• 1:05
  stripping
• 1:06
  down,
• 1:06
  getting
• 1:06
  the
• 1:06
  water,
• 1:07
  getting
• 1:07
  it
• 1:07
  dried
• 1:07
  out
• 1:07
  from
• 1:08
  the
• 1:08
  broken
• 1:08

• 1:09
  from
• 1:09
  the
• 1:09
  freeze
• 1:10
  was
• 1:10
  $105,000
• 1:12
  that
• 1:12
  they
• 1:12
  get
• 1:12
  him
• 1:13
  at
• 1:13
  the
• 1:13

• 1:13
  with.
• 1:14
  So
• 1:14
  now
• 1:14
  he's
• 1:14
  got
• 1:15
  a
• 1:15
  house
• 1:15
  that
• 1:15
  is
• 1:15
  basically
• 1:16
  ripped
• 1:16
  down
• 1:16
  to
• 1:17
  the
• 1:17
  studs
• 1:17
  because
• 1:17
  it
• 1:17
  had
• 1:18
  eight
• 1:18
  hours
• 1:18
  of
• 1:18
  water
• 1:18
  running
• 1:19
  upst
• 1:20
  full
• 1:20
  half
• 1:21

• 1:21
  pipe.
• 1:22
  He
• 1:22
  had
• 1:22
  no
• 1:22
  idea
• 1:23
  that
• 1:23
  the
• 1:24
  company
• 1:24
  that
• 1:24
  he
• 1:25
  was
• 1:25
  working
• 1:25
  with,
• 1:25
  the
• 1:25
  insurance
• 1:26
  company,
• 1:26
  said
• 1:26

• 1:26
  send
• 1:27
  our
• 1:27
  guy
• 1:27
  out
• 1:27
  there.
• 1:28
  And
• 1:29
  he
• 1:29
  got
• 1:29
  in
• 1:29
  trouble
• 1:29
  on
• 1:30
  that
• 1:30
  thing
• 1:30
  quickly
• 1:30
  because
• 1:31
  the
• 1:31
  cleanup
• 1:32
  before
• 1:32
  they
• 1:32
  started
• 1:33
  building
• 1:33
  it
• 1:33
  back
• 1:33
  was
• 1:33

• 1:34
  than
• 1:34
  what
• 1:35
  the
• 1:35
  replacement
• 1:35
  value
• 1:36
  on
• 1:36
  the
• 1:36
  building

