- 0:58Speaker 4: Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome, Welcome, Welcome Today twenty four of
- 1:03Speaker 4: January twenty twenty five.
- 1:05Speaker 3: My name is Lee Elsie On.
- 1:07Speaker 4: On Fridays, Wayne Allen rud gets all Lucy Goosey all
- 1:10Speaker 4: warmed up in the green room, does a few extra
- 1:13Speaker 4: stretches and allows me the first hour to broadcast from
- 1:16Speaker 4: one coast to another. Of course, our good friends up
- 1:19Speaker 4: in Minnesota are pushing the buttons and making it all go.
- 1:23Speaker 3: So here's the deal. I'm going to bring on a
- 1:27Speaker 3: guest in the opening segment.
- 1:28Speaker 4: We don't normally do that, but I have such a
- 1:31Speaker 4: busy show because we're going to bring on a January
- 1:34Speaker 4: sixth defendant who was pardoned, and that'll be coming up
- 1:38Speaker 4: in just a couple of minutes, but I want to
- 1:41Speaker 4: start by talking to former congressmen and CIA agent in
- 1:45Speaker 4: Vietnam veteran and a good friend of my show, and
- 1:49Speaker 4: that's Colonel Rob Simmons.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Who's very, very excited.
- 1:51Speaker 4: He's come here to the studio here in Connecticut and
- 1:55Speaker 4: he's sitting right across from me right now, and he's
- 1:57Speaker 4: very excited. And it seems like you're a little bit
- 2:00Speaker 4: it's stressed out, Rob. What's going on?
- 2:02Speaker 5: He's driving me crazy. I'm reading the I go down
- 2:07Speaker 5: to pick up my newspapers and I picked it up
- 2:09Speaker 5: on Tuesday and Wednesday, and now Thursday, I'm reading a
- 2:13Speaker 5: headline here. It's driving me nuts. Here's the New York Post.
- 2:18Speaker 5: Trump raids sanctuary cities to the port the illegal migrant crooks.
- 2:26Speaker 5: He's putting ten thousand troops at the border. Lee's he's
- 2:31Speaker 5: actually doing what he said he was going to do.
- 2:34Speaker 5: Doesn't he understand? Doesn't he understand? You're you're supposed to
- 2:40Speaker 5: tell people you're going to do it to get their votes,
- 2:43Speaker 5: and when you're elected, then you change your mind. Hasn't
- 2:47Speaker 5: Biden taught him? That, hasn't he learned from the Biden administration,
- 2:52Speaker 5: or from Obama or from Clinton for all these other
- 2:57Speaker 5: Democrat bozos, just t all the people what they want
- 3:01Speaker 5: to hair to get the vote right, and then cool
- 3:04Speaker 5: it and let the deep state run the show. If
- 3:07Speaker 5: they think they're there. Yeah, they didn't have to get elected. Sure,
- 3:11Speaker 5: they know how to do the job. Many of them
- 3:14Speaker 5: have been there for twenty or thirty years. Yeah they
- 3:17Speaker 5: know what's best.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Sure, But oh no.
- 3:20Speaker 5: This guy Trump's driving me crazy. You're not supposed to
- 3:26Speaker 5: go into a sanctuary city.
- 3:27Speaker 1: No.
- 3:28Speaker 5: The Democrats have worked hard to create sanctuary cities filled
- 3:33Speaker 5: with crime and drugs and poverty and hopelessness and misery
- 3:39Speaker 5: so that people can vote for more Democrats because they're
- 3:42Speaker 5: all massacrests in these sanctuary cities. Anyone with a brain
- 3:46Speaker 5: has left the sanctuary city New York, Chicago, LA. I
- 3:51Speaker 5: mean you mean to tell me after they burn all
- 3:53Speaker 5: their houses down in LA, they're going to stick around
- 3:57Speaker 5: some are. They love Karen bath They want her to
- 4:01Speaker 5: travel the world and be a big shot. They love
- 4:04Speaker 5: them Gavin Newsom, he's got the nicest Hairdo you know
- 4:09Speaker 5: he combs it right off his forehead, straight back. He's
- 4:12Speaker 5: so pretty. They just like having a pretty guy. He
- 4:15Speaker 5: has a stupid moron. But that's okay. But it gets worse, Lee,
- 4:19Speaker 5: I keep reading here, Not only are they deporting illegal
- 4:24Speaker 5: migrant crooks, according to the New York Post. Wait here,
- 4:29Speaker 5: I have the Wall Street Journal. There's a picture. It's
- 4:34Speaker 5: a soldier in a uniform. And what's he doing. He's
- 4:38Speaker 5: standing at a gate. Yeah, and there's a big gate
- 4:42Speaker 5: to the border.
- 4:42Speaker 3: It's like a wall wall.
- 4:45Speaker 5: It's closed. Nobody's coming through. We're not saying, hey, ombre,
- 4:51Speaker 5: welcome to America.
- 4:53Speaker 3: You know they've.
- 4:54Speaker 5: Closed the gate.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Why would they do that?
- 4:56Speaker 5: And there're ten thousand troops over there? Man, this is
- 5:00Speaker 5: this is my having a headache. Worse than a headache.
