- 0:00Speaker 1: Live from the wor Lifeback Studios.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Mark Zimon, Hey, well take some calls. Eight hundred three
- 0:09Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. Call me now eight hundred
- 0:12Speaker 2: three to two one zero seven ten. All right, it
- 0:15Speaker 2: just happened. Anthony Fauci has been held in contempt. Ran
- 0:20Speaker 2: Paul got his resolution. It will skip the full Senate vote.
- 0:24Speaker 2: But the it's done, Anthony Fauci now held in contempt.
- 0:31Speaker 2: This will be referred directly to the Department of Justice. Now,
- 0:35Speaker 2: this Senate committee can make a criminal referral. They can
- 0:39Speaker 2: hold you in contempt, but they can't actually do anything.
- 0:41Speaker 2: It's up to the Department of Justice. But remember it's
- 0:45Speaker 2: the Trump Department of Justice. So Anthony Fauci in contempt.
- 0:50Speaker 2: They do have his cell phone. They haven't gotten all
- 0:53Speaker 2: this stuff out of it yet, but this is going
- 0:55Speaker 2: to be fascinating. When they went through his work computer
- 0:59Speaker 2: they found the diary. Would imagine what they're going to
- 1:01Speaker 2: find in the cell phone. Not just a record of
- 1:03Speaker 2: all his calls, but you'll get to see all of
- 1:05Speaker 2: his texts. If you look through the Epstein files, that's
- 1:09Speaker 2: some of the most interesting stuff, the texting back and forth.
- 1:13Speaker 2: So that's going to come out about Anthony Fauci. Let's
- 1:16Speaker 2: take some calls. Let's go to Tom and Queen's Tom.
- 1:19Speaker 3: How you doing, Hey, Mark, good morning. Two things for
- 1:23Speaker 3: you today, Dami like he didn't. Queen's what he's going
- 1:27Speaker 3: to do to stat Mound, He's probably got to add
- 1:30Speaker 3: more speed cameras for out to get revenge. And another
- 1:36Speaker 3: add one more name to the list, the David leave Off.
- 1:39Speaker 3: He's another one that canceled his concerts.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Yeah, they got to stop these guys. You know, when
- 1:44Speaker 2: he gets past a certain age, do it a record
- 1:48Speaker 2: a concert and then just sell it to Netflix or somebody.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Don't try to to well Frankie Valley, Yeah, that's a
- 1:54Speaker 2: sad case. But he's he's in his nineties now, you know,
- 2:00Speaker 2: looked like he was lip syncing for a few years
- 2:02Speaker 2: and then the problem was he just got i mean
- 2:06Speaker 2: just got so old, a little Joe bidenish and he
- 2:10Speaker 2: was having trouble even keeping up with the lip syncing.
- 2:12Speaker 2: So but how old is he ninety two, ninety three
- 2:18Speaker 2: something like that. I mean, just an amazing work ethic.
- 2:20Speaker 2: I mean, you got to give these guys credit. In
- 2:23Speaker 2: the case of many of them, it's a strong worth
- 2:26Speaker 2: work ethic, you know, like McCartney. This guy doesn't need
- 2:28Speaker 2: the money. He's a billionaire, but he loves to work.
- 2:31Speaker 2: He just lives to do concerts. It's really maybe the
- 2:36Speaker 2: real reason the Beatles broke up. They give you all
- 2:38Speaker 2: these different explanations, but remember about nineteen sixty six or so,
- 2:43Speaker 2: John Lennon decided they would never go on tour again.
- 2:46Speaker 2: He thought it was getting too dangerous, too out of control,
- 2:49Speaker 2: so they were never going to tour again. McCartney couldn't
- 2:52Speaker 2: take this. He just loves performing, he loves concerts. So
- 2:57Speaker 2: after a couple of years of not being able to
- 2:59Speaker 2: do any live shows, I think, I mean, I've asked
- 3:02Speaker 2: him about it, and he's never actually said it out loud,
- 3:05Speaker 2: but he kind of gives you that look like, yeah,
- 3:07Speaker 2: it was a factor, a big factor, never never getting
- 3:09Speaker 2: to go on stage again. But uh, I don't know.
- 3:14Speaker 2: I mean, hey, if people show up, if they can
- 3:18Speaker 2: fill the Hollywood bowls zz top hard to imagine. But
- 3:21Speaker 2: if they can fill the Hollywood Bowl then I guess
- 3:24Speaker 2: I'm wrong, So keep doing Now. Will they impeach President Trump? No,
- 3:29Speaker 2: of course not. It's a Republican Senate. It's a Republican House.
- 3:34Speaker 2: But it looks like they're going to try in these
- 3:36Speaker 2: committees to impeach the cabinet members. One by one, They're
- 3:41Speaker 2: going to try to impeach cabinet members. They'll start with
- 3:44Speaker 2: the littlest one first and work their way up. So
- 3:47Speaker 2: expect to see that the impeachment of cabinet members. It'll
- 3:51Speaker 2: go nowhere, but it's just a chance to embarrass them.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Let's take some calls. Let's go to uh, let's go
- 3:57Speaker 2: to Len in Long Island. Len. How you doing.
