- 0:05Audio shared by Testecleese: And now's the time when things are shifting.
- 0:08Audio shared by Testecleese: We're gonna… there's gonna be a new world order out there.
- 0:16Audio shared by Testecleese: Who are fake news?
- 0:19Audio shared by Testecleese: I am not suicidal!
- 0:22Audio shared by Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly. I can circle back, I'll circle back with you.
- 0:27Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not come.
- 0:30Audio shared by Testecleese: Do not cough.
- 0:32Audio shared by Testecleese: I'm gonna come.
- 0:34Testecleese: Hello, and welcome to episode 300 of the Jeffrey and Brian Show. I'm Jeffrey.
- 0:39Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:40Testecleese: You know, just you guys drinking some beer, sorry, what's going on.
- 0:45Testecleese: Well, I mean, we have, that incident on the train to talk about that we didn't cover last week, because…
- 0:52Testecleese: it just didn't seem like it was gonna be that big a deal, but it became a big deal. Obviously.
- 0:57Testecleese: the, the Charlie Kirk situation.
- 1:00Brian McFadden: Your microphone sounds horrible right now.
- 1:02Testecleese: That is most unfortunate. I do not know how to fix that right now.
- 1:06Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:08Testecleese: And there's been a lot of violence around the world, too.
- 1:11Testecleese: But… Apparently, LAPD is no longer providing security for Kamala.
- 1:19Brian McFadden: Hmm. She has to pay for her own private security?
- 1:23Testecleese: Yeah,
- 1:24Testecleese: The union wrote a letter or whatever, like, and it was, like, a unanimous vote, that they were upset and it was a waste of, funds.
- 1:32Brian McFadden: Well, it is.
- 1:33Testecleese: Yeah. And that apparently was the end of that.
- 1:38Testecleese: Jeez, I think they have another country to talk about sending Abrego Garcia to.
- 1:45Brian McFadden: Yeah, this is the one you talked about, you didn't know the name of it last month, but… and it's hilarious, because all of a sudden, there's 22 different countries that he can't go to because of persecution. He's worried about persecution.
- 1:57Testecleese: Yeah. Dude, you're gonna get dumped in a shitty, shitty spot if you keep saying no to everyone.
- 2:03Brian McFadden: Yeah. Bye.
- 2:04Testecleese: Jeez.
- 2:06Brian McFadden: This… this is a tiny African nation called Ishwatina.
- 2:11Testecleese: There you go.
- 2:12Testecleese: I remember last week, I was like, no, there's this new country now, I can't remember what it is, some weird African nation.
- 2:17Brian McFadden: Yeah, I've never heard of it, you know, but yeah.
- 2:21Testecleese: And apparently, the governor of Ohio is cracking down on crime following that, viral video we all saw of the beatdown of that dude outside the nightclub.
- 2:33Testecleese: So, I don't know, maybe something good will come out of this.
- 2:38Testecleese: What's going on in Virginia?
- 2:43Brian McFadden: Nothing, apparently.
- 2:45Testecleese: Oh, yeah, you're,
- 2:47Testecleese: your school is up in, like, Loudoun County in Fairfax, I think it is, had a lawsuit to keep the trend…
- 2:53Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And the, a judge shot it down, saying, you can't keep your transgender bathroom.
- 3:03Testecleese: Yeah. I mean, this was passed down nationally, you know?
- 3:08Testecleese: Hey, you guys had a… a sale.
- 3:12Brian McFadden: We talked about this when it happened last year.
- 3:15Testecleese: movie?
- 3:15Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 3:16Testecleese: Okay, because it sounded kind of familiar.
- 3:18Brian McFadden: It was at the weapons station, they were doing, boat drills, and somebody fell off the boat and died, and the, third class or second class that was in charge of the boat…
- 3:32Brian McFadden: Pleaded guilty to a second class, master in arms, pleaded guilty to dereliction of duty.
- 3:40Brian McFadden: During a special court martial, And making a false statement.
- 3:46Testecleese: Oh, he's bony.
- 3:48Testecleese: Didn't do his job right, and someone died as a result, and then he tried cover it up.
- 3:52Brian McFadden: He was sentenced into… it was a plea deal, obviously, because he was sentenced only to 70 days in confinement.
- 3:59Brian McFadden: In the Bring in Chesapeake.
- 4:03Testecleese: Yeah, I'm… is he getting demoted and let's stay in the service after that, or is he getting a dishonorable?
- 4:08Brian McFadden: I'm sure he's gonna dishonor him.
- 4:11Brian McFadden: That's the worst emotion.
- 4:12Testecleese: realize
- 4:15Testecleese: Well, dishonorable means you can't do business with anyone who does business with the United States government, and it's like, they're McDonald's and Burger Kings on base, so you can't even work for McDonald's or Burger King.
- 4:27Testecleese: Alright, well,
- 4:29Testecleese: Governor here is trying to increase, energy production in West Virginia. He wants to increase by 50% by 2050.
- 4:39Testecleese: Cold.
- 4:41Testecleese: Yes, Jonathan?
- 4:43Testecleese: Yeah, nothing different, just… pull more coal out of the ground, and I'm like, alright.
- 4:49Testecleese: I guess get… make your money while you can before…
- 4:51Testecleese: Something better does come along, you know?
- 4:56Testecleese: And dude, we had a…
- 4:58Testecleese: construction worker building a bridge out on Route 119.
- 5:03Testecleese: Fell off the bridge.
- 5:05Testecleese: And got, rushed to the hospital.
- 5:08Testecleese: Looks like he's gonna be okay, but…
- 5:10Testecleese: Jeez. Fell over a bridge that was going over another expressway.
- 5:15Brian McFadden: Yeah, we had, I thought I shared it, but it didn't make it, you know, because it was a busy week. But, we had a shipyard worker at the Newport U shipyard that, fell, like, 50 feet off the scaffolding.
- 5:28Testecleese: Did not survive that, did he?
- 5:30Brian McFadden: As far as I know, he's still alive. He was life-flighted to the hospital, was in very critical condition.
- 5:38Testecleese: That's a long way to fall.
- 5:41Testecleese: And, you know, construction's like a shipyard, it's probably landing on something very hard, you know?
- 5:46Brian McFadden: Concrete.
- 5:48Testecleese: Alright.
- 5:52Testecleese: So, the dude that, or the woman that threatened to kill Trump.
- 5:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 5:57Testecleese: Has been released.
- 6:00Testecleese: by a judge.
- 6:02Testecleese: This was, several days ago.
- 6:06Testecleese: I guess they have an ankle monitor, but I think this is what everyone's talking about, like, this no cash bail thing, you're just letting everyone back out on the streets right away.
- 6:15Brian McFadden: Right.
- 6:18Testecleese: What bag could come from that, right?
- 6:21Brian McFadden: Let's go to North Carolina.
- 6:25Testecleese: Yep, you are.
- 6:27Brian McFadden: He was on his 15th, second chance.
- 6:33Testecleese: Exactly. And people are still telling us to sympathize with him.
- 6:37Testecleese: I'm like, dude just walked up, stabbed her in the throat, and kept on walking.
- 6:41Testecleese: And then Jasmine Crockett has the fucking balls to go out and say law enforcement's not supposed to, prevent crime, it's supposed to react to crime.
- 6:49Testecleese: It's like, what kind of crazy shit are you talking? If these people were in prison for the crimes they committed, they wouldn't be able to do it again, you know?
- 6:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 6:59Testecleese: And this is something most people don't realize, is that small percentage of the population that commits most of the crime.
- 7:04Testecleese: It's the same people reoffending over and over again. It's not everybody stealing from everybody in New York.
- 7:09Testecleese: Get 300 people off the streets, you probably see almost no pickpockets left.
- 7:15Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 7:17Testecleese: But yeah, that woman there, North Carolina, Charlotte, she was, friggin' Ukrainian war refugee.
- 7:25Brian McFadden: Yeah, she was, the only person of her ethnicity on the light rail.
- 7:31Testecleese: Well, the bar… the crane was mostly empty.
- 7:35Testecleese: Like, why did this dude just get up and kill her? And then, apparently, afterwards they got that white girl, or something like that?
- 7:44Testecleese: Are we supposed to be sympathetic for these Ukrainian people, or not?
- 7:48Testecleese: It's like, she got stabbed in the neck, and I'm not supposed to feel bad for her, you know?
- 7:51Brian McFadden: Well, if you watched the video, nobody even got up to help her.
- 7:54Testecleese: They probably didn't realize she was stabbed until the guy was already off the train.
- 7:58Brian McFadden: Go.
- 8:01Testecleese: It's not gonna spurt blood out right away, unless you actually get, like, the artery.
- 8:06Testecleese: And I bet you she didn't even know she was stabbed right away. It probably just felt like a weird punch.
- 8:12Testecleese: But, yeah, nobody's doing shit to help anybody.
- 8:16Testecleese: And if you do, you go to prison anyway. You know, Daniel Penny almost went to prison in New York for that stuff.
- 8:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 8:25Testecleese: Yeah.
- 8:27Testecleese: Apparently, the brother of this Suspect was talking about… yeah, suspect. There's a video of this guy stabbing her.
- 8:34Testecleese: He's saying that this whole thing could have been avoided if he just hadn't been out in the public to do these crimes over and over again.
- 8:43Testecleese: It's just, it's kind of ridiculous.
- 8:46Testecleese: Exactly, though. Which mayor is this?
- 8:51Testecleese: Oh, jeez, I opened up the Dallas Beheading story, which, that didn't make any news, somehow.
- 9:01Testecleese: 3 vials, I don't know… Oh, now…
- 9:06Brian McFadden: Right.
- 9:07Testecleese: Yeah, Citi… doesn't tell me where, though. And of course, I gotta pay to read the rest of this article a second or third time.
- 9:15Testecleese: That's always unfortunate.
- 9:18Testecleese: But yeah, dude, there was a… in Dallas, Texas, some dude friggin' decapitated a dude.
- 9:24Testecleese: And it's, like.
