- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hi guys. Welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
- 0:17Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Tamara Judge and Dolores. Good morning, Dolores.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Hi. Well, it's afternoon for me. It is.
- 0:24Speaker 2: And I feel like I just saw you like on
- 0:25Speaker 2: TV at Dancing with the Stars.
- 0:27Speaker 1: So I was there.
- 0:29Speaker 2: And you know, how many hours were you there before
- 0:32Speaker 2: you turn around and went home?
- 0:35Speaker 1: Oh no, just 24 hours. But I mean, let's just
- 0:38Speaker 1: talk about today. I woke up at six o'clock. I
- 0:41Speaker 1: caught up on traders. I am totally caught up, Tamara.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Isn't it good?
- 0:47Speaker 1: It is really good.
- 0:48Speaker 2: I know.
- 0:51Speaker 1: It's so good. And then I, cause I was thinking
- 0:52Speaker 1: of you the whole time. Cause you're like, it's so good.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Went to the gym, went to a woman's event in
- 0:57Speaker 1: the city.
- 0:59Speaker 2: All today? All today.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Oh, my goodness. Got my makeup done. You can't tell.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Then went to the menopause event in the city. And
- 1:09Speaker 1: now I'm back.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Now it's time for bed.
- 1:12Speaker 1: For you, yes.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I'd be like, okay, time for bed.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Because I, you know, never say no to anything. So
- 1:19Speaker 1: I went there to see Ciara. She did great.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I loved.
- 1:22Speaker 1: She was Miss Karma Brown. They all yacht rock. Does
- 1:26Speaker 1: everyone know what Yacht Rock is now? Yeah, of course.
- 1:30Speaker 2: What good song?
- 1:31Speaker 1: I forgot how good our era was.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Wait, you didn't listen to Yacht? You don't have that
- 1:36Speaker 2: on your like serious radio?
- 1:38Speaker 1: I wouldn't have because it says Yacht Rock. I would
- 1:40Speaker 1: not listen to it because it has a corny base.
- 1:43Speaker 2: So I would think it was a corny. I don't
- 1:45Speaker 2: understand why it's Yacht Rock.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Yeah, so that just, it just gives off corniness to me.
- 1:51Speaker 1: So it just turned me off and I never wanted to, even,
- 1:55Speaker 1: you know, hit on it, but now I will. The song, like,
- 1:59Speaker 1: it was so nice to know the words to every
- 2:02Speaker 1: single song. There wasn't a song they couldn't have played
- 2:05Speaker 1: off Yacht Rock that I don't know.
- 2:08Speaker 2: You're aging yourself, sweetie. You know what?
- 2:11Speaker 1: I've gave up on trying not to age myself. I know,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I feel the same way. I have succumbed to, I
- 2:17Speaker 1: just want to look something decent for my age. I'm
- 2:21Speaker 1: not going to look younger.
- 2:23Speaker 2: The younger people like Caden hated the theme.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Oh, tell me. Tell me. You always get all the dirt.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Well, he said, well, it's right there. Caden said that
- 2:31Speaker 2: he hated it. All his friends hated it because they
- 2:33Speaker 2: probably didn't know any of those songs.
- 2:36Speaker 1: What did you hate about it? Oh, because it was
- 2:38Speaker 1: too old. He's saying it's too old, guys. Just embrace
- 2:42Speaker 1: all eras. Do you like the 80s?
- 2:45Speaker 2: I love the 80s. I hate it. You hate it?
- 2:48Speaker 2: I love the 70s the best when it comes to music.
- 2:53Speaker 1: I'm the only person I know that doesn't like the 80s.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I hated the 80s.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I like it. I don't love it. I grew up
- 3:01Speaker 2: on it, obviously, like you. I mean, I remember being
- 3:05Speaker 2: in high school. Like, Madonna was the shit.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I dressed like her. So did you.
- 3:11Speaker 2: I did, too.
- 3:11Speaker 1: And it wasn't Halloween. I did, too.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Well, okay. Let's get into Salt Lake City. This is
- 3:29Speaker 2: episode three.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Oh, I have a lot to say and I want
- 3:32Speaker 1: to hear everything that you have to say.
- 3:34Speaker 2: I know. Well, it starts off in someone who's been, you.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Know, the butt of everyone jumping on.
- 3:43Speaker 2: This was good. And she, last week we had talked
- 3:47Speaker 2: about Kawhi not being like a good housewife, like maybe
- 3:52Speaker 2: trying too hard. But I feel like she did a
- 3:55Speaker 2: great job this episode.
- 3:57Speaker 1: You know what? She won me over. Yeah.
- 4:01Speaker 2: And you're only as good as this week's episode.
- 4:03Speaker 1: You're only as good as your last scene. You know,
- 4:06Speaker 1: I like that I don't like somebody right away. I
- 4:10Speaker 1: like that I can change my opinion with information because
- 4:15Speaker 1: that's fair. Yeah.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Yep. So there's shot being Lisa casually drops to Heather
- 4:22Speaker 2: that she gets invited to the Oscars every single year,
- 4:25Speaker 2: but she never goes.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Tell me. She gets on their nerves. I think it's funny.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Do you think that she gets invited every single year?
- 4:36Speaker 1: Maybe if you're on a list. I don't know that
- 4:38Speaker 1: it's so hard. I know people that are like seat
- 4:40Speaker 1: fillers that they go.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Would you think that Lisa's a seat filler? I feel
- 4:43Speaker 2: like I could have gone. Is that what you're saying?
- 4:46Speaker 1: Huh?
