- 0:08Speaker 1: Shoo's hell.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Welcome through the Nordy Night Show. I'm your host, Shooter.
- 0:17Speaker 2: It's Thursday, which means our dear friend Mark Lupo joins us.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Sometimes Mark, I get confused of what day is. In fact,
- 0:24Speaker 2: I only know the days by who I'm looking at
- 0:26Speaker 2: on my zoom each morning. Hey Loopy, Hey Rob.
- 0:30Speaker 3: I love Thursdays, so I always know it's a good
- 0:32Speaker 3: day when I see your face.
- 0:35Speaker 2: I love Thursdays too, our little secret listeners noughty years.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Thursday is the best night to go out in New
- 0:41Speaker 2: York City. If you want to go out in New
- 0:43Speaker 2: York City. Monday night's a little quiet, Tuesday night, Wednesday
- 0:48Speaker 2: night's a fun night. Thursday night. What is it about Thursdays?
- 0:51Speaker 2: Is it because we can all be hungover on Fridays
- 0:54Speaker 2: and just pretend to work.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Get you roll in, You're a little late, but it's
- 0:56Speaker 1: all good.
- 0:58Speaker 2: I can't be too messed up in the week, so
- 1:00Speaker 2: I've just got too much to do. But I can
- 1:02Speaker 2: survive a hungover Friday. I can I can't.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I can't.
- 1:06Speaker 2: I hate to do a hungover Tuesday or Wednesday. I
- 1:08Speaker 2: feel like I let myself down. But if I'm hungover
- 1:10Speaker 2: on a Friday. I'm like, well, that's nearly the wee.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Can exactly take a nap. And then you're.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Exactly, that's all right. So Thursday night in the Autunes,
- 1:18Speaker 2: when you're in town, that's the night we'll all be
- 1:20Speaker 2: going at What time is it, my friends? It is time.
- 1:24Speaker 2: This story made me scream at the top of the show.
- 1:27Speaker 2: So a lip reader, you've heard that right, he's revealing
- 1:31Speaker 2: what King Charles said to Camilla at the coronation. So
- 1:34Speaker 2: the scene was broadcast around the world. It was Charles
- 1:39Speaker 2: sitting in his coach alongside Camilla, waiting for the all
- 1:44Speaker 2: clear to enter Westminster Abbey. It was an awkward moment
- 1:48Speaker 2: mark they arrived at the abbey and then they just
- 1:51Speaker 2: said sit the coach for a few minutes. And what
- 1:55Speaker 2: was going on was the whales Kate, William, little Princess Charlotte, Louie,
- 2:03Speaker 2: not George because he was not with them, he was
- 2:05Speaker 2: a page boy. But the four whaleses were running late,
- 2:10Speaker 2: and this forced Charles to sort of wait a little
- 2:14Speaker 2: moment because what was meant to happen is everybody was
- 2:17Speaker 2: meant to enter the abbey before Charles, who's the big
- 2:21Speaker 2: star it's his day. Charles enters last. But because the
- 2:25Speaker 2: Whaleses were running late, it sort of threw the whole
- 2:29Speaker 2: thing off. So as he and Camilla sat rather awkwardly
- 2:34Speaker 2: in this carriage for several minutes. It was not two seconds,
- 2:37Speaker 2: it was several minutes. He leant over and a lip
- 2:41Speaker 2: reader to the Daily Mail that he said the following
- 2:45Speaker 2: I'm worried about time. I mean, it's been longer this time,
- 2:49Speaker 2: and well, I mean look, and then he went on
- 2:52Speaker 2: to say, we can never be on time. Yes, this
- 2:57Speaker 2: is very negative. There's always something. So he was furious
- 3:02Speaker 2: that the Whaleses were running late. Now, in their defense,
- 3:05Speaker 2: they do have small children. Anybody with children, I don't
- 3:08Speaker 2: have children. It's hard to get them all out of
- 3:10Speaker 2: the house, and particularly when they're wearing crowns and tiaras,
- 3:13Speaker 2: so there's a lot of work to get them all out.
- 3:15Speaker 2: I think the Whaleses should have been on time, though
- 3:18Speaker 2: I would have woke up half an hour early to
- 3:20Speaker 2: get all those kids right.
