- 0:11Speaker 1: Right, jo your life from Philly. It's the Polly and Tony.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Foolsco Show, y'all always Polly Fool's go here with Tony
- 0:23Speaker 3: Fosco and Tony Yo Eagles doing.
- 0:27Speaker 1: O y morons out there. They say they don't deserve
- 0:33Speaker 1: to be doing. Oh what the hell are these numbs go?
- 0:35Speaker 2: What are you talking about?
- 0:37Speaker 1: Do is check the scoreboard and count the number of points.
- 0:40Speaker 1: It's not hard, that's it.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it's amazing how you got to explain such simple
- 0:45Speaker 2: concepts to people all the time.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly. Well you better buckle up, people, because there's
- 0:50Speaker 1: gonna be more of that on this show anyway. Today
- 0:52Speaker 1: we're gonna tell you how Aaron Rodgers just changed all
- 0:56Speaker 1: of sports create just crazy, and we're going to very gently,
- 1:02Speaker 1: very gently discuss the unfortunate turn of events in Bill
- 1:06Speaker 1: Belichick's love life. Yeah, we're gonna do it with class, exactly.
- 1:09Speaker 1: But you know, talking about unfortunate events, Tony. You know,
- 1:12Speaker 1: our guest today is a man who he claims, first
- 1:15Speaker 1: of all, to be a Pro Bowl quarterback. We'll get
- 1:17Speaker 1: into that. He's a fifteen year NFL veteran. He's known
- 1:21Speaker 1: mostly for playing for the Washington team, whatever you want
- 1:24Speaker 1: to call it. And you know, he's also known for
- 1:27Speaker 1: an unfortunate event where he happened to headbutt a cement wall.
- 1:32Speaker 1: But you know, as we know your people, you want
- 1:35Speaker 1: us to bring that up, but you know we're professionals.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Look, we don't do that on this show. That's low
- 1:40Speaker 2: hanging food.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Anyway. Former Washington quarterback Gus Farratt will be joining us
- 1:46Speaker 1: on the show. And you were talking about low hanging food, Tony,
- 1:49Speaker 1: that's a great segue. Thank you. It's time for an
- 1:52Speaker 1: ad for our newest sponsor, our good friends at Jersey Mike's.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Do you eat at sit down restaurants with waiters? Why?
- 2:01Speaker 1: It's a fun waste of dime, you know, just bring
- 2:02Speaker 1: your food home and eat it there, right, Tony.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Yeah. In fact, just the other day I was at
- 2:08Speaker 2: Jersey Mike's and guess who's in line ahead of me.
- 2:12Speaker 2: My aunt Marie's boyfriend Nunzio. He told me my aunt
- 2:16Speaker 2: was hungry for a hot and spicy foot long and
- 2:19Speaker 2: he was eager to deliver it to her. Then I said,
- 2:22Speaker 2: but Nunzio, you only ordered a six inch in You
- 2:27Speaker 2: know what, Let's just move along forget it later.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Anyways, go on the Jersey Mike's app, enter the promo
- 2:34Speaker 1: code Fusco and get two complimentary extra pickles on the
- 2:37Speaker 1: third sub you order Jersey Mike's. All right, well, we
- 2:41Speaker 1: got that business out of the way. Don't you have
- 2:43Speaker 1: another check in the mail? Top story story? All right,
- 2:49Speaker 1: first out the gate. You know, if there's one thing
- 2:52Speaker 1: we know about Aaron Rodgers, it's that he always knows
- 2:55Speaker 1: the right doctors to go to, no doubt with the
- 2:59Speaker 1: correct answers. And yeah, and now he's done it again
- 3:03Speaker 1: because you know, you know, throughout all of sports history,
- 3:05Speaker 1: Tony and achilles injury meant you're out for it was
- 3:09Speaker 1: a yeah, yeah at least, but not anymore. Reports say
- 3:13Speaker 1: that thanks to doctor Neil Attaci, Aaron Rodgers could be
- 3:18Speaker 1: back in four months, right in time for the playoffs,
- 3:21Speaker 1: thanks to a new procedure called a speed bridge. And Tony,
- 3:26Speaker 1: this just changes everything, doesn't it.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Absolutely, It's a true miracle of science.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, you know, you look around sports right now.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I mean Colorado wide receiver Travis Hunter he's out with
- 3:39Speaker 1: a lacerated liver.
