- 1:25Speaker 5: joining us right now. I have so many great friends
- 1:28Speaker 5: at the Heritage Foundation. On my morning show almost every
- 1:31Speaker 5: day of the week, we have at least one or
- 1:33Speaker 5: a couple of weeks no matter what, and they're always such.
- 1:37Speaker 1: A wealth of knowledge.
- 1:38Speaker 5: So we're bringing on this afternoon slash evening Nina Schaeffer.
- 1:42Speaker 5: She is well known as a champion a patient choice
- 1:45Speaker 5: and a robust competition in the American healthcare and insurance markets. Nina,
- 1:49Speaker 5: thank you for carving out some time here on this
- 1:51Speaker 5: Monday night to be with us.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 1:54Speaker 6: No, thanks so much for having me.
- 1:55Speaker 1: So you wrote an op ed.
- 1:57Speaker 5: It's fascinating and they get just jump right into the
- 1:59Speaker 5: deep end because I think me and you are on
- 2:01Speaker 5: the same page here. But your op ed highlights provisions
- 2:05Speaker 5: social Security reduce the federal match rates emergency Medicaid service essentially.
- 2:10Speaker 5: But I guess the question I want to ask, a
- 2:12Speaker 5: simple question to start us off, is if you take
- 2:17Speaker 5: away quote unquote the Medicaid for illegals, aren't they just
- 2:23Speaker 5: going to show up at the hospitals anyway?
- 2:25Speaker 1: How does that work?
- 2:28Speaker 7: Well, the question is that federal taxpayers have to fund that.
- 2:30Speaker 7: So of course they're going to show up at hospitals,
- 2:32Speaker 7: and hospitals will treat them, But federal taxpayers are not
- 2:35Speaker 7: going to enroll them into government health insurance, and that's
- 2:38Speaker 7: what's at the core Democrats. What they are asking for
- 2:41Speaker 7: in this shutdown is totally unreasonable and way off target.
- 2:45Speaker 7: Not only do they want to roll back all the
- 2:47Speaker 7: great work that Congress did and the President signed into
- 2:50Speaker 7: law the one big beautiful bill that was focused explicitly
- 2:53Speaker 7: on reducing broad waste and abuse in the Medicaid program,
- 2:57Speaker 7: so that the program is there for those people who
- 3:00Speaker 7: it's intended for, not for those who are not eligible
- 3:03Speaker 7: for the program, including illegals. They also want to make
- 3:08Speaker 7: COVID era or health subsidies permanent. These were a response
- 3:14Speaker 7: to when covid broke out. People were losing their jobs,
- 3:17Speaker 7: they needed help to pay for their health insurance premiums,
- 3:20Speaker 7: and they stepped in and the Biden administration said, we'll
- 3:23Speaker 7: give you some temporary assistance. That temporary assistance got extended
- 3:28Speaker 7: in the Inflation Reduction Act. That should have been a
- 3:30Speaker 7: warning sign for all of us that their intention is
- 3:33Speaker 7: not to have them temporary, but to make them permanent.
- 3:36Speaker 7: And now they're asking federal taxpayers to pick up the
- 3:38Speaker 7: tab for three hundred and sixty billion dollars over ten
- 3:42Speaker 7: years to keep.
- 3:43Speaker 6: Those subsidies in place.
- 3:45Speaker 7: The worst part about it is those subsidies don't really
- 3:48Speaker 7: do anything to get at the root causes of what
- 3:51Speaker 7: the mess of Obamacare has created. And that's why I
- 3:53Speaker 7: think it's right for Congress to find ways of looking
- 3:56Speaker 7: for reforms to fixing what's wrong with it, not just
- 3:59Speaker 7: pay bring it over with more taxpayer money.
- 4:02Speaker 5: So when you hear progressive slash Dems talk about this,
- 4:05Speaker 5: they swear that there are no illegal aliens who are
- 4:08Speaker 5: signed up for any healthcare programs in this country.
- 4:12Speaker 1: What do you say to that.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Look, the Biden administration made all sorts of loopholes when
- 4:17Speaker 7: they brought in, you know, millions of illegals coming across
- 4:20Speaker 7: the border, and by making those changes to how they're
- 4:23Speaker 7: defined or characterized when they come into the country sets
- 4:27Speaker 7: off a whole kind of wave of benefits that they're
- 4:29Speaker 7: available for. So it is not true that they don't
- 4:33Speaker 7: get benefits. And actually the large loopholes that the Biden
- 4:36Speaker 7: administration put in place is exactly what Congress tried to
- 4:39Speaker 7: stop and started to claw back in the One Big
- 4:42Speaker 7: Beautiful Bill, really tightening up the rules again so that
- 4:46Speaker 7: we can get only those people who deserve to be
- 4:48Speaker 7: on the medicaid program, on the medicaid program.
- 4:51Speaker 5: All right, so what do we do now? We obviously
- 4:53Speaker 5: have a problem. We have at least fifteen million illegal
- 4:57Speaker 5: aliens who have come in over the last four years.