- 4:01Speaker 3: I'm doing fine.
- 4:03Speaker 2: I wanted to ask you a question about.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Joe pistoph Yeah, he used to have.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Three hours of fine Sinatra every Sunday.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Yes, call it Sunday. Yes, what happened to that?
- 4:18Speaker 2: It's a perfect call. Asking about what's going on at
- 4:20Speaker 2: another station, questions about their lineup. I think they moved
- 4:24Speaker 2: it to Saturday night. He's on Saturday night at ten o'clock.
- 4:28Speaker 3: They moved it to Saturday.
- 4:30Speaker 2: They forgot to tell the one listener Atlant it's Saturday
- 4:33Speaker 2: nights at ten o'clock. Now he's a good guy at
- 4:35Speaker 2: Joe Pisco. We like Joe Piscopo, very good guy and
- 4:39Speaker 2: uh uh I used to do the Sinatra show at
- 4:42Speaker 2: that same place on Saturday nights from before many many
- 4:45Speaker 2: many years. Hey, the FBI has officially opened a probe
- 4:52Speaker 2: into James call me good. And what they're specifically looking
- 4:58Speaker 2: at is this whole Russia. You know, the whole Russia
- 5:03Speaker 2: stuff was never sold. I know, there was a Mulla
- 5:06Speaker 2: report and they found there was no Russian collusion, but
- 5:09Speaker 2: they never got to the bottom of how the Russia
- 5:12Speaker 2: hoax was started, who formed it, And the FBI is
- 5:15Speaker 2: finally gonna look at that. There's an open, active investigation
- 5:18Speaker 2: into Komi and exactly how they started and launched this
- 5:23Speaker 2: whole Russia hoax. If you look back on it now,
- 5:27Speaker 2: it does seem kind of crazy. I mean, there's a
- 5:29Speaker 2: lot of things you could complain about Donald Trump with,
- 5:32Speaker 2: There's a lot of things you could say are wrong
- 5:34Speaker 2: with Donald Trump. But but a Russian agent can you
- 5:41Speaker 2: even picture that? Can you picture him being an agent
- 5:43Speaker 2: for anybody except himself? I don't think so. It was
- 5:47Speaker 2: the most ridiculous hoax ever. So they are looking at that.
- 5:52Speaker 2: The FBI believes the opening of this investigation was totally wrong.
- 5:57Speaker 2: The probe was meant to harm down Trump well clearly
- 6:01Speaker 2: it was, and they're going to finally look at this. Now.
- 6:04Speaker 2: They keep trying to get this Komy. He's a slippery worm,
- 6:06Speaker 2: but they'll keep working on it. The investigation will seek
- 6:11Speaker 2: to determine whether President Trump and others. Oh wait, no,
- 6:15Speaker 2: this is this is what they were doing in the
- 6:18Speaker 2: in this Russia hoax. They were trying to decide if
- 6:22Speaker 2: he was a Russian agent. And then you remember that
- 6:24Speaker 2: was Operation Across the Fire, Hurricane or whatever the hell
- 6:28Speaker 2: it was. Then they switched it to Operation Oxford Kama.
- 6:35Speaker 2: They spend more time coming up with these ridiculous names
- 6:37Speaker 2: that nobody gets. But apparently that was into whether President
- 6:40Speaker 2: Trump was obstructing the Russia investigation, which was basically an
- 6:44Speaker 2: investigation and nothing. So they keep trying to get Komby.
- 6:48Speaker 2: It's like Iran. You can never quite get them no
- 6:50Speaker 2: matter what. But good keep it up, keep going after Komy. No,
- 6:55Speaker 2: some people might say, well, Alicia cost him a lot
- 6:58Speaker 2: of money with these legal bills. No, these guys like
- 7:01Speaker 2: the Fitzgerald, former prosecutor now an attorney, these guys that
- 7:05Speaker 2: are Comy's lawyers, they're all close friends. They're all close friends,
- 7:09Speaker 2: like a deep state mob of lawyers, so they're all
- 7:11Speaker 2: working for nothing. Right now, that's take some calls. Let's
- 7:14Speaker 2: go to John and Paramus. John, how you doing good?
- 7:19Speaker 3: I hope this new schedule doesn't cut into your nightlife.
- 7:21Speaker 2: It is a little I mean, he's a guy got
- 7:23Speaker 2: to sleep a little earlier, like midnight. I'm never going
- 7:27Speaker 2: to sleep that early in my life.
- 7:29Speaker 3: The bar candles will be upset about it. Sorry, So you.
- 7:34Speaker 2: John Cassam TVs.
- 7:35Speaker 1: What is he?
- 7:36Speaker 3: And he's of course he's the biggest grocery.
- 7:39Speaker 2: About w ABC Day. What's going on here?
- 7:41Speaker 3: Why would you want to No, no, no, no, no,
- 7:43Speaker 3: I'm not I never know Wright Now, I don't know
- 7:45Speaker 3: what you think. What do he thinks of this Mondani
- 7:48Speaker 3: grocery store? What his professional opinion is?