- 3:21Speaker 3: I mean, you have one job. This is one thing
- 3:23Speaker 3: you have to do to this day is be on time.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Please.
- 3:27Speaker 3: But I will say, Charles, he's been winning his whole
- 3:29Speaker 3: life for this moment, and he could have looked a
- 3:32Speaker 3: little less irritated.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I have to say, he looks miserable. I asked some
- 3:38Speaker 2: people that know him. My palace sources are pretty good
- 3:41Speaker 2: because I lived in London for so long. I grew
- 3:43Speaker 2: up there, and I even have people that I went
- 3:45Speaker 2: to school with who now work at the palace. There's
- 3:48Speaker 2: a lot of people that work at that palace. And
- 3:50Speaker 2: they said it wasn't that he was grumpy, but rather
- 3:53Speaker 2: that this was such a big day, such a momentous
- 3:57Speaker 2: day for him. He had the worries of the world
- 4:00Speaker 2: on his shoulder and he wanted it all to go
- 4:02Speaker 2: really well. And in his mind, this day is about
- 4:05Speaker 2: him being anointed king by God. He's a deeply religious
- 4:10Speaker 2: man and so for him, this day wasn't about the
- 4:13Speaker 2: carriages or the fancied costumes, the clothes, or the jewels,
- 4:18Speaker 2: the crowns. This was about him and God having a conversation.
- 4:22Speaker 2: And when you think about it like that, I was like, Wow,
- 4:24Speaker 2: that's headay, that's a big day.
- 4:26Speaker 1: It's a big day.
- 4:27Speaker 3: And there is a lot of pressure too, when you're
- 4:29Speaker 3: thinking about how the whole world is just watching your
- 4:32Speaker 3: every moment and every move including your lips.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So I can imagine that there is this intense feeling
- 4:38Speaker 1: that most people can't relate to.
- 4:40Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't relate to it. It's such a different
- 4:42Speaker 2: type of fame and celebrity. He's arguably one of the
- 4:46Speaker 2: most famous people in the world. How are you about
- 4:49Speaker 2: being late? Mark, You're always on time?
- 4:51Speaker 3: You would not be like I'm always on time for
- 4:53Speaker 3: work things, but when it comes to my personal life,
- 4:55Speaker 3: it's a total disaster and I'm trying my best to
- 4:59Speaker 3: work on it, but it's really bad.
- 5:01Speaker 2: So when ex I know you primarily because we work together,
- 5:04Speaker 2: were friends, but we work together. But at work you
- 5:06Speaker 2: are so buttoned up, like you everything is organized and
- 5:10Speaker 2: go above and beyond. A few times you've produced my
- 5:12Speaker 2: segments on morning shows, you've always been right on, like
- 5:17Speaker 2: almost to the point where you're like, Wow, that kid
- 5:19Speaker 2: is like a little ad like your attention is like
- 5:22Speaker 2: she doesn't miss anything but your personal life while you're
- 5:25Speaker 2: a little late.
- 5:26Speaker 3: I mean that it can be. But what's funny about you, Rob?
- 5:28Speaker 3: You are always early. You're not on time, You're you're early,
- 5:31Speaker 3: like twenty minutes, thirty minutes earlier, which I really love
- 5:33Speaker 3: about you.
- 5:34Speaker 1: It's a unique quality.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I hate lateness. I don't know. Maybe it's my mum
- 5:37Speaker 2: and dad that sort of installed it, installed it into me,
- 5:39Speaker 2: But yeah, I get it's sort of frustrated to when
- 5:42Speaker 2: people are late. Miss D can be late, and I know, yeah,
- 5:46Speaker 2: and she's very casual on times, like if I say
- 5:49Speaker 2: we'll meet at six o'clock, I mean six o'clock, miss
- 5:52Speaker 2: D means within the hour of six, like it's normally
- 5:56Speaker 2: within the first half hour. But it's not like quite
- 6:00Speaker 2: dad to do the podcast Like if we do the
- 6:01Speaker 2: podcasts at seven hours, we've been ten minutes around their
- 6:07Speaker 2: misdeemle log on. It drives me crazy, and I can't
- 6:11Speaker 2: be vile because goodness knows, I'm not paying her a lot,
- 6:16Speaker 2: you know. I's sort of like a favor everyone's doing
- 6:18Speaker 2: me joining me one day a week, so I can't
- 6:20Speaker 2: be too mean about it. But what about you? Are
- 6:22Speaker 2: you all later? You early? Does it drive you crazy?
