Speaker 1: Which I'm just announcing today for the first time. But
• 0:03
Speaker 1: we've been taking out millions of barrels of oil, millions
• 0:09
Speaker 1: of barrels every night, took out oil. Now I'm gonna
• 0:13
Speaker 1: tell you because they just figured it out. So now
• 0:16
Speaker 1: that they figured it out, I can tell you. It
• 0:17
Speaker 1: was very hard for me. I wanted to say it
• 0:20
Speaker 1: so lin, I didn't want to ruin it. But it
• 0:23
Speaker 1: was very hard. But millions of barrels of oil has
• 0:26
  Speaker 1: come out.
• 0:27
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:31
  Speaker 3: Good Thursday morning.
• 0:32
Speaker 4: Nice to have you with us on the forty seven
• 0:33
Speaker 4: Morning Update, and we've got two major stories for you
• 0:36
Speaker 4: this morning. First up, Democrats are now seeking to undo
• 0:40
Speaker 4: a Trump tough strategy on green card policy. This could
• 0:44
Speaker 4: close a loophole that hundreds of thousands are using. So
• 0:48
Speaker 4: why are the Democrats doing this right now? Putting illegals
• 0:51
Speaker 4: ahead of Americans. We'll have those details as well. Also,
• 0:55
Speaker 4: your tax dollars are apparently going to Terrace in UNRUH,
• 1:00
Speaker 4: who are directly tied to Hamas and even involved in
• 1:03
Speaker 4: the October seventh attacks. So how do we stop having
• 1:07
Speaker 4: our tax hours go to unrup and can the present
• 1:11
Speaker 4: move to declare their terrorist organization. All right, I want
• 1:14
Speaker 4: to take a moment and talk to you about what's
• 1:16
Speaker 4: happening right now in this country, and it really feels
• 1:19
Speaker 4: like our country is finally getting the momentum we needed again.
• 1:22
Speaker 4: Our leaders are fighting to restore common sense in America first,
• 1:27
Speaker 4: but we've also seen this before. Conservatives get comfortable, the
• 1:30
Speaker 4: left starts taking back ground inch by inch, and we
• 1:34
Speaker 4: cannot let that happen in these midterm elections. America needs
• 1:38
Speaker 4: every one of us in the fight, and a big
• 1:40
Speaker 4: part of that means supporting companies that actually stand for
• 1:44
Speaker 4: our values. And that's why I'm proud to partner with

Speaker 3: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 3:08
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 3:10
Speaker 4: We're going to start with a very interesting story, and
• 3:12
Speaker 4: that is Democrats now are seeking to undo Donald Trump's
• 3:17
Speaker 4: tough new policy on Green card holders. Democrats on Capitol
• 3:21
Speaker 4: Hill say they're going to move to overturn the president's
• 3:25
Speaker 4: immigration policy changes now Trump's second term. He said, I'm
• 3:29
Speaker 4: going to have a new rule that could require many
• 3:31
Speaker 4: Green card applicants already living legally in the United States
• 3:35
Speaker 4: to leave the country and complete their applications from abroad
• 3:38
Speaker 4: that according to report by The Hill and multiple national
• 3:41
Speaker 4: outlets have also confirmed the details. Now the Democrats are
• 3:45
Speaker 4: losing their minds, saying the policy could affect hundreds of
• 3:48
Speaker 4: thousands of immigrants currently working, studying, and raising families in
• 3:51
Speaker 4: the United States of America now. For decades, many legal
• 3:54
Speaker 4: immigrants have been able to apply for permanent residency through
• 3:57
Speaker 4: a process known as a just of status, allowing them
• 4:01
Speaker 4: to remain in the US while their green card applications
• 4:04
Speaker 4: were reviewed. But the Trump administration said this has become
• 4:07
Speaker 4: a massive loophole and the new guidance dramatically changes that process.
• 4:12
Speaker 4: Under the policy, the applicants could now be required to
• 4:15
Speaker 4: return to their home countries and complete the process through
• 4:18
Speaker 4: a US consulate unless they can demonstrate what the administration
• 4:22
Speaker 4: calls extraordinary circumstances. The administration argues this isn't a new law,
• 4:27
Speaker 4: but rather return to the original intent of immigration status.