- 9:26Testecleese: They know who the victim is now, I guess, and the suspect, he's being charged with all sorts of heinous crimes.
- 9:33Testecleese: But I don't know if we have a reason for the beheading.
- 9:38Testecleese: Dear God, you don't think it's religious, do you?
- 9:42Brian McFadden: Who knows, these days?
- 9:45Testecleese: He was beheaded outside the building.
- 9:49Testecleese: it happened around 9.30 a.m. Downtown Suites Motel, which is located just off Interstate 30 near…
- 9:57Testecleese: And more fucking pop-up crushes.
- 10:02Testecleese: Yeah.
- 10:03Testecleese: Like, they don't know what's going on.
- 10:06Testecleese: They just, like, took a dude's head off.
- 10:10Testecleese: This is the kind of the thing that usually makes national news, because this is the kind of stuff you hear about in the United States, you know?
- 10:15Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:17Testecleese: And it was just so overwhelmed between this stabbing here and the Charlie Kirk, thing.
- 10:21Testecleese: Which we'll get to in just a minute.
- 10:28Testecleese: You know what?
- 10:30Testecleese: This is… this is interesting.
- 10:32Testecleese: The guy who started the Hands Up Don't Shoot hoax.
- 10:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:37Testecleese: When, Michael Brown was killed, when Michael Brown was reaching for the gun of the cop.
- 10:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 10:42Testecleese: He has been gunned down while apparently breaking into someone's house, or something like that.
- 10:47Brian McFadden: Wow.
- 10:49Testecleese: Yeah.
- 10:50Testecleese: I didn't hear anybody gloating over this, actually, and this made news, it was everywhere. I didn't see anyone, like, oh, good family, he got what he had coming, you know, live by the gun, die by the gun kind of thing.
- 11:02Testecleese: But then you look at Charlie… what just happened with Charlie Kirk.
- 11:08Testecleese: All you see is people talking a ton of shit all over the internet, and it's freaking crazy, dude.
- 11:15Testecleese: Sure, everybody who's listening to this knows that Charlotte Kirk was, shot and killed on Wednesday.
- 11:22Testecleese: Probably know as much as we do at this point, honestly, that,
- 11:26Testecleese: Apparently, there were a whole bunch of
- 11:28Testecleese: Markings or carvings on his, shell casings.
- 11:31Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 11:31Testecleese: That, yeah, gave up his, ideology.
- 11:37Testecleese: Kate's father called, like, the local pastor, turned him in, Alright, well, yeah.
- 11:44Testecleese: But seeing the responses out there that I'm seeing, I'm just mind-blown.
- 11:50Testecleese: Or some of the stuff that people are saying.
- 11:52Testecleese: And intentionally misconstruing stuff, as Charlie Kirk has said.
- 11:57Brian McFadden: sympathy.
- 11:58Testecleese: To make it sound like he was some kind of monster and had this cover.
- 12:02Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's pretty, wild, some of the…
- 12:08Brian McFadden: things we're hearing about… I got a couple clips here.
- 12:12Testecleese: Yeah, go ahead.
- 12:13Brian McFadden: From the No Agenda show.
- 12:15Testecleese: Yes, you do. You're gonna have to take over the, there you go.
- 12:18Brian McFadden: Yeah, I got it.
- 12:20Audio shared by Brian McFadden: to, Charlie Kirk's family and to Charlie Kirk, who obviously, is, you know,
- 12:28Audio shared by Brian McFadden: become a target for somebody. I don't know whether it's political violence, because I don't know who did it. I know they seem to have somebody in custody. But I will say that political violence, unfortunately, has been ratcheting up in this country. We saw the shootings…
- 12:45Brian McFadden: What's that?
- 12:46Testecleese: Was that Bongino?
- 12:47Brian McFadden: No, it was, some other…
- 12:53Brian McFadden: He's got his own organization, but he was in law enforcement in the past.
- 12:58Testecleese: Okay.
- 12:58Brian McFadden: That wasn't the one I really want to play.
- 13:01Brian McFadden: So… Oh yeah, here we go, this is a good one.
- 13:07Audio shared by Brian McFadden: So I'm gonna be very fucking clear about this so that you know exactly where I stand, and I will say this with my whole entire chest. There are some people on this app that are sitting there saying, oh, you shouldn't wish death upon any person, no matter what side they're on.
- 13:21Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Fuck that. Fuck that.
- 13:24Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Charlie Kirk was a fucking Nazi. He was a fucking Nazi. And you know what kind of Nazi is the best Nazi? A dead one.
- 13:31Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Thank God that…
- 13:33Audio shared by Brian McFadden: Shit stain of a person who is no longer in this world. And may his hell be being confronted by every single marginalized person that he hurt.
- 13:44Brian McFadden: Not called that anymore.
- 13:45Audio shared by Brian McFadden: That is what is fucking wrong with you. That does not make me a bad person for thinking that bad people should not be in this world.
- 13:52Audio shared by Brian McFadden: So, fuck that Nazi, and have a great day.
- 13:56Audio shared by Brian McFadden: So I'm gonna be very fucking…
- 13:58Brian McFadden: She was…
- 13:58Testecleese: or Nazi?
- 13:59Brian McFadden: Exactly. And, I mean…
- 14:02Brian McFadden: he was… he didn't, like… when he had his talks with people in all these universities and stuff like that, he didn't condemn people, he was trying to create a dialogue between people. He was having people ask him questions, and he was trying to get a debate going back and forth with the people.
- 14:19Brian McFadden: than the students.
- 14:20Testecleese: That's what gets me, is you've seen a lot of stuff exactly like that. I bet this woman has never once sat down and watched Charlie Kirk from.
- 14:26Brian McFadden: No, hu.
- 14:26Testecleese: For more than 15 seconds at a time.
- 14:29Brian McFadden: I wasn't a big follower of hers, but even Kathy knew who he was, and I saw the alert before she did, because we were in a meeting today, or on Wednesday, when it happened, and she's like, oh my god, what the hell? You know?
- 14:42Testecleese: Hmm.
- 14:45Brian McFadden: He's got a 3-year-old and, like, a 10-month-old.
- 14:48Brian McFadden: Only 31 years old, younger than both of us.
- 14:51Testecleese: Mmm.
- 14:54Testecleese: I mean, that's horrible enough, but the fact that the people cheering for it and…
- 15:00Brian McFadden: And a lot of people have lost their jobs for cheering for it, you know, and even the… we got it in here, but even the…
- 15:07Brian McFadden: the, government for the U.S. came out and said, if you're a foreign national with a visa here, and you are cheering this on, plan on your visa being revoked.
- 15:16Testecleese: Yeah, you don't belong here.
- 15:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 15:18Testecleese: Yeah, it's in here somewhere.
- 15:20Brian McFadden: They lowered the flags down to, half mast.
- 15:23Testecleese: Yeah, I was wondering if you got around to that over at the VA.
- 15:27Testecleese: For VFW, sorry.
- 15:30Testecleese: But yeah, even a Marine got relieved of duty from the Pentagon.
- 15:36Testecleese: And, like.
- 15:39Brian McFadden: I don't know, I mean, apparently, maybe there's new rules in the military these days, but you weren't allowed to…
- 15:48Brian McFadden: say anything about anything politics-wise, you know, before.
- 15:53Testecleese: Because it wasn't in your damn business.
- 15:55Brian McFadden: Right.
- 15:57Testecleese: Yeah, and they actually booted this guy out, and he's like, oh, wait a minute, what?
- 16:03Testecleese: a lot of people fired. Lot of people.
- 16:07Testecleese: from the government to, especially, especially professors at universities, I've noticed. They're the ones saying the most vile.
- 16:15Brian McFadden: Well, they think because they got tenure, they don't have anything to worry about.
- 16:20Testecleese: But these are the very people that the left have been talking about for years, radicalizing your kids, and like, oh, it's not happening.
- 16:26Brian McFadden: Yes, it totally is happening.
- 16:28Testecleese: Yeah, now go get Ben Shapiro next, is what they're saying.
- 16:31Testecleese: Are you fucking kidding me? And you're gonna trust these people to educate your children? This is exactly what Charlotte Kirk was talking about.
- 16:40Testecleese: They go and fucking… what did he do that hurt anybody?
- 16:44Testecleese: I keep hearing he heard tens of thousands. His opinion… the thoughts in his head physically hurt people.
- 16:51Brian McFadden: Right.
- 16:52Testecleese: No. No, a fucking bullet flying at supersonic sound… at supersonic speeds. That'll hurt somebody.
- 16:58Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 17:02Testecleese: I've had enough, that dude, Sean, I know on social media, had some stupid shit to say.
- 17:09Brian McFadden: Bet.
- 17:09Testecleese: And it's like, dude, you know you have no idea what you're talking about, and you're just gonna look like all these other fucking assholes.
- 17:15Testecleese: Look, even the Yankee Stadium had a moment of silence that day.
- 17:21Testecleese: Of course, the Congress had to get into a big fight about a prayer.
- 17:25Brian McFadden: They wanted to try to do a moment of silence, too, and the people were jeering it. They didn't want… they wanted no… nothing to do with a moment of silence.
- 17:35Testecleese: Ugh.
- 17:36Testecleese: Just make sure… And here's the problem is, what's the reaction gonna be?
- 17:45Testecleese: Where do we go from here?
- 17:49Testecleese: Do you think we're gonna see more, more people who don't…
- 17:53Testecleese: pledge allegiance to the Democrat Party are gonna be carrying weapons.
- 17:57Brian McFadden: No, I mean, I think… I mean…
- 18:01Brian McFadden: we're not coming up with ways to, unify the country. I mean, you know, you said it early on in the… in the, chats this week. You said this is the kind of thing
- 18:14Brian McFadden: That, starts a revolution, basically.
- 18:20Testecleese: The problem is…
- 18:22Testecleese: any kind of civil conflict you see here in this country coming because of something, like, exploding because of something like this isn't gonna be an 1860s American Civil War.