- 4:46Speaker 2: Do you think Lisa's a seat filler and that's how
- 4:49Speaker 2: she gets invited?
- 4:49Speaker 1: I feel like she could be on a PR list
- 4:51Speaker 1: for something like that.
- 4:54Speaker 2: But I just don't see Lisa not going. Why would
- 4:57Speaker 2: she not ever go?
- 5:00Speaker 1: Because she has to sit there for a long time.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Like I did at Dancing with the Stars the other day.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Isn't that what you asked me? Did I have to
- 5:06Speaker 1: sit there a long time? I went once.
- 5:09Speaker 2: It's pretty cool though to see like the whole dance
- 5:13Speaker 2: floor and how small it is.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I thought it was, it was bigger than I thought.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Cause we're used to watch what happens live, but. Oh yeah.
- 5:21Speaker 2: It's bigger than that.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. But like the Oscars, I think that, I mean,
- 5:31Speaker 1: does she go to a lot of things?
- 5:33Speaker 2: I don't know, but award shows.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Lisa doesn't typically, we don't typically see Lisa on red carpets.
- 5:38Speaker 1: It's not like she can't get on one. Does she
- 5:40Speaker 1: just not like to go to things? I don't know.
- 5:43Speaker 2: She likes to brag about them though.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Go for it, Lisa.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, we got to see Mary. It's been two weeks,
- 5:50Speaker 2: she said, since Robert Jr. 's homecoming. And she's still
- 5:54Speaker 2: in survival mode. She was on Watch What Happens Live.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Did you actually catch it? I did not. No.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Christina Pastina told me. Because she went over the episode
- 6:05Speaker 1: with me. Uh-huh. And she was saying, like, she called me.
- 6:10Speaker 1: She's like, you can't believe what they just did to Kawhi.
- 6:15Speaker 1: and you can't believe what this one did. So she,
- 6:17Speaker 1: I love her opinion on things. I like to listen.
- 6:19Speaker 1: And then she goes, Oh, Mary's on watch what happens live.
- 6:22Speaker 1: But then I hung up because I was literally just
- 6:25Speaker 1: getting home from California. Yeah.
- 6:27Speaker 2: I haven't been on social media much, so I didn't
- 6:29Speaker 2: get any of the little clips from watch what happens,
- 6:32Speaker 2: but I did see that she was on.
- 6:35Speaker 1: How'd she do? How's she doing?
- 6:37Speaker 2: I honestly, I just saw a clip really quick about
- 6:40Speaker 2: somebody asking, why did you decide to come back?
- 6:42Speaker 1: And I'm like, Because you can never judge how someone
- 6:46Speaker 1: handles grief.
- 6:47Speaker 2: No, you cannot.
- 6:49Speaker 1: I can remember getting divorced and not knowing whether to
- 6:53Speaker 1: sit or stand, where to be. I'd want to go
- 6:56Speaker 1: to the mall. I'd get anxiety. I'd leave. Like when
- 6:58Speaker 1: you're in the drudges of the hell of your life,
- 7:01Speaker 1: which nothing can compare to losing a child.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Right.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Who's to say what she should do, how she should
- 7:08Speaker 1: do it? No one. I know.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Did you hear that Rob Lowe's Niece passed away yesterday,
- 7:14Speaker 2: 13 years old. Was she sick? They didn't say why.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Beautiful little girl. But the parents put something out there,
- 7:21Speaker 2: you know, talking about it, and then said if anybody's
- 7:25Speaker 2: suffering from mental health.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Oh, Jesus.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I know.
- 7:29Speaker 1: 13. Oh, God bless her. Oh, God.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Breaks my heart. So Angie visits Mary and immediately fills
- 7:49Speaker 2: her in on Kwai, sharing how she allegedly rimmed the
- 7:52Speaker 2: toilet with her fiance's toothbrush when they were dating. And
- 7:57Speaker 2: she got pissed off at him because he was looking
- 8:00Speaker 2: at a text message from another guy talking about girls.
- 8:04Speaker 2: This is the story because I wondered how I would
- 8:09Speaker 2: have handled this.
- 8:10Speaker 1: They were newly dating. Now she's crazy.
- 8:13Speaker 2: Well, not newly because they were engaged.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Not when this happened.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Oh, I thought they were.
- 8:19Speaker 1: She had just met him and one of his friends
- 8:24Speaker 1: was talking about introducing him to another girl. Now that
- 8:27Speaker 1: happens during the beginning when you're single for a long
- 8:30Speaker 1: time or whatever.
- 8:31Speaker 2: I don't think it was at the beginning.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Well, somebody clarify this because this changes the whole story. Yeah.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Because nobody, no friend, no good friend, and nobody would
- 8:44Speaker 1: do that unless the person you were with was complaining
- 8:47Speaker 1: about you.
- 8:50Speaker 2: I wouldn't think to take somebody's toothbrush and rim the
- 8:55Speaker 2: toilet with it.
- 8:56Speaker 1: That's an old school, nasty, guidette move. I know women
- 9:01Speaker 1: who've done that.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Your fiance better watch out.
- 9:05Speaker 1: No, I would never. I'm an old school guidette, but
- 9:07Speaker 1: I don't do things like that.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Okay.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I'm going to have to kiss that guy.
- 9:11Speaker 2: I know. When you make up, you got to kiss
- 9:13Speaker 2: him and he's got a toilet tongue.
- 9:14Speaker 1: And he has E. coli now. Like, but you know what?