• 1:36

  it
• 1:37

  always
• 2:06

  hot

  topic
• 2:07
  and
• 2:07
  we

  doing
• 2:08
  it
• 2:09
  again

• 2:10
  We've
• 2:10
  got

  Andy
• 2:11
  Girzak,
• 2:11
  all
• 2:12
  city

• 2:13
  Welcome

• 2:15
  My
• 2:15
  friend.
• 2:16
  Eric,
• 2:16
  thanks
• 2:16
  so
• 2:16
  much
• 2:16
  for
• 2:17
  having
• 2:17
  me
• 2:17
  back
• 2:17
  on.
• 2:18
  Look
• 2:18
  forward
• 2:18
  to
• 2:18
  it.
• 2:18
  It
• 2:19
  was
• 2:19
  great
• 2:19
  the
• 2:19
  first
• 2:19
  time,
• 2:19
  so.
• 2:20
  Oh,
• 2:21
  it's
• 2:21
  always
• 2:21
  fun.
• 2:22
  And
• 2:22
  I
• 2:22
  always
• 2:22
  call
• 2:22
  you
• 2:23
  like
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  designated
• 2:24
  hitter
• 2:24
  for
• 2:25
  homeowners
• 2:26
  dealing
• 2:26
  with
• 2:26
  insurance
• 2:27
  companies.
• 2:28
  You're
• 2:28
  like
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  guy
• 2:29
  that
• 2:29
  comes
• 2:29
  in
• 2:30
  you
• 2:30
  and
• 2:30
  your
• 2:31
  team
• 2:31
  and
• 2:31
  helps
• 2:32
  people
• 2:32
  in
• 2:32
  their
• 2:33
  biggest
• 2:33
  time
• 2:33
  of
• 2:34
  crisis
• 2:35
  after
• 2:35
  a
• 2:35
  total
• 2:35
  loss
• 2:36
  or
• 2:36
  a
• 2:36
  major
• 2:37
  loss.
• 2:37
  Yeah,
• 2:38
  I've
• 2:38
  never
• 2:38
  heard
• 2:38
  that.
• 2:38
  The
• 2:39
  designated
• 2:39
  hitter.
• 2:39
  I
• 2:39
  like
• 2:40
  that
• 2:40
  one.
• 2:40
  That's
• 2:41
  a
• 2:41
  good
• 2:41
  one.
• 2:42
  I
• 2:42
  like
• 2:42
  to
• 2:42
  say.
• 2:42
  I
• 2:43
  like
• 2:43
  to
• 2:43
  say
• 2:43
  Robin.
• 2:44
  Okay,
• 2:44
  from
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  rage.
• 2:45
  Here
• 2:45
  we
• 2:45
  go.
• 2:45
  Whatever
• 2:46
  you
• 2:46
  want
• 2:46
  to
• 2:46
  say.
• 2:46
  That
• 2:46
  works
• 2:47
  too.
• 2:47
  That
• 2:48
  works
• 2:48
  too.
• 2:49
  Budd.
• 2:49
  Well,
• 2:50
  man,
• 2:50
  I
• 2:51
  mean
• 2:51
  with
• 2:51
  the
• 2:52
  brutal
• 2:52
  hurricanes
• 2:53
  we
• 2:53
  had
• 2:53
  this
• 2:53
  last
• 2:54
  year
• 2:54
  to
• 2:55
  wildfires
• 2:56
  in
• 2:56
  California,
• 2:57
  I
• 2:57
  think
• 2:57
  this
• 2:58
  is
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  subject
• 2:58
  that
• 2:59
  is
• 2:59
  like
• 3:00
  super
• 3:01
  top
• 3:01
  of
• 3:01
  mind
• 3:01
  for
• 3:01
  everybody
• 3:02
  because
• 3:03
  even
• 3:03
  me
• 3:03
  up
• 3:03
  in
• 3:03
  the
• 3:04
  Portland,
• 3:04
  Oregon
• 3:04
  region,
• 3:05
  region.
• 3:05
  I
• 3:05
  looked
• 3:06
  around
• 3:06
  and
• 3:06
  I'm
• 3:06
  like,
• 3:07
  man,
• 3:07
  my
• 3:07
  buddy's
• 3:08
  house
• 3:08
  burned
• 3:08
  down
• 3:09
  in
• 3:09
  Pacific
• 3:10
  Palisades
• 3:10
  and
• 3:11
  I
• 3:11
  stood
• 3:11
  on
• 3:11
  his
• 3:12
  deck
• 3:12
  and
• 3:12
  looked
• 3:12
  around.
• 3:13
  I
• 3:13
  went,
• 3:13
  man,
• 3:14
  little
• 3:14
  chance
• 3:14
  of
• 3:14
  a
• 3:15
  wildfire
• 3:15
  here.
• 3:15
  You
• 3:15
  got
• 3:16
  two
• 3:16
  miles
• 3:17
  of
• 3:17
  green
• 3:17
  around
• 3:17
  you
• 3:18
  should
• 3:18
  be
• 3:18
  good.
• 3:18
  And
• 3:19
  I
• 3:19
  was
• 3:19
  wrong.
• 3:20
  And
• 3:21
  so
• 3:21
  many
• 3:22
  people
• 3:22
  out
• 3:22
  there
• 3:22
  are
• 3:23
  trying
• 3:23
  to
• 3:23
  navigate
• 3:24
  insurance
• 3:25
  maybe
• 3:25
  not
• 3:25
  even
• 3:26
  being
• 3:26
  covered
• 3:26
  for
• 3:26
  something
• 3:27
  like
• 3:27
  that.
• 3:28
  It's
• 3:28
  like
• 3:28
  the
• 3:28
  Wild
• 3:29
  west
• 3:29
  all
• 3:29
  of
• 3:29
  a
• 3:29
  sudden,
• 3:30
  100%.
• 3:30
  And
• 3:31
  we're
• 3:31
  getting.
• 3:31
  We
• 3:32
  talked
• 3:32
  about
• 3:32
  this
• 3:32
  a
• 3:32
  little
• 3:32
  bit
• 3:33
  before
• 3:33
  we
• 3:33
  started
• 3:33
  recording.
• 3:34
  We're
• 3:34
  getting
• 3:35
  clients
• 3:35
  calling
• 3:35
  us
• 3:36
  with
• 3:36
  policies.
• 3:36
  And
• 3:37
  most
• 3:37
  all
• 3:38
  of
• 3:38
  them
• 3:38
  pretty
• 3:38
  much
• 3:38
  have
• 3:38
  called
• 3:39
  that
• 3:39
  we've
• 3:39
  spoken
• 3:39
  with
• 3:40
  don't
• 3:40
  have
• 3:40
  fire
• 3:40
  insurance.
• 3:41
  They
• 3:41
  have
• 3:41
  some
• 3:42
  kind
• 3:42
  of
• 3:42
  insurance,
• 3:42
  but
• 3:42
  not
• 3:42
  fire
• 3:43
  or
• 3:43
  they
• 3:43
  just
• 3:43
  have
• 3:43
  the
• 3:44
  California
• 3:44
  plan.
• 3:44
  That's
• 3:45
  very
• 3:45
  limited.
• 3:45
  That's
• 3:46
  basically.
• 3:46
  They're
• 3:47
  going
• 3:47
  to
• 3:47
  get
• 3:47
  maxed
• 3:47
  out
• 3:47
  on
• 3:47
  coverage.
• 3:48
  So
• 3:48
  really,
• 3:49
  no,
• 3:49
  nothing
• 3:50
  that
• 3:50
  we
• 3:50
  can
• 3:50
  help
• 3:51
  it.
• 3:51
  Unfortunately,
• 3:52
  it
• 3:52
  stinks.
• 3:53
  It's
• 3:53
  like
• 3:53
  Florida,
• 3:53
  but
• 3:53
  in
• 3:53
  a
• 3:54
  whole
• 3:54
  different
• 3:54
  way.
• 3:55
  Yeah,
• 3:56
  it's
• 3:56
  crazy.
• 3:57
  I
• 3:57
  got
• 3:57
  a
• 3:57
  buddy
• 3:57
  who
• 3:58
  just.
• 3:58
  I'm
• 3:58
  going
• 3:58
  to
• 3:58
  be
• 3:59
  very
• 3:59
  vague,
• 3:59
  so
• 3:59
  I
• 3:59
  don't
• 3:59
  want
• 3:59
  to
• 3:59
  bring
• 4:00
  up
• 4:00
  the
• 4:00
  company
• 4:00
  on
• 4:01
  this
• 4:01
  because
• 4:01
  I
• 4:01
  don't
• 4:01
  want
• 4:01
  him
• 4:01
  to
• 4:02
  lose
• 4:02
  his
• 4:02
  coverage.
• 4:03
  But
• 4:04
  he
• 4:04
  ended
• 4:04
  up.
• 4:04
  His
• 4:05
  dad
• 4:05
  passed
• 4:05
  away.
• 4:06
  He
• 4:06
  got
• 4:06
  a.
• 4:07
  He
• 4:07
  got
• 4:07
  his
• 4:07
  California
• 4:08
  house
• 4:08
  that
• 4:08
  he
• 4:08
  grew
• 4:09
  up
• 4:09
  in
• 4:09
  from
• 4:09
  his
• 4:09
  dad
• 4:10
  when
• 4:10
  he
• 4:10
  passed.
• 4:11
  And
• 4:12
  how
• 4:12
  he
• 4:12
  played
• 4:12
  the
• 4:13
  game
• 4:13
  is
• 4:13
  the
• 4:14
  agent
• 4:14
  who
• 4:14
  had
• 4:14
  been
• 4:14
  working
• 4:15
  with
• 4:15
  his
• 4:15
  dad
• 4:15
  for
• 4:15
  years
• 4:16
  goes,
• 4:16
  hey,
• 4:16
  I'm
• 4:16
  just
• 4:17
  going
• 4:17
  to
• 4:17
  add
• 4:17
  you
• 4:17
  as
• 4:17
  an
• 4:18
  additional
• 4:18
  insured
• 4:19
  on
• 4:19
  this,
• 4:20
  and
• 4:20
  we're
• 4:21
  going
• 4:21
  to
• 4:21
  leave
• 4:21
  the
• 4:21
  thing
• 4:22
  the
• 4:22
  same.
• 4:22
  And
• 4:23
  then
• 4:23
  in
• 4:23
  six
• 4:23
  months
• 4:24
  we'll
• 4:24
  take
• 4:24
  him
• 4:24
  off.
• 4:25
  And
• 4:25
  so
• 4:26
  that's
• 4:27
  how
• 4:27
  he
• 4:27
  was
• 4:27
  navigating,
• 4:28
  because
• 4:28
  the
• 4:28
  company
• 4:29
  was
• 4:29
  dealing
• 4:29
  with,
• 4:29
  wasn't
• 4:30
  putting
• 4:30
  any
• 4:30
  new
• 4:31
  plans
• 4:31
  out
• 4:32
  for
• 4:32
  new
• 4:32
  people.
• 4:33
  And
• 4:33
  if
• 4:33
  he
• 4:33
  came
• 4:33
  in
• 4:33
  and
• 4:33
  said,
• 4:34
  hey,
• 4:34
  my
• 4:34
  dad
• 4:34
  passed,
• 4:35
  I
• 4:35
  got
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  house.
• 4:35
  Now
• 4:36
  that
• 4:36
  was
• 4:36
  a
• 4:36
  new
• 4:36
  plan.
• 4:37
  So
• 4:37
  did
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  Sly
• 4:39
  sneak
• 4:39
  it
• 4:39
  into
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  radar
• 4:40
  with
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  agent's
• 4:41
  expertise?
• 4:42
  But
• 4:43
  most
• 4:43
  people
• 4:44
  are
• 4:44
  running
• 4:44
  into
• 4:44
  some
• 4:45
  severe
• 4:45
  problems
• 4:45
  out
• 4:46
  there
• 4:46
  or
• 4:46
  if
• 4:46
  they
• 4:47
  have
• 4:47
  insurance.
• 4:48
  So
• 4:48
  many
• 4:48
  people
• 4:48
  are
• 4:49
  underinsured.
• 4:50
  I
• 4:50
  was
• 4:50
  one
• 4:51
  of
• 4:51
  those
• 4:51
  after
• 4:51
  I
• 4:51
  talked
• 4:52
  to
• 4:52
  you
• 4:52
  about
• 4:52
  it.
• 4:52
  And
• 4:53
  so
• 4:53
  when
• 4:53
  we
• 4:53
  get
• 4:53
  those
• 4:54
  calls
• 4:54
  when
• 4:54
  you're
• 4:54
  underinsured
• 4:55
  or
• 4:55
  you
• 4:55
  have,
• 4:55
  they
• 4:56
  look
• 4:56
  for
• 4:56
  us
• 4:56
  for
• 4:57
  guidance.
• 4:57
  We
• 4:57
  could
• 4:58
  tell
• 4:58
  them
• 4:58
  free
• 4:59
  services
• 4:59
  or
• 4:59
  where
• 4:59
  they
• 4:59
  can
• 5:00
  call
• 5:00
  or
• 5:00
  ask
• 5:00
  for
• 5:00
  help.
• 5:01
  But
• 5:01
  in
• 5:01
  terms
• 5:01
  of
• 5:01
  us
• 5:02
  as
• 5:02
  a
• 5:02
  pa,
• 5:02
  if
• 5:03
  you
• 5:03
  don't
• 5:03
  have
• 5:03
  coverage
• 5:03
  or
• 5:03
  if
• 5:04
  you
• 5:04
  don't
• 5:04
  have
• 5:04
  insurance
• 5:04
  or
• 5:04
  you
• 5:05
  have
• 5:05
  very
• 5:05
  limited
• 5:05
  coverage,
• 5:06
  there's
• 5:06
  not
• 5:06
  much
• 5:07
  we
• 5:07
  can
• 5:07
  help
• 5:07
  with.
• 5:07
  We
• 5:07
  can't
• 5:08
  buy
• 5:08
  more
• 5:08
  coverage,
• 5:09
  right?
• 5:09
  Well,
• 5:09
  if
• 5:09
  you
• 5:09
  have
• 5:10
  the
• 5:10
  right
• 5:10
  policy
• 5:10
  in
• 5:10
  place
• 5:11
  yet,
• 5:11
  we
• 5:11
  can
• 5:11
  go
• 5:11
  after
• 5:12
  all
• 5:12
  the
• 5:12
  coverages
• 5:13
  and
• 5:13
  get
• 5:13
  everything
• 5:14
  that's
• 5:14
  owed
• 5:14
  to
• 5:14
  the
• 5:14
  insured,
• 5:15
  but
• 5:15
  only
• 5:15
  if
• 5:16
  the
• 5:16
  insured
• 5:16
  actually
• 5:16
  has
• 5:17
  some
• 5:17
  kind
• 5:17
  of
• 5:17
  coverage
• 5:18
  or
• 5:18
  you
• 5:18
  have
• 5:18
  a
• 5:19
  $4
• 5:19
  million
• 5:19
  loss
• 5:19
  with
• 5:19
  $1
• 5:20
  million
• 5:21
  coverage
• 5:21
  on
• 5:21
  the
• 5:21
  California
• 5:22
  Fair
• 5:22
  plan,
• 5:23
  they're
• 5:23
  going
• 5:23
  to
• 5:23
  pay
• 5:23
  that
• 5:24
  $1
• 5:24
  million.
• 5:24
  There's
• 5:24
  really
• 5:25
  no
• 5:25
  need
• 5:25
  for
• 5:25
  a
• 5:25
  PA
• 5:26
  to
• 5:26
  get
• 5:26
  involved
• 5:26
  no
• 5:27
  PA
• 5:27
  would
• 5:27
  take
• 5:28
  advantage
• 5:28
  and
• 5:28
  charge
• 5:29
  a
• 5:29
  client
• 5:29
  when
• 5:29
  they
• 5:30
  know
• 5:30
  it's
• 5:30
  most
• 5:30
  likely
• 5:30
  going
• 5:31
  to
• 5:31
  be
• 5:31
  a
• 5:31
  maxed
• 5:31
  out
• 5:31
  claim.
• 5:32
  Yeah,
• 5:33
  I
• 5:33
  haven't
• 5:33
  had
• 5:33
  any
• 5:33
  claims,
• 5:34
  but
• 5:34
  I.
• 5:34
  My
• 5:35
  specific
• 5:36
  problem
• 5:36
  that
• 5:37
  I
• 5:37
  had,
• 5:37
  I
• 5:37
  actually
• 5:38
  I
• 5:38
  had
• 5:38
  an
• 5:39
  insurance
• 5:39
  company
• 5:39
  that
• 5:39
  I
• 5:40
  did
• 5:40
  online.
• 5:40
  Right.
• 5:41
  So
• 5:41
  many
• 5:41
  people
• 5:41
  jump
• 5:41
  online.
• 5:42
  I
• 5:42
  didn't
• 5:42
  have
• 5:42
  an
• 5:42
  agent.
• 5:43
  I
• 5:43
  jumped
• 5:43
  online,
• 5:43
  got
• 5:44
  some
• 5:44
  quotes
• 5:44
  and
• 5:45
  signed
• 5:45
  up
• 5:46
  online
• 5:46
  and
• 5:46
  had
• 5:46
  a
• 5:47
  plan.
• 5:47
  Didn't
• 5:47
  think
• 5:48
  much
• 5:48
  about
• 5:48
  it.
• 5:49
  But
• 5:49
  the
• 5:49
  problem
• 5:50
  was
• 5:50
  I
• 5:50
  bought
• 5:50
  my
• 5:50
  house
• 5:51
  here
• 5:51
  in
• 5:51
  2019,
• 5:52
  465.
• 5:53
  I've
• 5:54
  done
• 5:54
  a
• 5:54
  lot
• 5:54
  of
• 5:54
  work
• 5:54
  on
• 5:55
  it,
• 5:55
  put
• 5:55
  a
• 5:55
  lot
• 5:55
  of
• 5:55
  high
• 5:56
  end
• 5:56
  stuff
• 5:56
  in
• 5:56
  it
• 5:57
  and
• 5:58
  it's
• 5:58
  probably
• 5:59
  worth
• 5:59
  A
• 5:59
  little
• 5:59
  over
• 6:00
  9,
• 6:00
  950
• 6:01
  right
• 6:01
  now.
• 6:01
  Well,
• 6:02
  the
• 6:02
  problem
• 6:02
  was
• 6:03
  is
• 6:03
  I
• 6:04
  looked
• 6:04
  at
• 6:04
  my
• 6:04
  insurance
• 6:05
  coverage
• 6:05
  and
• 6:05
  went
• 6:06
  because
• 6:06
  it's
• 6:06
  a
• 6:06
  smaller
• 6:07
  house
• 6:07
  on
• 6:07
  a
• 6:07
  big
• 6:08
  lot.
• 6:08
  And
• 6:09
  their
• 6:09
  math
• 6:09
  said,
• 6:09
  okay,
• 6:10
  they're
• 6:10
  going
• 6:10
  to
• 6:10
  spend
• 6:11
  $300,000
• 6:13
  for
• 6:13
  total
• 6:13
  replacement.
• 6:14
  And
• 6:14
  I
• 6:14
  went,
• 6:14
  oh
• 6:14
  my
• 6:14
  gosh.
• 6:15
  If
• 6:15
  I
• 6:16
  flooded
• 6:16
  my
• 6:16
  bathroom
• 6:17
  in
• 6:18
  my
• 6:18
  master
• 6:18
  bathroom
• 6:18
  and
• 6:19
  it
• 6:19
  went
• 6:19
  down
• 6:19
  and
• 6:19
  took
• 6:19
  my
• 6:20
  kitchen
• 6:20
  out,
• 6:20
  there's
• 6:20
  probably
• 6:21
  $300,000
• 6:22
  in
• 6:22
  damage
• 6:22
  right
• 6:22
  there.
• 6:23
  I
• 6:23
  got
• 6:23
  a
• 6:24
  problem.
• 6:24
  And
• 6:25
  I
• 6:25
  had
• 6:25
  to
• 6:26
  even
• 6:26
  working
• 6:26
  with
• 6:27
  my
• 6:27
  new
• 6:27
  agent
• 6:27
  that
• 6:28
  it
• 6:28
  took
• 6:29
  him
• 6:29
  some
• 6:29
  time
• 6:29
  to
• 6:29
  actually
• 6:30
  have
• 6:30
  to
• 6:30
  go
• 6:30
  through
• 6:30
  and
• 6:31
  almost
• 6:31
  override
• 6:32
  some
• 6:32
  stuff.
• 6:32
  Because
• 6:32
  we
• 6:33
  were
• 6:33
  outside
• 6:33
  of
• 6:33
  their
• 6:33
  calculations.
• 6:34
  Correct.
• 6:34
  Because
• 6:35
  they
• 6:35
  use
• 6:35
  a
• 6:35
  system
• 6:35
  that
• 6:36
  calculates
• 6:36
  the
• 6:36
  replacement
• 6:37
  cost
• 6:37
  value.
• 6:37
  Now
• 6:38
  that
• 6:38
  doesn't
• 6:38
  take
• 6:39
  into
• 6:39
  a
• 6:39
  lot
• 6:39
  of
• 6:39
  stuff.
• 6:40
  Right.
• 6:40
  Because
• 6:40
  we
• 6:41
  have
• 6:41
  a
• 6:41
  commercial
• 6:41
  building
• 6:42
  that
• 6:42
  they
• 6:42
  tried
• 6:42
  to.
• 6:43
  That
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  insurance
• 6:43
  company
• 6:44
  tried
• 6:44
  to
• 6:44
  say
• 6:44
  it's
• 6:44
  a
• 6:45
  $4
• 6:45
  million
• 6:45
  replacement
• 6:46
  cost.
• 6:46
  I
• 6:46
  could
• 6:46
  tell
• 6:46
  you
• 6:46
  all
• 6:47
  day,
• 6:47
  even
• 6:47
  with
• 6:47
  union
• 6:48
  guys,
• 6:48
  It's.
• 6:48
  It's
• 6:49
  a
• 6:49
  3
• 6:49
  million
• 6:49
  max
• 6:50
  regular.
• 6:50
  It's
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  2
• 6:51
  million
• 6:51
  rebuild.
• 6:52
  It's
• 6:52
  all
• 6:52
  stone,
• 6:52
  it's
• 6:53
  all
• 6:53
  bricks
• 6:53
  and
• 6:53
  it's
• 6:53
  only
• 6:54
  the
• 6:54
  interior
• 6:54
  if
• 6:54
  something
• 6:55
  really
• 6:55
  burnt.
• 6:55
  But
• 6:56
  have
• 6:56
  to
• 6:56
  maybe
• 6:56
  a
• 6:56
  hurricane
• 6:57
  goes
• 6:57
  through
• 6:57
  it.
• 6:58
  But
• 6:58
  anyways,
• 6:58
  it's
• 6:58
  still
• 6:59
  max.
• 6:59
  So
• 6:59
  we
• 6:59
  actually
• 7:00
  had
• 7:00
  to
• 7:00
  sign.
• 7:00
  I
• 7:01
  had
• 7:01
  to
• 7:01
  tell
• 7:01
  the
• 7:01
  agent,
• 7:01
  hey,
• 7:02
  I'm
• 7:02
  way
• 7:02
  overinsured.
• 7:03
  So
• 7:04
  they
• 7:04
  made
• 7:04
  my
• 7:05
  wife
• 7:05
  and
• 7:05
  I
• 7:05
  sign
• 7:05
  a
• 7:06
  document
• 7:06
  stating
• 7:06
  that
• 7:07
  we
• 7:07
  are
• 7:07
  lowering
• 7:07
  our
• 7:08
  limits
• 7:08
  and
• 7:08
  that
• 7:09
  we
• 7:09
  understand
• 7:09
  if
• 7:09
  something
• 7:10
  like
• 7:10
  that
• 7:10
  was
• 7:10
  a
• 7:10
  whole
• 7:11
  different
• 7:11
  whole
• 7:12
  thing.
• 7:13
  Yeah,
• 7:13
  but
• 7:14
  it's
• 7:14
  crazy
• 7:14
  because
• 7:14
  I
• 7:15
  was
• 7:15
  going
• 7:15
  to
• 7:15
  be
• 7:15
  way
• 7:15
  underinsured
• 7:16
  if
• 7:16
  I
• 7:16
  lost
• 7:17
  the
• 7:17
  house
• 7:17
  because
• 7:18
  again,
• 7:18
  I
• 7:18
  put
• 7:19
  nicer
• 7:19
  stuff
• 7:19
  in.
• 7:20
  I've
• 7:20
  got
• 7:20
  a
• 7:20
  steam
• 7:21
  shower,
• 7:21
  I've
• 7:21
  got
• 7:21
  other
• 7:22
  stuff
• 7:22
  that
• 7:22
  they
• 7:22
  just
• 7:22
  don't
• 7:22
  do
• 7:23
  in
• 7:23
  those
• 7:23
  calculations.
• 7:24
  I
• 7:24
  look
• 7:24
  at
• 7:24
  it
• 7:25
  and
• 7:25
  said,
• 7:25
  okay,
• 7:25
  if
• 7:25
  I
• 7:26
  was
• 7:26
  to
• 7:26
  pay
• 7:27
  a
• 7:27
  contractor
• 7:28
  to
• 7:28
  do
• 7:28
  the
• 7:28
  bathroom
• 7:29
  remodel,
• 7:29
  not
• 7:29
  construct
• 7:30
  it,
• 7:30
  to
• 7:31
  do
• 7:31
  what
• 7:31
  I
• 7:31
  had
• 7:31
  in
• 7:31
  there,
• 7:31
  it
• 7:32
  was
• 7:32
  going
• 7:32
  to
• 7:32
  be
• 7:32
  one
• 7:32
  hundred
• 7:32
  and
• 7:32
  something
• 7:33
  thousand
• 7:33
  dollars.
• 7:34
  And
• 7:34
  then
• 7:34
  it
• 7:34
  was
• 7:34
  going
• 7:34
  to
• 7:35
  be
• 7:35
  one
• 7:35
  hundred
• 7:35
  and
• 7:35
  something
• 7:35
  thousand
• 7:36
  dollars
• 7:36
  for
• 7:36
  the
• 7:36
  kitchen
• 7:36
  as
• 7:37
  well.
• 7:37
  And
• 7:37
  I'm
• 7:37
  like,
• 7:37
  Ah,
• 7:38
  300,000
• 7:39
  doesn't
• 7:39
  replace
• 7:40
  the
• 7:41
  structure.
• 7:41
  And
• 7:42
  then
• 7:42
  it's
• 7:42
  got
• 7:42
  to
• 7:42
  meet
• 7:42
  20,
• 7:43
  25
• 7:43
  building
• 7:43
  code
• 7:44
  as
• 7:44
  well,
• 7:44
  which
• 7:44
  is.
• 7:45
  It's
• 7:45
  a
• 7:45
  1977
• 7:46
  house.
• 7:46
  There's
• 7:47
  a
• 7:47
  lot
• 7:47
  that
• 7:47
  has
• 7:47
  to
• 7:47
  go
• 7:48
  on
• 7:48
  to
• 7:48
  meet
• 7:48
  current
• 7:49
  code.
• 7:49
  From
• 7:50
  what
• 7:50
  I
• 7:50
  remember,
• 7:50
  they
• 7:50
  replaced
• 7:51
  that
• 7:51
  replacement
• 7:51
  cost
• 7:52
  tool
• 7:52
  that
• 7:52
  they
• 7:52
  use
• 7:52
  to
• 7:53
  calculate.
• 7:53
  It
• 7:54
  basically
• 7:54
  calculates
• 7:55
  on
• 7:55
  an
• 7:55
  average
• 7:55
  built
• 7:56
  home.
• 7:56
  Right.
• 7:57
  Agents
• 7:57
  used
• 7:57
  to
• 7:57
  be
• 7:58
  local.
• 7:58
  They
• 7:58
  would
• 7:58
  come
• 7:58
  to
• 7:59
  your
• 7:59
  house,
• 7:59
  Eric,
• 7:59
  and
• 7:59
  they
• 7:59
  would
• 8:00
  say,
• 8:00
  hey,
• 8:00
  I
• 8:00
  could
• 8:00
  see
• 8:00
  what
• 8:01
  you
• 8:01
  have.
• 8:01
  This
• 8:01
  is
• 8:01
  what
• 8:01
  we
• 8:02
  need
• 8:02
  to
• 8:02
  ensure
• 8:02
  you.
• 8:02
  Well,
• 8:02
  now
• 8:03
  it's
• 8:03
  all
• 8:03
  virtual
• 8:03
  or
• 8:03
  you
• 8:04
  can
• 8:04
  even
• 8:04
  get
• 8:04
  your
• 8:04
  own
• 8:04
  insurance.
• 8:05
  So
• 8:05
  if
• 8:05
  you
• 8:05
  don't
• 8:06
  tell
• 8:06
  them
• 8:06
  what
• 8:06
  you
• 8:06
  know
• 8:07
  and
• 8:07
  how
• 8:07
  would
• 8:07
  a
• 8:07
  normal.
• 8:08
  Right.
• 8:08
  What
• 8:08
  it
• 8:08
  would
• 8:08
  take
• 8:08
  to
• 8:09
  rebuild
• 8:09
  what's
• 8:09
  in
• 8:09
  your
• 8:10
  house.
• 8:10
  But
• 8:10
  average
• 8:11
  person
• 8:11
  had
• 8:11
  purchased
• 8:12
  your
• 8:12
  home,
• 8:12
  and
• 8:13
  the
• 8:13
  insurance
• 8:13
  agent
• 8:13
  says,
• 8:14
  well,
• 8:14
  350
• 8:14
  is
• 8:15
  your
• 8:15
  replacement
• 8:15
  cost.
• 8:15
  They're
• 8:15
  like,
• 8:16
  okay.
• 8:16
  They
• 8:16
  have
• 8:17
  no
• 8:17
  clue
• 8:17
  what's
• 8:17
  in
• 8:18
  that
• 8:18
  house
• 8:18
  or
• 8:18
  what
• 8:18
  it
• 8:18
  would
• 8:19
  actually
• 8:19
  cost,
• 8:19
  the
• 8:20
  material
• 8:20
  and
• 8:20
  the
• 8:20
  labor.
• 8:21
  Yeah,
• 8:21
  well,
• 8:22
  for
• 8:22
  me,
• 8:22
  it
• 8:22
  was
• 8:22
  easy
• 8:22
  because
• 8:23
  I've
• 8:23
  been
• 8:23
  filming
• 8:24
  this
• 8:24
  entire
• 8:24
  show,
• 8:25
  you
• 8:25
  know,
• 8:25
  my
• 8:25
  TV
• 8:26
  show
• 8:26
  for
• 8:26
  the
• 8:26
  last
• 8:27
  two
• 8:27
  years,
• 8:27
  building
• 8:27
  on
• 8:27
  my
• 8:28
  house.
• 8:28
  And
• 8:28
  so
• 8:28
  I've
• 8:28
  got
• 8:28
  all
• 8:28
  this
• 8:29
  video
• 8:29
  stuff
• 8:29
  on
• 8:29
  it.
• 8:30
  So
• 8:30
  I
• 8:30
  sent
• 8:30
  a
• 8:30
  couple
• 8:31
  of
• 8:31
  the
• 8:31
  videos
• 8:31
  over
• 8:31
  to
• 8:32
  my
• 8:32
  agent.
• 8:32
  He's,
• 8:32
  yeah,
• 8:32
  you're
• 8:32
  not
• 8:32
  covered
• 8:33
  for
• 8:33
  that.
• 8:33
  And
• 8:33
  I'm
• 8:33
  like,
• 8:33
  who?
• 8:34
  Okay,
• 8:35
  good,
• 8:35
  let's
• 8:36
  get
• 8:36
  that
• 8:36
  covered.
• 8:37
  There's
• 8:37
  plenty
• 8:37
  of
• 8:37
  documentation
• 8:38
  on
• 8:38
  it.
• 8:39
  And
• 8:39
  that's.
• 8:40
  I
• 8:40
  think
• 8:40
  one
• 8:40
  of
• 8:40
  the
• 8:40
  other
• 8:41
  issues
• 8:41
  out
• 8:41
  there
• 8:41
  as
• 8:42
  well
• 8:42
  is
• 8:43
  so
• 8:43
  many
• 8:43
  people
• 8:44
  have
• 8:45
  their
• 8:45
  coverage,
• 8:45
  but
• 8:46
  if
• 8:47
  they
• 8:47
  were
• 8:47
  to
• 8:47
  have
• 8:47
  a
• 8:47
  total
• 8:48
  loss,
• 8:48
  you
• 8:48
  got
• 8:48
  to
• 8:49
  sit
• 8:49
  down
• 8:49
  and
• 8:49
  put
• 8:49
  it
• 8:49
  all
• 8:49
  together.
• 8:50
  Yeah,
• 8:51
  that's.
• 8:51
  That's
• 8:52
  correct.
• 8:52
  It
• 8:52
  just.
• 8:53
  We
• 8:53
  look
• 8:53
  at
• 8:53
  policies
• 8:54
  all
• 8:54
  day
• 8:54
  long
• 8:55
  for
• 8:55
  investors,
• 8:56
  you
• 8:56
  know,
• 8:56
  landlords
• 8:57
  and,
• 8:57
  you
• 8:57
  know,
• 8:57
  homeowners,
• 8:58
  unfortunately,
• 8:59
  they
• 8:59
  just
• 8:59
  purchase
• 8:59
  a
• 9:00
  policy
• 9:00
  with
• 9:00
  no
• 9:00
  clue
• 9:01
  what
• 9:01
  they're
• 9:01
  getting.
• 9:01
  When
• 9:01
  they
• 9:02
  call
• 9:02
  us,
• 9:02
  first
• 9:02
  thing
• 9:03
  we're
• 9:03
  going
• 9:03
  to
• 9:03
  ask
• 9:03
  for
• 9:03
  is
• 9:03
  the
• 9:04
  policy.
• 9:04
  Because
• 9:04
  we
• 9:04
  want
• 9:05
  to
• 9:05
  make
• 9:05
  sure
• 9:05
  that
• 9:05
  we're
• 9:05
  going
• 9:06
  to
• 9:06
  help
• 9:06
  them,
• 9:06
  that
• 9:06
  we
• 9:06
  can
• 9:07
  actually
• 9:07
  help
• 9:07
  them,
• 9:07
  that
• 9:07
  there's.
• 9:08
  There's
• 9:08
  value
• 9:08
  we
• 9:08
  can
• 9:09
  bring.
• 9:09
  If
• 9:09
  you.
• 9:10
  Again,
• 9:10
  like
• 9:10
  the
• 9:11
  other
• 9:11
  ones,
• 9:11
  if
• 9:11
  you
• 9:11
  have
• 9:11
  a
• 9:11
  $2
• 9:11
  million
• 9:12
  loss
• 9:12
  but
• 9:12
  only
• 9:12
  half
• 9:13
  a
• 9:13
  million
• 9:13
  dollars
• 9:13
  worth
• 9:13
  of
• 9:14
  insurance,
• 9:14
  what
• 9:15
  can
• 9:15
  you
• 9:15
  do?
• 9:16
  We
• 9:16
  can't
• 9:16
  bring
• 9:16
  any
• 9:16
  more
• 9:17
  insurance
• 9:17
  to
• 9:17
  you
• 9:17
  at
• 9:17
  that
• 9:18
  point.
• 9:18
  Yeah,
• 9:19
  and
• 9:19
  another
• 9:19
  thing
• 9:19
  I
• 9:20
  noticed
• 9:20
  during
• 9:20
  like
• 9:21
  Covid
• 9:21
  and
• 9:21
  stuff,
• 9:22
  you
• 9:22
  had
• 9:22
  people
• 9:22
  that
• 9:22
  were
• 9:23
  getting
• 9:23
  behind
• 9:23
  on
• 9:23
  their
• 9:24
  bills.
• 9:24
  Maybe
• 9:25
  they
• 9:25
  didn't
• 9:25
  pay
• 9:25
  their
• 9:26
  homeowners
• 9:26
  insurance
• 9:27
  on
• 9:28
  that.
• 9:28
  And
• 9:28
  then
• 9:28
  all
• 9:29
  of
• 9:29
  a
• 9:29
  sudden
• 9:29
  the
• 9:30
  mortgage
• 9:30
  company
• 9:30
  probably
• 9:31
  sent
• 9:31
  them
• 9:31
  a
• 9:31
  nasty
• 9:31
  gram
• 9:32
  and
• 9:32
  said,
• 9:32
  hey,
• 9:33
  we're
• 9:33
  covering
• 9:33
  our
• 9:33
  own
• 9:34
  insurance
• 9:34
  on.
• 9:35
  And
• 9:35
  they
• 9:35
  went,
• 9:35
  oh,
• 9:35
  cool,
• 9:36
  got
• 9:36
  my
• 9:36
  own
• 9:37
  insurance.
• 9:37
  But
• 9:38
  that's
• 9:38
  just
• 9:38
  on
• 9:39
  the
• 9:39
  structure.
• 9:39
  That's
• 9:39
  not
• 9:40
  covering
• 9:40
  their
• 9:40
  stuff.
• 9:41
  So
• 9:41
  they're
• 9:41
  really
• 9:41
  not
• 9:41
  insured,
• 9:42
  if
• 9:42
  I'm
• 9:42
  correct
• 9:42
  with
• 9:43
  that.
• 9:43
  So
• 9:43
  if
• 9:43
  you
• 9:43
  don't
• 9:43
  have
• 9:44
  your
• 9:44
  own
• 9:44
  insurance
• 9:45
  and
• 9:45
  the
• 9:45
  mortgage
• 9:45
  has
• 9:46
  to
• 9:46
  put.
• 9:46
  It's
• 9:46
  called
• 9:46
  the
• 9:46
  first
• 9:47
  place
• 9:47
  policy.
• 9:48
  The
• 9:48
  mortgage
• 9:49
  puts
• 9:49
  insurance
• 9:49
  on
• 9:50
  the.
• 9:50
  Which
• 9:50
  is
• 9:50
  very
• 9:50
  expensive,
• 9:51
  by
• 9:51
  the
• 9:51
  way.
• 9:52
  It
• 9:52
  only
• 9:52
  actually
• 9:52
  replaces
• 9:53
  it's
• 9:53
  only
• 9:54
  actual
• 9:54
  cash
• 9:55
  value
• 9:55
  policy.
• 9:55
  And
• 9:56
  it's
• 9:56
  only
• 9:56
  on
• 9:56
  the
• 9:57
  amount
• 9:57
  that
• 9:57
  you
• 9:58
  owe.
• 9:58
  So
• 9:59
  you
• 9:59
  know,
• 9:59
  the
• 9:59
  replacement
• 10:00
  cost
• 10:00
  of
• 10:00
  the
• 10:00
  building
• 10:00
  is
• 10:01
  500,000,
• 10:02
  but
• 10:02
  you
• 10:02
  only
• 10:02
  owe
• 10:02
  50,000
• 10:03
  of
• 10:03
  mortgage.
• 10:03
  That's
• 10:04
  what
• 10:04
  it's
• 10:04
  covering.
• 10:04
  And
• 10:05
  it
• 10:05
  doesn't
• 10:05
  cover
• 10:05
  the
• 10:05
  personal
• 10:06
  property.
• 10:07
  They're
• 10:07
  only
• 10:07
  insured
• 10:08
  in
• 10:08
  what
• 10:08
  they
• 10:08
  still
• 10:09
  owe
• 10:09
  on
• 10:09
  the
• 10:09
  building.
• 10:09
  And
• 10:09
  they're
• 10:10
  smart
• 10:10
  about
• 10:10
  it.
• 10:10
  Yeah,
• 10:10
  they
• 10:10
  don't
• 10:10
  care.
• 10:11
  The
• 10:11
  rest
• 10:11
  of
• 10:11
  it
• 10:11
  doesn't
• 10:11
  matter.
• 10:12
  Yeah,
• 10:12
  exactly.
• 10:12
  It's
• 10:12
  not
• 10:13
  their.
• 10:13
  Yeah,
• 10:13
  they
• 10:14
  care
• 10:14
  about
• 10:14
  the
• 10:14
  money
• 10:14
  that
• 10:15
  they
• 10:15
  have
• 10:15
  into
• 10:15
  it.
• 10:16
  Man,
• 10:16
  that
• 10:17
  is
• 10:17
  huge.
• 10:17
  So
• 10:18
  if
• 10:18
  there's
• 10:19
  somebody
• 10:19
  out
• 10:19
  there
• 10:19
  that's
• 10:20
  listening,
• 10:20
  we
• 10:20
  got
• 10:20
  tons
• 10:21
  of
• 10:21
  people
• 10:21
  out
• 10:21
  there