- 18:33Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 18:33Testecleese: I know that's what everyone pictures. You know, enemy lines lining up and firing at each other. No, it'll be people with fucking rifles picking off speakers or politicians. It'll be bombs going off. It'll be small gunfights on the street corner in the middle of the night.
- 18:52Brian McFadden: Yeah. That's how all of these wars happened in every country in the world, except for the one we had, because it was a unique situation about separation. Right.
- 19:01Testecleese: And then… All the state's National Guards were actually, like, fully functioning armies.
- 19:08Testecleese: So each state had their own army to bring to a conflict. Right.
- 19:14Testecleese: this…
- 19:16Testecleese: One thing I can see easily happening is we just stop seeing events like this, which is too bad, because it's a great way
- 19:23Testecleese: To communicate with actual people, you know?
- 19:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 19:30Testecleese: which I think that'll slow down for a little while until, like, the.
- 19:33Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, a lot of his followers have said, we're not letting this stop us, we're gonna, you know, we're gonna keep it going, you know, in some form. I mean, do you think Turning Point USA's gonna disintegrate now that, their founder's gone?
- 19:47Brian McFadden: You think somebody else will step up and take the mantle?
- 19:51Testecleese: I think they'll turn into any other…
- 19:53Testecleese: Political party system that's, big in colleges.
- 19:59Testecleese: Like, you know what I mean? Like, nothing…
- 20:01Testecleese: I don't know, without Charlie Gergy, you have to get a really charismatic character out there who really knows what he's talking about.
- 20:07Brian McFadden: You don't think he was mentoring anybody for that?
- 20:10Testecleese: Possibly, I don't know.
- 20:13Testecleese: I never met the guy, but I heard he's a great guy for everybody I ever…
- 20:17Brian McFadden: Oh yeah, I mean, I was listening to the Clay and Buck Show as it was happening on Wednesday, or I was listening to the podcast after the fact, but, I mean, they were pretty torn up, you know, they were, you know, didn't even really want to talk about it that much, and…
- 20:32Brian McFadden: They definitely didn't announce his death until the next day, so…
- 20:37Brian McFadden: And even Bo Snurdly, who used to be the call screener for Rush, he's got his own one-hour show in the afternoons.
- 20:45Brian McFadden: he had to wait for, like, 4 or 5 different news sources to come out and actually say it. I think Trump actually posted on social media, True Social, before he even put it on the radio, you know, so…
- 20:57Testecleese: That's where I got it, was Trump, but I don't even have truth.
- 21:02Brian McFadden: You don't need it.
- 21:09Testecleese: Yeah, but like I said, a lot of, professors and teachers in general
- 21:12Testecleese: There's a school in Massachusetts, Massachusetts. I think I might have mentioned it last week, with some kind of political…
- 21:19Testecleese: things going on, the students not appreciating like…
- 21:23Testecleese: Teachers telling them about their sex lives, basically, like, this isn't the place for that.
- 21:27Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 21:29Testecleese: one of the teachers had some smart-ass remarks about Charlotte Kirk right away.
- 21:33Testecleese: Hold on, I got a picture saved of it, so I can.
- 21:38Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 21:39Testecleese: I think it's… It's gonna be like I go watch Shoeset or something like that.
- 21:44Testecleese: Warheads on foreheads, so… I don't even know where I saved it.
- 21:49Brian McFadden: thumbnail.
- 21:50Testecleese: Huh?
- 21:51Brian McFadden: Warheads on Thor Heads was a thumbnail.
- 21:54Brian McFadden: Back in the day. Who's used that on the show for titles?
- 21:58Testecleese: I know, that's what I'm looking through, is I seem to be almost in the same file.
- 22:01Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 22:02Testecleese: I don't remember where I saved it, but I think it was $700.
- 22:04Testecleese: Students didn't show up to school the next day.
- 22:08Testecleese: Saying, like, this is our… we don't feel safe at school with our teachers supporting, you know, political assassinations.
- 22:15Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, we had several of the HBCU schools supposedly receive death threats.
- 22:23Brian McFadden: And shut down. Like, Hampton University was closed yesterday and today.
- 22:29Brian McFadden: Because of that.
- 22:33Testecleese: dear.
- 22:34Testecleese: I wouldn't be surprised.
- 22:36Testecleese: But I doubt it actually happened, honestly. I think that this is them trying to make themselves…
- 22:42Testecleese: The victim here?
- 22:44Testecleese: just like, Black Lives Matter just came out.
- 22:48Testecleese: And said, we refuse to repeat this cycle, we're gonna reject any kind of violent follow-up from this.
- 22:53Testecleese: And it's like, what do you mean? It's like, last time there were, like, riots like this.
- 22:59Testecleese: That could have happened because of this, you know, because of our death.
- 23:02Brian McFadden: Right.
- 23:03Testecleese: They supported and even funded
- 23:07Testecleese: the people involved in these riots. Like, actually raised money to bail people out of jail. So didn't Kamala Harris.
- 23:13Brian McFadden: Yeah, oh yeah, they spent lots of money on.
- 23:16Testecleese: But now that a white dude got shot, they're like, oh, no, no, no, we don't condone any kind of violence. It's like, what the fuck?
- 23:22Testecleese: Who cares what you guys have to say? All you did was, you paid for the violence last time.
- 23:26Brian McFadden: Right. It was… it fit your narrative last time, so…
- 23:32Brian McFadden: Doesn't fit the narrative now, so…
- 23:35Brian McFadden: And even… is Black Lives Matter even a movement anymore? I thought they pretty much went under when…
- 23:41Brian McFadden: They bought 5,000 houses across the nation.
- 23:44Testecleese: Yeah, the name still exists, though. Like, there's still people attached to it, they just, don't have the money they used to, because it all got taken by the government.
- 23:54Testecleese: Ais.
- 23:56Testecleese: And check this out, Chris Pratt.
- 23:59Testecleese: people have been calling for him to get fired from the Marvel team.
- 24:05Testecleese: Because he's afraid for Charlie Kirk's death. Like, like, he prayed, like, for the family and everything?
- 24:11Testecleese: And they said that he's a monster, and he's gonna get fired from Marvel.
- 24:16Brian McFadden: Didn't that show get shut? Didn't they cancel the comic book, or they… some… they canceled something, Marvel.
- 24:23Testecleese: They came to the… oh, yeah, one of them, but that was something stupid that…
- 24:26Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 24:26Testecleese: as a comic book, there was one… one issue, and Charlie Kirk said something about it, and they shut it down.
- 24:32Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 24:33Testecleese: No, this is… he's, like, one of the…
- 24:36Testecleese: I don't know. Marvel Superheroes, I can't remember what they're called, or who he was.
- 24:41Testecleese: he's one of the little raccoon guys.
- 24:47Testecleese: But anyway, they say he should get fired from this, and they even brought… the article even brought up how he was not
- 24:52Testecleese: Excuse me.
- 24:54Testecleese: present at the fundraiser for Jill Biden running for president.
- 24:57Testecleese: And it's like… The guy's just, like, a down-home… Christian kind of dude.
- 25:05Testecleese: And they're saying he should be… he should lose his job over this.
- 25:08Testecleese: Meanwhile, the people that are actually saying, yeah, it's a good thing someone died.
- 25:12Testecleese: That's bad enough, but wanting the guy was like, oh, that's terrible.
- 25:15Testecleese: wanting him fired?
- 25:18Testecleese: What's the matter with these people, huh?
- 25:22Brian McFadden: I think we gotta find a way to…
- 25:25Brian McFadden: get rid of the rhetoric. And I mean, I couldn't find the clip that they played on the No Agenda Show, but they had a clip on early on in the show, where they played all these Democrats.
- 25:36Brian McFadden: Talking about, you know.
- 25:39Brian McFadden: killing people, and civil disobedience, and stuff like that, from Congress. Nancy Pelosi said some of this shit.
- 25:51Testecleese: Barack Obama said, yell at your neighbors.
- 25:55Testecleese: Oh, man, if they bring a knife, we bring a gun.
- 25:57Brian McFadden: Yeah, yep.
- 26:00Testecleese: Maxine wanted a soldier to get out there and get in people's faces and tell them they're not welcome here.
- 26:05Brian McFadden: Yeah, at restaurants in DC.
- 26:07Testecleese: Yeah, and like you said, they're even saying, like, actually be physically violent now.
- 26:13Testecleese: then they're shocked when something like this happens. It's like, are you…
- 26:17Testecleese: And they're not even shocked that it happened, but they're blaming Charlie Kirk himself for this.
- 26:21Brian McFadden: Right. They gotta blame themselves. I mean, they're the ones that… they're…
- 26:26Brian McFadden: They've increased the, the tensions by saying things like this, you know?
- 26:32Brian McFadden: I mean, of course they're gonna claim free speech, but… Is it really free speech?
- 26:39Testecleese: To an extent. But when you know you're actively getting people to get violent, and then you just keep pushing it.
- 26:46Testecleese: It…
- 26:50Brian McFadden: And you're in a position of authority, too. You are a member of the Senate, or a member of Congress, you know? You gotta have some responsibilities to, like…
- 27:00Brian McFadden: Be above the fray a little bit.
- 27:02Testecleese: Well, especially when they're saying things like.
- 27:05Testecleese: Choose your words very carefully. Well, maybe you should do that yourself.
- 27:09Brian McFadden: Yeah, practice what you preach!
- 27:11Testecleese: Yeah, because at this point, you're saying if I don't like what you're saying enough, then I can shoot you, and I'm justified in it.
- 27:19Testecleese: And one possible outcome I see coming from this is a whole bunch of people that don't vote Democrat.
- 27:26Testecleese: or even have a slightly off of mainstream Democrat opinion. We'll start, purchasing and carrying weapons.
- 27:35Testecleese: And that could lead to a real problem with people that have no idea what they're doing, or are afraid, or nervous out in public with a frickin' loaded gun.
- 27:42Brian McFadden: Right.
