Transcript
- 0:00I contacted some people who know you guys and
- 0:05love you guys. And I asked them, okay, tell me
- 0:11more about why you love this person. Why you
- 0:15think this guy is not only a human being that
- 0:20you admire, but as a bull, what are the qualities
- 0:23that you see in them? And I thought this might
- 0:25be good because what I'm going to be talking
- 0:27about is your strengths. and asking you why you
- 0:31feel your strengths, how they apply to the lifestyle,
- 0:34and why they have helped you be successful. Okay.
- 0:36Does that sound like a fun game? Okay. This podcast
- 0:41contains explicit adult content, mature themes,
- 0:46and candid conversations about sex, dominance,
- 0:50power exchange, and ethical non -monogamy. It
- 0:54is intended for audiences 18 and over only. Listener

- 1:35If you're not comfortable with frank talk about
- 1:38sex, kink, dominance, or emotional power, this
- 1:42probably isn't the show for you. But if you're
- 1:44ready to step into your masculine edge and embrace
- 1:48a lifestyle that demands mastery, welcome to
- 1:51the Brotherhood. Welcome to the Bull Brotherhood
- 1:56podcast, where we talk power, pleasure, and the
- 2:00art of dominance in ethical non -monogamy. This
- 2:03is not your average lifestyle podcast. This is
- 2:06for men who lead, men who master, and men who
- 2:09leave a lasting impression. If you're here, you're
- 2:13not just curious. You're ready to elevate. So
- 2:16to all the bulls, hot wives, stags, and open
- 2:19-minded explorers, we see you. Let's go. Ladies
- 2:38and gentlemen, good evening and welcome to another
- 2:40informative episode of the Bull Brotherhood podcast.
- 2:44This is the one and only Brian Morgan, a .k .a.
- 2:46The Sigma Male, coming at you, along with my
- 2:49nephew and partner in crime, the one and only
- 2:52Socrates. What's up, brother? What's up, punk?
- 2:58All right, all right. uh ladies and gentlemen
- 3:00tonight we are actually going to give the beautiful
- 3:03and sexy siren the night off the reason being
- 3:05because we have the sapiosexual one from california
- 3:09again with us our brother pagan p what's up what's
- 3:15going on man there's no intro like a b morgan
- 3:19intro man i gotta record these i gotta keep them
- 3:24I do appreciate that. I do appreciate that. And
- 3:27again, brother, welcome to the Bull Brotherhood
- 3:29for the second time. And ladies and gentlemen,
- 3:32we have a really special episode tonight because
- 3:35Socrates and I, we are going to not be asking
- 3:39the questions tonight. We're going to turn it
- 3:41over to the extra special co -host, Pagan himself.
- 3:45He's going to take the reins right now. He's
- 3:47going to interview myself and Socrates. I guess
- 3:49giving a little per se origin about the two of
- 3:53us. So, without further ado, ladies and gentlemen,
- 3:57I give you, again, from the great state of California,
- 4:01our brother, bull brother, Bacon. Take it over,
- 4:04baby. My people, my people, thank you for having
- 4:08me back. And thank you, listeners, for tuning
- 4:14in to something that I want to be clear, neither
- 4:17is Socrates nor be. came to me with this idea.
- 4:23I came to them with this idea. It occurred to
- 4:25me, listening to these episodes, that some of
- 4:28the audience might just want to know a little
- 4:30bit more about their host. Clearly, these guys
- 4:32are knowledgeable. Clearly, they have experience.
- 4:35Clearly, they're very good at articulating those
- 4:37things and helping out others. But I thought
- 4:40it just might be interesting to get into, like,
- 4:43who these gentlemen are, where they come from,
- 4:45their origin stories as the superheroes in the
- 4:49Bull Brotherhood. So I'd love to just jump right
- 4:52in with you guys, if you don't mind, and just
- 4:56get to know you all a little better. Sound good?
- 4:59Yeah, let's do it. All four. Perfect. So I guess,
- 5:05yeah, like Dee said, let's start off with, you
- 5:09know, when Peter Parker got bit by the spider.
- 5:11Like, tell us a little bit about your origin
- 5:15stories. Maybe, Sock, you can go first. I'm just,
- 5:19you know, I know some people have heard it, so
- 5:21feel free to truncate it. But just to give us
- 5:25a little bit of a background as if this is my
- 5:27first episode, who are you in terms of where
- 5:31you came from and how you got in the lifestyle?
- 5:35Yeah. Yeah. So appreciate it, man. Appreciate
- 5:38you doing this for us. And, you know, I'm already
- 5:41excited because I know you're going to have some
- 5:42awesome questions. So, yeah, I was vanilla most
- 5:47of my life. But I thought differently. At a very
- 5:54young age, I knew I did not have the kind of,
- 5:56like, how do I want to say this? I didn't have
- 6:02the same feelings about jealousy that most people
- 6:05did. So, like, I would have, I was dating this
- 6:09really beautiful girl, Jet Magazine model, just
- 6:14beautiful from top. Top to bottom. And I had
- 6:20found out, one of my boys found out that she
- 6:22was cheating on me. And he was like, oh, man,
- 6:25you know, you're not going to be mad. You're
- 6:28not going to do something. I was like, well,
- 6:31I don't know. I like pussy. And I like more than
- 6:35one pussy. I would imagine she likes dick and
- 6:38she might want more than one dick. So my friends
- 6:42thought I was weird because I was like, hmm.
- 6:44She probably could have just told me, you know.
- 6:47And so that was my mentality for a long time.
- 6:49But I didn't take that into, you know, married
- 6:54life or anything because I got into ministry
- 6:57pretty early on in life. And I wasn't even thinking
- 7:01about any of that. So fast forward, I get into
- 7:07a marriage with now ex. And I told her when I
- 7:14first met her, I said, look, I'm really interested
- 7:16in this swinging thing. I didn't know any of
- 7:21the terminology. And if we're going to do this,
- 7:26we're going to go in that direction. And she
- 7:30said, cool. But I didn't really know what I was
- 7:33doing. And I made a lot of mistakes. I was doing
- 7:38a lot of research, but I didn't know how, so
- 7:40half of it was porn. And I didn't know anything
- 7:44about podcasts or anything like that. So long
- 7:48story short, I, you know, me and her get into
- 7:51the lifestyle together. You know, it's pretty
- 7:54much swingers. And she wasn't really, she wasn't
- 8:00really 100%. She was never forced or anything.
- 8:04She loved doing it. Every now and again, she
- 8:08would have twinges of like, I don't know if I'm
- 8:11really supposed to be doing this or if we should
- 8:13be doing as much as we are or, you know, anything
- 8:15like that. So we really weren't on the same page
- 8:19with lifestyle, but I loved it. And so by the
- 8:22time we had divorced, I had already been, had
- 8:24read a lot of books on the subject and, you know,
- 8:27podcasts, getting online, you know. reading forums,
- 8:35just everything I can get my hands on. And then
- 8:38I read a book called Sex at Dawn, which is pretty
- 8:43much like an anthropological approach to non
- 8:47-monogamy. And then I was hooked. That was it.
- 8:50Wow. Yeah. I do know that book, my brother. And
- 8:54you are absolutely right describing it that way.
- 8:56Yeah. That one goes deep and it goes way back
- 8:58into the primal nature of who we are. Okay, stay
- 9:03focused. B, Morgan, your origin story. What was
- 9:08the moment when you went and decided that you
- 9:12would be who you're going to be and who were
- 9:15you before that? Well, let me tell you who I
- 9:19was before that. I was a very, very skinny kid.
- 9:23And when I say skinny, I was real thin. If you
- 9:26take a pencil and stand it up and put my face
- 9:29and head on it, that's what I looked like. Yeah,
- 9:32a very, very late bloomer. The only thing that
- 9:35I had going for me, I could shoot a basketball
- 9:37pretty good. I really did not. I had girls in
- 9:42high school, but I wasn't what I ended up becoming.
- 9:49Graduated, joined the United States Army immediately.
- 9:51And a few years later, at age 25, 26, I find
- 9:56myself overseas in Germany. and that was when
- 10:00the baptism took place i um if you know anything
- 10:06about germany you know when a black man goes
- 10:08over there he becomes just a movie star i really
- 10:13i don't i don't know any way to know the way
- 10:15to say it but i got over there and i met a beautiful
- 10:2048 year old russian businesswoman and pagan when
- 10:28i tell you she was fine she was not fine she
- 10:31was fine she was she was all that and a bag of
- 10:36chips i mean everything she checked off all the
- 10:39blocks um first and foremost i have been i had
- 10:44i had a just a absolute passion for older women
- 10:48you know i lost my virginity to older women so
- 10:51it was already in me i just loved older women
- 10:54and uh this lady took me under her wing after
- 10:58we got together for the first couple of times.