- 5:05Speaker 5: You know, my hair is on fire. Don't these Republicans
- 5:09Speaker 5: understand you're not supposed to actually fix immigration. You're supposed
- 5:15Speaker 5: to let it go the way it is and say
- 5:18Speaker 5: it's working working. Okay, you're supposed to You're not. What
- 5:22Speaker 5: does it say here? The bill sends a clear message
- 5:26Speaker 5: that we think criminals should be deported. Holy cow, that's
- 5:32Speaker 5: a representative from New York. Maybe obviously a Republican, don't
- 5:37Speaker 5: you think from New York? Wait a minute, he's a Democrat?
- 5:41Speaker 5: Oh wow, this is that guy needs to be locked up.
- 5:45Speaker 5: He needs he needs to have a swat team outside
- 5:48Speaker 5: his house while his wife is doing breakfast and taking
- 5:51Speaker 5: the kids out to the school bus. They need to
- 5:54Speaker 5: be arrested. Where's Dick Blumenthal? Where's Chris Murphy? When when
- 5:59Speaker 5: a Democrat is saying the bill sends a clear message
- 6:03Speaker 5: that criminals should be deported. Where's Dick? Where's where's the Murph?
- 6:08Speaker 5: Where's the walker and the talker? They should have this
- 6:11Speaker 5: guy and hand out handcuffs. Ly oh, the Speaker of
- 6:15Speaker 5: the House, this will kick start what will ultimately be
- 6:19Speaker 5: our legislative agenda. Lee, I'm not sure I can handle this.
- 6:25Speaker 5: I'm not sure I can handle a president and a
- 6:29Speaker 5: House and a Senate that are actually doing the job.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Man.
- 6:35Speaker 5: A first, I think I don't know that we really
- 6:38Speaker 5: need the Voice of Freedom anymore. I mean, you're talking
- 6:41Speaker 5: about you and I have been here screaming at the
- 6:44Speaker 5: microphone for how many years?
- 6:46Speaker 3: I think it's seventeen?
- 6:48Speaker 5: Well, who needs to go to twenty?
- 6:50Speaker 2: Baby?
- 6:51Speaker 5: I mean it looks to me like the voice afreidom
- 6:54Speaker 5: finally come through.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Shut it down.
- 6:56Speaker 5: We finally come through this guy Trump breaking all the
- 7:00Speaker 5: rules campaigns on issues. And then the first week, the
- 7:05Speaker 5: first day, the first week, he's actually he's actually doing it. Yeah,
- 7:10Speaker 5: the first really not think of it else we can,
- 7:13Speaker 5: we can say, so let's fold it up and.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Shut it down. You want to shut it down, shut
- 7:18Speaker 3: it down.
- 7:19Speaker 5: I can't deal with all the details. It just scratched
- 7:23Speaker 5: me to death. So let's try. All right, let's try
- 7:27Speaker 5: to put this into context just as part of sort
- 7:30Speaker 5: of our opening, opening narrative, opening narrative.
- 7:35Speaker 3: But we've come to the conclusion that we're really not needed.
- 7:39Speaker 5: What is the Trump Trump who going to be all about?
- 7:43Speaker 5: The second four years of Donald Trump, assuming that you know,
- 7:47Speaker 5: he can make it through, assuming we survive, assuming the
- 7:51Speaker 5: Russians and the Chinese and North Koreans don't attack and
- 7:55Speaker 5: blow us off the face of the earth, or Hamasa
- 7:58Speaker 5: starts blowing up our sanctuaries cities where they're all located
- 8:01Speaker 5: and we can't get them out in time. What is
- 8:04Speaker 5: going to happen? So I look, I look around, and
- 8:08Speaker 5: here's the Wall Street Journal reviewing outlook January eighteen nineteen
- 8:12Speaker 5: over the weekend. Can Trump do better this second time?
- 8:17Speaker 5: And it says the president starts his second term with
- 8:20Speaker 5: a personal favorable rating that is close to fifty percent. Wow,
- 8:24Speaker 5: how does that compare to Joe Biden?
- 8:26Speaker 3: Because it was thirty something, Yeah.
- 8:29Speaker 5: Like thirty and still tanking. Oh yeah, after he pardoned
- 8:32Speaker 5: his whole family, I think it was, and Fauci Fauci,
- 8:36Speaker 5: little criminal Milly and Milly, Silly Milly. Yeah, the guy
- 8:40Speaker 5: who's going to call the Chinese and say, get ready
- 8:43Speaker 5: because we're going to attack you in about a couple
- 8:46Speaker 5: of hours, so hurry up and get your nukes out
- 8:49Speaker 5: and beat us to the punch. Yeah, and he's still alive.
- 8:53Speaker 5: And the January sixth com lined up and shot.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:56Speaker 5: But at least I saw in the paper his uh,
- 8:59Speaker 5: his pictures off the wall.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Take it down.
- 9:02Speaker 5: I hope it's in a dumpster somewhere.
- 9:03Speaker 3: That's where.
- 9:04Speaker 5: That's where it belongs. So they say his personal rating
- 9:08Speaker 5: is fifty percent. He has a mandate to stop the
- 9:12Speaker 5: illegal migrants, which will be an immediate priority.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Douh.
- 9:15Speaker 5: He's doing it right now, deporting criminals. Yeah, he's doing
- 9:19Speaker 5: it right now.
- 9:21Speaker 6: Uh.
- 9:21Speaker 5: And then he's uh, he's got to lift wages for
- 9:25Speaker 5: the working class. Okay, that's right. He may not leave NATO,
- 9:30Speaker 5: at least not right away, but he'll want Europe to
- 9:33Speaker 5: provide more for their defense, shouldn't they.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Sure?