- 6:25Speaker 2: It would drive me particularly crazy if it happened on
- 6:28Speaker 2: my currentge Let me just be clear about it. That's
- 6:31Speaker 2: like keeping the bride waiting. Not good. We want to
- 6:33Speaker 2: know what you think about all of this. So lipp
- 6:38Speaker 2: readers have revealed that King Charles had some brutal knocks
- 6:43Speaker 2: to a Kim Miller while waiting for his current nation.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Should he just get over it? Should he just get
- 6:49Speaker 2: over it? Enjoy the day you're about to be King?
- 6:52Speaker 2: There is nothing bad yet, this is a really good day.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Just relax, Just relax or no? Is he absolutely right?
- 7:00Speaker 2: It's his day? This is terrible. They shouldn't have kept
- 7:03Speaker 2: him wait him. Go vote on our Twitter page at
- 7:06Speaker 2: Naughty Nice Rob. Her facebook page is Naughty Gossip and
- 7:10Speaker 2: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Loopy,
- 7:15Speaker 2: what are you working on? Rob?
- 7:17Speaker 1: I have a concerning Britney Spears update for you.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Okay, So, Britney Spears has been guzzling energy drinks and
- 7:24Speaker 3: staying awake for three consecutive days, according.
- 7:27Speaker 1: To a new I know it's not good.
- 7:29Speaker 3: So.
- 7:29Speaker 1: The singer allegedly loves Red Bull.
- 7:31Speaker 3: And other caffeinated beverages NonStop, and sources claim that Spears
- 7:36Speaker 3: drinks so much capt beIN that she will sometimes stay
- 7:39Speaker 3: up for days at a time.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Now Rob.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Celebrity rehab host doctor Drew Pinsky said that people who
- 7:45Speaker 3: struggle with their mental health crave that high that caffeinated
- 7:49Speaker 3: drinks provide them. And a new TMZ report is claiming
- 7:52Speaker 3: that Britney Spears has been physical with her husband and
- 7:56Speaker 3: their marriage is in deep trouble.
- 8:00Speaker 2: I'm hearing that too, so my sources, I tread really
- 8:02Speaker 2: carefully on Brittany. We like Brittany, and we're a positive podcast,
- 8:05Speaker 2: but we're an accurate podcast. We're not Pollyanna here. We
- 8:08Speaker 2: tell the truth. As I like to say, we are
- 8:11Speaker 2: a pinch, not a punch, and I think that's been
- 8:14Speaker 2: really the success of this show. But Brittany's in trouble.
- 8:16Speaker 2: She's always going to have difficulties. We know, we know
- 8:20Speaker 2: about her mental health struggles. They don't just suddenly go away.
- 8:24Speaker 2: She's going to struggle her entire life. I was very
- 8:27Speaker 2: worried when the conservatorship ended, not because I didn't want
- 8:31Speaker 2: it to end. I wanted it to end, but I
- 8:33Speaker 2: wanted a new framework set up where she could thrive.
- 8:38Speaker 2: And I wasn't sure that her husband Sam had those resources.
- 8:42Speaker 2: I wasn't sure that Brittany had those resources, that right
- 8:46Speaker 2: state of mind herself. So I'd love somebody to be
- 8:50Speaker 2: helping Brittany. And I think all of that has gone away.
- 8:53Speaker 2: So as bad as her dad might have been, there
- 8:55Speaker 2: was certainly some guardrails, some safety wheels on the bike.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Now they're off, and it's that Britney is. Britney's riding solo.
- 9:03Speaker 2: She's doing this herself. And some people would argue, if
- 9:07Speaker 2: she's a grown woman, she's made all that money, it's
- 9:09Speaker 2: up to her to make those choices, and I agree
- 9:11Speaker 2: with that argument. Other people would argue, gosh, she does
- 9:14Speaker 2: have profound mental health issues and does need some sort
- 9:18Speaker 2: of support. What do we do with people who have
- 9:21Speaker 2: enough resources that they can can do stuff by themselves.
