  Speaker 1: I come to you in prayer to be able to

  Speaker 1: have the Holy Spirit, be able to speak through this
• 0:16
  Speaker 1: mic and reach through the listener's ear and reach their
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: hearts and minds, and be able to apply these verses
• 0:22
  Speaker 1: to their lives and the Lord Jesus Christ's name, I
• 0:24
  Speaker 1: pray Amen. So like I stated that we're gonna be

  Speaker 1: in Proverbs chapter twenty one tonight, if you wanna go

  Speaker 1: wrestling together, because I know how to go down that avenue.

  Speaker 1: So Proverb Chapter twenty one, Verse one states, the Lord
• 1:16
  Speaker 1: controls the things that a king decides to do. He
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: can change the king's thoughts like the direction of water
• 1:25
  Speaker 1: in a stream. And it kind of goes off of
• 1:27
  Speaker 1: what I just said. The spirit and my spirit we
• 1:30
  Speaker 1: work together. We don't work against each other. And having
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: the spirit be able to come in and change the
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: thought pattern change certain things that I can't do on
• 1:41
  Speaker 1: my own. And there's also steps to take to get
• 1:47
  Speaker 1: to that level as well. Whatever you're struggling in, there's
• 1:51
  Speaker 1: a program for it. Amen So. Verse two states people
• 1:54
  Speaker 1: think that everything they do is right, but the Lord
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: knows exactly why they are doing it. Sometimes there's secret motives, right.