- 9:36Speaker 5: Do you have a security system in your house?
- 9:39Speaker 3: Yes?
- 9:39Speaker 5: Yeah, you do, and you're paid for it?
- 9:41Speaker 1: Of course.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Does your neighbor have one?
- 9:43Speaker 3: I guess I don't know.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Well you don't know. But if he doesn't have one,
- 9:46Speaker 5: are you going to pay for your neighbors? How about
- 9:48Speaker 5: the security system for everyone who lives on your street?
- 9:52Speaker 3: You pay for it?
- 9:53Speaker 2: No?
- 9:53Speaker 3: Thanks?
- 9:53Speaker 1: No?
- 9:53Speaker 5: Why is that? Lee? Are you a selfish, mean person? No,
- 9:56Speaker 5: you don't like your neighbors. You hate your neighbors. You
- 9:59Speaker 5: don't want to protect your neighbors. What did you say
- 10:01Speaker 5: they have to do it themselves?
- 10:02Speaker 3: Are you responsible for what yourself?
- 10:04Speaker 4: Oh?
- 10:05Speaker 5: You mean? I mean come on, like France, France is
- 10:08Speaker 5: gonna be Oh come on, come on, Francois you're gonna
- 10:13Speaker 5: do it for yourself? No, not gonna happen. How about
- 10:20Speaker 5: the Italians? Let them call uh, call Rocky on that
- 10:25Speaker 5: the Italians are gonna save themselves, or or the Germans.
- 10:29Speaker 5: You know, at least guys. That are the Germans. They're
- 10:33Speaker 5: always waving to the crowd. Have you ever noticed how
- 10:35Speaker 5: the Germans back in the old days for Adolf Hitler
- 10:38Speaker 5: waving to the crowd like like this, Yes, just like
- 10:42Speaker 5: I saw that. Oh my god, are these people nuts?
- 10:46Speaker 5: I don't know, are these people crazy in the head?
- 10:50Speaker 4: All right, colonel, the music's playing. I gotta go. We
- 10:54Speaker 4: get your point. Trump hitting the ground running, getting it
- 10:57Speaker 4: done day one through every single day. Trump will do
- 11:03Speaker 4: more in the first week positive anyway, that Biden had
- 11:07Speaker 4: done in four years. Again, the Colonel Rob Simmons, former congressman,
- 11:12Speaker 4: former CIA agent, still a absolute living legend.
- 11:17Speaker 3: All right, we got to take a break. My name

- 14:52Speaker 3: All right, welcome back Talk Media Network. My name is
- 14:54Speaker 3: Lee Elsie.
- 14:55Speaker 4: First hour here on Fridays, I get a chance to
- 14:58Speaker 4: broadcast from one coast to another way, and we'll be
- 15:00Speaker 4: here after the top of the hour. Joining me right now,
- 15:02Speaker 4: special guest, he was just pardon. He's a January sixth
- 15:07Speaker 4: the He's actually from my home state of Connecticut. His
- 15:10Speaker 4: name is Andrew Johnson, and he's going to take a
- 15:13Speaker 4: step by step through what happened to him from the
- 15:17Speaker 4: beginning to the end. So, Andrew, thanks for calling in.
- 15:21Speaker 4: I appreciate it. How are you, man?
- 15:23Speaker 7: Of course, thanks for having me.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Let's go from the back to the front. First. First,
- 15:27Speaker 3: you just got released. You just got pardoned, correct, Yeah,
- 15:31Speaker 3: they have.
- 15:31Speaker 7: Me in FCI Coleman. I was in transit for the
- 15:34Speaker 7: last month, and when you're in transit, you're pretty much
- 15:37Speaker 7: in the hole.
- 15:38Speaker 3: Okay.
- 15:39Speaker 7: So they flew me into DC for my court date,
- 15:44Speaker 7: and then I took about three buses down to Coleman
- 15:47Speaker 7: and FCI Coleman in Florida.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Okay, so you're in flight now. Your charge was what.
- 15:54Speaker 7: Entering the capitol, disorderly conduct in the capitol and be
- 15:58Speaker 7: getting and braiding.
- 15:59Speaker 3: And arrested after Trump got elected, right.
- 16:03Speaker 7: Yeah, So they actually signed the warrant to bring me
- 16:08Speaker 7: in after the Trump victory.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Okay, so I'm not.
- 16:12Speaker 7: Sure why they waited so long, but they said I
- 16:15Speaker 7: violated my free trial conditions were not calling a free
- 16:20Speaker 7: trial officer after my trial, and they decided they had
- 16:25Speaker 7: the martals call me and I had to turn myself in.
- 16:27Speaker 4: So when were they When did they first contact to
- 16:30Speaker 4: So January sixth comes and goes twenty twenty one, and
- 16:34Speaker 4: are you did you get arrested that day?
- 16:37Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 16:38Speaker 7: So I was actually one of the first thirty arrested.
- 16:41Speaker 7: They put us on a mass arrest bus. They actually
- 16:44Speaker 7: took us to a police academy. They didn't take a
- 16:47Speaker 7: picture of my tattoos or anything, but apparently we were
- 16:50Speaker 7: listed as a domestic terrorists in the system. They let
- 16:55Speaker 7: us go the next day. Then two years later they
- 16:58Speaker 7: found a video of me jumping to the wind though
- 17:00Speaker 7: on the West Terrace.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Oh, so they let you go.
