obviously, you know, if you don't have good
- 18:34Speaker 2: Internet or you don't want to you know, forever, be
- 18:37Speaker 2: holden to streaming services. You have physical media, you know,
- 18:41Speaker 2: it's always great to you know, you go camping, you
- 18:43Speaker 2: pop in a Blu ray whatever.
- 18:45Speaker 3: The second reason is the special features.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm a special featured junkie.
- 18:53Speaker 3: I love special features.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I will you know, once the movie's over, the movie's
- 18:58Speaker 2: not over if I'm watching it on there's.
- 19:02Speaker 3: Another twelve hours of additional you know.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Content, I mean behind the scenes and director's commentary.
- 19:07Speaker 4: And I will give you another reason why to buy
- 19:11Speaker 4: the whole series as opposed to Okay, so there is
- 19:15Speaker 4: talk now because of these streaming wars and how many
- 19:18Speaker 4: you know, there's multiple streamers out there, There is talk
- 19:22Speaker 4: now of what eve instead of buying a series, So like, oh,
- 19:28Speaker 4: I want to buy the rights to to stream DS
- 19:31Speaker 4: nine right or lower decks? What if I bought the
- 19:35Speaker 4: rights to the first two seasons? Oh yeah, so season
- 19:39Speaker 4: one and two are on Peacock, Season three and four
- 19:44Speaker 4: are on Hulu, five and six are like just spread
- 19:48Speaker 4: it around, baby. Yeah yeah, that.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Would be absolutely horribly horrifying.
- 19:55Speaker 4: But that that is the talk in order to push
- 19:58Speaker 4: people to have to get some scriptions to everything. So
- 20:02Speaker 4: then that way, you know, if you want to watch
- 20:04Speaker 4: like The Office, right, that's a really popular one. Sure,
- 20:07Speaker 4: imagine if you can only get season one and two
- 20:09Speaker 4: or season one only one place and then spread it around.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Yeah, that reminds I did an Office rewatch about I
- 20:18Speaker 2: don't know, three years ago, and it was on Netflix,
- 20:22Speaker 2: and you know, I was reading that. I was it
- 20:25Speaker 2: was like towards December. I was towards the last season,
- 20:29Speaker 2: and I read a news.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Article the Office leaving Netflix at the end of you
- 20:33Speaker 3: know whatever. It was twenty twenty one or whatever, twenty.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Twenty right, and I remember I had to rush through
- 20:38Speaker 2: the series to get to it before left and went
- 20:40Speaker 2: to Peacock.
- 20:41Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:42Speaker 3: So yeah, it's yeah, it's if you start a series
- 20:45Speaker 3: on Netflix, especially not like a Netflix original, where you
- 20:48Speaker 3: start a series on any a streaming service and you
- 20:52Speaker 3: start to get into it, look up how long it's
- 20:55Speaker 3: going to be on that streaming service.
- 20:56Speaker 4: Yeah, Paul Chen makes another good call. Uh point, if
- 21:01Speaker 4: you own it physically, you don't have that chance of
- 21:04Speaker 4: they manipulate the content or change the history.
- 21:07Speaker 3: That's true.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Yeah, which you know, I'll bring it up because I'm
- 21:12Speaker 4: a dork and dance not here as a wrestling fan.
- 21:15Speaker 4: They do that a lot because they don't have the
- 21:17Speaker 4: rights to the music long term, so they'll they'll change
- 21:22Speaker 4: it a lot. So yeah, well.
- 21:25Speaker 3: That happened with the two examples. I can think of
- 21:29Speaker 3: Our House and Dawson's Creek. When you stream House or
- 21:34Speaker 3: Dawson's Creek, it's not the original theme. Oh really okay, yeah,
- 21:38Speaker 3: anywhere you stream because they didn't they never got the
- 21:40Speaker 3: rights to the music because that wasn't something that you
- 21:42Speaker 3: thought about right back then.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, and the you know, Paul chen makes
- 21:48Speaker 2: a good point, you know, with manipulation, not just manipulation
- 21:52Speaker 2: because they want to redo something, but because they're trying
- 21:54Speaker 2: to cut it for time now. Fortunately Paramount Plus hasn't
- 21:57Speaker 2: didn't do this with Caretaker for Voyager, but I have
- 22:02Speaker 2: seen a version of Caretaker that doesn't include certain scenes.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Like there's a very specific scene in Caretaker Part one
- 22:10Speaker 2: where Tom is taking a shuttle to Deep Space nine
- 22:16Speaker 2: and he has a conversation with the helmsman of Voyager
- 22:19Speaker 2: who ends up dying in the first basically the first act.
- 22:23Speaker 2: That scene's not included in if you watch when they
- 22:27Speaker 2: aired it as a single episode as a two part episode,
- 22:31Speaker 2: that scenes not included, but Paramount Plus did include it.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Hu So because it's because Paramount Plus airs it as
- 22:38Speaker 2: a single too single episode, they call it Caretaker Part
- 22:42Speaker 2: one and two, but it's aired as a single episode.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Okay, so things.
- 22:45Speaker 4: Like that, yeah, real quick. Over on the Instagram account,
- 22:50Speaker 4: Neil is saying that Jeordie was not in those scenes
- 22:54Speaker 4: in Measure of a Man, and that Measure of a
- 22:56Speaker 4: Man was season two So.
- 23:00Speaker 2: That's right, yep, absolutely right, season two not season one.
- 23:03Speaker 3: Yep. So so I was right in wrong.
- 23:06Speaker 4: Yeah, there you go, there you go. But yeah, So
- 23:09Speaker 4: that's all the news stories. I mean, there's not a
- 23:11Speaker 4: lot out there right now, still early. I'm sure in
- 23:15Speaker 4: the next week or two we will be getting a
- 23:17Speaker 4: lot more about Section thirty one as they start making
- 23:21Speaker 4: their rounds.
- 23:21Speaker 3: And well, you forgot a new story.
- 23:24Speaker 4: What's that?
- 23:25Speaker 3: Well, don't you do your weekly Who's Paramount being sold
- 23:28Speaker 3: to this week?
- 23:29Speaker 4: Oh no, no, I did not check. I did not check.
- 23:34Speaker 3: I thought that was just an odd going dude. I
- 23:36Speaker 3: thought that was kind of like you're doing the weather.