- 5:00Speaker 5: So they you know, they stumble, they bumble, they break
- 5:03Speaker 5: a leg, they break a foot, they you know, they
- 5:05Speaker 5: have to go to the emergency room, and that burden
- 5:09Speaker 5: is still going to be on the backs of the
- 5:11Speaker 5: American taxpayer even now.
- 5:13Speaker 6: Right Well, that is the problem.
- 5:15Speaker 7: I think that's why also what the Trump administration has
- 5:18Speaker 7: done to start saying we can't have this, the floods
- 5:20Speaker 7: of illegals. Our country can't support these numbers of people coming.
- 5:25Speaker 7: That's really step one. And I would just say there's
- 5:28Speaker 7: a lot of reform we need within the healthcare system
- 5:30Speaker 7: and how we finance health care so that we're keeping
- 5:33Speaker 7: track and we're holding these institutions that provide care accountable
- 5:37Speaker 7: for what they're doing and who they're giving care too.
- 5:40Speaker 5: All right, So what just for like short term, for now,
- 5:44Speaker 5: while we do have all these people and we're trying
- 5:46Speaker 5: to you know, in particular, remove the criminal element and
- 5:50Speaker 5: eventually the port folks who should be deported. Is there
- 5:53Speaker 5: something that we can do to combat the incredible high
- 5:56Speaker 5: cost of what it actually cost American taxpayers to fund
- 6:00Speaker 5: illegal aliens who go into emergency rooms.
- 6:03Speaker 1: And get care.
- 6:04Speaker 7: Well, certainly, I think we need to first of all,
- 6:07Speaker 7: make sure that we're documenting those people and where they're
- 6:10Speaker 7: getting the care. I know that in Florida, for example,
- 6:12Speaker 7: there were efforts to start figuring out where illegals were
- 6:15Speaker 7: getting the care. And let's focus on identifying who these
- 6:20Speaker 7: people are and making sure that we're keeping track and
- 6:22Speaker 7: we're actually documenting the funding that's going to them, you.
- 6:26Speaker 5: Know, aside from the illegals. I mean, how you've done
- 6:29Speaker 5: extensive researching this. How much medicaid fraud is I mean
- 6:32Speaker 5: just general fraud, people out there either.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Claiming to be one thing when in fact they are not.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Is that happening a lot? It is?
- 6:41Speaker 7: But it's not just the individual, you know, I sometimes
- 6:44Speaker 7: don't blame the individual. It's sometimes the people who are
- 6:47Speaker 7: getting who are providing the services where the real fraud is. So,
- 6:51Speaker 7: you know, an individual is one person who might try
- 6:54Speaker 7: to claim that they're on you know, that they're not
- 6:56Speaker 7: getting benefits in one state, and then they go to
- 6:58Speaker 7: another state and they claim benefits to try to maximize
- 7:01Speaker 7: but really, the way the Medicaid program works, it's reimbursing
- 7:04Speaker 7: the people who are providing the services, so hospitals and clinics,
- 7:09Speaker 7: even healthcare providers, doctors. You know, there is a lot
- 7:12Speaker 7: of fraud going on in the healthcare system overall. And
- 7:15Speaker 7: again I just echo what the Democrats want to do.
- 7:18Speaker 7: To roll back all the great changes in the One
- 7:20Speaker 7: Big Beautiful Bill, would do away with all the tightening
- 7:24Speaker 7: of the existing rules that are on there. The CBO
- 7:27Speaker 7: estimates that over one hundred and sixty billion dollars over
- 7:30Speaker 7: ten years would be lost if we roll back those provisions.
- 7:34Speaker 7: That shows you the amount of fraud, waste, and abuse
- 7:36Speaker 7: that's in the Medicaid system and why we need to
- 7:38Speaker 7: keep those in place.
- 7:39Speaker 5: So right now, it's the Democrats who are balking at
- 7:43Speaker 5: any continued resolution and essentially, what is it that they
- 7:47Speaker 5: are trying to hold on to and basic form, what
- 7:52Speaker 5: is it that they want.
- 7:54Speaker 6: They really want to do two things.
- 7:55Speaker 7: They want to roll back the One Big Beautiful Bill
- 7:58Speaker 7: and all the fraud, waste and abuse provisions that were
- 8:00Speaker 7: put in there, including those that were targeting illegal immigration.
- 8:05Speaker 7: And then they want to keep COVID era subsidies in
- 8:08Speaker 7: place and make them permanent. This is just another shell
- 8:13Speaker 7: game of trying to tell the American people that all
- 8:15Speaker 7: is great. Really, what's happening is Obamacare is cratering, perimiums
- 8:20Speaker 7: continue to skyrocket, Deductibles are higher than they've ever been,
- 8:24Speaker 7: We have networks that are tighter. People can't see the
- 8:27Speaker 7: doctors they want, and they have fewer choices, so they
- 8:30Speaker 7: don't even have an option if they want to move
- 8:32Speaker 7: outside of the system. That's in what the Democrats are
- 8:35Speaker 7: trying to say is we will just we want to
- 8:37Speaker 7: keep funding Obamacare as is, and we're just going to
- 8:40Speaker 7: pretend like everything is great.
- 8:42Speaker 6: It's not.
