Miners Fall at Home After Late Surge | Park City News
The Miners fell short in a heartbreaker at home, dropping to 1-4 after a gritty but ultimately losing battle against Salem Hills at the newly renovated Dozier Field. They jumped out early thanks to a touchdown run from senior QB Josh Hofer, but a fumble recovery and a late third-quarter TD pass shifted momentum. Coach Dennis Cunningham voiced frustration, stressing the need for better execution. With a road game in Provo looming, the Miners are determined to bounce back and get back on track.