- 27:42Testecleese: Then all of a sudden, you've got 6 people with their guns drawn, nobody knows where the bad guy is or what's happening.
- 27:50Testecleese: That's a good way for a lot of people to get shot, too.
- 27:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:55Testecleese: That last swig of that beer, it's not even the last one. It tasted nasty.
- 28:02Testecleese: Yeah, apparently the Secret Service is under a lot more pressure now because of this thing. It basically.
- 28:07Brian McFadden: Well, they were under pressure after there was two assassination attempts on Trump when he wasn't even president yet, you know.
- 28:13Testecleese: Exactly, that was what was brought up.
- 28:15Brian McFadden: Trump is not…
- 28:16Testecleese: yet.
- 28:16Brian McFadden: He's not making it easy on him, because…
- 28:19Brian McFadden: they want to make all his meetings indoors, where the screening can be tighter and stuff like that, and Trump… Trump was at a baseball game on 9-11.
- 28:30Testecleese: Yeah.
- 28:31Brian McFadden: He went to the Yankees game.
- 28:35Testecleese: Yeah, and she's…
- 28:36Brian McFadden: Now, Trump's not making it easy on Secret Service, that's for sure, because he doesn't want to totally change the way he does things.
- 28:45Brian McFadden: Which is fine, he shouldn't have to.
- 28:48Testecleese: Yeah.
- 28:49Testecleese: I mean, granted, at Yankee Stadium, you're probably pretty safe from getting shot.
- 28:52Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 28:53Brian McFadden: And Charlie Kirk was the same way, you know? He's been warned about these death threats, he had his own private security.
- 29:00Brian McFadden: But… Nobody in their right mind thought that there was gonna be a sniper involved in the process, apparently.
- 29:07Testecleese: Well, see, that's something that gets me, too, because I saw a lot of people saying, like.
- 29:11Testecleese: Fuck all that, it's a… this is a professional hit. No, it wasn't.
- 29:15Testecleese: It was, like, what, 455 feet? That's, like, 150 yards-ish?
- 29:21Testecleese: Not even.
- 29:23Testecleese: You fired a gun before, right, Brian?
- 29:27Brian McFadden: Oh yeah, I was in the Navy.
- 29:29Testecleese: Okay.
- 29:30Testecleese: 2 hours, I could sit you down.
- 29:33Testecleese: And have you shooting accurately at that distance, no problem with the rifle.
- 29:38Testecleese: As long as you have, you know, understand the basics already.
- 29:41Brian McFadden: Yeah, I've been hunting in Michigan when I was a kid.
- 29:45Brian McFadden: You know, I was in the Navy, I carried an M16 in Bosnia, I carried a 9mm, you know? They had to be qualified on all those guns.
- 29:54Testecleese: Yeah, hunting, you were probably shooting at about 70 to 100 yards anyway, if you were hunter… rifle hunting.
- 30:00Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:01Testecleese: That's… that's… 100 yards is most of the way there already, you know?
- 30:06Testecleese: That's what this guy was… did, and he had tons of time.
- 30:09Testecleese: And I heard people talking about how
- 30:12Testecleese: Excuse me, he aimed for the head, but dropped… he didn't account for the drop.
- 30:17Testecleese: I was like, first off, this guy's a professional killer, he would have already accounted for all that, and second, it wasn't…
- 30:22Testecleese: He had 30 on 6.
- 30:24Testecleese: That round was not below muzzle.
- 30:29Testecleese: Height, or whatever, you know, the plane of the barrel.
- 30:32Testecleese: By then. Because the bullet first goes up a little bit, then comes down, and .30-06 is a very powerful round.
- 30:38Testecleese: That sucker was probably right at muzzle height.
- 30:41Testecleese: The one that went through his, one of the actual head of…
- 30:46Testecleese: I just wanted to point out some of the gun stuff that people were talking about that clearly didn't know enough about what happened, or…
- 30:53Testecleese: How real life stuff works.
- 30:59Testecleese: Lots of violence.
- 31:01Testecleese: everywhere else in the world, too, Brian.
- 31:06Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 31:07Testecleese: Where was this?
- 31:11Testecleese: Sunderberg.
- 31:14Testecleese: A Danish teenager. She was, sexually assaulted when she was near a migrant center.
- 31:20Brian McFadden: What kind of migrant center?
- 31:22Testecleese: Illegal Migrant Detention Center.
- 31:26Testecleese: And, she took out some pepper spray, and…
- 31:29Brian McFadden: Oh yeah, this story.
- 31:30Testecleese: And… and stop the guy.
- 31:33Testecleese: She has been arrested and is facing.
- 31:36Brian McFadden: Yeah, sure. It's legal to have pepper spray.
- 31:39Testecleese: You had to have that chemical weapon.
- 31:41Testecleese: Which, it's illegal in international warfare, too, actually, believe it or not.
- 31:46Testecleese: For the same reason, it's a chemical weapon.
- 31:50Testecleese: Wow.
- 31:51Brian McFadden: But they let the… they let the per… the… the, quote-unquote, potential rapist, go.
- 31:59Testecleese: I'm not sure if it mentioned that or not, honestly.
- 32:06Testecleese: Jeez, where is it? Here we go, Danish girl, yeah,
- 32:10Testecleese: I'm not even sure if it goes into that.
- 32:13Testecleese: Hepispray's illegal in Denmark, he was undressing her.
- 32:20Testecleese: She used her pepper spray, And, she's facing a…
- 32:26Testecleese: 50-pound, or a 500 crone fine.
- 32:32Testecleese: It's illegal to repossess and use pepper spray, so she will likely be charged for that. The man who attacked the girl fled from the semen has not yet been charged. It is unclear if that man was the asylum seeker or refugee.
- 32:43Testecleese: So there you go. They didn't even arrest the other guy. No. He was trying to rape her.
- 32:48Testecleese: Right. If that's the case, then don't bother.
- 32:50Brian McFadden: pepper spray.
- 32:50Brian McFadden: more important.
- 32:52Brian McFadden: That's the worst crime, pepper spray.
- 32:55Testecleese: Yeah.
- 32:56Testecleese: This is the kind of shit we see going on around the world.
- 33:00Testecleese: Repeat offender.
- 33:02Ron Pascoe: You know, lives here, are we?
- 33:04Brian McFadden: And they're…
- 33:05Ron Pascoe: Pretty sad time for America right now, guys.
- 33:09Ron Pascoe: We, share our thoughts for 9-11 the other day for you guys and girls out there.
- 33:13Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 33:14Ron Pascoe: Who she'll remember for you, yeah.
- 33:18Testecleese: Man, we didn't even hear Brian's story.
- 33:20Testecleese: Of 9-11 today.
- 33:22Brian McFadden: It may come.
- 33:25Ron Pascoe: And, let's chat about Charlie Kirk too, guys.
- 33:28Testecleese: Goodness.
- 33:29Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 33:30Ron Pascoe: It's a date.
- 33:35Brian McFadden: What's the reaction about it down there?
- 33:37Ron Pascoe: Oh, my complete… Caught between hate, Disgust.
- 33:44Ron Pascoe: Dismay, and… yeah, he…
- 33:47Ron Pascoe: A lot of people, a lot of people will feel on it for you guys and girls, especially family right now.
- 33:52Brian McFadden: So, the same thing there is here. We were talking about some of the rhetoric, people were saying that he was a Nazi, you know, he deserved to die, and all that, you know, and…
- 34:04Brian McFadden: You know, we were trying to come up with a way that,
- 34:07Brian McFadden: We need to tone down the rhetoric somehow, you know, to make… make America better again.
- 34:15Testecleese: I'm afraid it might be too late for that.
- 34:18Testecleese: I think that this might have been some kind of cataclysmic event.
- 34:23Ron Pascoe: They're not gonna stop him. They don't realize they've just… they've made Charlie's legacy grow tenfold in…
- 34:30Ron Pascoe: In one minute.
- 34:33Testecleese: Maybe.
- 34:34Brian McFadden: Jesus, I made him a martyr?
- 34:37Ron Pascoe: Oh, 100%.
- 34:39Ron Pascoe: 100%.
- 34:41Ron Pascoe: It's a political assassination.
- 34:43Testecleese: That's the thing, though, is they shot… they shot the guy…
- 34:48Testecleese: They've been telling me for decades now, oh, we need to sit down and have a conversation.
- 34:52Testecleese: And then finally, this guy says, alright, not only will I have that conversation, but I'll bring the fucking table, I'll set it up, and I'll pull the chair out for you.
- 35:00Testecleese: and then they go and kill the, let's talk-it-out guy. I don't think there's much more talking it out to happen.
- 35:07Brian McFadden: Beautiful.
- 35:08Testecleese: Who's gonna kill that guy?
- 35:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 35:11Testecleese: And that's what I'm afraid of.
- 35:17Testecleese: Either that, or this left violence is just gonna take over to the point where it's… you're afraid to leave your house if people know your political views like it's fucking 1984.
- 35:30Ron Pascoe: I've… I've listened to a lot of bloody commentators and that now, and I think Matt Walsh summed it up really well.
- 35:36Ron Pascoe: He said, Charlie went there to talk in peace.
- 35:40Ron Pascoe: And this is what they did to him.
- 35:42Testecleese: Yeah. The time for talking's finished.
- 35:47Testecleese: Yeah, it's funny, because I haven't seen any cities on fire, or any mass looting happening.
- 35:52Brian McFadden: No, not like the Black Lives Movement.
- 35:57Testecleese: And, see, when things like this happen, it points out where the violence is actually coming from.
- 36:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 36:04Testecleese: But no one… you bring this shit up to somebody who's not at least paying partial attention. It's just gonna be like, no, you're crazy, the right wing's violent. And I'm like, I don't see a lot of violence coming from the right wing. And unfortunately, this… another possible outcome is that this, what just happened.
- 36:19Testecleese: Brings back the frickin' dangerous right wing of, like, the 1980s, fucking blowing up federal buildings.
- 36:27Testecleese: Or similar to the Democrat Party in the 70s, when they were setting up bombs… 60s and 70s, when they were setting up bombs everywhere.