- 8:42Speaker 7: And I think that it's right that many in Congress
- 8:45Speaker 7: in particular, I've heard many of the in leadership and
- 8:49Speaker 7: House and Senate leadership saying, look, we're willing to talk
- 8:52Speaker 7: about reforms to Obamacare, but you don't hold the government
- 8:55Speaker 7: hostage keeping the government open for having those discussions. Those
- 8:59Speaker 7: are not simple solutions of just throwing more money. We
- 9:02Speaker 7: need to get at the root causes of what's happening
- 9:04Speaker 7: in Obamacare, and the Democrats need to make sure that
- 9:07Speaker 7: they're willing to reopen that bill and make the changes
- 9:10Speaker 7: that are necessary.
- 9:11Speaker 5: From the Heritage Foundation, we're talking with Nina Schaeffer. Can
- 9:14Speaker 5: you please tell me, in your opinion why Democrats are
- 9:18Speaker 5: never for patient choice?
- 9:19Speaker 1: Why are they always balking?
- 9:21Speaker 5: They're against school choice, they're against patient choice?
- 9:24Speaker 1: What's behind that?
- 9:26Speaker 6: Look?
- 9:27Speaker 5: You know?
- 9:27Speaker 7: I think we learned a lot during COVID, and I
- 9:29Speaker 7: think the American people's eyes were open when they saw
- 9:32Speaker 7: what happens when you turn your health care decisions over
- 9:35Speaker 7: to a centralized government entity. And I think that has
- 9:38Speaker 7: been a wake up call to the American people. And
- 9:41Speaker 7: I think they are no longer wanting to have what
- 9:44Speaker 7: many people would say the Bernie Sanders single payer Medicare
- 9:47Speaker 7: for all.
- 9:48Speaker 6: I think those days are over.
- 9:49Speaker 7: The American people want to have a say and not
- 9:51Speaker 7: only the doctor that they're seeing with what kind of
- 9:54Speaker 7: insurance plan they have, but the care they're actually going
- 9:57Speaker 7: to get, and they don't want to have it dictated
- 9:59Speaker 7: under a government regime.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Nina Schaeffer is with us. Where can they find the
- 10:04Speaker 5: piece that you wrote? It's up at Heritage dot org,
- 10:06Speaker 5: any other places that they.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Can grab it?
- 10:08Speaker 6: Yes, at the Daily Signal Daily.
- 10:10Speaker 5: Signal, and I got another minute or two here with you,
- 10:16Speaker 5: do you? I mean, I don't think anybody's happy with healthcare, right,
- 10:19Speaker 5: I mean, we all feel like we're either paying too
- 10:21Speaker 5: much and not getting enough. Rarely are you, you know,
- 10:24Speaker 5: leaving the doctor's off of smiling because you got not
- 10:27Speaker 5: only did you get the great care, but it didn't
- 10:28Speaker 5: cost you on arm and a leg. I know this
- 10:32Speaker 5: is an impossible question to answer, but is Obamacare savable
- 10:36Speaker 5: and if not, is there an alternative? Because the Republicans
- 10:38Speaker 5: really haven't come up with a good alternative either.
- 10:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 10:41Speaker 7: Well, I think the problem is system wide. I think
- 10:44Speaker 7: you start with programs like Obamacare and start to ratchet
- 10:47Speaker 7: out what has happened there, which is really they've allowed
- 10:50Speaker 7: the status quo to kind of take over, so everyone's
- 10:53Speaker 7: happy with what they're getting and.
- 10:55Speaker 6: No one's really focused on the patient.
- 10:56Speaker 7: We need to get back to what patients need and
- 10:59Speaker 7: undo them a not that's happened in the healthcare system.
- 11:02Speaker 5: Nina Schaeffer, I cannot thank you enough. You guys at
- 11:04Speaker 5: Heritage are fantastic. Heritage dot org type in or name
- 11:07Speaker 5: you'll find her. I can't again. I'm I really appreciate

- 16:29Speaker 5: don't mind if I play a little audio?
- 16:30Speaker 8: Do you?
- 16:31Speaker 5: So are one of our steam the senators Kennedy, who's
- 16:34Speaker 5: a comedian half the time, and he had a couple
- 16:37Speaker 5: minutes worth of audio.
- 16:38Speaker 1: It's like a minute and a half.
- 16:40Speaker 5: It's worth playing, and I want you guys to hear
- 16:42Speaker 5: it because I find it interesting. So you can focus
- 16:44Speaker 5: on me and look at me, but I'm going to
- 16:46Speaker 5: play the audio. This is Kennedy talking about some of
- 16:49Speaker 5: the things that they took out of the budget that
- 16:53Speaker 5: the Democrats wanted put back in, and so we took.
- 16:58Speaker 9: Out, and here's what they want us to do put
- 17:00Speaker 9: back in.
- 17:02Speaker 10: We found that on the President Biden they were spending
- 17:05Speaker 10: three million dollars for circumcisions and vasectomies in Zambia.
- 17:12Speaker 9: We put that, took that out.
- 17:14Speaker 10: The congresswoman says, we're gonna shut down government.