- 23:38Speaker 4: Yeah right, right, yeah. Well, I mean there's still technically
- 23:43Speaker 4: finalizing the sale to Skydands, but I don't know how.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Many times it all faired it, So how many times
- 23:51Speaker 2: were they technically finalizing their sale to X.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Y or Z Weirdest thing Man? Like they went to, Okay,
- 23:58Speaker 4: we have a deal. Now that we have the deal,
- 24:01Speaker 4: we're in a period where we can decide to see
- 24:03Speaker 4: if there's better deals out there.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, none of it makes any sense. It's frustrating
- 24:09Speaker 2: for fans of Paramount properties.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Yeah. Oh Jes says that did the same thing. They
- 24:18Speaker 4: cut out all the music. I mean they didn't bring
- 24:23Speaker 4: that up in my nine cast, but.
- 24:27Speaker 3: They didn't have a down Yeah.
- 24:33Speaker 4: No, that is a great theme song. All right.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Oh, speaking of speaking of music real quick, yeah, I've
- 24:39Speaker 2: gotten I've gotten a lot of comments about my twelve
- 24:43Speaker 2: Things of Star Trek song. Yeah, a lot of you
- 24:47Speaker 2: guys have been really really kind. I mean that was
- 24:51Speaker 2: I re listened to it. I've re listened to it
- 24:53Speaker 2: only once, Okay, okay, and it's uh, it's it's cringey
- 25:00Speaker 2: and horrifying to me. So but I want to thank
- 25:03Speaker 2: you for all the all the kind kind words.
- 25:06Speaker 3: And you know, one or two threats.
- 25:07Speaker 4: And he went to semi viral on TikTok.
- 25:11Speaker 3: You know that. I saw it on TikTok and it
- 25:14Speaker 3: was horrified. I loved it. It was horror like a
- 25:17Speaker 3: scrolls you TikTok and oh god, it's me.
- 25:25Speaker 2: It's definitely something I thought about before I even conceived
- 25:28Speaker 2: of the idea of like.
- 25:29Speaker 3: What the heck right, right, the sacrifices I make for
- 25:33Speaker 3: the show.
- 25:34Speaker 4: That's ridiculous. All right, well okay, well let's get to uh,
- 25:39Speaker 4: let's get to the main topic.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Okay, fun will now come back.
- 25:49Speaker 4: All right, So our main topic is you know, every
- 25:52Speaker 4: year we do every year we do our awards, right,
- 25:56Speaker 4: usually do them right after you know, New year started.
- 25:59Speaker 4: The reason week that way is because you know, sometimes
- 26:03Speaker 4: things happen toward the end of the year and you
- 26:05Speaker 4: want to bring them up for Star Trek. So wait
- 26:06Speaker 4: till the years and we reflect back on the year
- 26:09Speaker 4: that wasn't Star Trek. So instead of uh, just coming
- 26:15Speaker 4: up with our own awards, we thought it'd be fun
- 26:17Speaker 4: to have a brainstorming session here with you guys and
- 26:20Speaker 4: come up with the the categories for the awards, and
- 26:24Speaker 4: then we'll also figure out nominees for those categories.
- 26:28Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, so sorry, sorry, I'm waiting for Dan to interject.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Ah. He just messaged me right now and he said, sorry, guys,
- 26:38Speaker 4: I completely forgot.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's okay, Dan, Yeah, it's okay.
- 26:44Speaker 4: So, so first category. I mean, this will go in
- 26:51Speaker 4: any order we wanted to go, but one that I
- 26:53Speaker 4: thought I just thought of. I don't know, like it's brainstorming, right,
- 26:56Speaker 4: so we kind of go what we come up with. Yeah,
- 27:01Speaker 4: I think we have a unique opportunity from twenty twenty
- 27:04Speaker 4: four that we can do the category of best Series
- 27:08Speaker 4: Finale because we we had Discovery and we had Lower
- 27:13Speaker 4: Decks both ending, so we could vote best Series Finale.
- 27:21Speaker 4: All right, Yeah, and I guess yeah that would be
- 27:24Speaker 4: the dominies of those too, because those were the only ones.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Which two best serious Oh you're talking about.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Yeah, Disco and Lower Decks, but they both ended last year.
- 27:35Speaker 5: So Disco and Lower Decks.
- 27:47Speaker 4: So yeah, So if you guys have a category idea,
- 27:50Speaker 4: just put it in the chat. We'd love to hear
- 27:52Speaker 4: your category ideas. Oh yeah, Neil makes a good point
- 27:58Speaker 4: also on uh in the Instagram account. Prodigy also ended
- 28:04Speaker 4: this year forgot.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, and now I remember why I left Room.
- 28:09Speaker 3: I remember doing this from last year.
- 28:10Speaker 4: So yeah, the three series ended this year. Wow, that's yeah.
- 28:19Speaker 3: I still haven't finished Prodigy.
- 28:20Speaker 2: We started season two Season two, and I'm going to
- 28:25Speaker 2: I'm still in the middle of the rewatch of the
- 28:26Speaker 2: original series, and then I've decided to commit myself to
- 28:29Speaker 2: the animated series, okay, because I want to be the
- 28:34Speaker 2: real Star Trek fan.
- 28:36Speaker 4: Well you're gonna be that guy, okay.
- 28:38Speaker 2: And you can't be a real Star Trek fan if
- 28:39Speaker 2: you haven't seen every single thing, every single canon content
- 28:43Speaker 2: out there.
- 28:45Speaker 4: I mean that, that's on you.
- 28:48Speaker 3: That's but you never seen every episode of the animated series.
- 28:54Speaker 4: No, I have not. No, Okay, My life is just fine.
- 29:04Speaker 4: Jasmins has got a good one most exciting story arc
- 29:09Speaker 4: that could be fun most who would you nominate for that?
- 29:22Speaker 3: We can do the lower decks the story arc about
- 29:25Speaker 3: the it's kind of the entire season about.
- 29:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess, yeah, I mean I guess that would
- 29:34Speaker 4: be which which season, final season did you enjoy the most? Mh, So,
- 29:45Speaker 4: Like one would be the actual ending of the show,
- 29:48Speaker 4: and then one is like the final story that that show.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Had, right, So, and they can be shorter arcs, you know,
- 30:00Speaker 3: does a story of arc have to go across multiple episodes?