- 9:26Speaker 2: If this was anybody else, if this wasn't Britney Spears,
- 9:28Speaker 2: this would be a very different story. But because she's
- 9:31Speaker 2: so wealthy and powerful, she can be by herself. And
- 9:35Speaker 2: I just wish, I wish them as some sort of solution, Mark,
- 9:38Speaker 2: and there isn't. And that's why this conversation is so difficult,
- 9:41Speaker 2: because there is no solution. If I said, like, hire
- 9:43Speaker 2: a really good manager, she'll fire them. If I said,
- 9:46Speaker 2: get a really supportive husband, she has one. Like it's
- 9:50Speaker 2: just so difficult. Have you ever dealt with people with
- 9:53Speaker 2: mental health issues? One of my sister struggles and it's
- 9:58Speaker 2: always difficult. It's never going to be, of.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Course, and I think that's the you know, the million
- 10:02Speaker 3: dollar question, what do you do and how do you
- 10:04Speaker 3: how do you help? And this is a crisis. It's
- 10:06Speaker 3: plaguing the whole country and the world. Really it's not
- 10:08Speaker 3: just Britney Spears, but you know, we see this on
- 10:11Speaker 3: a grand scale. I worry, I really deeply worry for
- 10:14Speaker 3: her because her family is they're estranged, and she doesn't
- 10:16Speaker 3: have many people in her corner. And if if Sam,
- 10:19Speaker 3: you know, it leaves, I'm not sure who's there for her.
- 10:22Speaker 1: That really worries me.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Yes, there's nobody there. There's nobody there. We saw it
- 10:26Speaker 2: at the wedding. I mean, I get Madonna turns up
- 10:29Speaker 2: and other celebrities, but they're not really her friends. Drew
- 10:32Speaker 2: Barrymore was there and Drew said she doesn't really know her.
- 10:34Speaker 2: They met on DM on Instagram and so there's nobody
- 10:39Speaker 2: around her. We've followed Britney for a long time as reporters,
- 10:42Speaker 2: Dorees fans even, and you know, when you see someone
- 10:45Speaker 2: who has a really tight inner circle, when you have
- 10:49Speaker 2: that support system, Britney has nobody and Sam is working
- 10:54Speaker 2: really hard to be everything, to be a husband, a
- 10:57Speaker 2: best friend, a lover, a dad, a brother, and it's
- 11:02Speaker 2: an impossible job and he's not gonna make it. I
- 11:05Speaker 2: hear the marriage is in real trouble and he's the
- 11:08Speaker 2: one that's making sure that it's not over. If if
- 11:11Speaker 2: this has been up to Brittany, my sources are saying
- 11:14Speaker 2: it would have ended a while ago. Oh, I hate
- 11:17Speaker 2: doing these stories. We have to do. Then we have
- 11:18Speaker 2: to keep you up to speed on the mall plus
- 11:20Speaker 2: TMZ is coming out with I'm Told, a devastating documentary
- 11:24Speaker 2: about what has happened to her life since her intervention
- 11:28Speaker 2: was canceled in February. Lots of stuff going on there.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I can't wait to see it. In a weird way,
- 11:35Speaker 2: I have no joy in this. It's not like I'm
- 11:37Speaker 2: looking forward to it. But what a story. Okay, moving along,
- 11:41Speaker 2: this is adorable. Kate Middleton has revealed my favorite a
- 11:45Speaker 2: little Louis name. Louis reminds me of you. I know,
- 11:50Speaker 2: it's just so naughtyly soup, it's just so naughty. You
- 11:54Speaker 2: would be the one to stick your tongue thissbehave. If
- 11:57Speaker 2: we're absolutely Doris, your mum's listening and she's like Louis,
- 12:01Speaker 2: so we know he's nickname. So the five year old
- 12:04Speaker 2: was on his first royal engagement after the coronation on Monday,
- 12:08Speaker 2: and the Princess of Wales that's Kate. She called him Luba,
- 12:12Speaker 2: that's his name. So he was roasting marshmallows and she said,
- 12:17Speaker 2: pop the skewers on the fire, Luberg, isn't that lovely?
- 12:21Speaker 2: And then she also said you must say thank you.