- 11:01And as a young guy, you think that this particular
- 11:05compliment that I'm about to say is really a
- 11:09real compliment. And at that time, at my age,
- 11:12it was. But now, at the age that I am now, I
- 11:16realize, okay, that was really like the start
- 11:21of something for me. And she said one day, she
- 11:23said, quote unquote, she said, goddamn baby you
- 11:26have no clue how to make love but you can show
- 11:28fuck now for somebody 26 years old you know your
- 11:31chest kind of jumps out you know what i mean
- 11:33but i then realized a little bit later on after
- 11:38she introduced me to the life and i won't go
- 11:42into all about because it's a long long story
- 11:44that's what i was like how she got me into it
- 11:46but when she when she did get me into the life
- 11:50and uh i started to evolve I realized, okay,
- 11:56what she said was actually, in a way, it was
- 11:59a wake -up call. Because I like Socrates. I thought
- 12:04sex was a performance. I thought it was porn,
- 12:08basically. So what I was trying to do to every
- 12:11woman that I saw was basically turn into a porn
- 12:14star and just fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck. But
- 12:18I had no idea how to really engage with a woman.
- 12:23I had no clue how to listen to women. I had no
- 12:28clue how to form a connection with women. This
- 12:33particular lady taught me all of that. And she
- 12:36taught me that through the hot wifing lifestyle.
- 12:40Not only did I do a little, was I introduced
- 12:43to the hot wifing lifestyle, but she also, she
- 12:46was my handler for a couple of years. I actually
- 12:48did a little escorting over there. So that. was
- 12:52my introduction to the life of course this was
- 12:56a long time ago we didn't have all of the words
- 12:59you know that we have now hot wifing and what
- 13:03a bbc was and what a cuckold was but that was
- 13:07my initial um like i said baptism and jump into
- 13:13the hot wifing lifestyle with this 48 year old
- 13:16lady and then from there it went on Okay. So
- 13:23you're now a mentor who at some point had a mentor
- 13:26that brought you along to where you can now share
- 13:30with others. That's amazing. That's the gift
- 13:32that we can give when we have experience. And
- 13:36this podcast is a great example of it. Okay.
- 13:40So we got you two separately. How did Batman
- 13:43meet Robin? How did you two meet? And on top
- 13:48of that question, what happened one day where
- 13:53you guys saw a need, what was that need? And
- 13:56then the bull brotherhood was the answer to that.
- 14:02So, yeah, I'll start because it was, um, so basically,
- 14:06uh, Michael C from, uh, keys and necklace podcast,
- 14:11um, threw me a bachelor party for. my um wedding
- 14:19to siren so i flew out to where he's at and chilled
- 14:25with them for the weekend and he invited brian
- 14:27and um um i'll let brian tell the story of you
- 14:35know how he knew we were going to be working
- 14:37together because he tells it better but when
- 14:40i met brian you know what i don't mention a lot
- 14:44is what is what I pretty much, like, noticed
- 14:50is immediately I noticed how fucking dope and
- 14:54smooth this dude was, you know, and how he carried
- 14:58himself. And he had an air about himself that
- 15:02was like, I'm here, I know what I'm doing, I'm
- 15:08focused, but I don't give a fuck either. And
- 15:11I thought that was cool as fuck. So, so I almost
- 15:17immediately said, this is the type of brother
- 15:19I want to hang around. I want to rub elbows with
- 15:22and, you know, see what we can, you know, do
- 15:27in this lifestyle, you know? So I'll let him
- 15:31tell his story about that part. Well, since you,
- 15:35since you started off with the party, I'll go
- 15:38ahead and take it from there. But it actually
- 15:42started, though, at Splash Atlanta when we did
- 15:44the podcast. You remember that? Yeah. But anyway,
- 15:47though, we're at the party. That's when we first
- 15:49met. Exactly. That's when we first met. But at
- 15:54the party, though, P, here again, a lot of people
- 16:00don't get me because of, and here again, that's
- 16:04why I am a Sigma male. i really do i'm not just
- 16:09saying that to say it but that is truly my that
- 16:14is my aura i i um i survey the scene i'm i'm
- 16:19there i let people you know see me but at the
- 16:22same time i speak with a voice of silence so
- 16:26we're at the party and uh michael had invited
- 16:30what four four couples p something like that
- 16:33yep yep and then one yeah somebody another one
- 16:38came later on that yeah single lady yeah exactly
- 16:42so we're all sitting there um you know everybody's
- 16:46chilling and having a good time talking um here
- 16:48i am i'm i'm observing i'm observing uh some
- 16:52very very nice looking ladies there but there
- 16:54was about one or two in particular that really
- 16:57fit the characteristics that i i like and um
- 17:02so i was like okay i sat there i sat there long
- 17:05enough i looked at her um she looked at me and
- 17:10i said to myself okay you make a note you look
- 17:13one more time and i'm gonna you know do a little
- 17:15something to you and she did so um i love to
- 17:21give i love to give massages i love to give massages
- 17:24and um so i started to give this beautiful lady
- 17:28a massage and um i noticed that a few minutes
- 17:32into the massage nephew comes over there and
- 17:35he starts massaging also so i'm like okay you
- 17:40know i like to i like how you i like how you
- 17:43came over and did that you know it was very very
- 17:45smooth and um we kept massaging kept massaging
- 17:49and there's a certain way that i massage someone
- 17:53uh it will let her know that i'm interested okay
- 17:58it'll let her know i'm interested here again
- 18:00speaking with the voice of silence well It ended
- 18:04up we taking her into the bedroom. And, you know,
- 18:09it was his bachelor party. It was his bachelor
- 18:12party. And I wanted nothing more than for him
- 18:16to have the best time ever. I didn't even tell
- 18:20Michael that, but I'm like, I'm here for him.
- 18:23That's the reason I flew in. And let's just say
- 18:27he showed his ass, as we say in the state of
- 18:30North Carolina. He showed his ass that night.
- 18:32Okay, he had a great time. He had a great time.
- 18:36And that let me know that, okay, if we would
- 18:40ever pull a caper together, that I was completely
- 18:44confident in his skill set. I know he was going
- 18:50to be able to not only follow but to lead also.
- 18:54And the other time that I knew that he was on
- 18:59point with me. It was, what, two years ago or
- 19:03three years ago in Atlanta, Socrates? It's been
- 19:06about three now, right? Or two years ago. Atlanta
- 19:09was about two years ago, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Two
- 19:14years ago in Atlanta, Michael had invited me
- 19:17to sit in on a podcast, and it was he along with
- 19:21Mr. Mocha, Socrates, and another gentleman. I
- 19:26forgot his name. That was the first time that
- 19:32I had ever introduced myself to anyone, especially
- 19:36as a Sigma male. And I explained, I gave a detailed
- 19:39definition of what a Sigma male is in the male
- 19:43hierarchy, in the male archetype. And he was,
- 19:48I noticed, I was like, he's over there taking
- 19:49notes. Socrates is like, hey man, I need to write
- 19:54this down. There were certain things that I was
- 19:55saying, and he actually wrote it down. And I
- 20:00was like, okay, either he's playing right now
- 20:03very well or he really is taking his shit in.
- 20:06You know what I'm saying? And we talked a little
- 20:09bit more later on after that. And I was like,
- 20:13okay, that's somebody that I can take under my
- 20:17wing. I knew that he was very, very interesting.
- 20:20I knew he'd been in the lifestyle as a single
- 20:23person. I had not met his wife at the time. But
- 20:27I knew that he wanted more. He wanted that knowledge.
- 20:31He wanted more knowledge. And here again, you
- 20:33know, I'm pushing. I'm going on 60 years old,
- 20:37brother. You know what I mean? There comes a
- 20:39time in life where you need to pass the game
- 20:44on. You need to pass the knowledge on. Yeah,
- 20:47you still love to play. I do. I still love to
- 20:49play. but i i am looking to pass knowledge on
- 20:52the guys who can keep this ball going and going
- 20:56and going and going because like i said i live
- 20:58at 24 7. you know this isn't just this isn't
- 21:01just a lifestyle to me man this is my life all
- 21:04right really this is my life yeah and uh the
- 21:06only thing that i don't have is is you know i'm
- 21:09not married that's that's that's it those guys
- 21:12are right but uh right but yeah that's how we
- 21:15met and that's how i knew that uh when he bought
- 21:17up a podcast i knew that i would be very very
- 21:20comfortable doing it with them because it's true
- 21:23we're like night and day but but we're very similar
- 21:27also yeah well i gotta say the podcast that i
- 21:32enjoy the vanilla ones and it wasn't a lifestyle
- 21:34when there's two hosts i like it when the dynamic
- 21:37is that you know they bounce off of each other
- 21:40the way you guys do um so that's that's a good
- 21:43thing your differences meld together really well
- 21:45so What would you guys say then? We're at the
- 21:49point when you guys get together and decide to
- 21:51make a podcast. What would you say the mission
- 21:53statement of the Bull Brotherhood is? Or what
- 21:57need did you guys see where you were like, you
- 22:00know what? There's a lot of podcasts out there,
- 22:02but none of them are fulfilling this need. What
- 22:05did you guys come across that made you do this?
