- 1:16SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited to be here.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited to have you here.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: This is gonna be such a fun conversation.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Um I've been loving following you, and I I wasn't part of your really like deep in entrepreneur journey.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: I feel like I'm kind of newer to your space, but following you is just so like inspiring and a breath of fresh air.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: And I can't believe you were like, you just had a baby and you're just like going.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: Like you, yeah.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: I'm like, what?
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, my baby.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: So my youngest is six weeks old.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: Um, so I have kids ranging.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: My oldest will be 10 in November.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: I have a seven-year-old, an almost five-year-old, and then our sweet surprise that showed up six weeks ago.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, that is so fun.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and all of that has actually kind of led into my shift from being a CEO and a serial entrepreneur to choosing to be home, like really, really pouring into my kids in this specific season.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: How I feel like let's just kick it off.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: How did you know that that was your next thing?
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: So it's kind of funny.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: We, if we back it up to 2023, I had been building my business and my coaching business for about five years.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: And I just had this call to be home.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: And it didn't make any sense because I I have an entrepreneurial heart, I love a hustle, I love creating things, and I love connecting with other women and helping them build their business.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: And logically, it didn't make any sense.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: I'm like, wait, I was gaining serious momentum.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: We had been approaching seven figures, we were launching masterminds and hosting retreats, and my client books were full.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: Excuse me, what do you mean I need to go and be home with my kids?
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: But there was this like underlying feeling of chaos in my home.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: I think my youngest was probably about 18 months, maybe two years at that point.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: Um, and so navigating her and then my son, and he he's actually, and we can talk about human design a little bit more, but he is my projector and he is my mirror through and through.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Um, and so I was like, he needs me more emotionally and physically and mentally.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: And so I had this call to be home, and I was like, well, that doesn't make any sense.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: But I started walking in that direction.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: We were building, um, we had uh an office that we were working out of, and so I cut my lease, I cut my client work down to 20% of what I was doing, and I was really, really I worked from home, I was committed to trying, and then um I really fought it for a really long time because I my nervous system specifically was like, we like to hustle, we like to work, we like to, we liked the chaos, right?
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: We that's comfortable the chaos, yes, but the chaos was the number one thing I didn't want, right?
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I don't want chaos in my home, and I don't want to feel this way, but I had this like push pull of my soul knowing what was um on the way.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: So my nervous system being like, but this is what's comfortable.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: And so it actually until getting pregnant with this surprise baby to actually be like, okay, we're gonna slow down.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: I I obviously I came home, I was home more than ever.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: I started integrating systems into my our home.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: I started kind of reducing the noise of the chaos, but I was still like trying to build my business the way that I was building it before.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: So launching new programs, I'm creating new curriculums, um, just hosting breath work, right?
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: I randomly decided to host breath work workshops because it sounded fun.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: And so it was a lot of push-pull for about a year and a half.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: And then I got pregnant with this surprise baby, and I found out in November of 2024, and I was like, okay, I know there's going to be shifts and changes, but even then, I was like launching a podcast.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: I launched a brand new podcast at the beginning of 2025 while I'm pregnant, and so yeah, now we're officially stepping away.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: We are not renewing our LLCs in 2026, which is like a really, really big that was kind of the thing that I was like, well, we'll just like see where we're at.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, cut and tice, taking a step back and just really stepping into a brand new season.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: So clarify for me, does your did your husband work for you or he does his own thing or what's so my husband, he is the marketing director for an e-commerce brand here in Utah.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: And so he has a full-time gig.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: And so we do not, we would not work well together.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: We would not.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: We have tried the two two projects together in the past, and it just was not it.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: We're super supportive of each other in all the things that we do, but he and I are both a little too bossy to uh work together in that capacity.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: I think it's I think it's actually really challenging to work with a spouse.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, yeah.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: I mean, my husband edits this podcast, but like that's his area of expertise.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, you do you.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: Like, I you probably know more than I do about this.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: But like I could just see like our creative differences and totally, yeah, yeah.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: The way that we work, like I I can't breathe if there's like tasks on my list, and he's more like, it's gonna get done.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I cannot know that.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I see you.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: I I'm the same way for sure.
- 7:11SPEAKER_01: That's wild.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: Okay, so not renewing LLCs, you are like, this is like this is her moment.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: She's reached the peak, she's starting something new.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: It's it's all different from here.
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: How does that feel aligned with your human design?
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: How did you consult your human design?
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: So I am a sacral generator.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: And so if you're not familiar with human design, essentially there's five types in human design: there are generators, manifesting generators, manifestors, projectors, and reflectors.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: And the generators are like the energy creators of the world.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: And our sacral is essentially how we make decisions, how we move through life.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: And so for me, it's a very visceral yes-no.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: So if I'm presented with something, I have the opportunity to check in with my physical body and see how this feels for me.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And if it is not a hell yes, then I know that it's not what's right for me, which is so funny because a year and a half ago, when I was clearly not getting a hell yes of staying in my business the way that it was, I was still pushing against it, right?