- 17:04Speaker 4: When they let you go, they let you go as
- 17:06Speaker 4: if nothing had happened. Is that what you're saying the
- 17:08Speaker 4: first time?
- 17:09Speaker 7: Yeah, and you know you're on pro What what happens
- 17:11Speaker 7: in the end the federal system is they pretty much
- 17:15Speaker 7: put you on probation before conviction, which is backwards a stack, right,
- 17:20Speaker 7: So every week I had to call in. They give
- 17:24Speaker 7: you a number and a color. You got to give
- 17:27Speaker 7: your urine sample, like you're on probation. Wow, before you're
- 17:30Speaker 7: convicted for four years, I dealt with pretty much dealt
- 17:33Speaker 7: with a probation officer.
- 17:36Speaker 4: And this is and there was no official charges filed
- 17:39Speaker 4: against you at that point.
- 17:41Speaker 7: They were filed, but I wasn't convicted of them yet. Okay,
- 17:44Speaker 7: So what happens in the federal system is they there's
- 17:47Speaker 7: no bond. They let you out on your own recognizance.
- 17:51Speaker 7: So you as soon as they let you out, you
- 17:55Speaker 7: report to what they call a pre trial officer, right,
- 17:59Speaker 7: and they tell you it's not probation, but it's the
- 18:02Speaker 7: same office as probation, and it's an investigator. They investigate
- 18:07Speaker 7: you while they're while you're going to trial.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Gotcha?
- 18:10Speaker 4: So did you get a lawyer right away or did
- 18:12Speaker 4: you sort of let this thing float out there until
- 18:14Speaker 4: you actually had to.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Go to court.
- 18:16Speaker 7: I mean, lawyers were getting fifty to one hundred k
- 18:19Speaker 7: to represent people. So they gave me a public defender, right,
- 18:23Speaker 7: and and my first one was great, Peter Odom was awesome.
- 18:27Speaker 7: My second and third were avid and open Trumpeters and
- 18:31Speaker 7: then you know what did they just told me they
- 18:34Speaker 7: were okay, so that there's a lot of j fixers
- 18:38Speaker 7: that had I mean the whole public you know lawyer
- 18:42Speaker 7: system that there's not many conservatives within it. So you're
- 18:46Speaker 7: pretty much getting a democratic lawyer who doesn't align with
- 18:52Speaker 7: what you know, we stand for. My second lawyer actually
- 18:57Speaker 7: dropped me without telling me, or she said that we
- 19:00Speaker 7: have different world views and she's not comfortable representing her.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Oh my goodness.
- 19:05Speaker 7: They gave me a third guy? Yeah, and uh he
- 19:09Speaker 7: he openly would tell me that uh Trump, you know,
- 19:13Speaker 7: defecates in his diaper and pisus pants.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Wow.
- 19:17Speaker 4: All right, so did you did you get a fourth
- 19:20Speaker 4: guy or no?
- 19:22Speaker 1: Nope?
- 19:22Speaker 7: I actually I dropped him and they forced me to
- 19:25Speaker 7: keep him at side counsel and I went pro sae.
- 19:28Speaker 4: Okay, all right, so let's get do you mind Do
- 19:31Speaker 4: you have time to tell us what happened at the
- 19:33Speaker 4: that day?
- 19:34Speaker 3: Do you have time to go through some definitely?
- 19:36Speaker 7: Okay, I mean how much time you got.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Well, let's let's let's just keep going.
- 19:39Speaker 4: I want to hear I want to hear some of
- 19:40Speaker 4: this stuff, so you know, you decide to go down
- 19:43Speaker 4: to Washington.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Just start us.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Let's back up, Let's go all the way back to
- 19:46Speaker 4: the beginning. Did you go on a bus, did you
- 19:48Speaker 4: go in a car? Did you go with friends?
- 19:50Speaker 3: Tell me about that My.
- 19:52Speaker 7: My ex was actually a COVID nurse. That we were
- 19:54Speaker 7: in Dallas. So I flew in from there and I
- 20:00Speaker 7: met my brother, my uncle, and two good friends Okay,
- 20:06Speaker 7: Mowen VICKI Yeah, who also were arrested that day too.
- 20:10Speaker 7: They also got part in yesterday.
- 20:12Speaker 4: All right, So I think we're going to spend a
- 20:14Speaker 4: lot more time here today with Andrew Johnson.
- 20:17Speaker 3: I got to tell you.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Quick, Greg, so we'll keep him over at least one
- 20:21Speaker 4: more segment. We're hearing the story about January sixth from
- 20:25Speaker 4: somebody who was there at the Capitol, was arrested, put
- 20:28Speaker 4: in jail, and has gotten out courtesy of Donald Trump.
- 20:32Speaker 4: So we'll continue that conversation here in just the second.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Don't go anywhere. You're listening to the Talk Media Network
- 20:38Speaker 4: and the show is war.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Hi.

- 21:42Speaker 3: All right, welcome back to Talk Media Network. We're joined
- 21:45Speaker 3: by a.
- 21:45Speaker 8: January sixther fresh out of jail as a matter of fact,
- 21:48Speaker 8: Andrew Johnson from my home state of Connecticut, and we're
- 21:51Speaker 8: just sort of beginning to scratch the surface of what happened.
- 21:54Speaker 3: To him on that day.