- 22:10Go ahead, nephew. Well. You know, I think the
- 22:15biggest thing is I'm willing to say there is
- 22:17a standard and there is a framework that I think
- 22:22every single bull, no matter what race, what
- 22:25dynamic you're in, if you call yourself a bull,
- 22:29that there is a standard. And me and the Sigma
- 22:35male here agreed on that. That's number one.
- 22:37And number two, we felt like there was... we
- 22:44talked about doing the podcast. Once we realized,
- 22:47you know what, there are standards and there
- 22:49are principles and there are frameworks that
- 22:52we believe in that enhance the experience significantly.
- 22:56We believe in that. Once we figured that out,
- 22:59I think it took maybe Brian Morgan about a week
- 23:04and a half to be like, we need a female perspective
- 23:06and we need to bring Siren on. And I'm not going
- 23:11to lie, in the beginning, I was skeptical. I
- 23:13was like, ah, I don't know. But that was the
- 23:17best thing. Because who gives a fuck about our
- 23:22opinion if the women out there were like, nah,
- 23:26son, that's not how it works, you know? So once
- 23:30that came together, the need we're meeting is
- 23:34that. We think there are principles and fundamental
- 23:37things that you can believe in and things you
- 23:39can do and a perspective that you can have that
- 23:43will lead you forward in this lifestyle and will
- 23:47get you better results. And we wanted to have
- 23:53a nerd's perspective who has a shorter experience
- 23:56time and a very smooth Sigma male who's got a
- 24:02distinguished career. and has been in the game
- 24:06for a very long time and performed at the highest
- 24:09level. And right now, a damn near nymphomaniac
- 24:12woman who loves black men and loves quality black
- 24:15men and wants to grow in this lifestyle as well.
- 24:19And once Brian Morgan pointed that out, I was
- 24:22like, yeah, we have to do this. Yeah, yeah, that's
- 24:25amazing. Anything to add to that, B, on what
- 24:27you think the mission statement is or the need
- 24:30you fulfilled? Well, I'm going to tell you, he
- 24:33hit it on the head, especially when he brought
- 24:35in that word quality. I had been to several Splash
- 24:44Mocha events. Now, here again, we're talking
- 24:46about Splash Mocha, but I don't care where you
- 24:50go. I don't care what type of event it is. You
- 24:53should look at yourself as one of the best things
- 24:59there. one of the as my father would say one
- 25:01of the baddest men that walked through the door
- 25:03you know and um when i when i when a man calls
- 25:08himself a bull that is what i'm looking at i'm
- 25:12looking for that i'm looking for all of those
- 25:15qualities that put together that will make for
- 25:21a great boyfriend or bull experience you know
- 25:25um here again i i talk about the the the body
- 25:30game and everything. You don't have to look like
- 25:32a bodybuilder or anything like that. I'm not
- 25:33saying that. But take what the good Lord has
- 25:36given you and turn it into the best package that
- 25:38you can possibly, you know, put together. Have
- 25:42your own type of style. Have your, you know,
- 25:45your aura. That is, that is, that's you. Okay.
- 25:50Everybody's not going to be the alpha type of
- 25:52guy. But here again, that's why I wanted to do
- 25:55this podcast and let people know about, hey,
- 25:57you can be. a bull but be a different type of
- 26:00bull you know because there are different types
- 26:03um and um like i said well you know once you
- 26:09know once socrates and i talked and and and we
- 26:12we put together and we do have the mission statement
- 26:14i wish i had it right here so i could actually
- 26:16read it but um but once we got that together
- 26:19i i said it may take a little while because we
- 26:23aren't known known around here you know like
- 26:26everybody else is but we're gonna we're gonna
- 26:30put something together a little bit different
- 26:32differently than the than the you know the just
- 26:35a typical podcast and i think uh our first episodes
- 26:39have been fire i do yeah um and i think we're
- 26:43going to be we're getting better especially myself
- 26:47you know because i'm not a talker i've never
- 26:49damn spoken as much ever maybe you know than
- 26:54i have now but i'm getting more comfortable you
- 26:57know more comfortable and more comfortable with
- 26:59every episode but um he hit it on the head i
- 27:03mean that's that's what we're looking for you
- 27:05know my mom when we say bull brotherhood we are
- 27:07looking for the elite of elite of the elite gentlemen
- 27:11to come here into this into this fraternity and
- 27:17you might well say it because that's that's that's
- 27:19how i look at it right into this frat And everybody
- 27:22is on the same page. You know, if you put five
- 27:28guys up against the wall and put him on another
- 27:31splash event, everybody would be like, okay,
- 27:34those guys are part of the brotherhood right
- 27:36there. They have that aura. They have that charisma.
- 27:38They have that special magnetic charm or appeal,
- 27:41you know, that sets them off, sets them out from
- 27:44everybody else. So that's it. Yeah. Yeah. Well
- 27:49said. i mean one of the things i can tell you
- 27:52as a listener um you know not just a fan of you
- 27:56as bold and as men but of the product that you're
- 27:59creating you know you said that you guys weren't
- 28:02like really well known well you i wouldn't get
- 28:05used to that because this is the kind of podcast
- 28:08that is going to be shared by a variety of men
- 28:11who are entering a lifestyle and one of the things
- 28:14i want to make sure people understand and and
- 28:18you just correct me if i'm wrong but there's
- 28:20a kind of thing that is exclusionary where it's
- 28:25we got this club and there's this door marked
- 28:29private and there's a velvet rope outside and
- 28:32we're letting people in that are um the people
- 28:37we see fit because we want to create uh exclusivity
- 28:41and we want to we want to put a barrier up but
- 28:45then there's another version of we have a group,
- 28:49we have a fraternity, and we have certain standards,
- 28:53but we're trying to include people. We're trying
- 28:55to educate. We're trying to help the inexperienced
- 28:59guy become more experienced so that they can
- 29:02enter into this group. So it's more aspirational
- 29:06and you're not excluding people. And I definitely
- 29:08feel like you guys are doing the latter, where
- 29:11you are trying to create the next members of
- 29:13the group, as opposed to... create a barrier
- 29:16to people entering it um and that's what i feel
- 29:19when i listen to your podcast you're you're basically
- 29:23planting the seeds for the next forest of bulls
- 29:27um and i think that's amazing thank you very
- 29:31much you just you just summed it up thank you
- 29:34yeah and so the last thing i want to do for this
- 29:37section and then um Y 'all motherfuckers get
- 29:40ready because I got a surprise speed round of
- 29:42questions for y 'all. It's a surprise, but I'm
- 29:49going to get to that after one more question
- 29:50about the foundations of this podcast. What have
- 29:54you guys learned? Because you're several podcasts.
- 29:57Is it like maybe 14 apps so far or something
- 30:00like that? Yes, sir. Today was the 14th one.
- 30:03So today was the 14th one. What have you learned
- 30:09since the guys who started the podcast? What
- 30:13are the two gentlemen I'm talking to now know
- 30:16that they have learned either being from feedback
- 30:18that you've gotten from listeners or just as
- 30:22B was saying, I'm getting a little more adept
- 30:24at using this microphone and talking more. What
- 30:27have you learned over the 14 episodes that you
- 30:30might even like, you know, tell your past selves,
- 30:32whisper in their ear, like, hey, look out for
- 30:34this because you're going to learn this pretty
- 30:36quick. I have to give credit for this one. So
- 30:40to specifically answer your question, Pete, I
- 30:43didn't learn anything. What I did do, or if I
- 30:46did learn anything, I learned Brian Morgan is
- 30:50a wise motherfucker. That's what I learned. And
- 30:54the reason why I say that is we talk about splash
- 31:01so much. I'm like, we got to visit some other
- 31:03places. But we were just at Fort Lauderdale Splash.
- 31:08And we had a lot of feedback because we recorded
- 31:13a few episodes there. We had our T -shirts and,
- 31:16you know, a few people previously knew about
- 31:18us. And we had our first, like, I'm your biggest
- 31:23fan. And he went into depth about why. And I
- 31:30didn't expect that so soon. I really didn't.
- 31:33And he pretty much described what Brian Morgan
- 31:36explained. And he told me, he says, he keeps
- 31:40saying this, we have to crawl before we walk.