- 36:36Brian McFadden: Right.
- 36:37Testecleese: And it was interesting, because.
- 36:40Brian McFadden: I've been listening to the Joe Rogan show the last couple of days because Charlie Sheen was on there.
- 36:47Testecleese: For more than one day?
- 36:48Brian McFadden: Well, it's a 3-hour show.
- 36:50Testecleese: It takes me a little while to get through it, you know?
- 36:53Brian McFadden: This happened to be the day that, Charlie Kirk was shot, and apparently… Yes, she saw that. Apparently, on the show, at some point, I haven't got to it yet, Joe…
- 37:04Brian McFadden: Pretty much shuts down and is speechless.
- 37:07Brian McFadden: But, what they've been focusing on so far in the show is conspiracy theories.
- 37:15Brian McFadden: Because, apparently Charlie's dad was all into the JFK shootings and stuff like that, and so he's been immersed in all these different theories all his life, and so it was,
- 37:32Brian McFadden: It's been a fairly interesting show so far.
- 37:36Brian McFadden: He's been sober for 8 years now, too.
- 37:40Testecleese: Mark, yeah, Charlie Sheen?
- 37:41Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 37:42Brian McFadden: Apparently, he just did a documentary that came out somewhere, I haven't figured out where it's playing yet, and he wrote a book, so…
- 37:50Testecleese: Last I saw from Emi was at… was it.
- 37:54Brian McFadden: Angerman.
- 37:55Testecleese: Who needs a… what?
- 37:56Brian McFadden: Anger management?
- 37:58Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, yeah, when he was a shrink out of his house.
- 38:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah.
- 38:02Testecleese: Yeah, so that's how I remember seeing him.
- 38:05Testecleese: That was after his first free go.
- 38:07Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 38:07Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's when he got fired from two and a half men.
- 38:11Brian McFadden: Excuse me.
- 38:12Testecleese: Yeah, and that show… disappeared on the horizon. I stopped watching.
- 38:15Brian McFadden: after Charlie was off of it, I couldn't…
- 38:18Testecleese: When they brought an Ashley Kutcher, you're like, what is this?
- 38:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, it wasn't the same. But, you know, he's apologized and mended all the fences from all that time, you know, his kids are really…
- 38:30Brian McFadden: They're really happy with his current sobriety, and, you know…
- 38:35Brian McFadden: His family's more intact, and… sounds like he's doing really well right now, so… for the most part, so…
- 38:43Testecleese: Alright.
- 38:47Testecleese: Check this out, I think it was, Toronto Police.
- 38:52Testecleese: See, yeah, Toronto police officers said to, hang your.
- 38:57Brian McFadden: Oh, yes, I shared this one. No, did you share this, or did I? I think…
- 39:01Testecleese: I… maybe, I don't know, I… I shit a whole bunch of goofy shit like this when I see it.
- 39:06Brian McFadden: I think I shared this one, though.
- 39:08Testecleese: leave your car keys right next to the front door, so that when someone breaks into your house, they can just take your keys and leave. And it's like, what? What!
- 39:18Testecleese: Should I not lock my front door, too?
- 39:21Brian McFadden: Maybe you should just leave your keys in your car with the door unlocked. Wouldn't that make it easier for them?
- 39:27Testecleese: It's like, oh, well, let's look at a confrontation. It's like, I don't want you stealing my car!
- 39:34Testecleese: But that's actually what they're saying, is let them just steal your car, it's better than getting into a fight. I'm like, you're crazy. Now you just told everyone to do this. The bad guys are like, hey man, most people are gonna keep the keys right next to their frickin' front door, let's just go steal their car.
- 39:48Testecleese: Oh, my.
- 39:48Ron Pascoe: What's nothing. You go to sleep butt-naked with your ass in the air.
- 39:53Testecleese: Hmm.
- 39:55Ron Pascoe: In case someone walks past and wants to take advantage of you.
- 39:58Testecleese: It just blows my mind that we have cops saying stuff like this.
- 40:03Testecleese: Fuck it.
- 40:04Ron Pascoe: It's the best of ideology!
- 40:07Ron Pascoe: It's the leftist ideology, mate.
- 40:10Testecleese: Just let them take what they want? Are you kidding me?
- 40:13Ron Pascoe: That's the left… left heart ideology these days.
- 40:17Testecleese: But how many people genuinely believe this crap? Like, if I was going to break into one of these dudes' houses, are they gonna try to stop me from taking their car keys? Are they gonna say, just take it and go?
- 40:29Ron Pascoe: I… mate, do you guys understand what's happening in Australia right now?
- 40:33Brian McFadden: No, we don't. Tell us.
- 40:34Ron Pascoe: We've got a… we've got a Prime Minister here now who's started, like, an inquiry going, how to stop Islamophobia. Islamophobia is not a word.
- 40:44Ron Pascoe: Now, in other words, that's basically going to take our freedom of right to speak up to say what we really feel and what we want.
- 40:50Testecleese: Yeah, so…
- 40:51Brian McFadden: You're part of the UK, isn't that already happening in Britain?
- 40:54Testecleese: They're good at that.
- 40:56Ron Pascoe: If we say anything against anyone from overseas countries now, it's going to come back onto us.
- 41:00Brian McFadden: But what about that one guy that made a post while he was out of the country, and was arrested when he went back to the… back to England?
- 41:09Ron Pascoe: Yeah, and he was a famous writer for a couple of famous bloody British comedies.
- 41:14Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 41:14Testecleese: Man, he wasn't a frickin' UK citizen.
- 41:19Brian McFadden: They don't care.
- 41:22Ron Pascoe: There's a big march that's happening tomorrow in, in England.
- 41:25Ron Pascoe: Tommy Robinson, have you heard of Tommy?
- 41:28Testecleese: Yeah, he's been arrested more times than I can count.
- 41:31Ron Pascoe: Well, he's got a massive march playing over a million people, apparently.
- 41:34Brian McFadden: Has he been arrested more than, the repeat offenders have been in Facebook jail?
- 41:39Ron Pascoe: Not as many, but he's optimistic he'd try and catch up.
- 41:44Testecleese: He keeps getting arrested as a reporter over there.
- 41:48Ron Pascoe: Yeah. Well, the last time he got arrested was because he put up a video. It was about the raping of England.
- 41:54Testecleese: And.
- 41:55Ron Pascoe: All he did was put facts up that was projected by the police.
- 41:59Testecleese: Yes.
- 42:00Ron Pascoe: And the media. And he compiled it all together, and he put it up.
- 42:04Ron Pascoe: And they'd put him in jail for it.
- 42:05Ron Pascoe: And when they were about to take him out, because they were going to keep him in jail indefinitely.
- 42:10Ron Pascoe: And they said to his lawyers and his solicitors, if he's got that up when he comes out, he'd be back in jail.
- 42:16Ron Pascoe: So every time he comes out, and that's still… up there.
- 42:21Ron Pascoe: in the… in the Wi-Fi kingdom of the world.
- 42:25Ron Pascoe: WW, he'll be thrown into jail.
- 42:28Testecleese: It's ridiculous.
- 42:32Testecleese: I think I'd go see Chuck, Tommy Robinson if he came around, but nobody ever comes to where I live.
- 42:37Brian McFadden: I wonder why.
- 42:38Testecleese: Check it in.
- 42:39Ron Pascoe: Tomorrow, go.
- 42:40Ron Pascoe: Check it out tomorrow. See if you can find anything on here tomorrow on the march. It's… they've got it massive.
- 42:46Ron Pascoe: It's a mess of March plane.
- 42:48Testecleese: I got quite a busy day tomorrow. I gotta get up extra early to drive 2 hours to take a, a test to get my hunting license.
- 42:57Testecleese: And then after that, I have a gun show to attend, where I'm going to buy a rifle for sec- sex hunting.
- 43:05Brian McFadden: Yeah, I gotta get up early, too, I gotta go to a meeting in Richmond for the day.
- 43:11Testecleese: I've got it slipping.
- 43:12Ron Pascoe: Clark, cool.
- 43:14Ron Pascoe: I've got to sleep in tomorrow.
- 43:16Testecleese: Good for you.
- 43:17Brian McFadden: Don't you have a football game to watch?
- 43:20Ron Pascoe: Yeah, it's so,
- 43:23Ron Pascoe: It's our Super Bowl today. My team made the green final. We call it Green Final.
- 43:27Brian McFadden: So you took tomorrow off.
- 43:29Ron Pascoe: I've, yeah, I've gone and got a medical certificate today.
- 43:31Brian McFadden: See that?
- 43:35Brian McFadden: He's offered… he got a doctor's note for 2 days. It's gonna take him 2 days to recover.
- 43:42Ron Pascoe: It's gonna be Wicker Recover, we're able to.
- 43:44Brian McFadden: How many people… how many people in Australia do that?
- 43:48Ron Pascoe: Probably about 26.5 million of us.
- 43:55Ron Pascoe: Also, it's a beautiful thing, lads.
- 43:59Testecleese: Yeah.
- 44:00Testecleese: Yeah, as long as it's your accrued time off that you're using, right?
- 44:03Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 44:04Testecleese: I got no problem.
- 44:04Ron Pascoe: And I don't know.
- 44:05Testecleese: B.
- 44:06Ron Pascoe: I've worked hard for these sick days.
- 44:10Testecleese: So, did you see that Greta's boat was set ablaze?
- 44:14Brian McFadden: Well, so they say, and then we got another report shortly afterwards that, no, her boat was not set ablaze.
- 44:20Testecleese: No, no, no, no. They're not saying that it didn't catch on fire.
- 44:25Testecleese: the Tunisian government said there was no drone in the air, we would have known.
- 44:29Brian McFadden: Oh, okay.
- 44:30Testecleese: They said they were attacked by a drone.
- 44:32Brian McFadden: So how they set… they set their own boat on fire for publicity?
- 44:36Testecleese: Well, the Tunisians think that someone tossed a cigarette in the life vests.