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: That's the conditioning that we have that oftentimes plays a role in our human design.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: So now that I essentially when I made the decision to not renew my LLC, to tell the world on my social media, I am no longer doing this.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: I feel like my body just gave like just a huge sigh of relief.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: And inside human design for generators, you're um not self, essentially, when you are not living in your design is frustration.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: And when you're living in your design, you feel satisfaction.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: And so for me, satisfaction, every time I've made a decision in my in alignment with my human design, it has felt like that deep sigh that is just creating so much space to now be like, okay, now what's next?
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: We have we've created so much space with saying yes and finally just like cutting that cord.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: I we're the same, like I'm a generator, um sacral.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: I don't remember all my things.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: I can never remember like my numbers, especially your profile, but yeah, but you're like has a name.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: Um but very similar.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: And like I can say that it's true, especially like with the body, like just and now that I know that about myself, like when I start to feel frustrated in my business, I'm like, okay, I'm obviously frustrated.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: Is this like something I need to outsource?
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: Is this something I need to get rid of?
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: Like, is it the client?
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: Is it me?
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: Is it the systems?
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: Like, what is it that's making me feel frustrated?
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: And like, how can I solve that?
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: It it just makes your life so much easier when you know how to navigate that instead of just like feeling stuck and spiraling in that feeling of frustration.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: When I uh when I discovered human design, it was back in 2021, and it was one of those things that I was like, everything makes sense to me now.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: All of the parts of me were making sense to me.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: And at the time, I was coaching other women one-on-one, and the my clients who were seeing the highest level of success were also generators, and I was like, this is interesting because as I learned about human design, I was coaching women who were projectors or manifesting generators or manifestors that are different types than me, and they weren't seeing the success that I wanted them to see, and they probably wanted themselves because I was coaching them as a generator to be a generator.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: So once I learned that, my coaching and the success of my clients changed because I was like, oh, you're a projector.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: This is how you need to be running your business, this is how it feels to be in alignment.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: These are the ways and the types of things and products and services that you should integrate into your business.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: You need to stop doing this and do more of this.
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: And then the success started to gain more traction for them.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: And like human design is just like everyone's like, oh, it's a personality quiz.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: I'm like, it's no, it is not a personality quiz.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: It is literally, it is your energetic blueprint.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: It is kind of like a cheat code for creating alignment in your life.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: And just like you said, like when you're feeling that frustration, that's like a telltale sign to be like, hmm, interesting.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: What do we need to change?
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And so, like for each of the human design types, they're different um not self.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: So whether it's bitterness or it's anger, um, there's different emotions inside of you that are that telltale sign to be like, oh, I am out of alignment.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: Wow, I love that.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: You kind of answered this during your intro a little bit, but I want to touch on it a little bit more.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: So what were some of the signs that coaching wasn't aligned for you anymore?
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: Were you feeling frustration, or was it more of just like a pull towards something else?
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: Like what what yeah, what was that?
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: The universe was working in every single way to get my attention, like truly every single way, from my children needing me more at home to their schedules being having clients that I realized were not so much missed misaligned, but knowing that, oh, I shouldn't be coaching anymore.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: There was a four-week period, I remember specifically, when I had the notion where it's like, okay, you need to stop coaching and you need to move home.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: You need to like change essentially change your business model.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: And I had four of clients come to me and either be like, I can't afford to work with you anymore.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: Oh, I didn't realize that our contract was this amount of time.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: Like different things where they were coming to me and a couple clients where I was like, I'm not feeling aligned with them.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: And then the universe is like, Oh, we're gonna create opportunities to like clear them out of your energy field.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: And that was kind of for me, so it was really a little scary because that was my bread and butter.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: I was making the most revenue through my one-on-one coaching.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, oh, but trying to hold on, right?
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: That scarcity mindset, holding on to like, oh, if I don't have these clients, how am I gonna pay my bills?
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: If I don't have these clients, what's that gonna look like?
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: And so all of these signs were leading me in that direction.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: Um, to know that the that I was making, but was fighting, the universe is like, but we're gonna make it happen for you anyways.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: Like, sorry, whether you want to or not.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 13:54SPEAKER_01: And I, oh, I fought it.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: It's just so wild, like how life works, because you know, like this year I got married and I was so busy and my business was growing, but I was like, I was just like, I'm not taking new clients for like three months.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: Like, I simply can't do it.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: Like, I cannot onboard somebody.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: And the universe was like, Show, no worries.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: You're not, you don't need new clients, you're good.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: And like I just got through my wedding, and then it was like the second that ever all the dust settled from that, it was like inquiries, inquiries, inquiries, signing clients, like wild, crazy business growth, which is something that like I also wanted this year, but it was like so uncomfortable when I wasn't getting inquiries and wasn't signing clients, even though that's what I consciously wanted was to not sign clients and to have like spaciousness, it was still uncomfortable to be in that zone and be like, wait, is everything I've ever learned wrong?