- 31:43Got to walk before we run. You got to run before
- 31:47you leap. And so I wasn't expecting that. I was
- 31:52really just like, let's just get 50 episodes
- 31:55under our belt and then see. I just started marketing.
- 31:59So I wasn't thinking that way. And then this
- 32:01guy was sharing it. He described everything we
- 32:04laid down. You have this feminine perspective,
- 32:07and she's great at articulating that. She's got
- 32:10a great voice. And then you got my man here.
- 32:13What did he call him? He didn't call him Unc.
- 32:18OG. Yeah. You know, you got OG over here, you
- 32:24know, laying, you know, putting it down. Then
- 32:27you over there, you always quoting facts. And
- 32:30I was like, wow, that's exactly what, that's
- 32:33exactly what I want people to think. Yeah. We
- 32:37want you to get the 360 degree viewpoint of this
- 32:42lifestyle. Right. So. I hope I was answering
- 32:50that question. Um, I don't know if I, yeah, I
- 32:54mean, you know, it sounds like what you've learned,
- 32:56you know, people are resonating with it and you're
- 32:59learning that dynamic that you guys have. Yeah.
- 33:02Um, is resonating with people. So that's, that
- 33:05was the way I'm designed it. That's why I give
- 33:07him credit. He designed it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 33:11Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. P, I have. P, I
- 33:19have. I have learned. I have learned. And here
- 33:23again, nephew, thank you. I love you to death,
- 33:25man. I really do. I have learned, and even though
- 33:32I haven't spoken to a lot of the gentlemen, I
- 33:35guess, that have, you know, listened to the podcast,
- 33:38but I have learned and I know because I can feel.
- 33:41I can feel that these other... gentlemen now
- 33:46who maybe have gone to events or and and have
- 33:49listened to the podcast i think they are becoming
- 33:52comfortable in their own skin now maybe they're
- 33:56saying hey i'm i can be maybe i am this sigma
- 34:00or maybe i am this kind of guy instead of trying
- 34:03to be something that i'm not you know what i'm
- 34:06saying everybody can't be that alpha type of
- 34:10guy everybody can't be You know what I mean?
- 34:13But every guy brings something to the table,
- 34:17but he has to be comfortable bringing himself
- 34:20to the table. You know what I'm saying? Yeah,
- 34:25you cannot sit there and try to be somebody else
- 34:28because then you will fail. But if you are comfortable
- 34:32in your own skin, and I do mean get comfortable,
- 34:34and here again, it takes time, okay? It takes
- 34:38time. but once you find out who you really are
- 34:42and you perfect who you are then you'll become
- 34:45successful in this lifestyle and not only in
- 34:48this lifestyle but just in life period okay because
- 34:52as if you as if you told you i i am this is who
- 34:56i am 24 7. this is who i am i am a sigma male
- 35:0124 to the definition of what a sigma male is
- 35:06okay um And I don't, you know, I don't steer
- 35:11away from it. You know what I mean? I've never
- 35:12tried that. Like something that I'm not. And
- 35:17that basically comes from who my 90 -year -old
- 35:21father is. Okay. If I am an OG, as that gentleman
- 35:26said, if you meet him, boy, you'd be like, okay,
- 35:30that's Superfly right there. Because he taught
- 35:33me well. But that's one of the things that I
- 35:36have kind of. That's kind of hit me right now.
- 35:40And another thing, our chemistry, Nephew's absolutely
- 35:45right. The chemistry, the three of us, the three
- 35:48amigos, what each one brings to the table, you
- 35:52know, differently. Here again, I think it's going
- 35:55to be special. It really is going to be special,
- 35:57especially when we do an event. And yes, I just
- 36:03threw that out there. Yeah, we are. Sometime
- 36:05in the future, we're going to do. our own event.
- 36:10Okay. Oh, y 'all not ready. I got it. This is
- 36:14a pagan exclusive. On my interview, we are finding
- 36:21out that there are going to be Bull Brotherhood
- 36:23events in the future. Yes, yes, yes. That is
- 36:27the goal. It is going to happen. It's going to
- 36:30happen, all right? And, of course, I want you
- 36:33to, whether we're out there or if it's on the
- 36:36East Coast or if it's down forever, all right,
- 36:40south to southwest, I want Pagan to be there,
- 36:43all right? I'm packing as we record this, you
- 36:47know what I'm saying? I'm halfway in my luggage
- 36:50right now. Put it on your calendar, brother.
- 36:52Put it on your calendar. That sounds great. All
- 36:55right, so we've gotten through. Can I jump in
- 36:59real quick and just put a cherry on top of that
- 37:02one? And you mentioned this too, Pagan, about
- 37:06the brotherhood. We haven't spoke a lot about
- 37:10that because this is Michael C's idea. And Michael
- 37:14C gave us license to use the name and to move
- 37:18forward. But for those that don't know, if you
- 37:21don't listen to the Keys and Inklings podcast,
- 37:22we are looking for other men. To join us in this.
- 37:27If you listen to these podcasts and you identify
- 37:32with the values that we're speaking of, please
- 37:35approach us. If you see us at Splash or any other
- 37:37events or, you know, contact, you know, email
- 37:40us, Instagram, whatever, because we are looking
- 37:43for bulls and other gentlemen in this lifestyle
- 37:48that want to approach it the way we do. Because,
- 37:51yeah, our events are going to be different. You
- 37:54know, we're not saying better. We're just saying
- 37:56different. Yeah. You know, we'll say better after
- 37:59a few years of proving it, you know, maybe. But
- 38:02right now, just say different. Right. So, yeah,
- 38:06you know, contact us. We are looking for that,
- 38:09you know. Gotcha. Gotcha. So you hear that gentleman
- 38:13out there, the bull signal is up in the sky.
- 38:16Hit these guys up. And it's about including you,
- 38:21not excluding you. um absolutely creating us
- 38:24building each other up okay we've got the foundation
- 38:28that's you guys backstory history how you met
- 38:31how you came to the podcast the need that you're
- 38:34trying to fulfill and everything that you've
- 38:37gleaned so far all right now i'm going to surprise
- 38:39these guys audience they do not know this is
- 38:42coming um they're very nervous right now They're
- 38:46shaking. They don't know what I'm about to throw
- 38:49at them. They genuinely don't know. This is real
- 38:51right now. Right. Exactly. Lies. I contacted
- 38:55some people who know you guys and love you guys.
- 39:02And I asked them, okay, tell me more about why
- 39:07you love this person. Why you think this guy
- 39:10is not only. a human being that you admire, but
- 39:15as a bull, what are the qualities that you see
- 39:18in them? And I thought this might be good because
- 39:21what I'm going to be talking about is your strengths
- 39:23and asking you why you feel your strengths, how
- 39:27they apply to the lifestyle and why they have
- 39:29helped you be successful. Okay. Does that sound
- 39:31like a fun game? Okay. So, you know, you guys
- 39:35are going to be covered in flowers by the end
- 39:37of this. I'm sure you can. All right, let's go.
- 39:43So Socrates, one of your friends described you
- 39:47as a sponge. He's probably the spongiest motherfucker
- 39:50I know. It was a direct quote. And that means
- 39:56that you are a person who has a thirst for knowledge,
- 39:59for self -improvement. And they also mentioned
- 40:03you strive for excellence. So they are circling
- 40:07the idea that anybody who knows you well knows.
- 40:11You're an educator, but you're also comfortable
- 40:14being the student. So can you tell us why does
- 40:20that aspect of your personality help you as a
- 40:24bull? And what can other bulls maybe get out
- 40:27of being more like that and what it could do
- 40:29for them? Oh, yeah. Brother, I'm impressed. That
- 40:32was pretty tight. Okay. Why does it help me?
- 40:41Oh, my goodness. Here's the thing. Like we said,
- 40:47as far as our mission, there are universal principles.
- 40:50There are frameworks. There are like the anatomy
- 40:53of a woman's body. There are things that are
- 40:55consistent, that are replicable, that you can
- 40:59start with. That won't tell you everything about
- 41:01that individual or the group you're a part of.
- 41:04But there are things you can learn that are fundamental.
- 41:09I would rather learn those and then with that
- 41:13knowledge go through the trial and error because
- 41:15you can't escape trial and error. But I'd rather
- 41:18come in, like I tell a lot of people, I listen
- 41:21to a lot of Michael C's podcasts. Well, he cleared
- 41:25up a lot of things of do's and don'ts for me.
- 41:27When I started, you know, before I got married
- 41:30to Siren, I was just a single bull. And so I
- 41:34took a lot of those lessons and just applied
- 41:36it and saw that it worked. So, yeah, I really
- 41:41do think people should do some kind of research.