- 9:18Speaker 1: I know women, like I know girls back when they
- 9:21Speaker 1: used to fight with their boy, but I'd say... Late 90s,
- 9:25Speaker 1: that was the thing to do to your boyfriend if
- 9:27Speaker 1: you were mad. Or your roommate. Or if you got
- 9:29Speaker 1: in a fight with your roommate. Yeah, I know someone
- 9:31Speaker 1: who did that. But how about Mary dry heaving over it?
- 9:34Speaker 1: She is like.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Well, then Angie goes in hotel rooms. You got to
- 9:38Speaker 2: make sure you clean up and you got to tip
- 9:40Speaker 2: well because the people at hotels will stick the toothbrush
- 9:43Speaker 2: in their butt. And I'm like, what is wrong with
- 9:47Speaker 2: your brain? So.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I keep my room very cleaner than I keep my
- 9:53Speaker 1: room at home when I'm at a hotel because I
- 9:55Speaker 1: like to fix it nice. Like I start removing furniture
- 9:56Speaker 1: and I hang a bunch of stuff. stuff even if
- 10:00Speaker 1: I'm going to be there for 24 hours like I
- 10:02Speaker 1: just was. I do everything. So I stayed at the Godfrey.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Lovely hotel. Great, great, great service. And Constantine, thank you
- 10:12Speaker 1: for leaving my little snack in my room. It was
- 10:14Speaker 1: my dinner. I was starving and there's.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Nothing better than that. Huh? Was that LA when you
- 10:20Speaker 2: were in LA?
- 10:22Speaker 1: Yeah. I had mortadella. I had cheese. I had salami,
- 10:27Speaker 1: like you name it. It was on my plate. I,
- 10:29Speaker 1: it was like heaven and, and white wine. I was like,
- 10:32Speaker 1: I don't have to leave my room now. Here I am.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Did go downstairs for a diet soda though. So anyway, um,
- 10:40Speaker 1: So I keep my room very clean and no one
- 10:43Speaker 1: should be sticking my toothbrush up their butt. But now
- 10:46Speaker 1: since fucking Angie said that I'm going to now be
- 10:48Speaker 1: paranoid and hide your shit.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Did you notice that Angie looked like a little different
- 10:54Speaker 2: or confessional? Did she have colored contacts on or something?
- 10:58Speaker 1: I think her face looks fuller. Was it that?
- 11:02Speaker 2: I don't know. Her eyeballs look different.
- 11:05Speaker 1: I think she's so pretty and I liked her hair curly. Yeah.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I know she probably has curly hair anyway.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Yeah, she had colored contacts on. They were blue.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Did it look good?
- 11:15Speaker 2: It looks weird. I just think when people wear colored contacts,
- 11:18Speaker 2: it looks odd.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Did you see people actually color their eyeballs?
- 11:21Speaker 2: No, I would not touch anything with my eyes because
- 11:24Speaker 2: I'd be afraid to go blind.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Tell me you haven't seen that. You have dark brown eyes, right?
- 11:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Okay, you can make them blue.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I don't want them blue.
- 11:32Speaker 1: If you go to Mexico. I think they do it
- 11:35Speaker 1: here now.
- 11:35Speaker 2: No, that's terrible. That's a terrible idea. Because what if
- 11:39Speaker 2: something goes wrong and then you're blind?
- 11:41Speaker 1: Yeah, no shit. I know a doctor in Miami that
- 11:44Speaker 1: did that. I know somebody else that did it.
- 11:50Speaker 2: No, I draw a line there. Like, would I love
- 11:53Speaker 2: to have beautiful blue eyes?
- 11:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I would.
- 11:55Speaker 2: But I haven't had them for 58 years, so I'm good.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Well... I mean, I think you look amazing. Thank you.
- 12:04Speaker 1: We've all seen your ass. And, you know, when Eddie
- 12:07Speaker 1: hit it, when he slapped it, it didn't move. It
- 12:09Speaker 1: didn't jiggle. I would have caused an earthquake.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Stop it. No.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Tamara, you look really good. You look really good. Your
- 12:21Speaker 1: face is tight, everything. You look great. You took your
- 12:25Speaker 1: extensions out, I saw.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I have some, a little end I just cut.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I just cut it. Oh, so they're shorter, but you
- 12:31Speaker 1: have extensions, but they're shorter. Yeah.
- 12:33Speaker 2: No, I don't have as many extensions. I just have
- 12:36Speaker 2: a few.
- 12:36Speaker 1: At what point are we going to, am I going
- 12:38Speaker 1: to cut the 22 inches? I had them out for
- 12:40Speaker 1: a while and then I put them back. I mean,
- 12:42Speaker 1: I don't know. I know.
- 12:44Speaker 2: I'm like, am I going to be 60 years old
- 12:47Speaker 2: with extensions to my waist? I don't know.
- 12:49Speaker 1: My friend, Danielle Trulio, actually has this whole skit going
- 12:55Speaker 1: on about Nana's... of Bravo, the Nana's of Bravo.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Oh my gosh.
- 12:59Speaker 1: No, it's funny. Like she'll send me clips of all
- 13:03Speaker 1: the grandmothers, actual grandmothers on, on the shows every week
- 13:08Speaker 1: of doing something that they shouldn't be doing as a Nana.