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: Like, what's going on?
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: And then, but then like obviously hindsight is 2020, and you see like how it was all just playing out exactly how it was supposed to get you where you actually wanted to go.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: But yeah, it's really interesting with navigating because I I was priding myself, and a lot of my worthiness was in the amount of money that I was making.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: Like, if I was making more money with my than my husband, I was like, well, and that's like and also that's like the culture of like these industries, kind of.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: It's like if your income's not growing, like you're not doing it right.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: And like that is like people's pride.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: And as I so a lot of what this coming home for me, it was, I know it was a level of healing that I needed to go through.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: There were so many stories around money, around worth, around just like where my place in life.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: So I grew up in um a community and in a religion where it's like the wife is supposed to be the homemaker.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: And I thought that, yeah, I fought that so hard.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: I was like, absolutely not ex-Mormons Unite, right?
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: So, like, I was like, I won't be a homemaker.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: Like, that is not for me.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: And luckily, I have this entrepreneurial spirit where I'm like, I enjoy working, I really do enjoy working.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: But the whole homemaker idea, I was like, absolutely not.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: Hell no, that is not for me.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: Even though I literally have three children that I am like raising and doing, and so when I was being called home and I was realizing, like, oh, you need to heal your relationship with what a homemaker actually looks like.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: You need to heal your relationship with being held and supported by a partner.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: I was having to like heal, heal this relationship with like becoming a homemaker, heal this relationship with like being just a mom, right?
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: That story that like being just a mom wasn't enough.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: And then also being supported by my partner.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: I was raised at like the husband, he makes the money, and like this is your role, this is his role.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: And I was so against that.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: But what I realized in this whole coming home was that I needed to be held.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: I had never been held.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: So I was a single mom, so my oldest, I had her, and I was in entrepreneurship.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: I actually quit my salary job and had my baby within like weeks of each other.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: I it was a wild situation.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: So I like stepped into entrepreneurship, stepped into being a single mom by myself.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: So I was always holding it all together.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: And so this idea of coming home and actually being held by my partner mentally, physically, financially, and having to like submit to my husband financially, like have those conversations, not have my own money that I could go do whatever I wanted with it.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: That was a huge hurdle that I had to get over.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: And it's taken me a year and a half to be like, okay, I surrender safe here.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: Like, and that's what it is.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: It's like creating that safety and doing so much nervous system work, doing so much unconscious reprogramming with all of the different tools and honoring that part of me that always knew, right?
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: That always knew that it's okay to be a mom.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: It's okay to just be a mom, right?
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: And do I expect to do that forever?
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Absolutely not.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: Hell no.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: I love my children and I think that we get to exist in the and you can be a mom and you can build a business, and different seasons are gonna look different.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: And so for me, I'm like, this season looks like pouring into and being with my final baby, right?
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: I'm never going to have a teeny tiny baby ever again.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: I want to just like soak it up, especially since she was a surprise, right?
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: The universe is like surprise now, make like make it worth it.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: And that's what I feel like I'm trying to do with her.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: I am so proud of you because true, like doing the it's so funny to say like doing the work.
- 18:58SPEAKER_01: Sometimes I feel like that's like so cringy, but it's like doing the work is hard, like facing those parts of yourself that are like scared to be held because we have a very like similar story.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: Grew up Mormon.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: My mom has always been the breadwinner.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: So I've always watched her just like work so hard, you know, and and I was married before I was married now, and that partner, like I was the breadwinner.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: I did everything, like I was never held either or supported.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: And stepping into this relationship with Reg, which is obviously completely different, that was one of the hardest things in the beginning of our relationship, is that I was like so independent and so like I'm doing this like how I'm doing it.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: Like, you can come with or you don't have to, I don't really care.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: And he was like, I want to be part of it.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: Like, that's rude that you're doing that.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, oh, well, it's just the conditioning of not knowing and not feeling safe, like not feeling safe that like you really could surrender and be held whatever way that looks, financially, emotionally, whatever, like physically too, you know?
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: And that work is hard to do because you really like it's you versus your own self.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: You're the only person that's making that up, you know?
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: And and you're not making it up, it's been programmed into you, but like really you're the only one that can do anything about that.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: And I think like as you start navigating this work, that's one of the hard truths that you face is like that idea that no one's coming to save you.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: No one's coming to save you.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: You are going to be the one that has to do the work.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: Now, can you be supported along the way?
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, and I hope that you are, right?