  Speaker 1: Sometimes people believe what they're doing is right because it's
• 2:08
  Speaker 1: making them feel good. It's making them feel comfortable. They're
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: not putting themselves in people's shoes necessarily, So let's get
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: into it a little deeper. Verse three. If you do
• 2:16
  Speaker 1: what is right and fair, it pleases the Lord more
• 2:19
  Speaker 1: than sacrifices. We all make sacrifices, you know before it
• 2:25
  Speaker 1: really taking God's will and putting it above all. There's
• 2:30
  Speaker 1: plenty of sacrifices that I've made, and it's being more
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: glorifying God and everything that I do, whether it's my
• 2:39
  Speaker 1: relationship or you can put an sse at the end
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: of that, the relationships you know, with my mom, my brother,
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: and then there's a different form of significant other relationships,
• 2:51
  Speaker 1: and that's something that it takes a lot of trial
• 2:56
  Speaker 1: and error as well. And being able to realize that
• 3:00
  Speaker 1: not everybody is even close to perfect. And I'm speaking
• 3:04
  Speaker 1: about myself, and being able to love someone accordingly to
• 3:10
  Speaker 1: God's will and accordingly to helping them is something that
• 3:15
  Speaker 1: I love doing. And it does not matter if it
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: is someone that I'm in love with or someone that
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: is blood someone that is outside of blood as well.
• 3:25
  Speaker 1: We all must love one another. We don't have to
• 3:27
  Speaker 1: like each other. Verse four. Wicked people are proud and
• 3:32
  Speaker 1: they boast sin is their guide through life. Now you
• 3:37
  Speaker 1: can have sin be the guide of through life, or
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: you can have the Bible and being able to be
• 3:44
  Speaker 1: more christ like putting that Christ's consciousness on. There's no really,
• 3:47
  Speaker 1: there's so many other avenues you could take, and it
• 3:50
  Speaker 1: all leads to the same destination, destruction and I've dealt
• 3:56
  Speaker 1: with self destructing and being self destructive and it just
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: brings no good. So I'm gonna keep it moving because
• 4:04
  Speaker 1: i want to try to get to Verse ten. This
• 4:06
  Speaker 1: is only a fifteen minute segment. A careful person makes
• 4:09
  Speaker 1: good plans and he has everything that he needs. But
• 4:13
  Speaker 1: anyone who works in a hurry will soon become poor.
• 4:18
  Speaker 1: We got to work thoroughly through anything that we do
• 4:22
  Speaker 1: that glorifies God, being careful with what we say, what
• 4:26
  Speaker 1: we do with our time. Verse six. If you deceive
• 4:32
  Speaker 1: people to become rich, it will soon all disappear. It
• 4:36
  Speaker 1: will lead you to an earthly death, an early death.
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: I'm sorry, but it's an earthly death as well. How
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: many times do we just run ourselves and run ourselves
• 4:45
  Speaker 1: and we don't get the proper rest, and we deceive ourselves,
• 4:50
  Speaker 1: let alone deceive other people that we are this type
• 4:54
  Speaker 1: of person that can take on so much responsibility, take
• 4:58
  Speaker 1: on so much this, and it's a mask, and being
• 5:03
  Speaker 1: able to take that mask off with certain people and
• 5:05
  Speaker 1: be able to break down, just like we're breaking down
• 5:08
  Speaker 1: these verses. Right. You can have that with the Lord,
• 5:12
  Speaker 1: you can have that with certain people. But in order
• 5:15
  Speaker 1: to get trust you have to give it amen. So
• 5:21
  Speaker 1: Verse eight, guilty people are always going the wrong way.
• 5:25
  Speaker 1: God good people, which God is very aware of. Good
• 5:30
  Speaker 1: people keep on the right way even when we get
• 5:32
  Speaker 1: off track. When you're a good person, you're a good person.
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: We can make poor choices, but God sees the heart.
• 5:43
  Speaker 1: People see your past, People see what you have done.
• 5:46
  Speaker 1: People don't see what is being the work that's being
• 5:49
  Speaker 1: done underneath. And verse ninited states it is better to
• 5:53
  Speaker 1: live on the roof of your house than to live
• 5:56
  Speaker 1: with the wife who always argues. Arguments are the norm
• 6:05
  Speaker 1: of a lot of marriages, and there's a lot of
• 6:10
  Speaker 1: making up. There's a lot. I mean, the truth of
• 6:12
  Speaker 1: the matter is it's better to have the communication and
• 6:17
  Speaker 1: to be able to even sometimes agree to disagree or
• 6:21
  Speaker 1: sometimes be able to walk away. And it's hard. It's hard.
• 6:25
  Speaker 1: I'm not sitting here saying anything that I'm breaking down
• 6:27
  Speaker 1: that I'm applying to my own life one hundred percent.
• 6:30
  Speaker 1: I want to make that clear. Verse ten. Evil things
• 6:34
  Speaker 1: are the food that wicked people eat to live. They
• 6:37
  Speaker 1: are not kind to anyone, even their friends. And I've
• 6:43
  Speaker 1: dealt with this, you know, with people that I thought
• 6:45
  Speaker 1: I consider my friends would pick on me and like,
• 6:48
  Speaker 1: that's not what you're supposed to do as a good friend.
• 6:52
  Speaker 1: And I'll leave that at that. When a proud person
• 6:56
  Speaker 1: receives punishment, silly people become wise. When he's a wise person,
• 7:01
  Speaker 1: he learns more knowledge, keeping that open mind right, knowing
• 7:06
  Speaker 1: that just because you believe in God, just because you
• 7:10
  Speaker 1: believe in Jesus and you start to believe in the
• 7:12
  Speaker 1: Holy Spirit, that does not mean that you're better than
• 7:14
  Speaker 1: the non believer. There's a lot that you have to
• 7:19
  Speaker 1: learn as someone that has encountered, whether it be a
• 7:24
  Speaker 1: lot of being more like Christ or being less of
• 7:29
  Speaker 1: a sinner. You know. And I'm gonna get really deep
• 7:31
  Speaker 1: into this verse twelve. The righteous one who knows what
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: happens in the homes of wicked people, he punishes them
• 7:40
  Speaker 1: as they deserve. Verse thirteen. If you refuse to listen
• 7:44
  Speaker 1: when poor people ask for help, you too will receive
• 7:47
  Speaker 1: no help when you need it. M that's deep, and
• 7:53