• 4:31
Speaker 4: Homeland Security officials say the temporary visas were never intended
• 4:35
Speaker 4: to become an automatic pathway to permanent residency, and that
• 4:39
Speaker 4: the new rules will make the immigration system more orderly
• 4:43
Speaker 4: and also efficient. The administration is also indicated that expectations
• 4:48
Speaker 4: may be available for individuals who provide a significant economic
• 4:52
Speaker 4: benefit or serve the national interests. Well, Democrats, you know
• 4:56
Speaker 4: what they're going to do, stand up for those that
• 4:58
Speaker 4: aren't American citizens before where they stand up for American
• 5:01
Speaker 4: citizens every single time they can do it, and that's
• 5:05
Speaker 4: exactly what they're doing now. They're calling this move by
• 5:08
Speaker 4: the Trump administration disruptive and harmful and hurtful, and they
• 5:11
Speaker 4: argue it could separate families, disrupt careers, create uncertainty for employers,
• 5:16
Speaker 4: and force legal immigrants, and to link the overseas processing
• 5:20
Speaker 4: backlogs that can stretch for months or even years again
• 5:24
Speaker 4: making sure they put those from outside of America ahead
• 5:27
Speaker 4: of you. Now, immigration advocates are also warning that this
• 5:30
Speaker 4: will be a disaster, but again, look at the open
• 5:32
Speaker 4: border process and what we've actually had in this country. Now,
• 5:35
Speaker 4: the debate now centers on a larger question what should
• 5:38
Speaker 4: legal immigration look like in America. Supporters of President Trump
• 5:42
Speaker 4: who voted for him, said it was very clear they
• 5:45
Speaker 4: wanted to shut down the borders, They wanted an orderly program,
• 5:48
Speaker 4: and they wanted to get illegal immigrants out of this country.
• 5:51
Speaker 4: They wanted to stop rewarding people who were coming into
• 5:53
Speaker 4: this country illegally with government benefits as well. And the
• 5:56
Speaker 4: Trump policy says the administration is simply enforcing the image
• 6:00
Speaker 4: migration laws that are already on the books and closing
• 6:03
Speaker 4: these loopholes that encourage temporary visitors to remain permanently. Now
• 6:08
Speaker 4: Democrats say no, we are going to go back to
• 6:11
Speaker 4: what we had before that allowed for massive immigration into
• 6:14
Speaker 4: this country. Democrats are now pushing this as a election
• 6:18
Speaker 4: your issue, and they're also saying they're going to have
• 6:21
Speaker 4: legal challenges to block the policy as well. Now the
• 6:24
Speaker 4: outcome could determine literally how hundreds of thousands of future
• 6:27
Speaker 4: Green card applicants navigate the path to permanent residency in
• 6:31
Speaker 4: the United States of America. And once again the Democratic
• 6:35
Speaker 4: Party making it clear we stand for legal immigrants and
• 6:39
Speaker 4: those from outside the United States of America before we
• 6:43
Speaker 4: stand up for Americans and what Americans want and or
• 6:46
Speaker 4: believe on the issue. And that's exactly why this is
• 6:49
Speaker 4: going to be a major election year issue.
• 6:52
Speaker 3: Next story number two, there is a.
• 6:54
Speaker 4: US probe of the embattled u n Gaza Relief Agency.
• 6:59
Speaker 4: It is now expanded to more than one thousand, five
• 7:02
Speaker 4: hundred staffers that have suspected ties directly to terrorist organizations
• 7:08
Speaker 4: like a maas. It is known as UNRA, and it
• 7:11
Speaker 4: could soon be labeled a foreign terrorist organization. But your
• 7:15
Speaker 4: tax dollars have actually been going there. There is momentum
• 7:18
Speaker 4: now growing for UNRE to lose its diplomatic community as well,
• 7:22
Speaker 4: which would expose it to lawsuits from October seven survivors
• 7:27
Speaker 4: and victims' families. Now, the media is not covering this.
• 7:31
Speaker 4: Thank goodness, the Free Beacon is, and that's why we're
• 7:34
Speaker 4: going to use this show. And I hope you will
• 7:38
Speaker 4: take this show and share it everywhere you can on
• 7:40
Speaker 4: social media because what I'm about to tell you should
• 7:43
Speaker 4: enrage all of you. Now, the federal investigation is into
• 7:46
Speaker 4: the staff at the United Nations Relief and Work Agency.