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: And I hope that you allow yourself to be.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: But when it comes down to it, it's like you are the one who has to rewrite the stories and you deserve to, right?
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: You absolutely deserve to rewrite and recreate your internal dialogue.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: Because, like you said, right?
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: Like it's not, it's it's not true.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: It's given to us and it's conditioned into us, and then we live our lives, and then one day we wake up and we're like, holy shit, I don't want to live like this anymore.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: This isn't who I actually am, right?
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: And that is when the moment that you can choose that and say, this isn't who I am, and I want something different, that's when things start to come into your world that are going to change who you are.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: But also it's super scary and it's super hard and it's really uncomfortable.
- 21:38SPEAKER_01: I mean, yeah, like what you were saying at the beginning, it's like my nervous system, your like your nervous system was like more comfortable living in the chaos.
- 21:47SPEAKER_01: And like being being on the other side of that, not saying that like the work is over or whatever, but being on the other side of that, you can really see people who are way more comfortable in the chaos.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: It's your friend who is literally.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Always having an existential crisis.
- 22:02SPEAKER_01: It's the people in Walmart that are having a meltdown because of something wasn't priced correctly or whatever.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: Like those people, like they the chaos is what feels safe.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: And it's hard to like that's why most people can't meditate.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: Like it's too scary to be quiet with your own thoughts because that could literally change your whole life and that's uncomfortable.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: And also, it's such a gift.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Like, it is such a gift for us to have the ability to do that.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: So if you're willing to face the discomfort, know that on the other side of discomfort, you are going to have all of those things that consciously you desire.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: They may not look the way that you have planned them out to be.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: Normally they don't, right?
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: Like it never really comes in this perfectly like packaged up box.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: And it's like the universe, like, this is how you wanted it.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: Here you go, right?
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: But it's like here's what you wanted.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: And you're going to go through this entire process of getting it in the end if you're willing to face it.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: And also, like you said, it's like the work is never actually done, right?
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: The work doing the work is never done.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: It's it's layers, right?
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: You're peeling away layers of this programming.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: I didn't, I had my wake up, like my awakening in 2018.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: That's when I like faced myself.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: And I, my second, my son was six months old, and I was in the most uncomfortable position I had ever been in.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: I was having panic attacks.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: I don't have anxiety, I don't have depression.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: I like situational, there are moments, right?
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: But like I was having panic attacks for the first time in my life, and I'm like, what is this?
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: And it was my body body saying that to wake up.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: And so in the 2018, I finally was like, oh, and that was seven years ago, 30 years old.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: I was living with 32 years of conditioning.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: It's gonna take me that long and more to finally get to a place where I'm like, oh, okay, right.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: But we have those moments of clarity and we have the opportunity to do the work and to pull away these layers to feel more and more like ourselves.
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: And when you get to that place, because as you do this work, you're like, oh, I've arrived.
- 24:23unknown: Right?
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: This is it.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: And then something comes and it blows up your world.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Like for me, it's like, okay, we're approaching seven figures.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: I'm feeling really good in my business, like things are going well, like all of these things.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: And then the universe is like, girl, go home, right?
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: And the most uncomfortable thing I could have done was going home at that time.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: But now, a year and a half later, I'm like, oh, I see it now.
- 24:46SPEAKER_00: All of that was preparing me to hold more space for the sweet angel baby that just came into my life.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: Because at the time, me and my husband were done having kids, I didn't have the capacity to hold anything else.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: But coming home, I created more of that space.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: I created more of that capacity.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: And silly me, last fall, before I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I'm like, we're going full send back into everything.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: We're building an empire.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: We're like doing all of these things, and the universe is like, here's a baby.
- 25:15SPEAKER_00: Girl, no.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: Who do you think you are?
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: Girl, no.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: I I loved what you said too about like on the other side of being uncomfortable, like that's where you get all your desires.
- 25:24SPEAKER_01: And it made me think that on the other side of being uncomfortable too, that's where you step into like this expansive version, embodied version of yourself that like feels better than you could have ever imagined.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: So, like, yeah, it's uncomfortable for a second, but then you work through it and you're like, I feel so good.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: I feel so much better than I ever had.
- 25:51SPEAKER_01: And I think that's important too, because it's like, yeah, you can get the desires, the house, the car, the family, like whatever those maybe more material desires are.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: But really, I feel like the biggest thing is like how you feel about yourself and like the energy that you carry.
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:11SPEAKER_00: Well, and you could get the house, and you could still feel exactly the way you did before you got the house, right?
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: Your feelings are your feelings, are the things that you live with, right?
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: Yes, you're living in a home, but how you feel in your home is important, how you feel in your relationship is important.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: And like we can get into talking about how emotions show up in our body in different ways.
- 26:35SPEAKER_00: Like, that's a whole other conversation that I didn't talk about forever, right?
