Mounds View voters are facing a tough choice this November as Mayor Zach Lindstrom’s controversial vote to recommend a pardon for convicted child abuser Tou Lue Vang stirs debate. Lindstrom, one of four commissioners to support clemency, later saw the pardon approved — only for Vang to be deported shortly after.