- 13:11Speaker 1: And it should be its own show at this point.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Whitney is telling, so let's move on. So Whitney's telling
- 13:17Speaker 2: Bronwyn how it's not pretty. If you cross quiet, like,
- 13:23Speaker 2: But she won't tell her why. She's just, you know,
- 13:25Speaker 2: she starts to share a story. Then she's like, shuts her,
- 13:28Speaker 2: Kwai shuts her down. Kwai took her, obviously her fiance's,
- 13:33Speaker 2: hold on. Kwai took her fiance's toothbrush, cleaned the toilet
- 13:37Speaker 2: with it and put it back. Yes, that's gross. But
- 13:40Speaker 2: Whitney was not supposed to say anything to anybody. And
- 13:42Speaker 2: obviously she has. She's told people.
- 13:45Speaker 1: No, that's what Christina Pacino called me. She's like, Whitney
- 13:48Speaker 1: just turned all the girls on Kwai. And it's because
- 13:54Speaker 1: she's friends with Lisa.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Well, it wasn't a smart move. I think that Whitney
- 14:01Speaker 2: told people before maybe they started filming and then maybe
- 14:05Speaker 2: off camera.
- 14:06Speaker 1: That's something that somebody told you in confidence that they
- 14:09Speaker 1: did along. That's girl talk.
- 14:11Speaker 2: That's a big mouth.
- 14:12Speaker 1: That's a big mouth. And you know that Angie's going
- 14:15Speaker 1: to bring it up. Angie does that. I know.
- 14:19Speaker 2: I know.
- 14:20Speaker 1: So. And you know. Whitney. And you know, this girl
- 14:24Speaker 1: loved you. She, she, I, I honestly, I just think that,
- 14:30Speaker 1: but you're saying, so you're saying she did it before
- 14:32Speaker 1: she got on the show.
- 14:33Speaker 2: That's what I think.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Fair enough.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 14:37Speaker 1: But she shit her pants when Angie brought it up.
- 14:40Speaker 2: Oh, we'll get to that. So Angie's talking about how
- 14:44Speaker 2: excited she is to get away because things are not
- 14:46Speaker 2: good with her and her marriage. She feels like she's
- 14:49Speaker 2: living with a stranger and there's been zero affection.
- 14:54Speaker 1: That song. No, listen. You know, when that shit's going
- 14:59Speaker 1: on in the house, that's real. And you feel like
- 15:02Speaker 1: there's a stranger in your house. And I hate that
- 15:04Speaker 1: when it gets to that. There's a sick feeling that
- 15:08Speaker 1: comes with that, too.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, I've lived that before. It's almost... But I
- 15:12Speaker 2: wonder if this is like new to them or it's
- 15:14Speaker 2: been like this for a long time.
- 15:15Speaker 1: She said it's been like this for a while now,
- 15:18Speaker 1: but it's an intolerable feeling that a woman, I don't
- 15:22Speaker 1: know that men feel this way. I've never heard a
- 15:24Speaker 1: man describe feeling this way, but I know that as
- 15:29Speaker 1: a woman, there's been times you can feel that way.
- 15:34Speaker 1: And you know what I'm talking about? Yeah. Especially if
- 15:36Speaker 1: a guy is stepping out.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:40Speaker 1: You get that. gut feeling. And it's pretty much, but
- 15:45Speaker 1: I'm not saying that that's what her husband's doing. I'm
- 15:47Speaker 1: just saying she feels like she's crying when they have
- 15:51Speaker 1: this conversation you see on the.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Her professional. Yeah. She gets a little teary eyed.
- 15:56Speaker 1: She gets teary eyed. She does not want, I don't
- 15:58Speaker 1: think she wants it.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Cry her contact out of her eyeball.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I feel like when you become a housewife, it's very
- 16:04Speaker 1: consuming in your life. And sometimes the important things get
- 16:08Speaker 1: set aside. I don't know. No, shut up now.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Well, then we see Meredith. She's in her Diplo era.
- 16:14Speaker 2: She is now DJ Meredith Marks. She has new equipment.
- 16:20Speaker 2: She can't figure it out. Seth tells her he comes
- 16:23Speaker 2: in to try to help her. And then they start
- 16:25Speaker 2: talking about the kids. And Seth tells her she coddles
- 16:28Speaker 2: the kids too much. You're not a mother. You're a smother.
- 16:32Speaker 2: And I've never heard that before. And I kind of
- 16:35Speaker 2: really love that term because I know a lot of
- 16:36Speaker 2: mothers that are kind of smothers with their kids. I
- 16:38Speaker 2: might mildly be one. With some of my kids. Meredith
- 16:43Speaker 2: doesn't think so, despite the fact that they all work
- 16:46Speaker 2: for her. So I don't think there's anything wrong.
- 16:51Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with having a family business. No. Is
- 16:54Speaker 1: it a business that they're going to thrive from? Are
- 16:57Speaker 1: they going to grow there? Well, her one son's a mate,
- 17:01Speaker 1: like he's a real estate guru. The old.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Well, I did. I forgot that she has three kids
- 17:06Speaker 2: because we don't see one, right?
- 17:08Speaker 1: Well, he's busy. I met him. He's an amazing... Her
- 17:10Speaker 1: kids are lovely, beautiful kids. But here's the thing.
- 17:15Speaker 2: That's Reed, right? His name is Reed?
- 17:16Speaker 1: Yeah. So, you know, you can have them... You know,
- 17:22Speaker 1: this is a passing... This isn't a company, Meredith, but
- 17:26Speaker 1: I mean... Is it something that's good for them to
- 17:29Speaker 1: be involved in not find their own way? I don't
- 17:31Speaker 1: think there's anything wrong with it.