- 17:17Speaker 9: Till you put that backs down.
- 17:20Speaker 10: We found five hundred thousand dollars of American taxpayer money
- 17:24Speaker 10: for electric buses in Rwanda. We found three point six
- 17:29Speaker 10: million dollars for pastry cooking classes and dance focus groups
- 17:34Speaker 10: for male prostitutes and hating. Why kid you not, I'm
- 17:40Speaker 10: not making the subje was in the budget under President Biden.
- 17:45Speaker 9: We took it out, congress Woman.
- 17:47Speaker 10: In case your Cortes in the socialist wing, the loon
- 17:50Speaker 10: wing of the Democratic Party says we're going to shut
- 17:53Speaker 10: down govern until you put it back in. I'll just
- 17:55Speaker 10: read you a few more that we took out. They're
- 17:58Speaker 10: demanding we put back in. Six million dollars for media
- 18:02Speaker 10: organizations for the palest.
- 18:04Speaker 9: Tenians, eight hundred and thirty three.
- 18:06Speaker 10: Thousand dollars for transgender people and the paul, three hundred
- 18:10Speaker 10: thousand dollars for a pride parade.
- 18:13Speaker 9: In Masuku eight hundred and eighty two.
- 18:16Speaker 10: Thousand dollars for social media and mentorship in Serbia four point.
- 18:21Speaker 9: Two million dollars.
- 18:22Speaker 10: We took it out for congresswoman, and the socialist wing of.
- 18:26Speaker 9: Their party says, we've got to put back back in
- 18:29Speaker 9: for them open government four point two million dollars from.
- 18:33Speaker 10: Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex people in the
- 18:39Speaker 10: Western Balkans and U gone I could spend the rest.
- 18:43Speaker 9: Of the afternoons. We took all that out.
- 18:45Speaker 10: It upset Congresswoman Ocasio Court this, it upsets the socialist
- 18:50Speaker 10: wing of her party. And now that wing of her
- 18:54Speaker 10: party and the congresswoman are threatening all other Democrats and
- 18:58Speaker 10: saying you've got to shut that government down. We get
- 19:00Speaker 10: what we want, and part of what they want is
- 19:04Speaker 10: to add this kind of stuff.
- 19:06Speaker 9: Back into a bit.
- 19:07Speaker 5: All right, let me just jump in. So is that
- 19:10Speaker 5: not insane that that stuff was in there? And who's
- 19:13Speaker 5: running the Democrats side of the party. It's not Schumer.
- 19:16Speaker 5: I mean, he's desperately trying to hold on here.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Right, it's AOC.
- 19:20Speaker 5: AOC is in control, believe it or not. How scary
- 19:22Speaker 5: that is. Alexander de Casio Cortez rules the roofs in
- 19:26Speaker 5: the Democrat Party. She is the most popular Democrat. Think
- 19:28Speaker 5: about that for a second. How nervous would you be
- 19:32Speaker 5: if she was actually up for a much more powerful position.
- 19:36Speaker 5: I mean, they were talks about her running as either
- 19:39Speaker 5: vice president or president somewhere down the line. Can you
- 19:41Speaker 5: imagine a world with Alexandria Casio Cortez spinning her venom
- 19:47Speaker 5: and her insanity out of Americans?
- 19:52Speaker 1: I mean, honestly, I never think about it like this.
- 19:55Speaker 5: That would be you know, you'd have to really think
- 19:57Speaker 5: about seceeding fighting a state that's willing to secede and
- 19:59Speaker 5: move if she was in charge.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 20:03Speaker 5: I met Kennedy who was talking in that little ninety
- 20:07Speaker 5: second piece, and he's a funny guy man, but.
- 20:10Speaker 1: He said when he needs to be serious, he's very serious.
- 20:12Speaker 5: And he just pointed out there's some of the absolute
- 20:16Speaker 5: chaos that is being promoted by the Democrat Party.
- 20:21Speaker 1: All right, we'll come back.
- 20:22Speaker 5: When we do, we'll talk to our very good friend,
- 20:24Speaker 5: cardiologist doctor John Foley.
- 20:26Speaker 1: We're going to talk to him about a bunch of
- 20:28Speaker 1: different things.

- 22:34Speaker 5: and we went back and forth for a little while,

- 24:04Speaker 5: my very good Friend's Ben a regular on my morning
- 24:07Speaker 5: show for I would say close to believe it or
- 24:10Speaker 5: not Doc twenty years so doctor John Fully, cardiologist. Is
- 24:15Speaker 5: his claim to fame, among others, is joining us right now. Doc,
- 24:18Speaker 5: thanks for coming on. I appreciate you.
- 24:20Speaker 11: Thank you very much, and thanks to Wayne as well
- 24:23Speaker 11: for allowing me to take some airtime and talk to
- 24:26Speaker 11: the listeners. And I love his show, so it's really exciting.
- 24:30Speaker 5: Well, I think it's gonna be great. I'm looking forward
- 24:32Speaker 5: to our conversation. I'm just going to turn your loose
- 24:35Speaker 5: get out of your way, if that's okay. But I
- 24:37Speaker 5: know some of the things we wanted to talk about tonight,
- 24:39Speaker 5: failure of medicine in general.
