The day before she died, Sandra Birchmore told her therapist she was worried something would happen to her in her own apartment. Her therapist explained why on October 23rd, testifying in the federal murder trial of former Stoughton detective Matthew Farwell. Diala Alkhalil said Sandra was doing well on January 31st, 2021, and that in five years of screening Sandra at every session, she never heard a suicidal thought.