- 21:55Speaker 4: So let's start from where you were, how you got
- 22:00Speaker 4: to January sixth to how you got to the capital,
- 22:04Speaker 4: who you went with, what was the purpose behind it?
- 22:07Speaker 4: Just take us through that long walk. Did you go
- 22:09Speaker 4: on a bus? Did you go in a car? Did
- 22:10Speaker 4: you go with friends?
- 22:11Speaker 7: Tell me about that my ex was actually a COVID nurse.
- 22:15Speaker 7: That we were in Dallas. So I flew in from
- 22:18Speaker 7: there and I met my brother, my uncle, and two
- 22:24Speaker 7: two good friends Mow and Vicki Yeah, who also were
- 22:29Speaker 7: arrested that day too. They also got partons yesterday.
- 22:32Speaker 4: Did you question went there just to protest?
- 22:36Speaker 3: Okay?
- 22:36Speaker 4: You know, all right, so you you went there just
- 22:38Speaker 4: to protest the twenty twenty election.
- 22:40Speaker 3: You didn't feel it was on the up and up?
- 22:42Speaker 3: Is that the idea?
- 22:44Speaker 7: I mean that was like the fifth thing we were protesting.
- 22:47Speaker 7: It really started with with the COVID lockdowns. You know,
- 22:51Speaker 7: we saw a coersion of medicine.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Right.
- 22:54Speaker 7: You had people being told that they couldn't go to church.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Yep.
- 22:58Speaker 7: You had mom and pop shop that they couldn't be open,
- 23:02Speaker 7: they went out of business. You know, there were so
- 23:05Speaker 7: many things that led up to it.
- 23:07Speaker 3: So it's not just it wasn't just the election.
- 23:10Speaker 4: It was a culmination of everything that you had gone
- 23:12Speaker 4: through or we had gone through as a country for
- 23:14Speaker 4: the last few years, right, is that the idea?
- 23:16Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 23:16Speaker 7: And I mean the way I read it when I
- 23:20Speaker 7: read the Declaration of Independence, because I was never into politics,
- 23:23Speaker 7: but when Trump one in twenty sixteen, I started getting
- 23:28Speaker 7: more into, you know, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
- 23:33Speaker 7: And the way I saw it was the government committed
- 23:37Speaker 7: along training usurpations against the people, telling people they can't
- 23:41Speaker 7: go to work, it's forcing military and police to quit
- 23:47Speaker 7: if they don't get vaccinated. It just to me, that's
- 23:51Speaker 7: an abuse. It's a usurpation on the people.
- 23:54Speaker 4: But when in this whole course of this, did you
- 23:59Speaker 4: as a collect was it a collective group that decided
- 24:03Speaker 4: to go down there and do this, or did you
- 24:05Speaker 4: you and your friends decide that you were protesting those
- 24:09Speaker 4: things that you just mentioned Another But the point I
- 24:11Speaker 4: guess I'm trying to get to, maybe I asked the
- 24:12Speaker 4: question poorly, is that was it, you know, sort of
- 24:16Speaker 4: an underground swell feeling voice on the internet get together,
- 24:21Speaker 4: that says, let's get together.
- 24:23Speaker 7: Just protell it was so random? Okay, Honestly, I feel
- 24:27Speaker 7: like everybody was brought together in spirit. If anything, all right, nobody.
- 24:32Speaker 7: There was no planning. It was. If there was any
- 24:37Speaker 7: planning that day, it was for to keep the counter
- 24:43Speaker 7: protesters from attacking our protesters. So you had security there,
- 24:48Speaker 7: You had people there that had radios, and the whole
- 24:52Speaker 7: January sixth Committee made them look like they planned to
- 24:55Speaker 7: overthrow the government. The both keepers, three percenters and proud boys,
- 24:59Speaker 7: it's all they were there. Because I mean, when I
- 25:04Speaker 7: booked my ticket, I'm thinking I told I told my ex,
- 25:07Speaker 7: I said, I'm not sure you should go because it
- 25:10Speaker 7: might be unsafe. Right, you know, we didn't know what
- 25:12Speaker 7: to expect. But walking into DC, it's you know, there's
- 25:17Speaker 7: ninety nine percent Democratic voters there, so we thought there
- 25:21Speaker 7: was going to be counter protesters and maybe violence. Maybe.
- 25:24Speaker 7: You know, you had the whole Summer of Love happened,
- 25:27Speaker 7: you had the Antifa and DLM burning down buildings, and
- 25:31Speaker 7: so we didn't know what to expect. So if there
- 25:34Speaker 7: was any planning, it was to stick together, stay safe,
- 25:38Speaker 7: keep the protest safe, keep the assembly safe. There was
- 25:42Speaker 7: no plan to overthrow the government, right, Nobody was planning that.
- 25:45Speaker 4: But you say there was a plan like just stay together,
- 25:49Speaker 4: stay safe, What are we talking about just you and
- 25:51Speaker 4: your your close friends or no, I mean Trump supporters.
- 25:55Speaker 7: You would meet there, okay, yahoor we could walk together.
- 25:58Speaker 7: We didn't know if we would bump been to the
- 26:01Speaker 7: you know Antifa groups who were there, they were there.
- 26:05Speaker 3: The night before.
- 26:07Speaker 7: And that's that's a lot of the investigation we're doing now,
- 26:11Speaker 7: is we we believe that there were agitators and anti
- 26:17Speaker 7: facies working with the Feds to undermine the protests.