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: But the reality is if you are receiving these things that you have consciously decided you wanted, but you can't feel the gratitude or the excitement or you can't recognize the feelings, right?
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: That you maybe wanted.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: And there's more that needs to be peeled back, right?
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: Because everyone's manifesting specifically.
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh, I manifested this house and I got this house.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, how do you feel when you're there?
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: Do you feel happy to be there?
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: Do you feel settled?
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: Do you feel peace, whatever that desire is?
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: But if you want to manifest something, you have to feel it before you actually have it.
- 27:19SPEAKER_01: It's so true.
- 27:20SPEAKER_01: And I think one of the biggest disconnections we have as like a literal society is that we are human beings.
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: Like we came programmed with emotion.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: We are not AI, we are not robots.
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: We are like, we actually are living the chosen human experience, which requires emotion.
- 27:42SPEAKER_01: Like, and I think in hustle culture, in capitalism, low-key, capitalism hater, except I love my business.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: But, you know, like in these conditions that we've put on society, we act more like machines.
- 27:58SPEAKER_01: So when we're like under, when we're underperforming or we're not getting what we want, it feels like how do I logically math my way into this when you're not realizing that 50% or more of you is driven by energetics and emotion.
- 28:16SPEAKER_01: Like that's what's driving the ship, not how can I logic my way into this?
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 28:24SPEAKER_00: And the more that you do try to logic your way into it and try to basically like override the system, right?
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: Override the energetic system, the more resistance you're gonna feel.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: I faced that time and time again over the last year and a half.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh, I'm gonna launch this program.
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: It wouldn't sell.
- 28:42SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm gonna do this.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: Nobody bought, right?
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna do this.
- 28:46SPEAKER_00: Mom's like, you're doing great, sweetie, right?
- 28:48SPEAKER_00: And so, like, the universe is like, bitch, when are you going to pay attention?
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Because I like that's the reality.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: You're logicing, you're trying to like override the energetic and the system, and you're gonna keep hitting that resistance if you until you finally are like full send, like surrender, right?
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: I hand up, I I can't do it, I'm not doing it anymore.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: Okay, you win.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: Please, yes, you win.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: But our human wants to control or have the illusion of control.
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 29:24SPEAKER_01: The illusion because like it's scary to be a human.
- 29:27SPEAKER_01: It's scary that anything is possible.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: It's scary that you don't actually have as much control as you think that you do.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: And I also wanted to touch on like I before I got more into like energetics and the nervous system and things like that.
- 29:43SPEAKER_01: I used to really love, I still enjoy the podcast, but it's How I Built This by Guy Raz.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: It's like an NPR podcast.
- 29:49SPEAKER_01: I don't know if any of you guys have ever listened, but on that podcast at the end, he would always ask, like, so how much of your success was luck, and how much of it was you?
- 29:59SPEAKER_01: And pretty much every single time they would be like, luck.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: They'd be like, Yeah, I made a good choice to invest here.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: I made a good choice to like be friends with this guy or do that or whatever.
- 30:12SPEAKER_01: Like, I made good decisions, but like I got lucky.
- 30:16SPEAKER_01: And you can use the word lucky as whatever you want, but really what they mean is like I didn't actually have that much control over it.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: Like I was doing my best, but I didn't really have that much control over it.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: And I think like it's just important to remember that because you when you see success or when you see people doing maybe what you want to be doing or whatever, like it can be so easy to default into like, how do I do that?
- 30:41SPEAKER_01: What are the steps?
- 30:43SPEAKER_01: Somebody teach me how to do that.
- 30:44SPEAKER_01: But it's like that's not I think that is kind of what you're saying about coaching too, is it's like I was trying to coach people to be generators, and it's like that's not gonna work if you're a projector.
- 30:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, it's not gonna translate.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: And it's it's so interesting as like navigating, like previously navigating in the coaching world, because people would come to me and they'd be like, Okay, this is what I want.
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: What do I have to do?
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, first you have to figure out who the hell you are, right?
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: Because I can look back at my business.
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: I can look back at my business and look at the the benchmarks of success that I was creating, these like metrics and these goals that I was trying to hit.
- 31:23SPEAKER_00: And every single time it was what you were talking about, right?
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: It was the luck, it was having a specific, like being connected with someone and having a conversation with them and having that turn into something, right?
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: And that was that's manifestation and action, right?
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: That's taking a line of action, being like, oh, I'm gonna have this conversation with this person, and then it snowballs into something that would have never happened before if I wasn't putting myself into that aligned place to make those decisions.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: It is the things that are they feel the most unexpected or the most unorthodox that actually create the success that you're looking for.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: And it's not the, oh, I'm gonna check off this list.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: Like, is showing up in your business consistent important?
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, duh.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: Is marketing important?
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: Yes, our system's great.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: We love it all day long, right?