- 12:23Speaker 2: He was handed some schmores and so she told him
- 12:26Speaker 2: to say thank you. We know that Charlotte's name is Lottie.
- 12:31Speaker 2: That's a door, isn't it. But we also know that
- 12:34Speaker 2: Kate sometimes calls Charlotte Poppet and George. He's rumored to
- 12:39Speaker 2: be nicknamed PG, which is Prince PG. Which name would
- 12:45Speaker 2: you rather have? Would you like PG? Would you like
- 12:48Speaker 2: Lottie or would you.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Like lubogop Louberg? I think Loopy.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Did you have a nickname? By yr? Mom and Dame did?
- 12:56Speaker 3: They would call me all different things, marky wolf, Uh,
- 13:01Speaker 3: the list was on and on.
- 13:02Speaker 1: But I love a nickname. I think it's dear.
- 13:04Speaker 2: I didn't really have one. I was Robert when they
- 13:07Speaker 2: were cross. I was robbed when they were not cross
- 13:11Speaker 2: and I know Robert I was in trouble. I was
- 13:17Speaker 2: trouble quite okay, moving along, we might have a new celebrity.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I'm intrigued by this, but I'm not totally commissed.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Okay.
- 13:25Speaker 3: So, after Tom Cruise and Shakira were photographed hanging out
- 13:29Speaker 3: together over the weekend, sources are saying he is extremely
- 13:32Speaker 3: interested in pursuing.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Her and that there's chemistry.
- 13:36Speaker 3: So we know Cruz is sixty and he's single, and
- 13:39Speaker 3: Shakira's forty six and she just split from her longtime
- 13:42Speaker 3: boyfriend who is now with the woman he was alleged
- 13:45Speaker 3: to be having an affair with. Oh, it was very messy.
- 13:47Speaker 3: But sorces are saying that Shakira needs a soft pillow
- 13:50Speaker 3: to fall on and that Tom could be that guy.
- 13:53Speaker 3: He's a nice looking guy and he's talented.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Hmmm, he talks, I don't have a soft pill he's
- 13:59Speaker 2: at pillar. My friend says that, I'd say Mark needs
- 14:02Speaker 2: a little bit of sense, and that's why he's with
- 14:04Speaker 2: Tom Cruise. That's what's Mark likes to once the date
- 14:07Speaker 2: the biggest movie star in the world. If there was
- 14:08Speaker 2: rumors about you in tob and somebody called me for
- 14:10Speaker 2: off the record quotes. I'd be like, Mark's very random.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Mark likes the thought of this mission. I possible.
- 14:16Speaker 3: That's I mean, the one thing I do, the one
- 14:19Speaker 3: thing I will say about this coupling is that he's
- 14:22Speaker 3: five t seven and she's five foot two, and I
- 14:24Speaker 3: kind of love that he can be you know, he
- 14:27Speaker 3: can have that height difference.
- 14:30Speaker 2: The height makes me love. They bumped into each other
- 14:34Speaker 2: at a event in Miami. I think it was the
- 14:37Speaker 2: Grand Prix in Miami. They both like speed and sports cars.
- 14:42Speaker 2: She's been based in Miami for a long time, so
- 14:44Speaker 2: that's like a home there too. And so any big
- 14:47Speaker 2: event in Miami, if you're the publicist, she's gonna invite Shakira.
- 14:49Speaker 2: You can invite jlor You're Inbote, Shakira, all those people,
- 14:52Speaker 2: Gloria Estefan, all those people based in Miami get an
- 14:55Speaker 2: invite to every event in Miami. This is a massive, massive,
- 14:58Speaker 2: several day events. She was at one of the events.
- 15:01Speaker 2: She was in the VIP section and Tom Cruis turned
- 15:04Speaker 2: up and he was in the VIP section two and
- 15:06Speaker 2: they started talking, which celebrities do We've been at these events?
- 15:09Speaker 2: Mark We've been in VIP areas where celebrities think they
- 15:12Speaker 2: know each other. They don't, but they sort It's this
- 15:14Speaker 2: weird thing where when you're famous, you think everybody else
- 15:17Speaker 2: that is famous as your friend. Madonna's talked about this.