- 30:04Speaker 4: I don't think so, it's just it's just a quick story, right.
- 30:07Speaker 4: Like I really like the thing with Boimler having the
- 30:11Speaker 4: uh the pad from the alternate universe, and he was
- 30:14Speaker 4: trying to make himself better. He was literally doing self
- 30:19Speaker 4: improvement with his other self.
- 30:28Speaker 5: Let's see.
- 30:32Speaker 7: Yeah uh over On the Instagram account, flip uh says
- 30:40Speaker 7: that they have watched half the animated series.
- 30:43Speaker 3: Okay, I uh boy, I don't. I don't have high
- 30:49Speaker 3: hopes for it based on uh uh it's not you know,
- 30:53Speaker 3: I word almost done with season two.
- 30:57Speaker 4: Yeah, Jazz is best beard? Whoa I know?
- 31:05Speaker 2: Okay, okay, okay, all right, let me write that category
- 31:08Speaker 2: down best now chas biz, what are your nominees?
- 31:16Speaker 4: Yeah, we need nominees. Boemler right, because he's getting the
- 31:20Speaker 4: he's growing the bird. Yeah uh, I mean dadmiral over
- 31:29Speaker 4: on Discovery, he's always gonna say beard. Oh, Rutherford is
- 31:38Speaker 4: a good call because you started growing a little something out.
- 31:51Speaker 6: Uh huh.
- 31:57Speaker 3: Hm.
- 31:57Speaker 4: Any other nominees, Oh, we're We're still coming up with
- 32:01Speaker 4: somebody imagine because it can't just all be lowered decks
- 32:04Speaker 4: right and Discovery? What do we have any on on
- 32:09Speaker 4: a Prodigy? Did Chakote have a beard?
- 32:14Speaker 3: I don't remember. What about Strange New World in season
- 32:18Speaker 3: one or season two? Does anybody have a beard?
- 32:22Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 32:22Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, because spot he had a beard in the
- 32:28Speaker 2: first season. Yeah, and beard.
- 32:33Speaker 4: Leslie had a beard in Prodigy.
- 32:36Speaker 3: Oh Wes Wesley was in Prodigy.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, he pops up at the end apparently.
- 32:54Speaker 3: Okay, what was that Scott from Treck Cash, I can
- 32:59Speaker 3: write that down.
- 33:01Speaker 4: Yeah, there's there's wesleyan Prodigy with the beard. It's a
- 33:04Speaker 4: pretty good beard. Nice, it's not too bad for digital Okay, okay,
- 33:18Speaker 4: So we categories do we have?
- 33:19Speaker 3: So far? We got five? We got Boimler da Admiral
- 33:23Speaker 3: Ruth Theford, Wesley.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Scott from no categories, got nominees old categories.
- 33:28Speaker 2: We got uh three categories Best Series Finale, most Exciting
- 33:33Speaker 2: story arc, and best beard.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Okay okay, m oh The Doctor and Discovery has a beard. Yeah?
- 33:48Speaker 3: Oh yeah yeah doctor.
- 33:56Speaker 4: Oh you're thinking strange new worlds?
- 34:01Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Doctor and Discovery.
- 34:03Speaker 4: Doctor Imbaku but Uhmbaku uh and BEng Gang Bengay. Yeah,
- 34:10Speaker 4: Discovery is is Wilson. Oh yeah, Doctor Colbert.
- 34:20Speaker 3: Discover.
- 34:20Speaker 4: It's so weird. Will Wilson cruises like the one Star
- 34:23Speaker 4: Trek character. Right, I defaulted his actual name. I supposed
- 34:27Speaker 4: to his character name.
- 34:29Speaker 3: Okay, okay, So, so does Doctor and Benga have a beard?
- 34:32Speaker 4: Yeah, get the little little face, the stuff, the not
- 34:36Speaker 4: like a full beard, but it's like a go tee thing.
- 34:40Speaker 5: Doctor. Well, uh that's strange world strange.
- 34:52Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, okay, so all right, pretty strong nominees. Yeah,
- 35:05Speaker 4: let's see. We had another one in the instagram Best
- 35:11Speaker 4: Character Moments, which includes interactions with other characters. M Best Character.
- 35:20Speaker 3: Moments, Best Character Moments.
- 35:26Speaker 4: I think you had a good one with uh to
- 35:29Speaker 4: Lynn in Lower Decks where she she put together the
- 35:33Speaker 4: shuttlecraft because she wanted to spend more time with Rutherford
- 35:38Speaker 4: because he was feeling lonely.
- 35:44Speaker 5: Let me write that down.
- 35:46Speaker 3: For everybody, Uh listening intently. I'm writing these as.
- 35:49Speaker 4: You're writing down. Yes, Scott is our scribe.
- 36:03Speaker 3: Okay, t Lan building the shot craft.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I thought that was a good one. What else
- 36:17Speaker 4: be character interactions? I remember liking Michael in the library
- 36:30Speaker 4: when they were doing that, like it's all in your
- 36:32Speaker 4: head thing solving the puzzles.
- 36:36Speaker 3: Oh, Michael and the library.
- 36:38Speaker 4: Yep, yeah, that sounds like we're playing clue.
- 36:43Speaker 3: Eh.
- 36:45Speaker 4: They were in the library with the candlestick.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Just go.
- 36:56Speaker 2: Was the I'm trying to remember now, I'm I'm getting
- 37:01Speaker 2: Twenty twenty four was season two of Strange New Worlds
- 37:07Speaker 2: I think so, I'm sorry, twenty twenty four. Uh, we'll see.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Do we get Strange New Worlds last year?
- 37:16Speaker 4: I'm gonna google it right now.
- 37:18Speaker 3: When when was the When was the at the crossover
- 37:20Speaker 3: episode with Lower Decks? Because that that season of Lower
- 37:24Speaker 3: Decks wasn't that was season four of Lower Decks, not
- 37:28Speaker 3: season five? Yeah, I'm so confused. What year is?
- 37:33Speaker 4: Looking it up now? So season two was in twenty
- 37:38Speaker 4: twenty three? Of Strange New Worlds?
- 37:44Speaker 3: Oh see yeah see I'm thinking of moments from twenty
- 37:46Speaker 3: twenty three.