• 7:50
Speaker 4: It is the un Gods, a relief organization that's been
• 7:53
Speaker 4: closely linked now directly to Hamas. They say it will
• 7:56
Speaker 4: soon encompass more than one thousand, five hundred undre linked
• 8:00
Speaker 4: individuals suspected of direct terror ties. Now, this is an
• 8:04
Speaker 4: unprecedented dragnet, reported here for the first time by the
• 8:08
Speaker 4: for Washing Free Beacon. Where are all the other media
• 8:10
Speaker 4: outlets and why are they not covering. This is the
• 8:13
Speaker 4: question you should be asking, because all they did was
• 8:16
Speaker 4: ask basic questions and they expose now what has been
• 8:19
Speaker 4: described as a humanitarian aid group, that's not what they
• 8:22
Speaker 4: were at all, Brimming with hamas operative so actual terrorists
• 8:27
Speaker 4: within UNRUNG. And then it's generating momentum because of this
• 8:31
Speaker 4: report in Congress and the Trump administration for not only
• 8:34
Speaker 4: harsher sanctions on the umbattled a group, but then maybe
• 8:38
Speaker 4: even designating them a terrorists organization quote. The punitive measures
• 8:42
Speaker 4: up for consideration include stripping UNRA of its diplomatic community
• 8:46
Speaker 4: under US law, which would open it up to legal
• 8:49
Speaker 4: action from terror victims, and fully designate the aid organizations
• 8:54
Speaker 4: a foreign terrorist organization because they're not doing eight at all.
• 8:56
Speaker 3: They're filled with terrorists. They are literally a terrorist organization.
• 8:58
Speaker 4: Now that's coming a court if not one, not two,
• 9:01
Speaker 4: but three Trump administration officials and other sources tracking the
• 9:05
Speaker 4: matter in Congress. Now again, why is this the first
• 9:08
Speaker 4: that you and I are hearing about? This is the
• 9:10
Speaker 4: question we should all be asking.
• 9:12
  Speaker 3: Now.
• 9:12
Speaker 4: These discussions have apparently accelerated since the Free Beacon reported
• 9:16
Speaker 4: in April that under an other UN agencies are stonewalling
• 9:21
Speaker 4: a federal probe into their ties directly to HAMAS. The
• 9:24
Speaker 4: US Agency for International Development Inspector General's Office, a law
• 9:29
Speaker 4: enforcement agency separate from the largely defunct US AID, has
• 9:34
Speaker 4: spent months independently unearthing evidence that countless UNRA employees actually participated.
• 9:42
Speaker 4: Listen carefully to this in the Hamas October seventh tear attacks.
• 9:46
Speaker 4: So these UNRA employees were the terrorists in the October
• 9:50
  Speaker 4: seventh tear attack.
• 9:52
  Speaker 3: They say.
• 9:52
Speaker 4: The probe will soon expand to more than one hundred
• 9:55
Speaker 4: and one thousand, five hundred suspected militants would direct UNRA
• 9:59
Speaker 4: tie Now UNRUMP an official organ of the notoriously anti
• 10:04
Speaker 4: Israel United Nations. Your tax dollars goes there. Your tax
• 10:07
Speaker 4: dollars goes to UNRAM is the only a group with
• 10:10
  Speaker 4: a large operation.
• 10:11
Speaker 3: Quote unquote in Gaza.
• 10:13
Speaker 4: Well, apparently it's just funneling money to terrorists with as
• 10:15
Speaker 4: many as thirteen thousand, they say, godzen employees and a
• 10:19
Speaker 4: large distribution network. Man, that seems to work perfect for
• 10:23
Speaker 4: a terrorist organization. Now, you and officials have insisted, of course,
• 10:27
Speaker 4: and lied for years, that's the only viable option for
• 10:30
Speaker 4: getting aid relief. To the gozens who are in need.
• 10:34
Speaker 4: Israel and its supporters of long claim that UNRA is
• 10:37
Speaker 4: fully infiltrated by HAMAS.
• 10:38
Speaker 3: Now we see the evidence of that and.
• 10:40
Speaker 4: Has cemented the terror group's control also over a distribution
• 10:44
Speaker 4: and much of that aid is actually sold off and
• 10:46
Speaker 4: they make money off of it, which is even more shocking.
• 10:48
  Speaker 3: Now.