- 15:20Speaker 2: She said, it's so weird, and we all get put
- 15:22Speaker 2: together in like a VIP room and we don't know
- 15:25Speaker 2: each other. We've got nothing, and we've got something to
- 15:27Speaker 2: say apart from the fact we're famous. And so I
- 15:29Speaker 2: think these two sort of did hit it off, like
- 15:31Speaker 2: it wasn't just the hello and a photograph, And normally
- 15:33Speaker 2: a photographer runs over and takes a picture of the
- 15:35Speaker 2: two of them immediately, and then like I've been backstage
- 15:38Speaker 2: at the Grammars and the Oscars, they just do these
- 15:40Speaker 2: pictures together, but they don't know abouch other. It's not
- 15:42Speaker 2: like you take a picture with a friend. I am
- 15:45Speaker 2: told they did speak for a little longer than people
- 15:48Speaker 2: thought they would, and maybe they did hit it off.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I'm not sure if there was like chemistry there. The
- 15:54Speaker 2: other thing too, we have to be honest about this.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Tom Cruise is a devout scientologist, and so he is
- 16:00Speaker 2: not going to date Shakira unless she has some interest
- 16:04Speaker 2: in becoming a scientologist, and I'm not sure she does. Okay,
- 16:08Speaker 2: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 16:10Speaker 2: be right back. Welcome back to the New Jeople shooter bag,
- 16:16Speaker 2: dear friend, Loopy Louberg, Loopy Loop. Okay, let's get to
- 16:25Speaker 2: a pole. Question of the day. Yesterday we talked about
- 16:29Speaker 2: the royal family, wondering why Harry even bothered to go
- 16:32Speaker 2: to the coronation mark he was there less than twenty
- 16:35Speaker 2: four hours. It's a really long flight. What is it like,
- 16:37Speaker 2: eleven hours, twelve it's really long. New York to London's
- 16:41Speaker 2: about seven hours. You've got to add on another six
- 16:44Speaker 2: to fly all the way across country, so La to
- 16:46Speaker 2: New York, New York to London. It's a really long flight,
- 16:49Speaker 2: and he was there. I think he spent more time
- 16:51Speaker 2: in the air than he did on the ground in London.
- 16:55Speaker 2: Was it worth it? Let's have another controversial Fifty five
- 17:00Speaker 2: percent said yes, it's not that high. But a lot
- 17:04Speaker 2: of people are saying in the comments he couldn't win.
- 17:07Speaker 2: He had to go. It's his dad's coronation. Had he
- 17:10Speaker 2: not gone, we all would have been outraged. He did go,
- 17:14Speaker 2: and now are criticizing him. I think I agree. I
- 17:16Speaker 2: don't know if how he could win her.
- 17:18Speaker 3: He can't, but I'm glad he went. I think that
- 17:20Speaker 3: was the right move. And if he didn't go, that
- 17:22Speaker 3: would be the end. I really be the end.
- 17:23Speaker 2: You've got to go. Yeah, my dad's not doing so well,
- 17:27Speaker 2: and I'm going over to London in three weeks just
- 17:29Speaker 2: in case it's gonna be one of those trips. It
- 17:31Speaker 2: could be the last time I see him, and so like,
- 17:33Speaker 2: I'm really I was on the fence about it, so
- 17:36Speaker 2: I was like, oh, maybe he'll get a bit better,
- 17:37Speaker 2: or maybe maybe he's healthful. Take and I'm not taking
- 17:40Speaker 2: that risk. I'm not taking that risk. I'm gonna go over.
- 17:43Speaker 2: You've got to show up in life. Hey, don't forget
- 17:46Speaker 2: to vote on today's pole, get my Twitter page at

- 18:00Speaker 1: It's Tom Holland. He's so adorable, so cute.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Tom Holland revealed that he's been sober for one year
- 18:07Speaker 3: and four months.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Rob Wow.