- 26:21Speaker 4: All right, so you get there and you don't really
- 26:24Speaker 4: necessarily know anybody then, right, you're just sort of walking around.
- 26:28Speaker 4: You see a Trump sign, you see a Trump hat,
- 26:30Speaker 4: you say, hey, blah blah blah.
- 26:31Speaker 7: Friendships are absolutely It felt like being at a you
- 26:36Speaker 7: ever been to a football game and you're tailgating and
- 26:39Speaker 7: you all like the same team. It felt kind of
- 26:42Speaker 7: like a major tailgating party. It was just so much
- 26:48Speaker 7: positive energy and people getting along and standing for the
- 26:54Speaker 7: same thing, you know. And then as you get closer
- 26:57Speaker 7: to the Capitol, as we're looking through this footage, we're
- 27:01Speaker 7: seeing these people with that they're they're mostly covered in
- 27:06Speaker 7: their face with glasses on, and they just start pushing
- 27:11Speaker 7: the cops and trying to kind of incite the crowd
- 27:14Speaker 7: and it happened on the west side and the east side.
- 27:18Speaker 7: So it's hard because we don't have faces, but there
- 27:23Speaker 7: are some people that we're looking into, especially in the
- 27:27Speaker 7: room that I went in, so it might I mean,
- 27:32Speaker 7: I've went through maybe three thousand hours of footage so
- 27:35Speaker 7: far and it got really weird as soon as I
- 27:40Speaker 7: got inside.
- 27:41Speaker 3: So you going through footage, what are you looking for?
- 27:43Speaker 7: Just body language that's off, people with earpieces that have
- 27:50Speaker 7: their face covered, that there's we're finding these people with
- 27:53Speaker 7: green green duct tape around their arm, yellow and green
- 27:58Speaker 7: tape on their helmets.
- 28:00Speaker 6: Uh.
- 28:00Speaker 7: And if what we're figuring out is that green tape
- 28:04Speaker 7: is used in Hollywood as spike tape and it's to
- 28:07Speaker 7: tell the the actors where to were to stand. So
- 28:13Speaker 7: it's it's very premature, but there's there's so many people
- 28:19Speaker 7: that you see there that don't talk to anybody. But
- 28:23Speaker 7: then they just walk up to a police officer and
- 28:24Speaker 7: start pushing them, and then the crowd kind of gets
- 28:27Speaker 7: incited and angry, and you know, they break They broke
- 28:31Speaker 7: through to get into the building, kind of kind of
- 28:35Speaker 7: pushed through the police officers there.
- 28:37Speaker 4: But what's your theory then, what's your theory are you
- 28:40Speaker 4: are you saying that you think it was a combination
- 28:42Speaker 4: of law enforcement and antifa, or what's what's your hypothesis
- 28:48Speaker 4: of what happened?
- 28:48Speaker 6: Then?
- 28:49Speaker 7: I mean, it's already known that protests are infiltrated. I
- 28:54Speaker 7: don't know if you saw the Project Veritas video, there's
- 28:58Speaker 7: a Chicago senators huz And, who was caught on video
- 29:02Speaker 7: openly saying, we go into conservative protests, we give the
- 29:07Speaker 7: crazies a little nudge, and so we can shut down
- 29:11Speaker 7: and either declare a riot or whatever they have to
- 29:15Speaker 7: do to shut down the assembly. So it felt like
- 29:20Speaker 7: it happened that day, and if you ask most January
- 29:24Speaker 7: six ers that they all say the same thing. There
- 29:27Speaker 7: was a lot of there was so much love, and
- 29:31Speaker 7: then as we got closer to the building, it seemed
- 29:35Speaker 7: like there were a different group of people there trying
- 29:39Speaker 7: to push the cops and start fights and break windows,
- 29:45Speaker 7: and it didn't seem like our people.
- 29:49Speaker 4: To your knowledge, those people that you're saying were a
- 29:52Speaker 4: different group.
- 29:53Speaker 3: Did they get arrested?
- 29:55Speaker 4: Were they the people that were in jail for the
- 29:57Speaker 4: last couple of years, and were there people that were
- 30:00Speaker 4: hardened as well as yourself or is that a whole
- 30:02Speaker 4: Are you saying that that's all a sort of a mirage,
- 30:06Speaker 4: a made up story, like not that it's made up
- 30:08Speaker 4: that it didn't happen, but those people didn't never never
- 30:10Speaker 4: got caught, never got charged.
- 30:11Speaker 3: What's your thoughts.
- 30:12Speaker 7: I think a few of them might have been arrested, yeah,
- 30:14Speaker 7: because maybe they were facing the other charges and they
- 30:17Speaker 7: made a deal. But let me ask you this.
- 30:21Speaker 2: If you.
- 30:23Speaker 7: If you tried to get through the tunnel on the
- 30:25Speaker 7: West Terrace, there's the scene where the guy with the
- 30:28Speaker 7: hockey stick and the guy with the bat, and there's
- 30:32Speaker 7: just all this big fighting at the tunnel where the
- 30:35Speaker 7: inauguration happens. You try to fight to get through the
- 30:39Speaker 7: tunnel for an hour and you finally break a window
- 30:43Speaker 7: to go through it. Would you block yourself in that
- 30:46Speaker 7: room or would you go to the next room.
- 30:50Speaker 3: You'd probably go to the next room exactly.