- 41:44And we did an episode on that. There's different
- 41:46kinds of research. You can be someone who gets
- 41:48in the books like me. You can be somebody who
- 41:51just needs experience or you can be somebody
- 41:53who just wants to watch whatever it is. I think
- 41:57you should add a little bit more research and
- 41:59talk to some people that are doing it the way
- 42:02you want to do it. You know, like when I met
- 42:04you. I was like, I like a lot of things about
- 42:07Pagan, but what really stands out is how he peacocks.
- 42:12It's dope that you don't even realize he's peacocking,
- 42:16but I know he's peacocking. And so I went to
- 42:20you, right? I just went straight to you and said,
- 42:22hey man, I want to learn this. You know, I think
- 42:24it's dope. And it has, it lended a very good,
- 42:30how do I put it? It opened my mind to a thought
- 42:33process that I'm, I'm almost done like totally
- 42:38revamping my style in a way that fits me authentically
- 42:42based on what I learned about the things you
- 42:45taught me. So, yeah, I say, you know, take the
- 42:51time and learn. Yeah, yeah, that is such great
- 42:58advice. And one of the things I will say about
- 43:00you, and it almost speaks to the dynamic between
- 43:03you and me. Um, cause B you have the other end
- 43:06of the spectrum of this. There's the thing about
- 43:09being, um, an eternal student. And that means
- 43:13you never become so arrogant as to think you've
- 43:16learned everything. You could master something,
- 43:20but mastery doesn't mean I'm done. And now I
- 43:24just atrophy, you know, we gotta be like that
- 43:27shark that keeps moving forward, keep consuming,
- 43:29keep eating and keep learning. So that balance
- 43:34of knowing and being confident, oh, no, I've
- 43:37mastered this particular thing. I put in my $10
- 43:40,000 plus. And the mattresses are there, you
- 43:43know, destroyed to prove it. The idea that I'm
- 43:52never going to learn everything. I can always
- 43:54grow. That's really, you guys are basically like
- 43:58living examples of that spectrum. Okay. So B,
- 44:02you ready for some, watch out, some flowers coming
- 44:04your way. Uh -oh, uh -oh, uh -oh. Do I want to
- 44:08hear this? There was many, I think you do. There
- 44:13were many people who brought up very similar
- 44:15things. And you put it really a good way earlier
- 44:19about being, you know, having the voice of silence,
- 44:22quiet, confidence. And one of the things, or
- 44:30actually, Four things that I want to start off
- 44:33with you. Several people talked about this is
- 44:37a man that keeps his word. His word is bond.
- 44:41And then these three D's came up. Diligent, disciplined,
- 44:47and detailed. So can you speak about being a
- 44:52man of his word and how Sumbles... either because
- 44:59they should or by some other you know misunderstandings
- 45:04they have a reputation for not being that way
- 45:06how they can avoid that and being a man of your
- 45:09word how does that help you as a bull but also
- 45:12this idea of being diligent disciplined and detailed
- 45:14how do those aspects of your personality help
- 45:17you be successful i'm gonna start with the with
- 45:21the last three with the discipline the detail
- 45:23and the diligence uh that all comes from um A,
- 45:28the two, although they were not in the military,
- 45:32but the two Sergeant Major parents that I have
- 45:34who are still living, they taught me that if
- 45:38you're going to do something, you do it right.
- 45:42And if you're going to tell somebody that you're
- 45:44going to do something, then also keep your word.
- 45:49And your word, P, is that's everything. That
- 45:54makes who you are. to me um one of the things
- 45:58that i always do um with couples or you know
- 46:02a single woman if if i tell you i'm going to
- 46:05be someplace they always know that i'm going
- 46:08to see them at three o 'clock they always compliment
- 46:13me they're like do you ever get here like at
- 46:15301 302 or anything like that i said no i if
- 46:20i tell you three then usually that means i'm
- 46:23already in the ao uh at like 255, you know, your
- 46:29word is everything. And, um, I stick to it and
- 46:35that's just not in the lifestyle, but that's
- 46:38in life period. Um, these podcasts that we do,
- 46:41that means hell I'm ready at 645. You know what
- 46:44I'm saying? That's, that's, that's letting you
- 46:47know, that's letting you know that there's no
- 46:49other priority at that time, but you, you see
- 46:53what I'm saying? Tonight, there was no other
- 46:55priority but Pagan and Socrates and this podcast
- 46:58at 7 o 'clock. So when I'm dealing with couples
- 47:04and the lifestyle and everything, I let them
- 47:07know that I'm there for you. You pleased me when
- 47:11you got in contact with me. So now it's all about
- 47:14you. So when I meet you, I'll let you know that
- 47:22I'm here for you. I'm one hell of a damn listener,
- 47:26okay? So when we do the first initial talk, communication
- 47:32and talk to each other, I'm taking everything
- 47:34in. I'm taking everything in that you say. And
- 47:37now it's up to me now to go back and take what
- 47:40you said and put it together in a little nice
- 47:43format. And that's how I'm gonna treat you every
- 47:48time. To me, like what you're also saying is
- 47:51the diligence. the um discipline being detailed
- 47:56is what allows you to keep your word because
- 47:58you got your shit together yeah you're not being
- 48:01half -assed you're not oh man i forgot oh is
- 48:04that oh it's tonight tonight with that couple
- 48:06and then it causes people to not keep their word
- 48:09because they're not doing those three things
- 48:11that you do so it sounds like great advice a
- 48:14man a bull whatever you want to call yourself
- 48:17but i break it down to a man a man is good as
- 48:20his word that's it yeah that is it well this
- 48:24is uh this is really sage advice all right um
- 48:28this one is going to go out to kind of both of
- 48:30y 'all just on two different um ends socrates
- 48:34this is under the the whole subheading of uh
- 48:39confidence and one of the things about you socrates
- 48:44is one of our uh brothers was telling me like
- 48:48what i admire about socrates is he's he's pulling
- 48:52these things in as we talked about before but
- 48:55like you can tell he's paying attention and he's
- 48:58absorbing it i mean b talked about you were taking
- 49:00notes notes like for real you know um and one
- 49:06of the things i wanted to talk about was like
- 49:09when it comes to like self -confidence you have
- 49:12been transparent about that wasn't always your
- 49:14strong suit right And then for B, one of the
- 49:20main things people talk about is his self -confidence
- 49:23and how he's unapologetic and, like, transparent.
- 49:28Like, his authenticity is off the charts. I don't
- 49:32know if a lot of folks know this, but, you know,
- 49:34B Morgan is not like a Tom Cruise. This is government.
- 49:38Like, this is life. is out there and his people,
- 49:44his family is aware. This is how honestly B is
- 49:48living. So that takes an extreme amount of self
- 49:52-confidence. So I just wanted to talk to both
- 49:55of you. Maybe you could go first, Socrates, about
- 49:58how like that journey of learning and then how
- 50:02much self -confidence you have now, which exudes
- 50:05from the podcast and from people who meet you.
- 50:08How did that help you? So there's a lot of bulls
- 50:11out there that have that issue and are trying
- 50:15to take the path you took. And then also, I just
- 50:17wanted to ask B after that, when it comes to
- 50:20self -confidence, how did you get there to this
- 50:22place that you're at? We're almost like the Zen
- 50:25master of self -confidence that people talk about.
- 50:28You know, but maybe Socrates, you can go first
- 50:32about your journey with that and how it could
- 50:34help another bull. Yeah. Yeah. So, you know.
- 50:37Like, I think we were, I don't know if we were
- 50:39on the podcast together. I think it was O -Faces
- 50:43when I talked about it first. And I think Dimitri's
- 50:47on there and everything. But, yeah, I would say
- 50:50this. I was 80 % there before several, I met
- 50:56several people. And it's three people, 100%,
- 50:59that got me there. And then Unk kind of sealed
- 51:03it for me. You know, I grew up, you know, we
- 51:10talked about my upbringing and how crazy I grew
- 51:12up. And I grew up really confused, very multicultural,
- 51:16moved around a lot, a lot of different experiences,
- 51:19a lot of different family backgrounds and dynamics.
- 51:23So I really grew up thinking, well, I need to
- 51:26be all black, but I'm not. I'm also a little
- 51:28bit Puerto Rican. I speak Spanish. I love the
- 51:29language. All right. I love black history and
- 51:32I need to be like Malcolm X. But, you know, I
- 51:34really like white folks and, you know, white
- 51:37folks are cool. And, you know, so I grew up really
- 51:39confused, just all over the place. And but I
- 51:45also grew up improving myself and working on
- 51:47myself and getting better at almost everything
- 51:49I do. So I got to a point where when I say I
- 51:53was about 80 % there, I got to the point where
- 51:55I was like, I got some skills. It's not like
- 51:58I'm ugly. It's not like I don't have anything
- 52:01to offer. But I knew that 20 % was the thing
- 52:06that was missing that allowed me to be confident.