- 17:33Speaker 2: I think it's great experience. And now like the job
- 17:35Speaker 2: market is so bad and it's so hard. Like Spencer
- 17:39Speaker 2: is having a hell of a time trying to find
- 17:41Speaker 2: another job. He's been laid off for like over a
- 17:44Speaker 2: month now. And I wish that I had something at
- 17:49Speaker 2: Vena to give him right now, but we don't have
- 17:51Speaker 2: any openings yet. So now Chloe is president of the
- 17:54Speaker 2: caviar line. Brooks is the creative director and Reed is
- 17:59Speaker 2: an advisor on new ventures. She's starting.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Well, Reed knows what he's talking about. I've had conversations
- 18:06Speaker 1: with Reed and he is, I would consult with him myself.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Has he ever filmed on the show? I, I don't know.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I go to her events for her. You know, I
- 18:15Speaker 1: always like to support Meredith and I've gotten to meet
- 18:18Speaker 1: her lovely children, but Let's get to where the St.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Patrick's Day thing starts because I have a lot to say. Okay.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I felt like our St. Patrick's Day scene was better,
- 18:28Speaker 1: but okay.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Well, they go to the airport and some are obviously
- 18:33Speaker 2: feeling the holiday more than others. The leprechaun prop with
- 18:37Speaker 2: Heather's confessional, it's not funny. I thought it was a
- 18:40Speaker 2: little cringe.
- 18:41Speaker 1: What was it?
- 18:43Speaker 2: She was like a leprechaun in her confessional. What? It's St.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Patrick's Day?
- 18:48Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. I'm like, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Whitney says she's 69% Irish.
- 18:55Speaker 1: That's a lot.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Zero Irish. Well, you're Irish by injection.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Yeah, no, my moms have Irish. Oh, she is? Yeah,
- 19:05Speaker 1: my nan was Irish.
- 19:07Speaker 2: I'm Irish. I'm German and Irish.
- 19:09Speaker 1: So St. Patrick's Day was always a big deal in
- 19:12Speaker 1: our home.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Let me ask you a question. Maybe this is for Polly.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Is it a big deal in Ireland? St. Patrick's day.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Huge.
- 19:21Speaker 2: I didn't know if that was like something we came
- 19:23Speaker 2: up with over here.
- 19:24Speaker 1: No, no, no, no. They listened. Any excuse to drink
- 19:28Speaker 1: over there. Oh, by the way, I met more Higgins
- 19:31Speaker 1: in person. I took a picture with her. She's lovely.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Is she?
- 19:34Speaker 1: She's very sweet. Yeah. But St. Patrick's day is insane
- 19:40Speaker 1: in Ireland. If it's, it's an experience you need to see.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I'd love to.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Now, Brittany, who we don't see a lot of her
- 19:48Speaker 2: so far, she's going around. like pinching random people in wheelchairs.
- 19:53Speaker 2: So little rascals or whatever they're in to do a
- 19:55Speaker 2: tick talk. So, um, I would have been like, I
- 20:00Speaker 2: asked Paul if that's a thing. He just gave me
- 20:01Speaker 2: a dirty look. So apparently I've never seen that before. Um,
- 20:06Speaker 2: but she was cute about it.
- 20:07Speaker 1: She was like, can I just do it? They were like,
- 20:09Speaker 1: what the fuck? If she did that in my neighborhood,
- 20:11Speaker 1: can I pinch you? They'd be like, yeah. Yeah, put
- 20:14Speaker 1: your hand on me.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Smack you in the face.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I want you to put your hands on me right now.
- 20:18Speaker 1: I need to release.
- 20:20Speaker 2: I think I need to move to Jersey. I would
- 20:22Speaker 2: fit in so well.
- 20:24Speaker 1: No, can I pinch you? I'd love for you to
- 20:28Speaker 1: pinch me.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Well, Meredith is having a day.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I know. Meredith is looking.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Give me a reason to get it out.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Meredith is looking at Brittany pinching people and she's shaking
- 20:37Speaker 2: her head and she's like.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Meredith?
- 20:39Speaker 2: Man, she annoys me. She's annoying. So they think, Get
- 20:57Speaker 2: in the plane. They go to San Francisco. They're in
- 21:00Speaker 2: a Sprinter van from the airport. It comes up that
- 21:02Speaker 2: Bronwyn did the Oscars red carpet with the E. She
- 21:05Speaker 2: was doing the interviews, which prompt Heather to shout out,
- 21:09Speaker 2: Lisa's been invited, but she never goes. And nobody believes Lisa.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Not one person. But Lisa believes Lisa.
- 21:21Speaker 2: So is that all that matters? That's all that matters.
- 21:24Speaker 2: And that's what I love about Lisa because Lisa believes
- 21:26Speaker 2: everything she says.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Now, Lisa does not care if you believe her or not.
- 21:31Speaker 1: And if she's fabricating or if she's straight up lying,
- 21:36Speaker 1: Lisa believes Lisa. That's good. Because she says it with such, like,
- 21:41Speaker 1: so matter of factly. But at what point does Lisa
- 21:44Speaker 1: think that when she says this stuff, see, this is
- 21:47Speaker 1: when unaware comes in. When she says this stuff that
- 21:49Speaker 1: anyone's going to believe her.
- 21:52Speaker 2: I don't know. I have no idea.
- 21:53Speaker 1: I mean, being invited to the Oscars, it's not like,
- 21:57Speaker 1: you know, being invited to get in a rocket to
- 22:00Speaker 1: the moon.
- 22:01Speaker 2: It's like people get invited. You know what people do nowadays?