- 3:40Speaker 2: You know, no problem, speed Bridge. He'll be back in
- 3:43Speaker 2: a week exactly.
- 3:45Speaker 1: You know Brown's running back, Nick Chubb, you saw that
- 3:48Speaker 1: devastating injury.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Yep, speed Bridge, he'll be at practice tomorrow. Make sure
- 3:54Speaker 2: you leave him in your fantasy lineups.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Yeah, and you know show hey o Donnie. They say
- 3:58Speaker 1: he may not pitch for another toy years or so.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Nope, speed Bridge, he'll be on the mound tonight.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Just incredible when you see the changes. And you know,
- 4:08Speaker 1: Tony another angle here. This is what they call spinning
- 4:11Speaker 1: it forward to all U. That's what we're doing to
- 4:13Speaker 1: come up in the business. You know, now that Aaron
- 4:16Speaker 1: Rodgers has proved that you can recover from an achilles
- 4:19Speaker 1: in a few months, the question must be asked, will
- 4:22Speaker 1: players start deliberately injuring their achilles so they can be
- 4:27Speaker 1: rested for the playoffs? You gotta ask it, Dony.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Yeah, you know it would be the smart move. If
- 4:34Speaker 2: I was Patrick Mahomes, I would seriously consider tearing my
- 4:38Speaker 2: achilles to get some much needed rest and be ready
- 4:41Speaker 2: to go for the playoffs. Spot By my projections, the
- 4:45Speaker 2: teams in the AFC West are so shaty that the
- 4:48Speaker 2: Chiefs simply need to go seven to ten to win
- 4:52Speaker 2: the division, which can easily be achieved with the backup
- 4:55Speaker 2: quarterback Shane Bulkley.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Great point, Dony. And you know, as long as we're
- 5:00Speaker 1: discussing advice to quarterbacks here, let's move to Brown's quarterback
- 5:05Speaker 1: DeShawn Watson. You know, he was seeing they had him
- 5:08Speaker 1: meditating on the sidelines before the Dealers lost, and it
- 5:12Speaker 1: was clearly the wrong approach because you're a fixed six
- 5:15Speaker 1: and fumbled, and you know, it just goes to show
- 5:17Speaker 1: that he's not getting the right coaching here, right, Yeah,
- 5:20Speaker 1: people are blaming DeShawn, blame the coaching. You gotta you
- 5:24Speaker 1: gotta get to Deshaun in the right way, communicate to
- 5:27Speaker 1: him in the right exactly. Do you have a smart
- 5:30Speaker 1: solution here, don't you?
- 5:32Speaker 2: Yep? Deshaun Watson needs a coach who knows how to
- 5:35Speaker 2: communicate with him. And that's not Kevin Stefanski. It's clearly
- 5:40Speaker 2: now fired Michigan State College football head coach and phone
- 5:44Speaker 2: sex expert Mel Tucker. You know, Mel would know the
- 5:48Speaker 2: right way to speak to DeShawn, like, you know, go deep.
- 5:52Speaker 1: With those balls.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Uh, you know, DeShawn carefully massage those balls into that opening.
- 6:00Speaker 2: When you see that wide open hole, you got to
- 6:03Speaker 2: penetrate that gaping hole and cradle those balls carefully so
- 6:08Speaker 2: you aren't dangling your balls out there and exposing yourself
- 6:13Speaker 2: to everybody. You know, hold on to those balls so
- 6:16Speaker 2: we can all have a happy ending. You know, good
- 6:20Speaker 2: sound coaching like that.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Terrific analysis, Tony and will now do a very delicate matter.