• 13:19
  a
• 13:20
  public
• 13:20
  adjuster
• 13:21
  so
• 13:21
  he
• 13:21
  helps
• 13:21
  you
• 13:22
  navigate
• 13:23
  major
• 13:23
  insurance
• 13:24
  claims.
• 13:24
  Let's
• 13:25
  get
• 13:25
  back
• 13:25
  to
• 13:25
  the
• 13:25
  show.
• 13:26
  And
• 13:26
  it
• 13:26
  doesn't
• 13:26
  cover
• 13:26
  the
• 13:27
  personal
• 13:27
  property.
• 13:28
  They're
• 13:28
  only
• 13:29
  insured
• 13:29
  what
• 13:29
  they
• 13:29
  still
• 13:30
  owe
• 13:30
  on
• 13:30
  the
• 13:30
  building.
• 13:30
  And
• 13:31
  they're
• 13:31
  smart
• 13:31
  about
• 13:31
  it.
• 13:31
  Yeah,
• 13:31
  they
• 13:32
  don't
• 13:32
  care.
• 13:32
  The
• 13:32
  rest
• 13:32
  of
• 13:32
  it
• 13:32
  doesn't
• 13:33
  matter.
• 13:33
  Yeah,
• 13:33
  exactly.
• 13:33
  It's
• 13:34
  not
• 13:34
  their.
• 13:34
  Yeah,
• 13:35
  they
• 13:35
  care
• 13:35
  about
• 13:35
  the
• 13:35
  money
• 13:36
  that
• 13:36
  they
• 13:36
  have
• 13:36
  into
• 13:36
  it.
• 13:37
  Man,
• 13:38
  that
• 13:38
  is
• 13:38
  huge.
• 13:39
  So
• 13:39
  if
• 13:40
  there's
• 13:40
  somebody
• 13:40
  out
• 13:40
  there
• 13:41
  that's
• 13:41
  listening,
• 13:41
  we
• 13:41
  got
• 13:42
  tons
• 13:42
  of
• 13:42
  people
• 13:42
  out
• 13:42
  there
• 13:43
  in
• 13:43
  the
• 13:43
  audience
• 13:43
  that
• 13:43
  are
• 13:43
  checking
• 13:44
  this
• 13:44
  out,
• 13:44
  and
• 13:45
  they're
• 13:46
  a
• 13:46
  homeowner.
• 13:46
  Let's
• 13:46
  back
• 13:47
  it
• 13:47
  up.
• 13:48
  How
• 13:48
  would.
• 13:48
  What
• 13:49
  would
• 13:49
  be
• 13:49
  your
• 13:49
  best
• 13:49
  advice
• 13:50
  for
• 13:50
  people
• 13:50
  that
• 13:51
  are
• 13:51
  starting
• 13:51
  going,
• 13:51
  okay,
• 13:52
  yeah,
• 13:52
  I
• 13:53
  bought
• 13:53
  my
• 13:53
  house
• 13:54
  and
• 13:54
  I
• 13:54
  jumped
• 13:54
  online
• 13:54
  and
• 13:55
  got
• 13:55
  something.
• 13:56
  What's
• 13:56
  their
• 13:56
  best
• 13:57
  course
• 13:57
  of
• 13:57
  action
• 13:57
  to
• 13:58
  start
• 13:58
  making
• 13:58
  sure
• 13:58
  that
• 13:58
  they're
• 13:59
  actually
• 13:59
  covered.
• 14:00
  And
• 14:00
  then
• 14:00
  if
• 14:01
  they
• 14:01
  had
• 14:01
  a
• 14:01
  loss
• 14:01
  or
• 14:02
  a
• 14:02
  total
• 14:02
  loss,
• 14:02
  that
• 14:02
  they
• 14:03
  actually
• 14:03
  have
• 14:03
  enough
• 14:03
  coverage
• 14:04
  to
• 14:04
  do
• 14:04
  that.
• 14:04
  Yeah.
• 14:04
  And
• 14:05
  that's
• 14:05
  to
• 14:05
  reach
• 14:05
  out
• 14:05
  if
• 14:06
  they
• 14:06
  have.
• 14:06
  If
• 14:07
  they
• 14:07
  can
• 14:07
  look
• 14:07
  up
• 14:07
  or
• 14:08
  maybe
• 14:08
  be
• 14:08
  referred
• 14:08
  to
• 14:08
  a
• 14:08
  public
• 14:09
  adjuster.
• 14:09
  Right.
• 14:09
  That.
• 14:10
  Especially
• 14:10
  one
• 14:10
  that
• 14:11
  the
• 14:12
  company
• 14:12
  that
• 14:12
  handles
• 14:12
  fire
• 14:13
  claims
• 14:13
  or
• 14:14
  large
• 14:14
  loss.
• 14:14
  That's
• 14:15
  probably
• 14:15
  their
• 14:15
  best
• 14:15
  bet.
• 14:16
  It
• 14:16
  takes
• 14:17
  for
• 14:17
  a
• 14:17
  homeowner's
• 14:17
  policy,
• 14:18
  Eric.
• 14:18
  It
• 14:18
  takes
• 14:19
  a
• 14:19
  couple
• 14:19
  of
• 14:19
  minutes
• 14:19
  for
• 14:20
  us
• 14:20
  to
• 14:20
  glance
• 14:20
  over
• 14:21
  and
• 14:21
  see
• 14:21
  what's
• 14:22
  needed.
• 14:22
  We.
• 14:22
  Because
• 14:23
  all
• 14:23
  we
• 14:23
  do
• 14:23
  is
• 14:23
  pull
• 14:23
  up
• 14:23
  the
• 14:23
  address,
• 14:24
  we
• 14:24
  pull
• 14:24
  up
• 14:24
  the
• 14:24
  home,
• 14:24
  we
• 14:25
  pull
• 14:25
  up
• 14:25
  all
• 14:25
  this
• 14:25
  information,
• 14:26
  have
• 14:26
  the
• 14:26
  policy,
• 14:26
  and
• 14:27
  then
• 14:27
  have
• 14:27
  a
• 14:28
  couple
• 14:28
  of
• 14:28
  questions.
• 14:28
  We'll
• 14:29
  point
• 14:29
  out
• 14:29
  what
• 14:29
  needs
• 14:29
  to
• 14:30
  be
• 14:30
  done
• 14:30
  or
• 14:30
  what's
• 14:30
  not
• 14:30
  insured.
• 14:31
  We'll
• 14:31
  make
• 14:31
  that.
• 14:32
  Make
• 14:32
  that
• 14:32
  client
• 14:32
  aware.
• 14:33
  With
• 14:33
  State's
• 14:33
  Farm,
• 14:34
  for
• 14:34
  example.
• 14:34
  Right.
• 14:34
  And
• 14:35
  this
• 14:35
  was
• 14:35
  for
• 14:35
  myself,
• 14:36
  actually
• 14:36
  had
• 14:37
  rentals
• 14:37
  with
• 14:37
  them.
• 14:38
  They
• 14:38
  took
• 14:38
  off
• 14:38
  a
• 14:38
  building
• 14:39
  like
• 14:39
  you
• 14:39
  said,
• 14:40
  your
• 14:41
  home,
• 14:41
  if
• 14:41
  it
• 14:41
  had
• 14:41
  a
• 14:42
  fire
• 14:42
  sustained
• 14:42
  damage,
• 14:43
  the
• 14:43
  building
• 14:43
  codes
• 14:44
  would.
• 14:44
  Now
• 14:44
  you
• 14:45
  have
• 14:45
  to
• 14:45
  upgrade
• 14:45
  it.
• 14:46
  That's
• 14:46
  not
• 14:46
  covered
• 14:46
  unless
• 14:46
  you
• 14:47
  have
• 14:47
  law
• 14:47
  and
• 14:47
  ordinance
• 14:48
  coverage.
• 14:48
  Now
• 14:49
  State
• 14:49
  Farm
• 14:49
  took
• 14:50
  that
• 14:50
  off
• 14:50
  there
• 14:50
  as
• 14:51
  a
• 14:51
  always.
• 14:51
  It
• 14:52
  was
• 14:52
  always
• 14:52
  included
• 14:53
  in
• 14:53
  their
• 14:53
  policies,
• 14:54
  and
• 14:54
  now
• 14:55
  it's.
• 14:55
  It's
• 14:55
  additional.
• 14:57
  And
• 14:57
  so
• 14:57
  we
• 14:57
  had
• 14:58
  rentals
• 14:58
  and
• 14:59
  we
• 14:59
  switched
• 14:59
  agents
• 15:00
  because
• 15:00
  the
• 15:00
  other
• 15:00
  agent
• 15:01
  closed
• 15:01
  down.
• 15:02
  And
• 15:02
  so
• 15:02
  I
• 15:03
  looked
• 15:03
  at
• 15:03
  our
• 15:03
  policies
• 15:03
  and
• 15:04
  our
• 15:04
  rentals
• 15:04
  and
• 15:04
  I
• 15:04
  said,
• 15:04
  why
• 15:04
  don't
• 15:05
  we
• 15:05
  have
• 15:05
  lawn
• 15:05
  orange?
• 15:05
  When
• 15:05
  I
• 15:05
  reach
• 15:06
  out
• 15:06
  to
• 15:06
  agent,
• 15:06
  he
• 15:06
  said,
• 15:06
  well,
• 15:07
  because
• 15:07
  they
• 15:07
  took
• 15:07
  it
• 15:07
  off
• 15:08
  their
• 15:08
  policies,
• 15:08
  it's
• 15:09
  optional
• 15:09
  now.
• 15:09
  I
• 15:09
  said,
• 15:10
  well,
• 15:10
  wouldn't
• 15:10
  you
• 15:11
  want
• 15:11
  to
• 15:11
  offer
• 15:11
  that
• 15:11
  to
• 15:12
  me?
• 15:12
  Because
• 15:12
  it's
• 15:13
  $25
• 15:13
  a
• 15:13
  year
• 15:14
  and
• 15:14
  it's
• 15:14
  30,
• 15:15
  40,
• 15:15
  $50,000
• 15:16
  worth
• 15:16
  of
• 15:16
  more
• 15:16
  coverage.
• 15:17
  How
• 15:17
  would
• 15:17
  you
• 15:17
  not.
• 15:17
  Oh,
• 15:18
  yeah,
• 15:18
  we'll
• 15:18
  throw
• 15:18
  it
• 15:18
  in
• 15:18
  there
• 15:18
  if
• 15:19
  you
• 15:19
  want
• 15:19
  it.
• 15:19
  Oh,
• 15:20
  yeah,
• 15:20
  of
• 15:20
  course.
• 15:20
  Everyone
• 15:21
  should
• 15:21
  have
• 15:21
  it.
• 15:21
  Well,
• 15:22
  yeah,
• 15:22
  yeah.
• 15:22
  So
• 15:22
  that's.
• 15:23
  And
• 15:23
  again,
• 15:23
  if
• 15:23
  I
• 15:23
  had
• 15:23
  a
• 15:24
  fire,
• 15:24
  for
• 15:24
  example,
• 15:24
  one
• 15:24
  of
• 15:25
  those
• 15:25
  rentals
• 15:25
  in
• 15:25
  that
• 15:26
  short
• 15:26
  time
• 15:26
  that
• 15:27
  they
• 15:27
  switch
• 15:27
  agencies
• 15:27
  and
• 15:28
  that
• 15:28
  changed,
• 15:29
  I
• 15:29
  would
• 15:29
  have
• 15:29
  now
• 15:29
  had
• 15:30
  coverage
• 15:30
  for
• 15:30
  that.
• 15:30
  It's
• 15:31
  a
• 15:31
  lot
• 15:31
  of
• 15:31
  money,
• 15:31
  and
• 15:32
  I
• 15:32
  know
• 15:32
  all
• 15:32
  my
• 15:32
  buildings
• 15:33
  are
• 15:33
  20,
• 15:33
  30
• 15:33
  years
• 15:34
  old
• 15:34
  and
• 15:34
  I
• 15:34
  know
• 15:34
  the
• 15:34
  building
• 15:35
  codes
• 15:35
  and
• 15:35
  I
• 15:35
  know
• 15:35
  what's
• 15:35
  changed.
• 15:36
  I
• 15:36
  know
• 15:36
  the
• 15:36
  insulation.
• 15:37
  Energy
• 15:37
  codes
• 15:38
  are
• 15:38
  huge
• 15:38
  and
• 15:39
  electrical
• 15:39
  codes,
• 15:39
  plumbing
• 15:40
  codes.
• 15:40
  So
• 15:40
  yeah,
• 15:40
  yeah,
• 15:41
  a
• 15:41
  lot
• 15:41
  of
• 15:41
  money.
• 15:41
  So
• 15:42
  again,
• 15:42
  having
• 15:42
  a
• 15:42
  public
• 15:43
  adjuster,
• 15:43
  I
• 15:43
  think
• 15:44
  that's
• 15:44
  your
• 15:44
  best
• 15:44
  bet
• 15:44
  to
• 15:45
  look
• 15:45
  over.
• 15:45
  Because
• 15:45
  you
• 15:45
  can
• 15:45
  look.
• 15:46
  We
• 15:46
  look
• 15:46
  over
• 15:46
  policies
• 15:47
  every
• 15:47
  day.
• 15:48
  That's
• 15:48
  what
• 15:48
  we
• 15:48
  do,
• 15:48
  interpret
• 15:49
  policies.
• 15:49
  And
• 15:50
  most
• 15:50
  PAs
• 15:50
  that
• 15:50
  do
• 15:51
  large
• 15:51
  laws
• 15:51
  understand
• 15:52
  construction
• 15:52
  and
• 15:53
  have
• 15:53
  been
• 15:53
  in
• 15:53
  some
• 15:53
  kind
• 15:53
  of
• 15:54
  form
• 15:54
  of
• 15:54
  construction.
• 15:55
  So
• 15:55
  all
• 15:56
  that
• 15:56
  knowledge,
• 15:56
  they're
• 15:57
  able
• 15:57
  to
• 15:57
  look
• 15:57
  and
• 15:58
  be
• 15:58
  the
• 15:58
  best
• 15:59
  option
• 15:59
  for
• 15:59
  you
• 15:59
  or
• 16:00
  agents.
• 16:00
  Like
• 16:00
  I
• 16:01
  said,
• 16:01
  agents
• 16:01
  used
• 16:01
  to
• 16:01
  make
• 16:01
  that
• 16:02
  round.
• 16:02
  But
• 16:02
  most
• 16:02
  agents
• 16:03
  don't.
• 16:03
  Right.
• 16:03
  They're
• 16:04
  just
• 16:04
  selling
• 16:04
  policies.
• 16:05
  They
• 16:05
  don't
• 16:05
  come
• 16:05
  to
• 16:06
  house.
• 16:06
  They
• 16:06
  don't
• 16:06
  have
• 16:06
  any
• 16:06
  construction
• 16:07
  knowledge.
• 16:07
  So
• 16:08
  it's
• 16:08
  a
• 16:08
  little
• 16:08
  bit
• 16:09
  different.
• 16:09
  That's
• 16:10
  a.
• 16:10
  Yeah,
• 16:10
  that's
• 16:11
  a
• 16:11
  huge
• 16:11
  deal.
• 16:11
  And
• 16:12
  if
• 16:12
  you've
• 16:12
  got
• 16:13
  a
• 16:13
  100-year-old
• 16:13
  brick
• 16:14
  house,
• 16:14
  let's
• 16:15
  say,
• 16:15
  or
• 16:15
  you've
• 16:15
  got
• 16:15
  a
• 16:16
  commercial
• 16:16
  or
• 16:17
  just
• 16:17
  a
• 16:17
  light
• 16:18
  duty
• 16:18
  commercial
• 16:18
  building
• 16:19
  that's
• 16:19
  made
• 16:19
  out
• 16:19
  of
• 16:19
  brick
• 16:20
  and
• 16:20
  you're
• 16:20
  in
• 16:20
  an
• 16:20
  earthquake
• 16:21
  area,
• 16:21
  you
• 16:22
  go,
• 16:22
  pull
• 16:22
  that
• 16:23
  permit
• 16:23
  to
• 16:23
  build
• 16:24
  that.
• 16:24
  Build
• 16:24
  it
• 16:24
  out.
• 16:25
  The
• 16:25
  concrete
• 16:25
  or
• 16:25
  block
• 16:26
  is
• 16:26
  still.
• 16:26
  Or
• 16:26
  brick
• 16:27
  is
• 16:27
  still
• 16:27
  standing,
• 16:28
  all
• 16:28
  of
• 16:28
  a
• 16:28
  sudden
• 16:28
  they
• 16:29
  can
• 16:29
  come
• 16:29
  back
• 16:29
  and
• 16:29
  go,
• 16:29
  yeah,
• 16:29
  that
• 16:30
  needs
• 16:30
  to
• 16:30
  be
• 16:30
  seismically
• 16:31
  retrofitted.
• 16:32
  And
• 16:32
  you
• 16:32
  could
• 16:32
  have
• 16:33
  six
• 16:33
  figures
• 16:33
  on
• 16:34
  that
• 16:34
  rebuild
• 16:34
  cost.
• 16:34
  Because
• 16:35
  they
• 16:35
  got
• 16:35
  to
• 16:35
  go
• 16:35
  through
• 16:35
  and
• 16:35
  do
• 16:36
  all
• 16:36
  these
• 16:37
  changes
• 16:37
  to
• 16:38
  what
• 16:38
  was
• 16:38
  there
• 16:38
  before
• 16:38
  just
• 16:39
  to
• 16:39
  get
• 16:39
  it
• 16:39
  to
• 16:39
  meet
• 16:39
  code.
• 16:40
  Correct.
• 16:41
  There's
• 16:41
  a.
• 16:41
  The
• 16:42
  code
• 16:42
  now,
• 16:42
  especially
• 16:43
  on
• 16:43
  older
• 16:43
  homes.
• 16:43
  I
• 16:43
  mean,
• 16:44
  they
• 16:44
  change
• 16:45
  so
• 16:45
  quickly
• 16:45
  and
• 16:45
  they're
• 16:45
  adding
• 16:46
  more,
• 16:46
  especially
• 16:46
  the
• 16:47
  energy
• 16:47
  efficiency.
• 16:48
  I
• 16:48
  don't
• 16:49
  know
• 16:49
  if
• 16:50
  the
• 16:50
  new
• 16:50
  administration,
• 16:50
  for
• 16:51
  example,
• 16:51
  that
• 16:51
  those
• 16:51
  energy
• 16:52
  codes
• 16:52
  now
• 16:53
  maybe
• 16:53
  become
• 16:53
  less
• 16:54
  or
• 16:54
  they
• 16:54
  don't
• 16:54
  go
• 16:54
  as
• 16:55
  fast.
• 16:55
  But
• 16:55
  I
• 16:55
  felt
• 16:56
  like
• 16:56
  the
• 16:56
  last
• 16:56
  previous
• 16:56
  years,
• 16:57
  every
• 16:57
  year
• 16:57
  they
• 16:57
  were
• 16:57
  just
• 16:58
  adding
• 16:58
  more
• 16:58
  and
• 16:58
  more
• 16:58
  to
• 16:58
  energy
• 16:59
  codes,
• 16:59
  which
• 16:59
  I
• 16:59
  thought
• 17:00
  was
• 17:00
  good.
• 17:00
  I
• 17:00
  think
• 17:00
  when
• 17:00
  we
• 17:00
  built
• 17:01
  our
• 17:01
  house,
• 17:01
  where
• 17:02
  we
• 17:02
  live,
• 17:02
  for
• 17:02
  example,
• 17:03
  the
• 17:03
  energy
• 17:04
  codes
• 17:04
  are
• 17:04
  still
• 17:04
  very
• 17:05
  behind,
• 17:05
  but
• 17:06
  we.
• 17:06
  I
• 17:06
  took
• 17:07
  it
• 17:07
  upon
• 17:07
  myself
• 17:07
  to
• 17:08
  follow,
• 17:08
  for
• 17:08
  example,
• 17:08
  Illinois
• 17:09
  codes
• 17:09
  because
• 17:09
  they're
• 17:10
  so
• 17:10
  high
• 17:10
  up
• 17:10
  there,
• 17:11
  because
• 17:11
  I
• 17:11
  just
• 17:12
  know
• 17:12
  I
• 17:12
  actually
• 17:12
  wanted
• 17:13
  that.
• 17:13
  I
• 17:13
  actually
• 17:13
  like
• 17:13
  those
• 17:14
  codes.
• 17:14
  I
• 17:14
  think
• 17:15
  they're
• 17:15
  just
• 17:15
  really
• 17:16
  good
• 17:16
  for
• 17:16
  the
• 17:16
  home
• 17:16
  and
• 17:16
  just
• 17:17
  for
• 17:17
  energy
• 17:17
  efficiency
• 17:18
  and
• 17:18
  all
• 17:18
  that.
• 17:19
  Yeah,
• 17:19
  absolutely.
• 17:20
  And
• 17:20
  for
• 17:21
  instance,
• 17:21
  my
• 17:21
  house
• 17:21
  built
• 17:22
  in
• 17:22
  the
• 17:22
  70s,
• 17:22
  it
• 17:22
  was
• 17:22
  built
• 17:23
  with
• 17:23
  two
• 17:23
  by
• 17:23
  four
• 17:23
  construction.
• 17:24
  If
• 17:25
  I
• 17:25
  had
• 17:25
  to
• 17:25
  rebuild
• 17:25
  it
• 17:26
  here,
• 17:26
  it's
• 17:26
  got
• 17:26
  to
• 17:26
  be
• 17:27
  two
• 17:27
  by
• 17:27
  six
• 17:27
  construction,
• 17:28
  which
• 17:28
  means
• 17:29
  it
• 17:29
  changes
• 17:29
  all
• 17:30
  the
• 17:30
  interior
• 17:30
  dimensions
• 17:31
  on
• 17:31
  the
• 17:31
  house
• 17:31
  by
• 17:31
  a
• 17:31
  couple
• 17:32
  inches,
• 17:32
  which
• 17:32
  starts
• 17:33
  to
• 17:33
  make
• 17:33
  a
• 17:33
  difference
• 17:33
  when
• 17:34
  you're
• 17:34
  looking
• 17:34
  at
• 17:34
  stairs
• 17:35
  and
• 17:35
  things
• 17:35
  like
• 17:35
  that
• 17:36
  you
• 17:36
  can
• 17:36
  add
• 17:36
  all
• 17:36
  of
• 17:37
  these
• 17:37
  additional
• 17:37
  rebuild
• 17:38
  challenges
• 17:38
  because
• 17:39
  now
• 17:39
  the
• 17:39
  square
• 17:40
  footage
• 17:40
  is
• 17:40
  even
• 17:40
  a
• 17:41
  little
• 17:41
  bit
• 17:41
  different.
• 17:41
  So
• 17:41
  now
• 17:41
  you
• 17:41
  had
• 17:42
  water
• 17:42
  damage,
• 17:42
  for
• 17:42
  example.
• 17:43
  Right.
• 17:43
  Or
• 17:43
  damages
• 17:44
  from.
• 17:45
  They
• 17:45
  say
• 17:45
  two
• 17:45
  by
• 17:45
  six
• 17:46
  and
• 17:46
  you
• 17:46
  say,
• 17:46
  okay,
• 17:47
  well
• 17:47
  we
• 17:47
  can
• 17:47
  add
• 17:47
  on
• 17:47
  two
• 17:48
  by
• 17:48
  six.
• 17:48
  Now
• 17:48
  you
• 17:48
  need
• 17:48
  an
• 17:49
  architect
• 17:50
  who's
• 17:50
  going
• 17:50
  to
• 17:50
  pay
• 17:50
  for
• 17:50
  the
• 17:50
  architect,
• 17:51
  10,
• 17:51
  15
• 17:52
  grand
• 17:52
  to
• 17:52
  redesign
• 17:53
  the
• 17:53
  entire
• 17:53
  home.
• 17:53
  Right.
• 17:54
  All
• 17:54
  that
• 17:54
  is
• 17:55
  covered
• 17:55
  if
• 17:55
  you
• 17:55
  have
• 17:56
  the
• 17:56
  right
• 17:56
  coverages.
• 17:57
  Yeah.
• 17:57
  It's
• 17:58
  so
• 17:58
  smart.
• 17:58
  And
• 17:58
  one
• 17:59
  thing
• 17:59
  I
• 17:59
  noticed,
• 17:59
  I
• 18:00
  want
• 18:00
  to
• 18:00
  pivot
• 18:00
  on
• 18:00
  this
• 18:00
  for
• 18:01
  a
• 18:01
  second
• 18:01
  because
• 18:01
  it
• 18:01
  was
• 18:01
  something
• 18:02
  that
• 18:02
  I
• 18:02
  went,
• 18:02
  here
• 18:03
  we
• 18:03
  go.
• 18:03
  This
• 18:03
  is
• 18:04
  something
• 18:04
  that
• 18:04
  people
• 18:04
  don't
• 18:05
  ever
• 18:05
  talk
• 18:05
  about.
• 18:06
  I
• 18:06
  was
• 18:06
  watching
• 18:07
  because
• 18:07
  I
• 18:07
  had
• 18:07
  friends
• 18:08
  in
• 18:08
  Southern
• 18:08
  California
• 18:09
  in
• 18:09
  the
• 18:09
  fire
• 18:09
  area,
• 18:10
  friends
• 18:10
  that
• 18:11
  lost
• 18:11
  their
• 18:11
  homes
• 18:11
  down
• 18:11
  there.
• 18:12
  And
• 18:12
  I
• 18:12
  was
• 18:13
  watching
• 18:13
  the
• 18:13
  local
• 18:14
  news
• 18:14
  and
• 18:14
  so
• 18:14
  you
• 18:15
  were
• 18:15
  getting
• 18:15
  the
• 18:15
  whole.
• 18:16
  I
• 18:16
  was
• 18:16
  watching
• 18:17
  KCAL
• 18:17
  down
• 18:17
  there.
• 18:18
  And
• 18:18
  you
• 18:18
  was
• 18:18
  getting
• 18:18
  the
• 18:18
  whole
• 18:19
  story.
• 18:19
  Well,
• 18:20
  I
• 18:20
  was
• 18:20
  watching,
• 18:21
  I
• 18:21
  think
• 18:21
  it
• 18:21
  was
• 18:22
  the
• 18:22
  mayor
• 18:22
  of
• 18:23
  Pacific
• 18:23
  Palisades
• 18:24
  and
• 18:24
  the
• 18:25
  governor
• 18:25
  talking.
• 18:26
  And
• 18:27
  they
• 18:28
  were
• 18:28
  talking
• 18:28
  about,
• 18:29
  well,
• 18:29
  before
• 18:29
  the
• 18:29
  people
• 18:30
  got
• 18:30
  to
• 18:30
  go
• 18:30
  back
• 18:30
  to
• 18:30
  their
• 18:31
  places
• 18:31
  in
• 18:31
  there,
• 18:31
  before
• 18:31
  they
• 18:32
  can
• 18:32
  start
• 18:32
  rebuilding,
• 18:33
  we
• 18:33
  got
• 18:33
  to
• 18:33
  make
• 18:34
  sure
• 18:34
  that
• 18:35
  all
• 18:35
  the
• 18:35
  lithium
• 18:36
  ion
• 18:37
  batteries
• 18:37
  that
• 18:37
  burned
• 18:38
  up
• 18:38
  and
• 18:38
  all
• 18:38
  this
• 18:38
  stuff,
• 18:39
  we
• 18:39
  got
• 18:39
  to
• 18:39
  make
• 18:40
  sure
• 18:40
  that
• 18:40
  hazardous
• 18:41
  materials
• 18:42
  gets
• 18:42
  cleaned
• 18:42
  up
• 18:42
  before
• 18:42
  they
• 18:43
  even
• 18:43
  go
• 18:43
  in
• 18:43
  and
• 18:43
  get
• 18:44
  the
• 18:44
  garbage
• 18:44
  out
• 18:44
  of
• 18:45
  there.
• 18:45
  In
• 18:45
  my
• 18:45
  head
• 18:45
  I'm
• 18:45
  going,
• 18:46
  oh
• 18:46
  my
• 18:46
  gosh,
• 18:47
  Hazmat
• 18:48
  cleanup
• 18:48
  on
• 18:48
  a
• 18:49
  quarter
• 18:50
  acre
• 18:50
  lot.
• 18:50
  And
• 18:51
  to
• 18:51
  get
• 18:51
  that
• 18:51
  out
• 18:51
  of
• 18:51
  there,
• 18:52
  no
• 18:52
  matter
• 18:52
  what
• 18:53
  old
• 18:53
  house,
• 18:53
  you
• 18:53
  got
• 18:54
  asbestos.
• 18:55
  I'm
• 18:55
  just
• 18:55
  shaking
• 18:56
  my
• 18:56
  head
• 18:56
  going,
• 18:57
  oh,
• 18:58
  there's
• 18:58
  just
• 18:58
  dollar
• 18:59
  signs
• 18:59
  ringing
• 19:00
  before
• 19:00
  they
• 19:00
  even
• 19:01
  clean
• 19:01
  up
• 19:01
  the
• 19:01
  lot.
• 19:02
  So
• 19:02
  when
• 19:02
  we,
• 19:03
  you
• 19:03
  know,
• 19:03
  when
• 19:03
  we
• 19:03
  started
• 19:04
  getting
• 19:04
  these
• 19:04
  calls
• 19:05
  in
• 19:05
  California,
• 19:05
  I
• 19:06
  started
• 19:06
  looking
• 19:06
  into
• 19:06
  all
• 19:06
  of
• 19:06
  it.
• 19:07
  We
• 19:07
  actually
• 19:07
  have
• 19:07
  commercials
• 19:08
  running
• 19:08
  on
• 19:08
  Fox
• 19:09
  and
• 19:09
  the
• 19:10
  influx
• 19:10
  of
• 19:10
  calls
• 19:11
  after
• 19:11
  a
• 19:11
  couple
• 19:12
  weeks,
• 19:12
  it
• 19:12
  was
• 19:12
  easy
• 19:12
  to
• 19:13
  see
• 19:13
  that
• 19:13
  who's
• 19:14
  going
• 19:14
  to
• 19:14
  make
• 19:14
  money
• 19:14
  or
• 19:15
  in
• 19:15
  that
• 19:15
  area.
• 19:15
  That's
• 19:15
  opportunity.
• 19:16
  Obviously
• 19:16
  it's
• 19:16
  a
• 19:17
  huge
• 19:17
  loss,
• 19:17
  but
• 19:17
  opportunity
• 19:18
  for
• 19:18
  a
• 19:18
  lot
• 19:18
  of
• 19:18
  those
• 19:19
  hazardous
• 19:19
  removal.
• 19:19
  The
• 19:20
  debris
• 19:20
  removal
• 19:20
  companies,
• 19:22
  which
• 19:22
  is
• 19:22
  very
• 19:22
  profitable
• 19:23
  because
• 19:23
  that's
• 19:23
  going
• 19:23
  to
• 19:23
  be
• 19:24
  needed.
• 19:24
  And
• 19:24
  then
• 19:25
  contractors,
• 19:26
  developers,
• 19:26
  because
• 19:27
  for
• 19:27
  PAs
• 19:28
  like
• 19:28
  Florida,
• 19:29
  unless
• 19:29
  someone
• 19:29
  has
• 19:30
  the
• 19:30
  right
• 19:30
  insurance,
• 19:30
  which
• 19:31
  only
• 19:31
  a
• 19:31
  small
• 19:32
  percentage
• 19:33
  do,
• 19:33
  there's
• 19:34
  really
• 19:34
  going
• 19:34
  to
• 19:34
  be.
• 19:35
  There's
• 19:35
  no
• 19:35
  need
• 19:36
  for
• 19:36
  a
• 19:36
  PA
• 19:36
  to
• 19:36
  come
• 19:37
  in.
• 19:37
  Yeah,
• 19:38
  unfortunately.
• 19:38
  And
• 19:38
  it
• 19:39
  makes.
• 19:39
  Because
• 19:39
  if
• 19:39
  you
• 19:39
  don't
• 19:40
  have
• 19:40
  fire
• 19:40
  coverage
• 19:40
  or
• 19:40
  you
• 19:41
  don't
• 19:41
  have
• 19:41
  the
• 19:41
  right
• 19:41
  coverage
• 19:41
  and
• 19:42
  you're
• 19:42
  just,
• 19:42
  you're
• 19:42
  out
• 19:42
  of
• 19:43
  luck.
• 19:43
  You're
• 19:43
  out
• 19:43
  of
• 19:43
  luck.
• 19:44
  Yeah,
• 19:44
  it
• 19:44
  stinks,
• 19:45
  man.
• 19:45
  When
• 19:45
  people
• 19:45
  are
• 19:45
  calling
• 19:46
  you
• 19:46
  saying,
• 19:46
  hey,
• 19:46
  we
• 19:46
  have
• 19:46
  a
• 19:46
  four
• 19:47
  million
• 19:47
  dollar
• 19:47
  loss
• 19:47
  and
• 19:48
  you
• 19:48
  don't
• 19:48
  have
• 19:48
  Fire
• 19:48
  coverage
• 19:49
  or
• 19:49
  you
• 19:49
  have
• 19:49
  a
• 19:49
  million
• 19:49
  dollars
• 19:50
  worth
• 19:50
  of
• 19:50
  coverage.
• 19:51
  It
• 19:51
  stinks.
• 19:52
  Yeah.
• 19:53
  Now
• 19:53
  you're
• 19:53
  moving
• 19:53
  out
• 19:53
  of
• 19:53
  town
• 19:54
  and
• 19:54
  hopefully
• 19:54
  getting
• 19:54
  something
• 19:55
  out
• 19:55
  of
• 19:55
  the
• 19:55
  lot
• 19:55
  and
• 19:56
  trying
• 19:56
  to
• 19:56
  recover
• 19:56
  which
• 19:57
  nobody
• 19:57
  wants
• 19:58
  to
• 19:58
  deal
• 19:58
  with.
• 19:59
  And
• 19:59
  that's
• 19:59
  just
• 19:59
  absolutely
• 20:00
  brutal.
• 20:01
  And.
• 20:01
  Yeah.
• 20:02
  And
• 20:02
  now
• 20:02
  here's
• 20:03
  the
• 20:03
  other
• 20:03
  question
• 20:03
  that
• 20:03
  I
• 20:04
  have
• 20:04
  too.
• 20:04
  Like
• 20:04
  in
• 20:05
  great
• 20:05
  example,
• 20:06
  Southern
• 20:06
  California,
• 20:07
  you've
• 20:08
  got
• 20:08
  a
• 20:08
  whole
• 20:08
  area
• 20:08
  there
• 20:09
  that
• 20:10
  I
• 20:10
  think
• 20:10
  in
• 20:11
  my
• 20:11
  opinion,
• 20:11
  we'll
• 20:12
  see
• 20:12
  if
• 20:12
  I'm
• 20:12
  right
• 20:12
  or
• 20:12
  wrong
• 20:13
  with
• 20:13
  that.
• 20:14
  I
• 20:14
  don't
• 20:14
  think
• 20:14
  anybody's
• 20:15
  moving
• 20:15
  back
• 20:15
  into
• 20:16
  a
• 20:16
  house
• 20:16
  in
• 20:16
  there
• 20:16
  within
• 20:16
  two
• 20:17
  years
• 20:17
  because
• 20:17
  you've
• 20:18
  got
• 20:18
  all
• 20:19
  of
• 20:19
  the
• 20:19
  code
• 20:19
  issues.
• 20:19
  You've
• 20:20
  got
• 20:20
  a
• 20:20
  code
• 20:20
  department
• 20:21
  that's
• 20:21
  going
• 20:21
  to
• 20:21
  be
• 20:22
  super
• 20:23
  overwhelmed.
• 20:24
  You've
• 20:24
  got
• 20:24
  all
• 20:25
  the,
• 20:26
  everything
• 20:26
  from
• 20:26
  a
• 20:26
  coastal
• 20:27
  commission
• 20:27
  to
• 20:28
  all
• 20:28
  these
• 20:28
  different
• 20:28
  things
• 20:29
  that
• 20:29
  the
• 20:29
  hoops
• 20:30
  are
• 20:30
  massive.
• 20:31
  And
• 20:32
  do
• 20:32
  people
• 20:33
  have
• 20:33
  insurance
• 20:33
  because
• 20:34
  you're
• 20:34
  still
• 20:34
  paying
• 20:34
  a
• 20:34
  mortgage
• 20:35
  many
• 20:35
  times,
• 20:35
  Right.
• 20:35
  If
• 20:36
  you
• 20:36
  got
• 20:36
  a
• 20:36
  small
• 20:37
  $2
• 20:37
  million
• 20:38
  house
• 20:38
  in
• 20:38
  Pacific
• 20:38
  Palisades,
• 20:40
  okay,
• 20:40
  you're
• 20:40
  paying
• 20:41
  a
• 20:41
  huge
• 20:41
  mortgage.
• 20:42
  Your
• 20:42
  house
• 20:42
  doesn't
• 20:43
  exist
• 20:43
  and
• 20:44
  now
• 20:44
  you're
• 20:44
  paying
• 20:45
  a
• 20:45
  rental
• 20:45
  for
• 20:46
  two
• 20:46
  years.
• 20:46
  Yeah.
• 20:46
  You
• 20:47
  just,
• 20:47
  that's
• 20:47
  gotta
• 20:48
  be
• 20:48
  just
• 20:48
  massive.
• 20:49
  You
• 20:49
  just
• 20:49
  said
• 20:49
  it.
• 20:49
  That's
• 20:50
  perfect.
• 20:50
  So
• 20:50
  let's
• 20:50
  just
• 20:51
  say
• 20:51
  you
• 20:51
  do
• 20:51
  have
• 20:51
  insurance,
• 20:52
  right.
• 20:52
  And
• 20:53
  they're
• 20:53
  going
• 20:53
  to
• 20:53
  pay
• 20:53
  you
• 20:53
  the
• 20:53
  damage
• 20:54
  for
• 20:54
  the
• 20:54
  home.
• 20:54
  Great.
• 20:55
  So
• 20:55
  you're
• 20:56
  going
• 20:56
  to,
• 20:56
  you're
• 20:56
  going
• 20:56
  to
• 20:56
  get
• 20:56
  money
• 20:56
  for
• 20:57
  the
• 20:57
  home,
• 20:57
  personal
• 20:57
  property
• 20:58
  and
• 20:58
  then
• 20:58
  you're
• 20:58
  going
• 20:58
  to
• 20:58
  have
• 20:59
  money
• 20:59
  to
• 20:59
  relocate
• 20:59
  to
• 21:00
  live
• 21:00
  somewhere.
• 21:01
  Who's
• 21:01
  going
• 21:01
  to
• 21:01
  pay
• 21:01
  for
• 21:02
  your
• 21:02
  mortgage
• 21:02
  because
• 21:02
  your
• 21:03
  insurance
• 21:03
  doesn't
• 21:03
  cover
• 21:03
  your
• 21:04
  mortgage.
• 21:05
  And
• 21:05
  now
• 21:06
  like
• 21:06
  you
• 21:06
  said
• 21:06
  with
• 21:07
  all
• 21:07
  those
• 21:07
  hoops
• 21:08
  and
• 21:08
  dragging