- 22:05Speaker 2: So you'll see like a lot of reality stars. They
- 22:08Speaker 2: don't actually get invited to the Oscars. They get invited
- 22:12Speaker 2: to the after parties. So there's a ton of after
- 22:16Speaker 2: parties in L.A. And a lot of people go to
- 22:19Speaker 2: that and maybe that's what Lisa's talking about. I'm not sure,
- 22:23Speaker 2: but she said she got invited to a prior to
- 22:26Speaker 2: being a housewife and didn't need the housewife title to
- 22:29Speaker 2: get invited.
- 22:32Speaker 1: All the power to her. You know what? If she
- 22:35Speaker 1: says it's true, then it's true. Right. A lot of
- 22:38Speaker 1: things in this world that I need to find out
- 22:40Speaker 1: if they're true or not. And worrying about if Lisa
- 22:44Speaker 1: Barlow's invited to the Oscars is not one of them.
- 22:46Speaker 1: Not one of them.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Well, Heather actually cracked me up. She's like, I was
- 22:49Speaker 2: a seat filler for the People's Choice Awards.
- 22:51Speaker 1: She was like, I've been talking about it forever.
- 22:55Speaker 2: I saw the back of Julia Roberts' head.
- 22:58Speaker 1: That is so funny.
- 23:01Speaker 2: So once at the hotel, Whitney tells Heather and Angie
- 23:04Speaker 2: that Kwai... had a few things to say about their
- 23:07Speaker 2: behavior on the ski trip, on the trip they did skiing. Now,
- 23:12Speaker 2: this is.
- 23:13Speaker 1: This is where I weigh in, but go ahead.
- 23:15Speaker 2: I want to hear everything you have to say. This
- 23:17Speaker 2: is Whitney stirring the shit, is what she's doing.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Against her friend, though. Uh-huh. Now, Whitney, this is your
- 23:27Speaker 1: best friend. This is.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Your best friend's sister that passed away. The sister of
- 23:35Speaker 2: your best friend. Like, how do you not, even if she,
- 23:39Speaker 2: now when she's talking.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Let's go back to the scene where they go back
- 23:43Speaker 1: to the scene and she's talking and Bronwyn's looking at
- 23:46Speaker 1: her like, oh honey, you're so fucked. And she's talking
- 23:49Speaker 1: like she thinks this isn't going to become a thing.
- 23:51Speaker 1: And Whitney's sitting there like, oh, I'm going to have
- 23:54Speaker 1: to stab you in the back for this because I'm
- 23:57Speaker 1: just going to do that because that's what I do.
- 24:00Speaker 1: keep talking. You're my, you know, best friend, sister, but
- 24:03Speaker 1: I'm going to shove it up your ass. Here's the thing.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Whitney could have gotten away without repeating that. Now we
- 24:10Speaker 1: all know in the housewife world, if something is said
- 24:13Speaker 1: on camera, you repeat it. Yeah.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Remember that when you watch Orange County this week. Okay.
- 24:20Speaker 1: So if something is said on camera, you are, you
- 24:23Speaker 1: are unwritten law. have to go back and tell the
- 24:28Speaker 1: person that it was said about.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:31Speaker 1: However, now, Tamara, I understand that Whitney was doing her job,
- 24:36Speaker 1: but there is a time where you have to sit
- 24:38Speaker 1: back and let the other person do their part because
- 24:41Speaker 1: you have a very close connection to the person that
- 24:43Speaker 1: was talking like that.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Wasn't somebody else there when she said this? Okay, why
- 24:48Speaker 2: is Whitney doing it? Why isn't Bronwyn doing it?
- 24:52Speaker 1: Tamara, if I said something, though, okay, let me ask you.
- 24:56Speaker 1: We're close. I'm saying something about somebody. I'm new to this.
- 25:01Speaker 1: I am your best friend's sister. Yeah.
- 25:05Speaker 2: No, I wouldn't say a word. I would not person.
- 25:08Speaker 1: No, no. That's what I'm saying. Like let the other.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Person, but let this girl get to know people first.
- 25:15Speaker 1: You have to, it has to be repeated and it
- 25:17Speaker 1: has to be made a thing of.
- 25:18Speaker 2: I understand that. How do you say that word? Recollection.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Recollection was wrong.
- 25:24Speaker 2: It was wrong. She said Kwai called Heather diabolical.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Diabolo, her reference to Diabolo was the, some type of
- 25:37Speaker 1: hot mayonnaise or some shit.
- 25:39Speaker 2: Hot sauce or something like that.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Hot sauce from one of those places. I don't eat
- 25:42Speaker 1: that because it's Mexican food.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's not what she said.
- 25:49Speaker 1: But it's not a difference. It's not a huge difference
- 25:52Speaker 1: to me.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Diabolical?
- 25:55Speaker 1: Diabolical and Diablo. Diablo means the devil.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Doesn't Diablo mean spicy?
- 26:01Speaker 1: Diablo means the devil in Spanish. So what is the difference?
- 26:06Speaker 1: The thing is.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 26:08Speaker 1: But she also didn't say it in such a dirty way.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Like when Whitney... Whitney, you could have let up on
- 26:15Speaker 1: your friend. You could have left some things out. Because
- 26:19Speaker 1: you know who left a lot of stuff out when
- 26:21Speaker 1: she repeated things? Bronwyn.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Oh my God. Yes. I mean, thank God for flashbacks, right?
- 26:29Speaker 1: Yes. So Bronwyn went easy on the newbie, even though
- 26:34Speaker 1: she told Bronwyn to shut the fuck up. Then Bronwyn
- 26:39Speaker 1: was pissed because now they all start coming after her, right?