- 18:10Speaker 3: He said that learning about mental health and the power
- 18:13Speaker 3: of it, and speaking to my psychiatrist has been something
- 18:16Speaker 3: that has been so informative to my own life. I'm
- 18:19Speaker 3: no strangers to the physical aspects of the job while
- 18:21Speaker 3: doing this movie action thing, but he did say that
- 18:24Speaker 3: the mental aspect beat him up and then he's looking
- 18:26Speaker 3: to kind of recover and get back into it.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Wow, that's so interesting. I'm quite good at the physicality
- 18:33Speaker 2: of being me, of getting gub of turning up on
- 18:36Speaker 2: talking thank you very much, of doing the work. But
- 18:40Speaker 2: only recently have I become aware of the mental aspect
- 18:44Speaker 2: of our jobs and how important that is. And now
- 18:49Speaker 2: I spend an hour a day, whether it be going
- 18:51Speaker 2: for a walk or just turning off my phone and
- 18:54Speaker 2: listening to some music. I have an hour each day
- 18:57Speaker 2: that really is like the mental gym for me. I'll
- 19:00Speaker 2: go to the gym, go, go work out, and you
- 19:02Speaker 2: do that for like an hour a day, and you
- 19:04Speaker 2: know it's important. Maybe not every day, but three or
- 19:06Speaker 2: four days a week. Now I try to give my
- 19:09Speaker 2: my mind the same attention. Mark, how are you on
- 19:13Speaker 2: looking after your mentally?
- 19:15Speaker 3: No, I work out, I meditate, I got a therapist.
- 19:18Speaker 3: I'm very much invested in it. Because like we do
- 19:20Speaker 3: these kind of heavy stories and you kind of take on,
- 19:23Speaker 3: you know, all this information constantly.
- 19:25Speaker 1: It's it can be overwhelming. So it definitely is.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Important to be overwhelmed and look after your mental health.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Everybody lit'ten I noticed today Push I love say that
- 19:36Speaker 2: doesn't give an f about Nick Jonas's dating history. So
- 19:40Speaker 2: she said, I don't read my book backwards. I believe
- 19:44Speaker 2: going forward to the next chapters is the only way
- 19:48Speaker 2: He's been linked to her husband, Nick Jonas with some
- 19:52Speaker 2: really big stars including Selena Go lots of a list celebrities,
- 19:57Speaker 2: and she said, don't care. She said that she googled
- 20:01Speaker 2: him one night and saw his video close and she
- 20:04Speaker 2: thought that body deserves at least a date, and so
- 20:08Speaker 2: after watching his hot video, she went on a date.
- 20:11Speaker 2: That he just looked good in that video. She doesn't
- 20:14Speaker 2: care about its x yus gosh, I wish I could
- 20:18Speaker 2: be that that. I'm not that good. I'm gonna pretend
- 20:22Speaker 2: I'm that good, like I don't care. It's in the past.
- 20:24Speaker 2: Just doesn't doesn't upset me. It does.
- 20:27Speaker 1: I'm jealous, I would be upset.
- 20:28Speaker 2: And she probably Bruce had a famous boyfriend before me,
- 20:32Speaker 2: who's I know, really successful, and I see him all
- 20:34Speaker 2: the time. I'm in movies. He was in a TV
- 20:37Speaker 2: show for a long time, and I know, and I
- 20:40Speaker 2: even like, oh my goodness, he was he played Broadway.
- 20:43Speaker 2: We went to see The Plant and I just sat
- 20:45Speaker 2: there torturing myself for two hours, like he's cuer than
- 20:49Speaker 2: I am, he's richer than I am. It's funny. He
- 20:51Speaker 2: he's got a better bum bum than me. And I
- 20:53Speaker 2: was like, what am I doing? He's sitting next to me,
- 20:56Speaker 2: not you, And so now it's come located. Prenka Chapra. Okay,
- 21:02Speaker 2: let's end with a moment of rob. We're a robe
- 21:03Speaker 2: a rob. Really simple one today, but it's really important.
- 21:06Speaker 2: One positive thought at a time is the only way
- 21:09Speaker 2: you're gonna win the game of life. Have a positive thought,
- 21:12Speaker 2: and then another one, and then another one. And if
- 21:14Speaker 2: you get a negative thought, rip it out like a weed.
- 21:16Speaker 2: But you've got to plant a positive thought in its place.
- 21:19Speaker 2: If you rip out the weed and you don't replace it,
- 21:23Speaker 2: the weed grows back. So the secret to success is
- 21:26Speaker 2: ripping out the weeds and putting something else in its place.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Rip out the negative thought and plant pul certain thought
- 21:35Speaker 2: and watch it grow. That is it for today. Thank