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: But that's where when you're looking at business, there's the masculine and then there's the feminine.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: And I think so many people build, build, build in the masculine.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: And what they don't save room for is that feminine energy, the flow, the excitement, the creation, the following your intuition.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: But also, I being in the spiritual community of entrepreneurship, you see a lot of people shift so far into the feminine that they forget all of the masculine and they're like, I'm just gonna manifest my way to a million dollars.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: And it's like, bitch, you gotta do work, right?
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: You still have to show up.
- 32:47SPEAKER_01: And like, how are you gonna how are you gonna manage that load without a masculine system?
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: Like, you're not gonna manage a million dollars worth of value that you're providing with no support in like the masculine systems.
- 33:04SPEAKER_01: It's really funny because I had a podcast recording earlier this morning with a maternity leave mentor.
- 33:10SPEAKER_01: Like, she she teaches women how to like go on maternity leaves or sabbaticals from their businesses.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: And we had this exact conversation where she's like, you have to have a plan to be able to like do the flowy stuff.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: And we brought this exact same thing up where it's like you need the masculine structure to hold the form so that you can go be whatever feminine, flowy, girly, pop, soft girl era that you want.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: But like you're not gonna be able to do that without the other one.
- 33:38SPEAKER_01: And I think people are starting to come around to that.
- 33:41SPEAKER_01: Like, we we went hustle culture baddie.
- 33:44SPEAKER_01: But it's a pendulum, right?
- 33:45SPEAKER_01: It always is.
- 33:46SPEAKER_01: It's always like this in society.
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: Like you go to the pendulum, it was like hustle culture, go, go, go, boss, babe, era, and then it like really swung and was like passive income, soft girl era, like I don't work.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: And now it's coming back to this middle place where it's like, well, actually, I do enjoy working when it's aligned.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I want the soft space, but I'm also happy to like hold the form when I need to because everything feels balanced and it yeah, it just operates better that way.
- 34:18SPEAKER_01: And I think people are kind of coming around to that a little bit more.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, I definitely see that shift in like especially an online business where people are realizing, oh, I can't be one or the other.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: I need to be and I get to be in that space of and right.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: You can have the flow and you can have the structures.
- 34:41SPEAKER_00: And I think it's a lot of that surrender, right?
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: Surrendering and like releasing the illusion of control that you can control all of these systems or you can control like the flow of how your business is going to work.
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: And when you can allow yourself to like connect to that version of you that knows, right?
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: That energetic version of you that is connected through your energetic blueprint, that energetic version of you that is leading you and guiding you through making decisions in your day-to-day and really allowing yourself to create that spaciousness that I think we all need to create in our lives.
- 35:16SPEAKER_00: Um, that's when we start creating our dream lives.
- 35:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 35:23SPEAKER_00: It's not when you arrive at making a million dollars in your business.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: I remember when I first started my coaching business.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: My goal when I started my coaching business in 2019, I was like, I just want to make$10,000 a month, right?
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: That coveted 10K months.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: She's making five figures, right?
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: Now, in my defense, this is 2019.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: Okay, we've come a long way since then.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: But I wanted the 10k months, and so I'm like manifesting, I'm doing like I'm doing the work.
- 35:50SPEAKER_00: I am like, I'm there.
- 35:52SPEAKER_00: But I got the 10K months, and I was like, now what?
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: Well, now what?
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: It didn't feel it didn't feel the way I thought it was gonna feel.
- 36:02SPEAKER_00: I didn't feel like that settled space.
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: Like, okay, now we have to hustle harder.
- 36:07SPEAKER_00: Now we have to do this, now we have to do that, right?
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: And then it's like building momentum.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: I had to hit 10k.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: Now I have to hit 10k, now I have to hit 50k.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: Now I need like all these things, right?
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: So it's like it's not when you arrive, it's never when you arrive.
- 36:19SPEAKER_00: It's feeling it now and then receiving it.
- 36:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:24SPEAKER_01: I want to ask you then, how does it feel now?
- 36:27SPEAKER_01: Like, how do you feel now knowing you're not renewing your LLC, you are stepping into this new era?
- 36:34SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, how do you feel?
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: And what do you feel like in a year from now or two years from now?
- 36:39SPEAKER_01: Like, how are you seeing this?
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: As I've navigated my coming home, right?
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: That's what I call it.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: That summer where I was like, all right, I'm coming home.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: My revenue started to just like drop, right?
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: I was making at the time, I think I was$20,000 to$25,000 a month.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: And then it was like, oh, I'm making$8,000.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm making$3,000.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm making, right?
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: Like my revenue started to drop.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: And my nervous system was like red slashing lights.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, what are we gonna do?
- 37:12SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: Um, and now that it's been like it's taken me a year and a half to this point, but I have made zero dollars in my business over the last probably four months.
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: And it I was like, oh shit, right?