- 52:10So I was insecure because I was like, well, I'm
- 52:1380 % there, but for whatever reason, it's not
- 52:17translating with people around me. Fast forward,
- 52:21what happened is I met three important people,
- 52:25and then including Unk, Brian Morgan, sealing
- 52:28it. My wife, Michael C., and Mr. Mocha. And first
- 52:36my wife taught me one thing. It was the people
- 52:38I was surrounding myself with. I would not post
- 52:43on Facebook because I didn't want to deal with
- 52:44maybe 20 % of people hating on me or hating on
- 52:48the idea. Just not even, and I definitely didn't
- 52:51want to talk to anybody about it. So she taught
- 52:58me it's really all about the people on your page
- 53:01and the people you surround yourself with, you
- 53:04know? And so, you know, that was one. And then
- 53:08she taught me about my self -talk. Siren is really
- 53:11big into manifestation and... positive mental
- 53:15attitude and perspective and I have learned a
- 53:18lot about that but I realized I had a lot of
- 53:21negative self -talk in my head saying I'm not
- 53:23going to be successful or people don't appreciate
- 53:25this or it's not going to happen so that really
- 53:29laid down a good foundation and then I don't
- 53:33know if I've told this story yet but Michael
- 53:35C me and Michael C started talking and I think
- 53:38this is when I first started producing for a
- 53:40show for a while And he was talking about confidence.
- 53:43And he said, he tells a story of him looking
- 53:46at confidence as a suit that you put on or a
- 53:51personality that you add to yourself. And looking
- 53:55at it as if, you know, it's a third party. And
- 54:00saying to yourself one thing, what would confident
- 54:02LeBron do in this moment? And that little small
- 54:06paradigm shift totally jumped, like, like changed
- 54:13the game for me because I would ask myself, what
- 54:16would LeBron do? And half the time I'm like,
- 54:18no, that was some stupid, that's some stupid
- 54:19shit. Don't do that. You know? And then I wouldn't
- 54:24do anything or I'd do some stupid shit. So I
- 54:33couldn't ask myself that, but then what would
- 54:36confident LeBron do? That gave my nerdish brain.
- 54:40like almost like a connection to a file. And
- 54:45I can go into my brain for all the things that
- 54:48I've, books I've read and things I've studied
- 54:51and YouTube channels and whatever I've done on
- 54:54what cool people do and how I could do it for
- 54:57myself authentically. And so it kind of gave
- 55:00me like this database of things that I could,
- 55:02oh, cool LeBron would say this and cool, you
- 55:04know, and confident LeBron would say do that.
- 55:07Confident LeBron would just go up to her and,
- 55:08you know, say this and say, you know. So that
- 55:12changed the game. And then last, it was a personal
- 55:16conversation that me and Mr. Mocha were having.
- 55:18And I was talking about the diversity of who
- 55:20I am. I speak Spanish. I like to speak proper
- 55:24English. But I'm also born in the country. You
- 55:27know, I've been around every kind of race. You
- 55:30know, I grew up on a farm sometimes and a hood
- 55:33the next and around very educated. you know,
- 55:37career -focused black folks and ministry to gangsters
- 55:41and, you know, thugs and pimps. So I grew up
- 55:46confused about all of it. Like, who am I? And
- 55:49Mr. Mocha damn near yelled at me and was like,
- 55:55dude, I wish I had all them damn skills. You
- 55:57don't need to freaking pick on you all of it,
- 56:00nickel. You know, he was going off on me. you
- 56:03know, in love, but he was, he was, I'm tired
- 56:07of this shit. And he would say, you know, I've
- 56:10been on the end of one of them. Right. Oh yeah.
- 56:14That's a good impression. You just did. Yeah.
- 56:18And so he was like, man, he started off with,
- 56:22do you know? Cause you know, I think it was the
- 56:24Atlanta splash. I was. I got in trouble because
- 56:27I was trying to holler at some of the employees.
- 56:29I didn't realize I wasn't supposed to do that.
- 56:32But they were Latinas. And so I was hollering
- 56:34in Spanish. And he was like, man, do you know
- 56:36what I would do if I just had that one? So he
- 56:42helped me realize, like, it's all me. If I show
- 56:44up in some cowboy boots and cowboy hat, that's
- 56:47me. Like, straight up. If I show up in some chucks
- 56:50and some khaki suits and a red hat and a red
- 56:52bandana, that's me. You know? You know, last
- 56:57splash, I was a nerd, you know, for one of the,
- 57:00that's me. And that's who I am. Fuck the rest
- 57:04if you don't like it, you know? And that's, and
- 57:07then Brian Morgan explained to me what a real
- 57:12Sigma male is, and then he read off something.
- 57:14I don't know if he wrote it or found it somewhere,
- 57:17but he talked about the kind of Sigma male that
- 57:19I am, which is somebody who holds very complicated,
- 57:23almost sometimes, contradictory ideas in his
- 57:26head at one time and can process it. Like, I
- 57:30don't, you know how Tesla can imagine things
- 57:33in his head digitally? Like, I mean, you know,
- 57:36in a physical way, three -dimensionally? I can
- 57:40do that with concepts. I can't do that with objects.
- 57:43But I can hold several long process of concepts
- 57:47in my head. And he explained that that is a version
- 57:50of Signal Now. And I was like, oh, that's it.
- 57:54So that gave it a container. That gave it a framework
- 57:58to put all the other stuff in that Siren and
- 58:02Michael C. and Mr. Mocha taught me. And that
- 58:05sealed it. It was done. Okay. Okay. That brings
- 58:09us to B. Yeah. In terms of getting it where you
- 58:15are with your self -confidence, which, you know,
- 58:19as you say, you live this life 24 -7. Many people...
- 58:24wish they could do that many people um you know
- 58:29are obviously afraid of that um but in terms
- 58:35of that or just having self -confidence in general
- 58:38as a bull um which we all know we're all attracted
- 58:42to people who have it um how did you get there
- 58:46and what advice could you give like a young bull
- 58:48um First of all, here again, be who you are.
- 58:56Be yourself. And that takes time to find out
- 59:00who you really are, okay? My journey started,
- 59:05of course, and here again, I'm bringing up the
- 59:09OG of all OGs to me, and that's my dad. My father
- 59:13says, son, look at yourself in the mirror. And
- 59:17every day when you wake up, And you visualize,
- 59:22you see what you look like. He said, you'd be
- 59:24extra proud of that person. He said, it doesn't
- 59:30matter if you're a skinny guy. Because here again,
- 59:31I had problems with being skinny. And I did not
- 59:37develop until I joined the military. So he told
- 59:43me, he said. Just be very, very confident in
- 59:47who you are 24 -7. He said, when you walk into
- 59:50a room, don't walk into the room. Become the
- 59:52room. Take the room. And I always kept that in
- 59:56the back of my mind. Now, when I joined the military,
- 1:00:00I met some sergeants major, about two or three
- 1:00:04guys, one in the gym who took me under his wing.
- 1:00:07And that was where I started developing a physique.
- 1:00:14And when I did that, that changed my whole mindset,
- 1:00:18Pagan. It really did. I was able to, here again,
- 1:00:23like my dad said, I wouldn't walk into the club.
- 1:00:26I took the club. I would do what he said, walk
- 1:00:31around about two or three times and let them
- 1:00:34see the package. And then come back and you sit
- 1:00:36down in the corner and you just sit there. Don't
- 1:00:39get up anymore. Don't get up. He said, you be
- 1:00:43just like a particular secret agent, and I won't
- 1:00:46say the three numbers and stuff, but we all know
- 1:00:49who it is. Okay, double O, and I'll stop it there.
- 1:00:52But he said, you be just like that guy sitting
- 1:00:55over there in the corner, and you give them something
- 1:00:57to think about. And they're going to look at
- 1:01:00you, and they're going to be like, okay, who
- 1:01:01is this guy? You know, who is this guy? And it
- 1:01:10went from there. I kind of recreated Brian Morgan.
- 1:01:16And I always said to myself, when I got into
- 1:01:20the lifestyle and I started, you know, going
- 1:01:22on SDC and SLS and all that stuff, AFF, and I
- 1:01:26would see, you know, the usernames and dah, dah,
- 1:01:28dah, and all that. I was like, okay, my name
- 1:01:31is Brian Morgan. What the hell's wrong with that?