- 6:28Speaker 1: You know, we don't like to talk about people's personal
- 6:30Speaker 1: lives on this show. Then again, it's a dowty as
- 6:34Speaker 1: a journalist to report the news and report that Bill
- 6:38Speaker 1: Bellajack in his longtime surprisingly hot girlfriend Linda Holiday have
- 6:42Speaker 1: called it quits after sixteen years. And Duella Sauce, source
- 6:46Speaker 1: that spoke with People magazine said, quote, Bill is all
- 6:49Speaker 1: about football and very busy now. He doesn't want a
- 6:53Speaker 1: lot of public attention on this. And well, then, you know,
- 6:57Speaker 1: out of respect for coach Belichick, we are going to
- 7:00Speaker 1: refrain from commenting on this matter, aren't we, Dony.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Absolutely, you know it would be wrong at this time
- 7:09Speaker 2: to comment on Bill Belichick's breakup, So you know, we're
- 7:13Speaker 2: absolutely not going to point out that he broke up
- 7:16Speaker 2: with a super hot woman who was way out of
- 7:19Speaker 2: his league just to focus on an zero to two
- 7:21Speaker 2: team with absolutely no shot of winning the super Bowl,
- 7:26Speaker 2: let alone making the playoffs, because again, that would be
- 7:29Speaker 2: wrong at this time, and we don't do those types
- 7:33Speaker 2: of TMJ stories on this show.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Again, low hanging food. So well, said Tony. And you know,
- 7:40Speaker 1: we also want to respect Linda Holiday's privacy at this
- 7:44Speaker 1: time year, so we'll let her reach out to us
- 7:47Speaker 1: when she's ready to come on the show or go
- 7:49Speaker 1: on a date with Dony.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Absolutely take your time, but just let me know.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Yeah, anyway, while we wait for that to happen, it
- 7:58Speaker 1: looks like our guest is coming on the line, so
- 8:01Speaker 1: let's go ahead and bring him on the Fusco Satellite Network.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Fusco Satellite Rod. All right, this guy, fifteen year NFL veteran,
- 8:11Speaker 1: most notably with Washington, went to the Pro Bowl in
- 8:15Speaker 1: nineteen ninety six, which is extremely dubious. If you ask us,
- 8:19Speaker 1: you know, we'll get into that. You know, also holds
- 8:21Speaker 1: the record for longest pass play in NFL history, Lucky
- 8:25Speaker 1: you know, also once led the Broncos to the playoffs.
- 8:28Speaker 1: But then again, so did Tim Tebow. So you know
- 8:31Speaker 1: that's not saying much anyway, exactly. You know, one thing
- 8:33Speaker 1: we're not going to bring up is the head butt
- 8:35Speaker 1: with the cement wall, because you know that's just low
- 8:38Speaker 1: hanging food. We don't do that on this show anyway. No,
- 8:41Speaker 1: you know, here we go. He's a rival, but we're
- 8:43Speaker 1: bringing him in in anyway. Gus Farott, Welcome to the show.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Welcome to the show.
- 8:49Speaker 4: You guys, it looks like somebody had better that wall
- 8:52Speaker 4: behind you. It's fall apart. What's going on?
- 8:56Speaker 1: Excited? He sees another wall to put his head through. Yeah,
- 8:59Speaker 1: you know, but you throw that wall, you know for
- 9:01Speaker 1: number time number two.
- 9:03Speaker 4: I don't know, I don't know. You look like one
- 9:06Speaker 4: of those guys from Philly that talks a lot but
- 9:08Speaker 4: doesn't back it up.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Oh okay, well we'll see how some of them goes.
- 9:12Speaker 1: We'll back you in the last place, like we did
- 9:15Speaker 1: many times.
- 9:16Speaker 4: You know, I always wanted to bring those fans down
- 9:20Speaker 4: onto the field with some of my three hundred and
- 9:22Speaker 4: fifty pounds linemen and then see how much crap they talk.
- 9:26Speaker 4: Oh you're wiet, well you're real quiet around it.
- 9:29Speaker 5: But the yeah, right, our family who's sitting up in
- 9:32Speaker 5: the stands least.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Our team actually has fans. You can actually met the
- 9:37Speaker 1: Washington fan. Yeah, all right, hold on, he's trying to
- 9:40Speaker 1: steer this interview. That's not how this works, Gus. You're
- 9:43Speaker 1: not the quarterback here, all right, So just sit and fight.
- 9:46Speaker 1: You know, this is why you know what he's doing done.
- 9:48Speaker 1: He's trying to distract us from the real exactly, so
- 9:50Speaker 1: you don't get me ask you. You're probably afraid of
- 9:53Speaker 1: this question. But you know it said in your bio
- 9:56Speaker 1: as we read that you went to the Pro Bowl
- 9:58Speaker 1: in ninety six. That year you threw a whopping twelve touchdowns,
- 10:02Speaker 1: eleven interceptions, and had a fifty seven point four completion percentage.