- 24:42Speaker 1: We can get to that if you want.
- 24:43Speaker 5: Second, but I wanted to ask you because we have
- 24:45Speaker 5: talked about this on my morning show quite often, about transgenders,
- 24:50Speaker 5: transgenders and sports, just the biological difference between men and women.
- 24:54Speaker 5: So I mean, give us a couple of minutes on
- 24:57Speaker 5: your thoughts on that in general.
- 25:00Speaker 11: So first of all, you know what I'll say is
- 25:03Speaker 11: that too often lately there are no adults in the room.
- 25:08Speaker 11: There used to be used to be we could count
- 25:10Speaker 11: on our doctors, or we could count on our hospitals,
- 25:13Speaker 11: so we could count on the American Medical Association and
- 25:16Speaker 11: frankly they've all failed us. I can finally say that
- 25:20Speaker 11: because I'm retired as of September. And this is not
- 25:24Speaker 11: an attack against providers individually.
- 25:27Speaker 3: But if you look at the fact that you know.
- 25:30Speaker 11: Our healthcare system is the most expensive in the world,
- 25:33Speaker 11: it provides poor outcomes, you know we're not focusing on
- 25:38Speaker 11: the right things because sixty percent of our adolescents have
- 25:41Speaker 11: chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension. It used to be
- 25:44Speaker 11: fifteen percent.
- 25:45Speaker 3: A decade or so ago. So we're heading in the
- 25:48Speaker 3: wrong direction.
- 25:49Speaker 11: And yet the focus of attention in healthcare now is
- 25:53Speaker 11: transgender And you know, if I hear one more person
- 25:58Speaker 11: at a congressional hearing or on TV or somewhere saying well,
- 26:02Speaker 11: it's a very complicated issue, I'm going to scream it
- 26:05Speaker 11: is not a complicated issue. They say, well, you know,
- 26:09Speaker 11: what's the definition of a woman? And then there's always
- 26:12Speaker 11: that pause where the person is struggling with how do
- 26:15Speaker 11: I answer that question? A woman is a person who
- 26:18Speaker 11: has XX chromosomes.
- 26:20Speaker 3: That's it.
- 26:21Speaker 11: It's not defined by breasts or cervix or any female
- 26:25Speaker 11: body parts because they can all be taken out and
- 26:27Speaker 11: the person's still a woman at the end of the day,
- 26:30Speaker 11: it is a very simple answer. A woman has xx
- 26:35Speaker 11: chromosomes and a male has x y.
- 26:38Speaker 3: That's it. We're done.
- 26:41Speaker 11: There's no other you know, I'll see my time back
- 26:43Speaker 11: to the chairman, because there is no there is no
- 26:46Speaker 11: complexity there. Now we've made it complex. We've also made
- 26:50Speaker 11: it so that if you say what I'm saying now,
- 26:53Speaker 11: they're ready to, you know, bring you to the edge
- 26:55Speaker 11: of the cliff and throw you off. We're being gas
- 26:58Speaker 11: lit to use terminology that makes no sense.
- 27:02Speaker 3: And when we speak up about it.
- 27:04Speaker 11: Well, then we're intolerant. I one of the last conversations
- 27:07Speaker 11: I had with a leader where i'd previously work and
- 27:12Speaker 11: wonderful person and a fantastic doctor, and you know, she
- 27:16Speaker 11: would agree that it's not great for, you know, an
- 27:19Speaker 11: eighteen year old boy to be taking off their clothes
- 27:22Speaker 11: in a locker room with thirteen year old girls. So
- 27:24Speaker 11: I felt like, you know, I hit won a major victory.
- 27:27Speaker 11: But then when I sort of talked to them about well,
- 27:29Speaker 11: but you know, they're not that trans we say trans women,
- 27:33Speaker 11: I don't understand that because they're never going to be
- 27:35Speaker 11: a woman. At the end of the day, they will
- 27:38Speaker 11: never be a woman. There is no way you can
- 27:40Speaker 11: take an x Y chromosoma and make it xx. That's it,
- 27:43Speaker 11: and that would be what you'd have to do. You
- 27:45Speaker 11: can make them look like a woman, you can make
- 27:48Speaker 11: them feel like a woman, but they will never be
- 27:50Speaker 11: a woman. She lost it, and so I thought to myself,
- 27:56Speaker 11: what is wrong with a physician who I know that
- 28:00Speaker 11: we all went through genetics classes, doesn't seem to remember
- 28:04Speaker 11: a very simple class.
- 28:06Speaker 3: About game meats x y xx.
- 28:10Speaker 11: And that's when I realized we were in trouble, and
- 28:12Speaker 11: that when you would speak up at a meeting, you'd
- 28:15Speaker 11: get shouted down or you'd be looked at like you're
- 28:17Speaker 11: a crazy person. And so you know, for this, this
- 28:23Speaker 11: whole thing that you know, it's the DNA stupid to
- 28:26Speaker 11: coin a phrase. Beyond that, it's about what people perceive
- 28:30Speaker 11: and how they feel. And I am never going to let,
- 28:33Speaker 11: you know, make fun of or look down on someone
- 28:36Speaker 11: who has a feeling that they are different than their body.