- 37:47Speaker 4: Then yeah, yeah, okay, so we did.
- 37:52Speaker 3: Not get any new Strange New Worlds in twenty twenty four.
- 37:56Speaker 4: Yeah, so it's really Cudny, Prodigy, Lower Decks and Discovery.
- 38:02Speaker 3: So we can do Can we even include Stranger Worlds
- 38:06Speaker 3: in any of this?
- 38:08Speaker 4: I mean, it's our list. We can do whatever the
- 38:10Speaker 4: hell we want.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Well, I'm gonna checked the bylaws real quick.
- 38:17Speaker 4: Yeah, you check those by laws?
- 38:19Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, I mean I suppose I suppose yeah yeah,
- 38:26Speaker 8: maybe for abstract things like that best.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Beard and best Yeah, for abstraction character moments, no and no, no,
- 38:35Speaker 3: finally no.
- 38:36Speaker 2: Because we did that last year. We did that last year,
- 38:38Speaker 2: so best character moments. So we are just looking at.
- 38:43Speaker 4: Disco, lower decks and disco, And for.
- 38:48Speaker 3: Me, I'm really looking at disco and lower decks. I
- 38:50Speaker 3: did not see. I haven't seen the entire the.
- 38:53Speaker 4: Entire Prodigy, but I've seen enough that I feel like
- 38:56Speaker 4: I can do some narmies at least, you know. Like
- 39:01Speaker 4: another topic I thought of was best return or cameo
- 39:06Speaker 4: or guest spot, you know.
- 39:13Speaker 2: And you know that's got lower Decks written all over it.
- 39:17Speaker 2: But let's think back to Discovery.
- 39:21Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 39:22Speaker 2: I'm thinking about the final season.
- 39:30Speaker 4: Chasing the Puzzles.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Yes, uh, did the final season have.
- 39:39Speaker 4: We learned about the Breen?
- 39:42Speaker 3: Did the final season have that woman who was the Barzan? Yeah?
- 39:48Speaker 4: We thought she was going on.
- 39:52Speaker 3: Right right? Yeah, but she was the one that in the.
- 39:55Speaker 2: The they introduced her species in the next Generation the
- 39:59Speaker 2: Bars and Wormhole episode.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Okay, so I'll put her.
- 40:07Speaker 4: You're gonna put her as like a best guest.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Star, best cameo or yeah, like the cameo, Like what
- 40:13Speaker 2: is the category exactly.
- 40:15Speaker 4: Like best guest Star, I guess, yeah, something like.
- 40:22Speaker 3: I'll put the best guest star slash cameo.
- 40:25Speaker 4: Okay, let's go. Okay, and there were you've got to
- 40:34Speaker 4: put purple data. Yeah, yeah. I feel like for whatever
- 40:44Speaker 4: categories we come up with, we should try to get
- 40:46Speaker 4: at least one of each show.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Try to you know, you can include Prodigy in that
- 40:53Speaker 2: because you're gonna have to come up with product stuff.
- 40:56Speaker 4: And Chacote was a guest star, Lesley Crushers a star.
- 41:02Speaker 3: So okay, what's your nominee for.
- 41:05Speaker 4: For what's let's yeah, Wesley.
- 41:20Speaker 3: Prodigy. Yeah, with purple data. I don't have to write
- 41:22Speaker 3: down what series that is.
- 41:23Speaker 4: Yeah, only one series would have purple data.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Right, yeah, so that's one. That's one for me to show.
- 41:35Speaker 4: Perfect perfect Okay. Do we do character arcs or or
- 41:42Speaker 4: character moments? Did we get enough for that?
- 41:44Speaker 3: No, we didn't. We've got Teal in building the shuttlecraft okay,
- 41:49Speaker 3: Michael in the library okay, and then uh, Prodigy.
- 41:55Speaker 2: I do remember they were just looking for the I've
- 42:00Speaker 2: seen the First Sea first episode, so.
- 42:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I saw like the four verse four or five
- 42:05Speaker 4: or first like six episodes. I do remember. There was
- 42:10Speaker 4: some good moments with the characters were trying to incorporate
- 42:16Speaker 4: themselves in the star fleet better. Okay, they were they
- 42:19Speaker 4: were still kind of like free willing and doing whatever
- 42:22Speaker 4: the hell they wanted, and they were learning to work
- 42:24Speaker 4: as a team. So I think that whole like maturing process. Okay, yeah,
- 42:29Speaker 4: the kids maturing on Discovery.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Oh you threw me off. You mean Prodigy?
- 42:47Speaker 5: Yeah, kids maturing of Prodigy.
- 42:54Speaker 3: Okay, all right, I'm gonna have to watch that.
- 42:56Speaker 4: Like Okay, A waiting game was uh, good morning boys,
- 43:00Speaker 4: glad to catch livestream today. Did you guys discuss Lower
- 43:03Speaker 4: Decks decanonizing Disco? Yeah, that is the thing going around
- 43:06Speaker 4: right now.
- 43:08Speaker 3: Lower Decks decanonizing Disco.
- 43:11Speaker 4: Yeah, that is absolutely the thing going around right now.
- 43:14Speaker 4: So the idea is essentially when they were going through
- 43:18Speaker 4: the wormhole, the rift, that that's when they and they
- 43:23Speaker 4: turned into the Discovery Klingons because they are yeah, somehow
- 43:32Speaker 4: through that. I forget what the logic is, but essentially
- 43:35Speaker 4: that that because they they shifted things around and moved
- 43:39Speaker 4: around the timeline, they have now officially discover decanonized Discovery.
- 43:46Speaker 3: Okay, I see what you're saying. So well, they decan't Okay,
- 43:50Speaker 3: So I guess you could see that a couple of ways.
- 43:51Speaker 2: You could see it as them, I mean, they showed
- 43:54Speaker 2: Discovery Klingons, right, I remember that, So they're legitimate the
- 44:00Speaker 2: fact that it existed. But through what they did through
- 44:03Speaker 2: their wormhole, they changed it. I think it's more of
- 44:06Speaker 2: a they changed it less than they canonized it. They
- 44:09Speaker 2: just made it so that those Klingons never existed, right,
- 44:16Speaker 2: So okay.
- 44:17Speaker 4: Which would then decanonize Discovery. So yeah, they didn't exist.