- 10:07Speaker 1: So when it says you went to the Pro Bowl,
- 10:10Speaker 1: was that because someone got your tickets or something? Yeah,
- 10:13Speaker 1: you get caught, see it.
- 10:14Speaker 4: We went on vacation and then just ended up that
- 10:17Speaker 4: they needed another quarterback. So I just ended up playing
- 10:20Speaker 4: in the Pro Bowl over there. You know, it's just timing.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Who knew, Well, how did you play in the game?
- 10:28Speaker 4: Oh, they let anybody in that game?
- 10:31Speaker 1: Well, it clearly seems like it. Yeah, I mean.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Exactly, yeah, I mean first, first, going on, first, well,
- 10:38Speaker 4: I don't know if you know if JaMarcus Russell was
- 10:40Speaker 4: born yet when I was playing in the Pro Bowl.
- 10:43Speaker 1: But you got to play from you, Okay, go ahead.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Oh and I think I think it was uh other
- 10:50Speaker 4: people taught JaMarcus not very well. But I don't really
- 10:52Speaker 4: know much about JaMarcus. But anyway, getting back to the
- 10:54Speaker 4: Pro Bowl. Going in to the Pro Bowl, I'm pretty nervous.
- 10:58Speaker 4: First play I get in. You know, they tell you, hey,
- 11:01Speaker 4: there's no blitzing, there's no you know, it's just like
- 11:04Speaker 4: you're you're in practice whatever. You know, everybody's kind of
- 11:07Speaker 4: going half assed. First play I'm in, Junior say, ow
- 11:11Speaker 4: blitz has hits me in the chest, puts me on
- 11:13Speaker 4: my back, and he goes, welcome to the Pro Bowl kid.
- 11:15Speaker 4: I'm like, all right, that's how it's going to be.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I actually don't think that was Junior say I will
- 11:20Speaker 1: hit you. I think it was a security guard who
- 11:22Speaker 1: realized you shouldn't be on the field.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Do you think it's because you had like a very
- 11:26Speaker 2: hittable face. So then Junior say I couldn't resist.
- 11:30Speaker 4: I must have, because you know, it seemed there was
- 11:32Speaker 4: a few games in when I played in Washington that
- 11:35Speaker 4: they like to hit me, you know, and I love
- 11:38Speaker 4: I love how people like you guys who sit in
- 11:41Speaker 4: the stance never been hit by anything except maybe by
- 11:44Speaker 4: hitting by astray, a HOGI or something.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Yeah, you been hit by a playoff win.
- 11:50Speaker 4: You guys are the guys you love to say that
- 11:51Speaker 4: the NFL is soft now, and it is.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Oh oh okay, it is doing it in touch out there,
- 11:58Speaker 1: except you know, I.
- 11:59Speaker 4: Don't know if it's off. It's a guy like Nick Chubb.
- 12:02Speaker 4: A guy like Nick Chubb hurts his hurts his knee
- 12:06Speaker 4: the way he did. There's nothing solid. Worry speed Bridge.
- 12:10Speaker 2: He'll be back.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Don't worry. Speed Bridge simp kind of like.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Aaron Rodgers is going to be back, right, He's gonna
- 12:15Speaker 2: be back, dude.
- 12:17Speaker 4: He's gonna have a miracle surgery bring him back and
- 12:20Speaker 4: he's gonna be able to walk.
- 12:21Speaker 5: So one leged Aaron Rodgers is better than Zach right?
- 12:25Speaker 4: Is that what you guys are saying?
- 12:26Speaker 1: Wow, I appreciate you following the show, you know, Yeah,
- 12:30Speaker 1: this is I got to applaud you have your year
- 12:33Speaker 1: of very well done sportsos here. You know this speed
- 12:36Speaker 1: Bridge technology, Gus is a game change. I mean now,
- 12:40Speaker 1: you know, quarterbacks may approach the season differently. Don't you
- 12:44Speaker 1: think a quarterback like Patrick Mahomes might deliberately injure his
- 12:47Speaker 1: achilles so he could, you know, rest up all season
- 12:51Speaker 1: then be ready for the playoffs.
- 12:53Speaker 4: Yeah, that's exactly what everybody wants to do, is just
- 12:56Speaker 4: go through a surgery. Not like we go through enough
- 12:59Speaker 4: of them. But hey, I'm going to take a rest.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Let me blow my achilles. This doctor is going to
- 13:05Speaker 4: put me back together easually. He's not a quack. He's
- 13:08Speaker 4: not a guy that's only done it twice in his
- 13:10Speaker 4: whole career. Let's let's use that.