• 10:49
Speaker 4: USAID Inspector General is currently working with the State Department
• 10:52
Speaker 4: in the latter's effort to build a blacklist that will
• 10:55
Speaker 4: ensure terror linked UNRE employees cannot circulate to other aid
• 10:59
Speaker 4: organizations within the United Nations systems, because again, this is
• 11:02
Speaker 4: the United Nations. It's been infiltrated by terrorist organizations and
• 11:08
Speaker 4: your dollars are going to them. The Inspector General has
• 11:11
Speaker 4: already confirmed that one under school principle, so it's a
• 11:16
Speaker 4: school principle participated in the October seventh attacks as a
• 11:20
Speaker 4: member of Hamas's East Battalion and has flagged multiple others
• 11:25
Speaker 4: for the State Department as well. Quote the USAID Inspector
• 11:28
Speaker 4: General's cases coming in droves are corroborating the obvious parent
• 11:33
Speaker 4: subsidy relationship between UNRA and HAMAS and Gaza. A senior
• 11:37
Speaker 4: State Department official familiar with the investigation told the Free
• 11:41
Speaker 4: Beacon saying if UNRA was not a un organization, it
• 11:44
Speaker 4: would be undeniably facing terrorist sanctions based on what USAID
• 11:49
Speaker 4: IG has uncovered now. This ongoing USAID Inspector General investigation,
• 11:55
Speaker 4: sources said, would logically not only lead to labeling UNRES
• 11:59
Speaker 4: a foreign toys group, but they say that the probe
• 12:01
Speaker 4: quote confirms that if it walks like a foreign terrorist organization,
• 12:05
Speaker 4: and it talks like a foreign terrorist organization and employs
• 12:09
Speaker 4: foreign terrorist organization personnel, then a case actually exists that
• 12:14
Speaker 4: it should be a foreign terrorist organization. A second US official,
• 12:19
Speaker 4: also confirming that the Trump administration has to consider a
• 12:22
Speaker 4: whole of world approach to UNRA that includes further executive
• 12:26
Speaker 4: action and policies that would strip the AID group's diplomatic immunity,
• 12:31
Speaker 4: says if UNRA could be sued in the American courts,
• 12:34
Speaker 4: the agency could very well collapse under the strain of
• 12:37
Speaker 4: defending itself from an October seventh related complaint alone, because
• 12:43
Speaker 4: there's a torrent of them. If this many people were
• 12:46
Speaker 4: involved in that terrorist attack. Quote, there's a lot here
• 12:49
Speaker 4: we can do, said the official. A lot we could
• 12:52
Speaker 4: do there has to be consequences for UNRUM for its
• 12:55
Speaker 4: conduct and the run up and the role in October seventh,
• 12:59
Speaker 4: and continuing all the way to today with its ongoing
• 13:01
Speaker 4: refusal to adhere to legitimate and pressing American inquiries. Now,
• 13:06
Speaker 4: the Trump administration stripp virtually all remaining US funding for
• 13:10
Speaker 4: in February, citing its established links to HAMAS. The agency, however,
• 13:14
Speaker 4: still enjoys that diplomatic community, and they can access some
• 13:18
Speaker 4: funds from the larger UN budget which your tax dollers
• 13:20
Speaker 4: go to, and they facilitate hamas's continue control over a
• 13:24
Speaker 4: distribution in Gaza, and without immunities. The source explained, there
• 13:28
Speaker 4: is a potential exposure for a foreignterist organization designation and
• 13:33
Speaker 4: then the massive lawsuits which would then.
• 13:34
Speaker 3: Be for the courts to adjudicate.
• 13:37
Speaker 4: Now, additionally, they say the unrefunding remains a line item
• 13:41
Speaker 4: in the UN budget and there's still American taxpayer dollers
• 13:44
Speaker 4: going towards that, and that's unacceptable. A third US official
• 13:48
Speaker 4: confirmed the appetite for such action has been building since
• 13:53
Speaker 4: it became abundantly clear that under an other UN organizations,
• 13:57
Speaker 4: because again is not the only one, were not cooperating
• 14:00
Speaker 4: with the USAID Inspector General's probe. Why because they don't
• 14:04
Speaker 4: want you to know that they're actually terrorists and that
• 14:06
Speaker 4: your tax dollars are going to fund a terrorist organization
• 14:11
Speaker 4: and even tears attacks like October the seventh. Now, the
• 14:14
Speaker 4: USAID Inspector General also sent a letter to six separate
• 14:19
Speaker 4: UN agencies and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
• 14:23
Speaker 3: Yeah you heard me say, the Red Cross in.