- 44:39Brian McFadden: That's even funnier!
- 44:43Testecleese: One video I saw, it looks like someone fired a flare into the air.
- 44:48Testecleese: And it came back down and landed on the boat right now.
- 44:51Brian McFadden: What? Flare, what must go up? Goes down.
- 44:55Testecleese: Well, especially because, like, the video of the guy, like, the one guy who was, like, right next to him, he goes, fire! Fire! For, like, 30 seconds, he was, like, recording it with his frickin' iPhone instead of, like, getting a fire extinguisher.
- 45:08Testecleese: Like, he knew that it was gonna be safe here or something. This is the same video footage when the guy appears to have shot the flare.
- 45:15Testecleese: So I don't know if this is real or not.
- 45:18Testecleese: But more people are saying that this is not them being attacked, because they said, like, Israel attacked us! Dude, you were 1,800 miles from Israel when this happened.
- 45:28Brian McFadden: Alright, buddy.
- 45:29Testecleese: But now, all of a sudden, somehow.
- 45:32Testecleese: She's back in, where is it?
- 45:36Testecleese: some blood on their hands tour, thing she's doing. Oh, in Norway. All of a sudden, she's in Norway.
- 45:43Brian McFadden: I thought she was just in Gaza!
- 45:45Testecleese: How did she get from Tunisia to Norway?
- 45:48Brian McFadden: She doesn't fly, she doesn't fly on commercial planes, because it's bad for the environment, right?
- 45:53Testecleese: If she did this on a sailboat, I want to see the wind schedule.
- 45:59Ron Pascoe: ain't you worry.
- 46:01Testecleese: Well, you'd have to go around freaking all of Europe to get to Norway.
- 46:05Brian McFadden: I'm calling… I'm raising the bullshit flag.
- 46:09Ron Pascoe: Yep, I'm with you, Brian.
- 46:12Testecleese: Yeah, like, how did you get all the way to… how did you get there? And it's funny, because they're doing a blockade around some, like, oil site.
- 46:20Testecleese: Weren't you just saying how bad blockades are when Israel's doing them, and now you're blockading?
- 46:26Brian McFadden: Okay, our… Good and bad.
- 46:30Testecleese: Or is this…
- 46:31Testecleese: She has no consistency to what she has to say, and I think it's because she has no idea what she's doing. She became famous because her parents put her on her boat and said, go.
- 46:41Brian McFadden: I think she's being paid to do this shit.
- 46:43Testecleese: Oh, now she absolutely is. How else is she paying, funding this? Do you understand the equipment she uses when she goes sailing?
- 46:51Testecleese: Yeah. First of all, it's a carbon fiber hull that she's using, and then she's not out there alone. They're friggin' motor, you know.
- 47:00Testecleese: Engine ships there with her in case anything goes wrong.
- 47:05Brian McFadden: More than likely, the subo has a motor built in.
- 47:08Testecleese: It might have a trolling motor or something, yeah.
- 47:11Brian McFadden: No, it's gonna have an inboard! If it's a big messed elbow.
- 47:16Testecleese: It probably does, just in case something goes wrong.
- 47:22Testecleese: Oh my god.
- 47:24Testecleese: Yeah, and as far as drones go, apparently Russia flew a bunch of drones into Poland, I guess, they got shot down.
- 47:30Brian McFadden: And didn't Poland, enact Article 4 this week, too?
- 47:36Testecleese: Yeah, because of this. This is,
- 47:40Testecleese: I don't know when the last time this was enacted.
- 47:42Brian McFadden: They talked about it on the Noah Jenna Show today. It's been, enacted 8 times.
- 47:49Brian McFadden: since NATO was, instituted, and the last few times, recently, it's been all about Ukraine and Russia.
- 47:59Testecleese: Interesting.
- 48:02Testecleese: Obviously, right?
- 48:04Testecleese: I don't know enough about what happened here. These guys confirming it, okay, I guess?
- 48:12Testecleese: What do we do?
- 48:14Testecleese: This, for all we know, this is Russia testing to see what the response is.
- 48:17Brian McFadden: That's exactly what they're doing! That's exactly what they're doing.
- 48:22Ron Pascoe: My military drones over another country's airspace is an act of war, isn't it?
- 48:27Testecleese: I don't know.
- 48:27Brian McFadden: Well, we don't know if they were armed drones or not. We… that wasn't clarified, because we may never know, because they were shot out of the sky.
- 48:38Ron Pascoe: One of our warships this week, too, and a Canadian warship as well.
- 48:44Testecleese: Yeah.
- 48:45Ron Pascoe: South China.
- 48:46Testecleese: Yeah, over by Alaska or something?
- 48:52Testecleese: Check this out. Bolsonaro down there in Brazil.
- 48:56Testecleese: Supreme Court, I didn't really… I don't know how the Brazilian Supreme Court works, but apparently the Supreme Court had a decision, and he's been, sentenced to, 27 years in prison for the military coup to take over the.
- 49:08Brian McFadden: Is he the acting president, or the former… oh, former president, okay.
- 49:12Testecleese: He was the last guy.
- 49:13Brian McFadden: And this is why, in most third world countries.
- 49:16Brian McFadden: When you become the former president, you leave the country.
- 49:20Testecleese: Yeah. Yep.
- 49:21Ron Pascoe: Did you go to prison?
- 49:25Ron Pascoe: Hasta la vista, baby.
- 49:28Testecleese: Yeah, I mean, well, shoot, how long did Nelson Mandela sit in prison in South Africa?
- 49:33Ron Pascoe: 27 years, wasn't it?
- 49:34Testecleese: I'm not sure.
- 49:36Testecleese: And I don't know enough about Bolsonaro, I remember…
- 49:40Testecleese: He was a bad guy, wasn't he?
- 49:41Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 49:45Testecleese: You guys hear about this frickin', riot in, Nepal?
- 49:51Ron Pascoe: Yay!
- 49:51Brian McFadden: I did, on the No Agenda Show.
- 49:55Testecleese: Yeah, crazy shit. Apparently, it was over, like, a social media ban, because they didn't want information getting out to people.
- 50:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, they banned social media, and I guarantee if something like that happened in the US, something similar would happen in the U.S.
- 50:08Testecleese: Probably, 19 were killed, and this was…
- 50:10Brian McFadden: We're addicted.
- 50:11Testecleese: Amazing.
- 50:11Brian McFadden: media.
- 50:13Testecleese: Yeah, this was as of days ago, 19 or dead, God knows how many now.
- 50:17Brian McFadden: Hell, the Prime Minister quit!
- 50:19Testecleese: Not just that they… he quit. He quit after they burned down his, like, prime minister or whatever special home, his mansion or whatever, and burned his wife alive!
- 50:29Brian McFadden: I missed that part of the.
- 50:31Testecleese: They burned her to death!
- 50:34Testecleese: Oh my god! This is all, like, Gen Z people flipping up, like, you're not taking away information from us, they're like, holy crap.
- 50:42Testecleese: You need your TikTok that bad?
- 50:46Testecleese: I'm not saying it's the wrong thing to do, but…
- 50:48Testecleese: You think that older people who understand the importance of communications Would be involved somehow, too.
- 50:56Brian McFadden: Well, I mean, a lot of the stuff you see on social media is not necessarily true, you know? It's not necessarily factual anymore.
- 51:04Brian McFadden: So…
- 51:05Testecleese: Never, never necessarily was.
- 51:07Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 51:10Brian McFadden: And with the advent of AI, oh my word, you know.
- 51:14Testecleese: Yeah, it is getting better and better every friggin', day.
- 51:17Brian McFadden: Yeah, right.
- 51:21Testecleese: So, apparently, Supreme Court's gonna, extradite
- 51:25Testecleese: Hearing, or whatever you call it.
- 51:28Testecleese: on whether or not Trump can impose these tariffs.
- 51:31Brian McFadden: You knew it was coming to this.
- 51:33Brian McFadden: Yeah. Because the lower court said no, so…
- 51:37Testecleese: even at top of the list, they might get to it by, like, Christmas time.
- 51:42Testecleese: Which is fast for the Supreme Court. Yeah. But by then, by then, any authority Trump had to put in place would have expired anyway.
- 51:49Testecleese: So it seems like this is, deceiving.
- 51:51Brian McFadden: Well, they could, they could put an injunction in place and keep what he's got in place until they hear on it, they rule on it.
- 52:00Testecleese: Possibly.
- 52:02Testecleese: Saw somewhere that if, if these tariffs had to go back, we're talking about a trillion dollar price tag.
- 52:08Brian McFadden: Yeah, we gotta return the money to the different countries. That… what do you think that'll do to our economy?
- 52:13Testecleese: Well, that's what I want to say is, like, anyone who's saying, oh, we're not getting anything from this,
- 52:18Testecleese: From this… these tariffs, you know, let's…
- 52:20Testecleese: Well, a trillion dollars is a lot of money.
- 52:23Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:26Brian McFadden: It's more… it's not as much as the national debt, but it's a lot of money.
- 52:30Testecleese: And this is only a couple months.
- 52:33Testecleese: You know, like, this might actually solve.
- 52:34Brian McFadden: And this shows, and this shows you…
- 52:37Testecleese: That it's working.
- 52:38Brian McFadden: Unfair trading has been.
- 52:40Testecleese: Oh my goodness.
- 52:40Brian McFadden: United States by the world.
- 52:43Testecleese: Yes.
- 52:44Brian McFadden: that in 3 months, Trump's raised a trillion dollars in… in tariffs.
- 52:52Testecleese: Yeah, and that's the thing, is I think the average person arguing this doesn't think other nations do tariffs.
- 52:57Brian McFadden: Oh, most nations do tariffs.
- 52:59Testecleese: Yeah, and they're like, oh, we're just doing this because it's like, no, we actually matched what they had in place for the most part.
- 53:05Brian McFadden: And sometimes we didn't even match that all the way, you know? Some countries have horrible tariffs against us.
