In downtown Seattle, a 40-year-old man allegedly launched a violent hate attack on two men late Tuesday night, hurling a bottle and spewing racist and homophobic slurs before going physical. The victims, both in their mid-20s, showed incredible courage—calling 911 and holding the suspect until police arrived. Officers arrested him after reviewing video and witness statements; the case is now being treated as a hate crime by King County authorities.