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: At first, but then now I'm like, I am this place where I feel so settled and so confident in my decision to be home and to be with my kids.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: Like, my plan is while I am with my kids, because I I'm not going to be fulfilled rocking a baby all day long, right?
- 37:49SPEAKER_00: I'm not going to.
- 37:50SPEAKER_00: And also, I have to be at three different schools, at three different schedules.
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: And so, like, I have to create that spaciousness.
- 37:56SPEAKER_00: I have the desire to make money through affiliate sales, through brand deals, by creating content, by showing up and sharing my life.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: And also, if I make no money, I know confidently I will be fine.
- 38:12SPEAKER_00: Because of the past year and a half of navigating, going from making those high five-figure months to literally bringing in zero money for my family, the conversations that I've been able to have with my husband around that, the awareness that I was able to bring around how my worth was tied to how much money I was making, and being on the other side and being like, absolutely not.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: My worth is not tied to anything other than me existing, right?
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: And I think I had to go from making that amount of cash to literally being wiped out to have that lesson.
- 38:46SPEAKER_00: Like, talk about scary, talk about uncomfortable, talk about like facing the stories and the fire within, right?
- 38:54SPEAKER_00: Like it felt very uncomfortable for a very, very long time.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: And now that I'm here, my nervous system is like, we're good either way.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: We make money, cool.
- 39:05SPEAKER_00: We don't, we'll be fine because I'm for the first time in my life allowing myself to be held by my partner.
- 39:12SPEAKER_00: Now, do we get to go on trips to Disneyland and stay at the Grand California as often as we did before?
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: No, right?
- 39:19SPEAKER_00: Like, are we able to travel?
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: Are we able to have all of these luxuries that we were existing in before?
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: No.
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: But what I learned, what I learned was how much we were living in excess that was so unnecessary, and it wasn't actually giving us the feelings that we wanted to be feeling.
- 39:39SPEAKER_01: Yes, like one Disneyland trip that you go freaking balls to the walls every two years, every three years, whatever, means so much more than just a constant, like, I want to go here, I want to go there.
- 39:57SPEAKER_01: Like, I relate to you so much, and I think so many people also aren't honest, like they're not honest with themselves, not because they're trying to be liars, but like they haven't honestly looked at like, do I enjoy the life that I'm living?
- 40:13SPEAKER_01: Do I actually enjoy always going on a vacation?
- 40:16SPEAKER_01: Do I actually enjoy like constantly wanting a new car or like whatever these things are?
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: Or am I just doing that because I because like the external validation, you know, a little bit, like because then I look like I'm doing what I say I'm doing, or you know, like it gives you that validation of like, oh, I got a new car, like I must be doing something right, or like, oh, I'm going on vacation, I must be doing something right.
- 40:42SPEAKER_01: And because like as I've really intentionally, same with you, like tried to create more spaciousness in my life.
- 40:53SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm like, I don't want to go.
- 40:56SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't want to go on that trip.
- 40:58SPEAKER_01: Like, I want to stay home.
- 41:00SPEAKER_01: I want to be in my space, I want to be with my husband.
- 41:02SPEAKER_01: Like, I actually don't want to go do what I thought I did.
- 41:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: No, I actually I faced this very, very straightforward um in the past couple of weeks because I started I'm reselling my designer stuff.
- 41:17SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I don't care.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: I don't need my Gucci bag, I don't need my Prada shoes, right?
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: I don't need I don't care.
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: Um I am rocking a$24 diaper bag all damn day, right?
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: Now occasionally I'm gonna keep a couple of my girls.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm gonna keep I'm gonna keep a couple of my girls, right?
- 41:37SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of my designer things that I bought, they were like celebrations of certain goals that I hit.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: But there were other things that it was just like frivolous purchases.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, this is so fun, and it looks so good on the internet.
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I don't care how I look on the internet anymore.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: Like, I cannot care how I look on the internet anymore.
- 41:56SPEAKER_00: I am a mom of four, I'm approaching 40.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: Like, am I trying to get more fit than ever?
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: Hell yeah.
- 42:01SPEAKER_00: But from being like, how much money is she making?
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: Like, who freaking cares?
- 42:05SPEAKER_00: Like, no one actually cares how much money you're making at the end of the day.
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: And if they care about how much money you're making, you probably don't want them in your life.
- 42:14SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no, no, because they have the wrong priorities going on.
- 42:18SPEAKER_01: And like, I feel like such a strong I'm so excited for you to be shifting into this new era because I can't wait to follow you.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like I mean, I already do follow you, but I can't wait to follow your story because I have felt so drawn to people who I genuinely feel are happy.
- 42:40SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't care how much money you make, I don't care where you live, I don't care what you do.
- 42:47SPEAKER_01: Like, I want to follow you if I can like feel your energy.