- 53:12Testecleese: The Canadians had, like, a 400-something percent, a 460% tariff on dairy from the United.
- 53:17Brian McFadden: Not anymore.
- 53:19Testecleese: No, because they're like, oh, we need to do business.
- 53:23Testecleese: Sheesh.
- 53:25Testecleese: Yeah, the judge somehow got involved with Trump removing the Fed…
- 53:31Testecleese: Fed Governor, I guess is what they call him?
- 53:33Brian McFadden: Temporarily, and it's a district court judge, I believe, that's ruled. Yeah, U.S. District Court Judge… .
- 53:47Testecleese: How does it take?
- 53:47Brian McFadden: temporarily removed, because they want to make sure… because the laws for a stupid Federal Reserve are very…
- 53:55Brian McFadden: Oblique, you know, very vague.
- 53:59Brian McFadden: They can be removed for cause, and…
- 54:03Brian McFadden: The judge says, big surprise, it's a Washington, D.C. District Court judge.
- 54:10Brian McFadden: Wants to make sure that…
- 54:13Brian McFadden: Mortgage fraud is a sufficient ground
- 54:19Brian McFadden: They're saying that it may not be that, mortgage fraud is enough to remove her from office.
- 54:26Brian McFadden: And Cook, of course, is denying any wrongdoing.
- 54:30Testecleese: Cheating the… the… the system that you are helping maintain.
- 54:36Testecleese: Does sound like a conflict of interest to me.
- 54:40Testecleese: Like, mortgage fraud is cheating the system of lending that this, Federal Reserve is supposed to, like.
- 54:47Testecleese: run, right?
- 54:49Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:51Testecleese: Yeah, it sounds like a good reason to fire her.
- 54:54Brian McFadden: Yeah, one of the better reasons. And… you know, but apparently, she's gonna have to get convicted before she can be removed, it looks like. Or, again, the Supreme Court will have to get involved, but…
- 55:06Brian McFadden: Trump really can't keep relying on the Supreme Court to bail him out on everything. You know, there's gonna come a point where the Supreme Court rules against them, even though we have the majority right now, but still.
- 55:18Brian McFadden: It's just a matter of time.
- 55:21Testecleese: Yeah, things, even when Trump gets a Supreme Court win, that lower court judges don't seem to care anyway.
- 55:27Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 55:28Testecleese: I'm still kind of blown away at how that's happening.
- 55:32Ron Pascoe: It's crazy.
- 55:34Testecleese: You've got a guy that's elected by the majority of the police.
- 55:37Ron Pascoe: 50 points.
- 55:39Ron Pascoe: And you saw Lower just trying to take over his position, trying to cut him down before he even gets going.
- 55:46Brian McFadden: Oh, you should have been around for the first term. It was worse than the first term.
- 55:50Ron Pascoe: Oh, it would have been chaotic, mate.
- 55:55Brian McFadden: I mean, I almost think it was… I mean…
- 55:58Brian McFadden: for Trump, it was almost better that he got defeated by Biden.
- 56:03Brian McFadden: Because then he had 4 years of realizing some of the mistakes he made, and how the system was totally against him the whole way, to come up with…
- 56:14Testecleese: Golden.
- 56:15Brian McFadden: To come up with systems and ideas and plans to…
- 56:20Brian McFadden: You know, circumvent all that crap the second term around.
- 56:24Ron Pascoe: Little bar.
- 56:25Ron Pascoe: Yeah, the whole lot, mate. You're 100% right, Brian. I think.
- 56:29Brian McFadden: None of those, none of those rhinos are in the administration this time around.
- 56:34Ron Pascoe: Oh, 100%. Oh, look, I think you're right, mate. All good years of planning, I think, went into it this time around.
- 56:42Testecleese: Fair.
- 56:42Brian McFadden: I almost think he was shocked that he won against Hillary.
- 56:46Brian McFadden: And he wasn't prepared.
- 56:48Brian McFadden: To, to really step up to the plate, then. And this time he is.
- 56:54Ron Pascoe: And I think a big guy who helped me with this, mate, was Charlie Kirk, what he did with the.
- 56:58Brian McFadden: 30 in 2020.
- 56:58Ron Pascoe: You know, on your edge.
- 56:59Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, that was a huge amount. Now…
- 57:03Brian McFadden: The Republican Party's just gotta figure out a way to keep them around after Trump's gone.
- 57:10Ron Pascoe: You've got to start bringing JD Vance to the next one that they…
- 57:14Ron Pascoe: That they anoint to be the next leader.
- 57:18Brian McFadden: Well, that's… even J.D. Vance has came out and said, I'm not just being handled the mantle, you know, I've gotta earn it, so…
- 57:25Ron Pascoe: 100%.
- 57:27Ron Pascoe: But you've got a lot of talent there in that Republican Party right now, or the MAGA Party, I should say.
- 57:36Testecleese: Really?
- 57:37Brian McFadden: You think?
- 57:38Ron Pascoe: I mean, I think there's a lot of talent there.
- 57:44Testecleese: I think, Trump is the talent behind the whole group.
- 57:48Testecleese: Without him, none of this would be working, and I think, in general, the Republican Party's in trouble if they're going to,
- 57:56Testecleese: Unless they can… I don't know.
- 58:00Brian McFadden: Are they in more trouble than a Democrat Party? Because who… they're gonna run Gavin Newsom as president.
- 58:06Testecleese: No, that's a mistake.
- 58:08Testecleese: But what else are they gonna do? AOC?
- 58:12Testecleese: You know?
- 58:12Ron Pascoe: Two wolves? Not…
- 58:14Brian McFadden: Kamala Harris?
- 58:16Testecleese: Yeah, good luck with that. That would be a huge mistake to run her again.
- 58:20Ron Pascoe: Pete Buttigieg, he won't even think about it.
- 58:25Brian McFadden: Pete Buttigieg will never get the nominee for one main reason.
- 58:29Testecleese: He's gay.
- 58:31Brian McFadden: Yes, the African American community Even the Democratic African-American community will not vote for a gay guy as president.
- 58:41Ron Pascoe: And they wiped out that Jewish guy, that Jewish governor, didn't they?
- 58:44Brian McFadden: I didn't.
- 58:45Ron Pascoe: came over.
- 58:45Testecleese: hero.
- 58:46Brian McFadden: He's got a better chance of being… having the nominee and winning than… than Pete Buttigieg.
- 58:53Ron Pascoe: But they won't… they won't put him up there, Shapiro, because, you know, what did they do to him that last election?
- 59:00Testecleese: Well, especially now, with all that's going on with Israel and Gaza, there's no way they're gonna put a shoe up.
- 59:06Ron Pascoe: No, no way.
- 59:07Testecleese: still work.
- 59:10Ron Pascoe: I'd bit me house on it.
- 59:12Ron Pascoe: I'll let me cry.
- 59:14Ron Pascoe: He lasts $10, they won't put him up.
- 59:18Testecleese: Yeah, I think Newsom's their best, but that's not gonna do anything for him.
- 59:23Testecleese: Alright.
- 59:24Brian McFadden: All I'm saying is I think the Republicans have a whole bigger field of potential
- 59:30Brian McFadden: candidates compared to the Democrats, who have been relying on their
- 59:35Brian McFadden: They're 80-year-olds, and they're 90-year-olds for the party for too long.
- 59:41Testecleese: Yeah, I will say that the Republican Party does seem to be a lot younger.
- 59:45Ron Pascoe: A lot younger.
- 59:48Testecleese: like, 30, 40 years younger. You know, you got a couple young folks there on the left, like AOC,
- 59:55Testecleese: but she's young on… in terms of, like, congressional seats young. She's not…
- 1:00:01Brian McFadden: And she's only been in the House of Representatives, she's never run for Senate and won a Senate seat or anything like that, so…
- 1:00:08Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:00:10Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:00:10Brian McFadden: I mean, there's 535… 435 members in the House of Representatives, you know.
- 1:00:17Testecleese: Yeah, but what happens?
- 1:00:18Testecleese: if the left tries to copy exactly what Trump did, because you've got Gavin Newsom where you're trying to copy him with his…
- 1:00:24Testecleese: Insults in his tweets or whatever.
- 1:00:27Testecleese: What happens if, like, Mark Ruffalo runs for president?
- 1:00:31Brian McFadden: I don't know who that is.
- 1:00:32Testecleese: He's the guy in the Marvel movies that played The Incredible Hulk.
- 1:00:35Brian McFadden: Okay. Oh, okay.
- 1:00:38Testecleese: He's a… he's a big hardcore lefty.
- 1:00:41Testecleese: What would happen if he ran? Do you think he would have a chance of winning?
- 1:00:46Brian McFadden: Better, better than Kamala Harris.
- 1:00:48Testecleese: That's exactly what I'm thinking, is if they pulled a left-wing switch, left field switch.
- 1:00:55Testecleese: Like Trump did when he showed up, he's like, hey, I'm running for president.
- 1:00:58Testecleese: I think I could get enough people interested.
- 1:01:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, nobody took him seriously in 2016, not on the other side.
- 1:01:06Brian McFadden: And part of the reason why he got the nominee was there was 20 people running against him in the primaries.
- 1:01:12Testecleese: Yeah, and votes went everywhere, and he just had the most… yeah, done.
- 1:01:15Brian McFadden: That's kind of what people are saying about the New York City marriage race, you know? It's like, there's too many people running.
- 1:01:22Brian McFadden: And that's why Madani is gonna end up with the mayor's seat.
- 1:01:26Testecleese: Well, that's how he got the nomination, anyway.
- 1:01:30Testecleese: So many people running that the vote just got spilled out.
- 1:01:35Testecleese: Alright, I have no…
- 1:01:36Ron Pascoe: Go with you.
- 1:01:37Testecleese: Oh, God.
- 1:01:38Ron Pascoe: Oh, sorry, I still don't reckon it's a clear-cut case yet, but Darni. I don't think he…
- 1:01:44Ron Pascoe: I reckon that Red Beret guy?