• 14:25
Speaker 4: December, asking them to name all employees who worked on
• 14:29
Speaker 4: US government funded awards and provide their contact information and
• 14:33
Speaker 4: dat in place of birth. The office also asked the
• 14:35
Speaker 4: agencies to detail their interactions with Hamas, among other requests.
• 14:40
Speaker 3: None, I'm gonna say it again, none.
• 14:42
Speaker 4: Of the responding UN recipients provided the request of information
• 14:46
Speaker 4: pertaining to their personnel. The Inspector General exposing that last
• 14:50
Speaker 4: month quote. Given its history with Hamas, NRA does not
• 14:53
Speaker 4: have the luxury of not cooperating with an investigation and
• 14:57
Speaker 4: thinking there might be not be consequences, said the US official.
• 15:02
Speaker 4: We will respond accordingly now. Elements of all these discussions
• 15:05
Speaker 4: have also spilled into public view in the recent days,
• 15:08
Speaker 4: as lawmakers call for honor to be fully dismantled.
• 15:11
Speaker 3: Senator Tom Cotton, a Republican from Arkansas.
• 15:14
Speaker 4: Now has twenty four of his colleagues citing the USAID
• 15:17
Speaker 4: Inspector General's ongoing work, and they are now urging the
• 15:20
Speaker 4: Trump administration to take decisive action to fully dismantled under
• 15:24
Speaker 4: and eliminate it from the UN budget. Mike Lawler, a
• 15:27
Speaker 4: Republican from New York, and ninety other lawmakers in the
• 15:30
Speaker 4: House issued a similar call on Friday. Cotton told the
• 15:33
Speaker 4: Free Beacon that under his terrorist ties are clear, and
• 15:36
Speaker 4: the UN's attempt to hide those ties from the US
• 15:38
Speaker 4: government is deeply concerning. It's long past time to completely
• 15:41
Speaker 4: dismantle the organization. Senator Ted Cruz and Bill Haggerty, Republican
• 15:46
Speaker 4: from Tennessee, very influential members of Senate Formulations Committee, both
• 15:50
Speaker 4: told the Free Beacon that it's time to move beyond
• 15:53
Speaker 4: merely freezing Unresponding, particularly as the USAID Inspector General continues
• 15:58
Speaker 4: to unearth evidence of Hamas complicity, either they come clean
• 16:02
Speaker 4: or I expect growing momentum for designating them for the
• 16:06
Speaker 4: support they give to terrorists, Crew said. Haggarty called it
• 16:09
Speaker 4: appalling that other UN agencies today are still stonewalling the
• 16:13
Speaker 4: Trump administration's ongoing investigations, adding that if un agencies refuse
• 16:18
Speaker 4: to show basic transparency and then accountability, then the executive
• 16:22
Speaker 4: branch in Congress must respond. Richard Goldberg, who served in
• 16:26
Speaker 4: both Trump administrations, currently a senior advisor with the Foundation
• 16:29
Speaker 4: for Defense of Democracies Think tanks, that if authorities already
• 16:33
Speaker 4: exist to impose terrorism sanctions on UNDRA, if the President
• 16:38
Speaker 4: so chooses, the Justice Department's position right now is that
• 16:41
Speaker 4: UNRA does not enjoy privilege or immunity. Goldberg said that
• 16:45
Speaker 4: means nothing stops the Treasury Department from imposing terrorism sanctions
• 16:49
Speaker 4: on UNRA to force its closure. Some people might be
• 16:52
Speaker 4: afraid of breaking eggs at the un while the Gods
• 16:55
Speaker 4: Aboard of Peace is still young. But I guarantee undra's
• 16:58
Speaker 4: survival will be the death of the Board of Peace
• 17:01
Speaker 4: the second Donald Trump leaves office. By the way, I
• 17:04
Speaker 4: couldn't agree more. Let me say a couple of things
• 17:06
Speaker 4: here in closing. One, God blessed the Washington Free Beacon
• 17:09
Speaker 4: for doing this work, because it's incredible what they just expose.
• 17:13
Speaker 4: Number two, this is why I do this show, to
• 17:16
Speaker 4: give you this type of information.
• 17:18
  Speaker 3: And then I.
• 17:18
Speaker 4: Hope what you will do is take this exact information
• 17:22
Speaker 4: and share a podcast anywhere.
• 17:24
Speaker 3: You can on social media.
