Welcome to 70 per 80, the 7080 .it section dedicated
• 0:59
to the deepening of the topics discussed in the
• 1:02
articles of the portal. We are with the director
• 1:04
Massimo Lualdi, who introduces the modern topic.
• 1:06
What are we talking about today? Music. There
• 1:09
is a psychological phenomenon of motivated repulsion
• 1:11
that often strikes artists in the face of their
• 1:14
successful work and that attracts in common with
• 1:17
the syndrome of Munchaisen -Pohl, which pushes
• 1:19
the mother to hate the newborn. An insufferable
• 1:21
that also strikes the English singer Graham William.
• 1:24
Nash, leader Dave Hollis, father of a song symbol
• 1:28
of a time. Our House, recorded together with
• 1:31
the supergroup Crosby Steels, Nash and Young
• 1:34
for the album Deja Vu. Our house is a very very
• 1:39
very fine house With two cats in the yard Life
• 1:45
used to be so hard Now everything is easy cause
• 1:51
of you Very often songs come from the strangest
• 1:58
places when you're not expecting them. And this
• 2:01
was particular. Avar House represents a hatred
• 2:04
for anti -cultural domestic happiness and composes,
• 2:07
with a wise balance of sadness and joy, the awakening
• 2:10
of the hippies after the illusions of 1968, so
• 2:14
much so that it was used as the soundtrack for
• 2:16
the 1970 protest film Fragole e Sangue. And obviously,
• 2:30
you know, we're looking in the window and she
• 2:32
sees a vase that she likes. Very simple, maybe
• 2:36
nine inches tall, ten inches tall. Painted flowers
• 2:40
on it. Very nice. Very reasonably priced. And
• 2:44
she bought it. Search the page and the group
• 2:58
of 7080 .it on Facebook and relive with us your
• 3:02
most beautiful years. Written while Ennash lived
• 3:05
with the Canadian singer Jonny Mitchell and her
• 3:08
cats Laurel Canyon in Los Angeles, Our House
• 3:11
originated from a trivial domestic event, the
• 3:13
purchase of an economic vase on the Boulevard
• 3:15
adventure. Go back to... to the house in Laurel
• 3:36
Canyon, and we opened the door and I said, listen,
• 3:40
why don't I light a fire and you put some flowers
• 3:42
in that vase that you bought today? You've got
• 3:48
to do something with that, right? So I sat down
• 4:01
at John's piano and... wrote our house in probably
• 4:05
about an hour and a half. David Crosby years
• 4:23
later would have remembered we were guys of talent
• 4:26
but only we knew that that combination was in
• 4:28
some way blessed we had voices accents and different
• 4:33
attitudes the thing though that happened when
• 4:35
we put together our voices was surprising how
• 4:38
we started singing we knew we were in something
• 4:41
new in a splendid unknown land there was something
• 4:45
magical there thanks to the director of 7080
• 4:48
.it massimo lualdi for having treated the topic