- 13:12Speaker 1: You're a scientist.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm like you guys, you know, I'm armchair quarterback.
- 13:17Speaker 1: No, we've been to the playoffs more than you have. Yeah,
- 13:20Speaker 1: exc you have?
- 13:21Speaker 4: How many who bought you your tickets?
- 13:23Speaker 1: No? So he's giving it back to us now? Yeah,
- 13:27Speaker 1: you know, you know exactly if they had Speedbridge when
- 13:29Speaker 1: I was seventeen, I'd be in the Hall of Fame
- 13:31Speaker 1: by now. Unfortunately, devastating injury.
- 13:34Speaker 2: The technology.
- 13:35Speaker 4: You know, they still have wolfleball. I mean you could
- 13:38Speaker 4: still play that.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Are you kidding me?
- 13:40Speaker 4: I'll be throwing I bet you couldn't even I bet
- 13:42Speaker 4: you could even hit one of those guys throwing a wolfleball.
- 13:45Speaker 4: That hand eye coordination.
- 13:47Speaker 1: You're talking about hand eye coordination, the guy who ran
- 13:50Speaker 1: into a cement wall. Yes, that has.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Nothing to do with hand eye That has to do
- 13:55Speaker 4: with stopping. That has to do with stopping. That's like,
- 13:58Speaker 4: it's like bat That's like it's like not having disc
- 14:01Speaker 4: brakes on your car.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Now, that just gave us an idea, don't start your
- 14:05Speaker 1: card after this show. Yeah, exactly. Let's just say you're
- 14:08Speaker 1: going to be going to top speed down the freeway.
- 14:11Speaker 1: All right. Look, let's talk about your your old team Washington, right,
- 14:15Speaker 1: you know, right now they're too and no gus in
- 14:17Speaker 1: a first place.
- 14:18Speaker 4: They got my boy Eric the enemy in their calm plays.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, and things are looking good right now,
- 14:23Speaker 1: you know. But is that why that makes this time
- 14:25Speaker 1: of year so tough for you? When expectations are so
- 14:28Speaker 1: high and you know that the commanders will inevitably, you know,
- 14:31Speaker 1: crumble and disappoint everybody.
- 14:34Speaker 2: The collapse is imminent.
- 14:36Speaker 4: Uh, I don't know, I hope not. I think it
- 14:38Speaker 4: all depends on injuries, you know. I think that with
- 14:40Speaker 4: what Eric the enemy's doing. The talent they have is
- 14:43Speaker 4: Sam Howe. You know, everything everything focuses on a quarterback,
- 14:47Speaker 4: just like this show right, not on YouTube, but on
- 14:49Speaker 4: the quarterback. So if if the quarterback stays healthy, I
- 14:53Speaker 4: think the Commanders can do it. I don't know if
- 14:55Speaker 4: they're ready to go out and beat the Eagles. Yeah,
- 14:59Speaker 4: and it looks like Dallas has a pretty formidable defense.
- 15:03Speaker 4: But I think that the Eagles will be able to
- 15:05Speaker 4: kind of handle that. But the Commanders, I think they're young,
- 15:08Speaker 4: they got a lot of talent. The coaches are pretty
- 15:11Speaker 4: good down there, and it's going to be a lot
- 15:13Speaker 4: of fun to watch the nfcast year.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Yeah, mostly for the Eagles.
- 15:17Speaker 2: It's going to be the spoiler alert. Nobody's playing with
- 15:20Speaker 2: the Eagles.
- 15:21Speaker 4: Nobody not that first game? Nope, who's that first game
- 15:25Speaker 4: they played against?
- 15:26Speaker 1: How do you play in Week one? Yeah?
- 15:29Speaker 4: I don't know. I'll have to go back and watch
- 15:30Speaker 4: the film. I don't they they don't have that VC
- 15:33Speaker 4: that that VHS tape is old. You can't really it's
- 15:38Speaker 4: hard to watch I know VHS.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Let me ask you a questions, you seemingly fountain you.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Soon don't answer any of the questions.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I asked, hold on, you're not quota backing this show.
