Lisa & Ken: Welcome to Nurtural Disasters. makes our podcast different? We're not therapists, we're not psychologists, we have no PhDs. We're merely survivors of toxic parenting. why listen to a YouTube or Instagram therapist when you could just listen to us? Lisa: Hello and welcome to Nurtural Disasters. This is a podcast for those of us with toxic or emotionally immature parents. might not have a bunch of credentials next to our names, but we do have PhDs from the Hard Knocks University. Basically, want this to be a validating space for adult children of parents who had no business having children. Lisa & Ken: We're unqualified. We have no credentials. We're just your friends. just take a seat right next to Enjoy the show. So why listen to us? we make intriguing points to very heavy issues with parents. But try to take all stride. We try to make humor out of it. ⁓
