ISO 9001:2026 is finally here, so it is time to grade my predictions.
Some of my concerns did not materialize. Others did, especially around stakeholder language, ethical behaviour, quality culture, and the expanding definition of what may be considered relevant to a QMS.
This episode looks at what I got wrong, what ISO got right, and why I still believe the most important issue is the space left for interpretation.