- 15:48Speaker 1: All right, see he'll get you're running it straight into
- 15:51Speaker 1: a wall like usual. All right, Look, when you play
- 15:54Speaker 1: the Eagles in your career, what was your career record, Gus?
- 16:00Speaker 4: I don't know. I think I think the the Eagles
- 16:04Speaker 4: got me on that one?
- 16:06Speaker 1: Correct? So what was that number? Correct? Us?
- 16:08Speaker 4: Well, if I was at I didn't play them every
- 16:11Speaker 4: year because I didn't start against them every year. I'm
- 16:13Speaker 4: not sure what that number.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Was exactly, because you were benched by smart coaches.
- 16:16Speaker 4: Go yes, I don't know if you can go that
- 16:19Speaker 4: far smart coaches.
- 16:21Speaker 2: You had no turner. He was a smart coach.
- 16:24Speaker 4: He was all right anyway, I'm not sure what it was.
- 16:29Speaker 4: Give me the number.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Ah, it was one? And for what I was about,
- 16:40Speaker 1: you know, playing in Philadelphia that was so hard for you?
- 16:43Speaker 1: Was it, you know, the other team being so good?
- 16:45Speaker 1: Was it the fans? Was it the distance between the
- 16:48Speaker 1: walls and the end zone? What was it for you?
- 16:51Speaker 4: It was that unbelievable ship turf they had.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Oh oh, he's blaming you know, this is blaming that turf?
- 16:58Speaker 2: No accountability?
- 17:00Speaker 4: How many people blame that turf?
- 17:02Speaker 1: Tell us what was wrong with the turf. I want
- 17:03Speaker 1: to hear this excuse you've got.
- 17:05Speaker 4: Oh, the turf was terrible. It would just eat you alive.
- 17:09Speaker 4: It was like playing on sandpaper.
- 17:11Speaker 1: When you heard that the Super Bowl field last year
- 17:13Speaker 1: with the Eagles and Chiefs was slippery, don't you think
- 17:16Speaker 1: the result of that game should be thrown out?
- 17:21Speaker 4: Talking about Oh, you.
- 17:22Speaker 5: Were just giving me crap about the turf, and now
- 17:24Speaker 5: the grass field was slippery, and you're the one going
- 17:30Speaker 5: to handle the poor Super Bowl turf where they actually
- 17:34Speaker 5: take every little blade.
- 17:35Speaker 4: It was playing on a slipping side.
- 17:37Speaker 2: They couldn't get any track shots.
- 17:39Speaker 4: No, it's amazing that the other team could. Though.
- 17:42Speaker 1: That's the conspiracy, isn't it. How did they?
- 17:46Speaker 4: I think it had to do with spikes and the
- 17:48Speaker 4: shoes Eagles had wrong.
- 17:50Speaker 2: That's what you think. That's what you say.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Probably tried cheating that weight to hold on. You're trying
- 17:57Speaker 1: to steer this show straight into a wall as usual, right,
- 18:00Speaker 1: as usual? As usual? You just but look, you know
- 18:03Speaker 1: we talk to your people beforehand, and you know you
- 18:08Speaker 1: said you wanted to bring up this charitable work you're doing,
- 18:11Speaker 1: you know, squit pro crow with the business. Yeah, usually
- 18:16Speaker 1: at this point of the show, we tell you to
- 18:17Speaker 1: off and leave, but that's his charity, So we're gonna
- 18:21Speaker 1: let you talk up all right, don't tune out people
- 18:24Speaker 1: listening to everybody from now while Gus talks about his charity.
- 18:28Speaker 1: If you don't turn down the volume. This is very important,
- 18:31Speaker 1: so so just give it a listen. Well, it's not
- 18:34Speaker 1: a charity, fellas.
- 18:35Speaker 4: This is this is this is our alumni being able
- 18:39Speaker 4: to own and tell their stories and keep it for themselves.
- 18:44Speaker 4: So what we did we created a media network and
- 18:48Speaker 4: we call Alumni Media. You can go to NFL Alumnimedia
- 18:53Speaker 4: dot com check it out. We are streaming network. Our
- 18:56Speaker 4: guys have their own channels. They can come on, create
- 18:59Speaker 4: any content they want. They have a channel on there,
- 19:03Speaker 4: and they can sell their merchandise, they can build their brand.