- 30:55Speaker 7: So I look over at the door. There's a guy
- 30:59Speaker 7: standing the the door opens in, there's a desk in
- 31:04Speaker 7: front of the door. I was the fifth person in
- 31:06Speaker 7: the room. The first four that went in blocked the
- 31:10Speaker 7: door immediately, and when I get in, there's a guy
- 31:14Speaker 7: standing on the desk trying to pull the door in,
- 31:18Speaker 7: which is scientifically impossible. So in my opinion, there were
- 31:23Speaker 7: FEDS in that room. That room was set up in advance,
- 31:28Speaker 7: and I believe the window was broken either by the FBI,
- 31:32Speaker 7: DHS or theis that they were working with.
- 31:36Speaker 3: All right, so why are you in that room? Tell
- 31:39Speaker 3: me that story?
- 31:42Speaker 7: Man with you stand there and you hear about one
- 31:46Speaker 7: hundred thousand people chant we the people, and it runs
- 31:48Speaker 7: through your spine and your soul and the heightened state
- 31:53Speaker 7: of emotion I was in, I just jumped through the window.
- 31:58Speaker 7: Probably wasn't the smartest thing to do. But once I
- 32:02Speaker 7: got in the it's just the guy that recorded us
- 32:05Speaker 7: going in. He's still unidentified. I'm next to this guy
- 32:10Speaker 7: for two hours. There's no mace sprayed by the window.
- 32:16Speaker 7: He did not get macee I was standing three people
- 32:19Speaker 7: from him for about two hours. As soon as he
- 32:23Speaker 7: gets in, he takes the water out of another person's
- 32:26Speaker 7: hand and splashes his face like he's cleaning his face
- 32:28Speaker 7: from mace, pretending that he got maced. If you go
- 32:32Speaker 7: to any listeners that want to see it, If you
- 32:35Speaker 7: go to at Deer Society three to three free on YouTube,
- 32:39Speaker 7: there's a ton of rare footage from in the room.
- 32:42Speaker 7: There's about three to four things that there's a guy
- 32:47Speaker 7: standing on a desk trying to open the door. You
- 32:51Speaker 7: have people calling for guns in the room very nonchalantly. Yeah,
- 32:56Speaker 7: somebody goes He goes out to the window still and
- 33:00Speaker 7: he tries to get the protesters to go get guns
- 33:03Speaker 7: for some reason, which isn't what anybody I met there
- 33:08Speaker 7: that day would do. It felt like a FED operation.
- 33:14Speaker 4: All right, Andrew, give you stick around for one more
- 33:16Speaker 4: fit of telling the story if we have time.
- 33:18Speaker 3: This is good stuff. Andrew Johnson again from Connecticut J sixer,

- 36:28Speaker 6: eight hundred and four or five oh twenty five sixty six.
- 36:34Speaker 8: All right, we are talking January sixth. We'll spend the
- 36:38Speaker 8: bulk of this hour doing it. Great conversation with Andrew Johnson,
- 36:42Speaker 8: who was there arrested, pardoned, and he's given us a
- 36:45Speaker 8: play by play. But you know, I want to go
- 36:48Speaker 8: back to sort of where we left off. In your mind,
- 36:52Speaker 8: you believe the Feds infiltrated the crowd. You believe they
- 36:55Speaker 8: were integral and stirring up the crowd. You actually believe that.
- 36:58Speaker 4: I think you believe that they were actually inside the
- 37:01Speaker 4: capitol ginning that up.
- 37:03Speaker 3: As well as.
- 37:04Speaker 7: The more we look into it, the more odd behave.
- 37:08Speaker 7: The behavior gets from the people in the room in
- 37:13Speaker 7: front of the tunnel, outside of the window.
- 37:16Speaker 4: So you're convinced that this whole thing was ginned up
- 37:18Speaker 4: by the Feds. Is that the bottom line.
- 37:20Speaker 3: To all this?
- 37:22Speaker 7: I think they don't only do it in our protests.
- 37:24Speaker 7: I think they did it in the DLM protests. I mean,
- 37:27Speaker 7: you saw palettes of bricks in DC, just placed perfectly
- 37:33Speaker 7: in front of an AT and T store, Just pallets
- 37:38Speaker 7: of bricks all the way down the street, and then
- 37:41Speaker 7: you get one guy to throw one. I think that
- 37:45Speaker 7: they're I don't know if the government's doing it or
- 37:48Speaker 7: it's a private organization, but protests are definitely infiltrated. I
- 37:55Speaker 7: felt it that day, and it's it's been proven through
- 38:01Speaker 7: admission at the Chicago Mayor's husband admitted to it.
- 38:06Speaker 3: Yeah, how far did you get inside?
- 38:10Speaker 7: I got into one room, it was about a twenty
- 38:12Speaker 7: by twenty room for about ten minutes, and then I
- 38:14Speaker 7: saw a gun folk through the door and I jumped
- 38:17Speaker 7: right back out the window.
- 38:19Speaker 4: Did they in your trial? Did they play the video
- 38:22Speaker 4: of you? Was that part of the trial that you had?
- 38:25Speaker 4: I mean, did they go over everything? How much in
- 38:27Speaker 4: other words, how much evidence did they actually have against you?
- 38:29Speaker 3: And where does it begin? Like this?
- 38:31Speaker 4: Does it begin with facial recognition outside and they follow
- 38:35Speaker 4: you in step by step?
- 38:36Speaker 3: How does that work?
- 38:38Speaker 7: Well, they had my clothing. I had a brave tat
- 38:43Speaker 7: and a green jacket on because they arrested me that day.