- 1:01:46Ron Pascoe: I reckon he's got a good shot at winning this.
- 1:01:50Testecleese: I don't know.
- 1:01:51Testecleese: Maybe.
- 1:01:52Testecleese: It's possible enough people saw what Mamdani actually wants to do.
- 1:01:56Testecleese: And realize it's not feasible.
- 1:01:58Testecleese: And here's the thing is, even if he does get the position and fails miserably.
- 1:02:04Testecleese: No one's gonna… the goal wasn't true socialism. Yeah, because there are federal laws you can't just violate, so you should have known this wasn't gonna work.
- 1:02:14Testecleese: Dear God, if you want to go socialists, you better stop asking the federal government for money, too.
- 1:02:19Ron Pascoe: Yeah, 100%.
- 1:02:20Testecleese: You guys have failure.
- 1:02:23Ron Pascoe: He's already cut the strings in certain parts in California and that, too.
- 1:02:26Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:02:27Testecleese: Which I don't understand why we're getting all this federal funding.
- 1:02:31Testecleese: like… the states.
- 1:02:37Testecleese: the state should be allowed to keep a larger piece of their… the taxes that they pay into the federal government, and by that I mean, like, my income tax should go more to my state than the federal government.
- 1:02:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:02:48Testecleese: Massachusetts did, and that was fascinating.
- 1:02:51Testecleese: I'm sorry, it did, because they taxed the crap out of you.
- 1:02:54Brian McFadden: Yeah, that's why it's called Taxachusetts.
- 1:02:56Testecleese: Yes. But… Let the states keep more of their own taxes?
- 1:03:02Testecleese: And instead of giving them that money back in the form of programs, let the states decide how they want to allocate the money instead.
- 1:03:10Testecleese: like…
- 1:03:13Brian McFadden: That's kind of the philosophy behind the thinking of getting rid of the Department of Education.
- 1:03:18Testecleese: Yeah, let the states do it. They're supposed to do it on their own. Federal government…
- 1:03:21Testecleese: And they're just taking money from you and me to pay off to someone else to do something that the federal government likes, and that's not the way it's supposed to work here.
- 1:03:28Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:03:31Testecleese: Especially since the Department of Education came into existence in the United States. Was it 1980, I think?
- 1:03:38Testecleese: It's very weird.
- 1:03:40Brian McFadden: soon.
- 1:03:40Testecleese: Every test score has gone down.
- 1:03:43Testecleese: Like, we're doing less… less well of a job.
- 1:03:49Testecleese: Educating kids now than we were before.
- 1:03:52Testecleese: No one do I have who can't speak English, you know what I mean?
- 1:03:56Testecleese: Listen to these kids speak, they speak like it's freaking.
- 1:03:59Brian McFadden: you, Bonn.
- 1:03:59Testecleese: Short… short… no, not even that, shortcuts on your cell phone, like L… they actually say LOL instead of laughing.
- 1:04:07Testecleese: It's like, oh, okay.
- 1:04:09Testecleese: And they can't do basic math, are you kidding me? It's insane watching some of these people take tests. It's insane seeing some of the stuff people put on social media, like, but you can't come to the right answer. And you look at the equation, you're like, I don't know what's more upsetting, the fact that, you know, most people said 13, or the fact that the correct answer isn't even an option here, you know?
- 1:04:28Testecleese: Good evening.
- 1:04:29Testecleese: Because nobody remembers the order of operations.
- 1:04:32Brian McFadden: And then you go… They're not teaching cursive in school anymore, either.
- 1:04:39Testecleese: Dear God.
- 1:04:42Testecleese: Yeah, that's because nobody, nobody writes anything anymore.
- 1:04:46Brian McFadden: No, you can type it up.
- 1:04:48Testecleese: Yeah, type or swipe it.
- 1:04:50Testecleese: Which, I mean, I guess, but it's still good to know how to write.
- 1:04:54Brian McFadden: Swipe right.
- 1:04:57Testecleese: Swipe right, okay.
- 1:05:00Testecleese: I have no idea who Senator Thune is.
- 1:05:03Brian McFadden: He's, he's in charge of the Senate now.
- 1:05:08Testecleese: Oh, I didn't realize that.
- 1:05:09Brian McFadden: Yeah, he's the majority leader, and they're basically…
- 1:05:13Brian McFadden: They're following Harry Reid's example, and they're changing…
- 1:05:18Brian McFadden: They're changing the Senate precedent without changing the rules.
- 1:05:23Brian McFadden: Because…
- 1:05:25Brian McFadden: The Democrats have been doing everything they can to logjam Trump's nominees, so this… this changes the filibuster rule for…
- 1:05:37Brian McFadden: Lower-level nominees, not judges, and not, like, cabinet-level people.
- 1:05:43Testecleese: Basically, they're gonna be allowed to…
- 1:05:46Brian McFadden: Push through 40 nominees at a time.
- 1:05:50Brian McFadden: With a simple majority vote.
- 1:05:53Testecleese: Okay. And this, yeah, this is something the Democrats did somewhat recently, right?
- 1:05:58Brian McFadden: They've never done it.
- 1:05:59Brian McFadden: They've never… well, that… yeah, that's… it's all part of the nuclear option, but it's… it's because of the nuclear option that the Republicans are gonna make the nuclear option even bigger.
- 1:06:11Testecleese: Alright, so we're gonna hear a shitstorm coming from the left because of this.
- 1:06:17Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:06:18Testecleese: Alright, even though, yeah, they basically invented this stuff.
- 1:06:21Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:06:22Testecleese: They won't remember that when it comes down to it. Well, just like the gerrymandering thing.
- 1:06:27Brian McFadden: Yeah. That they're still… they're still…
- 1:06:28Testecleese: Causing a ruckus about.
- 1:06:33Brian McFadden: And the term came from a Democrat.
- 1:06:37Testecleese: What, nuclear option?
- 1:06:39Brian McFadden: No, gerrymandering.
- 1:06:41Testecleese: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:06:43Testecleese: Anyway, bro.
- 1:06:44Brian McFadden: Yeah, basically, instead of, like, going through all these nominees one at a time, they're gonna put them up as a group now.
- 1:06:51Testecleese: Alright. That sounds easy enough.
- 1:06:54Testecleese: Man, Brian, I think that's our show.
- 1:06:57Brian McFadden: You don't want to talk about the National Guard going to Memphis?
- 1:06:59Testecleese: Sure, go ahead, tell me about… tell me about how it's different from… Chicago.
- 1:07:05Brian McFadden: Well, I don't know that he went to Chicago, and it's definitely different than, DC, because Trump doesn't have the same authority in Memphis as he does in, in DC.
- 1:07:19Testecleese: You're right, he cannot force the police to work with the National Guard.
- 1:07:23Brian McFadden: So…
- 1:07:25Testecleese: That's, that's, like, the big difference, right?
- 1:07:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:07:28Testecleese: Damn.
- 1:07:29Testecleese: The thing is…
- 1:07:31Testecleese: had that, Ukrainian refugee, he had one National Guardsman on that train with her, even unknown.
- 1:07:36Brian McFadden: debate.
- 1:07:37Testecleese: She would be… yeah, that she would not have been killed.
- 1:07:40Testecleese: Just their presence.
- 1:07:42Brian McFadden: What's up with beer robots?
- 1:07:47Testecleese: The catering team at Fenway Park up in Boston, are, on strike.
- 1:07:53Testecleese: They don't get paid enough or something.
- 1:07:56Testecleese: Which I thought was nuts, because I know how expensive a beer is at a.
- 1:08:00Brian McFadden: Oh, it's probably 20 bucks.
- 1:08:02Testecleese: Yeah, baseball, especially in Boston.
- 1:08:04Ron Pascoe: But they're on strike over this, and they're especially upset about.
- 1:08:08Testecleese: It's like a beer kiosk. You go over there, you scan your ID, and you can fill two… refill two cups with beer.
- 1:08:14Brian McFadden: So, it's like the beer machines in Japan.
- 1:08:18Testecleese: similar, I guess. Yeah. But… Yeah, and they say, oh, it's taking jobs away from us. Yeah, but…
- 1:08:24Brian McFadden: No, it's not, because there's…
- 1:08:25Brian McFadden: Some lazy motherfuckers that don't want to get up from their seat watching the game, they go to the beer kiosk to get their beers. It's a convenience thing.
- 1:08:35Testecleese: Well, even so, you're typically getting up and walking into the indoor part of the stadium to go get a beer anyway. You don't usually get someone walking by, which you can, but…
- 1:08:43Brian McFadden: You don't have a beer guy like the Tides have people walking around with beers on their, you know, around their neck.
- 1:08:50Testecleese: Yeah, and, like, 300 people show up to a Tides game versus a full Fenway Park, you know?
- 1:08:56Brian McFadden: Go.
- 1:08:57Testecleese: No, they do have the guys walking around, but there's not always one near you, and you walk in to where the bathrooms are, you know, all the food and everything, you see at every stadium.
- 1:09:05Testecleese: And you buy your beers and leave, but the thing is, these…
- 1:09:09Testecleese: counters can only get through so many customers at a time. It's not like they're running out of customers because they're waiting in line at the beer robot.
- 1:09:15Brian McFadden: Huh.
- 1:09:16Testecleese: So, like, you're still getting as many sales as you would, just now more people have spent more money.
- 1:09:21Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:09:23Testecleese: So, I just, I thought it was nuts that they're arguing about being replaced by machines.
- 1:09:29Brian McFadden: It's AI.
- 1:09:31Testecleese: Yeah, it's the person who fills your beer up that's complaining about it.
- 1:09:37Testecleese: But that's what we got, sad week.
- 1:09:42Audio shared by Testecleese: Unfortunate death.
- 1:09:44Brian McFadden: He didn't even let me tell my 9-11 story.
- 1:09:47Testecleese: Oh, Jesus, do you wanna do that?
- 1:09:49Brian McFadden: We don't have to.
- 1:09:50Testecleese: Alright, alright.