- 44:23Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I mean it'd be like if we rewatched
- 44:27Speaker 3: it and they like digitally altered the Klingons to look
- 44:29Speaker 3: like you know, wharf right, So I don't know, let
- 44:35Speaker 3: that be Let that be a lesson to you Star
- 44:38Speaker 3: Trek writers. Don't change things that you can't undo that
- 44:42Speaker 3: are well established. Mm hmm, you know you want to Okay,
- 44:50Speaker 3: I would go.
- 44:51Speaker 2: Just give me five seconds to go for it to
- 44:55Speaker 2: the writers of Star Trek. Okay, there's one thing you
- 44:58Speaker 2: need to do before you sit down at writing.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Table, and it's this, take a pulse. Take the pulse
- 45:07Speaker 3: of your fans. Get on a couple of chat groups,
- 45:10Speaker 3: listen to a couple of trek cast podcasts, whatever you
- 45:14Speaker 3: gotta do, you know, get on a couple of Star
- 45:18Speaker 3: Trek Facebook pages, and take the pulse of the room.
- 45:24Speaker 3: That's it.
- 45:26Speaker 2: I'm just saying if you if you've done that, you
- 45:28Speaker 2: wouldn't have this crazy disaster that Section thirty one is
- 45:31Speaker 2: about to be calm.
- 45:32Speaker 4: Yeah, I was gonna say it, just like that new
- 45:34Speaker 4: story we had. They already know going in people don't
- 45:37Speaker 4: want this.
- 45:40Speaker 3: Right. But other than that, I have almost no feelings
- 45:44Speaker 3: about the subjects.
- 45:46Speaker 4: That's that's what apathy is. Our as our friend.
- 45:50Speaker 3: I apologize for the tangent moving that's okay.
- 45:55Speaker 4: Uh, you know that might be a good category, though,
- 45:57Speaker 4: what what Star Trek series we're most looking forward to
- 46:00Speaker 4: twenty twenty five? So we got section thirty one, We've
- 46:04Speaker 4: got another season of Strange New Worlds and potentially Starfleet Academy.
- 46:14Speaker 3: So like most anticipated.
- 46:16Speaker 4: Yeah, it'll be interesting to see who wins when we
- 46:24Speaker 4: post that one.
- 46:26Speaker 3: So we got section.
- 46:30Speaker 4: Thirty one, thirty one, Uh huh.
- 46:33Speaker 3: We've got Academy.
- 46:36Speaker 4: Maybe Academy and Strange New Worlds.
- 46:43Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, what are we all looking forward to the most? Yeah? Yeah,
- 46:48Speaker 3: I think that one's gonna be a landslide.
- 46:51Speaker 4: If we put if we put that legacy in there,
- 46:53Speaker 4: legacy is gonna win, you know.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Anticipated, Yeah, anticipate for something that may or may not happen.
- 47:02Speaker 3: I mean they can. I'm putting it down.
- 47:04Speaker 4: All right, that's fine, that's fine.
- 47:08Speaker 2: Hold on, let me check something. Maybe maybe we'll put
- 47:11Speaker 2: the bylaws say I can do.
- 47:13Speaker 4: Bylawses, we can do whatever the hell we want. Yeah, yeah,
- 47:16Speaker 4: that's fine.
- 47:17Speaker 5: I'll put that in parentheses potential.
- 47:24Speaker 4: Yeah, says exactly, he agrees with the bylaws.
- 47:27Speaker 3: Okay, okay, how.
- 47:31Speaker 4: Many categories we out? I was shooting for about.
- 47:33Speaker 3: Eight to ten, So okay, it looks like we've got
- 47:39Speaker 3: We've got one two through, so we've got best serious finale,
- 47:41Speaker 3: most exciting story arc, and we need more of that one. Okay, okay,
- 47:49Speaker 3: so right now for most exciting.
- 47:51Speaker 4: Yeah, what have we got so far?
- 47:53Speaker 3: We've got Lower deck story arc, which was the I
- 47:56Speaker 3: need to I need to label that Lord X story Eric, Yeah,
- 48:01Speaker 3: maybe or riffs yes, and was tad. So we've got
- 48:08Speaker 3: two from lower decks. Okay, maybe just the riffs.
- 48:11Speaker 4: Then we could do the puzzle Quest on Discovery, because
- 48:17Speaker 4: I mean that was the story.
- 48:19Speaker 3: Right yeah, puzzle mm hmm.
- 48:26Speaker 4: And then for Prodigy there their big story Eric was
- 48:30Speaker 4: that they had to go back in time and save Chicote.
- 48:33Speaker 3: Puzzle Quest that you said that was disco. Yeah, yeah,
- 48:38Speaker 3: and then.
- 48:38Speaker 4: Uh, time travel to Save Chacote, Save.
- 48:48Speaker 5: Save Chat.
- 48:51Speaker 4: We were far from Huey Lewis.
- 48:54Speaker 3: Well, that's up that they that I've always thought about
- 48:56Speaker 3: and that they talk about on that that other I
- 48:58Speaker 3: won't mention the name of the other PODCAS guess, but
- 49:01Speaker 3: the fact that it was made in the nineties and
- 49:04Speaker 3: there it's the cultural appropriation is yeah, horrible you think
- 49:10Speaker 3: about it. Robert Beltrade is Hispanic. Yeah, that's they said
- 49:13Speaker 3: he and he's playing yea, yeah, he's they played a.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Native American character and at several points in the show
- 49:23Speaker 2: they call him an Indian.
- 49:25Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like, oh my goodness.
- 49:28Speaker 4: Yeah, it's wild Save Tokota.
- 49:32Speaker 3: That's Prodigy. Okay, was what were some exciting Okay that yeah,
- 49:44Speaker 3: I guess that's it. Yeah.
- 49:47Speaker 2: Okay, So we've got best series finale, most exciting story arc,
- 49:52Speaker 2: best Beard, best character moment. Okay, I feel like we
- 49:58Speaker 2: need more best character moments right now. We've got Tealing building,
- 50:01Speaker 2: shallow craft, Michael is Michael in the library okay, uh,
- 50:07Speaker 2: and the kids maturing on Prodigy.
