It's very conducive to meditation and not like

I did. It took time for me to really get in deeply

but eventually I did. I put my body to sleep

and my mind awake and tried to do energy work,

cycling white and high vibration energy and cycling

shadowy harmful sludge energy out. Then I felt

my going further in I took the gathered energy

and focus it into a beam going upwards out of

my third eye with the guided intent to go up

into the higher realms where the beings are at

and attract and invite contact from them. This

goes on for a few minutes and then suddenly there

are three mantids way above me. They observe

me for a moment and then two go away and one

stays. The one that stays comes down further.

Now right with me I can more vividly see him

and I can feel his presence in the room beside

me. He leans over and reaches into my head through

my third eye and begins doing something to my

brain, like a cross between a surgery and a cleaning.

As he goes, he pulls out several small globs

of this staticky sludge -like stuff, which I

can tell is harmful energy, that accumulates

on me, that clogs my ability to function and

also my ability to perceive. It seems they can

pull this stuff out of me more effectively than

I can cycle it out on my own. I then remember

a question I've been wanting to ask them. Why

do they so closely resemble the praying mantis

insect? And what he conveyed is this. that they

intentionally directed modified evolution of

the praying mantis to look like themselves. Praying

mantises come from a common ancestor with cockroaches,

and this mantid being was saying that is where

they got involved in the evolution, for this

creature and over time formed it to look like

themselves. Why? Two main reasons. I felt a sense

of amusement from him that they find the never

-ending diversity of creatures on our planet

evolution. Also that they get a bit of a kick

out of having a creature here that looks so much

like them despite just being a little insect.

But they also did it for another more significant