- 19:06Speaker 4: So what we're doing is we're creating a whole streaming
- 19:09Speaker 4: network for all of our alumni that can come on,
- 19:13Speaker 4: have a place to tell their stories and own their content.
- 19:16Speaker 4: Because what has happened for most of all of our
- 19:19Speaker 4: careers after we leave the league, you know a lot
- 19:23Speaker 4: of us don't know how to use technology. So we
- 19:26Speaker 4: help train those guys and how to get on like
- 19:28Speaker 4: you guys have mics and a camera. Our guys sometimes
- 19:32Speaker 4: don't even know how to turn on their.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Phone, you know, and it's just so terrible sometimes I
- 19:35Speaker 1: see these guys come on shows and the hosts just
- 19:38Speaker 1: talk all over them, don't let them get a word
- 19:41Speaker 1: ed you and edge wise, right, and this is where
- 19:43Speaker 1: to fix that, right.
- 19:45Speaker 4: This is this is going to be them hosting. This
- 19:47Speaker 4: is going to be them owning their own content. Because
- 19:50Speaker 4: we've gone on every show told our stories and somebody
- 19:53Speaker 4: else gets all the credit and ratings.
- 19:55Speaker 1: So this is just a way for profit enterprise? Is
- 19:58Speaker 1: that what you're saying? This is? This is up to guy.
- 20:01Speaker 1: We give them a week to know. We just gave
- 20:03Speaker 1: you that airtime. What percentage of the proceeds and profits
- 20:07Speaker 1: will we be getting from this company?
- 20:10Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't know. It depends how many
- 20:12Speaker 4: views you guys get, how many views, how many eagles.
- 20:16Speaker 1: It's not the pay. We got millions of views, bro.
- 20:19Speaker 1: You know, the only view you're going to have is
- 20:21Speaker 1: the end of the show because guess guess what, there's
- 20:25Speaker 1: a gust of wind coming to blow you out of here.
- 20:28Speaker 1: You have the shot show get out in man, going
- 20:35Speaker 1: I command you to turn around and run headfirst into
- 20:38Speaker 1: that wall. Get done? So is the off the line? Jay,
- 20:44Speaker 1: hang up the fall. There you have it, as usual,
- 20:46Speaker 1: another loss to the Eagles for Gus Farot. Nothing he's
- 20:50Speaker 1: one and five now, yeah, exactly, Well, let's not let
- 20:53Speaker 1: him ruin, which was otherwise a terrific show. Of course.
- 20:56Speaker 1: We want to thank our sponsors, Jersey, Mike's and ye
- 21:01Speaker 1: hold on, oh you kidding meet someone who's Mike. We
- 21:04Speaker 1: should remove talking about Mike's corrections.
- 21:08Speaker 2: All right, Harry app go.
- 21:10Speaker 6: You said Aaron Rodgers doctor is doctor Neil el.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Attache Yeah, bro, great doctor.
- 21:17Speaker 6: His name is pronounced doctor Neil Latrage, not Neil ell Attachie.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well I'm going through unattachee all of your limbs.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Yeah, and Neil is what you're gonna do when we
- 21:32Speaker 2: cut off your feet. You're downing. God, let's get out
- 21:37Speaker 2: of here.
- 21:37Speaker 1: No more? What r that?
- 21:40Speaker 6: If Brown's running back? Nick Chubb saw Aaron Rodgers doctor,
- 21:43Speaker 6: he could also come back the season.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Yeah, bro, modern medicine, anything's possible, bro. Yeah, no, no,
- 21:50Speaker 1: no it's not. Nick Chubb's injury was way worse. He's
- 21:54Speaker 1: definitely gonna be out for the season if not longer.
- 21:57Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well, when I'm done with you, you're gonna
- 22:00Speaker 1: be out of blood. Yeah.
- 22:03Speaker 2: You remind me of the Browns because this year your
- 22:07Speaker 2: chubb is also not going to see any action. Yeah,
- 22:11Speaker 2: you're done, don't night. That's the end of the show.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Let's go all the way.
- 22:16Speaker 6: It's low hanging fruit, not low hanging food.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well nothing of yours is low hanging. If
- 22:23Speaker 1: you catch my drift, yeah, any exactly. We're not gonna
- 22:26Speaker 1: let him ruin the show anyway. No. Next week on
- 22:29Speaker 1: the show, super Bowl hero Eagles legend Nick Foles will