- 50:10Speaker 3: Yeah, it seems like there's a there should be. Oh oh,
- 50:14Speaker 3: I just thought of one. Uh yeah, Rutherford dealing with
- 50:19Speaker 3: the dichotomy of the technology.
- 50:21Speaker 4: Versus and oh yeah getting rid of his implants. Yeah yeah,
- 50:26Speaker 4: that's pretty cool this character moment. Oh dude, we forgot
- 50:34Speaker 4: the big one. So Ru got married. Oh yeah, yeah.
- 50:45Speaker 3: Ru got married. Okay, okay, so we got uh we
- 50:59Speaker 3: got sex.
- 50:59Speaker 2: So far the other best character moments, best cameo where
- 51:03Speaker 2: we've got our guest star, we've got the bars on.
- 51:06Speaker 2: I'll look up the names of everybody, Purple Data and Wesley,
- 51:09Speaker 2: Crusher and Prodigy and most anticipated Star Trek in twenty
- 51:13Speaker 2: twenty five, so I feel like we need three more.
- 51:20Speaker 4: Waiting game. Best character moment was falling in love with Kirk.
- 51:24Speaker 4: But so you didn't catch that earlier, probably a waiting game.
- 51:28Speaker 4: We figured out that was from twenty twenty three, so
- 51:31Speaker 4: we're trying to stick to twenty twenty four stuff. But
- 51:34Speaker 4: that was a good character which.
- 51:36Speaker 3: I was confused. Yeah, I kept thinking of it.
- 51:38Speaker 4: It all blurs together.
- 51:40Speaker 2: So because yeah, we figured out there, yeah, no, no
- 51:43Speaker 2: Star Trek, strange few worlds in twenty twenty four.
- 51:45Speaker 3: That's yeah, yeah, odd, very odd.
- 51:49Speaker 2: Well, we had writers strikes and the tailor of COVID
- 51:52Speaker 2: and all kinds of stuff.
- 51:54Speaker 4: And oh, Jess's going to good best Starship. The Crito's
- 52:01Speaker 4: the Discovery and the pros.
- 52:04Speaker 9: Well yeah, uh yes, and so let's I can write
- 52:18Speaker 9: those down.
- 52:20Speaker 5: Uh.
- 52:22Speaker 4: We also had the wasn't there an updated Voyager in Prodigy?
- 52:33Speaker 4: I think there was, yes, and I liked it.
- 52:36Speaker 3: I liked it. Soto's Discovery and uh Prodigy, hold on, yeah,
- 52:45Speaker 3: this is good pod right here.
- 52:47Speaker 2: Yeah, so Voyager two or Voyager Voyager A.
- 52:54Speaker 4: I mean, if we're gonna go best starship technically, because
- 52:57Speaker 4: it's out among the stars, that cling on ship, the
- 53:00Speaker 4: one that's just a boat. Remember when they in lower decks,
- 53:06Speaker 4: they they changed it from a starship to like.
- 53:08Speaker 3: That's right, that's right, cling like sailing ship.
- 53:12Speaker 4: Yea, the sailing ship clean on.
- 53:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I would like to nominate, uh, the the Mirror Crito's.
- 53:30Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, that's a good one.
- 53:35Speaker 2: The I was it? No, that's the I K S
- 53:37Speaker 2: is a cling on What do they call the mirror
- 53:43Speaker 2: ship since star Trek. Oh, that's it's not USS, it's
- 53:47Speaker 2: not I K S. It's something else.
- 53:49Speaker 4: Yeah, I forget what they call them, the s S S.
- 53:54Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 53:56Speaker 3: I S S I S S.
- 53:58Speaker 2: Yeah, what else did we have?
- 54:02Speaker 3: We had? Yeah, some of these are definitely blended together.
- 54:12Speaker 5: Hm hmm.
- 54:16Speaker 3: Maybe we should do.
- 54:17Speaker 4: A couple of categories based off our show, like best rants. Okay, yeah, yeah.
- 54:29Speaker 2: Well I feel like Dan and I are the only
- 54:33Speaker 2: ones that actually do Yeah.
- 54:34Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, that's the thing.
- 54:36Speaker 2: It's like you just sip back and you and you
- 54:38Speaker 2: just kind of like wait for like the dust to settle.
- 54:41Speaker 4: That's right, that's right. Well, I'd like to hear what
- 54:44Speaker 4: you guys say and that I'm like, okay, well here's
- 54:46Speaker 4: where I agree or disagree.
- 54:48Speaker 2: Right, well, yeah, we we like argue about it and
- 54:51Speaker 2: get angry about it, and then you're like the voice
- 54:54Speaker 2: of reason.
- 54:55Speaker 4: I'm like the judge duty of this right right.
- 54:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 54:59Speaker 2: I I feel like I feel like that's a good category.
- 55:03Speaker 2: That we can't figure out.
- 55:05Speaker 3: The nominees right now, So yeah.
- 55:07Speaker 2: Could I suggest that we ask about the if we
- 55:13Speaker 2: get suggestions about the nominees from from the fans and
- 55:16Speaker 2: have them post it.
- 55:18Speaker 4: I just a category.
- 55:20Speaker 2: Also, it feels weird to nominate you know, I could
- 55:24Speaker 2: either nominate me for a rant.
- 55:26Speaker 3: I did I know?
- 55:28Speaker 4: I get what you're saying.
- 55:30Speaker 3: So the only rants I could think of are like
- 55:32Speaker 3: the last one that I did, and the only rants
- 55:34Speaker 3: I could think of the Dan did are once hated
- 55:37Speaker 3: our discoveries.
- 55:37Speaker 4: So let's do I got one? Okay, best snack to
- 55:42Speaker 4: watch to eat while watch in Star Trek Oh I
- 55:46Speaker 4: like it? Yeah, because that's you know, it's our it's
- 55:48Speaker 4: our show, and we like to talk about.
- 55:50Speaker 3: Food, yes we do.
- 55:55Speaker 4: Yeah. I would nominate popcorn because I love popcorn.
- 56:01Speaker 5: Pop corn.
- 56:05Speaker 4: Uh.
- 56:07Speaker 2: I would like to nominate chips and dip like gods. Uh,
- 56:14Speaker 2: chips and salsa and salsa.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Okay, a waiting game. What's to nominate? Hot dogs? The
- 56:20Speaker 4: best sandwich in the galaxy? Nerve act?
