"You do not pay us anything until we get you results." Three ads in a row said it to me. So I pulled all three transcripts, fed them to AI, and asked it to check the arithmetic against itself. The numbers fell apart in about nine seconds.
AD ONE claims 300 to 500 pre-qualified bookings every month, and separately claims a 40 to 60 percent close rate. Run 400 bookings at 50 percent and that is 200 new clients a month. But the same ad says the agency has signed 74 clients total. 74 out of 400 is 18.5 percent. Not 40. Not 60. He cannot have it both…