- 7:51Speaker 2: Well, obviously, you know, if you're a big, successful grocery
- 7:57Speaker 2: store operator, the biggest in the city, and so amateur
- 8:00Speaker 2: tries to do it, you're gonna just kind of laugh.
- 8:02Speaker 2: It's like when we watch these amateur podcasters, we just
- 8:05Speaker 2: kind of laugh at them. We think they're they're ridiculous.
- 8:08Speaker 2: It's a good question, though. Now tell you the real
- 8:11Speaker 2: problem here. If you were Mom Donnie, you're a thirty
- 8:14Speaker 2: four year old kid. You never had a job in
- 8:16Speaker 2: your life. You've never run anything, you've never managed anything,
- 8:19Speaker 2: and you decided, I'm going to open my own grocery stores.
- 8:22Speaker 2: And it's about the toughest business in New York right now.
- 8:26Speaker 2: If you decided to do that, wouldn't you pick up
- 8:29Speaker 2: the phone and call somebody like John Katzimatit's they're their friends.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Wouldn't you call them and say, can we have a meeting?
- 8:36Speaker 2: Could you show me how to run a grocery store?
- 8:40Speaker 2: Wouldn't you do that? You know, if you were worried
- 8:43Speaker 2: about the crime situation, wouldn't you call Ray Kelly. He'd
- 8:46Speaker 2: be happy to help guys like this. They're happy to
- 8:48Speaker 2: help you. They'd love to help. They love the city,
- 8:50Speaker 2: and say, could I come meet with you? Could you
- 8:52Speaker 2: give me some guidance on the fighting crime. If you
- 8:55Speaker 2: had this homeless problem, you know it was great at
- 8:58Speaker 2: cleaning up the homeless. Rudy Juliani. Why wouldn't you call
- 9:01Speaker 2: Rudy Giuliani? I mean, maybe you don't want to be
- 9:04Speaker 2: associated with him, you're a Democrat or what. Call him up.
- 9:07Speaker 2: He'll talk to you and say, give me some advice.
- 9:09Speaker 2: How do I what do I need to do here?
- 9:12Speaker 2: But these guys don't care. They don't want to do anything.
- 9:14Speaker 2: This is the problem with these democratic socialists, left wing
- 9:18Speaker 2: radical Kami mom Donnie types. They don't want It's just symbolism.
- 9:22Speaker 2: It's the idea of a government grocery store. You'll never
- 9:25Speaker 2: see this grocery store. It'll never open. As long as
- 9:27Speaker 2: you'll live, you'll never see a government grocery store. And
- 9:31Speaker 2: you know, if you talk to these great grocery store owners,
- 9:34Speaker 2: they'll tell you it's one to two million to open
- 9:36Speaker 2: a store. He's paying forty five million to open a store.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Wouldn't that make you pick up the phone and call
- 9:43Speaker 2: him and say, hey, could you show me how you
- 9:45Speaker 2: do it for two million? Because I don't want to
- 9:47Speaker 2: waste forty five million a taxpayers money. But it would
- 9:50Speaker 2: never occur to these guys to ask anybody for help.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Yess like he's an amateur podcasters? Do these you know
- 9:59Speaker 2: you ever listen to.
- 9:59Speaker 1: So, Hey, how are you welcome to my podcast? You
- 10:03Speaker 1: And if I see him, they'll go, dav I allad
- 10:07Speaker 1: my podcast, Oh you gotta listen, it's great. So it
- 10:09Speaker 1: never occurs to them to ask any questions, you know, ask, hey,
- 10:12Speaker 1: could you give me some help?
- 10:13Speaker 2: Show me how to lay this out? How do you
- 10:15Speaker 2: do a radio show? How do you It never occurs
- 10:17Speaker 2: to them. Uh, it's just total lack of self awareness.
- 10:21Speaker 2: So Mom, Donnie thinks he's some sort of genius. He's
- 10:23Speaker 2: so brilliant. He is brilliant at getting himself elected mayor.
- 10:26Speaker 2: You got to give him credit for that. Thirty four
- 10:28Speaker 2: never had a job, becomes the mayor of the biggest
- 10:31Speaker 2: city in America. That's the talent. But when it comes
- 10:34Speaker 2: to running a grocery store, you would think he'd say,
- 10:37Speaker 2: I better go ask some professionals, get some help. Nope,
- 10:41Speaker 2: never do it. Hey, coming up at noon today, Buck
- 10:45Speaker 2: Sexton and Klay Travis. You got to listen to them
- 10:47Speaker 2: every day at noon. It's an excellent show. Then at
- 10:51Speaker 2: three o'clock we got the most listen to radio show
- 10:53Speaker 2: in America, Sean Hannity. We got Jesse Kelly. At six,
- 10:58Speaker 2: Jimmy Fala. That's a great show. Every I listen to
- 11:01Speaker 2: that now every night nine o'clock to midnight. In fact,
- 11:06Speaker 2: Jimmy Faylor will be with us in the third hour.
- 11:09Speaker 2: This is the first hour we're on nine to noon