- 42:51SPEAKER_01: Are you living a happy life?
- 42:52SPEAKER_01: Like, are you genuinely happy every day?
- 42:54SPEAKER_01: And are you living in alignment with like what you truly want?
- 42:58SPEAKER_01: Because if that's the case, like that's who I want to be.
- 43:02SPEAKER_01: I want to be in your circle.
- 43:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: If we look at things astrologically, I'm like, she's gonna get her like witchy pants on for a second.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: If we look at everything astrologically, that's how we are shifting in the collective, right?
- 43:16SPEAKER_00: Like the bullshit, it's not gonna work anymore.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: People's energy and the way that we are evolving as a collective, we feel you before we see you, right?
- 43:26SPEAKER_00: Oh, that percent thing.
- 43:29SPEAKER_00: That's an unconscious thing where like my energy speaks with your energy, and it's like conversations, and then I'm like, hey Jaden, what's up?
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: Like then we get to have our humans interact.
- 43:40SPEAKER_00: But the reality is like your energy is going to communicate with mine far before anything else, and that extends to social media, that extends to anything you're seeing online, that extends to people in the grocery store.
- 43:54SPEAKER_00: We're like, you know, you would like feel so you're like, oh, try and stay away from that person.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Like, not trying to be in their aura, right?
- 44:01SPEAKER_00: Not trying to get any of that debris anywhere near mine, right?
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: Clear that energetic field.
- 44:06SPEAKER_00: But like that's the reality.
- 44:07SPEAKER_00: Like, we are all going to start feeling that.
- 44:10SPEAKER_00: And there's going to be people that are going to be drawn to other people because their energies connect, because they are on that same vibration, right?
- 44:21unknown: Yeah.
- 44:21SPEAKER_00: And so the people that are unhappy, they're going to gravitate to other people who are not living in alignment and they're not going to be happy.
- 44:28SPEAKER_00: And like there can be influencers that have millions of followers, garbage humans, and they are not living in alignment, but they're going to have so many people like on board with them because the people they're attracting are in that same energetic space and they're just going to feed into each other.
- 44:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:43SPEAKER_01: And if you don't want to be there, like you can leave.
- 44:45SPEAKER_01: Like you don't have to connect with those people.
- 44:49SPEAKER_01: And yeah, I mean, that's a whole nother story for another day, is like social media hygiene.
- 44:54SPEAKER_01: But like, don't let those people like just because they're on the other side of a screen doesn't mean like that's not impacting your energy.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: Just don't let them in.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: Don't you get to have those like boundaries, even on social media, even though we're in a digital world, like you still have the choice of what you want to consume.
- 45:15SPEAKER_01: And I just think you have to be freaking tough with those boundaries, or else it gets messy.
- 45:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it can definitely be a slippery slope.
- 45:24SPEAKER_00: And I think so often, like we don't even realize sometimes that other people like that consumption is affecting us, right?
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: But it is because it's affecting us on an energetic level, and then it can on a conscious level as well.
- 45:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's so true.
- 45:40SPEAKER_01: Okay, one more question for you.
- 45:42SPEAKER_01: This one's gonna be juicy.
- 45:44SPEAKER_01: I just I can feel it.
- 45:45SPEAKER_01: Uh, what is one piece of advice you wish you could give your younger self?
- 45:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, sweet little Tara, I could teach her so, so much.
- 45:56SPEAKER_00: I think if I could go back and I could tell her one thing, it's to be true to yourself, right?
- 46:04SPEAKER_00: Like block out the haters, no, but like really, like, really, truly allow yourself to find you are and live in that truth, and that anything else that is meant to be in your life is going to find you because you are living in that truth.
- 46:23SPEAKER_01: I love that so much, so true.
- 46:28SPEAKER_01: I feel like our whole purpose on this earth is to just like literally be ourselves and like keep coming back to yourself, which can be hard, but um, it's the journey.
- 46:40SPEAKER_01: Like, I think that's the journey that we're on, and like that's also the fun, yeah, in my opinion.
- 46:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, I see who I agree.
- 46:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm so grateful you came on the podcast today, and everyone, I'll link your page so everyone can go follow you, your new journey.
- 46:56SPEAKER_01: And yeah, thank you for sharing your wisdom with us.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for having me.
- 47:01SPEAKER_00: This was such a great conversation.
- 47:03SPEAKER_00: I am so honored to be in your energy and to your community.
- 47:07SPEAKER_00: And yeah, come hang out with me.
- 47:09SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a lot of uh a lot of new things that we are navigating together.
- 47:15SPEAKER_00: And let's get this girl some brand deals.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: Hell yeah.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: Yes, please.
- 47:20SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 47:21SPEAKER_01: Okay, well, we'll talk to you again soon.
- 47:24SPEAKER_01: Bye.
- 47:25SPEAKER_01: Bye.