• 24:28
  well,

  we've

  talking

• 24:34
  He's

  guy
• 24:35
  that
• 24:35
  goes
• 24:35
  out
• 24:35
  there
• 24:36
  and
• 24:36
  helps
• 24:36
  you
• 24:37
  navigate
• 24:37
  all
• 24:38
  those
• 24:38
  insurance
• 24:38
  claim
• 24:39
  issues.
• 24:39
  And
• 24:39
  there's
• 24:40
  a
• 24:40
  lot
• 24:40
  to
• 24:40
  learn.
• 24:40
  Now
• 24:40
  let's
• 24:41
  get
• 24:41
  back
• 24:41
  to
• 24:41
  that
• 24:41
  conversation.
• 24:42
  I'll
• 24:42
  be
• 24:42
  honest,
• 24:42
  I
• 24:43
  usually
• 24:43
  don't
• 24:44
  have
• 24:44
  much
• 24:44
  faith
• 24:44
  in
• 24:44
  the
• 24:45
  system.
• 24:45
  When
• 24:45
  the
• 24:45
  government
• 24:45
  goes,
• 24:46
  we
• 24:46
  got
• 24:46
  you,
• 24:47
  we're
• 24:47
  gonna
• 24:47
  make
• 24:47
  it
• 24:47
  easy.
• 24:47
  Trust
• 24:48
  us.
• 24:48
  Yeah.
• 24:49
  I'm
• 24:49
  like,
• 24:49
  yeah,
• 24:49
  especially
• 24:50
  when
• 24:50
  they
• 24:50
  say
• 24:51
  trust
• 24:51
  us.
• 24:51
  That's
• 24:51
  when
• 24:51
  you're
• 24:52
  like,
• 24:52
  oh,
• 24:53
  yeah,
• 24:53
  okay.
• 24:54
  All
• 24:54
  right.
• 24:55
  So
• 24:55
  when
• 24:55
  they
• 24:55
  say
• 24:55
  that,
• 24:55
  I
• 24:56
  go,
• 24:56
  oh,
• 24:56
  dang.
• 24:57
  Revised.
• 24:58
  It's
• 24:58
  gonna
• 24:58
  be
• 24:59
  three
• 24:59
  years
• 24:59
  instead
• 24:59
  of
• 24:59
  two
• 25:00
  because
• 25:01
  you
• 25:01
  just
• 25:01
  know.
• 25:02
  And
• 25:02
  then
• 25:02
  are
• 25:03
  they
• 25:03
  gonna
• 25:03
  even
• 25:04
  latch
• 25:04
  some
• 25:04
  of
• 25:04
  those
• 25:05
  expensive
• 25:05
  ones
• 25:06
  that
• 25:06
  were
• 25:06
  on
• 25:06
  the
• 25:06
  other
• 25:06
  side
• 25:07
  of
• 25:07
  the
• 25:07
  highway
• 25:07
  on
• 25:07
  the
• 25:07
  beach
• 25:08
  side?
• 25:08
  Are
• 25:09
  they
• 25:09
  going
• 25:09
  to
• 25:09
  let
• 25:09
  them
• 25:09
  build
• 25:10
  back?
• 25:10
  Are
• 25:10
  they
• 25:11
  just
• 25:11
  going
• 25:11
  to
• 25:11
  go,
• 25:12
  nah,
• 25:12
  we're
• 25:12
  not
• 25:12
  letting
• 25:12
  you
• 25:13
  build
• 25:13
  there
• 25:13
  anymore.
• 25:13
  And
• 25:13
  we're
• 25:14
  going
• 25:14
  to
• 25:14
  see
• 25:14
  some
• 25:14
  of
• 25:14
  that,
• 25:14
  I'm
• 25:15
  sure.
• 25:15
  And
• 25:16
  yeah,
• 25:16
  I
• 25:16
  think
• 25:17
  it's
• 25:17
  going
• 25:17
  to
• 25:17
  be
• 25:17
  rough
• 25:17
  down
• 25:17
  there,
• 25:18
  but
• 25:18
  I
• 25:18
  feel
• 25:18
  bad
• 25:19
  even
• 25:20
  for
• 25:20
  any
• 25:20
  homeowner
• 25:21
  out
• 25:21
  there.
• 25:21
  And
• 25:21
  I
• 25:21
  know
• 25:21
  there's
• 25:21
  people
• 25:22
  out
• 25:22
  there
• 25:22
  going,
• 25:22
  oh,
• 25:22
  they
• 25:23
  deserve
• 25:23
  it,
• 25:23
  they're
• 25:23
  rich.
• 25:23
  But
• 25:24
  guess
• 25:24
  what,
• 25:24
  they're
• 25:24
  out
• 25:25
  there
• 25:25
  trying
• 25:26
  to
• 25:26
  live
• 25:26
  too,
• 25:26
  and
• 25:27
  everything.
• 25:28
  Yeah.
• 25:29
  No,
• 25:29
  and
• 25:29
  the
• 25:30
  other
• 25:30
  thing
• 25:30
  is,
• 25:30
  too
• 25:30
  is
• 25:31
  how
• 25:31
  many
• 25:32
  people
• 25:32
  and.
• 25:32
  And
• 25:33
  this
• 25:33
  is
• 25:33
  for
• 25:33
  the
• 25:33
  audience
• 25:34
  out
• 25:34
  there.
• 25:34
  Did
• 25:35
  you
• 25:35
  double
• 25:35
  pay
• 25:35
  your
• 25:36
  mortgage
• 25:36
  for
• 25:37
  two
• 25:37
  years?
• 25:38
  Are
• 25:38
  you
• 25:38
  set
• 25:38
  up
• 25:39
  for
• 25:39
  that?
• 25:40
  And
• 25:40
  the
• 25:40
  insurance
• 25:41
  company
• 25:41
  is
• 25:41
  not
• 25:41
  going
• 25:41
  to
• 25:41
  be
• 25:41
  paying
• 25:42
  the
• 25:42
  full
• 25:42
  meal
• 25:42
  deal
• 25:43
  for
• 25:43
  your
• 25:43
  rental
• 25:43
  for
• 25:44
  two
• 25:44
  years.
• 25:44
  I
• 25:45
  don't
• 25:45
  think
• 25:45
  you've
• 25:45
  got
• 25:45
  that
• 25:46
  coverage.
• 25:46
  Something
• 25:46
  we
• 25:47
  do
• 25:47
  with
• 25:47
  Ale
• 25:47
  coverage
• 25:48
  is
• 25:48
  we
• 25:48
  try
• 25:48
  getting
• 25:49
  that
• 25:49
  paid
• 25:50
  up
• 25:50
  front,
• 25:50
  try
• 25:51
  getting
• 25:51
  that
• 25:51
  extended
• 25:51
  as
• 25:51
  much
• 25:52
  as
• 25:52
  we
• 25:52
  can
• 25:52
  and
• 25:52
  we
• 25:52
  try
• 25:53
  getting
• 25:53
  that
• 25:53
  ale
• 25:53
  money
• 25:54
  to
• 25:54
  our
• 25:54
  clients
• 25:54
  pockets
• 25:55
  instead
• 25:55
  of
• 25:55
  vendors
• 25:56
  so
• 25:56
  then
• 25:56
  hopefully
• 25:56
  they
• 25:57
  can
• 25:57
  get
• 25:57
  a
• 25:57
  rental
• 25:57
  maybe
• 25:58
  for
• 25:58
  cheaper
• 25:58
  and
• 25:58
  still
• 25:58
  have
• 25:59
  some
• 25:59
  of
• 25:59
  that
• 25:59
  money
• 25:59
  to
• 25:59
  pay
• 25:59
  them
• 26:00
  or.
• 26:00
  Right.
• 26:01
  We
• 26:01
  try
• 26:01
  to
• 26:01
  be
• 26:02
  creative
• 26:02
  and
• 26:02
  most
• 26:03
  people
• 26:03
  don't
• 26:03
  know,
• 26:03
  but
• 26:03
  there's
• 26:04
  ways
• 26:04
  to
• 26:04
  be
• 26:04
  creative
• 26:04
  with
• 26:05
  coverages
• 26:05
  and
• 26:05
  get
• 26:05
  that
• 26:06
  money
• 26:06
  and
• 26:06
  help
• 26:07
  clients.
• 26:07
  So
• 26:07
  even
• 26:08
  in
• 26:08
  that,
• 26:08
  I
• 26:08
  just
• 26:09
  know
• 26:09
  our
• 26:09
  efforts
• 26:09
  and
• 26:09
  what
• 26:10
  we
• 26:10
  do
• 26:10
  and
• 26:10
  just
• 26:10
  that
• 26:11
  little
• 26:11
  thing
• 26:11
  knowing
• 26:12
  that,
• 26:12
  hey,
• 26:13
  this
• 26:13
  family
• 26:13
  is
• 26:13
  going
• 26:13
  to
• 26:13
  be
• 26:14
  out
• 26:14
  of
• 26:14
  their
• 26:14
  home,
• 26:15
  not
• 26:15
  only
• 26:15
  are
• 26:16
  they
• 26:16
  going
• 26:16
  to
• 26:16
  be
• 26:16
  out
• 26:17
  spending
• 26:17
  more
• 26:18
  and,
• 26:18
  and
• 26:18
  all
• 26:18
  that.
• 26:19
  Well,
• 26:19
  now
• 26:20
  the
• 26:20
  mortgage
• 26:20
  is
• 26:20
  there
• 26:21
  and
• 26:21
  the
• 26:21
  bills,
• 26:22
  they're
• 26:22
  paying
• 26:22
  bills
• 26:22
  on
• 26:23
  both
• 26:23
  the
• 26:23
  rental
• 26:24
  that
• 26:24
  they're
• 26:24
  going
• 26:24
  to
• 26:24
  have
• 26:25
  and
• 26:25
  their
• 26:25
  old
• 26:25
  home.
• 26:26
  So
• 26:27
  yeah,
• 26:27
  it's.
• 26:27
  I
• 26:27
  can't
• 26:28
  imagine.
• 26:28
  Yeah.
• 26:29
  And
• 26:29
  even
• 26:29
  in
• 26:30
  my
• 26:30
  area
• 26:30
  here,
• 26:30
  we're
• 26:30
  not
• 26:30
  talking
• 26:31
  wildfire,
• 26:31
  we're
• 26:31
  not
• 26:32
  talking
• 26:32
  hurricanes,
• 26:32
  we're
• 26:33
  not
• 26:33
  talking
• 26:33
  floods,
• 26:33
  but
• 26:34
  we
• 26:34
  had
• 26:34
  an
• 26:35
  ice
• 26:35
  storm
• 26:35
  here
• 26:36
  and
• 26:36
  a
• 26:36
  house
• 26:37
  up
• 26:37
  the
• 26:37
  street
• 26:38
  around
• 26:38
  the
• 26:38
  corner,
• 26:39
  about
• 26:39
  10
• 26:39
  houses,
• 26:40
  three
• 26:40
  big