- 28:40Speaker 11: I mean, that is a terrible position to be in.
- 28:44Speaker 11: But the reality of the situation is it used to
- 28:46Speaker 11: be like zero point oh one percent of the population.
- 28:49Speaker 11: Now you have like Mother's on TV saying my three
- 28:53Speaker 11: kids are all transgender. I mean, there is no way
- 28:57Speaker 11: that three kids in a family are transgender. So there's
- 29:00Speaker 11: there's an illness going on here. We also have data
- 29:03Speaker 11: which when they've done the trials, has disproved their theory,
- 29:07Speaker 11: and then they decide not to publish it. Well, where's
- 29:09Speaker 11: the AMA to say, Wait a minute, guys, you don't
- 29:12Speaker 11: get to publish research because it agrees with what your
- 29:16Speaker 11: premise was. You've got to publish that research. That's what
- 29:19Speaker 11: we call research.
- 29:20Speaker 3: That's what we're.
- 29:21Speaker 11: Doing here, and there is no real research done here.
- 29:25Speaker 11: They're taking thirteen year old kids and fourteen year old
- 29:28Speaker 11: kids and doing surgery on them. They're putting breasts in
- 29:31Speaker 11: perfectly healthy male children and removing breasts extensive surgery.
- 29:36Speaker 3: You need to see the scars.
- 29:37Speaker 11: I've seen the scars, the scarring on the chest from
- 29:40Speaker 11: removing perfectly healthy teenage breasts and to transition them. When
- 29:45Speaker 11: thirty percent of the people in the midst of the
- 29:47Speaker 11: hormone therapy stop treatment because they've changed their mind or
- 29:53Speaker 11: for many different reasons, and post surge of therapy, which
- 29:57Speaker 11: most people don't have bottom surgery, but the people who do,
- 30:01Speaker 11: there's significant numbers.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Of folks who are very upset that they did it.
- 30:07Speaker 11: So to me, and I've said this before, any surgeon
- 30:12Speaker 11: that takes a thirteen or a fourteen year old girl
- 30:15Speaker 11: and removes their breasts should be in prison. To me,
- 30:19Speaker 11: that is butchery. If I walked into an operation to
- 30:24Speaker 11: a surgeon tomorrow and I said I want my legs removed,
- 30:28Speaker 11: well why because I just don't like them and they're
- 30:31Speaker 11: and they're upsetting to me and I can't wake up
- 30:33Speaker 11: another day without my legs. Would they would they remove
- 30:37Speaker 11: my legs? I mean maybe today they would, but I
- 30:40Speaker 11: don't think so. And yet we're treating adolescent girls and
- 30:45Speaker 11: boys who are struggling with life choices. And this has
- 30:50Speaker 11: been going on since the beginning of time. People have
- 30:52Speaker 11: sort of had that gender confusion, some more than others,
- 30:55Speaker 11: and then they come out on the other side, so
- 30:59Speaker 11: to me, and to be removing family from it, to be,
- 31:02Speaker 11: you know, having schools coaching these kids, to have healthcare
- 31:07Speaker 11: systems that are going to go ahead and do the
- 31:10Speaker 11: surgery and give hormone.
- 31:13Speaker 3: This stuff is permanent, like they're lying.
- 31:15Speaker 11: And again, this is the other thing the healthcare community
- 31:19Speaker 11: should be counted on for truth. And when you can't
- 31:22Speaker 11: believe when they look at you in the face and
- 31:24Speaker 11: they say blockers and hormones are completely reversible when you
- 31:29Speaker 11: stop them, No they're not.
- 31:31Speaker 3: No, they're not. It's a lie.
- 31:34Speaker 11: And so if we're going to be doing this stuff,
- 31:37Speaker 11: we've seen tapes of girls saying, I wish somebody had
- 31:40Speaker 11: told me this. They have rest, but they have no sensation.
- 31:46Speaker 11: Many of these people will never have an orgasm in
- 31:48Speaker 11: their life, and they're fourteen, fifteen years old and we've
- 31:51Speaker 11: committed them to that. So to me, I think it's
- 31:55Speaker 11: time to stand up. And I you know, when people
- 31:57Speaker 11: start with the pronoun stuff and when people start with
- 31:59Speaker 11: the you know, the surgery and all that stuff, I
- 32:02Speaker 11: am very vocal and I will be vocal to the
- 32:04Speaker 11: day that I die, because I don't think that what
- 32:06Speaker 11: we're doing is right. And I think in twenty or
- 32:08Speaker 11: thirty years, when people look back on our generation, how
- 32:12Speaker 11: we handle this problem is going to be a significant,
- 32:14Speaker 11: significant issue. And I think medicine has fallen asleep at best,
- 32:18Speaker 11: or has sold out at worst.
- 32:20Speaker 3: And we need to get organized medicine to.
- 32:23Speaker 11: Do what they should be doing, which is advocate for patients,
- 32:26Speaker 11: families and providers and they I don't know who they're
- 32:30Speaker 11: advocating for, but it is not any of those three things.