- 1:01:33You know, this is who I am. So I was like. I'm
- 1:01:41sticking to that. And yes, I looked up the archetypes
- 1:01:45of the Sigma male, and I was like, okay, that's
- 1:01:48what I am too. I'm a bull, but I am a Sigma first
- 1:01:53and foremost. So here again, I stuck with who
- 1:02:01I am instead of trying to go to events or trying
- 1:02:04to be somebody that I'm not. And what I would
- 1:02:09tell the young guys that are coming into this
- 1:02:11life right now is to sit back. If you attend
- 1:02:17an event or whatever, small event, whatever,
- 1:02:19sit back and just look at some of the guys who
- 1:02:23are there. Observe, observe, see how they work.
- 1:02:29If that is something that you think you might
- 1:02:32be able to, you know, emulate. Okay, cool. But
- 1:02:36I would suggest though, you, you, Find out, like
- 1:02:39I said, find out what works for you. Find out
- 1:02:41what works for you. If you are a talker, if you
- 1:02:43are a talker, by all means, conversate, all right?
- 1:02:46If you're not a talker like myself and you know
- 1:02:49you have an aura about you, sit there. Let's
- 1:02:52see who comes to you. If you have a little bit
- 1:02:54of both, branch out. Let's see how you work.
- 1:02:59But don't be afraid to fail. That's another thing
- 1:03:04about confidence also. Don't be afraid to fail.
- 1:03:07And when you fail, fail big. Because when you
- 1:03:10come back with the right equation, that's going
- 1:03:12to make you a dangerous motherfucker. And that's
- 1:03:15what happened to me. I had to fail a couple of
- 1:03:17times in order to get the equation right. But
- 1:03:20when I got it right, and now it has evolved over
- 1:03:24the years, that's who the Sigma male is now.
- 1:03:30whoever you talk to and they were like yeah he's
- 1:03:33confident and he's this and he's that uh thank
- 1:03:36you tell them thank you because they kind of
- 1:03:39hit it right on the head that's why i gotta i
- 1:03:42gotta break it to you that's that's everybody
- 1:03:44that's how everybody describes you um okay the
- 1:03:48the great thing about what i got from both of
- 1:03:51you guys that is a thread that i heard throughout
- 1:03:54is that you can create your own reality Confidence
- 1:03:59is not a bus that you're waiting on and you're
- 1:04:02sitting at a bus stop and it's going to stop
- 1:04:04by. It's something that you make. You, you know,
- 1:04:08Socrates, you talked about like that moment with
- 1:04:12Michael C when he was just like, it's like a
- 1:04:14suit you put on. Right. B, you talked about a
- 1:04:17time when your body transformed. and your mind
- 1:04:20followed that transformation yes yes there's
- 1:04:24things that you guys actualized and did you guys
- 1:04:27remind me of uh there's an amazing um speaker
- 1:04:31amy cuddy she's uh does a great ted talk you
- 1:04:35can check out but she did an experiment where
- 1:04:38just by putting your hands on your hips or sitting
- 1:04:42in a chair with your legs like spread open in
- 1:04:44a power pose these poses trick your body into
- 1:04:51thinking you're in charge, even when you might
- 1:04:53be nervous and not in charge. And so if you put
- 1:04:57your hands on your hips for two minutes, she
- 1:04:59found out your cortisol drops. That's the fear
- 1:05:03hormone. It drops like 20%. Your testosterone
- 1:05:06shoots up and you have more confidence. So you
- 1:05:11can literally like fake it till you make it into
- 1:05:13something that people say, oh, that's bullshit.
- 1:05:15No, that's how it works. You make it happen by
- 1:05:18just acting like it. And that's what you guys
- 1:05:21do, which is really interesting. But I don't
- 1:05:25have time for, I think, one more question maybe.
- 1:05:29Yeah. So I'm going to try to make it a good one.
- 1:05:33Socrates, one of the things people said about
- 1:05:36you is, and this definitely sounds like the guy
- 1:05:39we talked about earlier, who is always self -improving
- 1:05:42and striving for knowledge. You're just a listener.
- 1:05:45You're not like a talker. You talk when you have
- 1:05:49listened already. How does that help a bull across
- 1:05:53the board from dealing with other bulls to dealing
- 1:05:55with couples, women? How do you think that's
- 1:05:58helped you? Well, first, let me give my wife
- 1:06:02credit for getting me there because she really
- 1:06:05helped me develop that skill. And like Unk said,
- 1:06:09thank whoever said that. I really appreciate
- 1:06:12that. I want to go back to some old school wisdom
- 1:06:16and people have dropped this, especially in the,
- 1:06:18I'm big in the manosphere or red pill community
- 1:06:21or, you know, the Andrew Tate thing. Not that
- 1:06:23I like Andrew. I don't really like Andrew Tate,
- 1:06:25but I'm big in that community. I learned a lot,
- 1:06:29especially with a guy called Orion Terriban.
- 1:06:31I really like the way his perspective is. But
- 1:06:34so when John Gray described men are from Mars,
- 1:06:39women are from Venus, his fundamental principle
- 1:06:42is that. We communicate in a different way. And
- 1:06:46men have, you know, men and women throughout
- 1:06:49the years have gone through a transformation,
- 1:06:51especially when it comes to the workforce. And
- 1:06:54back in the day, we were like hunters. And what
- 1:06:59does a hunter do when he's hunting? He's quiet.
- 1:07:02He's low. He doesn't make a lot of noise. You
- 1:07:05don't want to scare or frighten or chase away
- 1:07:09the thing you're hunting. So he would say, we're
- 1:07:14not hunters anymore. We're in an office space.
- 1:07:17We work from home. We're on a computer. He says,
- 1:07:20but you could do that with your wife or your
- 1:07:22girlfriend. And he says, get low. Be quiet. Listen
- 1:07:27more. And what happens is that all quiet people
- 1:07:35will tell you one statement. If you shut up and
- 1:07:38listen, that person will tell you everything
- 1:07:40you want to know. And it's so true. So true.
- 1:07:44And so in the lifestyle, it's the same thing.
- 1:07:48Listen, almost every woman you're playing with
- 1:07:51has a way they want you to approach her. And
- 1:07:56if you listen, she'll tell you straight out or
- 1:08:00give you a lot of clues. She'll tell you. what
- 1:08:04she values and what she doesn't value. She'll
- 1:08:07mention things like, well, those people over
- 1:08:09there are doing that, and I'm not judging, but,
- 1:08:11you know, she'll give you hints on what she likes
- 1:08:15and what she doesn't like. So that's a recent
- 1:08:19skill that I've learned that has really paid
- 1:08:21off recently because when I'm focused and I'm
- 1:08:27listening to what she's saying, it helps a bull
- 1:08:30so many ways because she wants... you to succeed
- 1:08:34right you're the one with the hard dick you're
- 1:08:37the one that has to perform not that it's a thing
- 1:08:40where you know you have to make her happy or
- 1:08:42you're at her beck and call or anything like
- 1:08:44that but men perform right and so you're both
- 1:08:47enjoying each other but she wants you to succeed
- 1:08:51she wants you to know what you're doing now some
- 1:08:54of them want you to ask questions and guess or
- 1:08:58just do what you do and and figure it out but
- 1:09:01when you're listening to her she's giving you
- 1:09:04clues, especially in a lifestyle setting. If
- 1:09:06you're at a lifestyle party or cruise or wherever,
- 1:09:09you know what you're there for. We know what
- 1:09:11we're there for. I mean, you know, half the people
- 1:09:14at a vanilla club know what they're there for,
- 1:09:16you know? But, so, listen, because when you,
- 1:09:23another old school book I recommend, it's a vanilla
- 1:09:27book, it's called Seven Habits of Highly Effective
- 1:09:30People. And, One of the habits, I think the second
- 1:09:34habit was seek first. No, the sixth habit. Seek
- 1:09:37first to understand, then to be understood. And
- 1:09:42another thing that Siren always says, be interested,
- 1:09:47not interesting. So if you can sit back and be
- 1:09:52interested in what she about and, you know, remember
- 1:09:57what her dress was when you met her and mention
- 1:10:00it later. Understand what really got her there.
- 1:10:04I like to hear origin stories. What got you to
- 1:10:07sexual freedom? You know, those kind of things.
- 1:10:09What were some of the barriers that get you here
- 1:10:12mentally and physically, financially or anything?
- 1:10:15You know, what's the story of how you got to
- 1:10:18be so liberate? All those kind of things gives
- 1:10:21you clues on who she is and how you can approach
- 1:10:25her. And when you do that, it just, it makes
- 1:10:28it. I don't know if I should use this word, but
- 1:10:31it makes it more efficient. And I don't mean
- 1:10:33efficient like heartless or cold. I mean, you're
- 1:10:38going to get to the things that she wants you
- 1:10:40to get to, that you want to, which is a good
- 1:10:43time, which is to see if you vibe. Because a
- 1:10:46lot of times if you listen, you realize pretty
- 1:10:48soon or really early on in the conversation,
- 1:10:50we don't vibe. Like you cool and everything,
- 1:10:54but we don't vibe. We're going to be talking
- 1:10:59about in a future episode about different clicks
- 1:11:01and why I think clicks are good sometimes and
- 1:11:04certain kind of vibes and certain kind of groups.