- 56:26Speaker 3: Uh? Dogs?
- 56:28Speaker 5: Yeah, sandwich?
- 56:31Speaker 4: Yeah. And then Chasbis says sunflower seeds.
- 56:34Speaker 3: Oh oh yeah, because he's got all.
- 56:36Speaker 4: Those popcorn buckets. You can you can spin up the
- 56:39Speaker 4: seeds there, yeah, yeah, the shells.
- 56:48Speaker 3: Okay, okay, all right.
- 56:53Speaker 4: Okay, So that's what seven categories of are?
- 56:57Speaker 3: Seven?
- 56:58Speaker 5: Eight?
- 56:58Speaker 3: Eight?
- 57:00Speaker 4: Okay, that's pretty good.
- 57:05Speaker 3: Huh Can we do can? Can?
- 57:08Speaker 5: Uh?
- 57:08Speaker 3: Would there be a problem with us doing that?
- 57:10Speaker 2: Like do best rant and then just have people suggest
- 57:14Speaker 2: nominations in the next day or so.
- 57:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll put it in the group. So if you
- 57:19Speaker 4: guys are watching this or listening to it later, go
- 57:22Speaker 4: to our our Facebook group. So just search on Facebook
- 57:25Speaker 4: track cast and find the group and you can. I'll
- 57:29Speaker 4: put a post on there and you can say which
- 57:31Speaker 4: rant you enjoyed the most. A Lejandra has another nominee
- 57:35Speaker 4: for snack, which is franchise dipped in ice cream. He
- 57:40Speaker 4: specifically said a blizzard, but ice cream. So that is
- 57:49Speaker 4: a pretty good treat. I do like that. You ever
- 57:52Speaker 4: do that the.
- 57:54Speaker 3: I've done it with a frosty, like a window.
- 57:56Speaker 4: Frosty, I've done it with a blizzard, and I've done
- 58:00Speaker 4: it with just regular ice cream. It's pretty great.
- 58:03Speaker 3: Okay, I wrote down frosty, but you can write down
- 58:06Speaker 3: ice cream.
- 58:06Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, ice cream. Just make it easy for everybody.
- 58:10Speaker 3: Right Yeah, that right there gives us nine. So let
- 58:18Speaker 3: me go through.
- 58:19Speaker 4: Good. Yeah, so for thecast, we have a judgment about
- 58:25Speaker 4: ice cream and French fries.
- 58:27Speaker 2: It's gross, oh, so says so it says des Rate

- 1:01:07Speaker 2: who are those again?
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: I'm like the Kaisa. She looks at him, she goes,
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: they look like giant upa lupas.
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, they do oh with like coral for their hair.
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: Right right, Well, them and the Ogla have like different
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: style hair. They have like different the first the nest
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: from the ones that we first meet. They actually have
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: pig ears and painted pig ears, like the kind you
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: give your dog.
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: Yeah, so it's weird.
- 1:01:39Speaker 4: It's weird.
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: They made some interesting choices back.
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: In the night.
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: All right, well we got Jazz was on the line.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: So let's u.

- 1:01:48Speaker 4: Oh do you okay?
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:01:49Speaker 10: I think he deserves a NERD alert for the Kasons. Like, seriously,
- 1:01:57Speaker 10: I don't think anybody ever knew that they like.
- 1:01:59Speaker 9: Different warning warning nerd alert, nerd alert.

- 1:02:31Speaker 2: I wanted to wish you guys are very merry trek
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Miss and a wonderful new Year. I hope you guys
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: enjoyed my not a merry man trek Miss video. If

- 1:02:42Speaker 2: on Facebook group I'm also looking forward to seeing picks
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: of those Star Trek related holiday gifts in the group.
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: If anybody got any Cools Trek stuff for the holidays. Uh,
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: speaking of gifts in my stocking of Santa this year
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: a Men of Trek cast twenty twenty five calendar, but
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: every month is a different picture of Scott's beard.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: There you go.
- 1:03:05Speaker 6: I love it, love it.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: So not sure if that was because I was naughty
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: or nice this year, but maybe Scott can clarify what
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: he told Santa to give me. Speaking about Santa, what
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: do you guys think a Star Trek version of Santa
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: from different species from Trek would give their children? For example,
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: like a clean on Santa would give to a nice
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: clean on children with honor a stuffed tart, naughty clean
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: on children with no honor a can of prune juice.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: Maybe the Faringi Santa gives nice Ferrangi kids gold pressed
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: bar of latinum, and naughty kids a check to a
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: local charity. Not there choosing anyways, what you guys think
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: of pack led Santa species eight four to seven two Santa, Borg, Santa, Romulin, Santa,

- 1:04:01Speaker 4: Santa charges you shipping and handling for all of your prison.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: There's a small processing.
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: Yeah, the gifts, there is a processing v yeah right right.
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: I feel like Vulcan Santas would give them like a
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: It kind of reminds me that that quote that that
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: line of Dialogue and Ghostbusters.
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: I feel like.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: The Vulcan Sanda would give them like a piece of
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: wire and make them make their own slinky.
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: Oh see. I feel like Vulcan Sanda would be like,
- 1:04:34Speaker 4: well you behave yourself and that's its own reward, yes
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: right right, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, and then bad kids
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: would just get a reprimand and that's you know.
- 1:04:48Speaker 6: You sit in the corner. That's right, that's right, you
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: broke your emotion.
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 1:04:58Speaker 9: Ea.
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: What do you think of the categories we came up with?
- 1:05:05Speaker 6: I liked him.
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: Yeah, this should be fun. We'll be fun to see
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: who wins and all that.
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: So yeah, absolutely, I'm.
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: Excited to see the stack category. I want to see
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: what what her fat ass has come up with you know, well,
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: Dan approve, So I think I may leave, you know,
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: like in Facebook where you can let it, where people
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: can add their own I may do that one for
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: the food one that list cats.
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: Yeah. Uh see, Dan missed out.
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: You know he missed out. I got the day to have.
- 1:05:47Speaker 10: When Dan's not here, have like a little window of
- 1:05:49Speaker 10: Dan and he's just like his screen's frozen up or something.
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: We need to have an AI version of Dan.
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: I thought about getting a cardboard cutout and I just
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: a'd be great Dan.
