In episode 9 of the Arts and Culture podcast, Conor talks to architect Cormac Murray about his book ‘America at Home’, a beautiful meditation on the politics, construction and aesthetics of the American Embassy which for all its notoriety, is perhaps still an underappreciated example of an exemplary modernist building in the city. Conor will also talk to Cormac about his work in architectural publishing and architecture itself as well as other sometimes maligned and overlooked modernist Dublin buildings such as the Phibsborough shopping centre.