  Speaker 1: I want to check time. I still got about four
• 7:56
  Speaker 1: more minutes. We're going to keep going because this is
• 7:58
  Speaker 1: getting really good. Want to get close to as many
• 8:01
  Speaker 1: verses as I can. And some of these verses are
• 8:04
  Speaker 1: going to resonate with you. Some of them they will not,
• 8:07
  Speaker 1: And that's okay. You just have to believe the Bible.
• 8:10
  Speaker 1: You don't necessarily have to understand the Bible unless you
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: really want to be more like Christ. Amen. So when
• 8:18
  Speaker 1: a proud person receives punishment, we said that, and verse thirteen,
• 8:21
  Speaker 1: if you refuse to listen when poor people, we've already
• 8:24
  Speaker 1: did that. So we're trying to get to fifteen or
• 8:26
  Speaker 1: on verse fourteen. If someone is angry with you, give
• 8:30
  Speaker 1: him a gift, secretly, a secret bribe will make him quiet,
• 8:35
  Speaker 1: even if he is very angry. We're not just talking
• 8:41
  Speaker 1: about physical gifts, right, and said, you don't know when
• 8:44
  Speaker 1: somebody is going through a period of time where they
• 8:50
  Speaker 1: don't understand their anger, they don't understand how to channel
• 8:55
  Speaker 1: the anger, and they verbally get aggressive. It's hard to
• 9:04
  Speaker 1: not backlash. But sometimes people just need people there that
• 9:09
  Speaker 1: are present and will listen to them. And when we
• 9:15
  Speaker 1: get into verse fifteen, and we're going to close out
• 9:17
  Speaker 1: when there's justice, righteous people are happy, but wicked people
• 9:22
  Speaker 1: are afraid. And it says in the Bible so many times,
• 9:25
  Speaker 1: and we're going to go ahead and close out with this.
• 9:27
  Speaker 1: I loved Proverbs chapter twenty one. It says so many
• 9:31
  Speaker 1: times in the Bible, do not be afraid. I wonder
• 9:34
  Speaker 1: why it says it repeatedly. And being able to focus
• 9:41
  Speaker 1: more on the Lord and not be afraid, lean on
• 9:45
  Speaker 1: his understanding, lean on his consciousness, putting on that armor
• 9:50
  Speaker 1: of God is a lot more obtainable than people think.
• 9:56
  Speaker 1: It's easy to go off your own judgment. It's easy
• 9:59
  Speaker 1: to go off of your experience when it comes to relationships, jobs,
• 10:06
  Speaker 1: meeting new friends. And what I've encountered is trust issues.
• 10:13
  Speaker 1: And like I've stated in the beginning of this podcast
• 10:17
  Speaker 1: or towards the middle, is that how can you receive
• 10:20
  Speaker 1: trust if you don't give it. You have to be
• 10:27
  Speaker 1: able to trust the Lord, of course, but you have
• 10:33
  Speaker 1: to be able to also trust people. And if they
• 10:36
  Speaker 1: let you down, just know that as a believer and
• 10:40
  Speaker 1: follower of Christ, there's forgiveness. You have to be able
• 10:44
  Speaker 1: to forgive others that mis lead or misuse your trust.
• 10:50
  Speaker 1: Because people are gonna let you down, it's just irrelevant.
• 10:55
  Speaker 1: It's how you react to it, being able to realize
• 10:59
  Speaker 1: that you gave it your best, you gave it your all.
• 11:02
  Speaker 1: When it comes to trusting someone and being able to
• 11:10
  Speaker 1: continue after being hurt, to understand that there's so much
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: more to learn. You have to be teachable, and I
• 11:21
  Speaker 1: wanna take this time for anybody that's listening. If you
• 11:26
  Speaker 1: have not accepted Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior,
• 11:29
  Speaker 1: you have this opportunity. You have this opportunity right now.
• 11:33
  Speaker 1: All you have to do is repeat after me, Lord
• 11:37
  Speaker 1: Father that arts in heaven. I come to you in prayer,
• 11:44
  Speaker 1: and I ask you to be my Lord and savior,
• 11:49
  Speaker 1: and forgive me of my sins. Forgive me for everything
• 11:54
  Speaker 1: that I have done illingly intentionally towards you. Help the
• 12:01
  Speaker 1: Holy Spirit be able to come into my heart, help
• 12:04
  Speaker 1: me be able to learn more about you and your
• 12:08
  Speaker 1: consciousness continue to live in my heart. In the Lord
• 12:15
  Speaker 1: Jesus Christ's name, I pray a men, and it's different prayers.
• 12:20
  Speaker 1: And you don't necessarily have to say that word for
• 12:24
  Speaker 1: word like I say to it in the beginning of
• 12:27
  Speaker 1: this episode. This is a lot of the Holy Spirit,
• 12:30
  Speaker 1: This is a lot of my spirit. This is a
• 12:32
  Speaker 1: lot of preaching. This is a lot of teaching. I
• 12:35
  Speaker 1: like to put it all into one, like you know
• 12:38
  Speaker 1: how you have that three and one three all in one,
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: you know, that's kind of what this is. And I truly,
• 12:49
  Speaker 1: from the bottom of my heart, love being able to
• 12:52
  Speaker 1: do these episodes because I used to have I used
• 12:59
  Speaker 1: to have plenty of other episodes that do not glorify God.
• 13:03
  Speaker 1: And God knows. God knows what I've been through. God
• 13:06
  Speaker 1: knows what I've done, and to be able to be
• 13:11
  Speaker 1: on the other side of the fence is more than
• 13:15
  Speaker 1: just a blessing. I can be a blessing instead of
• 13:21
  Speaker 1: just receiving salvation. And there's a difference having this love
• 13:28
  Speaker 1: that could be it overflows, is having that ability to
• 13:32
  Speaker 1: be have it not be all about me, and in result,
• 13:38
  Speaker 1: I get rewarded heavenly and a lot of those and
• 13:43
  Speaker 1: a lot of those rewards and inheritance can be brought
• 13:46
  Speaker 1: down from heaven when God really sees that you are
• 13:49
  Speaker 1: open and willing to do His will and allow the
• 13:55
  Speaker 1: Holy Spirit to be able to dwell in you and
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: prevail in you. And either are so many other names
• 14:03
  Speaker 1: that I can say that that really measure up to
• 14:07
  Speaker 1: how the Holy Spirit can be able to work through you.
• 14:12
  Speaker 1: It's so easy to be an example of what not
• 14:15
  Speaker 1: to be in this world. It's everywhere you look but
• 14:20
  Speaker 1: I want to make this clear. I am nowhere near
• 14:23
  Speaker 1: as perfect, but I serve a God that is, and
• 14:32
  Speaker 1: allowing that relationship with Jesus and having that Holy Spirit
• 14:36
  Speaker 1: do what I cannot do has been a wonderful journey,
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: and I have no regrets for even the wrong I've done,
• 14:43
  Speaker 1: because now I know what not to do. Thank you