- 32:34Speaker 1: His name is doctor John Foley.
- 32:35Speaker 5: That was just great stuff, Doc, And I'll tell you,
- 32:38Speaker 5: as you had pointed out, that some of the things
- 32:42Speaker 5: that they would lean on to try to prove points
- 32:45Speaker 5: were disprove in time and time against suicide being one.
- 32:48Speaker 1: But listen, we'll come back in just a second. Music
- 32:50Speaker 1: is playing.
- 32:51Speaker 5: We got doctor John Foley with us, and we'll talk
- 32:54Speaker 5: a little bit maybe a little bit more about this
- 32:56Speaker 5: and then morph into the failure again of organized medicine,
- 33:00Speaker 5: just for the everyday person, me and you going to
- 33:02Speaker 5: the doctors, getting the visit, trying to cope with what
- 33:06Speaker 5: we got going on and actually try to afford it
- 33:08Speaker 5: all at the same time.
- 33:10Speaker 1: The show is Warzone.
- 33:11Speaker 5: My name is Lee Else, the Voice of Freedom, filling
- 33:13Speaker 5: in for Wayne Allen Root. We'll take a short break.
- 33:15Speaker 5: We'll come back more with Doc Foley on the other side.

- 35:32Speaker 4: Hi.
- 35:32Speaker 8: This is Wayne Alerut for patriot critical minerals.
- 35:34Speaker 4: Here's the raw truth.
- 35:36Speaker 8: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 35:38Speaker 8: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 35:42Speaker 8: heard of.
- 35:42Speaker 4: Tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength.
- 35:45Speaker 8: It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
- 35:48Speaker 8: our missiles, and put steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 35:51Speaker 4: Here's the danger.
- 35:52Speaker 8: China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
- 35:54Speaker 8: percent of production. If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy,
- 35:59Speaker 8: and independence will all hangs in the balance.
- 36:01Speaker 4: Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 36:03Speaker 8: Patriot Critical Minerals home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 36:07Speaker 8: in the entire USA of over nineteen million tons. This
- 36:10Speaker 8: is the kind of discovery that can change the game
- 36:12Speaker 8: enough to break china stranglehold on tungsten. There has never
- 36:16Speaker 8: been a better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical
- 36:19Speaker 8: Minerals isn't just about mining, It's about securing our freedom
- 36:22Speaker 8: and protecting our homeland. To learn about investment opportunities with

- 37:31Speaker 5: for America dot com. If you don't know where Wayne is, well,
- 37:33Speaker 5: he was in.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Washington, d C.
- 37:37Speaker 5: Hanging out with the President of the United States today.
- 37:39Speaker 5: That is one truth. So you'll have stories for you
- 37:43Speaker 5: tomorrow night for sure. Joining us right now is doctor
- 37:46Speaker 5: John Foley, who just gave an amazing I had an
- 37:50Speaker 5: amazing let's say, monologue about transgenders and so how we
- 37:55Speaker 5: have enabled it and as a culture, we've basically stoked
- 37:59Speaker 5: that fire. And so Doc, you know, we can get
- 38:03Speaker 5: off that for a little bit. I think a lot
- 38:05Speaker 5: of us are on the same page. The one question
- 38:07Speaker 5: I did want to follow up with, though really quickly,
- 38:09Speaker 5: on the transgender issue is do you feel like it's
- 38:13Speaker 5: hit the pinnacle and now is on the other side,
- 38:16Speaker 5: Like maybe we've seen how horrible that this actually is,
- 38:19Speaker 5: and people are wising up even just a little bit.
- 38:23Speaker 11: You know, I wish I could say yes, but I
- 38:26Speaker 11: think the answer is no. And I think when you
- 38:28Speaker 11: look at what are hospitals doing now, are they doing
- 38:32Speaker 11: the surgeries? Are they doing all the hormones? They're doing
- 38:34Speaker 11: hormones that they're not doing surgery. People are kind of
- 38:37Speaker 11: putting cases. I was told by someone, we're putting them
- 38:41Speaker 11: on the shelf. So, because you know, these institutions can
- 38:46Speaker 11: outlive presidents, right, you know, he's going to be there
- 38:49Speaker 11: four years and who knows who comes in next, and
- 38:52Speaker 11: you know, I think that they'll just ratchet right back
- 38:55Speaker 11: up to where they were before. It's becoming really a
- 38:57Speaker 11: religion and a dogma to some in government. And you know,
- 39:03Speaker 11: are you know really when you talk about the cabal, right,
- 39:06Speaker 11: you know, so you're talking about the press, and you're
- 39:09Speaker 11: talking about some of the leaders in the progressive movement.
- 39:13Speaker 11: And again, the most disappointing thing to me is that
- 39:17Speaker 11: the doctors.
- 39:18Speaker 3: The people who used to be the adults in.