• 26:43
  trees
• 26:44
  landed
• 26:44
  on
• 26:44
  the
• 26:45
  house.
• 26:46
  But
• 26:46
  it
• 26:46
  didn't
• 26:46
  like
• 26:47
  karate
• 26:47
  chop
• 26:47
  it
• 26:47
  down
• 26:48
  the
• 26:48
  middle.
• 26:48
  It
• 26:48
  actually
• 26:48
  hit
• 26:49
  right
• 26:49
  on
• 26:49
  the
• 26:49
  edge
• 26:49
  of
• 26:49
  the
• 26:50
  eaves
• 26:50
  and
• 26:51
  took
• 26:51
  the
• 26:51
  whole
• 26:51
  roof
• 26:52
  system
• 26:53
  and
• 26:53
  popped
• 26:53
  it
• 26:53
  up
• 26:54
  like
• 26:54
  you
• 26:54
  had
• 26:54
  opened
• 26:55
  up
• 26:55
  a
• 26:56
  can
• 26:56
  of
• 26:57
  soup
• 26:57
  and
• 26:58
  dropped
• 26:58
  it
• 26:58
  back
• 26:58
  down
• 26:59
  again.
• 27:00
  And
• 27:00
  they
• 27:00
  had
• 27:00
  to
• 27:00
  reframe
• 27:01
  the
• 27:01
  upper
• 27:02
  floors
• 27:02
  of
• 27:03
  that
• 27:03
  house.
• 27:03
  And
• 27:03
  I'm
• 27:04
  talking
• 27:04
  a
• 27:05
  1800
• 27:05
  square
• 27:06
  foot
• 27:06
  builder
• 27:06
  grade
• 27:07
  typical
• 27:08
  residential
• 27:09
  house.
• 27:10
  It
• 27:10
  took
• 27:10
  them
• 27:10
  a
• 27:11
  year
• 27:11
  before
• 27:11
  they
• 27:12
  moved
• 27:12
  in
• 27:12
  to
• 27:12
  that
• 27:13
  place.
• 27:14
  And
• 27:14
  they
• 27:14
  didn't
• 27:14
  have
• 27:15
  a
• 27:15
  fire,
• 27:15
  they
• 27:15
  didn't
• 27:16
  have
• 27:16
  a
• 27:16
  flood.
• 27:17
  It
• 27:17
  was
• 27:17
  just
• 27:18
  getting
• 27:18
  in
• 27:18
  there
• 27:19
  and
• 27:19
  getting
• 27:20
  that
• 27:20
  place
• 27:20
  built
• 27:21
  back
• 27:21
  up.
• 27:21
  But
• 27:21
  there
• 27:21
  was
• 27:22
  so
• 27:22
  much
• 27:22
  structural
• 27:23
  damage,
• 27:24
  it
• 27:24
  took
• 27:24
  them
• 27:24
  like
• 27:25
  12
• 27:25
  and
• 27:25
  a
• 27:25
  half
• 27:25
  months
• 27:26
  before
• 27:26
  I
• 27:26
  saw
• 27:26
  the
• 27:26
  moving
• 27:27
  truck
• 27:27
  back
• 27:27
  in
• 27:27
  there
• 27:27
  again.
• 27:28
  And
• 27:29
  that
• 27:29
  was
• 27:29
  pretty
• 27:29
  minor
• 27:30
  compared
• 27:30
  to
• 27:31
  the
• 27:31
  mass
• 27:32
  disasters
• 27:33
  we've
• 27:33
  been
• 27:33
  seeing.
• 27:33
  So
• 27:33
  I
• 27:33
  think
• 27:34
  it's
• 27:34
  something
• 27:34
  that
• 27:34
  really,
• 27:34
  people
• 27:34
  should
• 27:35
  start
• 27:35
  asking
• 27:36
  their,
• 27:37
  and
• 27:37
  really
• 27:37
  sending
• 27:38
  their
• 27:38
  policies
• 27:38
  over
• 27:39
  to
• 27:39
  somebody
• 27:39
  like
• 27:39
  you
• 27:40
  to
• 27:40
  take
• 27:40
  a
• 27:40
  look
• 27:40
  and
• 27:40
  go,
• 27:41
  this
• 27:41
  is
• 27:42
  something
• 27:42
  that
• 27:42
  really
• 27:43
  could
• 27:43
  happen.
• 27:43
  I've
• 27:44
  got
• 27:44
  a
• 27:44
  winter
• 27:44
  storm
• 27:44
  out
• 27:44
  here
• 27:45
  right
• 27:45
  now
• 27:45
  with
• 27:45
  40
• 27:45
  mile
• 27:45
  an
• 27:46
  hour
• 27:46
  winds
• 27:46
  and
• 27:46
  blowing
• 27:46
  snow,
• 27:47
  first
• 27:47
  one
• 27:48
  of
• 27:48
  the
• 27:48
  season.
• 27:48
  And
• 27:48
  I
• 27:48
  was
• 27:49
  in
• 27:49
  the
• 27:49
  middle
• 27:49
  of
• 27:49
  the
• 27:49
  night
• 27:49
  last
• 27:49
  night
• 27:50
  hearing
• 27:50
  cracks,
• 27:50
  going,
• 27:51
  okay,
• 27:52
  wasn't
• 27:52
  my
• 27:52
  house.
• 27:52
  Yeah.
• 27:53
  And
• 27:53
  I
• 27:53
  think
• 27:53
  that's
• 27:53
  a
• 27:54
  great
• 27:54
  thing
• 27:54
  for
• 27:54
  people
• 27:55
  to
• 27:55
  follow
• 27:55
  up
• 27:55
  and
• 27:55
  go,
• 27:56
  hey,
• 27:56
  am
• 27:56
  I
• 27:57
  covered
• 27:57
  for
• 27:57
  this?
• 27:57
  Actually
• 27:58
  funny.
• 27:58
  So
• 27:58
  just
• 27:59
  funny
• 27:59
  question,
• 27:59
  when
• 28:00
  you,
• 28:00
  if
• 28:00
  you
• 28:00
  have
• 28:00
  a
• 28:01
  storm,
• 28:01
  raining,
• 28:01
  thunderstorm
• 28:02
  and
• 28:02
  you're
• 28:03
  at
• 28:03
  sleep
• 28:03
  at
• 28:03
  night,
• 28:03
  can
• 28:03
  you
• 28:04
  sleep
• 28:04
  or
• 28:04
  are
• 28:04
  you
• 28:05
  thinking
• 28:05
  is
• 28:05
  there
• 28:05
  a
• 28:06
  leak
• 28:06
  somewhere?
• 28:06
  Because
• 28:06
  I,
• 28:07
  I
• 28:07
  think
• 28:07
  about,
• 28:08
  I'm
• 28:08
  trying
• 28:08
  to
• 28:08
  fall
• 28:08
  asleep,
• 28:09
  I
• 28:09
  can't
• 28:09
  sleep.
• 28:09
  Oh,
• 28:10
  we
• 28:10
  had
• 28:10
  our
• 28:11
  winds
• 28:11
  and
• 28:11
  it
• 28:11
  sounded
• 28:11
  like
• 28:11
  somebody
• 28:12
  was
• 28:12
  outside
• 28:12
  my
• 28:13
  bedroom
• 28:13
  window
• 28:14
  taking
• 28:15
  a
• 28:15
  two
• 28:15
  by
• 28:15
  six
• 28:16
  and
• 28:16
  breaking
• 28:16
  it.
• 28:17
  And
• 28:18
  I
• 28:18
  could
• 28:18
  hear
• 28:18
  the
• 28:19
  branches
• 28:19
  landing
• 28:20
  in
• 28:20
  the
• 28:20
  neighborhood
• 28:20
  around
• 28:21
  me
• 28:21
  and
• 28:21
  you
• 28:21
  hear
• 28:21
  that
• 28:22
  crack
• 28:22
  and
• 28:23
  then
• 28:23
  you
• 28:23
  go
• 28:24
  wince,
• 28:25
  bunk.
• 28:25
  Okay.
• 28:26
  Didn't
• 28:26
  land
• 28:26
  on
• 28:26
  a
• 28:26
  car
• 28:26
  or
• 28:27
  my
• 28:27
  house
• 28:27
  or
• 28:27
  even
• 28:28
  the
• 28:28
  fence.
• 28:28
  All
• 28:29
  right.
• 28:29
  Landed
• 28:29
  in
• 28:29
  somebody's
• 28:30
  yard.
• 28:30
  And
• 28:31
  that
• 28:31
  happens
• 28:31
  all
• 28:31
  night
• 28:32
  long.
• 28:32
  And
• 28:32
  so
• 28:32
  yeah,
• 28:32
  it's
• 28:33
  the
• 28:33
  worst
• 28:33
  sleep
• 28:34
  you
• 28:34
  can
• 28:34
  get
• 28:34
  because
• 28:34
  you're
• 28:34
  just
• 28:35
  waking
• 28:35
  up
• 28:35
  all
• 28:35
  the
• 28:35
  time
• 28:35
  going,
• 28:36
  okay,
• 28:37
  we're
• 28:37
  good.
• 28:37
  So
• 28:38
  we
• 28:38
  had
• 28:38
  a
• 28:38
  tornado
• 28:38
  warning
• 28:39
  last
• 28:40
  year
• 28:40
  and
• 28:40
  I
• 28:40
  remember
• 28:41
  I'm
• 28:41
  hearing
• 28:41
  the
• 28:42
  sirens,
• 28:42
  I
• 28:42
  feel
• 28:42
  like
• 28:43
  the
• 28:43
  house
• 28:43
  is
• 28:43
  shaking.
• 28:44
  I'm
• 28:44
  like,
• 28:44
  oh,
• 28:44
  this
• 28:45
  house.
• 28:45
  What
• 28:45
  about
• 28:45
  the
• 28:46
  other
• 28:46
  rentals
• 28:46
  we
• 28:46
  have
• 28:46
  in
• 28:47
  that
• 28:47
  area?
• 28:47
  And
• 28:47
  I
• 28:48
  look
• 28:48
  at
• 28:48
  my
• 28:48
  wife,
• 28:48
  I'm
• 28:48
  like,
• 28:48
  hey,
• 28:48
  maybe
• 28:49
  we
• 28:49
  should,
• 28:49
  maybe
• 28:49
  we
• 28:49
  should
• 28:49
  go
• 28:49
  downstairs,
• 28:50
  go
• 28:51
  to
• 28:51
  sleep.
• 28:51
  They
• 28:51
  always
• 28:52
  do
• 28:52
  this.
• 28:52
  Oh
• 28:52
  my
• 28:52
  God.
• 28:53
  Oh
• 28:53
  My
• 28:53
  God,
• 28:54
  I'm
• 28:54
  sweating
• 28:54
  in
• 28:55
  bed.
• 28:55
  Exactly.
• 28:56
  So
• 28:57
  exactly.
• 28:58
  Yeah.
• 28:58
  I
• 28:58
  was
• 28:58
  out
• 28:59
  in.
• 28:59
  Funny
• 29:00
  story
• 29:00
  that
• 29:00
  I
• 29:00
  was
• 29:00
  out
• 29:00
  in
• 29:00
  North
• 29:01
  Carolina
• 29:01
  visiting
• 29:01
  somebody
• 29:02
  20
• 29:02
  years
• 29:02
  ago,
• 29:02
  friend
• 29:03
  of
• 29:03
  a
• 29:03
  friend,
• 29:03
  and
• 29:04
  thought,
• 29:04
  hey,
• 29:04
  I
• 29:04
  didn't.
• 29:05
  I
• 29:05
  had
• 29:05
  never
• 29:05
  been
• 29:05
  there
• 29:05
  before.
• 29:06
  So
• 29:06
  I
• 29:06
  popped
• 29:06
  out
• 29:06
  there.
• 29:07
  Single
• 29:08
  story
• 29:08
  slab
• 29:08
  on
• 29:09
  Grade
• 29:09
  House
• 29:09
  and
• 29:10
  tornado
• 29:11
  sirens
• 29:12
  are
• 29:12
  going
• 29:12
  off
• 29:13
  and
• 29:14
  we're
• 29:14
  barbecuing
• 29:15
  under
• 29:15
  their
• 29:16
  carport
• 29:16
  because
• 29:17
  it
• 29:17
  was
• 29:17
  so
• 29:17
  wet
• 29:18
  and
• 29:18
  stormy.
• 29:19
  We're
• 29:19
  watching
• 29:20
  two
• 29:20
  blocks
• 29:20
  over
• 29:20
  the
• 29:20
  tornado
• 29:21
  go.
• 29:22
  I'm
• 29:22
  like,
• 29:22
  should
• 29:22
  we
• 29:22
  go
• 29:22
  in?
• 29:22
  He
• 29:23
  goes,
• 29:23
  nah,
• 29:24
  I
• 29:24
  don't
• 29:24
  have
• 29:24
  a
• 29:24
  basement.
• 29:25
  If
• 29:25
  it's
• 29:25
  gonna
• 29:25
  take
• 29:25
  us,
• 29:25
  it's
• 29:26
  gonna
• 29:26
  take
• 29:26
  us.
• 29:27
  You
• 29:28
  want
• 29:28
  to
• 29:28
  flip
• 29:28
  the
• 29:28
  burgers?
• 29:29
  And
• 29:29
  I'm
• 29:29
  like,
• 29:29
  oh,
• 29:29
  this
• 29:29
  is
• 29:30
  such
• 29:30
  a
• 29:30
  bad
• 29:30
  idea.
• 29:31
  Bad
• 29:31
  idea
• 29:32
  at
• 29:32
  a
• 29:32
  front
• 29:32
  row
• 29:32
  seat.
• 29:33
  And
• 29:33
  I'm
• 29:33
  like,
• 29:33
  is
• 29:33
  there
• 29:33
  another
• 29:33
  one?
• 29:34
  He
• 29:34
  goes,
• 29:34
  usually
• 29:35
  there's
• 29:35
  not
• 29:35
  two.
• 29:35
  And
• 29:36
  I'm
• 29:36
  like,
• 29:36
  usually,
• 29:38
  yeah.
• 29:38
  Blew
• 29:39
  my
• 29:39
  mind.
• 29:39
  I'm
• 29:39
  like,
• 29:39
  all
• 29:39
  right.
• 29:39
  Maybe
• 29:40
  that's
• 29:40
  why
• 29:40
  you're
• 29:40
  in
• 29:40
  the
• 29:40
  Marines
• 29:41
  and
• 29:41
  I'm
• 29:41
  not.
• 29:42
  He
• 29:42
  wasn't
• 29:42
  sweating
• 29:42
  it.
• 29:43
  I
• 29:43
  was.
• 29:44
  But
• 29:44
  getting
• 29:44
  back
• 29:44
  to.
• 29:45
  It's
• 29:45
  crazy.
• 29:46
  Yeah.
• 29:46
  Having
• 29:46
  us
• 29:47
  review
• 29:47
  policies.
• 29:47
  We
• 29:47
  don't
• 29:48
  charge
• 29:48
  clients,
• 29:48
  right?
• 29:49
  Like,
• 29:49
  we.
• 29:49
  When
• 29:49
  we
• 29:49
  go
• 29:49
  on
• 29:50
  podcasts
• 29:50
  or
• 29:50
  we
• 29:51
  go
• 29:51
  on
• 29:51
  any
• 29:51
  shows,
• 29:52
  we
• 29:52
  always.
• 29:52
  First
• 29:52
  thing
• 29:53
  I
• 29:53
  always
• 29:53
  hear
• 29:53
  any
• 29:53
  of
• 29:54
  my
• 29:54
  colleagues
• 29:54
  that
• 29:54
  go
• 29:54
  on
• 29:55
  is,
• 29:55
  hey,
• 29:55
  we
• 29:56
  interpret
• 29:56
  policies
• 29:57
  and
• 29:57
  look
• 29:57
  over
• 29:58
  deck
• 29:58
  pages
• 29:58
  and
• 29:58
  insurance
• 29:59
  for
• 29:59
  free.
• 30:00
  Just
• 30:00
  because
• 30:00
  we
• 30:00
  know
• 30:01
  if
• 30:01
  we
• 30:01
  look
• 30:01
  over
• 30:01
  your
• 30:01
  policy
• 30:02
  or
• 30:02
  help
• 30:02
  you
• 30:02
  out
• 30:02
  and
• 30:03
  something
• 30:03
  does
• 30:03
  happen,
• 30:04
  you'll
• 30:04
  have
• 30:04
  us
• 30:04
  in
• 30:04
  mind.
• 30:05
  If
• 30:05
  not,
• 30:05
  no
• 30:05
  big
• 30:05
  deal.
• 30:06
  But
• 30:06
  it
• 30:06
  takes
• 30:06
  a
• 30:06
  couple
• 30:06
  of
• 30:07
  minutes
• 30:07
  for
• 30:07
  us
• 30:07
  to
• 30:07
  do
• 30:07
  it.
• 30:08
  So
• 30:08
  we
• 30:08
  do
• 30:08
  it
• 30:08
  as
• 30:09
  free
• 30:09
  of
• 30:09
  service,
• 30:09
  and
• 30:10
  most
• 30:10
  bas
• 30:10
  will
• 30:10
  do
• 30:10
  it.
• 30:11
  So
• 30:11
  people
• 30:11
  should
• 30:12
  definitely
• 30:12
  take
• 30:12
  advantage
• 30:12
  just
• 30:13
  to
• 30:13
  get
• 30:13
  a
• 30:13
  second
• 30:13
  opinion
• 30:14
  again.
• 30:14
  You
• 30:15
  never
• 30:15
  know.
• 30:15
  I
• 30:15
  guess
• 30:16
  no
• 30:16
  one
• 30:16
  thinks
• 30:16
  something's
• 30:17
  going
• 30:17
  to
• 30:17
  happen
• 30:17
  until
• 30:18
  it
• 30:18
  happens.
• 30:18
  Right?
• 30:19
  And
• 30:19
  then
• 30:19
  that's
• 30:19
  the
• 30:19
  call
• 30:19
  we
• 30:20
  get.
• 30:20
  Well,
• 30:20
  we've
• 30:20
  had
• 30:21
  them
• 30:21
  for
• 30:21
  30
• 30:21
  years
• 30:22
  and
• 30:22
  they're
• 30:22
  saying
• 30:23
  they're
• 30:23
  not
• 30:23
  paying
• 30:23
  for
• 30:24
  it.
• 30:24
  Doesn't
• 30:24
  matter.
• 30:25
  These
• 30:25
  days,
• 30:25
  everyone's
• 30:26
  a
• 30:26
  number.
• 30:26
  They
• 30:26
  don't
• 30:26
  care.
• 30:27
  Agents.
• 30:27
  An
• 30:27
  agent,
• 30:27
  he's
• 30:28
  a
• 30:28
  salesperson
• 30:29
  that
• 30:29
  the
• 30:29
  adjuster
• 30:30
  could
• 30:30
  care
• 30:30
  less.
• 30:30
  He's
• 30:31
  out
• 30:31
  of
• 30:31
  state.
• 30:31
  He
• 30:31
  wants
• 30:32
  to
• 30:32
  get
• 30:32
  home,
• 30:32
  back
• 30:32
  to
• 30:32
  his
• 30:33
  family.
• 30:33
  He
• 30:33
  gets
• 30:34
  paid,
• 30:34
  the
• 30:34
  quicker
• 30:34
  he
• 30:34
  gets
• 30:35
  out
• 30:35
  of
• 30:35
  your
• 30:35
  house.
• 30:35
  So
• 30:36
  unfortunately,
• 30:37
  they
• 30:37
  want
• 30:37
  to
• 30:37
  move
• 30:38
  on.
• 30:38
  Of
• 30:38
  course.
• 30:39
  Now
• 30:39
  I
• 30:39
  want
• 30:39
  to
• 30:39
  pivot
• 30:40
  here
• 30:40
  into
• 30:40
  another
• 30:40
  subject
• 30:41
  that
• 30:41
  I
• 30:41
  think
• 30:41
  is
• 30:41
  big.
• 30:42
  And
• 30:42
  it's
• 30:42
  something
• 30:42
  that
• 30:42
  we're
• 30:43
  getting
• 30:43
  more
• 30:43
  and
• 30:43
  more
• 30:44
  of
• 30:44
  out
• 30:44
  there,
• 30:45
  but
• 30:46
  mold
• 30:47
  and
• 30:47
  all
• 30:47
  the
• 30:47
  different
• 30:48
  problems
• 30:49
  that
• 30:49
  we
• 30:49
  have
• 30:49
  with
• 30:49
  unhealthy
• 30:50
  homes.
• 30:50
  And
• 30:51
  maybe
• 30:51
  it's
• 30:52
  a
• 30:52
  water
• 30:53
  leak
• 30:53
  that
• 30:53
  nobody
• 30:54
  Saw
• 30:54
  in
• 30:54
  the
• 30:54
  upstairs
• 30:55
  shower
• 30:55
  that
• 30:55
  came
• 30:56
  down.
• 30:57
  And
• 30:57
  all
• 30:57
  of
• 30:57
  a
• 30:57
  sudden,
• 30:58
  you're
• 30:58
  seeing
• 30:58
  claims
• 30:59
  from.
• 30:59
  That
• 30:59
  takes
• 31:00
  out
• 31:00
  an
• 31:00
  upstairs
• 31:01
  bathroom,
• 31:02
  and
• 31:02
  it
• 31:02
  went
• 31:02
  in
• 31:02
  behind
• 31:03
  the
• 31:03
  wall
• 31:03
  in
• 31:03
  the
• 31:03
  kitchen.
• 31:03
  And
• 31:04
  now
• 31:04
  you've
• 31:04
  got
• 31:04
  a
• 31:05
  master
• 31:05
  bathroom