- 1:11:07So when you listen, you can tell, okay, is she
- 1:11:09feeling me or is she not? Am I vibing? Is she
- 1:11:13vibing? You know, what are her values are? Where
- 1:11:15is she coming from? That information, even if
- 1:11:18it's just subconsciously being registered, it
- 1:11:21all helps, man. And it all helps you doing, enjoying,
- 1:11:25having a good time and reducing friction. you
- 1:11:28know can i add on to that i know it's not my
- 1:11:31question but can i just say something no go ahead
- 1:11:34i mean if you hit it out of the park i mean he
- 1:11:37absolutely hit it out of the park but i also
- 1:11:39have to say that when you are as a bull when
- 1:11:42you are in tune with that couple via listening
- 1:11:47like that and you are not only listening but
- 1:11:50you giving them that eye contact and you will
- 1:11:54find out very very quickly that they, not just
- 1:11:59her, that they are into you. They've already
- 1:12:03given their signal to each other that, okay,
- 1:12:07we definitely want to see this guy again because
- 1:12:10he's not just here just to bed you down tonight.
- 1:12:14He's actually getting to know us as a couple.
- 1:12:17He's putting us first and foremost. He's making
- 1:12:20us feel like we are the only couple on the face
- 1:12:22of the earth right now. And I am loving this
- 1:12:25shit. All right. Her body language. If she, if
- 1:12:29you guys started sitting, um, say a little bit
- 1:12:32kind of sort of distance away from each other,
- 1:12:35but at the end of the conversation, she's done
- 1:12:38moved over. Oh, almost, you know, where you are
- 1:12:41and God forbid, if she throws a little, the little
- 1:12:44forearm touch or the little touch on the knee
- 1:12:47or something like that. Oh brother, you're in
- 1:12:50there. You're in there. Okay. And that is what
- 1:12:54couples. are looking for, in my opinion, when
- 1:12:58I say bulls provide the bull boyfriend experience.
- 1:13:05That's what they're looking for. That's great.
- 1:13:09So, B, last one for you. A lot of the people
- 1:13:15who admired you were talking about how, like,
- 1:13:19you have made a journey that they admire because
- 1:13:22you used to be a lone wolf. And now you have
- 1:13:28taken this path where you are one of the leaders
- 1:13:32in brotherhood, in creating a community, in having
- 1:13:37a standard. So can you talk a little bit about
- 1:13:40that? Like for the lone wolves out there listening
- 1:13:43who might want to be that, and that's perfectly
- 1:13:47fine, nothing wrong with it, but there's others
- 1:13:50who might want to have more brotherhood. Can
- 1:13:53you? talk about your journey and maybe help those
- 1:13:56guys out? First and foremost, I'm still a lone
- 1:14:02wolf. I'm still a lone wolf, but I've opened
- 1:14:05up the gate a little bit. I've opened up the
- 1:14:08gate a lot. At my age now, like I said before,
- 1:14:13I want to bring other guys in. I want to teach.
- 1:14:18I want to mentor. I want other... Whether you're
- 1:14:22younger or you're older, I want other guys to
- 1:14:24come in and embrace who they really are in this
- 1:14:28lifestyle. If you are a Sigma, if you're Alpha,
- 1:14:31doesn't matter, right? Come in and be you. Come
- 1:14:36in and be you. So what I've done is, as I said
- 1:14:40before, normally I'm not a huge conversationalist.
- 1:14:44I'm not a talker. I have gone through 30 years.
- 1:14:50of this, of being in this lifestyle, of being
- 1:14:52the CEO and president of MeFi Me fraternity.
- 1:14:58Okay. I did not have anybody that I ran with
- 1:15:01until now. And to have let a group of brothers
- 1:15:09like you guys come into my life, I realized that
- 1:15:13I needed it. I really did need it because I am
- 1:15:17seeing how... I'm seeing how there are different
- 1:15:22prototypes out there, such as yourself, Pagan,
- 1:15:27with all of your knowledge and intellect, as
- 1:15:31well as Nephew with the listening skills that
- 1:15:35he has, but also, as he calls himself, he's nerdy
- 1:15:39with it. I don't think he's nerdy. I just think
- 1:15:42he is unique. Michael C., Mr. Mocha, Dimitri,
- 1:15:48everybody brings something different to this
- 1:15:51brotherhood. So if I'm telling a young buck out
- 1:15:56there how to navigate in this lifestyle, if he
- 1:16:01may be a lone wolf, if you're a young dude, it
- 1:16:06is fine right now, here again, to find yourself
- 1:16:10if you're in your 20s or 30s. as you get older
- 1:16:15um and you begin to set certain standards about
- 1:16:21yourself and you see that they're working and
- 1:16:24not only that they're working other people are
- 1:16:26gravitating to you other guys are gravitating
- 1:16:29wanting to talk to you and find out what you're
- 1:16:31all about and you'll have questions such and
- 1:16:33such let them in don't shut them out like i did
- 1:16:36um i was guilty of that you know up until now
- 1:16:41um but let me teach teach teach there's nothing
- 1:16:45wrong with with teaching there's nothing wrong
- 1:16:48with helping uh that age you in growing and becoming
- 1:16:53a better bull in this lifestyle so i mean i hope
- 1:16:56i didn't throw it in there you know kind of different
- 1:17:00but hell i mean that's me i love that you clarified
- 1:17:08You still identify as a lone wolf, but you have
- 1:17:11learned over time the value of what the pack
- 1:17:16can provide. Yes. So, you know, it doesn't mean
- 1:17:20you don't still have your own style, but you
- 1:17:23have learned the value of the brotherhood. And
- 1:17:26obviously, I mean, you guys have this podcast.
- 1:17:29You are clearly reaching out to people that you
- 1:17:33are maybe never going to meet, but helping. That's
- 1:17:36a really good way to look at it. You don't have
- 1:17:38to give up being a lone wolf to do what you're
- 1:17:40doing. Oh, no. Oh, no. And the beauty of this,
- 1:17:45just this brotherhood between ourselves and Michael
- 1:17:50C., Dimitri, Mocha, is that we all bring something
- 1:17:55different to the table. And when you put the
- 1:17:59whole equation together, I mean, that's just,
- 1:18:02that's a beautiful thing. it's not only beautiful
- 1:18:06but i'm like god damn that's a weapon you know
- 1:18:08what i mean it really is a weapon um and here
- 1:18:11again all of this knowledge needs to be told
- 1:18:14it needs to be told and god forbid when we do
- 1:18:17start having these events ladies and gentlemen
- 1:18:21this is going to be wild it's going to be it's
- 1:18:25going to be not only a play a play event But
- 1:18:29we are going to be teaching. We are going to
- 1:18:31be mentoring. And we are going to be passing
- 1:18:33down this knowledge, you know, not only to the
- 1:18:35bulls out there, but for the couples also. And
- 1:18:39this journey is just ongoing, man. I love it.
- 1:18:44I love where we're going. Well, thank you, gentlemen,
- 1:18:48both for allowing me to take a few steps on that
- 1:18:51journey with you tonight. This was amazing. I
- 1:18:53got to learn a lot about you guys. I didn't know.
- 1:18:56Um, I'm sure the audience is going to learn a
- 1:18:59lot too, but also I feel like this was a really
- 1:19:01valuable episode. Um, I don't know, man, this,
- 1:19:04this might be, if you have an episode one, this
- 1:19:07might be episode zero. This might be the prequel
- 1:19:10where people get to know you and then you launch
- 1:19:15into one. I don't know, but this was a really
- 1:19:17great way to get to know you and for the audience
- 1:19:20just to understand like, oh, so this is who was
- 1:19:23giving me advice. um and you guys are uniquely
- 1:19:26qualified to do it i feel like everyone from
- 1:19:29the mentee to the mentor um and everything in
- 1:19:33between as well as the female perspective with
- 1:19:35siren you guys have a really unique dynamic that
- 1:19:39can reach out to so many people man and i'm a
- 1:19:41i'm a nerd too socrates man i think about how
- 1:19:44these these radio waves and all the stuff that
- 1:19:47we send out it just goes out forever into space
- 1:19:50you know what i mean right so you don't know
- 1:19:52man it could be a hundred thousand years from
- 1:19:54now some bull on planet zebulon five you're gonna
- 1:19:57be listening to this one oh that's what i need
- 1:19:59to do oh okay so yeah i just love that you guys
- 1:20:06you guys are putting this out in the world and
- 1:20:08you don't know where the good that you're doing
- 1:20:11is going but it's it's definitely putting out