- 38:46Speaker 7: So they found me in the footage two years later
- 38:50Speaker 7: and issued a new warrant for the arrest. Right, So
- 38:55Speaker 7: they didn't I didn't go to trial. I played day
- 38:58Speaker 7: one trial.
- 38:59Speaker 3: Gotcha? Gotcha? Okay?
- 39:01Speaker 4: Did they have your phone conversations too? To your knowledge?
- 39:05Speaker 4: I mean did they Were they able to ping where
- 39:07Speaker 4: you were because of your phone?
- 39:08Speaker 3: Stuff like that or that something you don't know.
- 39:12Speaker 7: None of that was in my discovery. They did have
- 39:15Speaker 7: some of the Proud Boys and oathkeepers parlor messages which
- 39:20Speaker 7: led to the seditious conspiracy charges. One of them was
- 39:26Speaker 7: actually in Coleman with me Ethan Orden. He was locked
- 39:31Speaker 7: up the whole four years. There was twelve. There were
- 39:35Speaker 7: twelve guys in FCI Coleman that last night all got released.
- 39:44Speaker 7: They've been locked out for four years over just walking
- 39:49Speaker 7: into the Capitol building.
- 39:51Speaker 3: Do you know anything about their background.
- 39:52Speaker 4: I mean, were there notoriously dangerous individuals or anything.
- 39:56Speaker 7: Like that, or you know, regular people man like we.
- 40:00Speaker 7: They had the Republican Chairman of Florida. They had like
- 40:06Speaker 7: a pot luck for us when we got out. They
- 40:10Speaker 7: gave us a gift bag and made sure we had
- 40:13Speaker 7: a hotel to stay in, gave us a toothbrush, and
- 40:16Speaker 7: Dealdor and so many advocates have done so much for
- 40:20Speaker 7: us for the past four years. But you know, I
- 40:24Speaker 7: meet these guys, they're regular people. The carpenters. One guy
- 40:27Speaker 7: had ran his business for twenty five years. He was
- 40:33Speaker 7: a carpenter and he's in jail for four years. He
- 40:37Speaker 7: lost pretty much everything. He can't get that back.
- 40:42Speaker 3: You know, how long were you incarcerated for? Exactly?
- 40:47Speaker 7: I was only in two months. They brought me in
- 40:49Speaker 7: about two and a half months ago.
- 40:52Speaker 3: Must have been a hell of a celebration when they
- 40:53Speaker 3: said you're out right.
- 40:55Speaker 7: Definitely, it's kind of surreal. Really, we got about six
- 41:00Speaker 7: video investigators that have been going through the forty four
- 41:05Speaker 7: thousand hours of footage.
- 41:06Speaker 3: Right, so there's a.
- 41:09Speaker 7: Ton of stuff I could bring an hour would be
- 41:11Speaker 7: easy to phil.
- 41:12Speaker 3: All right, let's do that. Let's let's reach out. We'll
- 41:14Speaker 3: make that happen.
- 41:15Speaker 4: And I know I most got my number, and we
- 41:17Speaker 4: can we can get that to happen, because I'd love
- 41:20Speaker 4: to hear a little bit more detail on the story itself.
- 41:22Speaker 3: I mean, and Andrew, before I let you go.
- 41:25Speaker 4: It's interesting because one hundred years from now, this whole
- 41:29Speaker 4: January sixth incident maybe looked at completely different than it's
- 41:33Speaker 4: looked at right now. I've written a column about this,
- 41:36Speaker 4: We've talked about this at length here on my show,
- 41:40Speaker 4: and you know, the Boston Tea Party, the Patriots at
- 41:45Speaker 4: the Boston Tea Party. At that time, we're considered in
- 41:49Speaker 4: some cases, in some circles terraces, and you can look
- 41:53Speaker 4: at what happened on January sixth, maybe one hundred years
- 41:56Speaker 4: from now, two hundred years from now, historians will look
- 41:59Speaker 4: back at what happened on January sixth very differently than
- 42:03Speaker 4: the way it's looked at today.
- 42:05Speaker 3: So I thank you for coming on.
- 42:07Speaker 4: I really appreciate you giving us some time, and definitely
- 42:09Speaker 4: down the road, we got to do this again, because
- 42:12Speaker 4: the more I hear stories about what happened boots on
- 42:16Speaker 4: the ground dish on January sixth, the more interesting it becomes.
- 42:21Speaker 4: I mean, how you navigated from one point to another
- 42:25Speaker 4: to another, and then for you eventually deciding to go
- 42:29Speaker 4: inside the capitol, go through a window inside the capitol,
- 42:32Speaker 4: and then eventually you're tracked down by law enforcement and
- 42:36Speaker 4: arrested and putting jail. You only had to do, you know,
- 42:39Speaker 4: a couple of months in jail, but you're out, and
- 42:41Speaker 4: those potential charges hung over your head for four years.
- 42:45Speaker 4: So again, kudos and thank you for coming on. I
- 42:47Speaker 4: appreciate you giving us a little inside baseball on all
- 42:51Speaker 4: of it. But I do have to go way now
- 42:53Speaker 4: and real ladies and gentlemen has arrived in the big
- 42:56Speaker 4: stretch limousine and he will take over for us here next.
- 43:02Speaker 3: So I appreciate all of you on these fridays. Enjoy
- 43:05Speaker 3: the rest of your weekend.