• 31:06
  remodel
• 31:06
  and
• 31:06
  a
• 31:06
  kitchen
• 31:07
  remodel
• 31:07
  in
• 31:07
  there.
• 31:08
  And
• 31:09
  then
• 31:09
  they've
• 31:09
  got
• 31:09
  to
• 31:09
  abate
• 31:10
  all
• 31:10
  the
• 31:11
  different
• 31:11
  things.
• 31:11
  These
• 31:12
  are
• 31:12
  getting
• 31:12
  into
• 31:13
  multiple
• 31:14
  hundreds
• 31:14
  of
• 31:14
  thousands
• 31:14
  of
• 31:15
  dollar
• 31:15
  projects.
• 31:16
  When
• 31:16
  I
• 31:16
  see
• 31:17
  you've
• 31:17
  got
• 31:17
  mold,
• 31:18
  maybe
• 31:18
  lead
• 31:18
  paint,
• 31:19
  maybe
• 31:19
  asbestos.
• 31:20
  This
• 31:20
  stuff's
• 31:20
  getting
• 31:21
  crazy,
• 31:21
  man.
• 31:22
  And
• 31:22
  mold's
• 31:22
  not
• 31:23
  covered.
• 31:23
  So
• 31:23
  a
• 31:23
  lot
• 31:23
  of
• 31:23
  the
• 31:23
  calls
• 31:24
  we
• 31:24
  got,
• 31:24
  we
• 31:25
  just
• 31:25
  had
• 31:25
  one
• 31:25
  from.
• 31:26
  From
• 31:26
  a
• 31:26
  lady
• 31:26
  that
• 31:26
  called.
• 31:27
  And
• 31:27
  again,
• 31:28
  because
• 31:29
  we
• 31:29
  get
• 31:29
  this
• 31:29
  all
• 31:29
  the
• 31:29
  time,
• 31:30
  right?
• 31:30
  Where
• 31:31
  we
• 31:31
  have,
• 31:31
  you
• 31:31
  know,
• 31:31
  water.
• 31:32
  Send
• 31:32
  us
• 31:33
  all
• 31:33
  the
• 31:33
  documents
• 31:33
  and
• 31:33
  say,
• 31:33
  this
• 31:34
  is
• 31:34
  the
• 31:34
  claim
• 31:34
  we
• 31:34
  have.
• 31:35
  And
• 31:36
  we're
• 31:36
  looking
• 31:36
  like,
• 31:37
  okay,
• 31:37
  you
• 31:37
  pulled
• 31:38
  that
• 31:38
  fridge
• 31:38
  out,
• 31:38
  and
• 31:38
  you
• 31:39
  saw
• 31:39
  water
• 31:39
  leaking
• 31:40
  for
• 31:40
  last
• 31:41
  10
• 31:41
  years.
• 31:41
  You
• 31:41
  tell
• 31:41
  me
• 31:42
  it's
• 31:42
  not
• 31:42
  covered.
• 31:42
  You
• 31:42
  could
• 31:42
  call
• 31:43
  it
• 31:43
  in.
• 31:44
  But
• 31:44
  a
• 31:44
  leak,
• 31:45
  maintenance,
• 31:45
  stuff
• 31:46
  like
• 31:46
  that
• 31:46
  mold
• 31:47
  in
• 31:47
  the
• 31:47
  wall
• 31:47
  that
• 31:47
  you
• 31:47
  found,
• 31:48
  that's
• 31:48
  not
• 31:48
  a
• 31:48
  covered
• 31:49
  loss.
• 31:49
  People
• 31:49
  have
• 31:50
  to
• 31:50
  be
• 31:50
  careful
• 31:50
  with
• 31:50
  what
• 31:51
  they're
• 31:51
  calling
• 31:51
  in,
• 31:52
  and
• 31:52
  they
• 31:52
  have
• 31:52
  to
• 31:52
  be
• 31:52
  careful
• 31:53
  with
• 31:53
  what
• 31:53
  you're
• 31:53
  saying.
• 31:54
  Abatement.
• 31:54
  Right.
• 31:55
  Because
• 31:55
  mitigation
• 31:55
  companies
• 31:56
  and
• 31:56
  abatement
• 31:56
  companies
• 31:56
  will
• 31:57
  come
• 31:57
  and
• 31:57
  they'll
• 31:57
  mitigate
• 31:58
  the
• 31:58
  crap
• 31:58
  out
• 31:58
  of
• 31:58
  your
• 31:59
  house.
• 31:59
  Right?
• 31:59
  And
• 32:00
  then.
• 32:00
  And
• 32:00
  they
• 32:00
  always
• 32:01
  say,
• 32:01
  we're
• 32:02
  gonna
• 32:02
  send
• 32:02
  it
• 32:02
  to
• 32:02
  your
• 32:02
  insurance.
• 32:03
  Right.
• 32:03
  And
• 32:04
  they're
• 32:04
  gonna
• 32:04
  pay
• 32:04
  for
• 32:04
  it.
• 32:05
  What
• 32:05
  happens?
• 32:06
  Not
• 32:07
  most
• 32:07
  of
• 32:07
  the
• 32:07
  time,
• 32:07
  the
• 32:07
  insurance
• 32:08
  company
• 32:08
  says,
• 32:08
  well,
• 32:08
  we're
• 32:08
  not
• 32:08
  paying
• 32:09
  for
• 32:09
  it.
• 32:09
  Who's.
• 32:10
  Who
• 32:10
  do
• 32:10
  you
• 32:10
  think
• 32:10
  the
• 32:10
  bill's
• 32:11
  getting
• 32:11
  paid?
• 32:11
  Because
• 32:11
  the
• 32:12
  lady
• 32:12
  that
• 32:12
  just
• 32:12
  called
• 32:12
  us,
• 32:13
  I
• 32:13
  have
• 32:13
  this
• 32:13
  bill
• 32:14
  for.
• 32:14
  From
• 32:14
  this
• 32:14
  Restoration
• 32:15
  Company
• 32:15
  for
• 32:16
  50,000.
• 32:16
  I
• 32:16
  said,
• 32:17
  okay.
• 32:17
  I'm
• 32:17
  like,
• 32:18
  what's
• 32:18
  happened?
• 32:19
  She
• 32:19
  said,
• 32:19
  well,
• 32:19
  they
• 32:19
  said
• 32:19
  they
• 32:20
  were
• 32:20
  gonna
• 32:20
  have
• 32:20
  the
• 32:20
  insurance
• 32:21
  pay
• 32:21
  for
• 32:21
  it,
• 32:21
  but
• 32:21
  now
• 32:22
  they're
• 32:22
  sending
• 32:22
  it
• 32:22
  to
• 32:22
  me,
• 32:23
  and
• 32:23
  they're
• 32:23
  sending
• 32:23
  me
• 32:23
  to
• 32:24
  collection.
• 32:24
  I'm
• 32:24
  like,
• 32:24
  okay,
• 32:25
  well,
• 32:25
  when
• 32:25
  did
• 32:25
  this
• 32:25
  happen?
• 32:26
  Thanksgiving.
• 32:27
  Water
• 32:27
  pipe
• 32:28
  from
• 32:28
  second
• 32:28
  floor.
• 32:28
  I
• 32:28
  said,
• 32:29
  okay,
• 32:29
  well.
• 32:29
  Yeah.
• 32:29
  What's
• 32:29
  the
• 32:29
  insurance
• 32:30
  doing?
• 32:30
  Well,
• 32:30
  they
• 32:30
  haven't
• 32:31
  been
• 32:31
  here,
• 32:31
  and
• 32:31
  I.
• 32:31
  They
• 32:32
  haven't
• 32:32
  answered
• 32:32
  my
• 32:33
  phone
• 32:33
  calls
• 32:33
  for.
• 32:33
  Since
• 32:33
  Thanksgiving.
• 32:34
  I'm
• 32:34
  like,
• 32:35
  can
• 32:35
  I
• 32:35
  see
• 32:35
  her?
• 32:35
  And
• 32:36
  I.
• 32:36
  The
• 32:36
  first
• 32:36
  thing
• 32:36
  I
• 32:36
  asked,
• 32:37
  I'm
• 32:37
  like,
• 32:37
  can
• 32:37
  you
• 32:37
  send
• 32:37
  me
• 32:37
  your
• 32:37
  plumber
• 32:38
  report?
• 32:38
  And
• 32:39
  so
• 32:39
  she
• 32:39
  sent
• 32:39
  the
• 32:39
  plumber
• 32:39
  report,
• 32:40
  and
• 32:40
  it
• 32:40
  said
• 32:40
  there
• 32:41
  the
• 32:41
  water
• 32:42
  damage
• 32:42
  was
• 32:42
  because
• 32:43
  the
• 32:43
  toilet
• 32:43
  was
• 32:44
  old.
• 32:44
  It
• 32:44
  was
• 32:45
  wear
• 32:45
  and
• 32:45
  tear.
• 32:45
  The.
• 32:46
  Like,
• 32:46
  the
• 32:46
  plum.
• 32:47
  And
• 32:48
  I
• 32:48
  told
• 32:48
  her.
• 32:48
  I'm
• 32:48
  like,
• 32:49
  I'm
• 32:49
  sorry,
• 32:49
  ma'am,
• 32:49
  but
• 32:50
  most.
• 32:50
  You're
• 32:50
  getting
• 32:51
  a
• 32:51
  denial.
• 32:52
  There's
• 32:52
  a
• 32:52
  denial
• 32:52
  letter
• 32:53
  Coming.
• 32:53
  That's
• 32:54
  why
• 32:54
  the.
• 32:54
  Yeah.
• 32:55
  And
• 32:55
  again,
• 32:56
  huge.
• 32:56
  50,000.
• 32:57
  Not
• 32:57
  only
• 32:57
  did
• 32:57
  they
• 32:58
  just.
• 32:58
  She
• 32:58
  has
• 32:58
  a
• 32:58
  bill
• 32:58
  for
• 32:59
  50,000.
• 32:59
  Half
• 33:00
  of
• 33:00
  her
• 33:00
  house
• 33:00
  is
• 33:00
  missing
• 33:01
  because
• 33:01
  they
• 33:01
  mitigated
• 33:01
  everything.
• 33:02
  Oh,
• 33:02
  yeah.
• 33:02
  She
• 33:03
  can't
• 33:03
  even
• 33:03
  use
• 33:03
  her
• 33:03
  home,
• 33:04
  dude.
• 33:04
  I
• 33:04
  had
• 33:05
  great
• 33:05
  example.
• 33:06
  So
• 33:06
  a
• 33:06
  buddy
• 33:06
  of
• 33:06
  mine
• 33:07
  who's
• 33:07
  been
• 33:07
  on
• 33:07
  the
• 33:07
  show,
• 33:07
  I'm
• 33:08
  going
• 33:08
  to
• 33:08
  keep
• 33:08
  it
• 33:08
  private
• 33:08
  because
• 33:09
  he
• 33:09
  had
• 33:09
  to
• 33:09
  go
• 33:10
  through
• 33:10
  this,
• 33:10
  and
• 33:10
  I'm
• 33:10
  not
• 33:10
  gonna.
• 33:11
  Not
• 33:12
  gonna
• 33:12
  put
• 33:12
  his
• 33:13
  name
• 33:13
  out
• 33:13
  there,
• 33:13
  but
• 33:14
  lived
• 33:14
  in
• 33:14
  my
• 33:14
  area,
• 33:15
  had
• 33:15
  a
• 33:15
  beautiful
• 33:15
  mountain
• 33:16
  cabin
• 33:16
  that
• 33:16
  he
• 33:16
  had
• 33:17
  and
• 33:18
  really
• 33:18
  cool
• 33:18
  wood
• 33:18
  panels
• 33:19
  that
• 33:19
  were
• 33:20
  real
• 33:20
  wood.
• 33:20
  Gorgeous
• 33:21
  place.
• 33:21
  Well,
• 33:22
  ice
• 33:22
  storm
• 33:23
  happened
• 33:23
  last
• 33:24
  year.
• 33:24
  That
• 33:24
  same
• 33:24
  ice
• 33:25
  storm
• 33:25
  we're
• 33:25
  talking
• 33:25
  about
• 33:25
  in
• 33:25
  the
• 33:26
  other
• 33:26
  house.
• 33:26
  Power
• 33:27
  went
• 33:27
  out,
• 33:27
  froze
• 33:27
  the
• 33:28
  pipes
• 33:28
  upstairs.
• 33:29
  Called
• 33:29
  the
• 33:29
  insurance
• 33:30
  company.
• 33:30
  They
• 33:30
  sent
• 33:31
  their
• 33:31
  person
• 33:31
  out.
• 33:31
  It's.
• 33:31
  It's
• 33:32
  45
• 33:32
  minutes
• 33:32
  out
• 33:32
  of
• 33:33
  town.
• 33:33
  But
• 33:33
  his
• 33:33
  replacement
• 33:34
  value
• 33:34
  on
• 33:35
  this
• 33:35
  building
• 33:35
  was
• 33:36
  $130,000.
• 33:38
  The
• 33:39
  cleanup
• 33:40
  of
• 33:40
  them
• 33:40
  stripping
• 33:40
  down,
• 33:41
  getting
• 33:41
  the
• 33:41
  water,
• 33:41
  getting
• 33:42
  it
• 33:42
  dried
• 33:42
  out
• 33:42
  from
• 33:42
  the
• 33:43
  broken
• 33:43
  pipe
• 33:43
  from
• 33:44
  the
• 33:44
  freeze
• 33:45
  was
• 33:45
  $105,000.
• 33:47
  That
• 33:47
  they
• 33:47
  get
• 33:47
  him
• 33:47
  at
• 33:48
  the
• 33:48
  bill
• 33:48
  with.
• 33:48
  Don't
• 33:49
  change
• 33:49
  that
• 33:49
  dial.
• 33:49
  Around
• 33:50
  the
• 33:50
  house.
• 33:50
  We'll
• 33:50
  be
• 33:50
  right
• 33:50
  back
• 33:50
  with
• 33:51
  more
• 33:51
  from
• 33:51
  Andy
• 33:51
  Grzak.
• 33:52
  We'll
• 33:52
  be
• 33:52
  right
• 33:52
  back.
• 33:55
  All
• 33:56
  right.
• 34:05
  Welcome
• 34:05
  back
• 34:05
  to
• 34:05
  the
• 34:06
  around
• 34:06
  the
• 34:06
  house
• 34:06
  show,
• 34:06
  the
• 34:06
  next
• 34:07
  generation
• 34:07
  of
• 34:08
  home
• 34:08
  improvement.
• 34:09
  Thanks
• 34:09
  for
• 34:10
  joining
• 34:10
  me
• 34:10
  today.
• 34:11
  We
• 34:11
  are
• 34:11
  brought
• 34:11
  to
• 34:11
  you
• 34:11
  by
• 34:12
  our
• 34:12
  friends
• 34:12
  at
• 34:12
  Monument
• 34:12
  Grills.
• 34:13
  Check
• 34:13
  them
• 34:13
  out
• 34:13
  at
• 34:13
  Monument
• 34:14
  Grills
• 34:16
  for
• 34:16
  that
• 34:16
  next
• 34:17
  barbecue.
• 34:17
  Now
• 34:17
  that
• 34:18
  we're
• 34:18
  heading
• 34:18
  towards
• 34:19
  spring.
• 34:19
  Well,
• 34:20
  today
• 34:20
  we've
• 34:20
  been
• 34:20
  talking
• 34:20
  with
• 34:20
  Andy
• 34:21
  Grzak
• 34:21
  from
• 34:22
  all
• 34:22
  city
• 34:22
  adjusting.
• 34:23
  He
• 34:23
  is
• 34:23
  a
• 34:24
  public
• 34:25
  adjuster,
• 34:25
  so
• 34:26
  he
• 34:26
  helps
• 34:26
  you
• 34:26
  navigate
• 34:27
  major
• 34:28
  insurance
• 34:28
  claims.
• 34:29
  Let's
• 34:29
  get
• 34:29
  back
• 34:29
  to
• 34:29
  the
• 34:30
  show.
• 34:30
  And
• 34:30
  if
• 34:30
  you
• 34:30
  don't
• 34:31
  have
• 34:31
  that
• 34:31
  money
• 34:31
  to
• 34:31
  do
• 34:31
  it,
• 34:31
  it's
• 34:32
  one
• 34:32
  thing
• 34:32
  if
• 34:32
  you
• 34:32
  go,
• 34:32
  I'll
• 34:33
  spend
• 34:33
  the
• 34:33
  extra
• 34:33
  20.
• 34:34
  But
• 34:34
  most
• 34:34
  people
• 34:34
  don't
• 34:35
  have
• 34:35
  that
• 34:35
  extra
• 34:35
  20.
• 34:36
  And
• 34:36
  for
• 34:37
  pennies
• 34:37
  on
• 34:37
  the
• 34:37
  dollar,
• 34:38
  you
• 34:38
  can
• 34:38
  run
• 34:38
  down
• 34:39
  to
• 34:39
  your
• 34:39
  tool
• 34:40
  rental
• 34:40
  store
• 34:40
  or
• 34:41
  the
• 34:41
  Home
• 34:41
  Depot
• 34:41
  tool
• 34:42
  rental
• 34:42
  or
• 34:42
  whatever
• 34:42
  you
• 34:42
  have
• 34:43
  in
• 34:43
  your
• 34:43
  neighborhood
• 34:44
  and
• 34:44
  get
• 34:44
  some.
• 34:45
  Get
• 34:45
  a
• 34:45
  dehumidifier
• 34:46
  and
• 34:46
  get
• 34:46
  some
• 34:46
  of
• 34:46
  those
• 34:47
  same
• 34:47
  fans
• 34:47
  that
• 34:47
  they
• 34:48
  show
• 34:48
  up
• 34:48
  with
• 34:49
  and
• 34:49
  do
• 34:49
  the
• 34:49
  same
• 34:50
  thing
• 34:50
  and
• 34:51
  make
• 34:51
  it
• 34:51
  a
• 34:51
  DIY
• 34:52
  project
• 34:52
  and
• 34:54
  get
• 34:54
  a
• 34:54
  lot
• 34:54
  of
• 34:54
  the
• 34:54
  same
• 34:55
  things
• 34:55
  done.
• 34:55
  100.
• 34:56
  And
• 34:56
  again,
• 34:57
  it's
• 34:57
  just
• 34:57
  knowing
• 34:57
  you,
• 34:57
  probably
• 34:58
  because
• 34:58
  she,
• 34:58
  she
• 34:58
  asked
• 34:58
  you.
• 34:59
  So
• 34:59
  you're
• 34:59
  explaining
• 34:59
  everything
• 35:00
  to
• 35:00
  me.
• 35:00
  Why
• 35:00
  can't
• 35:00
  you
• 35:00
  just
• 35:01
  help
• 35:01
  me?
• 35:01
  Why
• 35:01
  can't
• 35:01
  you
• 35:01
  just
• 35:01
  take
• 35:01
  this?
• 35:02
  Because
• 35:02
  I'm
• 35:02
  gonna
• 35:03
  work
• 35:03
  out
• 35:03
  of
• 35:03
  that
• 35:04
  20.
• 35:04
  You're
• 35:04
  gonna
• 35:04
  pay
• 35:05
  us
• 35:05
  a
• 35:05
  percentage.
• 35:05
  I'm
• 35:06
  just
• 35:06
  gonna
• 35:06
  take
• 35:06
  money
• 35:06
  that
• 35:07
  I
• 35:07
  don't
• 35:07
  need
• 35:07
  to.
• 35:08
  I'd
• 35:08
  rather
• 35:08
  Just
• 35:08
  help
• 35:09
  you
• 35:09
  over
• 35:09
  the
• 35:09
  phone,
• 35:10
  help
• 35:10
  you
• 35:10
  in
• 35:10
  the
• 35:10
  next
• 35:10
  three
• 35:10
  days.
• 35:10
  Call
• 35:11
  me,
• 35:11
  text
• 35:11
  me,
• 35:11
  and
• 35:12
  I'll
• 35:12
  advise
• 35:12
  you
• 35:12
  exactly
• 35:13
  what
• 35:13
  you
• 35:13
  need
• 35:13
  to
• 35:13
  do.
• 35:14
  And
• 35:14
  so
• 35:14
  that's
• 35:14
  what
• 35:15
  we
• 35:15
  did.
• 35:15
  And
• 35:15
  it
• 35:16
  worked
• 35:16
  out
• 35:16
  great
• 35:16
  for
• 35:16
  her.
• 35:17
  So
• 35:17
  thank
• 35:17
  God,
• 35:17
  because
• 35:17
  she
• 35:18
  was
• 35:18
  trying
• 35:18
  to.
• 35:18
  What
• 35:18
  do
• 35:19
  I
• 35:19
  do
• 35:19
  with
• 35:19
  this?
• 35:19
  What?
• 35:19
  I'm
• 35:20
  like,
• 35:20
  relax.
• 35:20
  Everything's
• 35:20
  gonna
• 35:21
  be
• 35:21
  fine.
• 35:21
  This
• 35:21
  is
• 35:21
  exactly
• 35:22
  how
• 35:22
  you
• 35:22
  have
• 35:22
  to
• 35:22
  handle
• 35:22
  it.
• 35:23
  And
• 35:23
  it
• 35:23
  worked
• 35:24
  out
• 35:24
  nice.
• 35:26
  Nice.
• 35:26
  It's
• 35:27
  like
• 35:27
  people,
• 35:27
  for
• 35:27
  instance.
• 35:28
  Great
• 35:28
  example.
• 35:28
  People
• 35:29
  call
• 35:29
  up
• 35:29
  their