- 26:41Speaker 1: This comes up. We all know where this is going.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Angie takes out her toothbrushes and repeats now.
- 26:48Speaker 2: I can't with the props anymore, guys on Salt Lake.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Stop.
- 26:52Speaker 2: With the props.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Well, it would have been a great prop if there
- 26:57Speaker 1: wasn't 5,000 costumes prior to this.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Yeah. Like, I can't with the props all the time.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Blow up dinosaur, pink dinosaur costumes. So here we go
- 27:09Speaker 1: with the toothbrushes, gives them out. So now Kwai realizes
- 27:15Speaker 1: what's going on really quick. She clocked it.
- 27:17Speaker 2: She's like, okay, okay.
- 27:19Speaker 1: And she owned it. Do you think, now Paul said this.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Let me ask you what you think. Do you think
- 27:26Speaker 1: that Kwai was tipped off by Lisa? Like, Lisa maybe
- 27:34Speaker 1: had known what was going on. Lisa probably said to Kwai, listen,
- 27:38Speaker 1: they brought up your toothbrush thing. Own it. And it's over.
- 27:41Speaker 2: She could have. She could have.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Paul thought that Lisa tipped off... I love that he
- 27:46Speaker 1: weighs in on this. Paul thought that Lisa tipped off
- 27:49Speaker 1: Kwai because Kwai freaking owned it right there.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Well, she handled it very well. She laughed it off.
- 27:56Speaker 2: But she's very aware that it was Whitney who shared
- 27:59Speaker 2: the story.
- 28:01Speaker 1: I think... You want to know the truth? I was
- 28:05Speaker 1: upset that she cried because she handled herself like a
- 28:07Speaker 1: champ on the bus. But... I was like, don't cry,
- 28:12Speaker 1: don't fold, don't fold. But then I realized maybe she
- 28:16Speaker 1: was crying because she realized someone so close to her
- 28:19Speaker 1: did that to her. Exactly.
- 28:21Speaker 2: That's how I took it.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:23Speaker 2: She wasn't crying about the situation and what happened in
- 28:25Speaker 2: the bus, the toothbrush. I don't think she gave a shit. But,
- 28:29Speaker 2: I mean, Kwai said she 100% did it and would
- 28:31Speaker 2: do it again. So she didn't have any remorse for
- 28:35Speaker 2: it or anything. It was because Whitney stabbed her in
- 28:38Speaker 2: the back.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. She did. That had to be the worst.
- 28:44Speaker 1: When Angie said that, that had to be the worst
- 28:48Speaker 1: feeling in the world. But prior to Angie saying, I mean,
- 28:54Speaker 1: Whitney was going, Whitney was repeating what she was saying anyway.
- 28:57Speaker 1: And you know what a really good friend that brought,
- 28:59Speaker 1: that she, if she brought Kwai on, she should have said, listen, Kwai,
- 29:05Speaker 1: understand this. I have to repeat what you said. Because
- 29:09Speaker 1: you said it on camera. I'm going to be the one.
- 29:13Speaker 1: There's going to be a time you're going to have
- 29:15Speaker 1: to do it to me. I'm not trying to hurt you.
- 29:18Speaker 1: This is the nature of the beast. Kwai, welcome to
- 29:20Speaker 1: the jungle.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Well, Angie confronts Kwai for the shit she said, saying
- 29:27Speaker 2: she never said she was aggressive. She didn't. No, she didn't.
- 29:34Speaker 2: It was a game of telephone. It was like a
- 29:36Speaker 2: game of like, she said something I can't really remember,
- 29:38Speaker 2: then somebody else says it and goes, oh yeah, that's
- 29:40Speaker 2: what she said. Then you say it and you're like, no,
- 29:42Speaker 2: that's not what I said. And it happens all the time.
- 29:46Speaker 1: When you're telling that to your friend because you have to,
- 29:50Speaker 1: and you're probably trying to sugarcoat it when Whitney took
- 29:55Speaker 1: it to an X level.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Well, all Angie said was she was new. And can't
- 30:00Speaker 2: address it. I heard she's new and aggressive. Two different things.
- 30:09Speaker 1: So. So Angie is right, though. And she's right. You
- 30:14Speaker 1: are new.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
- 30:18Speaker 1: That's OK to say to somebody. I don't think she
- 30:20Speaker 1: was wrong for saying that. But I'll tell you this.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Clear as day. They are going after her because she
- 30:28Speaker 1: was sticking up for Lisa.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Well, then Kwai looks at Bronwyn for support and Bronwyn lies.
- 30:33Speaker 2: So she's never confirmed what Kwai heard. Bronwyn is now backtracking.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Why though? Why would she do that?
- 30:44Speaker 1: Because I think Bronwyn felt worse about doing that to
- 30:48Speaker 1: her than Whitney did.
- 30:50Speaker 2: There was two flashbacks of her saying Angie used the
- 30:53Speaker 2: word aggressive. She's like, I never said that. I never
- 30:56Speaker 2: said that. Okay. Well, we have proof.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Right.
- 31:01Speaker 2: And then Kawhi also swears she did not use the
- 31:03Speaker 2: word diabolical. And a flashback confirms Whitney miscommunicated what she said.
- 31:09Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. Like, Whitney, if you're going to, like,
- 31:12Speaker 1: throw your friend under the bus, don't take her from
- 31:15Speaker 1: under the bus and put her under a Mack truck
- 31:17Speaker 1: after that. Like, get it. You know, you could have
- 31:20Speaker 1: been a little bit easier and could have been like, listen, guys.
