  all, I am a Brooklyn, New York native by way of Barbados.

  My family is from the beautiful island Republic of Barbados. Oh, I'm a

  mom. I my, these hands, these little hands have in a whole

  bunch like I do so much. I am. I have about fifty million

  careers. I'm an author, I'm also a podcast podcast host. I'm part

  of a non traditional sorority. I am a cancer survivor ever and again cancer
• 5:30
  fighter. Yeah, it's it's a lot. It's a lot that goes over
• 5:34
  with me. But that's the best thing about us is that we do this.

  We got so many different hats, but we still do it, you

  know. And for me being a part of this that it's like that I

  feel like I'll found one of our founders who, by the way, y'all

  will be graduating this coming Saturday, the Clinic collaboration Angel Thomas Smith. So

  you know, I had to yes, y'all, she is graduating and we

  are so proud of her. But I feel like I graduated and I took

  a hat of fear off, you know what I'm saying. So, but

  show? Who would be your ideal viewer and your ideal Yes, honestly,

  any and everybody. I don't for me because I am a person that I

  love people. I love to talk. I love to talk. My family,

  the gap. Talking is one of my poor tastes, but I always reach

  people right it is. So it could be a man, it could be

  a woman. You could be gay, straight, it don't matter. There's

  something that I've experienced or someone in my circle may have experienced that it can

  So the title of the book is called Natalia's Words of Wisdom, Finding My

  Way, Volume one, And honestly, this book took me twelve years to

  write. Literally, no joke. It started off and I'm gonna be as

  transparent as I can tonight. This book started just by me writing because I
• 8:18
  had gone through the loss of my fiance and it was just weird, Like
• 8:26
  the whole situation for me, it was just weird. You know, I've
• 8:28
  lost people, but not in that kind of way. I've lost my grandmother,
• 8:33
  you know, different people that was close to me, but this was
• 8:35
  different and as you know, being an adult and it was just a lot.
• 8:37
  So that was my way of coping. And then I what I did
• 8:41
  with that. I would write, then I would stopped. Then I will
• 8:45
  write, then I would stop and whatever. And then I just decided last
• 8:52
  year, I said, you know what, it's time. And I had
• 8:58
  two of my best friends they I gave them the manuscript. I'm all right,

  listen, this is it. Because they were getting on me too about
• 9:07
  writing it. They're like, you need to do it, you need to
• 9:09
  finish it. Like what are you doing? You just you do everything for
• 9:13
  everybody, but it's time to do this for you. And they were like,
• 9:20
  what you're waiting on? And I was like, do I want to
• 9:22
  self published? Do I want to go through the traditional way? And I
• 9:26
  was like, you know what. It was my birthday last year, my
• 9:28
  birthday December eighth, and I made that decision. I was like, all
• 9:31
  right, that's it. This is what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna self
• 9:37
  publish it. I did all my research and I my book came out on
• 9:43
  January eighth of this year. Yes, yes, one, she's a Sagittarius

  like me. Saw didn't y'all look at these spiles again? Were gonna get

  to your trouble. So what day? Mine is the fifth girl? If?

  I can keep on going. I know there's a life after this. I

  know, I know they're looking down on me. I know they're proud of

  I've I've tried to seen sororities. And my sister is a make a he

  his signs, and my daughter sitting there. I can't tell us about this

  sorority. Maybe maybe you can change my mind. You may hear some background

  noise because I'm by the window, so you may hear some noise from my

  side. But I'm a part of a Delta Zeta Delta. We are a
• 11:48
  non traditional sorority where we we welcome women from all walks of life. Whether
• 11:54
  you went to a regular brick and mortar college, university, or you went
• 11:58
  to online school. There's something for or women that have gone down that path.

  And I'm I started as a member, then I went to be in
• 12:13
  a secretary, and now I'm a chapter president for the New York and the
• 12:16
  Connecticut chapter. Oh but get her the shit didn't get boss booms you go,

  girl, you go. Look at you. So you guys were gonna

  I believe in the higher power. So for me it's I'm not just

  fighting this alone. I'm fighting this with my having me Father. He's the