- 39:22Speaker 11: The room, are no longer doing that. They're going along
- 39:24Speaker 11: with it. They're aiding in a bedding. No one forces
- 39:28Speaker 11: a surgeon to remove healthy breast tissue on a teenage girl,
- 39:32Speaker 11: and no one does that. If that fourteen year old
- 39:36Speaker 11: girl wanted to have her gallbladder out because she was
- 39:38Speaker 11: having cook gallstones, she couldn't sign permission for it. Yet
- 39:43Speaker 11: she could at fourteen sign for an abortion, and she
- 39:46Speaker 11: could also sign up for transgender surgery and hormones.
- 39:52Speaker 3: I mean, what's going on?
- 39:53Speaker 11: And so this it used to be the attack on
- 39:56Speaker 11: government on families, used to be sort of like one
- 39:58Speaker 11: of those things we talked about up as you know
- 40:00Speaker 11: it was happening, but it was sort of behind the scenes.
- 40:03Speaker 11: They are very upfront. They have told us what their
- 40:06Speaker 11: agenda is and they are surgically and otherwise going to
- 40:10Speaker 11: do it unless we stop them. And so I do
- 40:12Speaker 11: believe it is our responsibility to stop them and to
- 40:16Speaker 11: you know, to have organizations reaching out the hospitals demanding
- 40:20Speaker 11: to know whether they're doing certain procedures and what the
- 40:24Speaker 11: ages of the people are. I mean, what we have
- 40:27Speaker 11: our twenty six year old kids on our health insurance
- 40:30Speaker 11: right because they're not supposedly mature enough to maintain their healthcare,
- 40:36Speaker 11: and so we pay for it till twenty six at
- 40:39Speaker 11: thirteen you could have your complete organs in your body
- 40:43Speaker 11: like flipped around. I mean, you know, if you were
- 40:46Speaker 11: to tell me that this was going on, I didn't
- 40:48Speaker 11: know it was actually going on, I would think this
- 40:50Speaker 11: is a Stephen King, you know, book or movie.
- 40:53Speaker 3: It's a nightmare.
- 40:54Speaker 11: And so I think the thing that we all can
- 40:57Speaker 11: do is stand up and front this and not be
- 41:01Speaker 11: polite about it.
- 41:02Speaker 3: Not be polite about it.
- 41:03Speaker 11: We can't be mean to people who are going through
- 41:05Speaker 11: it at all, but we can be mean to the
- 41:08Speaker 11: doctors and to the hospitals and to the healthcare systems,
- 41:12Speaker 11: because they if they continue to do this, they are
- 41:16Speaker 11: they're guilty of the same crimes.
- 41:18Speaker 5: I think we've crossed the line of sorts. I do
- 41:22Speaker 5: think I feel like this. Maybe I'm wrong, but I
- 41:24Speaker 5: do feel like most of the people out there realize
- 41:28Speaker 5: that they have made this gross error, this grotesque error
- 41:32Speaker 5: in just assuming that because somebody says that they're a female,
- 41:35Speaker 5: they are a female. I saw a great sort of interview.
- 41:38Speaker 5: Girl on the street was talking. She had a black
- 41:42Speaker 5: man with a rainbow sweatshirt on, and she had asked
- 41:45Speaker 5: him a question. She asked him whether or not she
- 41:49Speaker 5: was a man, and he waffled.
- 41:51Speaker 1: With the answer.
- 41:52Speaker 5: Then he asked her if she was if she identified
- 41:55Speaker 5: as black, would it be okay? And he was a
- 41:57Speaker 5: black man and he had to say no to that. So,
- 42:00Speaker 5: I mean, I think that in some cases maybe that
- 42:03Speaker 5: was a bad example, but I do think that in
- 42:05Speaker 5: a general sense, I think people are coming around to this, Doc,
- 42:08Speaker 5: So I appreciate your honesty on all of this. Unfortunately,
- 42:11Speaker 5: I don't think we're going to have time to get
- 42:13Speaker 5: into anything else. But I gotta say, you know, having
- 42:16Speaker 5: you on is a breath of fresh air.
- 42:17Speaker 1: With the honesty. We love it.
- 42:19Speaker 5: Your first national appearance really is a home run man
- 42:23Speaker 5: home run, So.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Doc, I thank you. I appreciate it. The music is.
- 42:28Speaker 5: Playing, we're out of time, but we'll definitely do this
- 42:30Speaker 5: again next time. On my moan for Wayne, I'll definitely
- 42:33Speaker 5: have you back. We can talk about some other stuff.
- 42:35Speaker 11: Awesome thanks to Wayne and to yourself. I really this
- 42:38Speaker 11: is a great opportunity.
- 42:39Speaker 5: I had a lot of fun, all right, brother doctor
- 42:41Speaker 5: John Foley, great stuff. He doesn't have a book out yet,
- 42:44Speaker 5: doesn't have a podcast yet, but we're working on that
- 42:46Speaker 5: behind the scenes to make sure he gets out there again.
- 42:49Speaker 5: A truth spreader and we need that desperately. Wayne is
- 42:52Speaker 5: back tomorrow night, thanks to the boys in Minnesota.
- 42:54Speaker 1: Thanks to the boys, said Patriot dot TV.
- 42:56Speaker 5: You guys have a great Monday night until tomorrow when