• 35:29
  insurance
• 35:29
  company,
• 35:30
  go,
• 35:30
  maybe
• 35:31
  they
• 35:31
  had
• 35:31
  that
• 35:31
  water
• 35:32
  break
• 35:32
  or
• 35:32
  whatever.
• 35:32
  They
• 35:32
  go,
• 35:33
  ah,
• 35:33
  had
• 35:33
  a
• 35:33
  flood
• 35:34
  in
• 35:34
  my
• 35:34
  house.
• 35:34
  And
• 35:34
  it's.
• 35:34
  Oh,
• 35:35
  wrong
• 35:35
  word.
• 35:36
  There's
• 35:36
  words
• 35:36
  we
• 35:36
  don't
• 35:36
  use.
• 35:37
  People
• 35:37
  always
• 35:38
  that
• 35:38
  we.
• 35:39
  We
• 35:39
  had
• 35:39
  a
• 35:39
  flood.
• 35:39
  I'm
• 35:39
  like,
• 35:39
  did
• 35:40
  you
• 35:40
  have
• 35:40
  a
• 35:40
  flood,
• 35:40
  or
• 35:40
  did
• 35:40
  you
• 35:40
  have
• 35:41
  a
• 35:41
  pipe
• 35:41
  break?
• 35:41
  Well,
• 35:41
  no,
• 35:41
  we
• 35:41
  had
• 35:41
  a
• 35:41
  pipe
• 35:42
  break.
• 35:42
  I'm
• 35:42
  like,
• 35:42
  okay,
• 35:42
  so
• 35:43
  lose
• 35:43
  the
• 35:43
  word
• 35:43
  mold.
• 35:44
  Lose
• 35:44
  the
• 35:44
  word
• 35:45
  flood.
• 35:46
  Lose
• 35:46
  the
• 35:46
  word.
• 35:46
  It's
• 35:46
  been
• 35:47
  sitting
• 35:47
  there.
• 35:47
  There's
• 35:47
  words.
• 35:48
  You
• 35:48
  got
• 35:48
  to
• 35:48
  be
• 35:48
  careful
• 35:48
  when
• 35:49
  you
• 35:49
  call
• 35:49
  on
• 35:49
  the
• 35:49
  claimant.
• 35:50
  That's
• 35:50
  a
• 35:50
  lot
• 35:50
  of
• 35:51
  calls
• 35:51
  that
• 35:51
  we
• 35:52
  get,
• 35:52
  is
• 35:52
  people
• 35:53
  denied
• 35:53
  or
• 35:53
  their
• 35:54
  claims
• 35:54
  delayed.
• 35:54
  And
• 35:54
  when
• 35:55
  we
• 35:55
  look
• 35:55
  into
• 35:55
  it,
• 35:55
  it's
• 35:56
  because
• 35:56
  they
• 35:56
  said,
• 35:57
  not
• 35:57
  that
• 35:57
  the
• 35:57
  claim
• 35:58
  is
• 35:58
  not
• 35:58
  valid.
• 35:58
  The
• 35:58
  valid
• 35:59
  claim
• 35:59
  should
• 35:59
  be
• 35:59
  paid
• 36:00
  because
• 36:00
  they
• 36:00
  use
• 36:00
  the
• 36:00
  wrong
• 36:01
  word.
• 36:01
  And
• 36:01
  now
• 36:01
  the
• 36:02
  claim
• 36:02
  is
• 36:02
  being
• 36:02
  in
• 36:02
  question.
• 36:03
  It's
• 36:03
  the
• 36:04
  old,
• 36:04
  I
• 36:04
  have
• 36:04
  a
• 36:04
  flooded
• 36:05
  basement.
• 36:05
  No,
• 36:06
  you
• 36:06
  have
• 36:06
  a
• 36:06
  water
• 36:06
  damage
• 36:07
  in
• 36:07
  your
• 36:07
  basement
• 36:07
  from
• 36:08
  a
• 36:08
  broken
• 36:08
  pipe
• 36:08
  on
• 36:08
  the
• 36:09
  second
• 36:09
  floor.
• 36:09
  Big.
• 36:10
  There's
• 36:10
  a
• 36:10
  difference.
• 36:11
  And
• 36:11
  so
• 36:11
  that's
• 36:11
  some
• 36:12
  great
• 36:12
  advice,
• 36:13
  Andy.
• 36:13
  That's
• 36:14
  one
• 36:14
  of
• 36:14
  those
• 36:14
  things
• 36:14
  that,
• 36:14
  you
• 36:15
  know,
• 36:15
  the
• 36:15
  first
• 36:15
  call
• 36:16
  if
• 36:16
  you're
• 36:16
  not
• 36:16
  having
• 36:16
  to
• 36:17
  call
• 36:17
  the
• 36:17
  fire
• 36:17
  department
• 36:18
  or
• 36:18
  the
• 36:18
  utility
• 36:19
  company
• 36:19
  to
• 36:19
  do
• 36:19
  it.
• 36:20
  Of
• 36:21
  course,
• 36:21
  get
• 36:21
  your
• 36:21
  stuff
• 36:21
  out
• 36:22
  of
• 36:22
  the
• 36:22
  way.
• 36:22
  But
• 36:22
  as
• 36:22
  soon
• 36:23
  as
• 36:23
  you
• 36:23
  take
• 36:23
  a
• 36:23
  deep
• 36:23
  breath
• 36:24
  and
• 36:24
  go,
• 36:24
  okay,
• 36:24
  I've
• 36:25
  got
• 36:25
  this
• 36:25
  kind
• 36:25
  of.
• 36:26
  I
• 36:26
  got
• 36:26
  the
• 36:26
  problem
• 36:27
  stopped.
• 36:28
  Give
• 36:28
  you
• 36:28
  guys
• 36:29
  a
• 36:29
  call
• 36:29
  first
• 36:29
  so
• 36:29
  you
• 36:29
  can
• 36:30
  help
• 36:30
  navigate
• 36:31
  it
• 36:31
  so
• 36:31
  they
• 36:31
  don't
• 36:32
  blow
• 36:32
  through
• 36:32
  the
• 36:32
  entire
• 36:33
  insurance
• 36:33
  claim.
• 36:34
  Just
• 36:34
  cleaning
• 36:35
  up
• 36:35
  the
• 36:35
  mess.
• 36:35
  Yeah.
• 36:36
  And
• 36:36
  just,
• 36:36
  again,
• 36:37
  finding
• 36:37
  money
• 36:37
  in
• 36:37
  different
• 36:38
  areas
• 36:38
  to
• 36:38
  help
• 36:39
  them
• 36:39
  get
• 36:39
  back
• 36:39
  on
• 36:40
  their
• 36:40
  fee
• 36:40
  and
• 36:40
  make
• 36:40
  the
• 36:40
  most.
• 36:41
  It's
• 36:41
  a.
• 36:41
  No
• 36:42
  one
• 36:42
  wants
• 36:42
  to
• 36:42
  go
• 36:42
  through
• 36:42
  any
• 36:43
  kind
• 36:43
  of
• 36:43
  water
• 36:43
  loss,
• 36:44
  fire
• 36:44
  loss,
• 36:44
  anything.
• 36:45
  But
• 36:45
  if
• 36:45
  you
• 36:45
  have.
• 36:46
  Yeah.
• 36:46
  Then
• 36:47
  you
• 36:47
  got
• 36:47
  to
• 36:47
  make
• 36:47
  the
• 36:48
  most
• 36:48
  out
• 36:48
  of
• 36:48
  it
• 36:48
  and
• 36:49
  make
• 36:49
  sure
• 36:49
  that
• 36:49
  you
• 36:49
  are
• 36:49
  protected,
• 36:50
  that
• 36:50
  you
• 36:50
  get
• 36:50
  the
• 36:50
  claim
• 36:50
  moving
• 36:51
  forward,
• 36:51
  that
• 36:51
  you
• 36:51
  get
• 36:52
  that
• 36:52
  money
• 36:52
  that
• 36:52
  you're
• 36:52
  owed,
• 36:53
  and
• 36:53
  so
• 36:53
  then
• 36:53
  you
• 36:54
  can
• 36:54
  rebuild
• 36:54
  and
• 36:54
  make
• 36:55
  sure
• 36:55
  your
• 36:55
  family
• 36:55
  has
• 36:55
  the
• 36:56
  stuff
• 36:56
  that
• 36:56
  they.
• 36:56
  They
• 36:56
  lost.
• 36:57
  So
• 36:57
  that's.
• 36:58
  Yeah.
• 36:58
  Very
• 36:59
  important.
• 36:59
  And
• 37:00
  we're
• 37:00
  not
• 37:00
  just
• 37:00
  here.
• 37:00
  We're
• 37:01
  not
• 37:01
  just
• 37:01
  talking
• 37:01
  about
• 37:01
  our,
• 37:02
  like
• 37:02
  our
• 37:02
  company
• 37:03
  just
• 37:03
  for
• 37:03
  any
• 37:03
  good
• 37:04
  pa.
• 37:04
  Yeah,
• 37:04
  right.
• 37:05
  Hire
• 37:05
  any
• 37:05
  good
• 37:06
  local
• 37:06
  PA
• 37:06
  that
• 37:06
  you
• 37:07
  can.
• 37:07
  Yeah.
• 37:08
  Another
• 37:08
  one
• 37:08
  that
• 37:08
  seems
• 37:09
  pretty
• 37:09
  hot
• 37:09
  out
• 37:09
  there
• 37:10
  too,
• 37:10
  that
• 37:10
  I
• 37:10
  get
• 37:10
  a
• 37:10
  lot
• 37:10
  of
• 37:11
  questions
• 37:11
  on
• 37:11
  is,
• 37:12
  oh
• 37:12
  my
• 37:12
  gosh,
• 37:12
  I
• 37:12
  have
• 37:13
  hail
• 37:13
  damage
• 37:13
  on
• 37:14
  my
• 37:14
  roof.
• 37:14
  What
• 37:14
  do
• 37:14
  I
• 37:15
  do?
• 37:15
  And
• 37:16
  that
• 37:16
  seems
• 37:16
  to
• 37:16
  be
• 37:17
  one
• 37:17
  of
• 37:17
  those
• 37:17
  things
• 37:17
  when
• 37:17
  the
• 37:17
  adjuster
• 37:18
  shows
• 37:18
  up
• 37:18
  and
• 37:18
  goes
• 37:19
  up.
• 37:19
  Your
• 37:20
  roof
• 37:20
  was
• 37:20
  worn
• 37:20
  out
• 37:20
  anyway,
• 37:21
  so
• 37:21
  we're
• 37:21
  going
• 37:21
  to
• 37:21
  give
• 37:21
  you
• 37:22
  $5,000.
• 37:23
  Good
• 37:23
  luck.
• 37:23
  And
• 37:24
  they
• 37:24
  give
• 37:24
  you
• 37:24
  the
• 37:24
  thumbs
• 37:24
  up.
• 37:25
  What's
• 37:25
  your
• 37:26
  take
• 37:26
  on
• 37:26
  that
• 37:26
  kind
• 37:26
  of
• 37:27
  stuff
• 37:27
  where
• 37:27
  it's
• 37:27
  so
• 37:27
  subjective
• 37:28
  to
• 37:29
  what
• 37:29
  happened
• 37:30
  up
• 37:30
  there?
• 37:31
  So
• 37:31
  that
• 37:32
  whole
• 37:32
  exterior.
• 37:33
  So
• 37:33
  we
• 37:33
  don't
• 37:33
  do
• 37:33
  any
• 37:33
  residential
• 37:34
  exterior
• 37:34
  claims.
• 37:35
  The
• 37:35
  wind,
• 37:36
  hail.
• 37:36
  We
• 37:37
  literally,
• 37:37
  if
• 37:37
  people
• 37:37
  call
• 37:38
  us,
• 37:38
  we'll
• 37:38
  recommend
• 37:39
  the
• 37:39
  local,
• 37:39
  you
• 37:39
  know,
• 37:39
  roofing
• 37:40
  company,
• 37:40
  maybe
• 37:40
  a
• 37:41
  local
• 37:41
  PA
• 37:41
  company.
• 37:41
  They
• 37:41
  just
• 37:42
  specialize
• 37:42
  in
• 37:42
  the
• 37:42
  goodness.
• 37:43
  PAs
• 37:43
  that
• 37:43
  specialize.
• 37:44
  Most
• 37:44
  PAs
• 37:44
  technically
• 37:45
  specialize
• 37:45
  in
• 37:45
  wind
• 37:46
  and
• 37:46
  hay
• 37:46
  hail
• 37:47
  claims.
• 37:48
  And
• 37:48
  so
• 37:49
  that's
• 37:49
  very.
• 37:50
  You
• 37:50
  just
• 37:50
  said
• 37:50
  they.
• 37:51
  They
• 37:51
  give
• 37:51
  you
• 37:51
  5,000,
• 37:52
  it's
• 37:52
  old.
• 37:52
  And
• 37:52
  you
• 37:53
  say,
• 37:53
  well,
• 37:53
  no,
• 37:53
  there's
• 37:53
  hail.
• 37:54
  They
• 37:54
  go,
• 37:54
  okay,
• 37:54
  you
• 37:54
  think
• 37:55
  it's
• 37:55
  hell.
• 37:55
  We're
• 37:55
  going
• 37:55
  to
• 37:55
  send
• 37:55
  an
• 37:56
  engineer.
• 37:56
  And
• 37:57
  now
• 37:57
  an
• 37:57
  engineer
• 37:57
  comes
• 37:57
  out
• 37:58
  and
• 37:58
  he's
• 37:58
  always
• 37:58
  going
• 37:58
  to
• 37:58
  write
• 37:59
  this
• 37:59
  report
• 37:59
  that
• 37:59
  they
• 37:59
  want
• 38:00
  to
• 38:00
  see
• 38:00
  that
• 38:01
  the
• 38:01
  damages.
• 38:01
  Yeah.
• 38:02
  Because
• 38:02
  he
• 38:02
  wants
• 38:02
  next
• 38:02
  week's
• 38:03
  job
• 38:03
  from
• 38:03
  too.
• 38:04
  So
• 38:04
  you
• 38:04
  know
• 38:04
  what
• 38:04
  the
• 38:04
  reports
• 38:05
  say.
• 38:05
  It's
• 38:05
  always
• 38:05
  the
• 38:05
  same
• 38:06
  thing.
• 38:06
  The
• 38:06
  hail
• 38:07
  is
• 38:07
  not
• 38:07
  from
• 38:07
  this
• 38:07
  hail
• 38:08
  storm.
• 38:08
  It's
• 38:08
  from
• 38:08
  a
• 38:09
  storm
• 38:09
  five
• 38:09
  years
• 38:09
  ago.
• 38:10
  The
• 38:10
  damages
• 38:11
  weren't
• 38:11
  like.
• 38:12
  It's
• 38:12
  always
• 38:12
  the
• 38:13
  same.
• 38:13
  They
• 38:13
  know.
• 38:14
  And
• 38:14
  here.
• 38:14
  Now,
• 38:15
  let's
• 38:15
  say
• 38:15
  we
• 38:15
  go
• 38:15
  to
• 38:15
  litigation,
• 38:16
  right.
• 38:16
  And
• 38:16
  it
• 38:17
  goes
• 38:17
  in
• 38:17
  front
• 38:17
  of
• 38:17
  a
• 38:17
  judge.
• 38:18
  Who
• 38:18
  is
• 38:18
  the
• 38:18
  judge
• 38:18
  going
• 38:18
  to
• 38:18
  believe?
• 38:19
  A
• 38:19
  contractor,
• 38:19
  a
• 38:20
  PA
• 38:20
  or
• 38:20
  an
• 38:20
  engineer.
• 38:22
  Insurance
• 38:22
  company
• 38:22
  knows
• 38:22
  what
• 38:23
  they're
• 38:23
  doing.
• 38:23
  You
• 38:23
  almost
• 38:23
  have
• 38:23
  to
• 38:23
  hope
• 38:23
  that
• 38:24
  you're.
• 38:24
  No,
• 38:25
  they're
• 38:26
  professionals
• 38:26
  at
• 38:27
  this.
• 38:27
  And
• 38:27
  you
• 38:28
  almost
• 38:28
  hope
• 38:28
  that
• 38:28
  your
• 38:28
  cars
• 38:29
  were
• 38:29
  out
• 38:29
  in
• 38:29
  the
• 38:29
  driveway
• 38:30
  that
• 38:30
  had
• 38:30
  total
• 38:30
  losses
• 38:31
  on
• 38:31
  it
• 38:31
  from
• 38:31
  the
• 38:31
  hail.
• 38:32
  So
• 38:32
  at
• 38:32
  least
• 38:32
  you
• 38:32
  can
• 38:32
  go.
• 38:33
  Go
• 38:33
  take
• 38:33
  a
• 38:33
  look
• 38:33
  at
• 38:34
  the
• 38:34
  car.
• 38:34
  With
• 38:35
  that
• 38:35
  being
• 38:35
  said,
• 38:36
  most
• 38:36
  claims
• 38:37
  and
• 38:37
  most
• 38:37
  roofs
• 38:37
  here,
• 38:38
  like
• 38:38
  in
• 38:38
  the
• 38:38
  Midwest,
• 38:38
  for
• 38:39
  example.
• 38:39
  Right.
• 38:40
  Those
• 38:40
  new
• 38:40
  shingles,
• 38:41
  the
• 38:41
  architectural.
• 38:42
  The
• 38:42
  timberline,
• 38:43
  whatever
• 38:43
  I
• 38:43
  call
• 38:43
  whatever
• 38:44
  line
• 38:44
  you
• 38:44
  want
• 38:44
  to
• 38:44
  go.
• 38:45
  Exactly.
• 38:45
  They're
• 38:45
  so
• 38:45
  thick
• 38:46
  that
• 38:46
  when
• 38:46
  hail
• 38:47
  hits
• 38:47
  it.
• 38:47
  We've
• 38:47
  had
• 38:48
  hail
• 38:48
  here.
• 38:48
  Two.
• 38:48
  Two
• 38:49
  inch
• 38:49
  an
• 38:49
  inch.
• 38:50
  Really
• 38:51
  minimal
• 38:51
  impact.
• 38:52
  Really
• 38:52
  minimal.
• 38:53
  Yeah.
• 38:53
  And
• 38:54
  the
• 38:54
  insurance
• 38:54
  companies
• 38:54
  are
• 38:55
  paying
• 38:55
  these
• 38:55
  claims
• 38:55
  that
• 38:56
  a
• 38:56
  lot
• 38:56
  of
• 38:56
  them
• 38:56
  we
• 38:56
  see.
• 38:57
  I
• 38:57
  don't
• 38:57
  think
• 38:58
  it's.
• 38:58
  We
• 38:58
  don't
• 38:59
  see
• 38:59
  as
• 38:59
  it
• 38:59
  even
• 38:59
  being
• 39:00
  adjusted
• 39:00
  just
• 39:00
  being
• 39:01
  completely
• 39:02
  biased
• 39:02
  on
• 39:03
  insurance
• 39:03
  side.
• 39:03
  I
• 39:03
  don't
• 39:04
  see
• 39:04
  that
• 39:04
  there's
• 39:04
  damage
• 39:05
  it's
• 39:05
  not
• 39:05
  gonna
• 39:05
  harm
• 39:06
  the
• 39:06
  roof.
• 39:07
  We
• 39:07
  can
• 39:07
  fight
• 39:07
  it
• 39:07
  all
• 39:08
  day
• 39:08
  and
• 39:08
  long.
• 39:09
  And
• 39:09
  then
• 39:10
  that
• 39:10
  being
• 39:10
  said,
• 39:10
  when
• 39:11
  I
• 39:11
  just
• 39:11
  shingled
• 39:11
  the
• 39:11
  roof
• 39:12
  with
• 39:12
  a
• 39:12
  friend
• 39:12
  for
• 39:13
  his
• 39:13
  mom,
• 39:14
  we
• 39:14
  took
• 39:14
  upon
• 39:14
  us.
• 39:14
  We're
• 39:15
  like,
• 39:15
  we're
• 39:15
  so
• 39:15
  young.
• 39:15
  We
• 39:15
  can
• 39:16
  do
• 39:16
  this,
• 39:16
  let's
• 39:16
  do
• 39:16
  it.
• 39:16
  Just
• 39:16
  have
• 39:17
  fun.
• 39:17
  As
• 39:18
  I
• 39:18
  was
• 39:18
  roofing,
• 39:18
  I
• 39:19
  was
• 39:19
  taking
• 39:19
  every
• 39:19
  shingle
• 39:20
  out
• 39:20
  of
• 39:20
  the
• 39:20
  box
• 39:21
  bundle,
• 39:22
  each
• 39:22
  shingle.
• 39:23
  And
• 39:23
  I'm
• 39:23
  looking,
• 39:23
  it's
• 39:24
  got
• 39:24
  these
• 39:24
  little
• 39:24
  holes
• 39:24
  in
• 39:25
  it,
• 39:25
  right.
• 39:26
  And
• 39:26
  it's
• 39:26
  funny
• 39:27
  because
• 39:27
  when
• 39:27
  I
• 39:27
  see
• 39:27
  a
• 39:27
  lot
• 39:27
  of
• 39:28
  these
• 39:28
  storm
• 39:28
  damage
• 39:29
  claims
• 39:29
  and
• 39:29
  they're
• 39:29
  like,
• 39:29
  oh,
• 39:30
  this
• 39:30
  is
• 39:30
  damage.
• 39:30
  Look
• 39:30
  at
• 39:30
  this
• 39:30
  is
• 39:31
  damage.
• 39:31
  I'm
• 39:31
  like,
• 39:32
  I'm
• 39:32
  looking