- 31:25Speaker 1: I'm explaining why she feels this way. I know her
- 31:27Speaker 1: for a long time. This is why she said this,
- 31:31Speaker 1: but I think you should talk to her about how
- 31:33Speaker 1: she feels. Way to do things.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Well, now Kwai's pissed.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, Tamara. If I ever tell
- 31:41Speaker 1: you something in confidence and you repeat it, I will never.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Tell you something again.
- 31:48Speaker 1: I repeat it all the time. You bring it up
- 31:50Speaker 1: in front of somebody. If I said it in confidence,
- 31:55Speaker 1: It's don't ever trust me again. It's over. I'll be
- 32:00Speaker 1: friends with you, but you're dead to me. Really? Yeah.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Well, like I said, Kwai's pissed and she tried to
- 32:08Speaker 2: explain herself to Heather. She yells at Whitney and Bronwyn
- 32:11Speaker 2: to shut the fuck up because they won't stop interjecting.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Bronwyn saying Kwai has only been there for seven minutes
- 32:18Speaker 2: and can't tell her to shut the fuck up. Yes,
- 32:21Speaker 2: she can.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Bronwyn.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Yes, she can. I don't care how long she's been there.
- 32:25Speaker 2: She's on this cast. We'd have to do like this
- 32:27Speaker 2: little hazing period because you've been on there longer than her.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Well, you shouldn't. How about don't tell me to shut
- 32:35Speaker 1: the fuck up, period. Not that because you haven't been
- 32:38Speaker 1: here long enough.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Well, but she was lying to her. I probably shut
- 32:41Speaker 2: the fuck up, too.
- 32:43Speaker 1: But here's the thing. Bronwyn was kind of being nicer
- 32:47Speaker 1: than Whitney about it, this situation. And then she got
- 32:50Speaker 1: more mad at Bronwyn. However it is, Bronwyn was over
- 32:54Speaker 1: her after that.
- 32:55Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, the girls go get drinks, leaving Kwai crying
- 32:58Speaker 2: with Lisa and Meredith. But when Whitney tries to come
- 33:02Speaker 2: around and console her, Kwai tells her to leave because
- 33:04Speaker 2: Whitney is the cause of all this mess.
- 33:07Speaker 1: Wait a second. I'm going to reference something. Has everybody
- 33:11Speaker 1: seen like the TikTok where they go back to like
- 33:14Speaker 1: grammar school when your friend is crying and somebody comes
- 33:17Speaker 1: over to check on her and she's like, She's the,
- 33:20Speaker 1: I'm the only one she wants to talk to get away.
- 33:22Speaker 1: It's hysterical.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I haven't seen that.
- 33:23Speaker 1: And it's you remember Caden. We, I, if we could
- 33:27Speaker 1: flash back to this, that's what that felt like for me.
- 33:31Speaker 1: It was so perfect timing for what is viral right
- 33:34Speaker 1: now in Tik TOK. It's like, yeah, it's like, she's
- 33:37Speaker 1: really upset, but she only wants to talk to me.
- 33:39Speaker 1: So get away. It's grammar school. Shit. It's funny. I mean,
- 33:44Speaker 1: spot on. Yeah. Yeah.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Well, Kauai tells her to leave because Whitney is the
- 33:49Speaker 2: cause of all this mess. I was loyal to you,
- 33:51Speaker 2: but now I'm not. All I can think about is
- 33:55Speaker 2: my brother and how effing disappointed he's going to be
- 33:58Speaker 2: with you.
- 33:59Speaker 1: So is it, so it's Kauai's brother. That's what I thought.
- 34:03Speaker 1: It's not his, it's not was her best friend's sister.
- 34:08Speaker 1: It's her best friend's sister-in-law.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Sister-in-law.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay. Cause we kind of said before it was
- 34:13Speaker 1: the sister. It's the sister of the husband.
- 34:16Speaker 2: So yeah, that's it. It was a good episode. They're
- 34:19Speaker 2: coming out strong. And yeah, anything to add?
- 34:26Speaker 1: What do you think is going to happen between, I
- 34:29Speaker 1: want to know, let's have a little prediction. Number one,
- 34:33Speaker 1: is Kwai's brother going to be upset with this? Number one.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Number two, is Kwai ever going to trust Whitney again?
- 34:46Speaker 2: I'm never going to trust Whitney. Kwai's brother probably doesn't
- 34:50Speaker 2: give a shit because most men like, I don't want
- 34:51Speaker 2: to get in this drama stuff at the show.
- 34:53Speaker 1: He's got other, he's raising two kids now.
- 34:56Speaker 2: But she's going to have a hard time on this
- 34:59Speaker 2: show trusting her.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Well, yeah. But listen, it's the nature of the beast.
- 35:05Speaker 1: I think Kwai should take into consideration everything Whitney's done
- 35:10Speaker 1: for her and her family and the friend that she
- 35:14Speaker 1: was to the family. through so much. I think that, um,
- 35:20Speaker 1: why should give this some grace considering how good Whitney
- 35:24Speaker 1: has been in the past term? Yeah, I honestly do.
- 35:30Speaker 1: I'm not big on forgiving, but there is something to
- 35:33Speaker 1: be said about Whitney being close to the family. And
- 35:37Speaker 1: also the fact that I guess if it was going
- 35:41Speaker 1: to happen, it should have happened from your close friend.
- 35:43Speaker 1: If you got to learn how to be a housewife, Yeah.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Well, that's it guys. Thank you so much for tuning
- 35:49Speaker 2: in to another episode. Make sure you give us comments