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: That could sit behind you.
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: That'd be hilarious, and that'd be you were Scott.
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: I would have to have a Chad.
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: Oh god, can you imagine if I did, like a
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: cardboard cutout like just this face like that, just right hair,
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: just Chad. Yeah, I'll scour his Facebook page.
- 1:06:23Speaker 6: That'd be great. That'd be so funny.
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: Oh, waiting Games of Santa's too illogical for vulcans, Yeah,
- 1:06:29Speaker 4: could be maybe maybe what would.
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: The brain get for Christmas?
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: There?
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: Another mask, another mask and a breather or something.
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: Yeah, and then it has to be a cardboard cutout
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: of Dan holding the doggies saved. I want to drink
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: has moments.
- 1:06:51Speaker 6: What would packlods get for Christmas?
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: Oh man, great big present, Yeah, great.
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: Big present, best gift ever.
- 1:06:59Speaker 6: But they would never open it because they want to
- 1:07:03Speaker 6: understand how to open it.
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: That's right, right, it's the thought that counts with them.
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:07:11Speaker 10: Yeah, this is like a box of Legos and they're
- 1:07:13Speaker 10: just carrying it, shaking it.
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: It's that Enterprise D for eight hunderd bucks.
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: Back, Let's love the d. Yeah.
- 1:07:26Speaker 10: If they do make the Lego you know, are you
- 1:07:28Speaker 10: guys gonna buy it?
- 1:07:29Speaker 4: Like, that's what I was gonna ask you, Are you
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: gonna buy that eight hundred dollars.
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: Room in the house? You know?
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I would probably buy the bridge set, Yes.
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: The Bridge set.
- 1:07:44Speaker 10: I bought the Lego Office set, uh huh, and I
- 1:07:49Speaker 10: put it together recently. And it's because it has like
- 1:07:52Speaker 10: all the Easter eggs from the.
- 1:07:53Speaker 6: TV show if you like the Office. Yeah, even has poop.
- 1:07:57Speaker 10: Under Michael Scott's desk, so nice. Yeah, And so there's
- 1:08:02Speaker 10: like little Easter eggs in the office. You know, we're
- 1:08:05Speaker 10: of each episode through the series, and I would like
- 1:08:09Speaker 10: if they actually had that on the bridge of the
- 1:08:13Speaker 10: Enterprise D, like little Easter eggs here and there.
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: Like different positions of the characters.
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: You know, yeah, that would be uh like.
- 1:08:24Speaker 10: It would be like just like when their screens would
- 1:08:26Speaker 10: say something or you know.
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: Yeah. The thing is that that list is a rumored list.
- 1:08:32Speaker 4: That's not one hundred percent that's what we're getting, right,
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: But and even those prices.
- 1:08:37Speaker 10: Is not Well, if they did a seven thousand piece,
- 1:08:40Speaker 10: like a giant D, it'd probably be eight hundred, you know,
- 1:08:43Speaker 10: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: It probably in that price range.
- 1:08:45Speaker 10: Because if you see like the like THEO.
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: Yes, they're super expensive, super expensive, but also it seems
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: like it would be more difficult to do a large
- 1:08:56Speaker 3: enterprise D because it's kind of large ND panels.
- 1:09:00Speaker 10: Well, the problem is, like you said, thin panels, and
- 1:09:02Speaker 10: then how would it balance, like you know.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: The weight distribution, Because I just I was thinking about that.
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: That made me think of like watching voyager Land for
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: the first time. Yeah, I'm looking at it and I'm like,
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: I I don't have a toy a Voyager. I've got
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: a micromachine a voyager, but I don't have a toy
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: a Voyager. I need to get one just so I
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: can get the feel of it. Because I I can
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: I can close.
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: My eyes and I this is gonna sound really bad.
- 1:09:25Speaker 3: I know exactly how the D feels like like I
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: can take in my in my hands. Yeah, I know
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: how the Enterprise D feels so voyager not so much.
- 1:09:38Speaker 4: Yeah m hm, I mean, is the D pleasant old?
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: It is very it is? It is. It is very
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: smooth and pleasant.
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: Yes, it is fantastic.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: Firm, it's it's it's very firm. It's very sturdy, yes, smooth, long.
- 1:09:57Speaker 4: It's too early for all this around it edge.
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: Oh no, it's got that rounded edge. I'm looking around
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: my office. Both of my models are out out in
- 1:10:06Speaker 3: the lot room.
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: Oh god, we're gonna lose.
- 1:10:14Speaker 6: Yeah, now, now that's true. It's like if they made
- 1:10:17Speaker 6: the detached.
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: I also like the Riker.
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: Oh no, the amount of people that just jumped on
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: the minute were talking about start talking about the D
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: loves when we talk about the D well.
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: I I was holding the D and now now I'm
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: now I'm touching the Riker Ale.
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: You may want to look at this. We just got
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: in the chat.
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: I'm sorry, mom, Faith.
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: Your mom listens to this.
- 1:10:51Speaker 10: I know she does watching there like I know I
- 1:10:55Speaker 10: know when he walks out.
- 1:10:57Speaker 6: It's just the Walk of Shame.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: What I what I want do for ratings?
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: That's right, that's right.
- 1:11:05Speaker 10: All right, Well he's gonna turn his family into the
- 1:11:07Speaker 10: Costco family scene.
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: Yes, oh god.
- 1:11:10Speaker 6: You know the thing here comes to boom.
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, you know those guys are in wrestling now too.
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: Yeah, they're in wrestling and they're.
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: Like, yeah, it's nuts. Yes, it's guys.
- 1:11:24Speaker 10: Like I said, just get your family, Scott, start reviewing,
- 1:11:28Speaker 10: go to Walmart, do something different.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, it'll make for a great video podcast.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: All right, Well we should be wrapping it up because
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: it's been going long, and I gotta edit the show.
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: So okay, I have to. I don't.
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: This entire show wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for Daniel.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: He does all the legwork for for everything. I mean
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: we I post some things on Facebook, but that's it.
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: I mean, he does all the Instagram. He does all
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: the time graphics, your graphics.
- 1:12:02Speaker 6: I can't keep up with you on Instagram.

- 1:12:10Speaker 4: replace me to do all that stuff.
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: I mean we would have to take like a week