• 39:32
  at
• 39:32
  this.
• 39:32
  I'm
• 39:33
  like,
• 39:33
  this
• 39:33
  is
• 39:33
  the
• 39:33
  exact
• 39:33
  stuff
• 39:34
  they're
• 39:34
  pointing
• 39:34
  out
• 39:34
  that's
• 39:35
  on
• 39:35
  these
• 39:35
  singles
• 39:36
  that
• 39:36
  most
• 39:36
  of
• 39:36
  these
• 39:36
  guys
• 39:36
  have
• 39:36
  never
• 39:37
  seen,
• 39:37
  that
• 39:37
  they're
• 39:37
  trying
• 39:37
  to
• 39:37
  say
• 39:38
  it's
• 39:38
  hail.
• 39:38
  So
• 39:39
  I
• 39:39
  see
• 39:39
  where
• 39:40
  the
• 39:40
  insurance
• 39:40
  now
• 39:41
  has
• 39:41
  to
• 39:41
  be
• 39:41
  in
• 39:41
  defense
• 39:42
  and
• 39:42
  headbanders
• 39:42
  because
• 39:43
  it's
• 39:43
  getting.
• 39:43
  Is
• 39:44
  getting
• 39:44
  out
• 39:44
  of
• 39:44
  hand
• 39:45
  at
• 39:45
  that
• 39:45
  point
• 39:45
  as
• 39:45
  well.
• 39:46
  Yeah.
• 39:46
  So
• 39:47
  no.
• 39:47
  And
• 39:47
  they're
• 39:48
  in
• 39:48
  the
• 39:48
  business
• 39:48
  of
• 39:49
  making
• 39:49
  money
• 39:49
  as
• 39:49
  well.
• 39:50
  It's
• 39:50
  that
• 39:50
  risk
• 39:50
  via
• 39:51
  reward
• 39:51
  for
• 39:51
  them.
• 39:51
  Okay.
• 39:52
  We
• 39:52
  still
• 39:52
  have
• 39:52
  to
• 39:52
  be.
• 39:53
  They're
• 39:53
  not
• 39:53
  a
• 39:53
  non
• 39:53
  profit.
• 39:54
  Correct.
• 39:54
  So
• 39:55
  I
• 39:55
  get
• 39:55
  that
• 39:56
  they
• 39:56
  have
• 39:56
  to
• 39:56
  show
• 39:57
  a
• 39:57
  profit
• 39:57
  every
• 39:57
  year,
• 39:58
  but
• 39:58
  at
• 39:58
  the
• 39:58
  same
• 39:59
  time
• 39:59
  that's
• 39:59
  that
• 40:00
  kind
• 40:00
  of
• 40:00
  yin
• 40:00
  and
• 40:00
  yang
• 40:01
  that
• 40:01
  they
• 40:01
  have
• 40:01
  to
• 40:01
  balance
• 40:02
  with
• 40:02
  that.
• 40:02
  And
• 40:03
  I've
• 40:03
  always
• 40:04
  thought
• 40:04
  the
• 40:04
  hail
• 40:04
  one
• 40:04
  was
• 40:05
  always
• 40:05
  one
• 40:05
  of
• 40:05
  those
• 40:05
  like
• 40:06
  super
• 40:06
  gray
• 40:06
  areas
• 40:07
  because
• 40:08
  it's
• 40:08
  just
• 40:08
  so
• 40:09
  subjective.
• 40:10
  And
• 40:10
  nobody
• 40:11
  ever
• 40:11
  documented
• 40:12
  what
• 40:12
  that
• 40:12
  roof
• 40:12
  looked
• 40:12
  like
• 40:12
  two
• 40:13
  weeks
• 40:13
  beforehand.
• 40:13
  Correct.
• 40:14
  And
• 40:14
  so,
• 40:15
  you
• 40:15
  know,
• 40:16
  again,
• 40:16
  and
• 40:17
  in
• 40:17
  different
• 40:17
  states,
• 40:18
  different
• 40:18
  hail
• 40:18
  size.
• 40:19
  Right.
• 40:19
  You
• 40:19
  go
• 40:19
  to
• 40:19
  Colorado,
• 40:20
  you
• 40:20
  drive
• 40:21
  down
• 40:21
  the
• 40:21
  block
• 40:21
  and
• 40:21
  you
• 40:22
  can
• 40:22
  see
• 40:22
  the
• 40:22
  damage
• 40:22
  on
• 40:22
  the
• 40:22
  roof.
• 40:23
  Right.
• 40:23
  You
• 40:24
  go
• 40:24
  in
• 40:24
  Midwest,
• 40:25
  these
• 40:25
  guys,
• 40:25
  people
• 40:25
  are
• 40:25
  using
• 40:26
  microscopes
• 40:27
  to,
• 40:27
  to
• 40:27
  show
• 40:27
  the
• 40:28
  hail
• 40:28
  there.
• 40:28
  So
• 40:28
  I
• 40:29
  don't
• 40:29
  know,
• 40:29
  I
• 40:30
  stay
• 40:30
  out
• 40:30
  of
• 40:30
  that
• 40:30
  conversation
• 40:31
  or
• 40:31
  at
• 40:31
  least
• 40:31
  I
• 40:31
  try
• 40:32
  to.
• 40:32
  Eric,
• 40:32
  stick
• 40:33
  with
• 40:33
  the
• 40:33
  large
• 40:34
  water.
• 40:34
  And
• 40:34
  when
• 40:35
  it
• 40:35
  comes
• 40:35
  to
• 40:35
  hell,
• 40:36
  we
• 40:36
  do
• 40:36
  storm
• 40:36
  damage,
• 40:37
  usually
• 40:37
  commercial.
• 40:38
  So
• 40:38
  it's
• 40:38
  more
• 40:38
  flat
• 40:39
  roofs
• 40:40
  a
• 40:40
  little
• 40:40
  bit
• 40:40
  different
• 40:40
  on
• 40:41
  that
• 40:41
  side.
• 40:42
  Oh,
• 40:42
  man.
• 40:42
  Great
• 40:43
  advice
• 40:43
  though.
• 40:43
  Great
• 40:43
  advice
• 40:44
  because,
• 40:44
  yeah,
• 40:44
  that's
• 40:44
  one
• 40:44
  of
• 40:44
  those
• 40:45
  things
• 40:45
  I
• 40:45
  always
• 40:45
  see
• 40:45
  and
• 40:45
  go,
• 40:46
  oh
• 40:46
  man,
• 40:47
  that's
• 40:47
  a
• 40:47
  tough.
• 40:48
  Yeah,
• 40:48
  that's
• 40:49
  both
• 40:49
  sides
• 40:50
  on
• 40:50
  the
• 40:50
  PA
• 40:51
  trying
• 40:51
  to
• 40:51
  help
• 40:51
  the
• 40:52
  homeowner,
• 40:52
  the
• 40:52
  contractor,
• 40:53
  and
• 40:53
  then
• 40:53
  the
• 40:53
  insurance
• 40:54
  side.
• 40:54
  Right.
• 40:54
  So
• 40:55
  that
• 40:56
  is.
• 40:56
  That
• 40:56
  is
• 40:56
  awesome.
• 40:57
  Well,
• 40:57
  Andy,
• 40:57
  we're
• 40:57
  going
• 40:57
  to
• 40:58
  run
• 40:58
  out
• 40:58
  of
• 40:58
  time
• 40:58
  here
• 40:58
  soon
• 40:59
  because
• 40:59
  we're
• 40:59
  almost
• 40:59
  through
• 40:59
  the,
• 41:00
  through
• 41:00
  an
• 41:00
  hour
• 41:01
  of
• 41:01
  the
• 41:01
  show.
• 41:01
  But
• 41:02
  I
• 41:02
  wanted
• 41:02
  to
• 41:03
  make
• 41:03
  sure
• 41:03
  and
• 41:03
  see
• 41:03
  is
• 41:04
  there
• 41:04
  something
• 41:04
  that
• 41:04
  we
• 41:04
  haven't
• 41:05
  talked
• 41:05
  about
• 41:05
  here.
• 41:05
  That's
• 41:06
  a
• 41:06
  tip
• 41:06
  that
• 41:06
  somebody
• 41:07
  can
• 41:07
  get
• 41:07
  as
• 41:07
  a
• 41:08
  great
• 41:08
  takeaway
• 41:08
  from
• 41:09
  this
• 41:09
  to
• 41:09
  make
• 41:09
  sure
• 41:10
  that
• 41:10
  they're
• 41:10
  doing
• 41:11
  stuff
• 41:11
  right
• 41:11
  so
• 41:11
  they
• 41:12
  get
• 41:12
  what
• 41:12
  they
• 41:12
  paid
• 41:12
  for.
• 41:13
  Besides
• 41:13
  having
• 41:14
  using
• 41:14
  a
• 41:14
  PA
• 41:15
  to
• 41:15
  look
• 41:16
  at
• 41:16
  their
• 41:16
  policy
• 41:16
  before
• 41:17
  they
• 41:17
  ever
• 41:17
  have
• 41:17
  a
• 41:17
  claim.
• 41:17
  And
• 41:18
  maybe
• 41:18
  they'll
• 41:18
  never
• 41:18
  have
• 41:18
  a
• 41:18
  claim.
• 41:19
  That's
• 41:19
  a
• 41:19
  huge
• 41:19
  advice.
• 41:20
  And
• 41:21
  make
• 41:21
  the
• 41:21
  most
• 41:21
  out
• 41:22
  of
• 41:22
  it.
• 41:22
  And
• 41:22
  then
• 41:22
  if
• 41:22
  they
• 41:23
  do
• 41:23
  have
• 41:23
  a
• 41:23
  claim
• 41:23
  for
• 41:24
  listeners,
• 41:24
  call
• 41:25
  a
• 41:25
  PA
• 41:25
  first.
• 41:26
  Have
• 41:26
  one
• 41:26
  and
• 41:27
  call
• 41:27
  as
• 41:27
  soon
• 41:27
  as
• 41:27
  it
• 41:27
  happens.
• 41:28
  Let
• 41:28
  them
• 41:28
  handle
• 41:28
  that
• 41:29
  claim.
• 41:29
  That's
• 41:29
  what
• 41:30
  they
• 41:30
  do.
• 41:30
  They're
• 41:30
  professionals.
• 41:31
  But
• 41:31
  off
• 41:32
  the
• 41:32
  insurance
• 41:33
  topic,
• 41:33
  I
• 41:34
  just
• 41:34
  do
• 41:34
  want
• 41:34
  to
• 41:34
  say
• 41:34
  thank
• 41:34
  you
• 41:35
  to
• 41:35
  your
• 41:35
  podcast
• 41:36
  because
• 41:36
  there
• 41:36
  was
• 41:36
  a
• 41:36
  product
• 41:37
  you
• 41:37
  recommended
• 41:37
  that
• 41:38
  I'll
• 41:38
  be
• 41:38
  using
• 41:38
  at
• 41:38
  my
• 41:39
  house
• 41:39
  for
• 41:39
  the
• 41:39
  deck.
• 41:39
  So
• 41:40
  I
• 41:40
  do
• 41:40
  want
• 41:40
  to
• 41:40
  tell
• 41:40
  you
• 41:40
  thank
• 41:41
  you
• 41:41
  because
• 41:41
  I
• 41:41
  got
• 41:41
  it
• 41:41
  because
• 41:41
  I
• 41:42
  went
• 41:42
  when
• 41:42
  I
• 41:42
  was
• 41:42
  building,
• 41:43
  I
• 41:43
  went
• 41:43
  through
• 41:43
  a
• 41:43
  lot
• 41:43
  of
• 41:43
  your
• 41:43
  podcast
• 41:44
  about
• 41:45
  materials,
• 41:46
  a
• 41:46
  lot
• 41:46
  of
• 41:46
  the
• 41:46
  stuff,
• 41:47
  and
• 41:47
  I
• 41:47
  ended
• 41:47
  up
• 41:47
  doing
• 41:48
  the
• 41:48
  deck
• 41:48
  boards
• 41:48
  that,
• 41:49
  that
• 41:49
  were
• 41:49
  on
• 41:49
  your.
• 41:49
  On
• 41:50
  your
• 41:50
  podcast.
• 41:50
  Nice,
• 41:51
  nice.
• 41:51
  Good
• 41:52
  looking
• 41:52
  stuff,
• 41:52
  I
• 41:52
  bet,
• 41:53
  right?
• 41:53
  Amazing
• 41:54
  stuff.
• 41:54
  Best
• 41:54
  I.
• 41:55
  I
• 41:55
  looked
• 41:55
  at
• 41:56
  a
• 41:56
  lot
• 41:56
  the
• 41:56
  best.
• 41:57
  So
• 41:57
  wouldn't
• 41:57
  have
• 41:57
  known
• 41:58
  because
• 41:58
  they're
• 41:58
  not
• 41:59
  anywhere.
• 42:00
  I
• 42:00
  don't
• 42:00
  know.
• 42:00
  You
• 42:01
  got
• 42:01
  to
• 42:01
  find
• 42:01
  them.
• 42:01
  Exactly.
• 42:02
  And
• 42:02
  it's.
• 42:02
  Yeah,
• 42:04
  I
• 42:04
  think
• 42:04
  it's
• 42:04
  not
• 42:05
  mobile
• 42:05
  products.
• 42:06
  You
• 42:06
  got
• 42:06
  it.
• 42:07
  Freaking
• 42:07
  amazing.
• 42:07
  When
• 42:08
  I
• 42:08
  saw
• 42:08
  my
• 42:08
  wife
• 42:08
  even
• 42:08
  said,
• 42:09
  oh
• 42:09
  my
• 42:09
  God,
• 42:09
  this
• 42:09
  is
• 42:09
  awesome.
• 42:10
  I'm
• 42:10
  like,
• 42:10
  I
• 42:10
  know.
• 42:11
  So
• 42:12
  it
• 42:12
  looks
• 42:12
  real.
• 42:13
  It
• 42:13
  doesn't
• 42:13
  look
• 42:13
  like
• 42:13
  a
• 42:14
  stamped
• 42:14
  out
• 42:14
  plastic.
• 42:15
  Right.
• 42:15
  It's
• 42:16
  just
• 42:16
  good
• 42:16
  looking.
• 42:17
  When
• 42:17
  I
• 42:17
  get
• 42:17
  my
• 42:17
  deck
• 42:18
  done
• 42:18
  in
• 42:18
  the
• 42:18
  spring
• 42:19
  here
• 42:19
  somewhere,
• 42:19
  I'll
• 42:19
  send
• 42:20
  you
• 42:20
  a
• 42:20
  picture.
• 42:20
  Ah,
• 42:21
  I
• 42:21
  love
• 42:21
  to
• 42:21
  man.
• 42:21
  I
• 42:22
  love
• 42:22
  to.
• 42:22
  And
• 42:23
  we
• 42:23
  had
• 42:23
  a
• 42:23
  guest
• 42:23
  on
• 42:24
  a
• 42:24
  few
• 42:24
  months
• 42:25
  ago
• 42:25
  that's
• 42:25
  something
• 42:25
  that
• 42:25
  kind
• 42:26
  of
• 42:26
  ties
• 42:26
  into
• 42:26
  this.
• 42:26
  And
• 42:27
  for
• 42:27
  all
• 42:27
  the
• 42:27
  listeners
• 42:27
  out
• 42:28
  there,
• 42:28
  go
• 42:29
  back
• 42:29
  and
• 42:29
  take
• 42:29
  a
• 42:29
  listen
• 42:30
  to
• 42:30
  this
• 42:30
  episode
• 42:31
  because
• 42:31
  it
• 42:31
  kind
• 42:31
  of
• 42:31
  ties
• 42:31
  in
• 42:32
  with
• 42:32
  this
• 42:32
  really
• 42:32
  well.
• 42:33
  And
• 42:33
  it's
• 42:34
  a
• 42:34
  local
• 42:34
  company
• 42:35
  to
• 42:35
  me.
• 42:35
  But
• 42:35
  he
• 42:35
  travels
• 42:35
  across
• 42:36
  the
• 42:36
  country
• 42:36
  virtual
• 42:37
  home
• 42:37
  inventory.
• 42:38
  So
• 42:38
  he
• 42:39
  goes
• 42:39
  through
• 42:39
  and
• 42:39
  people
• 42:39
  pay
• 42:40
  for
• 42:40
  him.
• 42:40
  And
• 42:40
  he
• 42:40
  uses
• 42:41
  the
• 42:41
  software
• 42:42
  that
• 42:42
  real
• 42:42
  estate
• 42:42
  agents
• 42:43
  use
• 42:43
  for
• 42:43
  virtual
• 42:44
  walkthroughs.
• 44:17
  And
• 44:18
  he
• 44:18
  goes
• 44:18
  through
• 44:18
  and
• 44:18
  does
• 44:18
  a
• 44:19
  virtual
• 44:19
  inventory
• 44:20
  of
• 44:20
  everything
• 44:20
  in
• 44:20
  your
• 44:21
  home
• 44:21
  and
• 44:22
  gets
• 44:22
  the
• 44:22
  model
• 44:23
  numbers
• 44:23
  of
• 44:23
  everything
• 42:51
  from
• 44:24
  appliances
• 44:25
  to
• 44:26
  all
• 44:26
  the
• 44:26
  different
• 44:27
  stuff
• 44:28
  will
• 44:28
  go
• 44:28
  out
• 44:28
  and
• 44:28
  get
• 44:28
  your
• 44:29
  art
• 44:29
  appraised,
• 44:29
  all
• 44:30
  that
• 44:30
  different
• 44:30
  stuff.
• 44:30
  So
• 44:31
  if
• 44:31
  you
• 44:31
  have
• 44:31
  a
• 44:31
  total
• 44:31
  loss,
• 44:32
  you've
• 44:33
  got
• 44:33
  a
• 44:33
  document
• 44:33
  that
• 44:34
  says
• 44:34
  as
• 44:34
  of
• 44:34
  this
• 44:35
  date,
• 44:35
  here's
• 44:35
  exactly
• 44:36
  what
• 44:36
  I
• 44:36
  owned.
• 44:37
  And
• 44:37
  it's
• 44:37
  so
• 44:37
  accurate,
• 44:37
  you
• 44:38
  could
• 44:38
  actually
• 44:38
  take
• 44:38
  that
• 44:39
  plan
• 44:40
  that
• 44:40
  he
• 44:40
  has
• 44:40
  from
• 44:40
  the
• 44:40
  virtual
• 44:41
  inventory
• 44:41
  and
• 44:42
  they
• 44:42
  could
• 44:42
  upload
• 44:42
  it
• 44:42
  to
• 44:42
  an
• 44:43
  architect,
• 44:43
  and
• 44:44
  they
• 44:44
  could
• 44:44
  actually
• 44:44
  help
• 44:45
  redesign
• 44:45
  the
• 44:46
  house
• 44:46
  off
• 44:47
  of
• 44:47
  that.
• 44:47
  So
• 44:48
  it
• 44:48
  really
• 44:48
  does
• 44:48
  a
• 44:48
  really
• 44:48
  cool
• 44:49
  job
• 44:49
  of
• 44:49
  that.
• 44:49
  And
• 44:49
  it's
• 44:50
  a
• 44:50
  kind
• 44:50
  of
• 44:50
  a
• 44:50
  new
• 44:50
  company.
• 44:50
  I
• 44:51
  hear
• 44:51
  that.
• 44:51
  I
• 44:51
  will
• 44:51
  take
• 44:51
  a
• 44:52
  listen.
• 44:52
  That.
• 44:52
  Because
• 44:52
  they
• 44:52
  use
• 44:52
  probably
• 44:53
  the
• 44:53
  same
• 44:53
  software
• 44:53
  we
• 44:54
  use
• 44:54
  to
• 44:54
  scan
• 44:54
  the
• 44:54
  homes,
• 44:55
  except
• 44:55
  we're
• 44:55
  digging
• 44:55
  through
• 44:56
  it
• 44:56
  after
• 44:56
  it's
• 44:57
  damaged.
• 44:58
  So.
• 44:58
  Yeah,
• 44:58
  you're
• 44:58
  digging
• 44:59
  through
• 44:59
  the
• 44:59
  ashes.
• 45:00
  He's
• 45:00
  doing
• 45:00
  it
• 45:00
  before
• 45:02
  my
• 45:02
  guy's
• 45:02
  there
• 45:02
  for
• 45:02
  three
• 45:03
  weeks.
• 45:03
  Yeah.
• 45:04
  So
• 45:04
  that
• 45:05
  is
• 45:05
  brutal.
• 45:05
  Okay,
• 45:06
  the
• 45:06
  last
• 45:06
  thing,
• 45:06
  Andy,
• 45:07
  before
• 45:07
  we
• 45:07
  go.
• 45:07
  How
• 45:08
  do
• 45:08
  people
• 45:08
  find
• 45:08
  you
• 45:09
  if
• 45:09
  they've
• 45:09
  got
• 45:09
  their
• 45:09
  policy
• 45:10
  and
• 45:10
  they're
• 45:10
  like,
• 45:11
  I
• 45:11
  can't
• 45:12
  read
• 45:12
  this.
• 45:12
  I
• 45:12
  have
• 45:13
  no
• 45:13
  idea.
• 45:13
  This
• 45:13
  is
• 45:13
  Greek
• 45:14
  to
• 45:14
  me.
• 45:14
  How
• 45:15
  do
• 45:15
  they
• 45:15
  find
• 45:15
  you
• 45:15
  to.
• 45:16
  To
• 45:16
  help
• 45:16
  or.
• 45:16
  If
• 45:17
  they're
• 45:17
  in
